I was in pain on my first visit to Arrowhead Clinic in Brunswick, Ga. I had been in a wreck and my lower back was hurting so bad, sitting down comfortably was something I couldnt do. I would switch from sitting position to standing position trying to get comfortable. Mrs Cynthia and Mrs Courtney were so friendly and professional. They treated us (which included my son and best friend) like we were part of their family. They would go above and beyond to make us feel welcome during all our visit. What can I say about Dr Jerome? The first time I saw him, I thought to myself this cannot be the Doctor, but he was. He came over and introduce himself to me, after his first gesture of hand shake I was impressed with this young Doctor. My lower back thanks Dr Jerome, I feel like a new person. Yes! Dr Jerome did pulled, mashed, popped, cracked, twisted, snapped, and reset areas on my body, but the outcome was worth it. Arrowhead Clinic in Brunswick Ga get a score of 5 stars in my book. Thank yall Mrs. Cynthia, Mrs. Courtney and Dr Jerome...P.S. Dr Jerome I mentioned you last because you and my son were always telling jokes that I drooled when it was hair grease...lol...Yall take care and may GOD Bless yall forever
I had a wonderful experience. Staff was amazing and very encouraging. Hardworking ,understanding and very knowledgeable in their field. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cole and her staff for your Chiropractor needs.
Lovely ladies who greets you with a smile every time you walk through the door. Mrs. Cindy makes sure your comfortable at all times. Also we have Dr. White who hands works miracles. When she massages & cracks my back it gives me so much relieve. Come see these ladies you wont be disappointed

Arrowhead Clinic in Brunswick, GA is a great place to go for therapy services. Dr. Cole and Mrs. Cindy are the best and extremely professional. They make you feel right at home every visit. They make it easy to do business with them. I would definitely refer anyone to this clinic that needs therapy or chiropractic services.
Ive come to this office twice now and both times have been an excellent experience. They are all sympathetic, comforting and reassuring to my situation. I was grateful to find Dr Jerome here in Brunswick. Ive seen a few chiropractors in the past, however, none have had the touch of healing hands like Dr Jerome. His bedside manner is appropriate, professional, and comforting. His staff is great and they have fit me in when I did not have an appointment in a very timely manner. I have taken his nutritional advice and am grateful to have it. I highly recommend Dr Jerome for his expertise, knowledge of pressure points, and his capable hands which all have given me relief from great pain.
My experience at Arrowhead was excellent. The ladies were always friendly, helpful and very caring. I loved going because my back and neck were really hurting and I got the help that I needed there. Dr. Jerome is awesome! I have been to a few chiropractors but they were not as thorough nor as informative as Dr. Jerome. He went over my X-rays with me and let me know exactly what my treatment was going to be. This is the place to go to for all your chiropractic needs. Thank you guys so much for all that you do.
Dr. Cole, its and Assistant they are wonderful. Im going to miss her a lot because her therapies are excellent and her attention is the best. It makes me feel very comfortable and safe and relieves my pain.
Arrowhead is wonderful.... Mrs. Cindy and Courtney are great as well.... I do miss Dr. Jerome he was very easy on the eyes but Dr. White is just as good if not better... SO IF U GET IN AN ACCIDENT U SHOULD DEFINITELY GO TO ARROWHEAD!!!!
Staff is always the best part of my visit. I will miss the Dr they used to have, however, the new Dr. was professional, experienced, and kind. I felt so much relief after my visit! I will be coming back for the loving care I always receive here.

Dr. Cole & Mrs. Cindy will quickly become family. You will walk in the office limping in pain and walk out with a no limp and a big ol’ smile on your face. For extensive injuries, it takes a few visits, but it really does help. Just need an adjustment? Dr. Cole is the girl to see. Highly recommended.

2022-04-08I went to Arrowhead Clinic after an automobile accident. And from day 1 the Physicians and staff made me feel welcomed. Alot of the time you go to these places and your just a number. But Arrowhead has a family environment and the staff always treat you like family. I would recommend anyone in need of a chiropractor, to go to Arrowhead.

2021-07-12Absolutely love coming to see Dr. Cole and the staff. Everyone is so nice and make you feel like you are cared for. Dr. Cole is the first chiropractor I have ever been to and she has done wonders for my headaches. I used to get headaches at least three times a week but after seeing Dr. Cole for the past month my headaches have been reduced to maybe once a week. I went in for an appointment one day with a headache and got instant relief that day and I couldn’t have been happier! I definitely recommend Dr. Cole and Arrowhead Chiropractic.

2019-11-13This is THE BEST chiropractor, in Brunswick GA I have ever been to. Dr. Cole is everything and more. My body has never felt more relaxed than these past few months. The front desk is phenomenal, very warming and welcoming, they’re always nice and are extremely friendly. They ALL deserve a raise in my opinion. I love this place and I will always come back if need be but for now, I will miss Arrowhead Clinic.
