Ive lived here for about 5 years and the office/maintenance staff have always been excellent! Recently Ive needed to transfer apartments because of a breakup, and they have been very understanding and accommodating for finding a new unit during this difficult time! It is a safe area with many families and kind people!
Had the pleasure of touring this complex recently and it was absolutely lovely. Its a place fitting for the area its in. It was especially great in comparison to plenty of the other complexes in the region. In addition to the great property, I received great assistance. Stephanie was really good about providing information and aiding me as soon as she was able to in anyway, which helped as I was dealing with various stressful situations at the time of my inquiry. Would definitely recommend.
I just moved in and love my apartment.! My experience with ARIUM has been wonderful from the first phone call. I first spoke with Denise who is truly amazing! She was extremely response and took time to answer all my questions. I was relocating back to Atlanta from another state and had to make a decision site unseen. Their team was very responsive in addressing several questions I had prior to moving in .My apartment was perfect when I moved in and I am very pleased. The location is great, the building is clean, the apartment is spacious and most of all quiet!!!! I couldnt be happier!
Dont waste your money or time. Its not a luxury apartment. They just painted over water damage and called it a renovation. The new wood floors arent actually wood........ Good thing is I dont need an alarm clock because my side neighbor starts slamming counters and chit chatting around 6 am. Its sounds sarcastic, but you have to get use to it here, or else youre going to go crazy. I even hear my neighbors potty moments. Gross. Most of the maintenance requests I have put in do not get fixed, but are marked as done. On my first day, the tub was completely clogged with someone elses hair and I had to be the one to fix it after 5 days. Even now Im hearing my neighbors screaming at their child. This place is sad to live in.My lease is up this month so im finally posting my thoughts, but it was a nightmare year here. I dont have a kid so I dont care about the school zone. The trails are nice, but Im not paying $1,780 a month to live on a trail.
I love living here! I moved in 2 years ago and have had a wonderful experience since. On my days off I can go to the pool/gym. If I ever have an issue the leasing staff/maintenance is quick to address it! If it is something that needs additional help Erin has gone above and beyond to help! Keep up the good work guys.
Moved in on 4/11 and so far so good even though we are in a current pandemic. I love my apartment and the view of the trees and walking trail is so peaceful. No major issues in my apartment just minor things in which maintenance responded within a few hours after submitting the ticket. The only con I would say is that the walls are thin and I can hear everything going on outside and so can my customers as Im working from home. But its not much of a big deal.
Its been a pleasure staying at Arium johns creek. No bugs. No nosey or noisy neighbors. Grounds are always clean. No issues with apartment. People are friendly. The walking trails are great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Not a high crime area. I would definitely recommend to friends and familyThe only CON....its wayyyyyy too expensive to live here.
Cons: Lived here for a year. Within the first two weeks of living here my roommate had bed bugs bite her. It took them 4 months to move us to a different apartment. They only gave us two weeks of rent back when we didn’t have suitable living conditions for months. They did not handle our issue with urgency. The apartment below us before moved has bed bug issues after discussing if they had had any issues. After we moved the problem was fixed but 4 months to fix it is a little too long. I’m sure that’s not everyone’s experience but beware.Pros: maintenance is quick and they are kind.
First I would like to say that this property is beautiful and well maintained. I recently moved to Arium about three weeks ago. The leasing process was amazing because of a wonderful staff member named Stephanie. She was very professional and prompt with information and pricing. My biggest concern was that I was not able to view the property prior to moving in due to moving from another state. There was no bait and switch. And did I mention how amazing Stephanie was throughout the entire leasing process? I would give 10 stars for her service alone! The apartment itself is spacious and the community is very quiet. Well done Arium! I look forward to enjoying the many beautiful amenities the property offers and I truly have enjoyed my new apartment home!
You charge too much for fixed water costs. I live alone and dont use nearly as much water as the family of 4 on the first floor but we have the same bill. The place is very nice, but I still get over $200/month electric bills because the A/C isnt strong enough for a 3rd floor apartment. Both the inside and outside unit and the thermostat has been replaced, so good try at least. Doing a good job on the landscaping and the maintenance folks are good people and the office staff is nice.
We rented at Arium via a FaceTime showing. Everything was handled with efficiency and great communication by Stephanie! Upon arriving, she left the porch light on and some treats for us. We really appreciated being cared for after being on the road for four days straight. And the property is gorgeous! We are thrilled with our choice!
I moved in to this property when it was Chelsea Ridge and moved out this past week (May 2018) and have had a wonderful experience living here. The leasing office staff are THE BEST! The maintenance staff are THE BEST!! They know you by name and treat you like family. The location is perfect. Quiet community with access to extensive walking trails, dog park, tennis, swimming, volleyball, and shopping. Everything you need is within walking distance. Target, Whole Foods, Home Depot, Publix, Movie Theatre, Excellent food...you name it. The apartments are spacious and very nice - I had granite countertops in my kitchen and a garden tub. Cant say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended!
Nice, Quite community but not smoke-free, hard to breath while passing by from floors. Staff is friendly and Helpful. Not mainained well outside, no cleaning on floors, stairs.Community Has big cockroaches even after pest control again after a week or two pops up.No printers, fax machines, computer or business center for resident (Even have place to arrange). You have to keep emaiing your confidental docs to leasing agents and request them to print.Water charges, valley trash fees are high, its fixed and not meteredGated community but gate doesnt work at all, hardly worked for a month or two in year.
The apartments themselves arent horrible, however I can never reach the office staff. I called regarding a question I had on fees regarding my move out (much more expensive than any of my previous moves) and after calling over and over and getting the voicemail I finally reached someone but kept getting we will look at it and get back to you. Ive never gotten a call back. Overall, the staff is pretty nice when you reach them but it seems they are unorganized (lost my paperwork etc). I would never live in a community managed by them again--- its just too difficult to reach anyone or get anyone who may answer a question. Overall, pretty expensive for what you get but not horrible.
Cons: The dog park is AWFUL. Its a big area but its completely run down. They need to fix it up and make it usable. The playground attached to the dog park is awful as well. The other play area needs to be fixed up or replaced. Its old doesnt look well maintained.Their grills over near the playground and dog park are super dirty and looks like they need to be replaced or repaired.COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!This place in NOT LUXURY
If an apartment complex makes you sign a bed bug and/or flea addendum , that means that they have bed bug/flea issues. I listened to one of the leasing agents lie to potential new residents when going over the addenda by saying that this apartment complex doesnt have any bed bug and/or flea issues. The truth is that they do have these issues. Ive experienced it and I only been here for 2-3 months. If you report bed bug/flea issues, they will hold you liable as if you brought the pest with you and you will end up paying out of pocket for pest control. I will be cutting my lease short. Also, their lease is about 9 pages long and they have several addendums attached to it that overrides most of the lease so be careful. The staff appear super sweet when they are trying to get you to rent out their apartments but can be really condescending and rude if you encounter any issues after signing a lease. They also ignore e-mails and will change any messages you send them through their resident portal. They will change messages into maintenance requests and the next thing you know, the maintenance man is at your door because they said you submitted a request about a flooded apartment. If you’re not home, maintenance will enter your apartment without you knowing. I happened to be in the apartment when the maintenance man showed up for this falsified maintenance request stunt the front office pulled. The staff here can be nasty and I would encourage people to look at other apartment complexes in the area.
Management has let this place go down. within a year the grounds look horrible, bushes are over grown with sticks 2 feet tall outgrowing the rest of the bushes, reported to management that they needed to replace the dead pool lights but it never got done. spider webs and rotting wood on every stairwell. maybe its time for a new manager to help out. The apartments are too nice for how they let it go. the gate has never worked for over a year now.
Location is best aspect. There is no good parking on weekends for your building, no good maintenance or office staff and you pay high price because of location. Physical aspect of apartment is great, cheap but large space. But they dont care about retention keeping renters or keeping staff. Safe, quiet, walking distance from JCHS and nice location for traffic being on side road to 2 major roads.
The place is very peaceful and quiet, and the homes are pretty nice as well. It might not be the best quality ever, theres are exposed walls beneath the sink. But hey, it does its job as a house. The staff can be very friendly at times. Sometimes, they can be a pain in the a. A centipede colony is growing in our building right now. My neighbors and i reported to the office to immediately kill it before it gets out of control. But they havent done anything, and now they have raided the homes and you see them everywhere you go.
Pros: Love the layout and the unique feature of the apartments. There is so much closet and cupboard space that I actually have empty space! The community is extremely peaceful and friendly. Being an older community you do have cracks in the walls and ceilings. When a tree fell late at night due to a storm, they were out there immediately cleaning it up and clearing the roadway.Cons: Anything maintenance related! Whether is getting the dog bags refilled, a light bulb changed, your garage door fixed or the yard crew to do their job each week. Apparently we have a lot of turnover and cannot keep a maintenance director on staff. It took a month, of a few of us complaining; to get the property manager to actually come out and see the mess the green space was in due to the landscaping company neglecting to do their job each week. Every 2-3 weeks I have to re-nag them to get it cleaned up again.I’m currently 48 hours+ without a light in my kitchen. The apartment has 10 foot ceilings with a large light fixture. I cannot physically change the light bulb myself or trust me, I would. One of the reasons I moved here was the dog park, which I neglected to see first-hand prior to moving in. It’s a swampy, muddy, buggy mess that is not fit for human or dog. But the rest of the park area is nice.
Good to be here …I have been living here for more than a year now and it has been great.. really good maintenance, if anything maintenance in apartment just raise ticket / call the office and they can fix it the next day or within the same week, Everyone in the leasing office is great, was incredibly helpful responded to emails. The people living here are very respectful and kind, Overall great neighborhood!
Pretty much the worst management ever. Ever since this place changed from Chelsea Ridge to Arium, the management has been god awful. It takes them weeks to send someone just to make a small fix. I finally get someone here to fix something, he doesnt have the part so he says hell come back the same day. I have not seen him since and its been three months. Ive already notified the office numerous times and still not fixed. Biggest regret in the last year is deciding to renew my lease. Cant wait to get the eff out of here. Not to mention that my neighbors are somehow paying $300 less than me for the exact same apartment style.
Edit: I have a few things to say about some technicians because they drive my family a little crazy. First of all, I feel like some technicians dont know what theyre job is. Theyre supposed to PROPERLY fix an issue, but for some reason they cant do that sometimes. They say its all good and leave thinking everything is fixed, but nothing has been fixed. One time, there was a power issue in my apartment and the technician said there is no problem and he left. Couple days later, the power went out, and we kept asking for help. Yet, they still havent fixed. After all that, my family decided just to live with it. I hope you view this edit and respond. Thank You!
Have been living at Arium Johns Creek for over 5 years. I love the community - the complex itself has a secluded feel with all the foliage, but is actually located right in the center of everything - plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores and even a movie theater all so close. The staff is very friendly as well.
Relocating to the Johns Creek, GA from Chicagoland area. Love Arium Johns Creek apartments prior to even seeing the units because of Stephanie. She is absolutely amazing , so knowledgeable, very caring, and works with you to find something that fits your needs. After selecting my apartment, prior to moving in, she was very meticulous making sure the apartment was cleaned in perfect condition. I absolutely love my new apartment and my new town and it’s all thanks to Stephanie. So glad I picked the Atrium at Johns Creek to be my new home couldn’t be happier!
EDIT: just received the same generic response everyone else does, I emailed them 2 weeks ago with no response still. Not sure why they think people would enjoy being told to email the same company again after having been ignored by calls and email.Hearing some kindof loudspeaker from outside, Im guessing a sports complex is near. Cheap fixes, ignored complaints, and thin walls is all you get if you pick a unit that isnt a townhom
The best team ever, this is the 4th year we lived and we upgrade the apartment to bigger one, they helped us find the good apartment, special thanks to the wonderful, helpful management starting with joe, stephnie, denis, jolian , and all the maintenance teams,Thanks so muchWe love Arium❤️❤️
Awful apartment ever!!Dont be fooled by a few photos. Before you get rent, consider Arium johns creek with following fair complaints.1st floor-very dark, no daylight come in in/bad insulation-too cold-expect bombs of electric bill/fans makes all kinds grate noise- noisy,noisy,noisy- cant sleep at all/earwigs and a hundred of big black flies never seen in this winter flies all around in the rooms- pest control couldnt control/flimsy update-over priced rentTo owner of Arium Johns creek apartmentDont manage reviews. Please manage your management!
The apartments were lit AF, there was a guy growing hella dope in the apartment complex across from mine, but he got caught with like $600,000 of sweet marijuana in his trap house. Other than that the apartment I lived in was so nice and internet was good if you have comcast. 9/10, would live again!
I moved here from Lexington Ky.I love the Johns Creek area. If you are relocating, this is the place to be.Arium Creek Apts are beautiful. The layout, location are amazing. So close to everything you need. AlsoMaybe the most important thing is the management team. Ive workedWith Michelle since I moved in.If you have any concerns she is there to help. I would recommend Arium Creek Apts to anyone looking for there new home.John F.S.
Good community, good leasing staff, only complain I have is timely resolution of maintenance requests.Update after response... My maintenance request is from Day one of my move..which is 365 days 17000 hours.. refer my attached picture... reducing 2 stars for response without any investigation of my case.
It is a very good place. I visit him frequently because some friends live there. It is quiet, it even has a forest within its grounds, you can spend an excellent time there and also if you are looking for an apartment to rent it is a very good option. It is a fairly large but quiet complex.

2022-06-24We have been here for one week and we really enjoy it! The staff and tenants are friendly and we love the area. The pools have also been a huge plus. My one concern is that despite paying for pest control, we seem to have a cockroach issue. But it is summer in the south and our apartment backs up to a creek, so it’s understandable, albeit frustrating.

2021-05-04We have lived here for the past 8 months and our stay has been really great. 2021-12-13This is a solicited review from clicking on a green happy face in an email from Arium Johns Creek asking How has your experience been?. No other information was requested other than filing a Google Review. I will go 3 stars since it was a solicitation email for review.

2021-08-02Black mold on the walls, and the only thing maintenance did was spray paint over it.Our air conditioning has gone out so many times, and the maintenance team always talks sh!t about us as they “fix” the issues, not knowing that we also speak Spanish lol!!They do not ever observe the sign they placed on our door themselves, that states that any maintenance worker needs to call the number listed on the sign, because we have a very protective dog that is highly trained by professionals to do his job.I have never had such a bad experience with a poor management team, they don’t even clean the green mold off of the pool surfaces!! How is my little girl going to be able to swim in this nasty pool??!

2020-10-28I stayed here for 2 years in 2 different apartments. Great place, big spacious apartments, amazing greenery around absolutely amazing staff in the leasing office. These guys are very friendly, emphatic and genuinely want to help you. The maintenance here is very prompt. There are many little trails in the woods behind the apartment. The church area has a small track with a massive pond and plenty of large open spaces.Absolutely love his place and totally recommend it to anyone considering staying here

2022-06-16I’ve been living here since 2018 and This place is getting worst and worst. There’s an infestation of roaches going thru the pipes and dishwasher.Doesn’t matter how many times we’ve sprayed to no success, mind you we are paying for pest control every month and haven’t seen them not once.2-Our AC keeps breaking. I’ve place 12+ maintenance work orders this year(January 2022 and counting) and they keep patching it up and not fixing it.Now they are telling us that we have to reset the fuse box every time the AC switch turn off.WHAT!!!!! It shouldn’t be my job because something is not working.
