The item purchased was not the sandwich I expected. I expected the special causlaw like on the pastrami sandwich but it wasnt and very disappointing. Far too often the fast food establishments within the Atlanta metro area should be graded below a C when it comes to everything important when it comes to convenience, presentation and service with a good vibe.
The worst Arbys Ive visited. The service is terrible and slow. Ive stood and waited 15 minutes or longer for my order when I was the only customer in the restaurant. Dine-in is not available on Sundays due to staffing challenges... I will no longer visit this location. Very disappointing. I would give this location zero stars if I could.
Since the intercom system in the drive thru is so staticky and its hard to understand, we went inside to order our food to avoid any issues. My husband ordered a half pound beef n cheddar meal, no bun, and I ordered an Italian, no sub roll. We did check the bag to be sure all items were there, but I did not open the box. I should have. There was no cheddar or red sauce on the beef n cheddar, and it came on a bun (a regular bun at that, no onion roll) Be sure to check ALL your items at this location, because they certainly do not!
Love Arbys but disappointed with the Conyers location. Waited in line for 45 minutes. Was told I was waiting on freshly dropped fries and other food items only to realize our food heat did not match what we were told...fries cold; fish sandwiches were cold and smushed inside its wrapping. Attending associates were polite, however, service was disappointing.
This location is terrible !!! I came here at 8pm on. A friday and I was in the drive thru with 7 other people and they are closed and dont bother to tell anybody. Theni came a couple of days later at 11:04 when they are supposed to open at 10 they are not open yet!! Like what kind of business are you running here.
We havent been to Arbys in forever but saw a commercial and wanted to try one of the new Market Fresh Chicken wraps. Well, lets just say, I was NOT disappointed. If you want something NEW, instead of the same ol same ol, then head on over to Arbys. I absolutely LOVED my Southwest Chicken Avocado Wrap!! It had just a little bit of a spicy kick but not too hot, it was so fresh and DELICIOUS, with LOADS of chicken and only 430 calories. It was SO big, I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. Im just disappointed, that its only available for a limited time. I wish it would stay on the regular menu because I would get that at least once a week, along with trying some of their other flavors, that look just as delicious, like the Creamy Mediterranean Chicken Wrap and the Gyros looks good too. It was really hard to choose. My husband actually wanted a roast beef sandwich but once we got there and saw the menu, he went with the Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich and he too, was not disappointed. I never realized what a large variety of foods Arbys has on their menu but we will definitely be going back for sure. Oh and the staff was super friendly and pretty quick, considering everybody seems to be going through the drive-thru lately, instead of going inside!!! We too, got ours through the drive-thru and then went on a little picnic and a walk. I look forward to trying their Jamocha milkshake next time too!! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟P. S.Not only was our food a lot healthier than most other fast food places, it was also about $5 less expensive, than going to like McDonalds or Chik fil A and really was SUPER YUMMY!!!
Wont eat here again, management tried to cheat me out my money. A few dollars at that smh. Placed and order worth $15 and mistakingly ordered the wrong thing, went back and they were closing so instead of trying to get the food remade I asked for a refund, worker said no problem. But when I pulled off I counted that she only gave me six dollars and some change, before I even made it back to the window she had a couple of more dollars ready. Claimed that since I kept the drink and fries I couldnt get a full refund. No problem but except I gave them back two roast beef sandwiches one of which was a classic over $4.39 and the other a double roast beef so how are you only going to give me $6 and some change back? That was easily $10 minimum.she tried to say the drink was $2 and the fries where $2. Okay so going by that math thats 15-4=$6 yeah doesnt sound right your trying to tell me a med fry and drink was almost $9...I got the rest of my money owed to me and left.Sad that you have to resort to thievery over a few dollars. Like I said I had no problem not getting a full refund but dont try and play me for an idiot like I cant do basic math at the drop of a dime.
This place has gone down lately, and I will stop eating here. So there are just 2 people working and no one in the drive through but me. I ordered 2 meals and had to wait 17 minutes which it didnt bother me. What took the cake was they forgot my straw, BBQ sauce and forgot what I ordered. Then messed up with the wrap. I believe the person making wraps sucked because they didnt even make the right wrap.....(the wrap I ordered was supposed to have the Tzatziki sauce not ranch sauce..... so yeah I wait 17 min and one of your workers was sitting on top of an eating table while the line started to pick up lol. That same person handed me my food and went back to sit on the table. I saw the frustration of the guy behind me cause the lady said can you give me a moment lol
I stopped by tonight around 10:20pm. I was glancing at their menu when a lively person greeted me and took my order. She sounded very well-mannered and genuinely kind. I was not wrong about my first impression of her over the intercom because at the window she went way far beyond my expectations. I dont think I ever had this nice of an experience from ANY drive-thru. She offered me a complimentary drink which I asked for a water and she did so swiftly. I also noticed she was running back and forth with another girl getting orders taken and bagged. These girls work hard and this was really late into the night. I am very impressed. I was so fortunate to have this experience. I asked for her name because she deserved a great review on behalf of her performance. Nia, you are great at what you do and I hope Arbys gives you the recognition you deserve. Youll go very far in your life with your awesome work ethic! Keep it up.
Ordered 2 meals and only got one and they acted like it was my fault they didnt get the order right! Tried them again and they couldnt break a $50. Large chain restaurant and all they could say is we dont carry any $20s. How can you do business and not be able to take a $50?
This location is normally great. But, the for got several sandwiches in my large order. I went back around 7:30pm to get my Rib Sandwich, and my beef & cheddar sandwiches. The manager on duty kept my receipt. Then the manager yelled out to the young lady in the back hurry up with that other sandwich to get him out our hair! In my face while I was waiting. Yeah... #sad
Drive through service is horrible. Employees rather stand around and laugh . Completely ignoring customers trying to place order in drive through. Asked lady to repeat my order at the window and she walked off to get someone else because she was incompetent to complete the simple task.
Long wait in drive thru, no chocolate milk shake. The staff at the window was ok, I paid and needed napkins was ignored for about a minute before being handed napkins as if I was getting on their nerves. The vanilla milk shake was good, but I wasnt offered whip cream and mozzarella sticks were cooked fresh.
What is the purpose of ordering ahead online and then having to sit for another or 40 minutes in the drive thru line just to pick up said food? Is my meal still fresh at this point? No because its prepared when ordered it? Never coming back to Arbys until or unless this is addressed.
I came by the drive thru around 10:30pm (Oct 30th, 2021). I spent maybe ten minutes in the lane and when I got to the window I noticed a young girl who was very busy at work. I believe there may have been another person with her but even with the overwhelming amount of things to do she was super kind and sweet. She had great manners and I find this very admirable in a young worker, especially since it was in the late hours. I hope Arby gives her the recognition she deserves. Keep it up champ!
The middle age lady is always pleasant. I was there 8/24/21 around 6 pm ( she wears glasses) My mozzarella sticks are always fresh. Most of the time when the women are working, they wear gloves and are sanitary. There is a manager with long nails, Ive seen her on 2 occasions she never wears gloves. I saw a male cook carry chicken with his hands to his station to make a sandwich (unsanitary). I ordered a milkshake on that visit.
While the girl that served me at the drive-thru was very nice, there is no reason that I should have waited 15 minutes after paying to get my food. Then when I finally got my order my small curly fry was pretty much all crumbs and my husband’s sliders were haphazardly thrown in the bag and stuck to the boxes they were in. I really don’t have high expectations when it comes to fast food but this was just ridiculous.
They gave me the wrong order at first. I had a $37 order and they gave me someone elses. When I came back to correct my order, they forgot the chicken tenders, didnt put a chicken patty into my chicken bacon swiss sandwich so it was basically a BLT, and forgot the onion strings in both of my smokehouse brisket sandwiches.
They fixed it just like I ordered. I wanted the 2 Arbys with cheese one is a sandwich 1 without the buns and I took the meat and cheese and I put it on the 1st sandwich. That way I had a extra big sandwich minus bread. It was delicious. It did take them just a little while to come up to the front even though she saw me standing there She continued helping drive-through and I was on my lunch break.
The Apple Pecan Chicken sandwich is my favorite. I ordered the meal. The fries were hard & cold after I was told to pull up out of line to wait for my order. I thought I was waiting for fresh fries but that was not the case. I threw them into the garbage can. I was disappointed.
Waited in drive thru line for 20 mins just to order, got up to order and there was no greeting, placed my order and was cut off several times while I was placing my order. I wait 10 more minutes to get to the window and when I look up after getting my card out he had my drink out the window. No greeting. The cup lids werent on right so I got drink all over me. The only words said were theres sauce in the bag and a slightly irritated have a good day. I understand if someone is having a bad day, but good customer service sells a lot quicker than awful customer service. At least act like you like your job, you get paid for good service when it was not given. I will not be stopping at this Arbys again.
They gave me the receipt for the wrong order.I had to go inside because he never came back to the window. I talked to 3 different people and nobody seemed to care. finally I talked to who I assumed was the shift manager and she acted like it was my fault. I showed her the receipt and told her what I ordered. Once I got my order she made a point of telling me that it was actually 0.50 more than what I paid for then went to the drive thru window and gave me my order it was cold and the meat was overcooked and dry.
On the afternoon of oct 18, 2021 there was one person waiting for their food in the lobby. i waited patiently and watched a young lady go back and forth to the drive thru window. but no acknowledgment that i was there. after about 7 or 8 minutes she walked past me. turned her back to me and with a mask said ill be with you in a second. i said are you talking to me? she made some remark and I was responded by saying you havent even looked at me and the first time you speak to me you have your back to me. i left when i saw the attitude , didnt feel confident my food wouldnt get spit on. sorry but that attitude from someone making my food..... i was really craving an arbys beef and cheddar too. Thanks for making me feel invisible.
Came here for a door dash order and The lady at the window was very rude and didnt say one word the whole time. She opened the window, handed me the food and closed the window back. No greeting or salutation no thank you, goodnight nothing. The only reason I didnt give 1 star is because the line was kind of short and I didnt have to wait very long.
Just like every man I love Arbys ice never had a bad meal there ever and Ive eaten there a whole sheet load of times I also dont think they have ever gotten my order wrong either its simply out one of my favorite places to eat. Now here comes the bad part theres always a wait always god forbid you pull up and theres 10 cars in front of you I was there 50 mins I still love you Arbys though if the wait cant be shortened without sacrificing the quality i accept that for what it is and if its the worst you ever do to me Im Gucci thankyou for always providing me a great meal.
It’s sad that this location is even attempting at operating. Have tried multiple times to place an order.With the aggravation of lobby being closed for no reason what’s so ever.Along with the well below average employees operating the drive thru.It has become impossible to actually get anything from this Arby’s.Does corporate even care !!
I ordered inside because the drive thru was really long. I was able to order as soon as I walked in at 2:10pm and I did not receive my order until 2:28. Once I got in my car I checked the order, the fries and sweet potato fries are burnt and cold which makes NO sense for how long I waited. My chicken sliders are over cooked and dry and the bread is so hard. If you’re in a rush or really hungry, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Every time we go to Arbys we asked for Arbys sauce and we never get it sometimes they even mess up our orders and we dont get what we want. Arbys needs to get on the ball and make sure these orders are done properly and everything that we asked for is in the bag before handing it to us.
3 days in a row we’ve been to this Arby’s trying to get a Jamoca shake and food. Every day the food is horrible and wrong and that shake machine is ALWAYS down for cleaning. Last night and tonight were the worst. My husband ordered me a turkey ranch and bacon sandwich, the drive thru attendant asked him if he just wanted the sandwhich and he said yes. He also asked for 2 Jamoca Shakes and an order of cheese sticks. Instead of a sandwich he was given the wrap, the cheese sticks were almost refrigerator cold in the middle and of course shake machine is down for cleaning. I tried calling to let them know and of course no answer. I decided to eat the wrap at least cause I was hungry. The actual wrap part was hard and dry. And there was no ranch dressing in it. Today again we figured ok let’s try this again so we ordered the exact same thing. Turkey ranch and bacon sandwich a large order of cheese sticks and two jamoca shakes. Again the shake machine was down for cleaning. So we pull around to pay and pick up my sandwich and cheese sticks and my husband sees what looks like a manager making a milk shake behind the drive thru attendant. So he asks the attendant “Excuse me ma’am what is that she’s making?” The attendant tells him it’s a milk shake. My husband says “Why would you tell me it was down for cleaning if it’s obviously working?” She says because it’s usually watery and nasty. So my husband asks her to please add two Jamoca shakes to the order. And she proceeds to roll her eyes and sigh all hard like it’s an issue. So we ended up just not getting the shakes because who wants to worry about spit in their food from a disgruntled or just ill mannered employee. It’s bad business to lie and to treat customers like that. It’s also bad business to sell old or undercooked food. Oh and tonight instead of the large cheese sticks we ordered we were given a 4 pc a 4 piece. Tried to call and speak to a manager on our way home. Again no answer. We will no longer be going to this Arby’s. It’s a shame because you always expect Arby’s to have fresh delish food. It’s just not the case anymore. And the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
This is the slowest Arbys I have ever been to in my life. Was in the drive thru over 45 minutes just to receive subpar food. Bun was burned,roast beef was dried out and potato cakes not fresh after requesting for them to be cooked fresh. Asked could we at least get free drinks for having to wait so long. She said yes what kind of drinks. I said cokes, received 1 small coke. Never again will I go to this Arbys again 😒
3rd time over the last 2 months they messed our order up at the drive thru .How hard is it to get 4 greek gyros with extra cucumber sauce.1st time we got no sauce on all 42nd time bairly any sauce and our large.Ice water ended up with aMedium-sized sprite.3rd time was last night 05/25/2021Same order as the last 2 with extraCucumber and got no sauce.After waiting in drive thru for 25 minutesGot no sauce. The dining room was locked down and told we had to get back in line.My wife and I are Both Handicap it was very hot and Obviously we werent going to wait another 25+ minutes and left. Other than that it was fair but not recommended.
They were busy so I will give them that. We went there because the kids wanted motz sticks. Waited 45 minutes and ordered $35 in food. Git home and no motz sticks in the bag. Frustrating when thats why we went. I guess I just threw away $10......rest of the food was accurate and good though.
Ordered on Doordash and I guess they gave my food to some random person because they told the Dasher that someone had already picked it up. For some strange reason they just refused to remake the order. So I canceled the order and they lost the food and the money. Weird.
My family and I ate here for the first time since the remodel yesterday. The food was fresh , hot, and very tasty. The employees were very friendly and helpful and the service was fast. We wont hesitate to come back now that we know what a nice place this is. Also when we were there a lot of families were there so its very family friendly.
Every time I come here I have to wait 5-10 in Drive thru. This is the 3rd time I’ve come. I shouldn’t have to wait that long to place an order when there was no cars in front of me. Not sure if it’s the staff but if it’s fast food I shouldn’t have to wait so long. Maybe they short staffed? Not sure but please get it together the food is very good but the service needs to be a little faster
I was in the drive through around 11:35 and was waiting a long time because they kept asking the people trying to order to wait for atleast 15 minutes. Then they just stopped taking orders all together at 12:20 at this point. A guy had to physically get out of the car and walk to the window to see why the line wasn’t moving. And they claimed to be closed even though they don’t close till 1. I awaited in line for close to a hour and none of the employees thought to tell people they were closing early. And don’t even bother calling on the phone because nobody will answer and when they do it’s with an attitude. They need a better staff ASAP
Lately theres always a long line but moves along, well somewhat quickly. Odered 5pc Tenders w/fries & 2 for $6 Greek Gyros. The food was good & quite tasty. Service was good, they were wearing masks. But for this to be a remodeled/almost brand new facility, the parking lot needs immediate work. Theres a giant hole directly in front of the drive-thru window thats been there for a couple of weeks! Thats why I gave only 4 stars, but will go back.

The restaurant was fine. I tried the chicken salad sandwich. I consider myself some.what of an expert when it comes to chicken salad sandwiches. I always like to try new ones, and always hoping to find a new favorite. However, this one had no seasoning, and it was covered in a runny white liquid that ran all over everything. Would have been better as an open faced sandwich eaten with a fork. And while Im at it, why didnt they cut it in half. Didnt hate it, but wont be ordering it again.
It was the worse place I went to for lunch. MY whole order was wrong. I wanted jalapeno poppers. I mozzarella sticks instead. I ordered a small curly Fri and I got little bits and pieces. They werent even curly! Then I ordered 2 ham and cheddar cheese small buns. And I got 2 big regular sandwiches with everything on them. And then a ham and cheddar slider and they put Swiss cheese instead. They need a lot of training and to listen better to the customers. I got my refund back and left. I waited for someone to take my order for 20 minutes. They were short staffed and they one computer down! Im never going back. Dont go there. Youll regret it!!!!😤😤😤😬😬
Good food great service except for the big flooded pothole in front of the drive thru window. Every time you pull up to the window entire car wheel falls into the hole and splash the drive thru window with muddy water. It dosent look like they plan to fix it because its been too long now.
Picking up door dash order and inside wasnt open sat in drive thru line 45 minutes for them to give me wrong food. So finally got someone to come to the door and instead of fixing the order she tells me I have to get back in line....... FURIOUS AND SO WAS THE CUSTOMER. EMPLOYEES VERY RUDE
Everybody seem like they were scattered and unorganized, the manager was not good with her employees and seemed very stressed did not communicate well. I believe they got a delivery while we were there and another manager type person came out to speak to him because the delivery was late and they were running out of things, which did not help the tension and frustration going on. This restaurant is newly reopened after being rebuilt after a fire so I expected there to be a little wait for my food, but my daughter and I stood there waiting for almost an hour waiting on our food. After that because of the late delivery they had no sauce in packets for to go orders so the young lady helping us gave us serving/ to go cups to fill with sauces. When I told my husband what happened he said I would have left and not waited so long. On a good note the food was very good.
I hadnt been to an Arbys in a very long time so I was really surprised when I ordered a Classic Roast Beef that it had tons of roast beef in it. I couldnt even finish the whole sandwich but I did take it home for later. I was very impressed with them. They even remembered the sauces I wanted and put them in the bag
Service was terrible. Went through the drive thru around 10:30pm. Girl taking the order was very rude. Had an attitude when giving the total for the order. When we got the food, the fries were cold, turkey wrap was flat on one end and not cut and there was a sandwich missing. Will not return to this location. Get a staff that is willing to work and has manners.
My sandwich was good but my fries were old. Came for lunch with a busy line so you would expect more fresh food. What made me mad is the cheese sticks were fried twice. They were soaked with grease and disgusting. I am okay with waiting for them to cook. I wish restaurants would quit trying to take a short cut by making them ahead and throwing them back in the fryer before serving.
I liked the chicken sandwich that I ordered, I would have loved the chicken sandwich that I ordered if it had of been hot. Unfortunately my sandwich sat under a heat lamp while the cooked the chicken for my sons sandwich mines was cold and so were the French fries. I will return but I also will make sure I get everything cooked to order.I did however love the Jamocha shake.
Quite possibly the slowest Arby’s drive thru in Georgia. I feel like every fast food restaurant on this strip needs to call CFA to learn efficiency because they have it figured out. CFA has twice the customers for the same wait time. And there’s a pot hole right at the window. How fun. But I’ll admit my food was still good and hot, so if you are the patient type and can afford to wait 28 minutes when there only 6 cars in front of you, be my guest
The food was hot and fresh. The staff was well coordinate, and every pleasant. They have just reopened after remodeling and business was good. Although there was still plenty of setting available. The dinning room was cleaned good. There was plenty of setting available.
They were rude and impolite. First of all it took 20 minutes for us to get our food and when we did get it, the food was cold. I told the cashier and she didnt even say anything, she just took the food and slapped in the microwave. I dont pay to eat microwaved food. By far the worst food experience Ive had in a LONG time. Never eating at this establishment again.
This Arbys is always extremely slow. It took over 15 minutes for me to go through the drive-thru Sunday night for an Orange Cream shake. There was only 2 cars in front of me when I arrived. Fortunately I learned from my previous extended stays so I had shut down my engine for more than 10 minutes of the wait - knowing/predicting/expecting it to be a long wait.On the previous visit, I made a HUGE mistake by ordering a chicken sandwich. After a 20 minute wait inside, I got home to find a thin double-dropped in the fryer piece of leather that was as rubbery as my sandals! Im serious, it was! I called them and the lady manager asked me to come back for an exchange. I said are you kidding... drive there and spend another 20 minutes at Arbys plus wasted gas? I told her the best solution is for them to NEVER EVER serve chicken again... to remove it from the menu, to stick with roast beef only - NOT chicken - NOT fish - and NOT other food you cant figure out.Youve seen reviews claiming the workers are rude. This is mostly true but with a couple of exceptions. But hey... of course they are rude because the lady manager talks down at them like they are worthless peasants working for her - the Queen. You wouldnt be very friendly either with a tyrant as your boss.ONE YEAR LATER: the drive-thru is still slow as molasses! It took 15 minutes for the lead car to get food. (I was the 3rd car of 10) As for me, I finally had my food after 35 minutes in line. Apparently only ONE woman was working the store front with only ONE cook fixing the food.WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGER???? He/she should be fired!!!
I ordered two Arbys Roast Beef sandwiches, they where ok ... A little cold but ok ... But the worst experience I had was the young lady at the window... RUDE , I MEAN RUDE AND YOUNG .. And to top it off her manger stood there and watch ... First she didnt give me all my money back .. then she didnt give me any sauce for my sandwich.. I had to drive back to Arbys to get my sauce .. cause whats a Arbys sandwich if you dont have to sauce .. and when I ask for , her reply was I didnt think you wanted any .. WOW... Then once she got it , she push it toward me .. I will never EVER GO BACK THERE ...AND I LOVE ARBYS
Terrible. Worst Arbys ever. Theres a pot hole at the drive in window- they dont care. They took 15 minutes with my order of a shake, 2 sandwiches, and chicken tenders-they dont care. The roast beef and cheddar was cold-they dont care. Truly, most apathetic workers ever. Dont go here.
I went to Arbys on March 29 2020 employee Cicily.. I ordered two Turkey bacon ranch sandwiches.. and when I went to eat one, There was No Turkey meat in either sandwich!! I then went back to drive thru window.. and see if I could get what I ordered! They then took back my two sandwiches... and and added turkey meat in both sandwiches which cant be protocol... very unsanitary. I then went back to get a refund!! Will Never eat there! Very unprofessional service and people..
Once I went to this Arbys and was quite disappointed. I drove around to the speaker to order through the drive-thru and instead of being greeted by an employee I waited. I waited for over 10 minutes wondering if somebody would tell me when to order. I was utterly puzzled as to why this was not occurring. Out of all my times visiting fast food locations, this was the first time I had not been greeted. A little while later, a car pulled behind me so I asked, Should I order? The employee said, Yeah, go right ahead. What sort of service is this? So I order and then after waiting for three minutes at the window after paying, I am told to pull forward because my potato cakes are not ready. I used to work at Arbys. It only takes 4:00 to cook them if I recall correctly. After ordering and driving to the window I was certain that took an excess of 5 minutes. Then when I received my food, they forget to give me a straw. I complained to corporate and lo and behold the next time I did not have the same experience.
I went in the other day and had the best experience. The manager Vernita was EXTREMELY helpful and considerate. She was so sweet and made sure I would have a great meal at Arbys. The quality of the food was great and the restaurant looked very taken care of. She makes a great manager! Also Angel at the window was very nice. I really like it when I see people with nice manners and friendly gestures. You dont see this often in the fast food industry. IT is SUPER nice to see this. It is becoming more rare in any business interaction. All I gotta say is they really made my day and I will be back :) Ill make sure to tell my ABC customers that the Arbys next door is one of the last few restaurants that give quality food and care to their customers :D Great job Vernita and Angel :D This location rocks!
This was the worse!! I can’t go out of the house because of respiratory problems...I craved what I saw on tv..a BACON sandwich..my husband stopped to get me one...spent 9.00... received a roast beef sandwich with Bacon, onion rings( cold) and a soda. He ordered 2 Bacon sandwiches..called and spoke to manager..she said return and she will make it right( after she saw the receipt..and not very nice..I called back and said he was mad and won’t come please take it off my charge...she insisted that she had to have the receipt! Now, I have to jeopardize my health and go down there! Please do not patronize this business and these are the times we are suppose to support each other!!!!!!!!
I love me some Arbys. During the day the customer service is Awesome. Well after working ope. To close, i came to Arbys because, again, i love the food. Tonight customer Service wasnt up to par. I felt rushed. I was cut off while telling my order everytime I spoke. Someone else then took over... im sure they heard me say something about the person taking my order. Get to the window, C J. WAITED ON US. I thank him for good custiner Service, it put me at ease..... who wants bad Service when paying their money?
Waited 15min for my order, while watching customers that ordered after me receive their food quickly. When I asked the lady what was taking so long for my order, I was given an attitude and got a fresh order in less than 45sec. Go figure. Probably will not visit this location again
Customer service was awful yesterday around 6pm at the drive thru. It was either the young ladys last day or it will be soon. She had an, I dont give a f***, & hate my job attitude! She had no sense of urgency! I pulled up at the drive thru, there wasnt a car in sight. I waited & didnt get a greeting at the speaker, so I kept waiting. Dang!!! I thought, well maybe its broken. So I pulled up at the window to place my order and she just just looked at me and kept doing whatever...nothing! Just more waiting! I sat there for at least 5-8 min before she opened the window. No apology, No greeting, no how can I help you! Im like wow! Just looking at me like I did something wrong! So I had to ask, if the drive thru was open because no one came to the speaker & should I come inside at this point! Very dry response: its open, the speaker works but were just busy. (Huh)??? Im thinking, no cars, except mine & one that was waiting a very long time out front. I said, youre not busy though (as I looked around on the inside & out) She said, oh the cook is slow- but you could place an order...It didnt take too long for my order to come, but she gave me the wrong drink. I was wondering why she took the cup & walked away from the soda machine. So I got paranoid after she gave it to me & looked inside-it looks like tea but I ordered coke. I blew my horn but she ignored me. So I had to get out my car & go up to the window. The food was good & fries was hot.(thanks cook) Anyway, you dont treat customers any kind of way because you hate your job! I know she was hoping people drove off at the speaker, but I was hungry & wasnt leaving. Oh yeah, I told her thank you at least 3 times...she just looked and walked away.
Stopped in for lunch and we ordered a Bourbon Bacon Turkey sandwich, which was good (why I gave them 3 stars and not less), and a salad... Well the salad left nothing to be desired and I know never to order their salads again. It was beyond disappointing.. there was soooo much iceberg and.. well you can see the pic so you be the judge.
Came here last night and my order was wrong. Came back today to get it fixed and was seriously disappointed. The fry cartons were only half full and the fries were cold, the dip for the French dip was ice cold and I did not receive the bronco berry for the jalapeno bites. The service here sucks! I will not be coming back here.
I went to this location to try the deep fried turkey sandwich. They have 3 versions of this and on this date I got the cajun fried turkey. There was an ample amount of turkey with a subtle yet distinct cajun flavor. I also got potato cakes, instead of fries. All my food was freshly prepared, and hot upon arriving at my table. I sat down to wait for my name to be called but the staff brought my food out to me. It was a nice touch. Arbys will only have the deep fried turkey sandwiches for another couple of weeks. Better hurry to try them.
AVOID!! When they first reopened, it was a pleasant overall experience. Now, the managers in place are terrible! The quality has suffered.. Please check your food if using drive-thru. Its obvious to me the poor management hasnt expressed the importance of quality for the customer. Youve been warned!
So I know you close at 12 well I pulled in to the drive thru at 11:50 to place an order well I got no response from the speaker so I pulled up to the window and both the employees ran to the back and tried to hide then when they peaked there head around the corner and noticed I saw them they tried to tell me they were closed
Line for the drive through was moving super slow for 3pm, so that probably should have been a clue. Took the employee 5 minutes to say anything at all, the shake machine was down and the employee needed us to repeat our order a couple of times. Ive had mixed experiences at this arbys, but Ive never left without finishing my order. This place isnt what it used to be.
Slow...rude and the food is disgusting. Not the way its made at other Arbys. The rude little girl working the drive threw snatched my credit card right out of my hand! Didnt make eye contact and didnt say hello or bye have a nice day. I asked for a little extra cheese sauce on my loaded Italian and I got extra vinegar! How do they stay in business?
This place does not even deserve half a star. I ordered 3 signature meals and asked them to label each sandwich that did not have Tomatoes, or onions. They Didn’t label the sandwiches and All of them had tomatoes and Onions. I did not ask for that and I will never return.
I asked to come in after noticing how long the outside line was taking and the lady dropped my order and I waited an additional 40 minutes which she did on purpose. Also an elderly couple (about 70) came in when the lady placed her order she decided to change the bread to rye. I could hear the girl in the back openly arguing about having to redo the sandwich
I came in to a empty Arbys, due to weather I suppose. Frys was cold and the young lady greeting me didnt have the word sir, Thank you, welcome, enjoy, come again in her vocabulary.I heard the manager great a man later and it made me do a full turn due to how polite she was. The greeting Im use to at Arbys.Only thing hot was my cheese sticks, which was cooking while my already cold Frys and sandwiches were prepared and waited.My name was called..she put my try on the counter and walked off.I didnt ring the bell tonight Arbys. Traditional Gyros with extra tzatziki sauce...Yeah;I started off with one, but quickly went back for seconds.April 3rd 2018;Newly Remodeled, Same Great Staff, Same Wonderful feeling Everytime I come here.Its comforting to have a neighborhood restaurant that makes you feel at home.
Extremely long drive-thru times especially later in the evening! 20 minute wait. They claim they were out of fish ans were making fish during their 2 for $5 deal. I ended up leaving and taking my business somewhere else. Unacceptable! I love arbys but i hestitate to go to this location because of the terrible service. Beware
I love the food, but the service at this location is ridiculous. The drive through wait is rarely less than 10 minutes and the people at the window do not usually address you, except to tell you the cost. Ill never give up curly fries, but I dont think Im going back to this location.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went through the drive-thru and I should have checked my order since I had to repeat it twice to the guy who was working in the drive-thru. Well, they got my order wrong, but also got 2 other peoples orders wrong while I was waiting for them to fix mine. Who is checking these orders before giving them to people??? Wont be going back!
When the General Manager is the one ringing you up and ask for bacon on the side and his response is I dont know if the computer will let me do it. You know its going to be interesting. When the computer is running the show, there is a problem. I ordered my food and then my daughter told him that she wanted the same thing that I was having, managers response- Oh wow, really. There is really no need to voice your opinion, just make the food and let us move on.
3 stars for only one register working at time and all people standing around counter waiting for food... ... i was very close to leaving out and find different place to get food. Almost 30 min waited to get food from time i enter through the door. most other people left wile standing in line as line was not moving if there would be second register working.Food was as expected....ok
They were awesome!! Totally forgot the managers name i think ROD? But not sure he knows why and he will knnnnoooowwwwww once he reads this lol but the brother and sister was funny and very happy.. the entire crew that was up front looked like teenagers and they were amazing and way better than most adults which was great to see.. the ppl making sandwiches was great as well with my special request.. i loved my experience.. i asked everyone name but forgot smh... I know i would go back.. it was clean and quite like it should be. No yelling or rudeness like you find at alot of fast food places.. 2 thumbs up😁😁😁😁
Gyros at ArbysMy fiance and I saw the advertisement on television for Arbys new deal for two gyros for six dollars. I was excited! Id had gyros overseas in years past and couldnt wait to try them at such an inexpensive price so close to our motel in Conyers, Ga. I ate a Greek gyro and my fiance ate aturkey gyro the first time. The second time he ate two roast beef gyros. Mine came with red onions lettuce tomato pepper and some kind of sauce. Tasted alright for the price we paid but I wasnt too impressed especially considering both times we ate them my fiance ended up having diareah not long after consuming his. Im not sure what the problem was but the roast beef and the turkey didnt agree with his system. The Greek gyro did not have the same effect on him when he helped me eat over half of my second gyro later on in the day and the Greek gyros never upset my system like that either.Another thing Id like to point out about this Arbys location is that the amount of meat in the gyros was much less the first time we ordered. I was still hungry after eating one. We planned on getting the two for six and splitting it. So the next time we ordered we got two gyros a piece. This time they put enough meat on one of them to fill me up. So by the time I was hungry enough again to eat my second, the bread ended up being soggy. Not the place I recommend for these. If Youre craving a gyro and youre in Conyers, Ga., Id travel the 2.8 miles over to Gyros-to-Go and get a high quality gyro with a healthy portion of meat in it. Its worth it!
Immediately after I went to this location my debt card information was used for many purchases. I WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU AROUND 10PM AND HANDED MY DEBT CARD TO THE YOUNG LADY. I have not handed my card to anyone else or allowed anyone else the chance to get my card ingormation....

2022-06-15My husband wanted to try the new hamburger there; it was out of stock. Asked about the fish sandwich, was told it was not in season. Finally got the buffalo chicken sandwich meal. We ordered lemonade for the drink, but that was considered extra.The chicken was dice with so much hot sauce, you barely could taste the chicken. The best thing about this meal was the curly fries. No hurry to go back.

2021-08-26The service was good and the food was fast. I gave 4 starts however because my buffalo chicken slider had been sitting in the window for a while. The visible bread was dried out and cracking but still stale and the bottom was soggy from sitting in the ranch and buffalo that the finger had on it. The chicken part was very dried out as well and barely had any sauce remaining. Still a good experience because after I showed them, them immediately replaced it but no apology.

2021-07-31I hadnt patronized Arbys since the wheres the beef slogans were trending. Now I recall why. Arbys is highly over rated, over-priced and absolutely do not offer what they advertise. They promoted a 2 for $6 menu items, but the sandwiches wain in comparison from what you would expect...and what you actually get. This is what they advertise as the classic beef & cheddar...but this is what you get. Notice how the buns almost touch in the served sandwich but the hook, line, and sinker ad makes you think youll be getting a full-sized succulent sandwich...N-O-O-O-O-T!!

2022-03-21Waited more than 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was standing at the counter. Staff is touching money, the broom, their hair, and food without washing their hands. It was clear the importance was the drive thru & NOT in-store, as MULTIPLE people came in then left as they too were ignored.

2022-02-16We hadnt been on a while. It was good, but we were disappointed that they discontinued the potato cakes! They are the mascot for Arbys!! This might be a game changer for us...2/15/22My Hubby & I ordered 2 fish sandwich meals, with crinkle cut fries & drinks. We were asked to pull up...all of 2 seconds.. so why tell us to pull up as we were the only ones in line. We checked & our fries were old, cold & brown. (I didnt take pics) One of our fry containers had crinkle fries on top & curly fries on bottom. I took them back in & was told by the young lady with the bright red/orange hair, that she will cook me some fresh, but they would still be dark, because they hadnt changed the grease. I waited anyway...I watched the young lady bag my stuff, but I asked, excuse me Maam! Is that mines? She said yes. I then said,you put in a curly fry, but I asked for 2 crinkle fries. She gave me a crazy look & said, i thought this is what you asked for! I said no. Thats what i told you we got that was wrong & that our fries were cold & old. She then gave me what i ordered, but i was trying to figure out what the attitude was against me as she have me mu bag! Im the only one that should have attitude, because after getting off a 12.5 hour shift, I have to get out of my car, go inside & wait...so of course my fish sandwich was now cold & I had to eat something with my meds!! We will choose differently next time!! 🙁🙁Not sure who the young lady is in the pics, leaning on the counter, on her cell phone, but it just doesnt look good professionally! While we ate our fries insisting in the car, she came outside, got something out of her car & as she entered the door to go back inside, she started puffing on a vape pen! REALLY?? 👀 I know 4 some reason theres a worker shortage, but dang...🙁🙁

2022-06-15We are traveling and I love Arby’s but I was so disappointed. We got the 2 Arby’s sandwich for $6 and there was hardly any Roast beef, the buns was hard and our French fries were reheated. We took the fries back and they made us new ones but we ate the sandwiches. I can not believe how pitifully it was.

2022-03-04I hadnt been to Arbys in years, I saw they had a spicy fish sandwich so I thought Id give it a try. Again it had been maybe 8 years since Id been to Arbys Oh Boy was I disappointed, the currly fries looked and tasted like they had been left from the day before, I was there about 5:pm youd think things would be cooked fresh for dinner customers. Fish sandwich was cold and horrible, dont know if it is just this location or if the franchise on a whole has gotten bad. But for sure this is not the best location to represent Inspired Brand, Inc.

2022-05-28UPDATE - Just sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes only to learn that the restaurant had closed early (before 9 pm on a Friday) and didnt bother to tell the customers who were waiting. Just when I thought Id found a decent place. Very disappointing.Im sad to say that Ive been sleeping on Arbys for far too long. I believed that, like the other fast food restaurants from my childhood, the quality of their food (and service) had declined sharply. Ive never been more happy to be wrong. Everything we ordered in our two recent visits was prepared according to our specifications and resembled the images used to market it. Moreover, it was all tasty and satisfying if youre in the mood for decent fast food. The mozzarella sticks and jamocha shake are my favorites, but the brisket sandwich, sliders, and fries were also a hit. I wish there were one a little closer to me but Im also grateful there isnt!

2022-05-29Could do better with helping families find seats especially those with big families and when its a bit crowded. They sure have a proem with that but dont have a problem getting that mo.ey upfront. And also they had the poor waitress running from one end of the store to the other. How can they give the best service when they are short staffed. Cooperate needs to pay better or something so these places have what they need to provide good services. And it would also help to get so.w better cake recipes....Ive tasted better ot of a box of dry little Debbie snack cakes.
