Purchased the honey wings. When I received them they were delicious. Problem is out of 9 wings they gave me 5 good size wings and put 4 tiny wings on the bottom. When I asked about them replacing those tiny wings the answer was all the wings are like that. If that was the case why did they hide them under the other wings. I started ro return them and get a refund but my daughter said forget it. I like Applebees but I will have to find something else to order besides the wings.
Ive been to several Applebees and this one is not good! Service was slow. Waitress didnt appear to know what she was doing. Had long island iced tea and I swear it was more soda than anything. Could not taste alcohol at all. Nachos made my husband sick the next day. We will never return to this Applebees 😒
My cousin had told me that this place was not great, but I wanted to give it a try and see for myself what kind of experience I would have here. When we got there at 9:00 p.m. we were told that there would be a 30 minute wait which was fine. Then the 30 minute turned into a 45 minute rate. The host was professional but I would not say necessarily approachable. Once we were seated, our waiter Rebecca was very energetic. However, I ordered a Strawberry Daiquiri and apparently they use a sweet and salt mix which I never heard of and it made my entire drink completely salty and as a nonalcoholic, I thought I may have gotten a drink with alcohol. Our appetizers came out in a good amount of time, but the salads and drinks came out rather late and I had to change my order to a water. It was going on 10:30 p.m. and we still had not received all of our food and it was coming in pieces. Then my rack of ribs got rung up as riblets and I had to wait on those to cook as the right order and for my last side to come in with my significant others food. It was going on 11 before we finally got everything. At that point I asked for 2 boxes and was ready to go. I do not think this dining experience was at least decent and probably wont go back on my own dime.
Service was bad. Ordered prime rib dip. Came out about 25 min. later said no prime rib, ordered cheesebuger. About 10min. Later Brought out my guest order with my order said they found the prime rib. The onion dip cold french fries cold. And took the bar tender 30 min. to make drink. Ask fo a booth said it would be about 5 min or so, said it shift change. I will never visit any Applebees anymore.
If i could give them ZERO stars i would , the lil girl“FAITH” the hostess was very rude & unprofessional!!! Ask for manger she was very rude about it , she kept turning her back on everybody that walked in the door . The manger on duty wasn’t concerned about us at all. If you are short staffed close the diner room!!!!!!
My family went there to eat one evening at 7:00pm and could not be seated. Their was maybe 5 tables being used and 6 servers. Many employees walking and standing around looking at us but no one acknowledged us a few walking by us, no one spoke. After 5 minutes we took the hint and left. Applebees on Russell Parkway has really went down hill.
We went in to Applebees about 5:30 in the evening, and there was only six tables occupied and one person at the bar. We were told there would be a 15-20 min wait. There was another couple waiting ahead of us. Several couples came in and left as they did not want to wait the 25-30 min they were told and seeing how empty the restaurant was. There was at least 5 waitresses/servers, one behind the bar, a hostess and a manager. Several times I noticed the workers just leaning over the bars, chairs, tables and talking. I used to waitress, and we each worked at least 5-6 tables at a time, minimum. We were finally seated, the manager came 10 or so minutes after we were seated and asked if we had been helped. We told him no, and shortly after a waitress named Zoe greeted us. We had our order ready and gave it to her right away. She was very professional with a lovely personality. She brought out our order sooner than I thought. I was pleasantly surprised after what we saw when we came in. Not sure why there seems to be such a staffing shortage, and when there seems to be plenty of staff, they dont seem to want to work. We were quite happy with our waitress and she is of the minority that seem to want to work.
I promise,every time we go to this exact location they tell us how short they are on help and how it’s an hour long wait.So we visited them tonight 3/20/22,8:50pm.A server walks up and say I’m not even the hostess but it’s a 45 min wait because we are short on people.I swear sometimes it’s like 10 people are there,and they tell you it’s an 45 min wait.I think they just want you to leave,because the first thing she asked us was is that ok?Just visit the one on Zebulon Rd in Macon and save your gas!
Waited over ten years to visit again and if anything its worse. I started going to Applebees when it first opened. The menu started changing over time and the food got progressively worse. Recently I read the company was under new management and were trying to bring by back some quality and atmosphere they originally had. We thought it was time to give it a couple try again. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and riblets/fries as the entree. The onion rings tasted exactly like frozen onion rings with a mystery mealy coating. The ribs and fries looked as if they were dehydrated. The riblets were covered with a thick, ultra smokey flavored sause, but only on the topside. The fries were beyond just shriveled and dry. Now if one meal had been this way... I would have complained and sent it back. But they were both equally bad. Strike Applebees off my list permanently! PS- My phones camera makes it look way better than it was!
I honestly wish I could rate 0 stars. My husband and I came for dinner. When we arrived we were advised it was going to be about 15 minutes due to shift changed. We agreed. After an hour, we were still waiting. No problem. I understand being short staffed. What I don’t understand is that when the hostess came to seat people, two other parties of two including us were waiting. She asked who was waiting the longest. I advised her and another party also confirmed. Hostess asked where we’d like to sit and I advised anywhere they had available. The hostess then took the newest party to a table to be served. I didn’t mind waiting but to be overlooked even after telling the hostess is just unacceptable. Poor customer service.
Applebees has decent drinks but thats about it.The waitress was nice but I would prefer everyone at the table got their food at the same time, not 15-20 minutes later. Also the food is obviously not fresh, I think we all know by now that they just reheat frozen food. My pasta came out burnt. We also waited what seemed like 45 minutes for our food. I ate it because I was hungry but I wont be back again
Snail slow service! Food was cold! Spoke to a manager….30minutes later still no hot food served! Waitress never came back for refills! Worse serve ever!! Normal I can deal with a lot but I have to speak out. This happened too often at this particular location. I’m trying to reach the owners of this particular location. I would hope that they are totally not aware of this practice.
I was here 2 weeks in a row. The first visit was HORRIBLE. First and foremost, the server my mom & I had was THE WORST. Its like she didnt care about us at all. She didnt bring any plates with our appetizer and when the main course came out, she only brought out mine!! If you are waiting on food, you should hold everything! Furthermore, the food is brought on cast iron so they should be sizzling, they were not. When I got home, I called and spoke with the manager to let him know about what happened. He apologized and told me that he would make it right. I waited a few days and called to make sure he would there, since he seemed very sincere on the phone. I went back with my mom and ordered the exact same thing and let me tell you, it was 1000% better. The manager came to the table and apologized yet again for the horrid service we received. Our new server was super sweet and attentive. She has a genuine passion for people and you can tell that she was not just there to collect a paycheck. Because of the OUTSTANDING service we got from the manager and the 2nd server, we will be back!
We got to Applebee’s at 9:40! We were seated fine. We got our drinks in a timely manner but when it was time to order our actual food, IT TOOK FOREVER!! Time past and we finally got our food at 11:00! Yes 11:00😡anyways when our food finally arrived, some of my family members food was over cooked. They proceeded to tell the waitress to take the food back and it took several minutes of course so the cooks can recook the food. When the waitress delivered the food, we asked for to-go boxes and that took more than 30 minutes to arrive at our table. Basically we spent New Years Eve at Applebee’s ... Yayyy us 😡🙄Here is a picture of my burger I got (the fries came later because the waitress didn’t want to give us cold fries so they cooked a new batch) anyways Happy New Year 🎊
Literally sitting here at a table just waiting to pay for over 20 minutes now. Our waitress disappeared to get us water refills more than 20 minutes ago and never returned. So now we’re just waiting to pay and haven’t seen her in ages.Worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. Like. Ever.
Delicious,but the mixer was broken so I couldnt get my Mango smoothie. My friend and I went and had a great time. The manager was one who we recognized from Applebees in Macon. Shes always pleasant and helpful. Our server was terrific,she explained what happened to the machine to make all drink that need to be mixed😭. We had a great time.
My wife and I came in on veterans day around 3pm. We are both actively serving, and thought we would grab a free meal. A passive aggressive waitress working at the bar took our order 30-40 minutes after being seated, and after another 30 minutes of waiting we were brought soggy fries and an incredibly dry burger which was effectively more onion than burger. This situation would have been more understandable if they were busy, but unless there was a hidden Applebeas in the back of the restaurant, this place was fairly empty. I havent eaten Applebeas in years, and Im glad I havent. Not to mention taking our order after everyone else who came after us.
It was a little rough, i understood that they were busy but I was waiting with a bunch of people and had to twice seek out a server just to find out how to get my food. The inside wasnt busy, the take out was and no one really helped.The person who was running the take out was nice enough but some of the other servers definitely had attitudes
The hubs and my girls took me here for my birthday to have a quick birthday lunch. The wait on the food was atrocious, but the five stars is for our waitress. She was awesome. Her attitude was pleasant, she remembered our order to the tea (not writing anything down) and we have some picky eaters in my bunch. She made the experience pleasant. I would go again. Wait and all.
When theres only 5 tables with people and 2 people at the bar and you still wait 30 minutes for your food?? And your waitress never checks on you.... Your glasses are empty and they arent doing anything other than standing around??And then you realize the ants from the window seal have made their way to the table.... I made a video of the ants but itd only let me upload pictures.Glad our food was right though.
Service was slow and nonchalant. They ran out of the 2 drinks of the month for the rest of the month. Daughters hamburger wasnt cooked all the way (they took it off of her bill) the server brought us a refill without us asking and was charged for it. Had a 25 minute wait and another 20 minutes just to get appetizers. Will not be going there again.
Everytime my family goes here we have the worst experience, wither it be 3 months apart or 6 months. Our most recent time, we were there for 2 hours because service was slow, kitchen was slow.. and only a few other tables had people. They werent busy at all. I dont know if well go back to this location. I hope it fixes its ways soon.
The food was pretty good. I did have to send a steak back because it was way over cooked from how I ordered it. Service was ok. Had a new waitress. She was obviously still learning. Ended up being overcharged but after calling and speaking to the manager he resolved the issue with that. It did take a while for my food to come out but overall not the worst experience Ive had.
Am so Impressed with my quesadilla burger made by a new cook Lisa as well as our server and bar back Michelle . I tell you it is a great place to eat and remmonis .. Weither with old friends , new friends or just business of your own personal enjoyment. . this is my favorite place and recommended to anyone.
Applebee’s on Russell has TERRIBLE service. I would give them a negative rating if it were possible. I encountered a very rude host—a dark skinned girl with a red wig that was not only rude to my husband and me, but she was rude to other guests. The tables were sticky and there was a bug on the menu. We just left. I would NOT recommend anyone to eat there. This place needs new management quickly!
Food is delicious. But they need wider booths and more room between the tables. They have extra room in the bar area to place a couple of the tables at to make the extra room. It doesnt accommodate the disabled people who are not supposed to be seated at the end of a table in the walking aisle. The ADA laws state that they have a be seated on one of the sides of the table and they have to be able to get out and go to the bathroom without any other people having to get up and move temporarily from their tables. They have great handicapped parking. They need drive thru windows like Georgia Bobs BBQ has in a building not originally made with a drive thru.
We went for lunch arriving about 12:30. The restaurant was NOT crowded at all. It took 10-15 minutes just to get our drink order. Although mine was good, my husbands was not in spite of them being the same drink. Food came but no silverware. He never came back to see how everything was with our meals. Disappointing at best.
Social distancing was good. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. ALL specials was announced. Service from the waitress was great, pleasant, and swift. She was the manager and I didnt realize that until end of visit. Family and I will be returning again. Thank you!
The worst night I ever had at the neighborhood spot. One tried too call and make an reservation they said I couldnt do it. Get there and its a 30-45 minute wait. Finally get a table for six. The worst thing I could did was sit down too enjoy a meal. That definitely didnt order medium well stake came out over cooked. Wife bourbon chicken and shrimp wasnt cooked. Just a bad experience
No greetings when entering the restaurant by the time we sat took awhile for them to arrive. We ordered our foods they got mine totally wrong came out with steak and fries wrong steak and I never ordered fries. I asked for the bourbon steak with Broccoli and no mashed potatoes with a side house salad instead. This restaurant has gone down hill and will not come back!
Food is so so, the service is a little slow and disorganized. Need better training for entire staff. The ribs I had were very well flavored, but cooked dry. Onion rings should come with ranch or honey mustard dipping sauce and not a BBQ sauce. French fries were good, but nobody asked if we wanted ketchup. My wife and mother in laws steaks were cooked very good. I hope that they get better organized. I am downgrading to 2 stars.
Food was barely warm, almost cold. Ribs were dry and rough. Not even tender. And we were done eating for about 20 to 30 minutes and had the bill, but waitress would never come get the bill and my card so we could pay. We had to stop another person so we could pay for our food.
We ordered online for delivery (which came via DoorDash). Timing was reasonable for a Friday night. We received our entrees, which were as expected, but we did not receive our appetizer. Called the restaurant, the manager actually took our call and was very kind and apologetic, said they would have the order delivered. Never received the rest of our order. This isn’t just Applebee’s. This is *every* delivery order we’ve made (whether directly through restaurant or through third party) during the pandemic. So frustrating.
Being in the restaurant business for all my life I try my best to complain as a little as I can. I’ve been in Warner Robins for a year now and I have went to the Russell Parkway location. I have never in my life experience such bad service, unfriendly managers, and unpresentable food at the wrong Tim’s. It is not uncommon for me and the family to consistently go to Applebee’s and eat. My three-year-old grandson calls it his favorite. After tonight I will never visit this location again. After several attempts have given them my business, I decided to order takeout and tried again. Delivered by waiter, The salad came with no dressing, and the ribs platter came looking like something that you could have vault in a banquet dinner from the grocery store. The restaurant is right across the street from where I was staying in. It is ridiculous
I didnt eat here I was doing Uber Eats and I sat in that restaurant for 40 mins for a steak. I ask to speak to the manager. I informed him that I was sitting waiting on a uber eats order for 30 mins. He went to go check on the order and 10 mins later someone brought the order to me. Im scared to eat here now cause a 40 min wait for food thats not a good experience at all. Then if you speak with the manager speaking with him doesnt help you feel better about the situation at hand.
It was pretty good the last time we went in there, but the food was dry and one of the drinks was ALMOST flat. Waitress was world class and was not responsible for the mess that was going on in the kitchen. Do not remember her name sadly but she was the nicest Ive ever met. Will not be returning for a while.
Server was not at table often and hostess helped with our drinks not tasting right. Our food took longer than people that came in after us. one was fine the other was under cooked and didnt taste right. Other servers in dinning area was working together to get food out even to our servers table. The manager was even working with helping out. But wont be back after hearing them talk about us from across them busy dinning area for putting in a survey review as ask when I paid. And I was trying to finish my coffee so why not. But talking bad about your customer where they can hear is unprofessional. And I would know been in food for over 18years.
The hours posted online (and on the door of Applebees) stated that they were open until midnight. We arrived at 11:25, and the young man at the door told us that they were not serving any more patrons. They were, effectively, closed. 35 minutes before the time posted on their website. If you want to quit serving people at 11:00, or 11:30, then that should be reflected by your posted hours of operation.
We came in, were promptly seated, our waiter came right over and took our drink orders... Thats when all the promptness stopped. We waited about 15 minutes to get our beverages. (Tea and coke, we didnt even order alcoholic beverages). We are then finally able to order our appetizer and decided to go ahead and order our meals as well. After we waited 35 more minutes for no one to ever come back to the table to check on us or bring is our food we left.
The manager is wonderful FRIENDLY servers aka staff, the restaurant and bathroom clean, and they treat carry-outs and doordash deliveries as dining-in WITH outstanding preparation products aka food and services aka caring FRIENDLY manner... I be wanting to GIVE THEM ALL GRATUITY TIP.... especially the manager SHES A BEAUTIFUL SOUL 😇😷😄
On 1/4/2021 a friend and i visited the location for lunch time. We sat at the bar and i asked the bartender Samitrius what was the happy hour drink specials, she pointed at the board behind us, I told her I was unable to see it from far away and asked if they had anything up at the bar or if she could tell me, she stated we would have to get up and go look at it. Which I found to be very rude. Upon that, the bartender and workers, even the manager were standing at the bar cursing & such. The restaurant was not pack at all, but my friend still had a long wait for her macaroni pasta, which turned out to be watery noodles. The workers as well as the manager sat in front of us and discussed other workers & how they don’t do anything or act as if they don’t know how to do anything. The whole environment seem very unprofessional.
Gordon Ramsay himself couldnt fix this mess they got going on up in here. This is by far the worst Applebees Ive EVER ordered food from. Unprofessional, terrible service, there was missing food (I tried to call to see if I could just pick it up another time but was hung up on 3 times after waiting on hold for over 5 minutes each time), and to make matters that much worse... The ribs had no meat on them, the steak was mostly gristle, the prices are steep for such a small amount of food, and the overall experience was just plum awful. Im going to save you a headache and suggest that ya just hit up the Applebees in Macon... It would be worth the drive 💯 #NeverrrrrrrTFAgain👌
Applebees is a family favorite. Great tasting food for a reasonable cost. The 2 for $22 or $27 deal is the best way to eat on a budget. Thats two entrees and an appetizer for less than$30! Cant find that deal for that quality of food anywhere else. For those with kids, the childrens menu has a decent selection.Aside from the food the staff was good. The area was clean. The tables and booths were situated so that my family, 7 of us, were not in the way or disturbing any of the other patrons.Want to watch a sports game while eating or enjoying a beverage, bar seating is available.
Southwest Chicken Bowl review and staff.The Southwest Chicken Bowl first of all is a dish that can not make its mine up of its a salad or if its a burritobowl. The name southwest usually indicates it will have some kind of kick or spice to the meal. That is not the case. It was very bland in flavor and was way under seasoned. The guacamole, pancetta sauce, and corn mix should have added additional flavors but mixed together still was quite underwhelming.When I say this dish is confused with its identity of either a salad or deconstructed burrito it really is. The bottom of the bowel was packed with under cooked and under seasoned rice, and the top was loaded with lettuce that was cut almost to quarter size from the head of lettuce, as well as the leaves where not separated which left large chucks of lettuce to large to place your mouth and felt like the only flavor in the bite was lettuce itself.The chicken itself was way to small of a portions to the bowl and not enough to enjoy the less than enthusiastic flavorless chicken in every other bite. I added fresh crushed sea salt and to limes to the dish before any flavor was enhanced enough to feel like I had a somewhat prepared meal. This dish was not what we have come to know and love as a southwest dish but with the lime and sea salt was more of a Mediterranean flavor in taste. This dish would be better paired with the lime and sea salt and served with a nice grilled white fish or fried fish.I was disappointed in the dish and it lacked the luster, care, and proper preparation need to make this dish worth ordering again or enjoying.The service tonight was very disappointing as well. I pressed the service button on the monitor on the table after several failed attempts to get our server. The store Manager came to the table after several minutes and actually served us.Over all not what I expected for service nor for the meal I ordered. There was no follow up by wait staff until we were ready to go. The waitress even removed our tablet from or table so we could not call for service nor get service while we where there.Results: Not what expected, no follow up from staff, lacked flavor and was way underwhelming. Not worth the night out.
It was so bad! Not only did we wait forever for anyone to even come get our drink order, but our appetizers were cold. After i dont know how long, our server finally came over (didnt see her much), we ordered another drink. Never got them. We had to get our own silverware because the ones she said she was going to bring, she never did. Mind you, we had just got our appetizers so no silverware. They were a little busy when we got there but it wasnt busy enough for the service to suck and the food to be cold.
Steaks were cooked wrong. Ordered medium rare and medium well and got extremely well done for both of them. Curb side oder was supposed to be ready at 7:40 didnt get food until after 8 and by then the kids chicken tenders were cold. Not always bad service here but when its bad its all bad there is no in-between.
This is my second experience with this Applebees and had the same problem with the Applebees in Macon off Zebulon Road; where if you order online the order is incomplete. No vegetables with the meals that I ordered. I will no longer be ordering or eating at this place again.
Came here on an early Sunday afternoon. Extremely slow service. Chastity was an average waitress which was fine if we didnt have to wait so long for our food to be prepared, which was chicken wings.. James was running around clearly picking up the others slack. If your choosing between this and another restaurant, always choose the other one
I ordered food for 5 people and one item was missing. Called back and no one was picking the phone. This is not the first time I order food from this restaurant and I find something missing. Maybe I need to be confirming my food by opening all the 10 or so packages of food to confirm I have it all. This does not happen when I order from other restaurants. Could this be intentional? Am a dissatisfied customer!
Our waitress didnt write anything down so fiancee got the wrong beer and the salad I asked for before the meal came out after my main course. My plate of my food was hotter than the actual food and it was sorely under seasoned. The chips for the queso and spinach and artichoke dip were over fried, stale and very greasy. The manager went to a lot of other tables but never came to ours.
The Fish & Chips were OK. The fish was over cooked with the batter being too crunchy. The flavor & texture of the fish was consistent with being cooked too long.The server was world class. Polite, friendly & very attentive.He, of course was not responsible for the kitchen.
I’m not the one to leave a review, wether good or bad, but The only reason this place gets a star is because I have no choice to give them zero! The service was extremely slow, but the restaurant was not busy. Despite the fact that no one acknowledged me for the first 8 minutes of arriving should have been my que to leave! A group of people walked in and the hostess went to seat them. I stepped in front and said I had been waiting awhile! Once I sat down, my waitress passed me a dozen times (my second que to just leave, but I gave them the benefit of doubt) I finally was waited on after sitting down for 10 minutes! I ordered my food, and waited an additional 10 minutes to get my water!! Finally my salad came out after nearly 30 minutes, and it was the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen! I am highly disappointed in the food and service. I’ll never come here again. They either need to add more waitresses or change their tactics altogether.
Service and food was HORRIBLE ! My fiance and i ordered the boneless wings they were FREEZING cold. My sons chicken tenders and fries were cold as well as my moms food . The waitress left the menus on our table and didnt even give us silverware. She seen our drinks needed refilling and walked past. Our food was sent back and when it came back it was STILL COLD ! Thank god the manager didnt charge us for our food because it was horrible. We wont be back
Well if u trying to hang out for a long while then this is the place. But from the time we got there 9pm till 9:30 we didnt have anyone wait on us . no drinks nothing. Then after we finally got our orders. And asked for the check paying with cash we didnt get out till 10:30. The food was good . thats the only reason Im giving it 3 stars . the service sucked and they werent even busy when we first got there till about 10.. Smh
We ordered food through door dash tonight, and actually called Applebees before ordering to make sure we could get the 40 free wings with the promo code. A girl at Applebees told me that we could, as long as we have the promo code. When we got our order, we didn’t get the wings. After calling Applebee’s and talking to two different people, one of the managers said that we actually needed to put the wings in our order and then put the promo code in. There was nothing anywhere saying that was what we needed to do, and there was nothing the manager could do.
They were one of the first to be prepared to open dine in after Georgia allowed restaurants to do so. The staff seemed really educated and prepared to safely reopen. Some of the precautions they were following were all servers properly wear masks, using disposable paper menus to avoid them being passed from customer to customer, only seating every other table to promote social distancing and a enhanced cleaning regiment. Many restaurants are opening next week or later but Warner Robins Applebee’s really had it to gather ahead of their competition. I wanted to publically commend the management and staff their efforts.
We arrived around 6 pm very few people in the restaurant. Server tried to take care of us but the manager had the cabinets locked took forever to even get a to-go box had to wait for them to make sweet tea. Ordered appetizer when it arrived we asked for ranch dressing as a dip took twenty minutes to get it. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone
My experience was awful. When we got there, the waitress wasnt too friendly. We waited for about thirty minutes for our server to take our drink orders, and it wasnt even busy in there. So, we proceeded to order our food, and after about 10 minutes the server came back to tell us that they had run out of mozzarella sticks and ranch, She informed us of that after we had ordered. I ordered the blackened cajun shrimp pasta, and it was lacking most of the ingredients for the dish, and the bottom of my bowl was filled with grease. We then settled our check thinking that the manager was gonna offer some type of discount for our unpleasant experience, but he didnt. He gave us a handwritten coupon for a free order of mozzarella sticks on an index card! I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant. I will never return to this establishment!
Food came out cold. Manager offered for it to be remade or order something else. We asked for it to be remade, since we did want what we had ordered. Sadly, what came out was our previous order, simply reheated and the crispy tortilla topping on mine missing. At that point we were too hungry to make a fuss over it and simply ate. While the food turned out meh, our waiter was wonderful.
Went to applebees to find out there was a 15 to 20 minute wait there were only a couple of other people inside plenty of tables available was told by another customer who when in came out that all the people inside were on break at all at the same time should have left them but decided to wait, ordered unsweetened teas with flavouring was told it was double flavoured no flavouring at all inside the T waited for manager to bring over a cup that was very limited on quantity food not good I will not be returning to this place If I could give less than one star I would.
Server forgot about our drinks. When we finally received them, we placed our order and got nachos for an appetizer. They werr burnt. My fiance got the trio fajitas and not only was the steak over cooked, he didnt get the fajita wraps. Took thr server another 5 mins to bring him wraps which were cold. I got broccoli and mac n cheese for sides, broccoli cold and mac n cheese was dry. No happy at all.
The food was good, our server was friendly, but she seemed like she was a little tired, mayne it was the end of her day. We ordered a couple margaritas with our food, i was really disappointed, because all we could taste was mixer, didnt taste like there was any tequila in them. I would go back but ill probably just order a beer with dinner next time.
1st time coming here and the food and service was good. 2nd time the service was horrible I was shocked! Our waiter was big and aggressive, he definitely needs to learn how to greet and treat the customers. There was this other guy the was helping out going from table to table who was also very rude. He would walk by and just drop items that i didnt ask for on my table and walk off. I was disgusted that we were never given any silverware to eat so we ended up waiting 15 minutes before getting a fork! Never going back! If you get Phillip as you waiter just remember i warned you!!
22 Feb 2019. Arrived at the restaurant 7:10 and was led to my table by a male wait staff who took my order of 8 oz steak w/ 2 sides. Was told i could replace the veggies and fries with soup and mashed potatoes. Noticed a lady wait staff talk to the staff who got my order. Lady staff came to my table and said the male staff forgot my order and took it again. 7:52 and everybody around me was served their food. Started a 15 minute timer on my phone and waited again. Food arrived 8:05 with the soup stacked on top of the entree plate. No cutlery so I asked from a passing male staff. Tried the soup and it was cold and soggy. The steak was a piece if thick meat obviously cut in half and definitely not an 8 0z steak. Lady staff took the soup and came back later with a microwaved version of the cold one with no soup whatsoever.Asked for the bill and was charged for the sides as the steak showed no toppings or sides.BTW...i was not given free mozarella sticks for not being offered a margarita.Awful dining experience.
Giving 3 stars because food was nice and hot great tasting and server was very nice. The only down side is food took forever from order to delivery. There was only approximately 5 other tables in the whole restaurant and the wait was as if the place was packed, no explanation of wait time at all. Will be a while if we ever go back.
Always a great atomspehere here. Service is pretty good. Unless they are crazy busy. And you might have to wait to see your server for awhile. I like everything on menu. Only problem is my wife orders the fiesta lime chicken and the past 3 times its been undercooked chicken brought to the table
Applebees food once upon a time was on point. Now, the food have gone way down. My husband and I ordered the all you can eat dinner. The shrimp looked old and the tenders, I cant describe what they looked like. This is just what we experienced. This isnt the first time the food was bad. We wanted to give it another try. We will not be dining at the Applebees in WR anymore.
Holly upset that they gave me the wrong to go order which was delivered to my house and it was not my order and then when I called to inform them they were rude with me and I also had to drive all the way up there to bring my original receipt which was also given to me with the food that wasnt mine and then when I got my food that I actually did order my fries were cold as well as my steak... The only thing that was correct was the salad LOL two thumbs down I used to love this place!
I love Applebees, but this location needs work. Another bad experience here. Barely any customers and several tables needed busing. I sat for 15 mins and got no service. They had more staff than customers but I was being neglected, so I just left. Also 4 great football games were active, and none on the TVs...and all TVs showed the same thing...an infomercial
I have had nothing but good experiences here, and mostly due to the amazing bartender. I wish I could remember her name, but shes a short haired younger woman and she is an absolute delight. She always is attentive, friendly, and always there. She has served me more times than any waiter or waitress ( keep in mind i typically visit during lunch times when staff is slim and there is less of a crowd) The food has always been good and fresh, id say the 1 dollar margaritas were a tad weak, but I understand you get what you pay for and they are a pre done mix.
We were seated right away. The waitress walked by us 3 times and did not acknowledge us. We waited to even be asked for our drink order. She stopped at the table next to us where a couple had just been seated and took their order and still did not acknowledge us. We left after 15 min. Of not being noticed.
Food is always good, overall visit this last time was a bit disappointing. Didnt receive my meal til the rest of my party was almost finished..took a very long time to get our drinks from the bar, or any drinks at all. Management was not very visible (My guess is he was stuck in the kitchen working, instead of watching the floor) He did make my meal, which was overdone to my specs, but still delicious. Sayiid, our server, seemed nice, and kept us informed. I was not happy about the fact that no discount was offered after all these issues. Mgmt needs to manage more and labor less - but that was just my perception of it.
I dont think I have ever received service worse than that. Everything took forever. The food was microwaved to the point that it was burnt, my steak was so dry and chewy that Im pretty sure it would bounce back if I threw it to the wall. The pasta must had been cooked days ago, etc etc. Terrible experience. Definitely not going back.
I asked for our free.Mozzarella sticks, since our server did not ask us if we wanted a margarita. She said we could not have any today. I pressed her for the free sticks and she said she would have to check with the manager. I said that would be fine. She never checked with the manager and we never got any free mozzarella sticks.☹️🙁.
Had to wait 10 minutes for utensils, another 30 for food. Our drinks had chunks floating in them. Seemed more intent on comping the bill for the family behind us because they knew the manager. The waitress didnt even know what dressing for salad they had , and to top it off they apologized for being busy when they only had 8 tables filled and a full wait staff. I remember why I stopped coming here
Normly we have a good experience but tonight was just ridiculous. My husband and I arrived around 7:45, placed our order within the first 15 minutes of being there and then waited....and waited....and waited. The appetizer came out after about 30 minutes but after having waited for a little over an hour for our entree we had to leave as we had to pick up our kids by a specific time. There was ONE waitress on our side who seemed to be on the ball, however our waitress (who neglected to even introduce herself) was nowhere to be seen. It was a very frustrating experience.
We went in at 1130 close to closing our waiter Jared asked what we wanted to drink, we ordered an adult beverage. He said let me see if they have done last call the bartender looked at us and smirked and said last call was a couple of minutes ago... The people we were with seen her making my someone else drinks so I I asked our waiter about last call and pointed out that she was making someone else a drink so he said something to her. So she made us a drink ( also continuing to pour people drinks the duration we were there.) But Jared he was the best waiter I ever had anywhere he deserves a raise/promotion. Thanks Jared
Would not recommend this Applebees AT ALL !! Been here since 8:30 and it is currently 12. Ordered food at 9:30/10 and we are just now getting SOME of our food. People who came in so much time after us were given their food and even have left. I have little kids and their food are just arriving. One of the meals havent even came yet. I have cranky kids. Shoot I didnt even remember my order. I have never been in any restaurant this long. Food came out one person at a time. Never will be back!
Had a great time with some friends and enjoyed great food with awsome service. Maurice made our drinks and they all were spectacular. Our waiter was very polite and fast she helped guide us through the menu as we were indecisive. Im definitely coming back soon thank you guys for providing an awesome atmosphere
UPDATE! Decided to give another try. BIG MISTAKE!!! Couldnt even get seated! Place was almost empty and was told a 45 min wait!!! Why? Because cooks could not keep up with orders! Never again!Got the spinach dip and chips were so stale! All the tables around us were full of dishes and they werent that busy. Food was less than average. Not worth $60 for 2 people to eat!
Ive been coming here for over a year and the service here is great. Tommy is really doing a wonderful job behind the bar. The drinks are always good and when there is a problem (when the beer keg needs to be changed) hes on it. When it aint that busy up front I see him help other servers by taking plates and other dirty dishes to the back and helping by clearing tables. That frees up the hostess and servers to help other people. My wife has a service dog, not a small one either, and they welcome him like a member of the family. The only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is the beer on tap is a lot of the mass produced stuff, only one local (state) brew. Great place to come and enjoy yourself.
Took forever to get drinks. Took even longer to get cold food. Steak was horrible, and the waitress needs a lesson on how to greet customers. So disappointed. Please fix this restaurant quick. It used to be my favorite place. Ill try one more time later on, if same service I will never eat at Applebees again.
When we first got here it took the waitress 15 minutes to take our drink order. Once we got our food she never came to check on us. We needed refills so we had to ask the host to find the waitress for us. When she came back to our table and sarcastically said yes as if we were disturbing her. Didnt get our refills until she bought out the bill which was wrong as well. There was a drink on there we sent back and it was still on the bill. So she took the bill back and said she changed it. The bill still had the extra drink, according to her they took it off the bill but it still shows on the bill. Anyways I will not be returning!
I would not recommend this Applebee’s to anyone me and my family had to wait a tremendously long time to get our order taken and we had to wait even longer to get our food our drinks were watered down and I ordered a grilled chicken salad had to wait 20 more minutes for that, instead me and my mom asked for a to go plate for our food I got mine the waiter told us he would be back with another plate he walked by us 3 times before we had to ask again for the plate . My grilled chicken salad had no toppings on it only five measly pieces of grilled chicken. No tomatoes, no onions , no cheese nothing and I’m paying for a 10 dollar salad. The seats and tables were dirty me and my family were sitting on food and the floor had food on it . It was honestly a terrible experience and I’m not blaming the waiters because they were doing their jobs I’m blaming the manager because he wasn’t helping them, he finally decided to do something when another customer asked to speak to him personally. We would not come back to this establishment if it were the last food restaurant on earth.
Worst experience ever and I will never come back. We arrived at this location at 9:30pm after making reservations earlier in the day that wed have a party of 21 coming in. After knowing about our arrival hours earlier we didnt get seated until 11:20pm. We saw several tables open up that were available to fit our party. Spoke with the GM Christine Puppe about how we had reservations ahead of time. Her words were we dont take reservations. Funny how that happened after I asked an employee about seating us and he stated that the table was RESERVED. Food didnt start arriving to our table until 12:15am. Not even appetizers. I myself am very disappointed with this establishment. Once food arrived I myself didnt get my order until 12:30am. Come to find out they didnt have a baked potato to complete my order. I order an medium well 6oz steak that came out looking like a well done hamburger, and as if it got warmed up. Steak looked dry and had deep insertions as if they tried to speed up the cooking process.... So after waiting 3hrs to eat I still did not eat and just wanted my money back.... Worst of the worst experiences Ive ever had... I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
I’m a very pregnant woman, I didn’t want to go inside in the first place. So while I was waiting for my pickup order that was supposed to be ready by 11:22 pm I was told that I have to go all the way up to the bar to get my pickup order. I’m not walking up there just to get an order with all of those drunk people. Especially in my pajamas. Then I finally get my order and my milkshake clearly says chocolate on the order but I was given an oreo milkshake. I went back in and I’m waiting for my chocolate shake now. But what makes this experience really bad was that the guy blamed me for all of the mistakes when I ordered online and I shouldn’t have to explain my order if you just read it. They did apologize and seemed friendly but always watch what you say because you don’t know your customers. Oh and btw I want to leave now and it’s midnight. I just checked my order to be sure and they didn’t give me my sundae shooter. I called and they’re supposed to bring it out.. Horrible service. I didn’t want to be here for 45 minutes, especially for a to-go order.
Service is terrible and slow. Two of us got our food and was done eating by the time the third person got his food. Our waiter was more worried about the two girls across from us. My daughter never got a refill in the two hours we was there. Im not sure if more training is needed or if this Applebees needs new management. Go somewhere else.
Ordered the new shrimp and chicken fajitas. When I got them there was a whopping total of 4 shrimp. The chicken was sliced but was about 4oz if that in size. The tortillas were ice cold. Will not order this again. This is advertised as starting at $9.99 and if that price might have been worth it but was actually $14.99. Not sure why because on Wednesday you can get all you want shrimp, chicken or ribs for $14.99. The new Fatijas were not worth the price for what you got.
Servers aren’t good and management is worse. Food isn’t great and not hot and dry. The manager is new from what I over heared from the table behind me when he was speaking with them and he has no customer service skills what so ever. I’m a server and wouldn’t even want to work for this place. Wow is all I can say. Only thing that made it ok was this dollar hurricane that I’m positive they are adding way to much liquor to for a dollar but I’m not complaining about that but still. Under management and I do mean way high up needs to come do a sweep of employees.
Service was great. Jordan & Isabella both did a great job waiting on me and my friends. Idk who the bartender was last night (4-23-16), but they did a great job as well. Give all 3 a raise! It was much better this time than last. Will definitely be back.Update been going back every Saturday for almost a month and a half now. Never had a bad experience. Staff always does a great job.Came again tonight (5-18-16) and have been every Saturday for a while. Management is great. Servers and host/hostess are exceptional. Key shotout to a few staff members for always doing great: Shannon, Bella, Nicole, Jordan, Chandler, & bartenders. Will never have a bad thing to say. Would give more stars if possible.
Food & customer service from bar attendant Tasha was great!! As I was leaving from picking up my order, my car wouldnt start. The same friendly bar attendant Tasha came out to help. Shes so sweet. We tried pouring coke on yhe corroded part ans nothing. She went and got her manager Howard Hughes. He came out and tried to jump it off. No luck. He went and got his tools and took my battery out for me so I could have it checked at OReillys & offered to take it over there for me and so did Tasha!! Thank yall!!
I have been to Applebees on a many occasion. Its kind of hit or miss. I have been a plethora times and the food has a range from good so so and bad. Only thing about myself is I can only drink too shelf liquor there. The dollar specials taste like swamp water. So its a three for me
Our family really loves the atmosphere and food, but this location has disappointed us repeatedly! From the slow service to blatant lack of reguard for customer service and happiness, unless asked for something that should have been provided; we have been less than impressed the last few times weve been in. Probably will not return to this location!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Cant comment about food because didnt get to order. Sat there for about 25 minutes had numerous employees walk by us but not one of them acknowledged us. Didnt say anything to us didnt even look at us and acknowledge us in any way. Felt like we were invisible. They werent that busy, maybe 6 tables on the whole side we were sat. No one even said anything when we got up to leave. Host thanked us on way out and said hope we enjoyed our dinner. I told him no one even came by to get our drink order. He just looked at us and said Oh, and just stood there. Didnt try to apologize or get a manger so we left.Now know why everyplace we drove by was packed and this Applebees was not even half full at 6PM on a Saturday night.
Shouldnt my food be hot if its ordered when i come in? I paid 47 dollars for ribs that were cold and the wrong sauce not to even mention that bacon in my mac and cheese was not even chewable. I feel like if your gonna take my money atleast make me feel as if the food was worth it .
I found a fly in my grilled veggie side dish after I done eat most of it. It made my stomach turn. Management results was not to charge for the veggie. I give the bartender his props because adless got me a discount for being in the military. I was there on Oct 27 around 1:00 pm.
Food took too long. Post on table said free mozzarella sticks if we dont suggest a margarita. The mozzarella sticks were never given to me. Instead a flashcard was given to me with the managers name saying, free mozzarella sticks next timeWho does this? Im making a copy of this flashcard and getting free mozzarella sticks every day
I would like to recommend this Applebees Location to everyone. I work less than 5 minutes away. Today, I ordered Lunch and a Co-Worker picked it up. When I received my Brunch Burger it had Pink in the middle even after they had No Pink on the ticket. I called and asked for a manager. Christina (General Manager) went above and beyond. She apologized and even recooked my order and brought it to my Job. Thanks Christina for everything. You have gained a Customer for life (well as long as I am employed at my Current Job).
I come here third wheel with a friend of mine and his gf. 2 hours had past by before I left and my friends got their food but, I had never received my food. My friends complained about their food being cold and not good at all. Their food did not look great at all. My friend actually offered me his ribs and you could not pay me to take a bite. Needless to say I did not pay for anything because I never received anything. I left here with an empty stomach and time wasted. My time is very valuable, and Apple Bees wasted it for free. We asked to speak to the manager and as we were looking around for him/her we made eye contact with the manager who ducked and hid behind the bar. Instead of approaching this coward, we left. We had no time to play hide-n-seek with a manager who wants to hide behind the bar. The manager was a coward but on top of that there was a waitress behind us cursing at the table and, “Ready to square up” with the entire table. Also the tables were sticky and the food on the floor. It looked like someone had a food fight in the place.
Im typing this as Im sitting in this restaurant disappointed in the service and food. The food was cold, wings were over cooked, and the unattentive waitress had a very rude attitude even when we were being super nice. This is the second time weve eaten here thinking wed give it another shot after having bad service the first. STAY CLEAR!!! Of I could give them a negative 0 (-0) I would!!!!

2022-01-02Absolutely terrible!!! The cheese sticks was nasty and the ribs was cold. The fries was good tho. The Mac and cheese was dry and didn’t have no Mac nor cheese. They never came back to the table to make sure we was okay with drinks or was we enjoying our meal. Nothing!!! Will never come back

2021-10-20I was in town for the weekend. The server was greatMy best friends steak was over cooked but she didnt want to say anything but our server saw how she was TRYING to cut it but couldnt. So the server tells my best friend how she sees her struggling to cut her steak so she will get her a knew one. That was so nice of her.

2022-05-30Probably one of the best experiences with this restaurant in a while. My mom and I were out and in a whim, decided to stop here for a bite. We got the 2 for $24 and overall, it was good value for the money. The only drawback was the boneless wings... Lukewarm covered in buffalo sauce when they were delivered to the table, ice cold within 5 minutes... Eww.The entrees made up for it tho... Everything was hot, fresh and just enough to be filling without feeling stuffed afterward. Plus the Passion fruit Lemonade was DELICIOUS so we were satisfied

2022-03-14It’s always a vibe in Apple bees specially LATE night ! But i door dash on the side & y’all need to treat door dash drivers as customers that we are getting people food that they paid for online just like you would as dine in ! They don’t greet us or anything when we come through the side door. You basically have to wait around until somebody ask if you need help which is hardly ever. They don’t be having any tables just parlaying around , laughing amongst each other (other co workers ] . & it’s ALWAYS like this with dashers . Definitely need better customer service because it’s not that at all!

2022-04-07Entered into underwhelming mediocrity. Plenty of available seating, not enough efficient staffing? No one greeted us or even acknowledge for a few substantial minutes. Were put on a waiting list among another 5-10 patrons, and told the wait would be 20 mins. We obliged, but ended up waiting twice as long, with no care or concern from the staff. The energy was low, but frantic and confused somehow.. The Manager looked beat up and burned out, but was trying...? Ended up leaving for any other restaurant. Our time is precious...

2022-05-14The food was not as good as it was the last time I was there. I got the spinach and artichoke dip. It was runny,the chips were stale and it came out with my main course. Had to ask for silverware,napkins and refills. Our waitress was nice but dont know what was taking her so long with our things. There were hardly any people there at all. Not going back there at all.

2022-06-12We arrived at this restaurant at 3:45 PM on a Sunday. The restaurant was not busy at all, about 1/4 full, lots of empty tables, nobody waiting. But we were told they could not seat us for 35-40 minutes because the “shift was changing”!! In all the years eating out, we’ve never been refused service because of a shift change! It was very strange; your customers have to sit there for 40 minutes waiting to be seated because of a shift change? Weird! We turned around and went across the street to Ruby Tuesday and got seated immediately!

2022-04-01I will never order from or eat from this Applebees ever again. This was my first time and never again. I had a carry out order that I just went to pick up (on 03/31/2022 and they told me it would be ready at 9:26pm) and the manager had very rude and nasty customer service. The other worker who is under her actually had way better customer service and tried to take care of us after the 35 minutes wait.I’m not upset at the wait for the food though I was annoyed but the nasty attitude of the manager definitely made me upset.The food was okay

2022-04-25Arrived about 345 and was told there would be a wait because of shift change at 4. Never heard or had to wait for shift change in a restaurant but 45 minutes later we were seated.Wait staff very friendly but slow as Christmas.Quality of food is very very disappointing. Will not be going back.
