I went with my family and it was six of us , they told us the wait would be 30-40 minutes and we ended up being there for an hour because he wanted to give us a certain seat when there were plenty of others.food is really good and its very clean. the costumer service just sucks.
I have come here a couple of times, but its normally the same thing. You walk in, it takes a couple of minutes before someone puts your name down on the list to wait for a table, you finally get a seat and after ordering food... you can wait anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes on your food. Its just always so slow for things. It is best to just order to go online then to sit down. Also the music normally way to loud, but that might be a personal thing. Customer service isnt bad, just slow.
Worst food I have ever had. For the 1st time in my life I have to say Krystal or McDonalds would have been better. Med well steak was extra well done no juicy very dry, mac n cheese was pasta with a little Alfredo sauce and bacon very dry mainly noodle. Sweet tea had no taste. The only thing good was the onion rings. First time I have eaten here in a couple years and will be my last. Service was ok but food was horrible. If I could rate 0 I would.
I will never come here ever again. Came 1 hour before closing made us wait for 25 minutes she was just swiping cards and nobody rushing her. Hinting her we want to buy food few minutes upon arrival only to tell 25 min. After kitchen is close. Poor service of making us wait. There was only 10 of us in there all of them got there food already never tried to ask our orders until the kitchen is close.
Not only was there a staff member standing in the front ignoring us until someone else sat us, there was only 1 server. not even into our appetizers and drinks, i take ONE SIP of my strawberry margarita and there’s A BUG IN IT! i’ve never left a restaurant so quickly and do not recommend ever going here. make a further drive to find another Applebee’s, this one is terrible
Food is good hot and taste wonderful as always once it finally made it to my table but due to be short staffed it took over 20 mins for drinks..and by short staffed they had one guy doing the best he can, as host and server. The part I didnt agree with was the bartender not helping at all just walking around messing up drinks from what I can see.
Got a to go order. Grilled chicken Ceasar salad. Got to hotel and discovered no cheese on 15 dollar salad and no breadstick. Also paid for extra dressing which I didnt have. Called and asked manager for missing items. Went back and was given cheese in what looked like a condiment cup. EXTREMELY small and a cold breadstick. Ive never been a fan of Applebees bc of the food quality. This experience has definitely not changed my mind and will keep avoiding it if at all possible in the future.
2 hours waiting and still haven’t gotten food. Over An hour waiting before getting seated and they had a whole section that they weren’t even using with people getting tired of waiting and leaving. And the food didn’t even come out looking all that well. The stake looked like a meatball if you ask me.Not at all happy about this visit at all
Food was good and good amount of portions to share. Only thing I didn’t like is service. When we entered we were seated in a booth where light is not working under it and around I see a lot of empty booths. we waited for our waiter to address the issue but no one showed up so we ourselves changed seats. And after a certain amount of time our waitress showed up. We completed our food and We waited on our waiter/waitress for almost 15 mins after we completed food-just because she was chit chatting with the table behind us. I don’t mind interacting with customers but in mean time other tables are waiting for their help.
This place has gotten better. I believe it could be because of management. However, this is not a place to get a good drink from!!! I’ve never had a strong drink nor a drink where I could really taste much alcohol. The food is decent and there is rarely ever a wait time. I’d say this is a place for out of towners and people who just want a quick sit down meal.
Myself and family absolutely love 475 Franklin Road location - The staff is for sure 5 star- if I could give more I would. Amandas attention to detail and professionalism is grade A!!! Our food is always fresh and delicious- KUDOS To Applebees Franklin road whole team for always delivering us a job well done!!!!! LOL No pun intended - You guys rock!!!!
I gave this peticular Applebees location three stars because it was a 2 an a half hour wait till we able to sit and the food took about 47 minutes till it got to the table... Nice sever tho... No workers it was only eight workers in all at this location... Its needs workers and more traffic cause it was pretty dead on a Thursday Night 🌙
Hands down the worst Applebees I’ve ever been to. The service was horrible my steak was way over done they didn’t give us silverware or napkins and my guest had rack of ribs. A customer ended up giving us napkins and the bartender only gave us one drink the whole night even after we asked for another round.
That was my first time at that particular Applebees. The staff was nice and friendly our waiter was extra friendly very nice guy in the food was good. I took my mother there for Mothers Day and all the staff greeted us, Happy Mothers Day. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip /w chips and the grill shrimp skewer & grilled chicken breast. Delicious,it was cooked to perfection.
Walked in waited almost 15 minutes before being seated then another 10 before I was asked about drinks and apps guess if I had been a group of young Mexicans or young black college kids I might wouldve gotten better service. Hadve the food been as bad as the service I wouldve only given 1 *
The service at the bar is fantastic. Seems like some people are there just to be there, and not to serve. I dont like their dining room, because I hate to ask for something more than once; when the name of the game is you serve me, I tip you based on that service. Ask for Mama Dee. She is the most amazing bartender, and it easily shows!! She should be managing that place, Im sure that if she were...the talent being hired would be worth a handsome tip.
Well never being here before this Applebees. We are from Florida and wanted to stop a name beand place, take a break from the 18 hour drive we had was a little disappointing. But i understood. Had a cook walk out manager was on the line and no one could order any food in the dining area. They had to catch up on to gos. I totally understand and respect that! So we stayed for a few drinks and Tyree was awesome and friendly! Thanks Tyree for the service. After a while the kitchen was caught up i was able to order a side salad! And we headed back on the road! Stay strong and keep your head up! It will get better there will be people who do want to work and you will again have staff hopefully soon stay strong!!! Good luck
Good food, and honestly the service was great. Unfortunately the server was greedy when it came to the bill. We left a $20 tip since its not as busy and they have less tables to serve at a time. Theyre running a movie promotion. Every $25 spent, get a free ticket. We spend $53 + $20 tip. Paid cash. When asking the greeter about the ticket promo she said I need my receipt. Got receipt reprinted. Price changed to $47? How the what? Server took off a kids meal and pocketed an extra $6. We only got one movie ticket lol called and they said to come get original receipt but aint nobody got time for that. Overall though. Everything was great. Server was just greedy.
I went there. Had a beer. Ordered the steak and shrimp special. I guess the bartender wasn’t interested. She ignored me the whole time ! After 30 minutes I finally got her attention, I said what happened to my dinner ? She said what dinner ! The manager had placed the order herself, but she was gone. I just left $4 on the bar for the beer and left. They only had 7 customers in the whole place !!! This is ridiculous !!! The worst service I’ve ever had in my whole life
Nice to see things getting back to normal in restaurants again. Applebees is great on Veterans Day with the free items, and thank you to the franchise for recognizing Vets. Had a great lunch and Danielle the server was awesome - looking forward to my next visit - thanks again.
I waited at the door so long with my 2 daughters to be seated that I just ended up seating myself. I was seen by several staff members but none greeted me or offered to seat us. My waitress was really nice though and was very kind. She didnt give me any issues or questions when I asked to have the cold food she brought out returned for something hot.
The service was bad. And Im hesitant to even put that because it was the young ladys 1st night. They just threw her to the Wolves. With that said tho, there seemed to be no interest from her to even get small details correct. After long day of flying and driving, wanted at least my meal and service to be good, but unfortunately that wasnt the case. 😔They were gracious enough to offer a discount for meal. Thank you
I was the only one that could eat their food. I had a salad. Daughters Fish not done. Sons steak didnt taste good. Husbands steak was not cooked right and didnt taste good. Afraid to send it back, because it took forever to get. Guess our waitress hasnt been waiting tables for too long. We knew better than to complain about her. She was trying. Worse food we ever had to spend $$$ on.
This place is probably better than what I experienced. Inside dining was closed due to being understaffed. I ordered to go and waited 30 minutes. The app sampler was good. I had the Bourbon chicken and shrimp Im not sure what makes it Bourbon but its a grilled piece of chicken and 5 little shrimps. Food was just ok. Staff was not pleasant and not helpful. But I understand being understaffed. Id skip this place till they get there act together.
Horrible experience, my girlfriend and I went on Friday around 6:00 pm, we were really hungry and we had great expectations about Applebees; the place was almost empty (no wonder). It took the staff about 7 minutes to come to greet us and seat us down.Once seated we ordered an appetizer, she ordered a Shirley Temple and I ordered a glass of sangria. The waitress brought the Shirley Temple, but she never brought my drink nor the appetizer, she just kept saying, awe, he hasnt prepared your drink, but he will. 35 minutes later, no sangria, no appetizer and we hadnt even been able to order our food yet! So we just got up and left, no one even noticed!Again, THEY WERE NOT BUSY! the place was almost empty, and at that rate, it will remain empty for sure!We wont be going back ever! They lost our business.
We tried to order online for pickup after not getting through by phone, and glad it didnt go through because they didnt have any workers, we went in person, carryout and bar service only, must have been only 2 people working, we moved on, quit paying for tv commercials if you cant run your restaurant any better
I had a wonderful experience at this particular Applebee’s location even though they were understaffed, the bartender came from behind the bar to serve my table. Dexter, was very kind, courteous and patient. The store was a little too warm when we were seated and the manager turned the A/C on almost immediately to accommodate her customers! Thank you Applebee’s of Marietta! Great job in my book!
The hostess was really polite. I wasnt standing next to my husband so she thought I was another customer but the fact that she acknowledged me was professional. Our food was hot and ready on time, not that I mind but its the little things. The order was correct and I appreciate that. Thanks Applebees! Excellent staff! 👌
Had a party of 6 tried to come in for beers after we got back from baseball game as we were staying at the hotel next door. 11p.m hostess told us it would be an hour wait for food, and her manager told her to not seat anyone. We asked about just being able to get drinks, and still were refused because she said there was only 2 cooks in the kitchen? Why even stay open if you cannot staff your establishment?
Worst dine in experience I have ever had in life! Management was not existent. I was told she was on the grill cooking so she couldnt come talk to our family. The MIT tried to help - bless his heart. He brought us ice cream for my kids since we didnt receive our food, but one of the ice cream cups was not ice cream - it was sour cream!!!! So terrible. I would not recommend this location if it were the last one on earth.
If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered a meal an hour before they were about to close. And instead of them just canceling my order they gonna make me some hot Chito chicken wings and fries and I did not eat neither of the two whatsoever. That was the last bit of money that I had. So I just had to starve that night. Well I had ordered was chicken quesadillas, Spinach artichoke dip with chips, and mozzarella sticks.
On a rainy day after arriving on time for my car side pick-up order, my meal was 40mins delayed. As it turned out my order was never processed in a timely manner in addition to one of the waitresses having a very nasty attitude. Sadly, I wasnt the only curbside customer going through this as others were deferred as well from their meals. Be prepared for: lazy/terrible service, cold food, and lack of customer understanding. Applebees as youve just lost a valuable customer!!!! #bebetter
Service was terrible! I understand being short-staffed due to covid-19 but we was brought our appetizers we had no utensils we had no napkins our drinks were forgotten our server was the bartender and the server he was taking other peoples orders and waiting on them but still we had no drinks no silverware no napkins had to ask the host for those items food came out cold and incorrect the kids order chicken tenders with honey mustard they was giving Ranch me and my significant other order Fiesta Lime no rice loaded mashed potatoes our food came out with rice no mashed potatoes fanny pack came back with the mashed potatoes they were ice-cold cheese wasnt even melted no pico de gallo my Long Island iced tea was missing ingredients and because I order Long Island Iced Teas from Applebees all the time I knew it was missing something which was it was missing a few things and I mention it to the server and he remember oh I forgot to put Coke in it Oer I forgot to do whatever just terrible but at the end of our dinner I still tipped the server decent
Terrible!!!! 1st no baked potatoes, 2nd no ribs. Gave me spinach dip just 2 b nice. Received ticket and I was charged for the dip. Finally got that corrected then the total was wrong still trying to charge for dip. After getting that straight change given to me was wrong. Owed me a extra dollar and some change. I took the dollar and departed. TERRIBLE!!!
Walked in to the most enthusiastic ROCK I ever seen. The receptionist barely raised her eyes when I entered the door. Two other customers just walked out because they wanted to sit down at the bar and wait to be served and she couldn’t understand what they were asking 🤯 So I sat down at the bar. There was 2 patrons sitting at the bar. Bartender ask me what I wanted, and I ordered a Bacardi and Coke. That drink takes about one minute to make, yet he proceeded to take two other guys orders that walked up after me. Then separately cash them out. Then he took another mans food order, and got something for a waitress! Then he stood there for 30 seconds and decided that he needed to make someone else a drink! No wonder there was only two people at the bar probably his relatives. He sucks as a bartender!
First off I went there for lunch and they had a sign on the door saying their bar was closed for the afternoon but would be reopening in the evening so I left and decided to come back in the evening. I wasnt going to hold what happened this afternoon over them and base my second experience there on that but when we got there my fiance and I stood in the front for like 10-15 minutes with staff walking straight past us until my fiance stopped a waitress and asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves. Im assuming who must have been the hostess walked up and asked what our question was so he repeated it, she responds saying theyre only doing to go orders, mind you they currently had patrons in the restaurant seated and being brought out food, I was just so confused and over the whole restaurant at this point so we just left.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First of all I was with a party for around 8 people 3 adults and 5 kids. Once we went inside we were NOT greeted by the TERRIBLE BOY HOST! We were told to give a last name & number & it’ll be a 20 min wait. Ok fine! After about 25 mins we went inside to see if there were any tables available & the TERRIBLE HOSTS said we’d still have to wait for however many minutes. Ok so we were seated behind the host. & dude was otp the entire time. The waiter was GOOD! He had a nice personality! We ordered yet the kitchen forget one of our dishes and yet had to wait for another 30 minutes for that but they did say that they’ll take it off the ticket. I’m writing this as I’m waiting on my food.Food was better than expect!! Horrible customer service. Nice waitress.
OMG, My Two Young Adults took me here for Mothers Day at this location and it was Very Professional and Kind! Food was Delicious! Had Red Wine and Patron! Thank you Son and Daughter for a Fabulous time!!!😘😍❤🤗❤🐞🐞🐞🐞💐💐💐💐 Go to this Applebees location and feel Great like I did!!👍🏽👍🏽
Although it was not busy oit service was not good. Had to get a different server to bring is water and a to go box. Our server was friendly when we saw her but she never checked on us and we waited 15 minutes for a box before we just asked someone else. I ordered my food with no pico but it still came with it. I picked around it and ate enough but I do not like tomatoes. It would have been really good without it. I gave two stars because the drink I ordered i did not like and they took it back and I ordered something different. I probably wont be back sadly because it right up the street from me.
Well I was very disappointed of this place... we got there and a lady told us to wait 1 minute, it was fine but then disappeared, there were only 2 tables with people, the place was empty after 15 minutes waiting we just walk away... I can not believe there was no time just to sit us as I repeat the place was empty
Terrible service. Go in to be seated and wait by the door for 10 minutes. Took about 10 more minutes for my drink to be brought to my table. Finally after I ordered I hot my food 45 minutes later. Went in at 5:30. Left at 7:00. The shocking part is THEY WHERE NOT BUSY AT ALL!! I just recently went back to give another try and waited by the door for about 5 minutes. I just turned and walked out. I WILL NOT be going back.
The worst Applebee’s I ever came to: I’m from out of town flew in late and decided to stop. The young girl waitressing out table got our order completely mixed up. She’d removed my husbands mashed potatoes from him place(which he wanted) and threw French fries on top. We sat for almost an out before foot or drinks was given to us. It was around 10pm so the restaurant was empty. The manager (I think) older male was fussing with the female waitress’s for idk what but the whole restaurant heard them arguing by the bar. Our waitress seemed so confused on why we were questioning our meal. Overall it was a horrible experience
Customer priority? non existent.I brought in a group of 10 people including me for an early dinner. I assumed we wouldn’t have to wait long to receive our order, considering there weren’t many people dining when we arrived. Unlike my assumption, 30 minutes passed until the server finally brought in our drinks. After we ordered, we waited another hour before we had to talk to the manager. The servers brought in all of our food at once as if they had been ready all along shortly after the complaint. When I finally took a bite of my food, I realized it was reheated from how dry it was. One of my friends saw the employees on the their phones in the kitchen while visiting the bathroom. After we had enough, we asked for the bill only to find that they charged an additional $30 worth of food we didn’t order. Another 20 minutes passed before we payed the correct amount and left. Sad to see the employees getting payed for 1 star reviews.I would only recommend this place if you want to waste your time frivolously for your reheated food and don’t plan on getting refills.
We went there for the all you can eat ribs, chicken, and shrimp. We know it is Applebees so we werent expecting fantastic food but we wanted that taste. We were seated promptly but it took forever for our waiter to come over. Then again like 15 minutes for drinks. Then about a half hour for food. We then noticed we never got silverware or napkins and had to ask another server since we couldnt find ours. We finally got to order a second round and that at least came out in a reasonable time. The server was at least nice, just really slow. The food was ok to good, better than expected. However we were missing a side the menu said came with it. The server didnt believe us until I showed him the menu. He brought it out and apologized. Wed go back but only if we really were craving it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Service is extremely poor. If you come here, pray you don’t get the server Jessica. She is very slow and forgets about her customers. My fiancé ordered a drink and it sat on the bar for 15 min. We spoke with the manager and he apologized and came back with a new drink. He offered a discount but we didn’t receive anything for the inconvenience. The server came to our table and told us she forgot about his drink. Maybe she needs to find a new profession because this job is obviously too much for her.
Im not one to complain often but this Applebee’s was just terrible. I ordered a fruit smoothie with two shots of vodka added to it. I didn’t receive it until 20 minutes after ordering it (there were very few people in the restaurant at the time and one person sitting at the bar top already served). On top of that, there were literal chunks of plastic in it. I thought it may have been chunks of fruit at first until I pulled it out of the glass. I had drank a few sips at that point. Waiter remade the drink, but only took of the charge of the alcohol. I also ordered an 8oz steak cooked Medium. I received a 6oz cooked rare. I asked them to please fix it and while I did receive a medium steak, it was still a 6oz. Will not be back to this restaurant ever again.
Always slow, at least food is always good. Ive given the place plenty of tries. Never asking about refills and always waiting on getting orders in. No wonder the reviews are so low. Employees with their masks off, not just while at the bar but maskless around serving customers as well. Instead of being paying attention to the patrons at the table theyre all in the back busting out jokes and laughing. Jonaysia was our server and 90% of the time checked in without her mask on. While leaving we were pressured on signing the check so we gave a tip she didnt deserve.
Absolutely disappointed! I placed my order through uber eats my wife ordered shrimp Alfredo and we received chicken which Absolutely sucks because seafood is the only meat that she will eat. The sad part is that the receipt shows shrimp 🍤. Who dropped the ball here, let me know cause the need to be traded.....
This was the absolute worst service Ive ever experienced. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet it took over an hour for my sandwich to arrive... which was the wrong sandwich. I then had to wait an additional 1/2 hour for them to bring the correct sandwich, which was not how I ordered it. They never brought our silverware or napkins that we requested twice, no drinks refilled or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. And when the check arrived... no pen! I had to walk around the restaurant asking different servers for a pen. So bad it was almost humorous.
Update 8/28/2020The Area Director called me today. He listened to my complaints, apologized for my experience, and offered a gift certificate. I am upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars. Sometimes the customer just needs to be heard. I hope the next time I have a craving for the Blondie brownie that I will actually be able to enjoy it.__________________We went for dessert. The restaurant was very slow, but the host had to come by twice to check on us before our server finally appeared. I refrained from checking the time, but it felt like about 10 minutes. When she arrived, she was pleasant but never apologized for our wait.I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Blondie Brownie. This is supposed to be a sizzling hot brownie served on a hot skillet, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a side of caramel drizzle. The cook, however, decided it would be a good idea to put the ice cream on the hot skillet. By the time my brownie arrived to me at the table, the ice cream was melted and my brownie and apples had cold spots. The server offered me a new scoop of ice cream, which I accepted. But by the time she returned to the table (with a tiny baby scoop in a plastic condiment cup), my husband was pretty much done with his dessert and I was just completely over the whole experience.I informed her that I would not be paying for the brownie, and we would take the bill for the other dessert. She kindly said she would speak to the manager and have the Blondie brownie removed from the bill. Well, much to my chagrin, they had added a charge for $1.00 for the measley half scoop of ice cream! By this time I started getting visibly upset. I told the server I had no intentions of paying for the ice cream that should have been properly topped on my brownie to begin with, and that I really needed to speak to the manager.The server went off to get the manager, but instead returned with a new bill, having removed the baby scoop of ice cream. The manager never showed his or her face, and instead allowed customers to leave the restaurant in a foul mood after a terrible experience in their establishment. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow during business hours.Im sure business has taken a loss during this pandemic. One would think they would try a little harder to please the customers who are willing to come out during these times.
We came in after having a horribly long day driving for business. We got hot coffees and they tasted great. Our waitress brought us plenty of creamer and sugar. Our food was delicious! Our waitress was really nice and attentive. Bathrooms were clean, restaurant was clean, over all it was a great experience after the crappy day we had. The manager came by and checked on us as well, he was super nice and polite as well!
Came to celebrate our anniversary where we 1st met. Signs stating “Welcome Back! Dining room now open.” Nothing on doors indicating they weren’t open. But while hours show 11am until midnight, they were closed at 3:30pm. Too bad, as we spend a lot, and tip well. Maybe next year, maybe
Poor service... drinks were given 35 mins after we place order. Orders was incorrect, we did not receive one appetizer and the manager Kate came over to say she was sorry. We had a $70 bill and she was sorry. We Kate I’m sorry I even brought my family to Applebee’s and you should think about training your servers on time management, listening skills and proper customer service.
Went for the 2 form $22.00. I aked the waiter if they offered it at this location. He assured me they did and brought the menu that showed entrees for that price. We chose 2 entrees from menu and when I got my bill it was $29.00. The waiter said the computer puts in the price. FALSE ADVERTISING!
I could’ve cried. I waited 6 minutes at the door for someone to acknowledge me although there were servers walking right past me. I was sat at a dirty table and rushed to order a drink with no introduction. I was moved from the dirty table after asking politely but then sat in a section where the entire thing was full of dirty tables. I ordered an appetizer (spinach dip) took 22 minutes with 4 other tables in the restaurant. I placed my order to go as to not insult my self even more and waited 42 minutes. THEN when checking it, my food was cold. I sent the fries back the man, seemingly the manager said it would take 4 minutes for fresh ones but it took 16!!! 16 minutes for fries!! I am utterly disappointed, there was not one good thing about this experience. The manager wasn’t even available to speak to me. NEVER AGAIN this was a waste of time and money.
I have ordered delivery from this restaurant 5 times since the pandemic started. Not once have they gotten my order correct. Every single time its missing entire meals, drinks, whatever, and when I call about it they deny it and say theres nothing they can do. I am never ordering anything from here ever again.
Loved our waitress both times weve gone. Friendly polite knowledgable and fast. Ordering in can be hectic with our two year old but she always enjoys coming here. We love all the burgers and our kid loves the mac and cheese and chicken strips. A bad waitress can spoil the experience but were happy with the staff! Appetizers came out quick! Alcoholic drinks were made correctly! All in all its a great place for family dining! Will be back!
Arrived with a party of ten during a not particularly busy period. We were seated and waited twenty minutes before we stopped a server to ask where our drink order went. We ordered food and the server proceeded to disappear for another 45 minutes until we asked to see a manager. We saw other tables arrive, eat and leave in the time we waited, including a party of six sitting not far from us.All in all, what should have been a one hour or an hour and a quarter long meal took two full hours. We arrived before 5 and left at 6:13.
The food was good but the service was not will definitely not got there during the evening. I shouldnt have to ask for a straw for my drink or have to ask for utensils to eat my food. These are items that should automatically be given to you how are you going to bring me drinksand then walk away or how you going to bring me a salad and walk away I sit there for four minutes and finally my daughter has to get up and go ask for a silverware.
I had to give at least 1 Star or else this review would of never gotten posted.. Service was slow and poor. Food was over priced and badly cooked and lacked any flavor. My waitress kept forgetting about what we asked for and the drinks tasted cheaply made and she also forgot to return me my credit card. I should’ve listened to my gut and gone with my first choice of where to go eat. Not going back here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.In other words: THIS PLACE SUCKS.
We were here visiting from Alabama and I have to say, this is the WORST Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. Our waitress sucked. It took easily 10 mins before anyone came to get our drink order. 45 mins to get our food. The food sucked. Do NOT come to this restaurant. Take your business elsewhere, trust me
We went there because we had been at the hospital all day long and wanted to enjoy NYE not in the car and I had the 6oz sirloin and it was one of the best steaks Ive had in a long time. We only have 2 Applebees left in Tulsa sadly. Theyve always had good food and a nice atmosphere. Sorry, I started eating before I took the picture.
Worst service ever! Waited over 1.5 for our food to come out! Some of it didnt even come out at all... yet they wanted to still charge for it. Asked for more drinks and those didnt come out either. Plates were served at separate times and when the last one came out it was cold. Had to ask for the manager several times. When he finally came over to our table, he asked us where WE felt the communication breakdown was, with the server or his kitchen, as if we would know. Never really apologized or offered a resolution to fix the situation. Just awful!
Ten-minute wait for a table although the restaurant was half empty; I guess they were short on servers. Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and got cold cocktail sauce instead. Food was OK. Not much meat on ribs. Fries stale and dry, broccoli soggy. Wrong drinks on the bill. But, the server was very friendly and it was obvious he was working hard and trying his best. Not his fault. Took both wrong drinks and our ordered drinks off bill. We have been to several Applebee’s in OH, KY, TN, IN... this was the worst. Maybe it’s better when not so busy.
Just moved to the area about a year ago. First few times, we had no complaints, but within the past few months service has nosedived. We went in to eat tonight, 10+ minutes just for the host guy to come ask us if anyone has greeted us yet, which they havent. Order was wrong and appetizer was missed altogether. Another 10+ minutes waiting on the check so we could pay and leave, nothing - we ended up using the tablet at the table to pay just so we didnt have to be stuck there any longer. 1.5 Hours total, and not once did an actual server check in on us, just the same host guy. They werent even busy. For anyone reading this that is local, I recommend just driving to the one near Town Center Mall if youre wanting Applebees and a decent experience.
Worst Applebee’s I have ever visited. Placed my order at 5pm to be ready for curbside pickup at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:35pm and waiting at the curbside for 10 minutes and no one came. Went inside to mention that I had been waiting outside for 10 minutes and ending up waiting another 20 minutes to get my order. On top of the there were only a handful of customers at the bar when I went inside. While a went another handful of customers came in having the same issue. Don’t understand the need to place an order online for pickup at a certain time if the meal isn’t going to be ready at that time. Just terrible. Will most likely not visit this restaurant again in the future. Then once I got home to eat the food the Alfredo has no sauce at all in it. And the ribs and mozzarella sticks taste very old
Poor service!!! I had called an order in for togo on curbside, waited for about 10 minutes before I decided to walk in, mind you my order was supposed to be ready by 4:50 I didnt leave out of there until 5:15, not only that I just stay a minute away from them and when MY HUSBAND, open the container of food it was freaking cold!!!!!
Walked in at 6:56pm on a Saturday night. It took them no time to seat us, but then we waited until 7:19 for someone to even check on us and ask for our drink orders. We ordered an appetizers and drinks and went ahead and ordered food.We got 3 out of our 4 drink orders pretty promptly, and the last drink about 15 minutes later...however we didnt get checked on at all until our food arrived at 8:10. We got our appetizer then. It was cold. Then 10 minutes later we got our meals. They were not good. Our steaks werent cooked right. Not sure how, but the garlic mashed potatoes werent even good. Some sides we plain never received.At some point we, and several other tables had complained, and it looked like the manager tried to scramble to appease everyone. It was like trying to get attention from a 2 year old. The waiting staff at that point were all over the tables in a disorganized fashion. I just grabbed a business card and didnt bother trying to get the managers attention. He obviously failed in management last night anyway.I swear, I think the kitchen staff and waiting staff were all watching a football game and thats why they messed up Saturday night business at Applebees. For a good 10 minutes there were no waiting staff to be found on the floor. For a to-go cup (that they had promised to bring themselves, but failed to), we had to ask 3 other waiting staff, and waited 10 minutes for, at the end.Worst Applebees ever. If youre really craving it, go to another location.
Went with a group of friends to this location. I was surprised, given Applebees reputation. Heres what went wrong:1. Waitress forgot I hadnt ordered after I requested a water, didnt get to order till an hour in,3. It took 45 minutes to get appetizers to the tables,4. Expedited Order still took just about a half hour,5. Waitress didnt attend the table very much, multiple people shaking empty glasses,6. My burger came out without mayonnaise or BBQ sauce or anything like that.7. The payment tablets worked in some cases, but not others. As a friend of mine put it, These work for small orders, maybe not so much for big ones.
If I could give a negative I would. I work 3 minutes away. Visited on lunch and waited a whole hour to receive burnt food that I did not have time to eat, let alone to wait for it to be made again. I wanted my money back for the meal, not even the tip...cause the waitress was nice (slow but nice)...Remedy: Nick and Chris, supposedly managers, said that the director would send an email coupon to replace my meal. Never received that either. They sick. If I wanted to give a $20 donation I o an organization, I’d have rather given it to children in need....not been cheated by this management. Get your cooks in order!!!
I made a pick up order and waited outside for it because thats what the app said . No one came out for 30 min until i called and asked what was wrong . They said i had to come in , i did . While waiting for my order the two waitresses started talking about how much to go orders were made under a discount code . Mind you mine was also one of those orders . I dont understand , instead of complaining in front of customers why dont you call corporate and ask them to stop giving out deals on the app ?
Aweful service. Had to ask for straws for our drinks. Flavored tea was all syrup. Over a 40 minute wait for our appetizer. Waitress only had 3 tables and had problems at 2 of them. She only checked back with us one time in the 125 minutes we were there (length of time not by our choice). 👎👎👎
My last visit here customer service wise was awful. It took 20 minutes at least for a waitress to talk to us then after that no one knew who the waitress was. Placed our order and after we checked on our salads (our appetizer) many times and nothing our food finally came and again we waited for the appetizer. After eating half of our food we finally got the salads. I called the next day and a manager listened to my issue as this was not the first bad encounter and decided to give me a gift card (thanks again but I did take the gift card to a different location); after a few months we decided to try this location again (big mistake) same horrible service!!
The website was hard to use and Im disappointed. I ordered soups and salads and only the soup was on my order at the restaurant when I arrived fir curbside pick up. My drink order for two was also left off as well. My steak was ordered as rare and medium well. This was not a satisfying experience. My prior two curbside orders were great but this one was a little down
I got a to go order. It was made on time. However I had to go in to get it ,no one came out . And once I came on it took awhile for someone to greet and give me directions on where to go.The young lady was nice and friendly and directed to the correct area. The young man who assisted me was also friendly. My food was nothing like expected though it seems like it was just reheated and not freshly made and the serving size was not satisfying. My boneless wing were 5 crumbs of chicken in sauce. They really small.I guess I would get more if I ate in.
Food and service were good. We went for lunch. It was not crowded. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the carpet was filthy and very worn down. Clearly needs to be replaced! Also, the floors in the restroom and leading to it were very sticky. Not sure what they use to mop the floors but its sticky.😝
I have been here twice this week with a couple of different outcomes. My first experience wasnt 100 percent but enjoyable. The foods always great. Last night me and my wife was seated at a huge table, had to look for our waitress whenever we wanted something. ..literally got up walked around to find her. By far the worst service I ever received at any business.
The service was great ! We had a wonderful server . Our wait wasn’t long and our food was good.My complaint !! The women’s restrooms . Applebee’s corporate office please renovate the restrooms it looks like a restroom you would go to in a bad neighborhood or a old no name gas station. It smelled in there . And it’s super outdated ! It doesn’t matter how many times they clean it, the restroom will still look old .The handicapped/ baby changing bathroom’ lock doesn’t work ! How do you expect someone on a wheel chair to lock the door ? When there is NO LOCK 😡 talk about no privacyThe baby changing table was filthy and old - it needs to be changed and cleaned thoroughly!
Not expecting anything amazing. Did a online order and went in to pick it up. Left and discovered a Southwest Chicken Salad without chicken. Kids pizza half cooked, missing side of mashed potatoes. They at least got the wing order part right.Music was louder than a live concert, decent staffing, but not attentive at all. Not worth the call to resolve the botched order, we are not from the area. But Id have to be in a tough place to try again.
Horrible experience. Walked in and noone at hostess station, no problem - figured they were probably seating someone. 2 ladies who worked there were talking to each other on the other side of wall, they looked at me and my son but said nothing. Close to 2 minutes later, one of them came around and seated us. Turns out she was the hostess, not a great start. Oh well. Waitress came and took our order. We were just having water to drink and ordered our dinners . She brought our waters out and we waited. Over 40 minutes later after not receiving our dinners, not having any follow up, not havig any check in, we left. Mind you, they were not busy, maybe half capacity if that. No one acknowledged us as we left to see how our experience was, good night, nothing. Last experience wasnt great, this was their second chance. Went to Hoyles and ordered, ate, and paid in less time than I spent at Applebees.
Ordered a well done burger and it was pink both times. Server disappeared and the manager had to assess the issue. Server finally surfaces and brought us a receipt charging me for BOTH pink burgers and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her to take both orders off, as the manager had previously assured us we wouldn’t be charged for. Won’t be back here at all. The Applebees’ in GA are really in need of some better management.
Hostess was no where to be found. Manager wasn’t in a hurry to seat us he was more concerned with finding the hostess. Then instead of of seating us in a clean table because it was “closed” left us to stand waiting for her to bus the one next to it. Apparently our waitress noticed and sat us at a table but wasn’t in any hurry to even take our drink order.So much for southern hospitality.
Service was lacking and no management. We received 50% of our order wrong. Stopped here on the way back from the airport. Will not do that again. The family ate in shifts as we waited for the last person to get their food as the first couple were already finished with dinner before the last plate came out. Shocked no manager came by after all the problems with their service. Recommend sitting by the bar so you can get your own drinks refilled.
Every time Ive come here Ive had absolutely the slowest service Ive ever experienced anywhere. And guess what? They ARE NOT BUSY. Im a server who has about 8 tables at a time and still provide excellent service. 10 mins to get JUST WATER. Our drinks from the bar didnt come until the end of our meal. And I heard the bartender say she forgot about our drinks. Then it took 15 mins after we asked for check to take the drinks off the check. And I also do not blame our server, Cody had a great attitude the entire time and I loved her smile. The restaurant needs to do some quality training so that EVERYTIME I come here is not a sub-par experience. I would never recommend this applebees
I would not recommend this location for its food or its service. We ordered a pasta dish and an Oriental Chicken Salad and picked it up at 6:51. Went home to find no chicken on the salad. Went back to the restaurant to get the chicken. Staff was notified of this at 7:00, they apologized and went to get a piece of chicken to place on the salad. The piece of chicken was given to us at 7:39. Initially forgetting the chicken was an honest mistake. A 40 minute delay after that for what essentially is a couple chicken tenders sliced up is unacceptable. Side note, the spinach and artichoke pasta is basically a chip dip with noodles in it and some burnt, dry chicken on top.
Placed a to go order and hostess stated it would be ready in 15 min. However, It took an hour and 45 minutes. I wouldn’t have mind the wait if everything was hot and ready. The chicken tenders were old and crunchy, cold ribs. On a positive note, my sides were hot and nice though. I called the hostess and told her the food was cold, old etc. she stated the ribs were fresh. Everyone has their own definition of fresh so I just let that be. I won’t be returning to this facility.
Havent been there in a while and I usually dont have issues. Im giving it a 4 because I was not able to go online and order. it kept kicking me off the website and making me start over. Aside from that food is usually great and staff but I cant say for staff now because its been several months. Please take care of the issue with the website so I can come back. 😁
I had the WORST experience Ive ever had at this Applebees. We arrived for dinner a few minutes before 5. We were promptly seated and were told our waitress would be right with us. 15 minutes later someone finally comes to our table to take our drink order. My daughter and I both decided on sweet tea. We placed our appetizer order at the same time. 10 minutes later, someone else comes over and tells us that our waitress had to make fresh tea, and she forgot to use tea bags, so it would be another few minutes on our drinks. Our appetizer arrives and we eat it BEFORE we ever got our drinks. Our waitress finally brings us our drinks and takes our food order. I ordered a salad, and my daughter ordered a burger and onion rings. At this point, we have been at our table for about 35 minutes and have only seen our waitress twice. We finally get our food, except for the onion rings, which were being cooked, and we were told they would be out in a few minutes. 10 minutes later, the onion rings finally arrive, but not before my daughter had finished her burger. I asked for the ticket, paid, and left. Total time before getting food was 55 minutes. The service was HORRIBLE!!! Im only giving 1 star because I cant give zero...I WILL NOT be going back, and I WILL NOT recommend this location to anyone. Oh, the table behind us had been there 1 hour and 20 minutes before getting their food, so it wasnt just my daughter and I who had a bad experience... I will be emailing the district office about this.
March 31, 2019 8 PM. I should have checked the reviews before going here. First they dont even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. We were a group of 7 people. We order our drinks along with our food. Drinks took some some to arrive but the food OMG it took forever. A much bigger party came ate and left while we were still waiting for the food. When you try asking about why your food is taking for ever the host laughed at me. Mind you the bring one plate every so often like we came seperate. The manager came and said sorry but we didnt have skillets ready-how is that the customers problem???? And to top it off the food was burned. Worse place ever to eat. They dont deserve even 1 star
I really wanted to give this place 1 star but what saves this review was our waiter, crazy J... he was great and very apologetic for the INSANE wait just to get a drink/food order in and worse was the actual wait to get the very minimal/uncomplicated things we ordered. Considering he was the only server apparently left on when we got there around 10:45pm he was upbeat and welcoming... firstly no one greeted us when we walked in, we just stood there awkwardly even though there seemed to be several employees on the floor... when we finally made eye contact with one nice girl who was off the clock we asked if we could sit anywhere and she pointed us in the direction of the bar section. The bartender (a female with a long red pony tail) was extremely annoyed, yes the look on her face gave it away but worse was her comment literally 3 feet from our table to the girl who sat us that she didnt understand why she would tell us to sit there cause she wasnt taking any more tables. RUDE!!! It was over an hour to closing time and really all we wanted were a couple of drinks and a couple of appetizers... we didnt leave there until almost 12:30am not because we wanted to stay but because it took 20 minutes to get water another 35 minutes for our actual drinks from that ridiculously rude bartender (who was also too busy trying to close since we got there and being so uninviting that we felt borderline like we were getting kicked out) and about 45 minutes to an hour for a quesadilla, tenders, and some wonton tacos. It was awful...but the worst was having the bartender shoot us darts with her eyes every chance she got. Needless to say we wont ever be back. Also we drank and ate relatively quick, we would have been out of there by like 11:30 if poor crazy J had gotten some help and little miss attitude would have been a team player.
Very slow slow service.... Manager of the restaurant at the bar drunk feeling it with his boyfriend or friend. I thought being a customer within the establishment the manager of the restaurant which as I would say is the GM. Should not be at his own bar drunk on his day off. Thats not a representation of Your Best Self or Man of Leadership. Im a Manager of Food & Beverage and I felt that was a bad look on all managers like myself. You cant call yourself a manager and your a not so good influence of a role model. No one including employees should want to dine and get tipsy at their place of work. Especially, drinking dining on is fine just limit your alcohol intake. To maybe 1 or 2 drinks minimum. The bartenders do jigger shot pour so the beverages arent pouring too much. However, he had wine and wine glasses can add up. He barley could stand without wobbling a little. Bit enough to know he was tipsy. Anyhow, once sitting at the bar it shouldnt take 15 minutes for a greet. Another 10/15 minutes to bring drinks. The food was great and came out at a timely fashion. The bar is where the issue is.
Restaurant was dirty from what looked like a large party had just left. There was no rush on cleaning up. We had to flag down a sever to take our order asked ahead of time if we would be able to order and eat within 45 mins because we had to pick our kids up from the sitter. We were told yes so we ordered our food and drinks immediately and before the couple we were with. They ordered about 10 mins after us. Then one of their dishes came out before ours. We had ordered neighborhood nachos and a quesadilla burger. The burger came after the people we came with first dish had come out. When I was half done with the burger still no nachos. Then asked if we could get to go boxes and check when nachos came out. They came out payed put our food in to go boxes and left at that point the last person in our party had just gotten their food. We had arrived at 930pm and left at 1015 PM. We didnt get the attention of any server till 940. Noone seemed to have any hustle or concern for efficiency. Should have known when we were being seated that there would be issues since the manager was talking to an upset table as we were being seated.
When we walked into the place everything seemed fine only took a second for the hostess to greet us when we asked for a booth she replied that there werent any clean and smiled and looked at us. We asked her if she could wipe went off she said yes and begrudgingly took her rag to a table to wipe it off. She spoke with another employee while at the table who came over and took us to a completely different table. We asked to have this table wiped off as well because it was extremely sticky. It did not help any. The Grime on top of the table was so thick I literally carved a message in the table with my fingernail. The waitress was friendly approaches and asses for our drinks we ordered the sweet tea do yourself a favor and dont make that mistake. Who is she came back with the replacement order of drinks we ordered an appetizer which I still to this day have never seen... I was hungry and she had seen a commercial on TV for a special on hamburgers so thats what we went for her hamburger look good but the vegetables they supplied us with to place upon it where disgusting. Everything had been frozen and rethawed. You could see through the lettuce, the tomatoes were mush, the onions were like rubber and the pickles had transparent patches in them. But my fries were good. I was starving and just powered my way through the burger. But she was having none of that!!! By the time she was done with the poor manager he looked like an 8 year old child with his tail between his legs and his eyes on the floor. He was at least decent enough to comp our meal. In case you were wandering no we aint ever eating in that damn place again.
I’m giving this restaurant an undeserved 5 only because the manager and host on duty last night had to literally do everyone’s job! 15 minutes to get drunk ordered, another 5 to get them, 20 minutes later they took our food order, 20 minutes later food finally arrived.. Guest seated behind us had to send their food back 4 times. Food was mediocre. I would probably choose any other restaurant over this particular Applebee’s.
CrApplebees on 120 is a mess! I I live in the area and have eaten there and ordered out. If you go inside the service is fair, but the food is very slow to come out. the last time I ordered curbside pick up I showed up about 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and they told me it was coming out . I sat there for another 10 minutes and finally asked one of the servers what was going on . She informed me that the food had never been started and that it was one of her coworkers issues. and the server that was supposed to be taking care of my order never came out and never said anything to me. 0/10 I would not go here.
The manager was very rude. Ignore his customers and became angry when we simple said something didn’t taste right. We understand mistakes happen and it’s a wrong batch, but why would he became angry? We are nice people and for us to receive that sort of respect. What a sad day apple bees , you lost two customers. Servers were doing their job, since only three were on duty. However please reconsider your manager Applebee’s.
Stopped by Applebees to get a bite eat. Everything went ok till it was time to pay. Tried to use my card and cash to pay. They ran my card for the bill and took the cash plus the tip. I called back to complain about what happened and they assured me the money would be returned when they cashed out for the night. I called back the next day to talk to the store manager and he said its nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the district manager . I called him he tells me its a bank issue and theres nothing he can do about it. He offers to give me the money they took but I have give it back when out becomes available on my card. By far the worst service Ive received in a long time. Wont return and dont advice eating there.
Unfortunately I cannot give you a minus 5 stars. But that is what you deserve. I am apauled for the incompetent staff of this place. First i let them know i was in my lunch break. He said he would put an expedited order in the kitchen. 15 minutes later no food or drink yet. He said that the manager was coming out to help the bartender since she didnt know how to make the drink that ordered. What!? For the food, all I order was an onion soup! How hard is that? When I got the soup, no spoon! Another server passed by and i asked for a spoon and she replied i will let your server know and kept going. WHAT!!?? they brought my complementary drink at the end of the meal. I had no time to drink it so i left it there. Horrible service and the place wasnt even full. They had maybe 1/4 of the tables full. The worst lunch EVER!!!
Marietta location visited today. Food was good however getting it was a different story. Staff is not very attentive nor did anyone seem to be in a hurry to get anything. Ordered almost 11 minutes after being seated by host. Not likely to visit this location any time soon.
Went for Veterans Day today to the Applebee’s in Marietta, GA off of Franklin Road and was so impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Our waiter, Justin, was fantastic. They had decorated and prepped so nicely to celebrate the Veterans and it was a great experience. So kind, respectful, and patient!
Horrible Applebees at best, waited 10 minutes after I was told to seat myself, then bartender forgot my coke, 20 minutes later was asked if I wanted food ?Well I wasnt there to watch tv and drink pop.Ordered prime rib dipper, half the prime rib was burnt to a crisp and dipping sauce was cold, like it just came out of the fridge. Only reason I didnt just walk out was because I had limited choices and just got done driving 953 miles.DO NOT EAT HERE...
Has to be the worst Applebee’s in America. No one is attentive and the employees just lounge like they are the customers. Decided to go back and give it a second try. Immediately walked out after standing at hostess stand waiting to be seated for about 2 minutes. Looked around and saw a place full of customers but absolutely no waiters/waitresses to be found. Even the bartender was missing from the bar! Turned around and left immediately when an employee finally came from the back declaring “Ain’t no food coming out soon!” Smh
Ordered food to go. I am giving them 2 stars because the place was very accommodating when placing the order and the waitress and manager very kind. The problem I had was that I was not given exactly what I ordered. I was missing an ice cream sundae that I later found out and tried resolving the issue with a different waitress (as the previous waitress didnt answer) and she had a very nasty attitude as if I was lying about my food not being correct. Not to mention that some of my food that was correct wasnt cooked properly and we didnt feel like it was safe to eat without finish cooking it ourselves.I would recommend going inside to eat but I would not recommend ordering to go bc Ive never had so bad of a problem from other places like I have this Applebees.
I just ate at your location in Marietta, and it took 20 minutes for some one to take my order got my food in 10 minutes server never came back till it was time to pay. The fajitas I got were undercooked and I ended up paying 18$ for six little peices of steak. Will not recommend going to this location again. And I come for school every 3 weeks
My wife and I eat at this location (Franklin Gateway in Marietta, GA) a couple times a month and the food and service are usually first rate. However there is a weakness that can save you a lot of frustration... do NOT place your order online !I spent 45 minutes trying to place my order online and the website kept rejecting the order ! Finally, I called the store directly and everything was fine. Save yourself some frustration and call the store if you want to order ahead.
Would rate no stars if at all possible This restaurant was TERRIBLE in every way possible. Terribly short-staffed. Took 15 min for or waiter to take our drinks and even longer to actually get them. My chicken was completely raw and it took another hour for our food to be brought out. My brother did not even receive his meal. When I asked to speak with a manager it took 20 minutes for him to come to our table. Come to find out, he had to help cook the food because they were low on staff. WILL NOT be back.
We arrived late in the evening mid week. Waitress was friendly and informative about the specials. Food was as expected. Overall it was an okay dinner experience but not a place I would go out of my way to stop at again. I have no complaints with the service or the food.
Worst hour and a half waiting for food ordered and still didnt get it..This place was terrible definitely wont do it again!! Wish I could give negative stars because they dont deserve any!! Watched people that came in after we placed an order and they were sitting and eating, while we still hadnt received our food. Applebees seriously needs a complete menu overhaul. The food is bland and unoriginal. I know it isnt the Chez Louie. But the food has been uninspired for decades. As for that particular store, the wait staff is hit or miss. Theyre either on it, or you hardly see them. One thing is for certain, you never see the same faces twice as far as wait staff.
Worst customer service ever. Food took over 1.5 hours to come out....if it even came out at all. Then when someone from our table requested to cancel their order because the food was taking so long, they still brought the food out and tried to charge full price. We requested to speak with the manager and the manager took 20 mins to come to our table as if he was hiding in the back trying to avoid the confrontation. Once after speaking with the manager they applied only a $5 discount to each ticket. Our entire table was treated with such disrespect and never felt like a priority or that they even cared how poorly they had just treated us. This manager needs fired and the staff here needs some serious training.
First time I used Applebees Curbside Pickup, and it was a horrible experience. Order was scheduled for pickup @ 5:30 and I was there on time. I waited 30 minutes, texting & calling restaurant to no avail. Finally at 6:00 the girl finally slowly walked out with it. When I complained all she said was sorry and walked away. No excuse for this episode to happen. If Applebees cannot comply with Curbside Service, then dont even offer it. And employees should be trained and retrained in customer service. Actually one star is too high for Applebees on Franklin Rd. In Marietta GA.
Dishes arent clean and the kitchen burns your food and they are slow. My waitress tried to make my experience better, but I was still dissatisfied. How can they mess up items from the 2 for $20 menu is beyond me. The restaurant only had 7 other patrons when I visited, so there is no excuse on why it wasnt a good meal.
I only gave three stars because the service is slow. When you come in the door you will stand for 5 mins or more for a hostess to seat you because the person is somewhere else. When you go to the pick up section employees leave there personal belongings on the chairs and tables which looks unorganized. Not professional at all.
Ok. I have been 1 of Applebees harshest critcs...but Friday night gave me some hope! We were greeted (Hi, Welcome to Applebees. May I help you is apparently too difficult for many fast food or even casual restaurants.) properly by the very nice hostess!!! Great Start. We asked for a booth and she graciously found us one! Jo-Jo was our server and went above and beyond! He touched the table just enough to not interupt our conversation but make sure we had great service. When we asked if the music could be turned down , he took care of it quickly. When I asked for hot sauce, tabasco came pronto! I ordered the new Fajita Skillet dish and it was hot and fresh from the kitchen. My wife had tacos and chips and loved them. The only snafu was getting the appeizer during the meal. Not a big deal but other than that, refills were timely and we never had to look for our server. Jo-Jo...hats off to you for outstanding service. And congrats to whoever the Manger is who actually cared enough to fix the many problems this place had for several years. Hiring good people and proper training are a great start. We will come back...ask for Jo-Jo!!!

2021-11-21Went here for my moms birthday. It wasnt very crowded, which is a shame because the food was amazing. The broccoli was cooked perfectly, and everything was great. I ended up with leftovers, and even after being refrigerated and reheated, it was still good. I would definitely recommend.

2021-10-12Ordered take out. Dine in wait was 45 minutes due to short staff. I was greeted by the host and led to the back to pick up my meal. Food was hot, and delicious. Thanks.

2022-04-23Had to try the new bowls. Nice selection of make-up and flavors. Had the chicken taco appetizers, yummy. We both ordered the crispy orange chicken bowls and they did not disappoint. Would surely order them again. Food was fresh,hot and plentiful.

2021-11-19Accidentally ordered from this location on UberEats. I prefer the Spring Rd location. Franklin road always disappoints me. I mean look at these hot Cheetos boneless wings. Where the hot Cheetos? And it’s sitting in half an inch of oil. Disappointed but not surprised.

2021-09-06Applebees isnt usually somewhere I go expecting a 5 star review. I go for fast meals and hopefully better than fastfood service. This location was a surprise. Good service, food was good. No complaints at all. Didnt order anything fancy but we fed the family on a fast pit stop driving home and am glad about our decision. I think our servers name was Karis.

2022-05-12For starters they only had 1 girl working as hostess and server, they had limited seating because of no help. I applaud the girl for trying I know she was doing her best but I believe the cook was trying to rush and was over /under cooking food. Im sure why they cant get help but if this is the best they can do they just need to close.

2022-04-20Ive been here several times, and was not impressed with the service. However, the last time we went we got that amazing server. Her name was KAYLA. If you go here you must ask for her. This was by far my favorite and most pleasant to any applebees. I will only be going nights and weekend now, since thats when she works! Definitely a 5 star event with her as my server.

2022-04-20After 10 hours of driving we got a hotel and Applebees was on same property was the best. It was fairly empty when we arrived. Staff was nice obviously new to their job. Food was pretty good.

2022-03-29I hate to give this such a low rating because there was only one waitress on duty....for the entire restaurant. It definitely was not her fault as she was doing everything she could. 6 of us and there was 30 minutes between our first and last order hitting the table. I dont know, maybe she was cooking also. Fish and chips were swimming in grease. Pasta was cold and i do not mean cool. Different night results may vary. Enter at your own risk
