Good restaurant, great prices and great food. Went for my wifes birthday, heard about it from a friend. The place was packed, we had a reservation but had to wait an hour. Management covered or first round of drinks and appetizers. I had the porterhouse and it was great the sides were also very good. I highly recommend giving this place a shot.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The food and drink were delicious and the service was what you’d expect at a high-end steak house. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because - yes the food was good - but not so good that it warranted the higher prices. I’ve had more flavorful grilled scallops and shrimp for less cost.
One of the best meals we’ve had since moving to the Atlanta area and I can also say the staff are genuinely honest…. I left my purse (a high end and very desired designer bag) hanging on a hook under the bar and didn’t discover I had done so until the next morning!! I half expected to never see it again, but upon driving back the next morning, the manager proudly had it in his possession! I am SO thankful for the honest employee who discovered it and handed it over for safe keeping! You have secured us as return customers, primarily for the food but also for the honest impression you left! Thank you times a million!
Wow - very impressed with the Arnette’s experience. A friend brought me here for my birthday and everything was fantastic - from the ambiance to the food. We ordered the hearth salad (extremely fresh with melt-in-your-mouth goat cheese), the crab cake special, and filets with a side of veggies and a bottle of wine. If I lived in Atlanta I would be a regular here. Highly recommended. We sat upstairs but they have a few different dining rooms. Looks like a great place for a date night, too.
We had guests coming in from out of town, and we thought we would try this place as we had never been there. Food: 5 star. Total experience: not so much. There was a bizarre buzzing sound, like a low frequency sound that was very distracting and unpleasant. They wanted to seat 4 of us at a large table and I finally had to request that we move, because I wanted to be able to talk to the ones next to me. For the crazy high price we paid for this dinner, it wasnt worth it. I was disappointed and will go back to some tried and true favorite steak houses in the future.
Great first experience...we were there early by the time we left it was in full swing...atmosphere was good...our wait staff was excellent...great suggestions and knowledgeable...I did send my steak back (twice) because I ordered medium and it was rare but it was corrected..my potatoes and Brusselswere great...cocktails was wonderful...will return!!
We decided from the get go to sample as much as we could and just split it all throughout. It was amazing. I had never had bone marrow before and it was quite tasty. The maple glazed bacon with jalapeño... awesome! The spinalis had great flavor and add in the grilled corn with bacon.... omg. Already plotting a return.
Great service and food quality. I had the tomahawk steak. Very nice interior. Love the banquetsNOT very covid-19 safe on the second floor. Pretty tight seating. Ill wait until I get the vaccine to return. People were most people arriving did NOT arrive with masks... indicating that they are not the most careful customers. There apparently is not a mask requirement to enter the establishment.Great dining experience!
I made Reservations and Invited 10 Friends & Family to have dinner with me @arnetteschopshop in Brookhaven. Originally, I was asked to make a $400 deposit to book- however their website stated $300– so I was allowed to pay $300. Their Large party policy states that the 20% gratuity would be included in the fixed price Tiered menu of $110/per guest that I selected. However, at the end of a fabulous evening, the check had an added 20% gratuity. When I brought it to Jeff’s (Restaurant Manager) attention, he agreed that the verbiage was a little “wordy” and needed to be corrected, however, made no effort to remedy the issue. I’d had a great time up until then… In front of guests, he began to state that I needed refer to the Contract. However, after having to initially reach out Jeff, because Wengale (Event Coordinator) hadn’t replied back to me in 4 days regarding the reservation, a contract was never provided.
Unfortunately, food tasted like a burnt grill. Even the chocolate cake had that taste. Place is overrated. After spending $80 for one person for Galentines Day dinner, I went home and found something else to eat. I am not sure how creamed corn and cake can taste like a grill, but it took forever to get that smell out of my nose. Also, the snapper was too salty and had too much thyme. My friends were not very excited about the dinner also.
We spent nearly $900 in this establishment and they dropped my husbands birthday cake. Instead of the server David being honest and saying, hey I accidentally dropped your husbands cake, he brought the cake to the table with a single candle on it as I’d nothing happened to it. He broke the acrylics off of the cake topper as well as the #’s on the front. He also threw away the sparkling candles I’d purchased to go on top of the cake and said he didn’t know what happened to them. He then in return said oh you can’t have sparklers here anyway, even though the manager told me that I could which is who took the cake in the very beginning at the door. If they were not allowed in the restaurant, at least return them to me.There was TWO large hand prints on the side of the cake as well. When we asked him what happened to the cake he said he had no idea. At the end of the night he came over to the table and said he felt bad and wanted to tell the truth that he was the one that actually dropped the cake. At this point I was so livid that I did not even want to look at him. Had he pulled me to the side and just been honest in the very beginning I would still have been upset but not livid due to the fact that he tried to conceal it and lied about it. The manager did take off $98 but that did not make the night better. They ruined my husband‘s birthday celebration and and EXPENSIVE cake. This was not a Publix cake that was less than $100 I spent over $400 for this cake. These are sensitive times and moments for others trying to celebrate life and it’s unfortunate that David S was dishonest. The food was just ok.
I came with my family for Mothers Day & my experience was NOT a good one. First off we were sat in a room w/ 5 tables & not in the main dining & this room in my opinion was dark & off to the side which I didnt appreciate. I feel as though that shouldve veen a question as to whether it is ok to be seated in there or not!!! Then I dont think the menu is very extensive & most certainly not kid friendly although there were plenty of children walking in and out with their families. Then my bill was $104 but I was charged $269. Thank Goodness I take the time to read before I sign. Lastly, I ordered the Lobster Mac-n-cheese & the Snapper but the mac n cheese NEVER came out but thank goodness I was able to enjoy the snapper.
The food was great as usual! The service was not good at all. Our waitress, Ally was rude and not friendly at all. She never answered our questions and never spoke to us. She was so rude and clearly in a bad mood. I would never request her as a waitress again. It was my sisters birthday and she was so upset and non accommodating.
Over -priced menu, Smaller portions (esp Spinalis). The outdoor enclosed patio area is very casual relative to steak house menu. And good luck clearing the unwelcoming hostess stand upon entry: I was refused service for wearing Birkenstocks) with khakis and button down shirt). We were with a big group so I went home and changed shoes but I won’t be back for all the reasons above.
Unfortunately the food has definitely gone down. I would go this restaurant 3 times or more a week. Now, i have to send food back, because its not prepared correctly or just has no taste. Lobster spaghetti my favorite taste like a water down fish soup The time before this horrible visit. I had to take my plate to the kitchen and show the kitchen staff that is was plan, where was the seasoned flavors i love. One of the chefs took my plate through it away, and made a fresh on. Now it tasted correct you could see the difference. So that just told me that they are making the food with out care and love. And it just appears they want only the money. Last night we got spaghetti and the fish with the corn. Cant think of the name, i have had it before as well. Last night tasted water down. I have come to this restaurant for years. And im sad to say dont do it . ARNETTS has become one of the worst places to eat. When u pay a now 45.00 for Lobster spaghetti you at least want it to tast good. I really miss the old days. Also you should not have to have to chef working for food to taste right. Monday-Sunday should be consistent. Beautiful inside, but the food has gone down the drain.
My wife and I came here for our 11th anniversary and it was amazing. The staff made our evening special and the food was amazing. We order the tomahawk chop and scallops. We loved every single bite. The salad 🥗 was great, the steak cooked perfectly, and the staff was amazing. This was our 2nd time and we will definitely be back. Thank you because I was starting to lose faith in Atlanta steakhouse scene.
Checked in for our reservation. Made us wait 30 minutes. Ordered our drinks, appetizers and dinners - our appetizers arrived & 5 minutes later our steaks came just as we were starting on our salads. Server apologized 3 times. Ridiculous for a high end steak 🥩 restaurant.
We had a party of 5 at 7 pm on a Friday night. We had a reservation, but at 7, it wasn’t crowded. It got more crowded as the night went on.The outside and inside were super nice. The ambiance is on point. They had beautiful lights and candles. It can be very romantic. We enjoyed 3/4 of the cocktails we got. We got Up on the Roof ($14), Sloe Train Coming ($15), The Rising Sun ($14), and Port Old Fashioned ($14). The only one we didn’t like was The Rising Sun. It smelled like straight whiskey and pretty much tasted that way too.For appetizers, we got Bacon ($10) and Tuna Crudo ($16). We had heard great things about the Bacon, but it was really fatty and it just didn’t live up to the hype. The Tuna Crudo was better. For entrees, we got Louie Salad ($22), Lobster Spaghetti ($34), 14 oz. Bone-In Filet ($64), and Burrata Ravioli ($21). The Louie Salad was a slightly spicier than anticipated. The salad itself wasn’t dressed, besides what was on top of the fish. The Lobster Spaghetti was good, and we liked the sauce, but it was overpriced for what it was. The 14 oz. Bone-In Filet was just average. We’ve had much better steak. The Burrata Ravioli was also a letdown. I wanted the sauce to be creamy, but it was pretty much just oil.For sides, we got the Brussels Sprouts & Apples (without Bacon) ($12) and Dauphinoise ($12). They were okay. They were good portions for sharing. We looked at the dessert menu, but weren’t tempted by anything so we didn’t get dessert. We told them when we made the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and the hostess even confirmed when we got there that we were celebrating a birthday, so we were surprised when we didn’t get any special dessert.Overall, very cool ambiance. We would maybe go back for a drink and a burger, but there are much better steak places in Atlanta. We do not recommend going here for steak.
Service Ridiculously slow is an understatement; food overpriced and overrated. Im short for words on this establishment. The only good thing was the decor and peaceful atmosphere. I ordered the beef ribs for my appetizers and they were actually tender, tasty, and a nice portion but the appearance would make you change your mind. Picture attached, see for yourself. Loaded baked potato and the cowgirl, around $60...overcooked. Im too frustrated to continue!!!
Top 10 Atlanta steakhouse no doubt. Amazing lamb special. Overall cuisine experience is elevated way past your standardized steak with a la carte fare. Baked Alaska is hard to beat dessert-wise. Energetic vibe to the downstairs, can be kind of loud but in a good way. and an attentive team behind it all.
OH MY GOOOOOOOOOODDDDDD!!!! I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best meal I’ve ever had. My husband and I needed a date night during the week and picked this spot out of a local magazine that highlighted the ambiance and food. The whole experience was fantastic... everything from the host, waiter staff, and bartender. I don’t even remember what we ordered off the menu (had a couple of drinks 🤩) but everything was to die for.
@arnetteschopshop the look, the ambience, the service, the food, the vibe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t wait to go back. Pictured is 1 of the best red wines I’ve had. My entreé , Lobster pasta. Dessert, Peach cake (layers of angel food cake and a peach mousse) and you all know I bake, this was definitely homemade.
Great atmosphere for date night, cozy and intimate, yet thriving with culture with all of the artwork hanging about. Absolutely love the green suede seating. The food was great, and the service was amazing. I would give it 5 stars if the price range wasnt all over the place. The range states $$ however it should be listed starting at $$$. Come prepared to spend at least a few hundreds. I love there is valet and standard parking. I will definitely return.
I had a wonderful birthday dinner here! The ambience is on point. The Up on the Roof cocktail is tasty and so is the tuna crudo. Our steaks were cooked perfectly rare and were delicious. The brussel sprouts were just ok. I would get a different side the next time I came back. They did bring me a birthday dessert which was a lovely way to end the evening.
I just can’t say enough good things about Arnette‘s chop house. I absolutely love the upstairs space with the open air seating the bar dining tables out on the deck cool air blowing through from a C as well as the misting water to keep you chill. The food is just outstanding and really you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is second to none and some of the nicest most attentive and professional people I’ve ever seen. Love love the bartenders big shout out to Lindsay and Javy. The GM Michael is also a fantastic leader of the team.
This was genuinely fantastic. I started with the iceberg wedge which was exactly right and generous, followed by a main of the New York strip and asparagus side. The asparagus was cooked just past snapping, exactly right. The New York strip was right on medium rare and somehow they managed to get it crispy and charred on the outside, delicious and perfect. New fan
I really like this place a lot. Its right in my neighborhood, so Im a little biased by the convenience, but its very cool. The upstairs bar is great with some outdoor seating. Ive gone in and eaten dinner at the bar a couple of times now and its great.Bartenders are great and super friendly.Dessert menu there is amazing. Just going for drinks and dessert is worth it. They have an amazing souffle and them a berry and ice cream dessert that is unreal. The steaks are good. I like the smaller cut options. Its very expensive, even more than some of the other high-end places in town, but I really enjoyed it.
I’m already planning my next trip back! We had the lobster pasta, accompanied by a bottle of Domaine Eden and my goodness! It was one of the best meals I’ve had at a restaurant. The ambience, the service (Hey Kacey!) was just wonderful! I’ll be suggesting it to everyone I can!
The atmosphere and ambiance were amazing. Beautifully decorated and planned restaurant. We came on a Tuesday so it was not particularly busy. Service was impeccable. Absolute top notch service. Food was okay, not the best ever, not horrible either, just okay. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts. I recommend if you really love steaks and a softer taste. I prefer a lot more flavor.
When we talk about service and food quality this is the 1 steakhouse. I want for nothing when i come to Arnetts. The bar area is beautiful and staff always on point. Do your self a favor and go enjoy great food and service. Start with the short beef ribs appetizer.💯💯💯. #tomahawk was perfect
Oh my gosh...this was the most amazing dinner experience that I have had in Atlanta. The service from Ross and Jose could not be beat. Their food recommendations, attention to detail, attentiveness and just the way they always stopped at our table to ensure we were taken care of was amazing. When you come, make sure you ask to sit in Ross section. Oh and compliments to the chef, our food melted in our mouths! We will be coming back and bringing friends!!!! Love this place!!!!
The food was delicious, great ambiance, and good service. I ordered the beef ribs and oysters as an appetizer - delicious!! The only thing I did not like was the waiter delivered desserts to my table that I did not request. He stated it was complimentary due to me celebrating a birthday and the pastry chef was sending it over. However, upon checkout I was charged for desert that I did not request. A bit frustrating there.
Great aesthetic, service was good- the servers were very attentive. I had the beef tips, cowgirl steak, potato purée, and Brussels sprouts. The food was good but nothing so amazing that I would want to go back for it. I did enjoy the dessert I ordered, lemon blueberry tart.
I came here tonight with my parents and husband for my mom’s birthday and had the BEST time! Not only is the atmosphere so great but Bobby our server was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and professional and attentive. The best food we’ve had in a while. James River oysters were *chefs kiss*
Good food, great service and a beautiful setting will impress you with Arnettes. I was with a goodly sized group and we tried several appetizers. The smoked seafood was excellent, as was the bacon. The steaks were flavorful and tender. Expect an excellent experience here.
I came here on a Tuesday night to enjoy the patio and have a snack. The patio windows were closed so I didnt really get to enjoy the full benefit. The ambiance was gorgeous so we opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was courteous but not very attentive. She often had her back to us so it was difficult to get her attention. The menu was small and mainly had steaks so there werent many options for a snack. We got crudo, beef ribs, salad, and french fries. The beef ribs had a good flavor but were suuuper greasy. I felt gross afterwards from all the oil so i was able to stomach much else but my friend seemed to enjoy her food and wine (i did not drink). The prices were what I would expect for a steakhouse. Most of the people there seemed to be on a date so the vibe is great for that. I may come back on a weekend to see how it is. Overall it was nice but if I go again I would try something different to eat.
I picked this place for a birthday dinner and was pleased with the overall experience. The valet attendant was very nice and attentive. The hostess had good energy and was welcoming; and lastly the food was great. I am not a fan of lobster, but decided to order the lobster spaghetti after seeing several good reviews. I mean it was seasoned to perfection and the portion size was excellent. For desert, I ordered the NY style cheesecake and that was good as well. Arnette’s has a nice, warm intimate setting and is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. I highly recommend.
Wait staff was inattentive. The place was too noisy and my husband and I were not able to talk much without talking a little louder. The ambience didn’t match with the price of food although the food was ok. If you’re looking for a relax place to date, this place is not it! If we pay over $300 for dinner for two people, I would expect a better service and experience. We have been to better places than this in Atlanta!
I have been to quite a few nice restaurants in Atlanta over the years and in my personal opinion Arnettes was a bit of a disappointment. While the service was great, the food was just okay. I was expecting a little more especially since the price point is on the higher end.
Went with 4 friends. My steak was cooked perfectly, theirs were over done. Asparagus was unpalatable, as were the Brussels sprouts. Dauphinois was excellent. Wine list was out of date which was annoying. Tried to order Fernet Branca from our server, she insisted they didn’t carry it, so I walked upstairs to the bar and ordered it there. Acceptable for a neighborhood restaurant, but not worth leaving the city to check out.
I cant say enough good things about Arnett, the steaks are amazing, cooked to perfection, they melt in your mouth, the roasted carrots ,scalloped potatoes and lobster mac n cheese , one dish serves 2 and are delicious to say the least. The staff are all wonderful people who treat you with respect and make you feel like family. This place is A++ highly recommend if you are in Atlanta
5 star on every level. Had such an amazing birthday dinner here. The ambiance is so inviting. The service was impeccable and our waitress turned instantly into my homegirl 😊. I dined on the Hearth Roasted Shellfish Platter. Let me tell you this is not a skimpy dish. All of it was delicious and made for some of the best leftovers ever. My date dined on the Red Snapper with creamed corn. I already know what Ill be dining on when I return. To die for. We shared the Bacon appetizer, Hearth Salad for appetizers and Grilled Squash, Zucchini Gratin, Aged Vermont Cheese and Dauphinoise for sides. All of the food was simply amazing. Seasoned well. And plentiful. This was such an awesome experience in every way. At a time when customer service and quality when dining has been challenging to come by.... Bravo, Arnettes Chop Shop. Ill be back.
Not the kind of steak you expect from a steakhouse. The ambiance was great, service was good, even the wine and sides were good. However, my steak was very cold. I ordered a cowgirl ribeye - medium rare. Even though it looked medium rare, it was tough, maybe because it was cold. When I told the waiter, he said or did nothing about it.I was ver disappointed because I came here for the steak.
We really enjoyed our meal tonight at Arnettes. Every course was just delightful and oh so yummy. We began with the bread and bacon as an appetizer. So good! For our main course, we both ordered the filet. I got the 8 oz and hubby got the 10oz. We added the peppercorn cream sauce and it was truly amazing. Our sides were the twice baked potato and the Brussel sprouts. We did skip dessert because we were truly stuffed. The only negative thing I have to say is, I literally hate the dinnerware. Uncomfortable and impractical. But highly recommend!
Tried to make reservations for husbands birthday and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Called back 2nd time and the young girl had a major attitude towards me only because I called her out for leaving me on hold. Asked for early seating and she gave me the latest and said it was all she had... which was not truthful because I had my daughter call back and she was given an early time. Hmmm. Not off to a good start so far but still went to try it out. We were seated upstairs. It was very nice. Service was great and food was superb! Our food was really excellent! Great dining experience! But 1 warning, be sure to double check bill in the end. Accidents happen but likely not more than once . We were over charged with several items. Overall would recommend dining, but 1st impressions on the phone from beginning could make or break an experience. The young girl had such an attitude that it still sours the experience.
Absolutely one of the best experiences weve had in Atlanta. Our server Adam was excellent, the meal was well prepared, and the atmosphere was inviting. Also you have to get the Waygu Ribs...they will change your life! It was a great 1st Fathers Day, one I will always remember.
The food was pretty good, not excellent but pretty good. I give this poor rating due to the lack of action by the management and staff to control a rowdy, loud, classless group at the table next to us which was disturbing the patrons downstairs. The restaurant had the ambiance of a basketball game with a group of four drunken obnoxious fans clapping, yelling, laughing and saying wildly inappropriate things in public. Why would anyone ever want to spend $250+ on dinner to listen to that? The staff pretended not to notice, turned a blind eye and took no action even after I said something about it, despite patrons around being obviously off put by the commotion. If Arnettes Chop Shop chooses to put one group ahead of all other patrons, at everybody elses expense, then I dont want to go. A higher end restaurant that would sit idly by and let this happen will eventually go the way of many like it in Buckhead, out of business.
The place is nice and has good food but I was not impressed with the service and interior appearance...The silverware had water stains all over. The bathrooms were outside of the venue(very weird layout). The server gave us a fake name and repeatedly forgot my wifes drink and order...As for a fine dining I would suggest to look elsewhere.
Went there for my birthday and everything was perfect. Bacon, shrimp appetizers were flavorful and perfectly cooked, steaks were great. Arnettes Tonic cocktail was complex and a knockout. Received free special dessert. Tip--6:00 pm time is terrific as place is mostly empty and everything is quiet calmer and service and kitchen are focused on fewer people.
Could not tell you how it was, i was turn away because they prefer i eat in a 3 pcs suite. I eat comfortable. Having a dress code to eat is ridiculous. I guess they discriminate against athletes. Good food and service determines the scale of your business not the dress code in your dining room. Not sure what their (BS) belief system is.
I have been going here for a while now. Hands down the best steak house in Atlanta..This restaurant is so much more than a 5* place, it’s an experience and their staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the owner is a perfect host. This is the place where I go for fine dining and I get the cozy, warm, welcomed feeling just like “home”.
I attended a Christmas party at Arnettes Chop Shop on Saturday. It was my first time dining there. Ambiance was fantastic. Cool architectural designs with huge wooden doors, leather furniture, interesting lighting and a cool, open air upstairs lounge. The food was excellent. We had a fabulous shrimp cocktail (huge prawns), tuna tartare, roast beef tenderloin, chicken skewers, a Cajun style shrimp and grits combo, scalloped potatoes and more. Everything they served was fantastic. We had great bartenders serving drinks. I just loved the entire vibe. Now, it was a Christmas party, so it might be a little different than just going for dinner, but I would absolutely go back and recommend it highly. It was that good. A winner.
It was a really nice, expensive place. The restaurant appeared very nice and the customer service was good. The thing that bugged me was my meal was a ribeye, salad, potato, dessert and coffee, and the meat appeared dry, it was served without butter or anything on top, it had very little flavor. We had to spend $3 extra for their special butter flavoring that greatly improved the taste that should have already been there on a $60 ribeye. The meal was good otherwise, not sure if Im going back.
Hard to believe these ratings as a steak house, had the $80 22oz cowboy ribeye, “very, very average”, wife had the smaller ribeye also very average. Better steaks can be had at a number of other places. Service very good, atmosphere very good, just when you spend $285 for 4 people I would expect the steaks to up there with “Bones”
We went here for my birthday and I was really impressed. Considering this is a steakhouse with so much competition here in Atlanta, this is really hard to do. The service was outstanding - very attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The food was exquisite. I ordered a filet with crab which was prepared perfectly. The wine and spirits list is expansive. We will definitely be back.
Recently my wife and I dined at this great new restaurant. The food was delicious. We had great service from start to finish. Our waiter helped us order the right steak and made sure it was cooked to our satisfaction. Chef Stevens barrel aged Worcestershire sauce was fantastic. Loved the Baked Alaska for dessert. After dinner drinks in the upstairs bar was a great way to cap off the evening and the artwork by Carrie Penley is magnificent.
This was an exceptional dining experience. Our server Casey was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about every item on the menu and provided next level service from start to finish. I highly recommend the lobster spaghetti. The rest of our party had steaks, and they all enjoyed them very much.
Best meal and best service I have ever had in Atlanta. Our waiter, Tom, was next level with his service. He was super attentive, personable and knowledgeable. The food was incredible from the bread basket to the last bite of dessert. We had a work group and sat at the tables that overlook the kitchen and it was perfect. Thank you- we will be back!
Beautiful ambience, friendly knowledgeable servers, and amazing food. I get the spinellis steak (thank you to our server for the great recommendation) with chimmichuri sauce. The corn and dauphinoise potatoes are my favorite sides on the menu. Best steakhouse in Atlanta.
I absolutely LOVED this place, steak was divine, drinks, phenomenal I will definitely be back. This place is a gem it’s away from buckhead but still has the city vibe. The view from the bar/ patio is beautiful super clean , the decor is unique. Arnettes is now top on my list for the best margarita
Dinner was PHENOMENAL!! Our server was awesome; she definitely enhanced our dining experience with her personality and menu knowledge. Great job Brittany! We had the painted hills cowboy ribeye and rack of lamb... both were seasoned well and cooked to perfection. My husband and I loved the mushrooms we ordered (Hen of The Woods). Overall.... food was A+, service A+, ambiance A+... definitely will return.
Decent food - horrible service from hostess and bartender - told 45 minute wait for upstairs outside but we could sit at the bar - we sat at the bar, upstairs outside, right next to the 5 empty tables that stayed empty the entire dinner…45 minute wait? Then get served by a bartender with an attitudeGood job to chef but no thanks!
We dined at Arnette’s tonight and had a weird experience. My steak did not come to the table with my husband’s chicken entree. When it did come, it was not okay and the management did a wonderful job of making everything right. We have dined here several times and love the ambiance. Even though tonight was far from perfect, we will be back again. (Our waitress Tiffany was lovely and very appropriate.)
Went with my wife. We love all of the restaurants Michael and Stephen do. This one has the most thought and care for aesthetic if any restaurant in Atlanta. While admiring the decor we ordered cocktails and were very impressed. The food unsurprisingly was amazing. I highly recommend for food lovers and people wanting a night out somewhere special.
The ambiance and wine list at Arnettes is great. The service isnt bad. What bothers me is that if you are going to charge premium for food then it should be made correctly. My asparagus was a $3 upcharge but it was missing the bacon and brought later. Both my friend and I ordered burgers to go for our husbands and both were way too pink despite being ordered as well done and medium well. They couldnt eat it. We dont mind paying if its done right but dont like being ripped off. Thanks.
Plentiful! Delicious! Local! Oh, Yes! Thank you for providing fine dining to our kitchen table! During a time when restaurant-going is so far and few (covid), we couldn’t be more grateful to Arnette’s Chop Shop!Wish there were more sides to choose from. Also, if you’re getting takeout be sure to confirm your steak is cooked as they offer a commissary menu. We learned the hard way.
I came in with friends and had no reservation. We sat at the bar upstairs and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Javier and Lindsey were exceptional and made our evening. Javiers knowledge of wine and bourbon was evident. Also, he was extremely patient every time one of my friends would change their mind on choice of drink. He made sure our glasses were never empty with a smile. Menu was varied and complementary. Only wish they had more dessert options.
Overall, I think it is a good restaurant that will become great. They are still operating as a new restaurant which is why I cant give a full 5 stars. My husband and I typically order ONE bottle of wine that lasts us from start to finish with dinner. The service was so slow that we ended up finishing 2 bottles of wine from start to finish. However, our server herself was really nice and checked in often - when I say service .. I mean that it took forever to prepare the food. Now for the food ...*Bread Service: the bread is GOOD... but I have NEVER been to a restaurant where I am about to drop $60/steak where I had to pay for bread. They charge for bread service here and I think that is a bit ridiculous.*Main course: we were content with the flavor of our steaks. However, once I got my steak, I could tell it had been ready for a while. It wasnt very warm. My husband ordered a steak medium rare and they brought it out well-done. They took the steak back for a 2nd try and still failed, well-done again. He opted to eat the steak because he was tired of waiting. They did end up taking the cost of his steak off of the bill so I cannot complain too much I suppose.*Sides: we had the bacon & corn and the mushrooms. Both were very good. no complaints.*Dessert: We got the chocolate dessert with ice cream and it was NOT good. Do not waste your money on that dessert.Ambiance:Love the ambiance!! It was a little loud inside but that did not bother me and I could still hear my husband from across the table. The upstairs has an outdoor rooftop bar that is super cute.We will definitely be back, but will wait a bit until they have their kinks worked out.
Very disappointed in the service from the manager and the waiter. The waiter came after me while I was leaving because I didnt tip him on my receipt. My friends tipped on my behalf since the restaurant was unable to split the bill by what we ordered individually (it was only 3 of us). Because they was unable to split the bill I was left to pay for both of my friends bills. Also, my friends tipped 20% on the entire bill, so the waiter pointing out that I did not tip is extremely rude and greedy. Even if I really didnt tip, why did the waiter feel entitled to come after me while I was outside the restaurant?? I called the restaurant twice to inform them on the situation. I was told they would call back and never did. Seems like this place only cares about money.
I loved everything about this place, but a steak place wont be in my regular rotation. The porch is lovely. The service impeccable. My filet was cooked just right and very tender. The bartender made me an amazing drink at the bar(should have gotten the recipe). Great wine selection. Attentive but not intrusive. Lots of thumbs up
All style, no substance. We sat upstairs but we werent thrilled with the seating layout as it felt very crammed. You are practically elbow-to-elbow with the party next to you and can hear almost every word of their conversation. The service started out great and then went downhill throughout the meal. Hardly saw our server. The steaks were good, but hardly outstanding, given the prices. The sides were excellent, brussel sprouts and whipped potatoes, easily the best part of the meal & the experience. We may have considered getting dessert but we were so disappointed with the service that we opted to forego.Maybe they just had an off night. We may give it another try in a few months.
I did not have the greatest experience here tonight. I understand it’s the first opening week and there are kinks that need to be worked out. However, regardless, we’re paying 40+ dollars and even up to 140+ dollars for a tomahawk steak, I expect to have excellent service. We waited almost 2 hours to be served our entrees and I would rate the food 3.5/5. One of the steaks was not cooked to our preference. The whole time no one came by to ask how we were doing or any explanation of why the food was taking so long. I’ve been to restaurants on their soft openings and the service has been impeccable, so this experience was less than outstanding. Not to mention, you have to pay for bread service?! Like I said, the food was only better than average (I’ve had better home cooked food), but I probably won’t come here again. For a $600 check, I’d rather go to bones or even Kevin rathbuns.
My wife and I were talking about where we would like to go for our next anniversary, and Arnettes was on the top of our list, because the food and service was very good when we ate there. The pork belly, shrimp cocktail, and filet were all exceptional, and I tried the beef tartar, and it just wasnt for me. Overall this is a great restaurant for parties, special occasions, and when you are just craving some fantastic steak and chops.
Sooo it was date nite & Arnette’s was EVERYTHING! Our beautiful server MaryBeth was awesome. From her welcoming personality, her recommendations left us speechless. We laughed w/ her & she felt like family. The food was A1! I’m not a huge beef eater so I nibbled a piece of his 16oz Ribeye we had brussel sprouts (amazing) brocollini & dauphionese(prob speller this wring) but it’s French style scalloped potatoes that were to die for‼️ Martini was top shelf as was his drink & shot! To top it off the Manager/Owner not really certain who he was gave us his card & welcomes us to contact him if we had any future reservation requests. The experience was superb! Let me not forget to mention the outdoor seating & social distancing. We will definite back! Go to Arnette’s!
The wife and I didnt feel like drinking that evening so our bill wasnt insane. I suppose thats the only explanation of why we were completely ignored our entire meal by our server. The only person who was attentive was the busboy/water boy. We paid him the tip - not the hipster waiter who ignored us for 90 minutes. We wont be back. Go to Hals. Its much better food and much better service.
Pretty cool new place in Brookhaven. The physical restaurant is really nice and the upstairs bar is really fun and a cool spot to eat or grab a drink.Unfortunately, the prices for many items on the menu are very high and, in my opinion, very overpriced. The food was great, as was the service, but the prices will keep me from coming back most likely. There are other steakhouses in the Atlanta area that are as good at a lower price. If you are looking for one of the hippest new restaurants in town though, you will like Arnettes.
Dining at Arnette’s Chop Shop truly was a great treat. This was one of the best meals of my life. The ambiance, the food, and the service were all on point. They didn’t miss a beat all night. The restaurant was full on a Thursday night and my water was never empty. The 22oz Ribeye and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. All the sides, drinks and salads were perfect as well. Great job! I can’t wait to return!
Best filet Ive had in Atlanta. My hubby took me here for Valentines day...the ambience was very romantic, the wait staff was very attentive & knowledgeable. We did the 3 course menu that came with a bottle of wine! The 10oz.filet was perfectly seasoned, seared & seasoned.
Wonderful service. Excellent food. Terrific atmosphere. We have been twice in a short period of time, taking family and guests. Another great restaurant in the Brookhaven area. Michael has hit a home run with Arnettes Chop Shop. Loved the steak. Had the hamburger on the next visit and it was absolutely delicious. Oysters were a hit with my wife.
We had an incredible dining experience! Tom really made the night - he was not only professional, his service was spectacular, he was funny and made our dinner fun. Tom’s recommendation for the grilled shrimp was on point and the burrata ravioli was transcendent. Highly recommend!
We dined here last night to celebrate a friend’s promotion and could not have had a better time! Everything was well-thought out and executed to perfection. After drinks upstairs we dined on the patio below and our waiter, Tom was top-notch. He was patient, informative and attentive in the best way possible for our leisurely celebration. We will be back but only if Tom is working! The drinks and dinner were excellent, too!
We had the oysters and the bacon as appetizers and both were delicious. We both had the spinelis as our main course and it was perfection. We were slightly disappointed in the brussel sprouts but our waiter replaced them with our choice of another side. The sundae from dessert capped off a wonderful meal and evening. We will be back!
Absolutely great food and wonderful service! Such a great atmosphere. The only problem I would would have is with the main woman that greeted us when we came in. She was very rude and not friendly at all. She even yelled at the girl who seated us. Other than that, wonderful service and staff. Please address attention to the woman at the main desk, Arnettes. The first people greeting your guest and clients set the mood for the entire evening.
I dined here one sunday with my mom. the restaurant is hidden off of Applevalley in Brookhaven & theres plenty of parking available. theres also valet if you want to valet. the ambiance of the restaurant is very nice and romantic. the upstairs bar is beautiful and theres a really nice patio. they had live music the night we were there, and it was really good. we ordered drinks to being with - my mom a chocolate martini and i ordered a glass of cabernet. both good. we ordered filets for dinner & a side of mushrooms/onions & mashed potatoes. the steak was okay, but kind of bland. the mushrooms & onions were decent but overwhelming amount of mushrooms and not too many onions. the mashed potatoes werent anything to write home about. i think for the price there are better steakhouses in Atlanta. i think the food is decent but not as good as other steakhouses in the area. great ambiance though!
We tried Arnettes for the first time Thursday evening. First of all, it is a beautiful restaurant with a great feel. There is a big upstairs porch attached to the bar. You can sit at the bar inside or out. The art is amazing but its really about the food and service. I had a filet and a chopped salad. Both were definitely worth a trip back to experience them again. There was a healthy crowd that night but the service was still spot on. My husband and I knew off the bat that this is a restaurant we will frequent as often as we can.
Elegant and cozy with a variety of settings upstairs, downstairs, and outside. Ready for group dining, dinner with parents, date night, or counting on seeing people you know there.Great music on Sunday in the bar, with Bluegrass instruments playing Pop favorites.Barrel aged cocktails and excellent wine list. From Snapper to a filet, they know how to prepare it.
My office recently had the pleasure of having Arnettes Chop Shop host our annual holiday luncheon. This restaurant is a hidden GEM. From the decor to the service provided us, everything was top of the line. The bar area upstairs has a really cool, modern vibe (the art is amazing!). The bartenders were knowledgeable and very accommodating. Downstairs was warm and inviting. The owner, Michel Arnette and executive chef Stephen Herman introduced themselves to our group. Michel shared with us his concept for Arnettes, and Stephen gave insight to their steak and how only the best Prime beef is selected. Our server, Tiffany was super sweet and attentive. The sides we chose were to die for; brussel sprouts with smoked bacon, carrots, potato puree, and mushrooms with onions. My grilled red snapper was cooked to perfection and my coworkers whod gotten steak, raved about the flavor. This restaurant has something for everyone (vegans as well). I highly recommend Arnettes C/S and cant wait to come back, next time for date night with hubby!
We love eating out. Last night we arrived in this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful experience there with great cooking and an efficient crew and a great cook. We put this restaurant in our list and we shall certainly visit again very soon. We highly recommend.
Such a wonderful place!! I just got married and my husband and I celebrated with an awesome dinner here! The ENTIRE staff was amazing!! Really made the night memorible. The food and drink - suburb!! Our server, Dane was the best!! He took care of us and I know well dine with him again. Go here!!
I went there with my wife on 7/3. Sat at the bar and had drinks, apps and dinner. Staff was excellent. Very attentive. 10oz filet was great. Wagyu ribs appetizer was great. Drinks were great. I had their blood orange margarita. Well be back. And the deck off of the bar is going to be fantastic once it cools down a bit.
Went there with wife and baby about a month after it opened. They’ve worked out any of the early kinks I read about. Service was excellent and waiter provided great tastings to try for wine pairing. Arrived right at 5 and we had dining room to ourselves on a thurs night. Split the cowboy ribeye, wedge salad, grilled oysters, and sides of mushrooms and potatoes. Steak was cooked perfectly and it was delicious. Ordered desserts to go and they were the only trying that could use some improvement. The interior design is very impressive as are details like cut crystal for water glasses. The upstairs bar was packed when we left and we are looking forward to trying that next time.
I had a wonderful dinner here. I had both seafood and steak as well as vegetables. The atmosphere was peaceful and the waiter had a profound knowledge of both food and wine. My steak was a 90 day aged ribeye bone in called the cowgirl. Please get if this is available and you like aged meat. It was nutty, a little funky and probably one of the best steaks Ive had out of the 5 or so top steak houses we have here in Atlanta. My only criticism would be the Alaskan King crab. It was very good, but you could tell the ratio of gas, oxygen, and burn needs to be adjusted...ie more of that blue flame instead of golden. This is just an inference. I would highly recommend this place.
Love this place. Very friendly, superior service and they have a dress code! They have a right to have a dress code. They have a right not to let anyone in who will not abide by their dress code. Food is fantastic, vibe is fun, chic and with class. The dude below KIKBOI writes i was turn away because they prefer i eat in a 3 pcs suite. Dude if you cannot speak or write any better than this, you need to spend the money on more schooling. What is a 3 pcs suite? Oh wait, I bet you meant three piece suit. I dont think anyone would take fashion or grammar advice from the likes of you! A dress code shows a respect to other people dining and to the establishment to which you are planning on dining. Follow the rules and I bet they would welcome you. Dont follow the rules and get turned away.
Just in case one has seen any previous comments on any other establishments, I tend to judge a dining experience how the vodka martini is presented (I really learned that from my parents). Having dined here several times, I have not been disappointed- terrific service and delicious food(and presentation)!! A beautifully designed space AND the chefs and staff to make it work.
Ive had two separate meals this week at Arnettes. One with family from out of town and one with coworkers. Both meals were great and the service was incredible. Mike, Tom, Dane and Javy went out of there way to make sure both dinners went flawless. Thanks again for such a fantastic night. Such a great addition to the neighborhood.Anthony
We met up with another couple. We got there early so decided to grab a drink at the bar while we waited. Loved the atmosphere, loved the bar and lounge area. Our table was downstairs in a room with just 4 other tables. It was quiet (except for us). Server was nice, explained the menu and was on top of things. Food was great! We ordered 6oz filet, cowbye ribeye, ravioli, and scallops. Our friend said the scallops were awesome. We all ordered dessert. The souffle was amazing. I will say the service slowed a bit after ordering as the tables filled (1 server to 5 tables). I dont expect to be in and out at a upscale restaurant as its a rare night away from kids so we were fine with it. Before we left, we peeked into the main dining room area and it was vibrant and open. Were glad to have a great new dining option in Brookhaven!
EXTREMELY busy being that it was Saturday night and a new restaurant. The server was very attentive but did have to be reminded about one of my cocktail orders towards the end of the meal.Drinks were delicious but the bar menu was very run-of-the-mill. Need a mixologist to give them the bar menu they deserve. The food was cooked perfectly to order and high quality. One exception was the fries that could have used a minute more in the fryer. Wagyu Beef Ribs appetizer and Chop Shop Burger were highlights for me.
My boyfriend and I visited Arnette’s this weekend and were blown away by the wonderful service, sleek atmosphere, and spectacular food. We sat on the upper level which was very stylish with a perfect balance of classy and comfortable. We had a fabulous experience and can’t wait to go again!
I have been crushing top tier cuts for years, and walked away from Annettes feeling like I got swindled by the hype. The waiter reeked of self importance. It seemed like our table was an obligation that didnt deserve his attention. The drinks reached for a crafty feel, but fell flat. The food (including the steak) was worst in class for the Buckhead price point. All around do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This place is Amazing, absolutely top of the line cuisine. My server named Casey Murphy should be requested by name. It was like she could read my mind with everything and timing was impeccable. Me and my date had a very great experience there and can’t wait to do it again. Thanks guys!
Tasty food, good prices, excellent wine menu, good vibes, and wonderful customer service. To elaborate on the customer service, we had an 8:30 reservation which we were on time for. However, the gentleman working the check-in desk was honest about our table status, provided us an option of sitting outside and also gave us two free glass of wine for our wait.Anyway, as someone who lives in Buckhead, I now have a reason to visit Brookhaven.
Me and my wife ate at arnettes this past saturday and it was perfect. the man that greeted us ( i hate i didnt get his name) was so warm and inviting. we had plans for after dinner so we arrived about 15 minutes before they opened and he invited us in early, welcomed us and took great care of us. food was incredible. our server was fantastic and the rooftop bar was as great as advertised.
My husband and I made reservations to try Arnettes Chop Shop on Valentines Day for dinner. Our servers Francis, and JC were fantastic, and Stephanie was also very helpful. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend Arnettes Chop Shop to anyone looking for great food, and amazing customer service.
One of the best patios in the area - good fun spot. Just realize that if you order a side of béarnaise sauce with your steak, it is only a half ounce for THREE DOLLARS. That’s $6/ounce or $96 per pound. I gladly paid +/- $60 for the steak but at least sell me a reasonable portion of sauce!
Fantastic food and service, met the owner Michael; what a kind delightful guy. The fish dish was terrific, and the wagyu steak exceeded expectations. This is one of the top steak places in Brookhaven hands down. White tablecloth environment, exceptional service from the owner down to the valet and delicious food make for a great environment.
My family and I went to Arnettes Chop Shop last night, and boy were we impressed on every level. The décor (both inside and outside) is incredibly attractive, easily the most attractive steakhouse out of the new age Atlanta steakhouses.Service:Scott and Tom took care of our table. Both of them were incredibly friendly and professional. The General Manager, another Scott was very attentive and kind to us.This was first class service in a new age restaurant.Appetizers:Must get their oysters (come with a beautiful medley of cucumber ice, mignonette, cocktail sauce and what appeared to be homemade hot sauce). Super fresh.Shrimp de Jonghe - fabulous dish, get the bread service just so you can dip the bread in this shrimp de jonghe broth.Bacon - very unique, almost an Asian flavor to it. Its very thick like pork belly but there no way not to like this dish.Wedge Salad - looked great, but I didnt try itSteaks:Steaks are SLIGHTLY thinner than other steakhouses in Atlanta (which I actually LIKED!). Unlike other steakhouses, these steaks arent doused in stale butter and they are reasonable sizes with a solid selection (I had the Spinalis which was a unique texture).I would recommend the strip or the Spinalis if you are in the mood for a more adventurous steak.Sides:MUST TRY - Roasted corn with bacon (this is on another level)The English Pea succotash was just ok (good, definitely not great)French Fries were wonderful (tasted like a homemade ketchup)Different try the twice baked potato, but the sour cream on the side of it looked enticing. All in all, a fabulous experience and Im excited to go back to this Brookhaven neighborhood gem.
Wow, we visited Arnettes last week and was blown away by the outstanding food, exceptional service and amazing atmosphere. Hands down, the best steak in Atlanta! If you want to impress your spouse, client or friends make Arnettes Chop Shop your go to restaurant. The experience will not leave you disappointed.
Big disappointment. First question is why do you need a valet service for the restaurant that is located in the backstreet with plenty of parking spaces available? Nevertheless there is a mandatory valet. Secondly, the noise level in the dining room is comparable to the grand central main arrival hall. Noise dumpering device could be helpful and it doesn’t cost that much comparing to the cost of some steaks on the menu. Other surprises are minor, such as serving beer - leaving the tin cans on the table looks so cheap for the restaurant that is positioning itself on the fancy side. Steak is of the temperature of a six hours fresh cadaver and medium instead of ordered medium rare, plus somewhat in a chewy side. Cherry on a top is the view - some delapidated mechanical shop and back side of the printing company. Really, for that price? :(
Went there on opening night (a Friday) on a whim and had no problem getting a table upstairs. Ordered the Cowboy Ribeye and it was served to perfection with a side of the Dauphinoise. Loved it so much that I came back the following Tuesday and enjoyed a dry aged KC Strip up on the outdoor patio bar. Never had a problem with service times, the wait staff were always attentive and knowledgeable, and *finally* theres a steakhouse that isnt mashed into the corner of a mixed use complex - I can park 15 feet from the entrance with no challenge! It was super busy Friday and relatively empty on Tuesday, but either day I did not notice anyone being stiffed with service. I wont challenge the current string of 1 star reviews, but to me and the people around me I noticed, everyone seemed to have a good time. I will gladly return here and shovel meat into my face with reckless abandon, but I do have one suggestion that might make me move in next door - offer a weekend brunch!
Visiting Atlanta to see the Braves and Cubs play. Wanting a good place to eat, googled best places to eat in Buckhead and found Arnette’s Chop Shop. They good is amazing! We started with the pork belly “Bacon,” it was so good I dipped my bread in the glaze. Then I received my salad “little Gem” which is a Cesar salad. The dressing and greens were perfectly balanced and had the best taste. My husband got the fillet Ribeye and I got the lobster spaghetti. Melt in your mouth!!!! Great great place!!!!
I had the pleasure of being served by Camron. He was attentive and gave great suggestions. The food was spectacular and the wait wasn’t long. The ambience was sophisticated and the wine was amazing. The experience was perfection and Camron was one of the best waiters i have ever had
I found Arnettes Chop Shop to be a top notch steakhouse in an unassuming location. The ambiance, wine, service and food are ALL stellar! The filet was absolutely beyond delicious and the side dish, Dauphinoise, was so rich and flavorful. Definitely one of my FAVS! From the hostess to our servers - everyone was not only super welcoming but were very efficient. I was most impressed by our servers attentiveness to detail when describing items on the menu. Our overall experience was PERFECTION!!! I would definetely recommend Arnettes Chop Shop!
Upon arrival the friendly host opened the large wooden door and welcomed us in. I was overwhelmed with the decadent decor, custom woodwork and stunning attention to even the smallest detail. The waiter was Ellis- delightful and attentive. The food was among the best I’ve had- and coming from a world- traveling foodie, this says a lot! Crab legs, brussels, ribeye, keylime cheesecake- everything was top-notch! We will definitely be back.
I have visited the Chop Shop several times - family dinner, drinks after work, date night, etc. Food and drinks were excellent. Im a ribeye guy and this place did not disappoint. My wife is a filet mignon girl and she was very happy. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall, Ive had nothing but great experiences. So glad we have an upscale steakhouse in Brookhaven now!
My wife and I dined here tonight for the first (of what will likely be many) times. Fantastic food, outstanding service and wonderful ambiance. Mr. Arnette came around and we had a very pleasant chat with him. Overall we are very impressed and highly recommend Arnette’s Chop Shop to anyone looking for a memorable meal and night out!!
I have eaten at all of the other restaurants in this group, Haven, Valenza, and Vero with consistently great results. I tried the chophouse last night with with a wonderful outcome. Service was fast and attentive without being overbearing. I had the cap steak which was delicious. My wifes filet was outstanding. The only minor criticism is that the salad could have been a bit more dressed.
Michel Arnette knocks it out of the park again! The decor is stunning. The wine list will satisfy anyone from the undemanding to the afficianado. My wedge salad was plentiful and the dressing was fantastic. The filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I finished with the coconut cake and coffee and realized that I no longer have to drive to Buckhead to have a high end steak house experience.I highly recommend trying this restaurant.
From the time we entered this amazing upscale restaurant and bar, we were thoroughly impressed! The ambiance, customer service, and food quality is impeccable! Be sure to ascend the cool stairway (which represents traveling through the colossal archway of ribs) to enter the hip rooftop bar with amazing artwork of classic rock n roll musicians. The filet mignon was so tender, we didnt even need a steak knife. They have local craft beer, cocktails, and an extensive wine list. What a treasure off the beaten path in Brookhaven! Its apparent that the owners have taken great pride and thought into every detail of this amazing place. Its perfect for family gatherings, business meetings, romantic evenings, birthdays, social meetups, etc...They have it all covered! After youve been there, you will realize this is a bucket list but you will keep coming back for more!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Arnettes and chatting with the purveyor, Michael. There were several delicious east and west coast oyster selections, including our favorite Kumamotos. The Spinalis and Wagyu Zabuton could not have been cooked more perfectly. Lovely wine choices as well. Well certainly be back.
Tom. Just ask for Tom. He’ll make your night great. Also, the foods pretty good. The mushrooms were mighty nice. One more thing...it’s your birthday. Or one of your friend’s birthdays. Whatever you have to say to get the chocolate torte that’s only reserved for birthdays. So, happy birthday and say thank you to Tom. He’s the best. Thanks, Tom.
Mr Arnette has done it again. He has opened another awesome restuarant. Arnette’s Chop Shop is offering Brookhaven a well deserved high end steak restuarant. While sophisticated, it keeps that local feel that makes you comfortable. It feels like a great chef came to your house, but then you don’t have to clean up. And they offer a unique small filet for the ladies. Give it a try. I highly recommend it.

2022-02-06My BFF and I have been on a recent hunt for the best steakhouses in Atlanta and OTP. Arnettes might be our most favorite to date. Reservations are needed, especially on the weekend. Everything we had was amazing! Steak cooked perfect. We had to try the spinalis, as its not offered at many places. It was worth every penny! The bread service was good, the bacon appetizer was drool worthy, all the sides were good, especially the creamed corn. Lastly we topped the night off with key lime tart and cappuccino. All so good! Our waitress made the experience even better. We will be back!

2022-04-25If this rating was about the food only, it would be 5+ stars. However, for the overall experience I have to give it 4 stars. I was disappointed my waiter didn’t share the features. I coincidentally knew of them because friends went the previous night and told me I must have the crab cake (which was amazing). It wouldn’t have been an issue had I not noticed he shared the features with others…I was also upset that my leftover steak was not packed in my to-go bag :-(Nonetheless, the ribeye, red snapper, Brussels sprouts, braised greens, fries, creme brûlée and cheesecake — I would eat it all over again

2022-06-03As a medium-rare steak eater, sometimes restaurants cant seem to get it right. Thats absolutely not the case with Arnettes. I needed a relatively quick bite before heading to a social function and Arnettes didnt disappoint. The steak was perfection. I had the brussel sprouts as my side and honestly I could have easily split it with some else. Everything was great from the food to the ambiance to the expedient and friendly valet service. 5/5: Would eat here again.

2022-05-25Celebrated my 45th birthday with a few friends last night and we had a fantastic and delicious meal. All of Arnettes staff is great from the car valet to the waiter and everything in between. The bar service and the restaurant have such a chill vibe. Its really a perfect place to celebrate any occasion.

2022-07-07WOW!! A few friends and I celebrated my wife’s birthday at Arnette’s and it was amazing. The staff including the manager Lane was more than accommodating when it came to seating. We were not satisfied with our initial seats, so we asked to be moved. They gave us 3 options to choose from. That was huge as we wanted to ensure all of our guests were going to be comfortable. The service was GREAT! The food was AMAZING! Will definitely recommend, and of course we will be back!!!

2021-12-31Atlanta has so many hidden places and this is one of them. We came here for an end of the Christmas dinner and the food was just amazing. The customer service was always very appreciated. I did not take any picture of my steak but it was amazing.Cheers,BN

2022-02-09It’s been so many years since I last visited a restaurant. This time was so special so I was searching to take my family out for a dinner. Arnette has some reviews which makes me felt so reluctant and made me thought through for a while. Then I decided to choose the place anyways. Booked/made my reservation and we visited the place today February 8th 2022. This review is purely base on my and family’s experience we had at Arnette. From the Bailey parking, to reception, managers, waiters and waitresses were all soooo welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and they know their job to the core.I can write a book about our experience but let me make it short. Arnettes is one of the best, cleanest, best delicious food, and friendly atmospheric restaurant I’ve ever visited. We loved it and we will definitely visits again and again. I am just a happy satisfied customer of Arnette. We thank everyone for your service today and we really appreciate you.

2021-09-24This restaurant offers a great atmosphere and note worthy cocktails!! I had the the lobster spaghetti for my entree. It had a great amount of lobster and I totally finished the whole plate. 🤦🏾♀️ Because, everything was so tasty I had to try dessert. Let’s just say… I will definitely visit again!

2022-01-23Thoroughly enjoyed myself tonight. The food was delicious and I my waiter ( James) was amazing. I will definitely be back.
