I order Applebee’s with Uber Eats every so often and they can never get the order right. They also do not have a way for you to rate them there so here I am. I’m sure for obvious reasons they leave that feature off. Hey Applebee’s how about u check the order BEFORE handing it to the driver. 🙄🙄🙄
The best service, food, and experience we have had in a long time. Our waiter, Roger B., kept or food and drinks coming at the right times and remember to bring items we asked for. Our food was hot and tasty. We enjoyed watching the whole staff work together to make dining out a relaxing experience. We talked with the manager who was visible throughout the time of our visit. Compared to the last 10 times we have ate out, this experience and restaurant is number 1.
Meh. I love the 3 cheese penne pasta. It was mediocre. One side was hot, and the other side was cold. When our food arrived, the server said she would come back with refills but never came back.... We were done eating for over 10 minutes. We were never asked how the food was or given refills for drinks. She had 2 tables. Also, the Mac n cheese with tenders was disgusting. My kid wouldnt eat it. We couldnt tell the server though because she never came back except to bring us the bill.
Sweet tea in Georgia is supposed to have sugar in itWe are not in Massachusetts!Was told by an employee that the manager has given strict instructions on how much sugar to put in sweet teaIf you are paying $3 for tea that’s not even close to being sweet, that’s not fair
Id like to express my appreciation for this location! We were a party of 11(family and friends) who showed up close to closing since there werent many places to eat open. Our server Mr. ROGER B, was thoroughly attentive and kind...its nice to see people who dont mind making sure everything is okay...even in the 4th quarter. Thanks again Mr. ROGER B and APPLEBEES!
Our server was great! However, The general attitude and professionalism of the staff is severely lacking. There are undeniably better choices in proximity to this local. Servers standing by the front door staring at you like youve no business being there not bothering to greet you or even speak to you before turning their back on you and walking away like theyre closed. We almost walked out until the actual greeter/hostess turned us around and got us seated. Dont expect drink refills or friendly attitudes when you dine at this place its really not worth the time, money or effort. I wont be back of my own choice. Thats for sure.
Nice staff... friendly & personable, but the food quality & quantity have gone steadily down over the past year. Our last visit was not great. The hostess & server were great, but the steak was overcooked, both chicken breasts were dry, and the mashed potatoes were a runny mess. Salads were good, and my sons burger was okay (a little overdone). Fiesta Lime Chicken was pretty nearly ruined... very little cheese, and no detectible sauce.I cooked professionally for years, so I know better than to send food back.
Orders came out missing a few things like sauces, and a side. Went to take out door, informed a hostess. Waited 10 minutes, Went back inside to find out where my missing items were and waited another 10 minutes for 2 sauces and a side. I wish there was a tip after food received option on takeout(curbside).
Staff is awful and rude. We waited 25 minutes to be seated and when the lady finnaly showed up she scoffed and told us to follow her without asking us if we had more people coming or anything then disappeared for another 20 minutes before coming back to ask us what we wanted to drink and told us we had to scan the qr code for the menu and when asked what kind of drinks they have she said coke products and I asked about alcohol and she just told me to download the menu and walked away again. Needless to say probably never going back and we didnt even order food because of how rude she was and how the rest of the staff was acting as well.
Generally we have good luck with Applebees, but this visit was awful. The salad my husband ordered was 1/3 of the size it would normally be. The appetizer was brought with the meal, and another tables food was on our ticket. The food was ok, but the service was a wreck. We wont be visiting the Canton Applebees again.
Went there to eat yesterday, 7/25/2020... It was awful! They were not busy at all. Took forever to get our drinks. We ordered our food and waited on our margaritas. Finally got our food and still waiting on margaritas. When we did get our margaritas no salt around the glass so we asked if we could get salt around the rim. He said sure. It took 15 minutes to get that. We had ordered our steaks medium well and they were well done. They were so tuff, pepper so thick on them. They were awful. Took forever to refills on the tea. Our server said sorry because he always forgets he has customers and forgets what they wanted or to bring there things. We are regular customers there. We will leave if we EVER have him again. 😩
My brother went and placed an order here for our family of six last night. It was a take out order. They were only serving a limited menu (which is fine. We understood).He waited over an hour for our food. That was three fish and chips, two kids cheeseburgers, and a pasta.There was no apology or explanation for the wait. Sorry would have gone a long, long way. I cant say we will be returning.
Im trying to remember if Ive been to this Applebees or not but I will say this though the experience overall was very welcoming and the food was very good so I have no complaints whatsoever I would definitely go again if Im in the area. So I definitely say check them out and I hope you all enjoy the rest of your day
Went for the current .25 cant boneless wing deal.The service was good and the food got.Was very hot with a surprise when I went to leave... leftovers are not allowed for this deal. I ordered extra because I wanted to feed everyone. Family of 5.Was told after I paid that couldnt take my food with me. We are not talking 40 wings... Maybe 13.First time visiting the place, would go back, just disappointed in the common sense or lack of when it comes to left overs.Overall staff was good and current deal has great value, if you know the rules.
Food was GOOD, thus the STARS! They have Social Distance markings on the Floor but the employees wear their MASK below their nose for the most part & one male almost down around the top of his upper lip?! That same male tried to deliver someone elses meals to our table when I told him that it wasnt our order...he started to argue with me! BTW, HE FOUND OUT THAT HE HAD THE WRONG TABLE...?!!
A fantastic experience every time we go here (usually once a week)! The servers are energetic and enthusiastic, and the food is always delicious!! Would recommend asking to be seated in Clintons section if you want to have 5 star service, he definitely will make your meal time fantastic!!!! A+ to kitchen staff as well!!!!!
I am a Dasher for Door Dash. This is a very confusing place to pick up orders. The only instructions were to not park in the Carside To Go parking. No other instructions. No further signs as to where Dashers should pick up. So I assume to go inside front entrance. I think maybe the bar is the place for pickup, as is most restaurant like this. I stood there by the bar and three employees brush past me during my wait. It was honestly as if I was invisible because no one spoke to me. They werent very busy. I waited for 20 minutes, no food was brought out, no waiters/hosts spoke to me. Very unclear place to pick up from. No employees bothered to assist me as I stood in the middle of the restaurant. It was embarassing. I will likely not be back as a Dasher.
Absolutely horrible experience with take out tonight. After arriving on time for my pick up we waited 20 minutes and still no food. Staff was extremely rude and try saying we wasnt even inside which was an absolute lie. Whoever the manager is on duty tonight was a pure jerk. We absolutely will not ever return. Oh. And I cancelled my order and praying Im actually refunded.
We stopped by on Sunday night for dinner. We walked thru a cloud of cigarette smoke at the front door (this area should be moved away from the front door). Once inside the restaurant wasnt busy at all. We are use to waiting before being seated.Tyler was our waiter and provided good, friendly and efficient service. And our tea glasses were never empty.We both ordered 1/2 rib racks (very little meat), garlic potatoes and a vegetable. We opted for salads instead of an appetizer.Overall it wasnt bad, a few little changes would attract more guests.
This crew still needs to figure out the restaurant business. A dozen people in a kids party at a quiet time, with a 2 hour deadline to make the movies. Table was not ready yet. Food started coming out after 45 minutes at a trickle and last person got their food after more than 2 hours! By then first people had already left to make it to movie on time. Drinks and dishes were brought out ONE... AT... A... TIME. Many drinks, sides and sauces were delivered after the meal. Desert was canceled due to time, but still charged. Discount items were not discounted. They refused to provide itemized bill. Worst service experience ever. Totally inapt, from server to manager. Good thing the movie was great. This place ruined the rest.We love the Woodstock location, but will never return to the Canton one.
Not alot of patrons were there because this restaurant had only been opened for 30 minutes...I WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE THE STAFF STILL WEARING THEIR FACE MASK! THE STAFF WERE VERY KIND & HELPFUL IN OPENING DOORS FOR ME WHILE I WAS USING A WALKER IN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT:-)!!
Service was very slow although our server was very nice. Our kids food came out pretty quickly and they were happy however my husband and my food took about 30 minutes to come out and my steak was so cooked and rubbery I couldnt eat it. She did offer to send it back and remake but because it already took so long to make and everyone else had finished dinner I said no. The manager took 7.50 off the bill and when it was time to pay the bill no one ever came to take it so my husband had to make change at the bar just to pay the bill so our family could leave. Probably wont be coming nack to this location.
The waitress did her job very well and was very sweet. The problem I had was that I ordered 2 ALL YOU CAN EAT entrees for $10.99 each. When I ordered my refill, my waitress put the order in and then the manager of the store (currently bald with a beard and a blue button up shirt) literally screamed at her for doing her job and told her to bring out 3 tenders at a time and only bring fries when we asked...... when I order all you can eat, I expect a full entree after I eat my first one. Smh, this place gets worse and worse every time. ): I used to love this place, but even after a few years, it is still nothing like it use to be.
The prices are good and the bartender McKenna and the other woman are great. They do huge bucket beers for $3 on Fridays, the servers though outside from the ones handling the bar seemed to not be very attentive. I think the next time I saw my server after I ordered a drink was a half hour , a tad long for me but otherwise good experience
Service was incredibly slow. We were promptly seated but then sat at our table for 20 minutes and still no server. We went to the hostess and let them know that nobody had come to our table. Luckily, a manager was also there and went to get our server. Five minutes later server arrives and did apologize and took our order. Food arrived and everything was cooked correctly, but was just ok tasting. Server brought our check and then we had to wait another 20 minutes for her to collect our payment and bring them back to us. From start finish we were there over 2 hrs; way too long.
It super cute, but super normal. The staff is really nice and they seem to like each other as well. The interior environment is pretty typical for the industry. Nothing special. The menu is good for getting comfort food: food that doesnt have anything wierd in it and you can tell what it is. I thought it was pretty tasty. The location is convenient and its not hard to get in out of the parking lot.
Took my wife and my daughter out for dinner on a Sunday night . We were seated immediately the restaurant was not busy at all. We sat at the table for 20 minutes or more and was never greeted by a waiter . We was never asked what we wanted to drink or anything . A waiter was hosting the table right next to us but paid us no attention at all . We will not be going back .
These guys are definitely serious in the race for the place to eat. Great range of selection that tastes really good. The service is top notch and some 9f the best pricing. You can have a good meal for 2 with an appetizer for under $50 with tip. They can get you in and out too if youre in a hurry.
Good food - horrible service. I have never gotten great service at an Applebees, but my experience tonight was horrible. It took five minutes to be seated - there was no line. The hostess just was talking at the bar. After finally getting seated, we waited 15 minutes and no one ever came to our table. That is unacceptable. Stay away from this Applebees.
My wife and I ordered off of the 2 for $20 menu. My burger had 2 slices of onion and onion slivers. I removed the sautéed onion slices and it was still overpowering. My wifes chicken pasta was oily. Patron Margaritas were what we expected from a chain restaurant. Our service was pretty good (thanks Megan!). Id give 3 stars but the onion overpowered that last star...so, just two. Service was better than good. Food was much less than good. Sorry Applebees, we wont bee coming back.
Its been a while sense we have been to this location. Cassandra was our server and she was outstanding. She new the menu and kept our glasses full. Food was good . The only thing I would say is that the place looks like it needs an upgrade . Looks like its been a while.
Our experience was mostly good. Food was great after returning the first round of sweet potato fries that were burnt. Second round was perfect. Waitress was less than satisfactory by not checking on water refills and completely ignoring one of our glasses. Our finished plates sat in front of us while our empty handed waitress, making numerous trips past us, made no attempt to remove for over a half hour. My tip was suggestive of the service....only 15%, whereas I usually tip closer to 25% for really good service. Upon leaving we noticed several other tables had dirty plates on the table after people had left. Is this common practice? I think not...Applebees management needs to go over proper service with staff...
A coworker and I went here for dinner around 6:45 on a Monday night (2/22/16). The restaurant was NOT crowded. The hostess seated us and said our server would be there shortly to check on us. Several patrons came in after we did and were served quickly. After waiting for more than 15 minutes with no service at all, we got up and left.
The food and service here is some of the best Ive personally had from any Applebees. The wait staff were conversational and pleasant without being overbearing. The appetizers and food came out in quick time and were modified to request. I highly recommend this establishment.
This is strickly for the location in Riverstone. Worst experience I have had while dining out. It was during dinner time on a Sunday, and the restaurant was not prepared. Slow service, out of A1 sauce, and lastly they were having a promotion to receive a free Onion ring appetizer if they did not promote a certain drink. Not only did they not honor this promotion, they gave me a hand written piece of paper for them the next visit. Oddly enough there will not be a next visit!
We have always liked Applebys . Last nite we had curbside pick up. Total $ 70. Upon arriving home, we found one whole dinner missing. Called and they said it was sitting there but they would fix another So it would be hot and we had to go back to get it. Then there was no ranch dressing as ordered for another dinner. Got back a second time and the omitted dinner was not hot as they said it would be. It appears that applebys is not checking thoroughly before delivery. Very disappointed.
Mediocre. Food is normally decent. Experience just depends on the day. My last visit I was served room temperature ribs. Todays visit we ordered the boneless wings appetizer. A few if the wings werent fully cooked in the middle. They docked the bill significantly. Servers always do a good job. But the cooks clearly need to step it up.
The food is okay, but tonight, I got someones half eaten food splattered all over me. It was in my hair, down my back and side. Our waitress didnt even apologize for it happening or anything. She just said Well, I almost got knocked over. Wont be eating here tonight or any other night. An apology and a napkin would have kept me happy.
I visited September 28 with my coworkers and stopped by for a quick drink, it took 10-15 minutes for my drink to arrive to the table which I understand is not the servers problem. After receiving my drink, I asked for my check because I could not stay long. I drank my drink, paid, and left. My drink was seven dollars and some change, and I left her 12 even, meaning a four dollar and some change tip, over a 50% tip. I am also a server, and she complained to my coworkers I was with that I had not left her even five cents. I was worried perhaps my signed slip had fallen on the ground and maybe she just saw the other, unsigned slip. I check my bank account and sure enough, I was charged $12. So, either she put in a tip on her own, or she lied just to get more money from my friends, either way unacceptable for someone bragging about going into management.
Pretty good but needs to change out the “butter/oil” that you brush on the top of bread & fry in. It often has that rancid old oil taste and smell. I believe this is a problem a number of restaurants have (especially fast food)because the oil is not changed out to fresh oil-often enough. Just an FYI, Applebee’s.
We were the first people in and both our orders were bad,it was like the dinners were premade and just heated up the noodles were stick together on mine and my wifes prime rib dipper was very tough and cold,the waitress spoke too fast and wore a mask that muffeled her voice.
Applebees has always been one of my favorite places to eat but today on a Sunday and at Riverstone pkwy sure changed that. Wasnt very busy. We ordered our food. After 30 min of waiting asked the waiter and he said they had to prepare bread. After waiting another 10 min. we were told someone else had been served our food. So we left without eating. Spoke to the manager and she didnt act concerned. The real joke is all we ordered were burgers.
$$ Food was good, service was prompt and courteous and area was clean. If youve dined at an Applebees before you know they can be hit or miss. This store and the one on Barrett parkway (NOT a fan of the Ridgewalk Pkwy store) are both reliably consistent with both food and their excellent house long island. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. We ordered for pick up, and when we arrived, told it will be ready shortly, was fi ally out 30 minutes later. When we asked for our condiments, we were told it was be about another 10 minutes...for condiments. As we were leaving, we realized our sides were missing so we told them and asked if they could grab the condiments as well. Another 15 minutes later, our sides were given, the condiments still no where to be seen, at that point I gave up and ran into the grocery store for freaking ketchup and ranch. To make matter worse, got food poisoning right. Business is lost.
My 78 yr old mother always makes me go to these fern bars and I am always paying way too much for generic overpriced food. Oh well, my plight. But if you have a choice, try a local flavor and avoid these Walmarts of restaurants. I gave them three stars because the staff was great. Cant take the local out of them. Well done guys. Working the best with what you have.
Server helped the table that sat after us before us. Got their drinks before we had any drinks. The other table got their food before we got our appetizers. When we did get our appetizer it was wrong and both the food and appetizer were cold. Its been months since we have been here and I see no reason to return.
Great food, but bad service. For instance, I waited 20 mins for my burger and when it arrived it wasnt as ordered so I had to wait another 20 mins for another burger. They also dropped half of my wifes plate on the floor and had to wait for it to be re cooked. So if you have a couple of hours to spare, it a great place to eat
Had not been to Applebees in a long time due to poor service and so so food quality. Arrived at 11:00 AM Sunday morning 7/2/17 Doors still locked. Staff seeing us waiting outside not unlocking the door to at least seat us till they catch up. Was reminded of why we havent gone and will not go anymore. Left and went to O Charleys. Service was great.
Order was missing food. Called the store and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She hung up the phone on me. Very disappointed. Sucks for my daughter since Applebees is her favorite. Wont be eating there anymore if that is the way they pay attention to detail and treat their customers... they could use some serious training.
Our server Paula was to busy at the bar to take care of customers. My wife ordered a medium rare 8 oz sirloin steak and revieved a medium well steak. Paula when available took it to fix it and came back with well done steak we wasnt going to sit and wait any longer for cook to get it right so had to cover in steak sauce to eat it. Wasnt looking for discount but did receive quick apology. When we are in this area we usually eat here but will probably make different choice next time thank you God bless
My boyfriend and I went there for dinner last night. Our server Katelynn was amazing! My boyfriends steak was over cooked and brought it to her attention. She immediately apologized took the steak and went to the manager. The manager (mid 30s blonde) came to our table and apologize and told him she had a new steak cooking. Our server brought out his steak and it was perfect! Ive been a server for years and I was very impressed on how the situation was handled. We will be back
Its been a while since weve been to Applebees and this was a great visit. Menu offers great combo options and our meals were delicious. But, our server, Shauna was what really made our experience terrific. She was knowlegible and personable and fun to talk with. She deserves five stars as a review score that for some reason regarding our method of payment we couldnt give her. We will correct that when we see her again on our next visit. Love Applebees !!
This particular Applebees is average. Theres nothing that makes it bad, but also nothing that makes it stick out as a restaurant. The food is generally meh, but still decent for the kind of restaurant it is. Service is nothing outstanding, but usually is not making your meal difficult to enjoy either. If youre feeling bad for eating fast food, but still want fast food without it feeling like it, then Applebees is a good place to eat.
Never again! We ordered curbside to go. The waiter came out to our car as soon as we pulled up and handed us a bag of food. However it was not ours. We handed it back and he said he would go inside and get ours. After 20 mins. of waiting for him to come back out I called to see what was going on. The lady on the phone said she personally had just bagged the food and it would be out in 2 seconds. Five minutes later I finally went in. I saw our food just sitting on the bar. The waiter comes out from the back to say he was fixing to bring it to us. The place was empty! There was no reason why it should have taken so long to receive it! I will never eat there again. Horrible service.
Will never come back to this place. Our server was very rude. Honestly feel like we got terrible service because my boyfriend and I are African American we were the only people in that restaurant that were black and as soon as we walked in the restaurant everyone looked at us as if we dont belong. Food was very cold and and I even found lipstick on my glass! Do not recommend at all!
After an extremely hectic 72 hours, i finally found the time to sit down and have a meal. i came in around 11:20, hoping to get a delicious meal and some good southern sweet tea. sat down only to be told that they had already thrown out the teas for the night, and that the kitchen had been shut down except for the fryers. left my menu options doen to about three items, none of which truly appealed to me. was super disappointed and cant helo but wonder why the restaurant would be open if they literally only hace water and chips to eat.
The wait was absolutely horrible. For some reason, despite it being a Sunday, they had maybe three people running tables and they truly were doing their best. They need more staffing for sure (I was there well over an hour and a half, the hour and fifteen minutes was the wait) The food was ok, nothing terrible but I wont be rushing back
Came in around 6 on a Sunday. Surprisingly not busy at all and greeter didnt greet us, Sat us down and we waited for 20 minutes (not exaggerating) before we flagged down the greeter to get us a waiter. Told us the girl was new and shell get somebody. After seating the rest of her people, she told us that a waiter would be out. A guy came out to the table beside us, who was sat 10 minutes after us and got their order. We walked out and was told sorry. Went to OCharleys, it was great!
When I walked in I noticed that The floor had garbage all Over it as I followed the host back to my table.My table seemed like it hadnt been cleaned and when I placed my order there was to much confusion over whether the cook had the food or not that was on the menu but when I was finally told that they had found some(???).andthe waiter brought it out the butchers cut n potatoes wasnt anywhere close to what the picture of it looked like on the on line menu and iwhat he set on the table wAs literally a pile of mashed potatoes with a spoon sized hole mashed down in it that had two mushrooms,four chunks of what once used to be meat and some burnt tiny pieces of onions piled in on top of it.Whew,as much as I would like to say the absurdity ended right there ,it DIDNT!My wife ordered the ceaser salad and when I asked her how it was ,she said how can I tell I dont have any silverware to eat it with.?The waiter did bring out a hamburger to replace the mockery of a meal that he tried to give to me and it actually tasted good.I will not be coming back to this place!The manager should have more control over her restaurant.I am totally disappointed
Good for half-priced apps and drinks at night, but I wouldnt waste my money purchasing a full meal here. Staff is usually friendly. There was a mix-up with our purchase and their on-table payment system, but it wasnt the waitress fault and they got it sorted out quickly.
We decided to eat here which was a horrible idea. When we walked in there was no one to greet us, we waited 5 to 10 minutes before we finally met the hostess (cant remember her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag and seemed to hate her job). We were walked to our table, where we waited for about ten minutes when we finally grabbed someone to take our drink order. They sent a gentlemen over that asked if we had been helped, we told him no, he said that was unfortunate and then walked off. Finally our waitress showed up, asked us for our drinks, and grabbed them quickly. We then order our food and wait...................a half hour later our appetizer shows up, immediately followed by our lunch, so no time to really enjoy anything before our table is overloaded with food. Then a situation occurs with the table next to us between the customers, the same waitress, and the manager in training. The head manager got involved, offered to buy the gentleman at the table another round, we had to wait through this to get plates and silverware. Once we are ready to eat my wife asked for some sauces for my daughter and herself, the waitress says ok, then proceeds to go back to the table with the gentleman and talk trash about the manager in training. I finally had to cut her off from bashing another employee on the restaurant floor and tell her she needed to go get what we had asked for. Then the same head manager shows up at our table asking if we were upset about anything, we explained to her what i have explained here, she proceeded to tell us about how six months ago she lost all of her good employees, then offers to give us free dessert, we said no we wanted or check. The worst part is my son never even got his whole meal that we paid for. As a family of four, with two young kids, we dont need the drama. Get your sh@! together. Because honestly at this point, no one could be disappointed, its just sad.
Figured the “Carside To Go” would be something simple and easy. Except for the fact that your guy working this area came to help 2 people before me. That got here a good 10 minutes after me. So now I’ve been sitting here 20 minutes after my order time. Still with no food.So let’s just say NEVER AGAIN.
Came in with a party of 7 on Graduation night at 10:20 Pm.Was told by the manager that there was a sudden rush and wait time is 20 mins. because his staff was overwhelmed yet, he seated a 4 top that came in right behind us.Compounding this was his flippant attitude when we questioned him about this.Have been pleased in the past here but, tonights service was less than desirable, and that is being polite.Needless to say that #Applebees needs to train this particular manager in the proper etiquette of guest relations!
Just ate there today, despite my mothers warning. She lives in Canton, so she should know. Jasmine, our waitress, was bad, our food was not correct even though our order was simple, and the manager (a dirty blonde woman in her 30s), had the audacity to give me a sour look when she stopped by our table and I asked for a Coke refill. If Jasmine had been doing her job, lady, you would not have been asked to! We gave Jasmine a tip of $1.95 on a $48 order. The fact is, Applebees should have paid my family $48 to suffer thru a terrible meal with a waitress who told us to hurry up because she was on her break.
I give them a score of -3 My wife and I went to lunch with some friends when we went in they had hip-hop music playing loud. When I asked the waitress about it she said why its only music. I told her to have the manager come over so we could talk. He never came to the table. A older couple walked by we over heard them saying something about the music as they were leaving. The family in the table behind us was talking about the same thing. Thats when we decided to leave and will never return to this Applebees The customer is obviously not important at this location.
Going to keep it short and to the point....Went there for lunch yesterday with my family. About 20 minutes after we left my 6 year old daughter said her stomach was aching and she was not feeling well. It continued to get worst by the minute so we rushed home to care for her. She began vomiting soon after we got home.. With tears coming out of her eyes as she stood over the toilet she looked at me and said ........Daddy, please never take me to Applebees again
Good Ol Friday night and stopped by Applebees in Canton,Ga and had a few drinks made by Rian the Bartender and they were made Right plus I had an appetizer just to help with the liquor intake. By the way cant go wrong with the $1 HurricanesCome by and check it out. And once again thanks Rian.
Total charged to my credit card was NOT what I signed for. Servers will add afew dollars to the tip and run it through. Spoke with the manager and she was dismissive and said it was only $3.00, and she would jusy give it to me. NEVER returning, and replacing my credit card used by this Applebees. Such a waste.
Applebees has long been the neighborhood favorite thing to eat since the opening of the restaurant is the oriental chicken salad. I love the fact that the quality is the same no matter which Applebees you visit. The Applebees at the outlet Shoppes of Atlanta has fantastic Service as well as the one at Riverstone Parkway!
Been sitting here for almost 20 minutes with no service. Three workers are day dreaming and two more servers are eating and helping other tables around my husband and I. The tip will be to actually do your job instead of pissing off customers. Will not be coming back here
Terrible experience our waitress Paula wore her Mask below her nose She was not friendly at all Our Food was not the normal good for Applebee’s maybe it was just the whole experience of our waitress I never complain but this was not a good meal out Very disappointed Maybe she was having a bad day but that is not a good way to make money and her germs coming out her nose on our food and drinks All the other employees were wearing Mask the Proper way

2022-05-24I would like to thank them for the little things that make big differences. With food being so expensive, I do not eat out/order delivery as much. However, the option to add-on a small treat like a brownie bite with ice cream for less than $2 is great & actually affordable. I also was very surprised and thrilled to see that drinks were actually large, good portions for the cost and their prices are lower than many places. They followed special instructions on my meal and ice, etc. That makes me want to show my appreciation by return service! Thank you!

2022-03-06Nice Applebees, no wait at 7pm. We got a ceasar salad with grilled chicken and a chicken penne pasta. Both were good. Friendly staff.

2022-02-20Applebees is consistent wherever you are. The only issue is that we order take-out a lot due to the pandemic and they can sometimes get the orders wrong. I recommend checking your order before you leave and you will be happy. When dining in, service is normally good and food delivered timely. I miss the 2 for $20 deals as they are almost all now more expensive.

2022-01-23Sat at the bar. Wyatt took excellent care of us! They were slammed, yet food and service was amazing. Started with Chicken Wonton Tacos, always a favorite. Bourbon Steak was cooked to perfection and the Garlic Mashed Potatoes were delicious. The Chicken Fettuccine was great, I subbed Mushrooms for the Broccoli. No room for dessert. Waddled out the door but will return.

2021-06-06I know this is a chain but the food was killer! It was so good we went back a 2nd day in a row! Chicken was super tender, steak was cooked perfect both times. Pretzel is delish! Would give 5 stars but the food was very slow to come out both days, even with no wait for a table. We left our debit card on the table when we left in error and one of the staff chased us down in the parking lot to give it to us. This might be our new spot!

Got there with the family after church and we clearly heard when the manager made the host tell us “that the wait will go from 45 min to an hour” On purpose so that we wouldn’t wait. And it was DEAD, I get it that everywhere is short staff but they could have went about it differently.

2022-05-14Made me and my wife both sick. Had bacon burger with cheesy broccoli and fish and chips we skipped breakfast and lunch ate dinner here around 9 p.m. thur. And by 1 A.M. I was heaving and she started the same thing about 12 P.M. fri. I think they served us bad fish because thats the only thing that both of us had because I gave her a bite. Drank water. PLEASE BE MORE SANITARY BECAUSE WE FEED OUR 2 YEAR OLD YOUR FOOD ALSO AND YALL BETTER NOT MAKE HIM SICK!! last trip here for a long while! Another thing is WYATT the bartender thinks he knows me and somehow spots my truck (which doesnt stand out) as soon as I pull into the parking lot every single time last time I parked across at the bank of America and my phone rings it was him to ask was that me over there in the parking lot. 🤔WEIRD! JUST SAYING.

2022-07-02🌟 this place is great service and food and beverage. I have ordered to go a few times and today the top sirloin steak 8oz med rare, when arrived at home to weigh it on a food scale came to 6.4oz . Sirloin dont have alot of fat so the steak could have been 7oz then cooked down to 6.4. Other than the last 2 being light. 6.8oz and 6.4oz still very delicious. 👌

2022-04-04We went for the Monday burger night which is 5.99 with endless fries with a drink purchase and Applebees didnt disappoint the burgers are huge and full of flavor it has became our Monday night dinner and the price cant be beat!❤🙂 we highly recommend
