This restaurant has a good manager and employees, but the owner has got to open the store to the public at least until dinner time. No one is going to spend their lunch hour sitting in the Arbys line, and no Rideshare driver will wait in the line at peak times because they are not getting paid by the hour
I’d asked how many chicken tenders you get with each size and they told me “4, 6, and 9” or something like that. Thought that seemed a little weird but what did I know? So I ordered 4 chicken tenders. I get home and there’s 4 tiny balls of chicken. So I call and the lady that answers pulls up my receipt and goes “oh well we rang it up as chicken nuggets. There’s only a 3 and 5 piece for tenders. Sorry for the confusion” and that was pretty much it. I didn’t order chicken nuggets but I guess since that’s how they rang it up that makes it fine. Never offered to correct their mistake. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here anytime soon. Arby’s already took a huge hit getting rid of potato cakes. This isn’t helping my desire to keep eating there.
Ive always gave Arbys a 10 star rating Ive always loved eating there their food was great the people that work they were great well the one now thats on Riverstone is I dont know if its the the brisket which I absolutely adored is nasty now the meat is so freaking full of gristle and fat and and theres no meat its just garbage its trash they got rid of my potato cakes which I loved for 46 years that place going to s*** I got a cheddar chicken ranch sandwich from them and there was two chicken tenders on it and they were so hard that I couldnt eat them I literally fed them to my dog the fries were all cold and I came straight home this is not acceptable and when you call up there they no make you feel like you did something wrong they make you feel bad for complaining about their food
We stopped by as we were traveling. The outside was very easy and convenient to the highway and getting in and out was very easy. We went through the drive-thru but the exterior looked excellent. The drive-thru signage and speaker was easy to read and hear. The service was fantastic and prompt. The food was delicious and hot. We will definitely be incorporating this stop along our travels and recommend to anyone going by.
I ordered the Avocado Chicken Wrap. The associate Keith highly recommended it and he knows his wraps!Very good and it arrived hot. Tasty curly fries, too. The only bad thing was the soda bar. I saw customers get refill in their old cup instead of obtaining a new one. Unsanitary, especially in this age of COVID-19. New cups should be issued for safety reasons.
Seriously? Not only did I not receive the condiments that I had asked for 5 seconds before receiving my order, I also did not receive the sauce for my jalapeño poppers and that sauce is suppose to go with every order of poppers! This is far from the first time I haven’t received any condiments that I asked for.
Drive thru lady put on on hold for an item they didnt even have available. Even though they shouldve being that is a Happy Hour item.... Annoying. Not only that, when you pull up to the window it always stank, like an old muggy, crusty, old grease place. It hits you like bad twerk wind.
Horrible experience. I was sitting at the drive thru for about 5 minutes before anyone asked to take my order. Then when she started talking you could tell she was super annoyed with all the huffing and puffing like i was bothering her even though they didn’t close for another hour and a half. Then when i tried to order something simple they didn’t have enough beef...but once again didn’t close for another hour and a half. So disappointed and frustrated.
I have to brag on Arbys in Canton real quick. I ordered from Door Dash, and realized Arbys had left a sandwich out of our order... So, I called the store and the General Manager of Arbys drove to my house to bring me my sandwich....he also threw in some fries. Thank you!!!!
If I could rate this Arby’s with 0 stars, I definitely would. The past 3 times coming to this location, I have not received all my food I ordered. Today, we went through the drive-thru. I watched the manager place my items in the bag, I asked her “is everything in here”, she proceeded to say yes. I drove home, and went I went through the items 2 meals were not there, including the sandwich and fries. I went back to this same location and the manager told me that everything was placed in the bag, and I was wrong. The amount of disrespect was a total disappointment. It was my sons and husbands food that was left out. That’s the issue I had. If a customer pays for their food, they deserve to get what they paid for. I will be calling cooperate.
Delicious food, great customer service, nice and friendly employees, and very clean! This is a great place to go to have a quick snack, dinner, or meet with friends! The person who took our order, Ann, was very cheerful and complimented me. Great job! 10 out of 5 if you ask me.
This Arby’s is consistently slow. Therefore, if I’m going to have to wait for my “fast” food- it should probably actually be what I ordered instead something close to completely opposite. Ordering a roast beef gyro and getting a bacon turkey wrap pisses me off. I sat in traffic for 5 hours today and all I wanted was the food I ordered and y’all couldn’t even do that for me. Do better.
The staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that my order wasnt correct. I also asked for some sauce that wasnt put in my to go bag. Although Im usually good about checking, I didnt and by the time I got to a stopping point where I could check, I was already too far away to justify turning back. They were not at all busy so youd think thats when theyd get it right. Anyway, it was my first time at this Abbys and I dont hold it against them!
This place recently opened, the staff is friendly, obviously clean and the food is good. I am a huge fan of trading with establishments that are friendly. These folks are friendly, couteous and all around a great place to get Arbys food. The speaker wasnt working great and I know I heard the attendant apologize at least 10 times, not just a sorry, your bothering me answer but a scensier apology and a quick explaination the manager is working on getting it fixed. I passed by later and saw the manager out side taking order at the menu to relieve the problem. That is the type of people that care and will be here a long time.
Less than desirable visit. Had to repeat my order twice, guy at the register not the sharpest knife in the drawer! I had a coupon for free shake if I bought any sandwich. He rang up my order wrong, had to redo it. When my order arrived I couldnt believe the curly fries were almost warm at best, I ordered 2 gyros, they S/H/B 2 for $6, he rang them separately so they were $3.99 each he included my shake coupon as a free item with sandwich??? Thats why .99 more for each sandwich???? Ridiculous!! Two guests in restaurant were coughing and hacking so loud it made me want to hurl just awful! Not ever going back to the Canton location, thats for sure!!
This is one of the BEST ARBYS Ive been in. Always good food. Delightful Managers and employees. No loud annoying, sounds that is supposed to be music, like a lot of the others has. You can have a very good meal in peace or a conversation with someone. To bad you can only give it 5stars it deserves more.
Stephanie thru the drive thru was very rude... one of those workers that obviously hates her job and shows it to everyone she comes in contact with... if you can’t handle being busy with a smile maybe you should switch professions 😁 I don’t recommend this Arby’s to anyone not worth the attitude or wait
They are the best arbys that i have been to. The staff will make sure you get all your food and the correct orders. I would like to say it was maybe the manager that ran out to my car to make sure i had one last bag i had forgotten on a carry out order. Amazing service and food!!
I went and got lunch today through drive through in canton. I got 2 sliders, fries and a shake..wait time was great. I got my food and was pulling off and was fixing to pull out of the parking lot. Kym who was the server ran outside carrying my fries which I had not even realized had been forgotten. If that isnt good customer service I dont know what is :) She couldve let me drive off, she took the chance of catching me before I completely left. She is a prime example of professionalism. Great job Kym!!
Sense a few unhappy staff members. They appear to not be sincere. Either they do not like working for Arbys, or they do not like servicing certain people, which is asinine. All peoples American money should be wanted and welcomed at Arbys. Food is good, but the service needs a bit of training to make all who come to Arbys feel welcome and treated with a genuine friendliness. Keep up the good work in the meal catergory, and if you strengthen your customer service, you will be a superstar company.😊
Nice staff, same very good Arbys were accustomed to. One star drop for the way my request for extra tzatziki was responded to. An explanation of how important it is to give these changes at the beginning of the order and not as we were completing the order because the computers got confused and they had a new computer system and then it meant every entry of the whole order etc etc etc. the staff was very very kind however hit home the point a little too much and actually made me feel a little uncomfortable with my requesting which, by the way I never got. The gyro was awesome. I did choose the traditional lamb but it really lacked enough onion and tzatziki.
We arrived at 915pm after driving several hours & were looking forward to getting out, stretching as well as eating. To our suprize the lobby door was locked! We checked the operating hrs sign & it said open til 10pm. Of coarse all the employees inside tried to ignore our knocking but my husband was able to get the mgr to open the door albeit just slightly. She informed him that they were short handed so they closed the dining room early. She did state that the drive thru was still open & we could use it. Seriously arbys? On a Friday nite? Not sure how many employees u need to honor your hours of availability but we counted 2 employees eating (in the dining room) the mgr, cashier and 3 in the kitchen. Seems odd that these 7 couldnt handle normal business. We traveled all day with a dog in the car so the drive thru & eating in the car with the dog was extremely aggravating! Being able to use the restroom before & after our meal would have been nice as well since our fries & potatoe cakes were over cooked and especially greasy. Id also like to suggest that you put a trash can some where on your property so when your guests are done eating in their vehicle they dont have to unlock & open the gated dumpsters to properly dispose their drink cups & trash. Overall this is establishment has poor customer service standards & quality control. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Went there last Friday nite bout 930pm & their dining room was closed . Sign said open til 10pm & employees inside wouldnt come to the door. What kind of business are you operating here when your not honoring your published hours of operating? Drive thru line was 7 cars deep & after traveling all day who wants to eat in their car. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARBYS!
This is an older lagging location off Riverstone Parkway in Canton what seems to have lost its will to live. The food rarely resembles the pictures - a fraction of the size, old bread, old food? I just dont have words. I recently tried the cherry turnover in Dawsonville and was blown away at how great it was wondering where it had been all my life! Cantons turn over was a pale squishy pile of nastiness that they tried to hide with 4 times the amount of icing that should be allowed, not that it remotely helped. Now to pray we keep what little we ate down.
This place SUCKS. I spent 15 minutes of my 35 minute lunch break waiting in the drive thru BEFORE I even ordered. Then I had to repeat my order to the lady FOUR TIMES. I corrected her on the large sweet tea she said and said a Pepsi which she repeated back to me. Get back to work and its a sweet tea. The whole time on the intercom she kept saying uhhh uhhh. Its a simple frickkin task. Management needs to do something about the service!
So usually this place makes me angry but i gave it another try..they must have new management..they gave me the wrong order so i went back around and the night manager was so pleasant and apologized and let me keep the order they messed up plus gave me my new order with new hot fries! Good job yall!

2022-05-25Dinning room still closed. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through. I counted 9 cars leave while there. Gave me the wrong fries and unsweet tea. Will not come back until dining room is open.

2022-07-09Who owns this dump? Open maybe a year. Dirty and broken tables. Mens bathroom out of service. Food is cold. Employees with their kids there. I’m guess they are not American as dirty as it is. . Never set foot in there again.

2017-02-15The past several times we have been here the meat has been hard, thick, looks like it has sat out all day, & completely inedible! Curly fries have been as hard as concrete! When we visit we get multiple items/meals. All have been disgusting. Unless they make a change they have lost our business. Sucks because we really enjoy Arbys. On another note the mozzarella sticks were good. We usually do not have a problem with them or the jalapeño poppers.

2022-06-20These guys took 10 minutes just to take my order IN THE DRIVE THROUGH, and the indoor restaurant was closed, I could have gone through the CFK drive through 3 times by now with ease.

2021-11-29My recent visit was mostly fine. We got our food quickly and it was fresh. My problem was that of the four employees we saw working at this Arbys, only one was wearing a mask, and he was also the only person not handling food (he was at the drive thru window). Im glad he was wearing a mask but Im really unhappy that the three people who handled my food did not have masks on. As someone who is immune compromised, I dont feel safe returning to this Arbys.

2021-12-17Couldnt place my order without being interrupted & corrected. Paid for cheese & never received it or the requested chorizo sauce. Food was good but who knows what extra was put in it. Ordered 2 Dr peppers, one was root beer & the other tasted like plastic.
