It was no greeter. So we stood at the door for a good 10 mins. Once the young lady finally approached us, she grabbed 2 menus and said yall come on. No hello or anything. Once we arrived at our table we waited a good 25 mins for a waiter. The only thing I can say was he was very nice and kept apologizing for the long wait. He was the only waiter working the whole left side of the restaurant. It took about another 45 mins to get our food. By the time our food arrived we were ready to go. Hopefully others will have a better experience than we did.
I havent been to Applebees in awhile and based on this experience, I wont be again. Well this particular one anyway. The host at the front door couldnt be any less enthused. The food was cold and seemed old, not like it had been just prepared for us. We were told that they were severely understaffed, but that was only AFTER we were done. Not to mention there was a drunk guy at the bar cussing so loud that it was disturbing.
It’s not every day that you find a quality service & waitress like Parriz P. We visited the Restaurant on Saturday 3/5 for lunch time. We were a group of 10 people. Our meals came out of the kitchen in between 15 to 20 minutes * our waitress was always checking on us with a smile her face * and at the end she had to-go drinks for everyone *** We we’re all satisfied and super glad to visit Applebee’s at Tara Blvd. We’re definitely coming back again ! - To Parriz P - you go girl !!
Bad service, horrible experience overall. Items came wrong, stale, and disgusting. The staff came out and started laughing, one of them was vaping in front of us. The server was shoving a cigarette box in his pocket after disappearing for 10 min and came back and asked what we ordered. Will never be returning. Overpriced and horrible.
Not as bad as the reviews said. I ordered a few times via doordash. They could do better like bringing mayo and ketchup for the burger and also they forgot our drinks almost every time. The whisey bourbon sauce for burger was expired and disgusting so was the dipping sauce for the steak sandwhich so ate it dry. They also didnt bring fries with one of the burgers.
This was the best place for us to eat takeout order late night. Especially after a Long day trip from PA to Atl on the bus. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This was a fun evening environment while I waited for my takeout delicious salmon mashed potatoes and broccoli meal add side salad... My children enjoyed their childrens Alfredo pasta minus chix add shrimp. Thank you for being open so later on a Saturday and serving food. ❤❤❤❤❤
I ordered my food over the phone the guy told us 20 mins , we pull up for our food and three diff employees came to me within 30 mins of me waiting for my pick up only to be told almost 10 mins after that that my order was made through apple bees call center , it took another 10 mins to try and figure out the issue. The manager then ask if I wonna place my order or go to the store the call center sent my order to, and I asked to order. As I was waiting for my food which was told it was gonna be rushed out in 10/15 mins I went into the ladies bathroom , it was a smell , the tissue was all over the floor , toilet seats are filthy , just horrible experience that. It took my food 40 mins to come out and be wrong. It looked like they just threw my food in the to go boxes. I was highly upset and the manager was no where to found for 10 mins and then was spotted sitting by an associate just talking not even tryna figure out why everybody been standing for so long , what’s the frustration with this young lady nothing !! I asked for a refund and I couldn’t even get a processed refund in front of my eyes. When I asked for a refund he said why. I find that very disrespectful to question me. I will not be eating here again. I will contact hr about this . highly dissatisfied
Paid for an online order totalling $50+. Ordered some boneless wings that I expected to be dropped in the sauce but it wasnt. I ordered two things of fries that I was severely skimped on as well as waiting an extra 10-15mins due to them not having my entire order prepared like the app stated. I def wont be ordering again
Horrible customer service, they were out ingredients to make half the menu. I asked why I tasted old and the guy told me he just took it out the microwave. My sons mac&cheese was literally the microwavable ones they sell at the store. I asked for silverware and the chef who was talking and laughing asked me who was my server and yelled for him instead of just giving my some.
Ordered 4 different meals and only one meal came out correctly. We ordered 2 meals with steak and shrimp ordered medium-well side of mash potatoes with green beans and the other with mash potatoes with broccoli. The green bean were microwaved. The first 2 steaks were so dry we couldnt chew it. We asked for them to be replaced then they came out running blood all over the plate into the broccoli and mash potatoes. The manager came back out to our table laughing because he thought it was funny. I asked to redo it a 3rd time..Still sitting here waiting. Finally received a last steak.
THE FOOD WAS GREATTT/T....So funny the MAN waiter flirted with my guy in my face and thought i didnt notice...i was proud of my guy he handled hisself..good cause boy he wanted to snap but we just made it out of entertainment between each other.. but bae was very uncomfortable never saw bae eat so quick. And sip so quick.. i tip him $13.. cause of great service tho .. hilarious!!!!!🤣🤣can u SAY MACARONI AND CHEESE
Horrible! My burger was old and disgusting they reheated old food the lettuce tomatoe and pickles were hot and shrivled up and the burger was dry no kethcup, mayo or mustard for a $15 burger! Mash potatoes old and burnt. Ordered apple juice got some strange lemon water tasted odd, kid pizza old. Ice cream sundae had weird black stuff in the vanilla ice cream only good thing was the strawberry yogurt as kids meal side wont ever order Applebees again none of the food was edible. Why even deliver the food knowing it wasnt edible you could redid the order or cancelled it I rather not get the food then to get food just to throw in trash.
They have employees walking in and out getting high eating food on the floor and we been sitting there for an hour for four burgers it doesnt make no sense for us to wait for a hour for 4 burgers and 4 fries. We shouldnt have to pay for the drinks at all. The family still sitting in the front to get a table a sit down and eat it doesnt make sense for all that going on thats what happen when you hire some young people yall need to do better. This used to be my favorite place to come and eat but not no more, I will not send nobody to this Applebees for nothing in the world cook going in and out the restaurant and the waitress high its not right and poor customer service. And the Manger that is on the floor think we shell her who they was and she up there talking to them yall need to do better with the whole shift Manger and all.
Came here 2 times with my friend, and had the same bartender. She’s so sweet, & everything is always correct! Came here before and ordered a steak & mozz sticks. She makes our drinks that are always top notch! Though i got here late this one time when the kitchen closed, i did order a drink before leaving. Good place to dine and drink! For sure will be back again.
Table was very sticky, ladies bathroom was a mess, and the salad that my wife had was not good. My boneless chicken wings were good but not great. My daughters 3 cheese penne pasta was very good. Also we got a mango smoothie for the one year old and he liked it. Our waiter was very good.
This was the second time my sister and I went here, and again we had an issue with our food. Even though it was tasty, the noodles werent cooked all the way, which made the dish hard to eat. However, the manager did adjust our bill and our waitress Michelle (from Up States NY) was fantastic! I would totally just go back for her. 😍🗽
This is by far the worst Applebees I have ever been to… Like look at this honestly plastic silverware like omg if my boyfriend would have gotten a steak his food would be harder to cut, then we keep getting ignored by our waiter having to flag them down like they a taxi no this is not New York I will not be dining here again
😃My daughter took me❤ to Applebees for lunch, 😋 we chill and had a great time. ⏲️ the food was awesome 👌and delicious. ❤ we havent been out to any restaurants since the beginning of the pandemic, but it felt so good to see 👀 all these restaurants trying to get back to some normalcy. We can! if everyone just follow the guidelines and provencal, these restaurants, stores, movies theaters etc can get back to normal if just do our part. They all just trying to keep their heads above water. So we 😷 mask up and go 🤔 out sometimes just try to support them, they always greet 🤔 us 🇺🇸 with a beautiful 🌄 😃 smile and a warm welcome back. I 💘 love that. I had this 👌bowl of pasta with chicken, 🐔 broccoli 🥦shrimp 🍤and cheese, with a salad 🥗😋👌. Almost eat myself to a bilbarent, Old saying. it was so cheesy and delicious. Ah, Ah, Ah! My ❤ daughter had a steak dinner 🍽 with a house 🏠😋salad. We really enjoyed 😉 our selves. Will go back soon when my daughter have another day off from work! So when ever you looking forà a nice place 🤔ti 🍽dine, unwind, and have a nice dinner with your family wonderful time with your family, friends, your co worker, your better half, are just by yourself. Arrived at 5:18 waited an hr to be seated then waited another hour for our appetizers got that then it was a BUG in my salad so then the manager made our food free we appreciate him for that then it took 2 more hours for us to get our real food 🙄 but our waitress was not taking care of us at all we appreciate the hostess she took care of us like we were her table then we got told we were gonna get our donuts she said they just dropped then the hostess tells us they were out so we were lied to 🤦🏾♀️ We left at 9:22 pm it should not take 4 hours for food This trip to apple bees was not the best will be my last time coming to this location thank you for our hostess with the green hair she has lovely customer service
This was the worst restaurant I have tried to dine in. This evening myself and sons and grandchildren wanted to eat in. There was a couple waiting in front of us. The young lady keep coming by saying she will be right there. Twenty minutes later the first couple left, we were still waiting another fifteen minutes later when we decided to leave also, a guy said oh you are leaving. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a while. Never will come back again.
It was a cool experience. It was a bit of a wait and they never did text me when they were ready but we were still seated within the estimate wait time. If the waitress was a bit more attentive, I wouldve blessed her... I was feeling extra generous that day but she didnt meet my expectations... still gave her a decent tip. Food was good. The mango lemonade taste like regular lemonade... But the price was nice!
Im not sure how the food is yet. But the service at the restaurant is terrible. Our order was ready at 11:10. My husband stood there for 30 minutes with employees walking all around him and nobody bothered to help him. If you dont like your job quit and find something without human interaction
Took our server 10 minutes to even get to us to place our drink order then another 15 for us to get the drinks we did the 2 can dine for 24 and asked him if we could get the new wings with the hot Cheetos on the outside and he told us yall dont want that. After we placed our orders and got our appetizer the plate was hot but the food was not, I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out almost well done broccoli was brown (thinking it was sitting under the heat lamps for awhile) and mashed potatoes had no flavor
Server was nice but slow and keep forgetting items. She gave us the wrong tops to our carryout trays but we made it work since she was slow at serving us. I didnt get my drink until I was finished with my meal. I wanted to order dessert but declined due to slowness. The slowness was not due to the restaurant being busy. It was 33% full.Food was okay. The worst part was I received crumbs as tortilla chips (I dont think I had one whole chip. They were all broken.)
2-21-19 today was supposed to be a celebration I have six kids 16 11 10 5 4 2 so I treated them out to Applebees for awards ceremony we had a party of nine the waitress was wonderful thank you so much for the help you tried to help withbut let me tell you my story walking in the restaurant we had to wait almost an hour to be seated they sent us at a dirty table I had to call somebody back over to wipe the table offWe order our food it took forever almost 3 hours for us to get our food for it to be cold Im talking about Frozen cold hard nasty stale french fries cold chicken tenders OMG it dont stop there one of the babys got a hold to the monitor and ordered some extra stuff the( nachos to be exact fully loaded) waitress came back and said I know you ordered from me so I know you didnt order this and I said no I didnt the babies was trying to play a game on that machine he said yes thats what it was ordered from he went to go get his manager the manager came and put the food on the table and said once the food hit the table you got to pay for itit got very quietI said Im already almost at $200 in food and you want me to pay for some stuff I didnt order thisI can pay for the stuff I ordered and you take that stuff off I didnt order or I wont pay for anything and you can handle this according to how you need to handle this as a manager and I stop talking because my mouth can get horrible man would not identify himself and he said you are going to pay for this and walked off and I did not see him again he was on the other end of the restaurant cursing out my waitresshe called the police yes he called the police and force me to pay for some food that the baby mistakenly ordered trying to play the gamesI paid for the food I didnt order and left it on the table I think the manager handle this very rude and disrespectful is so unprofessional and he needs to be fired immediately and I am seeking action all this was done live I have contacted corporate and I have to wait three to five business days for the police report this is outrageous and I am appalled2-22-19 the kids will not eat the food said its nasty smhAnd the worst part about it is that was our first time going out as a family with father and stepfather and this have to happen had the kids all upset😭2-23-19 😍So today I get up to a phone call from a Mr C thank you for taking this situation seriously and taking the necessary actions to fix the situation and contact me as soon as you heard about it my family and I accept your apology and thank you I look for to what we talked about thank you sir🎀
My family and I took my Father in law here for his Birthday, because it was a midpoint and it was one of the only things open at 10pm.The service was absolutely horrible!!!!!Our waitress Tatiyanna has no idea how to serve. She didn’t write any of our orders down, consequently causing us to have to literally reorder items multiple times. We waited over an hour for coleslaw that was ordered 6 times, and never delivered. We had no refills on our drinks. After ordering the unlimited tenders, we was waited 45mins for the 2nd order, that literally was burnt!The Management was the absolute worst part! Teka was the Manager, she came over our table upset that she had been requested, and stating that they are doing the best that they can. She became argumentative when I asked her if it was typical to order coleslaw 6times or wait 45mins for the second order of tenders. Teka became facetious and stated that she wasn’t taking anything off of our bill and walked away.No one asked her to remove or discount anything, even after the terrible food and service we paid the full bill and left a tip for Tatiyanna, because she seemed very new and young, and just had no idea what she was doing. Management is the real issue!If they offered us free meals for a year, we still would refuse to return to this place. Please save your money and eat somewhere else! I would never recommend this restaurant!
I really wish I could explain how it feels to make an order, get said order, and then realize that said order is completely wrong. And I got food poisoning from the completely wrong order?? How dare you not even get the order right and then have the audacity to give someone food poisoning?? I don’t care if I ever see another apple or a bee for as long as I live. Thank you.
We went to this location on 10/18/17. The service was horrible. No drinks, she got my order completely wrong, we waited for ketchup, 15-20 mins for the rice I ordered (my food got cold) and we had to flag her down for everything. Nothing could be worse than when my bestie realized he had what appeared to be cheese on his Burbon chicken and shrimp. We both said cheese isnt on this entree...well...he almost ate it and it was melted PLASTIC. Took the manager forever to come over. He took 1/2 off a 2 for $20.00. After receiving horrible service, cold food and health hazard. I will be calling corporate as well...the service here sucks and ANY other location is better than this one. Management is horrible and not customer oriented.
The bartender at the location is very unfriendly and unnecessarily loud , 2/14/22 We decided to head to TGIF and so glad we did , we felt welcomed and everyone was just so polite and smiles everywhere , we were regulars at the Applebee’s but will not be going back after tonight
We had dinner here for my daughters bday and it was a wonderful experience. It wasnt overly crowded, service was excellent and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend the Cajun chicken and shrimp. Seasoning was perfect and loved the sizzling plate! And absolutely save room for the Triple Chocolate Meltdown!! Oh my Gawd! Well definitely be back again.
This place is awesome. Yo i was really impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was so satisfying smelling the fresh aroma of the restroom because I know they are care about their reputation.The drinks are awesome. Ashely is amazing!Don’t get fooled because it’s Tara Blvd. this place is really pushing!!’ I definitely recommend.
Rude rude rude!!! Attitudes on fleek!!! Applied here for a job, got called in for an interview and was told they didnt know why I was there. Manager refused, yes refused to come to lobby and speak with me. I was told to come in Tuesday at 2PM for an interview with hiring manager. Once I arrived a young lady greeted me and while laughing told me I had the wrong applebees location bc they dont do interviews on Tuesdays. She was so tickled. Very rude, nasty attitude. As if I was bothering her. All I was doing was co.ing in for my interview. I have over 12 years experience in retail and restaurant sales. They def need help at this location. Seems like its run by a bunch of kids.
Nothing to knock my socks off. Food was average. Server must have been newer. She had a bit of an attitude when we started out. She calmed down toward the end, but her service still left me feeling like I shouldnt have wasted my time or my money. Probably wont be going back.
Waited for pickup 30 min after order was identified to be ready for pickup. New manager kept saying how sorry he was while staff was just walking around changing channels on TV. I had high hopes for the location. NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT. FOOD NOT WORTH MONEY. MANGER NEED TO GO BACK TO WASHING DISHES.
The food was good. The server was also good. The only issue I had was that the server had extremely long fake nails and she had black dirt dirt under about 3 or 4 of her nails. Normally I would not care however it is not sanitary for her to have such extremely long nails and serving food with no gloves on her hands.
Our waiter is always on point but, this location needs help. There isn’t enough ppl working therefore the wait time is awful. The waiter was literally running around like a chicken w. his head cut off waiting ab 3-4 to tables. I commend him & the others. Hire more ppl please !!! Should not be waiting 2 hrs for my main entree.
I took a star because it took waaay too long for a waiter/waitress to come to our table after being seated.But when we did see her, we got a GREAT ONE! She was attentive to our table and made sure we had all we needed. She even have a drink suggestion because they were unable to make what I ordered. The new drink suggestion was yummy!I enjoyed my time here and my company and I know well be back for another lunch run!
Don’t waste your time. We were here for my moms birthday, and everyone’s order at our table was compeltely wrong. Some people’s orders were not even put into the system. Don’t buy alcoholic drinks because it’s literally just juice. What a frustrating way to spend her birthday. They said it was the waitress first day. Why would you put a new person for a large party? Management never showed face to address the problems, it’s quite pathetic
We were trying to find a place that wasnt full because we had a party of 22. We saw that the restaurant wasnt full at all with nearly any people and walked in. The host look at us and said that they cant service a party that big, when we asked to sit separate to distribute the work load among the servers that were sitting at the bar the MANAGER said that they didnt want us to be seated because there will be better and easier customers that will come in and eat. We left and went to McDonalds instead where we got better service and better food.
It was the most absurd experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. The food was mediocre, but the service was terrible. Not only were we given dirty silverware, but when we asked for new utensils the waitress just put them in a cup of hot water. I had to take a picture because I was so dumbfounded. Why not just bring us clean forks? Who does this??
This places is the worst. Waiting time was too long to be seated. After we got seated on a table that wasnt wiped down other tables were getting served that came after us. We didnt see a server and we didnt even get to order anything. We were seated for 30 mins and no one came. The table beside us told us they took an hour to get their food with a 40 minute wait to be seated.
This place was very unprofessional music was super loud as though we were in a club, young bartender with dreads cursing acting ratchet talking loud she was upset because she did not want to serve anymore drinks I would never come here again very very unprofessional they definitely need new management and staff and especially a new bartender
I usually get the same thing every time I go to any applebees which is the bourbon chicken and shrimp. However, at this particular Applebees it was not made the same as it usually is at any other Applebees. So I may not be back to that one. On another positive note, our waitress was very kind and attentive.
Applebees continues to be a great spot to hit for evenings to remember! Without being over the top, the atmosphere is always laid back, comfortable and cozy but, the service and professionalism elevate it all.Our meals arrived pretty quick and were delicious!The only reason they didnt get that 5th star... The BBQ Riblets ended up being a bit too salty after a few bites. Maybe next time!
Food was hooorible and the management’s customer service was even worse. The shrimps was very tough and I didn’t want to be a nag so I asked for them to be remade but I was going to be charged!! Huh? My sirloin steak was even tougher but he didn’t seem to care. Instead he told me that “They couldn’t take food back just because I don’t like it” even though only one shrimp was missing. I had to place another order. Oh yea let’s not even discuss the dead flies in the window. 😩
I went about a week ago and ordered the chicken and broccoli alfredo and the chicken wasnt done, I was so upset. And another thing it be freezing in there and I did not want to stay and wait for them to cook my food over. But I did leave the waitress a tip eventho I wasnt charged for the food.
THIS REVIEW IS WRITTEN ON REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE.1.sundays is not busy.but staff have a bit of how do you say?(Attitude).2.We had won fair and square a complimentary wings by a special promotion If no one had offer us to buy a gift card.you hey free wings.when we approached this situation our waitress repeatedly tried to neglect our prize saying our promotion was over.(Not true)#readalloftherules.But at the same time the promotion itself said it ends in July.But the manager did arrange and helped us out after we had to fight for the gift.afterwards they still didnt remove the promotion card out of the tables.people what happen Helping society out!I forgot its different here in the South.
This is the worst experience Ive had at an applebees. I called to place a Curbside order around 12:30pm and was told order would be ready at 12:58pm. I arrived at 12:55pm and at 1:10pm I called to advise I was outside. They said my order would be out in 1 to 2 min. Another car pulled up 15min after me and recieved their food within 5 min of arrival. Curb side attendant walked out with their food and didnt even acknowledge me or ask did I need assistance. When she brought out the customers change I had to get her attention and ask about an order I had been waiting 30min for and I need a manager. No one ever came back out I called store multiple times and was placed on hold. So I placed an order somewhere else and left after 45min and nothing!!!. I will never visit this establishment again!!! Bad business and worse management. Dont waste your time or money here
All the ordered food wasn’t brought out, she didn’t get all the orders down but said it was because she didn’t hear it. She came twice in the two hours we were here, never checked up never brought refills or the sauces we asked for. Had us waiting for over 45 minutes just for refills and to-go boxes, plus she still never came back to give the check. Just overall the service was slow and half effort was put in. The waitress “sierra” I think was her name had a attitude like she wasn’t the one in the wrong. Now I see why Applebee’s is loosing customers.
Horrible customer service. Went here today with my two daughter. Was told there would be a 20 min wait due to covid which was fine with me. After waiting we were placed at our table. After 15 mins no one had come over to introduce themselves no drink order were taken NOTHING. There were only about 6 tables with customers. Yet there were several waitress and waiters walking around hugging, laughing, and dancing amongst other things except waiting on tables. I went to the bar and asked it someone would be working in our area. The young lady ( who was at the end of her shift and ready to leave) told me that some one would be over. 10 more mins passed before the young lady who was at the end of her shift came over and asked if my daughters and I would like something to drink. I gave her our drink orders. Once she gave use our drink she said someone would be over. Its was only after I was preparing to leave that someone (one of the dancing waiters) decided to ask could be help us with anything. I also asked to speak with the manager on duty. Who refused to come to our table. Dont waste your time or money patronizing this place..
Sometimes its okay n sometimes its not. Last time I went I waited 1 hour and 40 mins for my food and watched the lady not make my drink this whole time. Then another I came in my military uniform n it took 20 mins. N its expensive but at least the food good. How I get the appetizer a 2 dishes for 25 and end up paying 40 bucks? Explain this to me?
We frequent Applebees,due to value, service and we have a large party. Yet we do tip more than usual and have our ready before arrival, to assist our server. On yesterday it was to be my 62nd birthday celebration we waited 2 hrs., it was not our server, it was management .They did not assist no way no how. My daughter did give her a tip and assured her it was not her fault. We departed without eating after 2 hrs I wont be back. Thanks for giving me a birthday I will never forget.
This place is a hot mess. The day I went I watched the atmosphere and listened to customers and staff complain. I had no choice because the wait for a table was long. They where under staffed because staff called off. The waiter Mubi was rude to customers and didnt want to server any tables. One waiter told the hostess to turn customers away because she dont want to work. The manager Wayne is very rude to the staff and customers. He was cursing out customer because they where complaining about the food being to cold. It took my party an hour to be seated because they only had two waiter that day. My food was cold we never got our drinks until we where almost done eating. And when we asked about it again the waitress act like she had an attitude. I get they are probably over worked and under staffed but that dont give the employees the right to treat the customers bad. First impression is everything. Ive visited this location twice and I must say this last visit was very horrible. They need new management and staff.
The whole experience was horrible!!! We went there to celebrate our son birthday and by the end everyone was mad! The service was horrible as soon as we walked in the building, the girl was complaining about how she was ready to go home. By the time she put our food in it was 45 minutes after we had already ordered. Our appetizers and food came to the table at the same time. My daughter and I never got her food. The waitress never came back to refill our drink, we never got napkins and never got condiment. The manager Tony had an attitude he was rude and unhelpful. We will never spend our money in this establishment again!! Im never the one complain because I am a server and I work in customer service myself so I have more patience than most regular customers. This was just awful!!!!
Just left from here. I called in my order. They said it would be ready a a certain time. Get there at the appropriate time and Im waiting 45 minutes. They finally being out my order and I politely ask them to remake it because I know my food now. Please do better. I honestly didnt mind the wait, if they would have informed us that there would be a wait. Communication is key
Find another place to eat. While our server was great thats about all there was good to say about the place.Our table was dirty, and the hostess had a really bad attitude about having to clean it.We ended up wiping the table down ourselves with baby wipes.We ordered the Leprechaun which was supposed to be alcoholic but it tasted like a Caprisun. So bad in fact that we all ordered Long Islands. Not surprisingly those too came out with very little alcohol in it at all.When our food came the chips were hard, and the dip runny. The steak was decent, but the vegetables were cold, the pasta was cold, the sizzler was cold.Our server told us they were working with only 2 in the kitchen, but it wasnt like the place was packed wall to wall so not really an excuse for everything to come out like it was tossed on a plate and then into a microwave.Ranchero/ The Mexican - down the street will give you better service, better food, and better drinks for 1/3 the price.
We dined in on a spur of the moment.It was very hot outside.The server/waitress was very patient, polite,went over and beyond considering the many factors outside of her control, despite the fact that the power went out,she definitely was exceptional in customer service.
We placed an order online around 10:40-11. Our ride to the Applebee’s was about 30-40 minutes. Plenty of enough time for them to receive and make the order. I guess not. We get there just for the manager Tony to act dumbfounded saying the order wasn’t in the system even though we were already charged. But instead of offering a discount or to remake the meal he continues to say that he’ll refund the money. There are 5 of us including kids who are hungry which we mentioned multiple times yet Tony(manager last name) still had no compassion. Eventually we left with to no food.
100% the worst service that Ive ever had, and that is no exaggeration. We sat for 45 mins after out food was put in, and the when the food come out, 3 were wrong. They automatically substituted the kids sides without asking because they were out of applesauce. They cooked 2 of the steaks to leather and didnt want to recook them. They sell a salad and didnt have the correct dressing for it but still sold us the salad. My wife ordered French onion soup.and it came out extremely late after out other food was at the table and the soup was loaded with croutons. French onion soup doesnt get croutons. Turns out, it didnt have the bread in it. The we waited another 30 mins for out check. Absolutely the worst service on both sides of the table. When it was time to pay the bull, the waitress wanted to say sorry for the inconvenience. Too late now.. that was the first time I have ever given nothing nothing a tip. This place needs new management asap. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!
Food was good, service was fast for us. drinks were great. However the host was very unfriendly and short and got an attitude with the customers next to us who waited 30 minutes before someone even offered them a drink. But the experience was good for me and my sister. Our waitress was great.
From the time we arrived to the time we got our food, took an hour and a half. Only reason we stayed is because my son loves the boneless wings there. Manager was not pleasant at all. She saw us and another family waiting, she asked what time span was given to us by the hostess, we said 10-15 minutes, she told us we had to now wait 25 minutes because they had tables available that they had to clean but those were for a party. She said to let her know if we wanted to wait. We waited, and I never saw any parties arrive in between the two hours we were there. I think it is very unprofessional for a manager to lie about not being seated for 25 minutes, if they want to get rid of customers, then just say it. The hostess was kind enough to sit us at the 15 minute mark. The food took for ever to come out and one of our orders was wrong. Also I had to ask the waitress for lemon 4 different times and when she finally brought it to me, she brought lime not lemon. She brought the drinks out without ice and my sons drink was half poured. Worst experience ever, and we have been going to this location for 10 years, But I will never set foot in here again.
This service was horrible. I ordered my food around 6:45 for car side to-go. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:11.By 7:21 I was still waiting so I called inside. I was then informed that they do not come outside after dark for their safety. Since I wasn’t advised of this when I placed my order I asked to speak to a manager. Manager gets on the phone and apologizes.I go inside at 7:25 and ask for the manager again. Manager didn’t approach until 7:50.Manager brought my food out COLD! Everything was cold! I asked the manager if I could have all fresh food and that I would wait for it if it was 30 mins. She said “It’s gone be longer than that. I’m just being honest.Side Note: Manager also told me that they use a call center to take over the phone orders so they do not know what’s going on at the store & they have no idea when the food would be ready.
Don’t know how to train all staff to take note of and care of the to go side. Customer service is everyone’s job not just whoever is supposed to be assigned to Togo orders. Called store after several employees just walked right past me in the to go area without talking to me and overheard the person with the phone complaining about even having to answer itManager just made excuses for empolyees instead of training the to be team members and make sure all customers are good instead of just constantly waking past them.Reported my concern with not being acknowledge by any employees even the ones walking right past me. Instead of recognizing that the staff failed to properly welcome me to the neighborhood I have been denied further service. My issue was not with waiting my issue was with not being treated like a human being.
I had good experience at the Applebees on Tara Blvd. Despite the fact the lovely lady I was supposed to meet there couldnt make it.I arrived at about 8:30 the crowd was light so I got a table immediately....the hostess was friendly and polite...my waitress was friendly..polite..and..quick....Since my date canceled I enjoyed one strong but great tasting margarita then ordered some food to goEverything was clean and tidy all the covid-19 safety requirements seem to be in place and well taken care of... all in all a good experience
The service as far as the wait staff is very good, even tipped one young man $40. The young lady that greets you at the door is not very friendly, she takes her time doing everything and she doesnt acknowledge everyone thats standing there only the person that shes speaking to at the time!
Service was horrible. Its as if Applebees have stopped training staff and servers. We had to wait for flatware. We had to wait to receive check because no one could find our server. When they finally located her she never came over to apologize or hand us our check. Horrible experience. I dont think I will be returning anytime soon.
We ordered food online. Arrived at the store 15 minutes later. Walked in waited 10 minutes trying to get somebodys attention. I finally got somebodys attention that turned out to be the manager. She told me that she would get the carryout lady 20 minutes later I had to flag the manager down again and she had an attitude with me about my food. As I was talking to the manager the young lady showed up with my food which was wrong but I took it just to get out of and I will drive the extra 30 minutes to go somewhere else with better customer service.
My Family and I are visiting from Michigan looking for a new home and also celebrating our daughter’s graduation, Her graduation ended and we just wanted to grab a bite to eat. We arrived at your establishment only to receive the absolute worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced in my life, First Stop The Greeter was absolutely horrible by telling us that we arrived too late because to parties walked in right before us….. meaning there were no other options(let’s make this make sense) so are you saying that there’s no one to serve us because you just seated 2 parties of 4 and 6 before we arrived? (I asked) No I’m just saying we will be closed by the time you order you food or before I even seat you and the cooks are going to be ready to go home 😳(stated the greeter) so I asked to seek with a manager because at this point I’m completely blown away by these statements. The Manager arrived to ask what’s going on with you guys? Hello Sir I’m not quite understanding how your system is working this evening 45 minutes before you’re due to close? The Manager then states; yeah well we ain’t seating nobody else tonight but you can get a carry out, y’all need a menu or you know whatcha want? I asked for a menu and he proceeded to point me around a corner stating the girl will come take y’all order. The Girl arrived after about 7 minutes to take the order stating y’all know what you want? Ok at this point I’m absolutely mortified that people really like this are actually working in a Customer Service atmosphere handling people’s food. So we’re starving and everything else is closed let’s just order and get out. So we’re ordering and after everything sentence she says is that it? Woooow why why why are you guys soooo horrible? So I ask to have shrimp added to my pasta and her response was that’s $6 you still want it? YES Ma’am I DO…. Is that it once again she asked all I can do is just smh my family and I have had the worst southern experience in the World EVER so a HUGE shout out to BREANNA W. and staff today for making a joyful evening so horrible for myself and my family.I hope everyone will be attending Customer Service training classes after this because I know Applebee’s offers them.
I dont know if its the managers or the lack of workers because of covid but their system is definitely broken. Food was very cold when we got it. We ordered take out but even upon receiving the food in the car it was already tipid. the wait staff is overworked and I think that for the time being it would just be best to avoid eating out even for special occasions. I think its important to be thankful for the wait staff and cooks as they are putting their lives on the line for us to have a special meal.
Customer service in the to go area is pretty bad. First mentioned lack of customer service and being ignored by employees over a month ago. Today while picking up I mentioned to the manager that sever employees had just walked past me ignoring my existence. He say yeah of course they did like it was no big deal and that’s how his employees should treat customers. Reported his to corporate and shortly after received a call from the manager telling me to no longer come to the store. I would not want to keep a manager who is not only ok with providing poor customer service, but will deny future service for speaking out.
I placed an order on the Uber app. I ordered the sirloin with shrimp and wanted the parm cream sauce on the side as I get it when I come and dine in. There needs to be an option to remove the sauce because otherwise you cannot get steak AND SHRIMP! No way to order just a side of shrimp. I pay an extra 30% or more just order it in the app!!! I should be able to order it how I want it!!!! Especially if I am forced to pay an extra third of the bill!!!!
Terrible. Curbside is a joke. They dont tell you they dont bring it out to you until you call up telling them that youve arrived. They didnt give all the food to us. Had to go back inside and they still missed the ice cream for the dessert. Didnt even bother at that point. Terrible service. No one even at the pick up area. Had to go to the bar to ask for assistance. Not COVID-19 friendly at all.
Great food. I usually order from uber eats n door dash, but Ive also been here n the food and service is smackin. Id recommend that sizzling caramel apple cobbler. Also my mom loves the Ribs. Great bite to eat if u got some money to spend (this aint mcdonalds, no dollar menu here loll). I love their food. All n all its great.
The host didnt want to seat us and had an attitude about it, told us to go sit over there and didnt give us any menus all because we walk in at 9:35. I understand it was close to closing time but we just got off of work and was hungry, we already knew what we wanted thankfully but we didnt deserve that. The server was extremely nice and the food was good
The waitress took a while to get to the table to take drink orders, she was stinkin of weed (Marijuana), took extra long to get food, the food was actually good, but they are understaffed big time here, and at least spray yourself off after hot boxin. She was LOUD AF and I dont mean talking!
The food was amazing. Served freshly cooked and very hot! Steak was very tender. Boneless wings had plenty of sauce. Our waiter was super nice. So sweet. Bathroom was clean. Drinks looked amazing as they came past! Made me really want one! Made the one at home seem pitiful.
Im only giving 1 star bc 1. The food was ok and 2. The servers were nice (even though our service was sub-par)Everything was DIRTY. The silverware was disgusting, the side plates werent clean, my water tasted funny (didnt drink it), even the salt and pepper bottles were gross (covered in dry ketchup and clumped up so bad the salt was unusable). Our server was personable and brought us whatever we asked for but she also failed horribly at making sure the items she brought us were CLEAN. She also disappeared at the end of our meal and I had to ask another server to find her. We shouldve spoke to a manager but my husband was just ready to pay and go. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Im still trying to figure out how this location is even still in business??!!
It was absolutely the worst service I have ever had! We waited for an hour before we got our food and appetizers and spent the next hour trying to get any waitresses attention. Food came out wrong and took probably 45 minutes to fix it. We will not be returning! We never saw a manager to complain to or help resolve the issues.
Food was terrible i ordered a burger med well got a well done burger my wife ordered a pasta no meat with mushrooms added she never got and a salad with raw onions the onions were sautéed and my son ordered nachos with white cheddar cheese the cheese was gray because its been sitting in a warmer since earlier that day so it was old never again will go back it wasnt that many people there maybe 10 people inside the restaurant smh😡
I visited this Applebees bc the one on Tara Blvd was too crowded, had like an hour wait. My two sons, my nephew and I choose this one since we were on that side of town. The waiter was polite he seemed overwhelmed and was moving so fast that he was in motion but I was still talking. But we ordered the food anyway, the boneless wings were dry, really dry. He took them back the ones he came back with werent that much better, but ok. Nephew got the riblets(the ribs werent on the menu) my son got the chicken alfredo and bourbon chicken, I got the bourbon chicken and Cairo got the tenders... It was on a Tuesday so I also ordered Cairo the kids meal too. No lie the only thing really good was the strawberry smoothie and the salads. My nephew decided to send the riblets back, he didnt even try any. My sons and I was so hungry we pretty much just ate what we wanted and paid and left... Nahh I wont be back
I sat for 9 minutes with no help. 18 minutes later finally got something to drink. There was 4 people eating in the restaurant. So being busy was not an excuse. I am not from Atlanta but have been spending a lot of time working in the area. Will not be coming back. Dont have time to be wasting for a lunch break.
The worst service ever. We waited 2hours they closed at 1am and we still had not gotten our food. They weren’t crowded nor busy. The cooks and hostess were stating that they were about to walk out they were arguing. We sat down at 12:15 I didn’t receive my drink until 1:15 then the manager comes over and tell me I only had 5 minutes to finish the my alcohol. This place and management is AWFUL. My 6yr old said that the service is awful.
NEVER COME TO APPLEBEES ON TARA BLVD. I placed a pickup order on line just 2 desserts I arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time in hopes my order would be ready but it wasnt matter of fact it was completely wrong so they claimed they would fix it so after waiting the 1st 20mins I waited another 30 for them to tell me they didnt have the ingredients to even make it
This is the worse restaurant ever!!!! The service was horrible. For two people at a table and only one napkin is ridiculous. After asking for more napkins five times, an hour and a half later, one more was brought to the table. Even had to ask for eating utensils. Whats even worse is that after ordering our meals they didnt bring them until an hour and forty five minutes later. And forget getting refills on drinks. Will never frequent this place again!!!!!!!!!
Not a fan of Applebees. This was a group trip. Alfredo is mediocre. You probably make a better Alfredo at home. Menu was out of date. I wanted the lime chicken. Menu says chicken comes with 2 sides but it doesnt. Drinks were the best part of the meal. They actually had alcohol in it. My sister ordered a medium well steak and got medium rare. Ribs are nothing special. They need an updated menu with updated food. Make me want to come back. Make me say I can only get this type of dish at Applebees. Lost a customer for life.
Food great social distancing was great,I notice each time customers leave after finish meal the table was clean off then spray sanitize wipe down thourghly great job , always check back make sure everything was okay , introduce themselves give name they will be serving us keep up the good work
Food came out correctly. We were sitting in a corner booth but it was a family right next to us. It did get a little crowded Our server was also training both were professional unfortunately I ordered hot tea and asked for a spoon GUESS WHAT. ??? NO SPOONS CLEAN AND NO PLASTIC ???? HMMMM OK.
Manager was very rude . I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and it tasted like a crused iced glass of water .He then told me he can’t take it off and I won’t be able to order it again smh .. I’m the customer what do you mean !!! Very bad service from management,server was great
Food was less than mediocre at best, messed up our order and took 30 minutes longer than curbside said it would. And they wouldnt come out to your car to bring it but didnt let us know that until we called. Definitely not the best location either, cop cars in the parking lot and several driving by with their lights and sirens on. I thought I was back in Gary.
Nasty waiter Janae was excellent it took a long time for the food to come the alcoholic drinks was watered down food didnt have no taste everyone was complaining about how long the food was taking I think they only had one cook. The steak was dry the alfredo pasta didnt have no taste we still tip the waiter because it wasnt her fault. They been under different management so many different times its ridiculously. Wont go there no more....
The only reason I gave it 5 stars is so that it can be seen first. I would never go here again when I got there nobody was at the door had to wait until someone came out the back. When we was seated at the table the lights was so dim I had to use my phone to see the menu. We order out appetizer and our drinks the drinks came first then out appetizers came one by one with ten mins in between. After that my friends food came and I was still waiting on mine. My friend finished her food. In still waiting on my food a hour have passed now and when the waiter comes back her story is oh the cook forgot about your food. LIKE WHAT THE HELL so I tell her to cancel the order and bring my the check. The manager never came out. Nobody even cared that I waited so long and never got my order. As much as I got to this establishment I will never go again. If this helped you an anyway Im happy with that.
Worst presentation of the southwest irresistible bowl, Im vegan and I got it without the chicken. I get home to see no tomatoes, the chips that goes on top is missing as well as the corn smh, not to mention the attended was rude when I was asking if this all that comes in the bowl before I left.
Went here with a coworker after work. Drink specials were awesome. Waitress was great and food was awesome. The one thing that went wrong was my friend had asked for a burger without bacon....it came with bacon...when she told the waitress it came back 30 seconds later where they wiped the bacon off. Bacon was still found in the fries. Seeing that that was the cooks fault my opinion is that it shouldve been remade...especially if you dont know whether that was a cultural/religious issue.
Not really impressed with the service. Went there with a child and she was given a menu with a coloring page but no crayons. The server explained that they arent going to order crayons at that location because some kids colored on the table and they didnt want to have to clean. Ordered a drink, but they were out of it. Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out very well done. The mashed potatoes were definitely frozen. The server didnt check on us until we were done eating and she was ready to bring the check.
I went there 5 days ago and there was a very long wait....now dont get me wrong nothing wrong with a wait when they are busy and every table is sat but upon getting to our table there was 21 tables open plenty of seating area to seat everyone waiting. I am and have been in the restaurant business for many many years so dont say i dont know what I am talking about. The hostess was beyond rude slamming menus down and playing on her phone in front of customers. The table was very nasty and super sticky....no big deal I get the table spray from the table a few seats away from us and clean the table myself. The waitress was very good she was very attentive even though you could tell she was overwhelmed. The other person with my party complained to the manager and she just kind of shrugged it off. First time I have ever been here but for sure will not be visiting this applebees again. No I dont like to leave bad reviews but just letting this to your attention since the manager didnt care that night .
Very bad experience. Service was really bad. We never saw our waitress again after our entrees arrived. No drinks refilled, pasta was cold so would have liked to be reheated.Waited ten minutes once finished to ask for check. Some tables had tablets on them but ours did not. Finally got up and found manager to ask for bill. A few minutes later out comes our server with a side salad wrapped up to go. She must have seen it on the bill and remembered she never brought it. I wasnt mad until that point. To try to pull that instead of just taking it off the bill was ridiculous.Thankfully for them we were just traveling through, but travellers beware.
The Waiter here was way too comfortable. Lean over onto the table with elbows on the table in the face of my date telling jokes and saying Nope, Cant get that we out right now. Order something else. The food took over an hour to arrive and arrived wrong. The environment was great. Music, lights and atmosphere was satisfying just not a location filled with capable staff or management. I will be sorry to see this location go out of business.
Bad service... Had to wait 20 minutes before getting seated in the bar area workers were passing by our table. The manager came to our table and instead of getting our order he told us that or server just got there and she would be out shortly. It was an hour before we got any service. I felt like nobody wanted to serve us...very disappointed. Probably wont return... Not to the Stockbridge location anyways
I ordered to go. I ordered 3 meals for my son, my husband and myself. My meal was undercooked and everything was greasy. There were ingredients missing from my husbands meal. I specifically asked for no ice in all the drinks which came to me loaded down with ice and the drink machine must be busted because they were disgusting. Im really unhappy with the food and the price you pay for the food to be so terrible Id just despicable
Place was clean, but the food wasnt so impressive. It was far too cold for comfort in the place. Perhaps thats why the shrimp on the entree I ordered were cold almost immediately upon arrival. Chips for the appetizer platter dip were WAY TOO SALTY! They put far TOO MUCH buffalo sauce on the boneless wings. The red potatoes were dry as well as the chicken. Then, to top it off, the waitress was 1 of those hit & run types. The plate hit the table & she ran. But despite her haste, we waited a long time 4 the bill & the final receipt. Would I go back? Not sure.
I did not want to even give one star to this place hostess was not very nice there were plenty of empty tables yet the hostess said we would have a 20 min wait she didnt want the servers overwhelmed from being a former waitress and a dining room supervisor if you cant hire a hostess with a.nice attitude and smile and servers who can not handle their section plus Xtra tables then you need to hire more people I also saw a customer trying to get the attention of a server for over. 10 min s this place was a nightmare we left went some where else
Everything was dirty! Table, booth seats, menus, bathroom, floors were very gross. We waited extremely long for our food, and when it was brought out, soup was cold fries were cold, my food was brought almost 5 minutes after the rest if the tables food was brought. Asked server too have soup reheated and she brought it 15 minutes later. Cesar salad had barely and dressing and the server didnt check back until she brought the soup back. She did not once apologize. I asked 4 times for a spoon for my sons yogurt. Everyone was already done and asked her to take soup and salad off our ticket. Again, no apology, actually didnt say a word. I told her we were traveling and soup wouldnt work in the car. She didnt suggest or offer anything else, manager never came over, nothing! Very disappointed in our experience. An apology from her or anyone would have went a long way.1 star is a stretch.
It had a local hangout vibe going on by the bar, which tended to be a bit jarring at times if you just want a quiet meal. Service was pleasant, though a bit slow. Ford was hired but steak was overcooked due them heating the entire plate to melt cheese on my parmesan shrimp add on. Ok place to eat but not on par with my experience at other Applebees locations
The food is great! Prices are decent. Very clean. The staff is the only issue. Rarely refill drinks, slow waiting even when the restaurant is basically empty. You pay somewhere around $2.50 for a soft drink and get maybe 1 refill. They will bring you your steak and come back after youre done eating to ask you if you might want steak sauce or anything else.
The last visit here I came on a Monday or Tuesday night around 3 hours before closing. I asked for medium steak it came out really well done. My dad had a skillet and the potatoes were rock hard raw. A manager came over and simply said thats how we make them. Ive come to this location several times before this and never had an issue until now.
Our food was so yummy!! We were here last year and had the sweetest waitress and were hopeful to have her again.......and we did!! Ronnie ❤. Our daughters remembered her right away!! I tried something new, which I never do. We Absolutely loved our waitress, Ronnie and highly recommend asking for her if you stop in!!
The waiter never came back to refill our drinks and brought out everyones food at different times. Also, they were supposed to bring out fruit and yogurt seperated but they did not and they brought it out way after our food came and stated they had to cut the strawberries and there was only a few strawberries in the yogurt. Not the best experience.
While our waitress tried her best to keep the food and drinks coming, the kitchen was super slow as well as the bar. We were there for 45 min before being seated. Then an additional 2 hours, which was unnecessary, waiting for our food to eat. Grant it it was late, but the hours of operation were until 2 am. That didnt mean we wanted it to take that long to bring us our food and drinks. If youre going to be opened that late, at least prepare for the late night crowd accordingly. Especially when you advertise half price appetizers after 10pm. Folks be even more excited to eat there when you have specials going on.
Our server A.D was great. The bartenders took their time making our drinks, rain their mouths and walked off it took 30 + mins to get our drinks. The bartenders were very attentive to the ppl sitting at the bar unfortunately not so much to the ppl that was not sitting at the bar.

2022-06-20Terrible management & staff service at this restaurant. My family & I was turned away for Fathers Day Dinner tonight. The manager Brandi was a short Caucasian woman that refused to sit us due to having only two servers, and people still waiting on their food for an hour according to her. Im writing a written complaint publicly online. She should not work there if she can not Manage her team to serve customers on a Sunday night on Fathers Day June 19, 2022. Do not bother eating at this Apple Bees on Tara Blvd. until they can get better customer service managers because the woman who was on duty was unacceptable tonight. Very disappointed in her response to six customers that she chose to not serve. She literally said,This is not McDonalds. to my family in front of multiple of people. The staff is low, customer service is not good & Ashley or Brandi needs to be investigated for their Work Ethnic to all Customers no matter what time customers come in before closing. The restaurant closed at 12am tonight. We were there at 11pm. We was not offered a To-Go order either. She had an attitude. She turned 6 customers away & admitted not seating 8 customers on the waiting list. As a US veteran senior, the none service that I received was not respectable at all. Please hire better managers & staffing. Rude customer service is not good for the community. There were plenty of empty tables. She claim that she could not sit us at all tonight.

2022-01-08I asked for soup. As I have Covid and cannot get up and make my own . They sent me these cold soggy fries instead, when I called the best they could do was tell me to get a refund, this is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. I don’t want a refund I just want what I ordered!Will not be ordering from here again!Also, fries are freezing cold and soft. Disgusting and the upcharge for my soup was 5 dollars

2022-06-11I don’t normally come to apple bees but my sisters and I stopped here on a road trip to Florida.Food was alright, nothing special but not bad except the Asia chicken salad, which was really good. Mac and cheese was just ok, I wouldn’t reorder.Service was amazing, just as good as high end restaurants I’ve been too! Q and TY did an excellent job taking care of us. They were very attentive and asked all the right questions. You could tell they both have been doing this for a while. Great job guys!

2022-05-02I see all these reviews. I had a great time. Food was good. Staff was great attentive and nice. No waiting 20 minutes. No bs in my food. No rude service. If anything the customers around me are more rude and mean to the staff. People cant hold their alcohol and get belligerent and stupid.

2022-03-10Imagine spending $40 on uber eats and they can’t even tell sour cream and ranch apart. They gave me literally 5 sour creams and not 1 ranch…. Imagine hiring someone who can’t read let alone see…. Is it that hard up there? Is it too much to take your time and get someone order right? Imagine that…. Sad to see people working there and can’t read

2022-05-18Applebees was great! We had a party of 6 for lunch our waitress/ bartender did a great job at taking our order as well putting our meals together which save us money. Thank you for a great experience.

2022-05-20I sat down at the bar with 2 other associates while we waited on a large party to join us. The two lady bartenders literally did not acknowledge we were there for about 10 mins. The bar was less than half full at the time. Although I let them know more than 30 mins ahead of time that 10 more were coming. They did nothing to prepare in advance. The restaurant was about a quarter full. Once everyone was there we spent another 20 mins waiting for them to organize tables on the side of the restaurant that was empty. Once seated service was fine and every one had a good time. Just disappointed in the lack of preparation when there was staff standing around talking when they could have been preparing for the group arrival.

2022-05-25They were out of a lot stuff. No liquor to make the $5 advertised drinks, couldnt make any drink that was blue, no lemonade, no coke, and no apple juice. After a 30 minute wait due to staff shortages and shift changes our Waiter Quinton was Awesome. I watched this man literally do the job of about 5 people and not complain once.

2022-05-29I must saythe waitress that attended to me amd my family was the BEST. There was a little wait but she came right over and explained the situation to us with such grace and experience behind ever word that came our of her mouth. Thus was last week Sunday at our around 3pm sorry I wish I didnt forget her name she made out whole entire experience unforgettable. Thank you so much
