I dont know what happened to my favorite place, always loved beef and cheddar I couldnt try anything else because it was so delicious. But the last 3 times we got them it was awful, the roast beef was like rubber. We couldnt eat them, had to throw them away.
Best Arbys ever! Clean store and seriously the sweetest staff. They were very busy but the orders came out quickly and were hot and fresh. Tried the hot honey boneless wings. We really enjoyed them!
I can not believe what I got from Arbys on Silver Springs. The place was not full, and there was no one but me in the Drive-thru, but what I got was uncalled for......I LOVE Arbys Classic Beef N Cheddar, I ordered two meals and some extras. When I got home and we opened the sandwiches, they were disgusting. They both looked like someone had sat on them; they were flat, and the roast beef was almost non-existent, the cheese was missing in action, and the red sauce was scant. Unfortunately, it was not until I got home that I found out all of these. I was too tired and it was too late to go back and complain about our dinners, so the dogs had a surprise dinner. My experience is worth at least a -10, but this site does not have negative stars, nor does it have a 0 stars, so I had to give it a one star. Good ouch on your visit to Arbys!!!!
Its an Arbys attached to a Flying J has station. It was ok. Fries were not very fresh, the sandwich was smashed and the drink was low on syrup. Been to better Arbys.
I got French Dip sandwiches for myself and 2 friends. They were the best I have ever had! They were very hot and fresh.
I went threw the drive-thru & got the beef & cheddar sandwich for lunch. Im sorry to say it was cold and the beef had a funny taste. I was half way back to work when I realized this. I had to throw it away.

Located in a truck stop, getting in and out of this place can be tricky, but the staff is really friendly, and its actually one of the better Arbys in the area! Mind the trucks, and youll be fine. Get a roast beef sandwich and snag some snacks for the road next door while youre at it. Ive been here plenty of times and have no complaints.

DONT EAT AT THIS Arbys! I dont know about day shift but night shift was serving nasty food. I had a gyro and a salad and ended up just eating the lettuce from the salad. When I placed my order I heard the girl in the back complaining about my order. That should have been my sign. The salad had some old chopped up chicken that I thought was a crouton at first with some disgusting oily bacon. My gyro was also dripping in grease with a pita that you had to chew for 5 minutes. The only thing good was the customerservice at the register. Never again
All good but chicken tenders too crispy...could not eat 2 out of a 3 piece order. Went to tell them they act as if they dont see me or they were just too busy after they found out what i wanted. I understand that they r getting other customers but damn after 3or 4have been served take care of the person with the complaint.. Thats the way i feel anyway...
Well in a 24 hour truck stop this place was closed. I guess truckers dont really matter. Gimmie what I want then work around my schedule. Real life doesnt work that way Karen.
The service here is fast, I rarely am behind more than 3 cars. The people are polite and courteous, and the location is convenient. The food is hot and fresh and everything seems clean. Went 10/19/2020 and the New Classic Prime Rib Philly is not good, just meat drowned in cheese with some peppers so don’t order that. Beef Brisket is A+ as is most of their food. Would recommend.
The worse Arby’s I’ve been to, I stop at Arby’s 4-5 times a week. It looked like everyone was new because not only did it take forever to get my order but they were all just walking around in circles looking like they didn’t know what to do. I ordered 2 sandwiches and both looked as if they had been unwrapped and wrapped back up at least twice, one wrapper was a small paper bag. I guess they ran out of the wrappers so management dropped that ball. The BLT bacon was so greasy and the lettuce had black ends. I honestly did try to eat but couldn’t, everything was thrown away along with $14. I would’ve taken everything back but i was 120 miles south when I stopped to eat.
Arbys is one of my least favorite fast food places but my friend wanted to go. I had the Mediterranean Chicken wrap and, have to say, it was pretty good. Id have it again.

They just recently opened so I was unsure about going right away before they had things figured out but Im glad I did! They got people through the drive thru quickly when I ordered that way, and the dinning area was nice a clean and comfortable the time I ate in. Ive had the Ruben sandwich (amazing) the Buffalo chicken sandwich (pretty good) and the jalapeño poppers (pretty good) so far. Im looking forward to trying more of the menu!

They were out of arbys sauce. The sign was where you pick up the order so I had no idea. I would never had ordered roast beef if I had known. When I asked them about it the person at the counter said well there is a sign wouldnt let me change my order. I said they should make customers aware when they order and they said well there is a sign again.
This location has very pleasant staff members and the food is always fresh and as good as expected. Went tonight and got great service.

I used a coupon to order 2 for $6 gyros. I asked her to remove onions from both of them. I get them with plenty of onions. I took the second gyro back but didnt notice onions were on it until the end. Another lethargic employee who didnt their job correctly.
I normally wouldnt leave this review but I have a feeling this happens alot at this restaurant. It only takes one person to create a bad experience and that was the case tonight from the very beginning. The employee that took my order was extremely unprofessional and seemed bothered that he had to stop socialising and take my order. He was very short with me and just wanted to get to the end the interaction. And so unsurprisingly he made several mistakesAnd display a huge unwillingness to slow down and comprehend or show the slightest level of responsibility. In the end I just accepted the situation took my food and left. Kind of hard to enjoy the meal the experience leaves such a bad taste in your mouth.
The staff is friendly enough. The portions are ample. So why only 3 stars? Because after confirming a sandwich could be made without the pictured bacon, I was given a sandwich with bacon - despite the associates repeatedly stating turkey wrap no bacon even as they put it in the bag. So, if youre not a picky eater, or if you take the time to check your order before hitting the road, I think you would have a good experience. It just didnt work for me.
This place is about as false in advertisement as it gets, I ordered the prime rib sandwich which turned out to be a burger with 2 tiny strips of beef on top which was so rubbery it came off on first bite with a sloppy mess following. The manager was rude as they come and asks the place smelled dirty, wont be coming back, ever! Cant even get food right you should shut down.

The service was not good at all the employees acted like they hated being there and didnt want to take my order. The food was okay but nothing to write home about. They could take a lesson from Chick-fil-A on customer service and cleanliness. Not trashing them this was just my experience I always want to give a great review but when the service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant is subpar I just cant give a good review.
Arrived right at closing time, they had to cook our order but were nice and friendly about it. Several employees standing in the lobby and were joking and laughing within their conversation...to the point that it became annoying loud. Like really loud, especially one large framed male employee was like laughing in an almost yelling type sound. Odd, but we were the only customers in there at the time, and hopefully that wouldnt have happened if it were during a busy time of the day.
Stood in line, only person in line. No cashier. After 5 minutes, no cashier. She appeared, then disappeared.Left without ordering. Disappointed.

A 5 star “shout out” tonite to the tall, slim young man (sorry I couldn’t read your name tag)who works the midnite shift. I’ve been here a few times over the past few months on my way home to Orlando Fl as a trucker driving nights and this guy was manning the drive thru, front counter, fryer and bagging all orders, all at the same time with not a hint of frustration and 100% polite. Thank you for all you do.. Arby’s needs to move you to management and I’ll be calling Arby’s corporate to let them know of you.
I gave five stars because the food was excellent and the drive-thru guy was fast and pleasant. However, first I went inside. There were three of us in line. The girl there... Didnt even attempt to help anyone. She looked at us, walked about 5 feet away, and said nor did anything. It was kinda crazy. Based on HER...this place would even get one star but the drive-thru guy and quality of the food made up for it.
Worst service Ive gotten in the history of my patronizing this restaurant...which btw has been regularly since the building opened almost 20 years ago. First rule of customer service... if you make a mistake.... own it!!Update: sorry, attempting to make it right after the fact is frankly unacceptable! Do it right the first time or reconsider your customer service policy!

My husband loves their baked potatoes so we stopped to get 1 and there was a line of approximately 12 ppl which didnt move at all because the young men at the register was not at all trying to get the line down but 1other at the drive thru window ask the manager for help! Mind that this women is on the phone while her young employees STRUGLE HER, SHE REPLIED YOU ALL ALWAYS NEED SOMETHING. needless to say i left potato less lol.dont waste your time going here
I love arbys food. This location is open all night, they always get my order right, and they are usually quick. There are typically never any more than 3 cars in the drive through. The dining room is open for order and pick up, but Im not sure about dine in.

Great food and great service
The double roast beef sandwich was nice and thick. Hot fries came out with the order fast. The staff responded when I came up to place my order, and had good teamwork filling orders. Another customer rang the good service bell in the lobby, and it made the staff feel really good. Not a croud there, but a great experience.
Definetly should take inconsideration of who you hire.HIRING a man that that went out IT way to make a customer feel uncomfortable .IT came from behind the counter and started staring and walking by talking on the mic to the other employees ,while there standing by the tender/dry basket laughing .COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL
Worst place ever to stop and purchase food. The Cashiers are very rude. The food wasnt freshly made. The management staff doesnt seem to care about cleaning the facilities to Covid-19 standards outlined by the CDC. The list goes on and on. Id avoid spending your hard earned money here unless you like being treated like a P.O.S.

I cant say how this place would be typically because I went at 3 am, but my experience was great. The lady working the register was super friendly, the order came out quick, they gave me plenty of food (more fries than would normally fit in the box), and the tables were pretty clean. I couldnt have asked for any more from a 3am college exam week food run.
I ordered the rueben sandwich..it was good,but would have enjoyed it more if the rye bread had been grilled. The staff was friendly and everything was clean and abiding by the covid rules....I felt safe dining in..
We stopped by early on a road trip. I was surprised they were serving everything that early. The staff was friendly. They dropped chicken fresh but the sweet potato fries and hash browns were stale.
Service was fast, maybe too fast... I ordered two beef and cheddar classic, but instead all I got was two beef classics... On sesame seed buns... If I wanted sesame seed buns I would have went to McDonalds

I took my food to go and when I got back home I found out that even tho I paid for extra meat on both sandwiches, neither had it, and my beef and cheddar looked like a child put it together. Will not ever go there again.
Absolutely amazing. Typical Arbys food but the service was exceptional. The drive through person was bright cheery and had an amazing attitude. She actually made my day better by being positive. Righty tighty. She knows who she is. The world needs more people like her.

Had a gyro and potato cakes. The meat on the gyro was very skimpy, compared to normal. May have to start going g to a Greek restaurant to get a better gyro.
Had the turkey n swiss wrap. It was huge! I was glad it was cut in half. Real tasty n it was on a 2 for $6 deal so that was great. I love them 2fers.
When we think Arbys, we think Jamocha!The Jamocha machine was down. Bummer... That was one of the only reasons we stopped by in the first place. Then, they were out of spicy chicken!!! The other reason we stopped. We got beef and cheddars. We didnt realize that it came with sauce on them so that was a bust too. That was our own fault though for not asking. We love Arbys, this is the third time the Jamocha machine wasnt working. PLEASE get it fixed!!!
Inside of the truck stop, Pilot, is an awesome Arbys... Excellent food and customer service... You can eat in, or go through the drive thru...I love the salted chocolate cookies!!

My preference is lettuce and tomatoes with my roast beef so I always get the gyros . Then there are days when all i want is plain ole roast, so thats what I would order just a plain ole roast beef

I have never been a huge fan of roast beef which was a huge disadvantage for my husband who LOVES Arbys. I found the chicken cordon blue and the rest is history!! Add some honey mustard and some curly fries and thats a wrap!
3 stars because of expense. I dont even know if its Arbys fault, though. The Greeks have specific recipes to adhere by and Arbys Gyro style is delicious.The first Spicy Greek Gyro with the accompanying spicey sauce was spectacular. I put the spicey sauce on it before I even tasted it.(My mistake) The second Gyro wasnt spicey at all and the bread was horribly dry. It made my head hurt just TRYING to chew it. I was almost disgusted. The third Gyro I have marinating in the wonderful spicey pepper and horsey sauce to soften the bread.
The employees at this location are super.I came in with a newspaper of coupons to take advantage of the deals. Kierre, a nice lady, took my many orders with a courteous andwelcoming attitude. The manager, Katherine, ensured the accuracy of my order after noticing some coupons may not be valid. The manager took time to fix any errors while Kierra welcomed orders from other customers. Katherine treats her employees with dignity and respect. I can see that they all like being there. The food was fresh and hot. Look out Applebees, Arbys cheese sticks are hittin and hittin hard. When coming from Atlanta to Byron again I will return to this location.
What can I say, its a beef sandwich but its fast food with the price of a sit down meal. Better take those coupons with you. Bought my bill from $18 to $11 for two.
Visit the restaurant at 130am you would think everything would be cleaned, an picked up. Not a chance. Food was luke warm an if I havent eatin in 12 hours I wouldve taken food back inside an thru it back at them. THE ABSOLUTE WORST ARBYS Ive ever eaten.
Arbys is always my go to quick food. The staff at this store seemed a bit distracted , as they left off a portion of the order. Also order your sandwich special as to avoid, hard bread.
My husband and I enjoyed the gyros. The lamb and turkey were very flavorful and I would definitely recommend them. The roast beef had a ton of beef.

UGH! Worst Arbys Ever! Briscut sandwich is the worst thing Arbys has come up with unless its just this store. Dirty, disgusting bathrooms, poor service, lacking sauces, items I received looked nothing like their pictures. Food was so unedible that I took it back in for a refund! I will never go back.
ROAST Beef and Cheddar is a favorite classic. But the Gyros or Delicious and surprisingly good for a fast food restaurant. The Market fresh sandwiches will hve you hooked and coming back for more.

I ordered the pork belly sandwich medium combo. What i got was a brisket sandwich medium combo. I didnt see that the drink fountain and condiment stand was in the back corner of the dining room, so i thought Popeyes chicken and Arbys shared a drink station. No one said anything, but it would have been nice to have known where to get your drinks. So it took just a few minutes for them to make me a pork belly sandwich, but they over cooked it in the microwave and instead of the juicy, thick, plump, sweet, smoky pork belly i got a very firm, dry, not very tasteful piece of meat that was over dressed with mayo and bbq sauce. I think the staff needs a lesson on handling pork belly sandwiches and the proper texture they are looking for on the cook of it. The people were very nice and did not hesitate to take the blame of the mistake of my meal. Although there were mistakes, I would go back and recommend this Arbys site because of the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant.

I went to the drive-thru and ordered, got to the window and the cashier was nice enough, got home and my whole order was wrong. One of the sandwiches was wrong, the fries werent the size i ordered. I was very disappointed in my experience here.

I dont usually eat at arbys because I dont care for it too much, but I was hungry so I went and got something, the employees and manager were extremely nice and respectful and the food wasnt bad.
The food wasnt as hot as it should have been, but the service was outstanding.

I went there to try the new fried turkey sandwich. Was told it wasnt available anymore. I thought it was odd cause it had JUST come out and a rude manager told to me it was, in fact, sold out and if I really wanted it, I could find another store or wait for their food truck to come in. Wont be going back

Friendly people, good food. Cant go wrong! Im normally adamentally against gas station restaurants, but since this was a travel center, I was curious if it would be better.
It was average experience they got my order wrong blame myself for not looking before I left got curly fries had no condiments out so ask for ketchup they gave me a whole 3 packs I did know catch up has the same value as gold
The place was a mess. The employs stood around talking, while we ate upon Dirty tables while looking at over-flowing garbage cans. Never eating there again, EVER!

2022-06-24The ladies I usually see are on point and super friendly. Tonight we got a side salad instead of fries more than anything it gave us a good laugh. 5 ozs of dressing for maybe 2ozs of salad.

2022-06-04I work overnights and get off at 6am. Not many food options other than breakfast fast food but this Arbys is 24/7. I go here probably 2x a week after work because the crew is simply amazing. Its usually the same 2 people (I dont know their names) but they are so sweet and always in a great mood regardless of how early it is and well.. Arbys food is underrated!

2022-04-18This Arbys use to be one of my favorite places good fresh food wrap neatly and nice. Unfortunately, I want be returning any time soon, the last 3 trips has been horrible messy and seems to be handle with no care. My last order was the boneless BBQ wings, when I got it, it had BBQ sauce on the box the bag just a mess. Look like they just threw the BBQ sauce everywhere!! Just nasty and messy. So disappointed.

Mercy time Im trying the Meat mountain sandwichThe Meat Mountain Sandwich. The biggest sandwich Arbys has ever sold. Stacked ridiculously high with almost all the meats. Two chicken tenders, slices of roast turkey, pit-smoked ham, corned beef, 13-hour smoked brisket, USDA-choice Angus steak, roast beef, and pepper bacon.

2022-02-20Arbys was a little busy. But we got our order fairly quick. It was hot and correct. Our Greek Gyro meat was moist and veggies were fresh.
