From the moment I walked in, until I left I was treated like a queen. These people made me feel cared for and like I was their only patient. I highly recommend them, especially for people who have dentist anxiety. Dee made my first time back to a dentist pleasant and comfortable.
The office is clean and the staff is very nice.On my second visit, which was a six month cleaning. My appointment was at 10:30, but they called me that morning while I was preparing breakfast and asked if Id come at 9:30 because theyd had a cancellation. I arrived at 9:15, but wasnt seen until 10. Not the end of the world but 9:30 was inconvenient for me, but I agreed to it anyway as a courtesy. I was dissapointed to wait.Im used to having a cavitron type cleaning and was a but dissapointed to have only some light hand scaling and polishing/ flossing..... more like a childs cleaning.Again, everyone is very nice and everything is clean.
I had a 2 PM appointment today. I arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately summoned to come to the accounting area about payment for my denture. No problem with that but because of my doing this I was skipped and ended up waiting until 4:16 PM to get my dentures which took a whole 8 minutes to do. It should have been that Aspen honor my appointment time then finalize my insurance and payment. This is not the first time I have waited extraordinarily long times. My last visit they need to return my denture to me after a fitting I waited 1 hr. and 15 minutes. I got up to ask what was taking so long? The response to me was OH! heres your dentures theyve been here for the past hour. No apology for waiting nothing. It will hard for me to continue to use this dental service in the future with the lack of service I have received.Returned 4/5/22 to experience the same bad service, I arrived for a 10:30 AM appointment and was not waited on until 12:41 PM my procedure took all of 20 minutes. This is becoming too much of a habit.
Had a great experience with Aspen Dental in Blue Ridge. I couldnt schedule a quick appointment to fix a crown, but I went to the office on standby and they fit me in. They scheduled me for my regular cleaning and x-rays and did a great job with making the process comfortable. They went over all the costs and insurance stuff, and I didnt pay for anything I didnt need. I would highly recommend Aspen.
I was very nervous about going to a clinic but this was an amazing experience. They have a WONDERFUL staff. Everyone was kind and absolutely knew what they were doing. They explain everything as they are doing it which is very helpful especially when you are nervous. Their equipment is state of the art and it is amazing! Dr. Thompson is a tiny person and I actually thought she was just a staff person. She is so kind and helpful. No one tries to sell you anything; they are honest and friendly. I am so lucky Io have found Aspen Dental. My husband will also be changing. It is an amazing clinic and HUGE....Thank you Aspen Dental...
Amazing Service!!!! I was very impressed with Aspen from the time I spoke to someone on the phone to schedule an appointment for me and her caring so much about my well-being and advising me to try to go into the office as a walk-in. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the front in gentleman very personable, caring and kind to everyone his time-management and getting me in as quickly as possible being a walk-in in pain was impressive. The whole staff hands down were kind, friendly, caring, personable. Once getting me in, the dental assistant and doctor came to a solution rather quickly and the doc had me feeling better within minutes of advising her of the issues and the doc putting a plan into action. I honestly felt a 100% better upon leaving. I highly recommend this staff/office to everyone as they work well together and are very professional and to the point and get it done and truly care about YOU. I wish them much success and look forward to my next visit. May all there staff be blessed fully!
Everyone was so nice, especially my Dentist! She is perfect as a Dentist. I didnt feel the shot at all or experience any pain what so ever while she pulled my tooth. I like her chair side manner and she could be any nicer. And she is beautiful. She is absolutely the best Denist around this are as far as Im concerned... Thank you Aspen Dental Blue Ridge Ga...
I am completely amazed!!! Everyone in this office is very friendly and professional. I had extractions and dentures. Dr. Thompson took extra care to make sure that I was comfortable. I had dreaded the shots but she was so careful that they werent even bad. She made sure that I was completely numb before proceeding and was gentle throughout. My dentures look completely natural and were already comfortable just a few hours later. I hope I can always have my dental work done in this office with Dr. Thompson. She is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Blue Ridge to anyone needing dental work.
The staff super friendly and supportive during this time of transition can be a strange time. All of the staff super nice supportive and caring. The dentist was great in day of procedure anytime I squinted my eyes with discomfort she paused asked how i was doing. When came back for follow up appointment nurse inspected and cleaned up helped fit little better. Both the assistant from extractions and dentist asked how I was doing and if I was feeling alright. Thank all that helped me wish ibwas better at name to remember and mention them by name but as nice as staff has been I can honestly say all have been great.
Super friendly and very helpful in finding different options and discounts for me that fit in my price range. They take pride in their jobs and love helping people and it really shows in their performance. The team work skills between the staff was amazing and I felt like I was the only patient in the building !! Way to go Blueridge Aspen Dental team!! You guys have been such a blessing and I look forward to my next visit.
Will never use again. Although friendly, their tactics are less than desirable. After quoting me a price for full basic dentures on the phone and in writing, they tried to almost double the price and would not honor the original agreed upon pricing. They said they will refund the deposit. It never should have gotten to that point. You itemize a treatment plan with pricing you should honor it.
My experience at Aspen Dental Blue Ridge Georgia was amazing! I was treated like a celebrity. All the staff members worked as a team to efficiently, and skillfully attend to my care. I am 78 years old and have never enjoyed a trip to the dentist until I came to Aspen in Blue Ridge. Every aspect of my treatment was explained and the fees were affordable. I look forward to my next appointment.
I was very nervous at first to go to Aspen dental as I had some pretty big issues. The office is impeccable and beautiful. The staff is just wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable and my nervousness just melted away. They made a treatment plan out for me and everything was spelled out completely and in a way that I could understand and also in a way that I couldAfford.I would recommend them to anyone! To everyone! Very very great place to go for your dental issues.
Had the greatest dental experience ever!! Aspen dental was amazing!!! Great staff !! Very comforting in a usually uncomfortable situation. Clean atmosphere, great pricing, very informative about my issues. Have already recommended them to my friends. I am so appreciative to have found them 🤩Thank you Aspen Dental 🦷💖
My consultation visit with Aspen dental was wonderful. Everyone was really nice and helpful. My teeth are so bad, Ive lived with a lot of shame and embarrassment for years. The staff made me feel really comfortable.I spent less than five minutes in the waiting room and less than 3 minutes waiting to see the dentist. They were thorough in explaining everything that needs to be done and all my options. On top of all that, it turns out they were extremely affordable for me.
I want to express my gratitude for Anthony and Dee today. I was so impressed with Anthony at the front desk. His compassion and thoughtfulness with patients and telephone calls, made me feel welcome, and happy. Dee was a delight to have in my corner as well. I had the most pleasant experience in a dental practice, I cant say enough about these two hard working individuals. So Yay to Blue Ridge, GA Aspen Dental!!!!
Yesterday was not my first time at the Blue Ridge office, but it was the first time having a filling done by this guy. It was horrible! Since I was numb I left I didn’t realize he gave me a fat lip!!!! The assistant kept asking if everything was alright as I had apparently shown some discomfort. Little did I realize it would turn out with a fat lip. Looks like someone punched me.Don’t know this punk’s name but if you get him, he is a butcher!!!!
I called Monday due to severe pain in the left side of my jaw. They saw me that day and were able to remove the tooth that was causing all the pain. Super friendly staff and nurses. My Dr was so sweet and gentle and let me know what was going on thru the process. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!
This is one of the greatest dental offices I have been to. The office staff is very welcoming along with a very pristine office setting!!The doctor here is soooo pleasant and she put you at ease as soon as you meet her. This dentist is extremly knowledgeable and patient with any of my concerns. They also have an excellent hygienist by the name of Brandy. She is very gentle abut very precise in your care.I would give this office a 5++ rating. Do yourself a big favor and make an apt. Thanks Aspen Dental!!😉
I had to get a deep cleaning since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year due to relocation and being unemployed living on our savings during this pandemic and a fear of the dentist I was putting it off as long as possible. I had to get a deep cleaning in the past and did not know that I had periodontal disease and with my pregnancy it got worse. Luckily it was only stage 2 and mild. With this deep cleaning and regular cleanings afterwards I will be able to save the remainder of my teeth. I must say that during my prior deep cleaning it hurt a lot and I had to use anxiety meds and laughing gas. This dental practice does not have laughing gas so I was super nervous!! However the hygienist was able to use numbing gel vs shots and continuously asked if I was okay and used more gel when I needed it she was super gentle and talked to me throughout the process. She made me feel so much better and did a very thorough job even making sure she placed the antibiotics deep in my gums as gently as possible. I’ve never had such a great experience at the dentist and it made the almost two hour drive worth it. Less then a week later my jaw which had been hurting badly already feels completely better and my gums aren’t bleeding anymore. They also gave me 20 percent off and while it was still very expensive $1500 it was worth every penny to save my mouth as my jaw bone had started to become impacted. I will continue to use aspen dental for all of my dental care needs.
I recommend Aspen Dental. Nikki took the x-rays and she was pleasant and knowledgeable. Doctor Thompson excellent and the dental plan was personalized for my needs. Brandy, the hygienist, not only checked for periodontal disease but cleaned my teeth. She was friendly and passed on several tips for me to help with my dental care. Everyone was great and the experience was excellent.
Ive been to a lot of dental offices in my 64 years, and not all the visits were very pleasant. My wife and I visited the Aspen Dental office in Blue Ridge, GA a short time ago to have our teeth cleaned, and I was more than pleased with the personalized care that I received from both the hygienist, Brandy, and the assistant, Demi-rhea. Both of these ladies were very professional, while also being very personable, making me feel comfortable while undergoing what has always been a less-than-pleasant experience in the past.A truly RARE, truly painless dentist. 😁The facility appears to be brand new, all the equipment appears to be brand new, and the entire staff was very welcoming, while also being very professional.Outstanding Dentistry practice. This is my new go-to dental facility.
I have been a patient at this Aspen location (Blue Ridge) since they opened. I have been very impressed by the staff as they all go out of their way to make sure you have the best dental experience possible. The cost of the visit is explained up front and they work with you about payment options especially if you dont have dental insurance. I highly recommend this office. Thanks to the staff for going the extra mile!
I have dealt with the Blue Ridge Aspen Dental office on a few occasions. I had some fillings done a few months prior and the staff is friendly, pleasant, and courteous to your needs. Plus they have a great sense of humor! They had accidentally overcharged me for the last fillings but promptly refunded me the correct amount and apologized. Today i had an issue with my tooth that has been causing pain for the last week, i called them at 10am and they had me in by noon to mitigate the problem. I will be back for any future dental work. Thanks!
Overall I really liked Aspen Dental. Read the whole review to see why they lost a star. I recently moved to the area and needed a dentist. They were working with my insurance plan so I visited them. The office is brand new and state of the art. Everyone is super friendly and the place is spotless. Now, for the 5th star. I was first put off because they wanted me to put money down in order to schedule my first appointment. I was very uncomfortable with this. I reluctantly did it to keep the appointment, but called the next day after sleeping on it and letting it bother me. When I spoke to the administrator, she explained it to me in a way that it had not been explained originally and I felt better about it.Then, when I arrived at my appointment a few weeks later I was ushered in to a check out area where I was informed how much my bill was and asked how I would like to pay. I politely refused to pay until the procedures were completed. Glad I did, they were going to add an electric toothbrush and other items that I had not been asked about. They took me back for the x-rays and plaque scaling, then when we were finished, I was taken into the office administrators office and we had a very nice conversation that again clarified their payment policies. We took a few items off, I paid, and went out and made my next appointment for the cleaning a couple weeks later. I had originally just wanted the cleaning which my insurance covered, but wound up with a scaling process to remove plaque first and sent home with an expensive rinse to help keep bacteria from growing on the gums that had just been worked on. When I returned a few weeks later for the process that was covered by insurance ,the actual cleaning, the process was the same as the first time, they brought me into the checkout area and told me how much to pay. Again, I respectfully declined and without any issue, the cleaning took place and I was showed where to go after my procedure, during which I was given a 3.4 ounce tube of RX ColgateBooster plus toothpaste. I assumed it was a sample. I assumed incorrectly. That trial sized tube of prescription toothpaste was $33.00. At first I told them to take it off and my fluoride toothpaste at home would be fine, but after a couple people there at the desk chimed in and the guilt took effect. I reluctantly agreed to the tooth paste. That was yesterday and I still have not opened it. I am not too thrilled with my lack of determination to just say no. In closing, Aspen Dental is an excellent dentist office, but it is my opinion that they are very focused on selling products above and beyond what is necessary. I will conclude by saying that I do not disagree that those items would most likely help me, Its just that I was just looking to get my teeth cleaned.
Cant say enough good things about Aspen Dental..I broke part of a tooth off on a Wednesday night. I made an appointment on line to see a dentist at Aspen Dental. I had thought the appointment was for the next day, and when I went in for the appointment time, they said, Im sorry but your appointment is for the following month. I asked if they could fit me in sooner because I had broke a tooth and was dealing with some pain, and to my surprise, they took me in that afternoon and I walked out with a temporary crown. I couldnt have been happier with the staff and the fact that they fit me in on that day. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!!!
My appointment was to examine 2 old crowns that had come off. Although I had to wait about 15 min past my appointment time to get in, that is typical for any dentist these days. The cost of x-rays and exam was reasonable, so I was overall happy, although neither crown could be reinstalled due to condition of tooth underneath.
This is by far the best dental office I have ever visited. The service here is outstanding, the office is spotless with the most updated equipment. The hygienist Brandy and assistant Demi-rhea were just awesome very kind and knowledgeable. Its nice to feel at ease when you visit the Dentist. Wish I could give this office more than five stars.
I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and their efficiency. The dentist was very good and the procedure(replacing a filling) was virtually painless.I did not like the hard sell to get a deep cleaning. Should have discussed preventative measures to avoid gum disease instead. No need to see the office manager twice. Felt like I was buying a used car.Overall, good experience and I will return. But I will be ready to say no to more expensive procedures!
Nice new building and wonderful friendly associates.Nice new equipment 👍.Very thorough exrays.Sadly they gave me a complete report of what I needed at amazing high prices!!!They also made sure I was aware that they had financing available!! Again at a very high interest rate!!!I called my normal dentist and reported to them what was needed which is correct. I asked what they would charge me for the same procedure. It would be about $1300 less than Aspen Dental!!!!What does that tell you!!?Watch your wallet here!!I wont be returning to Aspen Dental
For most of us, dentists visits are not pleasurable experiences. From the moment of my initial call for an appointment, I knew this was going to be a different experience...The staff is committed to creating a welcoming and sincerely caring environmemt. Most importantly, the dedicated professionals gave me a comprehensive evaluation of my dental needs together with a realistic plan to achieving results. My consultation was throughly explained: I knew that I was going to be receiving the best care at affordable pricing with a variety of options for making my treatment a reality.I now have a wonderful smile thanks to Dr Thompson, hygienist Brandy and assistants Braylee and Demi-Rae whose care, concern and encouragement made it possible. They have taken the necessary steps to help me not only improve my oral hygiene but my health as well. Together with treatment coordinator Heather who helped me navigate my options and receptionist Anthonys welcoming voice, the Aspen Dental team of Blue Ridge deserve a 10 star rating!!
I have just relocated to the area and after reading about Aspen decided to give them a try. Ive always kept up with cleaning and dental care. I went in for what I thought would be a routine 6 month clean which my insurance pays for. Several and I mean several x-rays were taken. I was then put in a room and my teeth were examined using a 1-9 grading method of some sort. I was told I had some receding gums. I already knew this and have for a while. Was told I brush my teeth to hard years ago. I was told I needed a deep clean. So okay whatever. After the hygientist left the dentist came in said I had nice teeth and she didnt see any problems and that I had kept up with them. I waited and waited and waited. I thought I was about to get my teeth cleaned. The office manager came in and asked me to go to get office. I was thinking well there must be problem with my issuance. She started telling me about plans they had which was confusing because I have insurance. $731 was what I was told I would need to pay out of pocket for a periodontal cleaning and whitening. I almost hit the floor. I told her to forget the whitening I just want my teeth cleaned and my insurance covers that. But apparently I needed some specialized cleaning. She said I could pay 60% up front and 40% at the time of my appointment. So needless to say I didnt get my teeth cleaned. Im sure I will be charged for a full visit and all the x-rays that were taken. I feel like I have been scammed! This was supposed to be free!!!!! So I encourage anyone to ask 100 questions before they go here or better yet find a local dentist and not some chain.
Ive always been a little frightened of going to the dentist from experiences when I was younger this place is actually help me get over that theyre very nice and friendly and explain everything you need to know about what theyre doing and why they are doing it excellent visit all in all
While the dental office is very nice and employees are friendly, the business model of Aspen Dental is to build a case of extreme dental needs such as periodontal disease requiring deep tissue scraping under the gums costing thousands of dollars. After a rapid-fire exam, the patient is whisked in to discuss the proposed work with an office manager utilizing high-pressure sales tactics. I had been under the care of the same dentist for 21 years prior to moving to north Georgia and was not in serious need of this work. I made an appointment with Aspen only because they were the only dentist accepting Delta Dental insurance in my immediate area. The culmination of my decision to walk was when I asked only for the teeth cleaning I had requested in order to further consider the periodontal work. The office manager responded we cannot do that as it would not be effective. For futher information, google the class action lawsuit pending against Aspen Dental.
Well the assistant manager... all I can say is wow! Which is what he said when I walked in for my appointment and started flirting with me. While I sat and waited he was flirting with another employee and would listen to the gentleman at the desk asking for help. The gentleman literally tried to get his attention four times. When he finally went over there he had an attitude. All other staff was great that I seen. At the end of the visit turns out the assistant manager Tony would be who I spoke with. Mind you they wanted to charge me 300 for a cleaning and I have insurance! When I told him I just wanted a simple cleaning he said they couldn’t do that. I don’t have any cavities nothing like that! I had been a few years since my teeth have been cleaned and they wanted to do a lot of extra cleaning that really wasn’t needed. They inspect you teeth each tooth with a number 1-9 nine being the worse mine were twos and threes a few fours... so... the flirting at that point was unbearable. And I got up to leave when a lady from the back said hang on that’s not policy, but I was so disgusted with him that I left.
As of right now Ill write a review but I will update when it is all completely finished because I still have through April-Mayish to go BUT..... As for now, I will say....I was nervous about going here after reading some reviews but I had to have some major work done and im terrified of the dentist office from a bad experience having a tooth pulled. I dont know what happened with others but they have been incredible to me. I had to have 22 teeth removed before I could start on my new smile and Dr Thompson has been incredible!! She kept me calm where I didnt even need my usual sedative! I never felt the first three shots and didnt realize she had even started giving them until the numbing was taking effect! Her Assistant Demi-Rhea was unbelievable! She was very attentive to all my questions just as the doctor was! I couldnt believe how painless it was and how quickly it was finished. I was terrified I wouldnt have the nerve to do it and instead of making me wait a long time they brought me in a couple of days early so I wouldnt raise my anxiety worse by anticipating the procedure another couple of days! The front desk helps as well with how efficient they are about getting my concerns to the doctor! Holly got me in there quick when I called her upset and Tony ALWAYS has a small and a friendly hello everytime you come in. Also I dont know the names of the two ladies I saw back near the lab but one had red hair and freckles.. she helped me through an awful time where I gagged and threw up! She tried so hard not to make me feel bad or be embarrassed about it. A lady with really short blonde hair (which I know know goes by thr name NIKKI lol) also is probably the funniest and possibly most up beat girl I have ever met! She is new but pulled out tricks with salt to keep me from not only gagging but mean while talking me through it and even petting my head lol! She had myself and my husbanf laughing to almost the point of tears! She was incredible! And finally I have to give all the love I can to probably the biggest influence in the entire experience! HEATHER the office manager!!!!!! Omg she was AMAZING! I truly dont know if I would have went through with it without her! When I heard the price im not gonna lie, I was ready to run! She tool me through plenty of options and even talked with Dr. Thompson whom she said would give me another 20% off. We were financed also! I called this beautiful lady soooooo many times I bet I drove her crazy trying to get things sorted out but she always answered with a smile and was willing to stay late or do anything she had to so we could get through this rough patch and help me get my smile back and most importantly my CONFIDENCE!! I also want to hank another very important man although I never met him because he works behind the scenes, he is such a major part of the dental team and is the reason my confidence is growing and also what helped get me back on track with my husband and family by giving me power in my looks again! Thank you to Paul the lab Tech!!Other people are going to have opinions and thats fine but keep in mind when you go to Aspen that they are willing to help and work with you to any extent they can but when it comes down to it, its going to cost money when you go to get medical care. We all know that going in. I am living proof though that they do come through and are definitely NOT A SCAM! Thank you to this awesome team that is step by step giving me my life back! Thank you!!!Brandy Worley
My husband was in need of a dentist for an emergency visit a few weeks ago. We read on Aspens website that they can accommodate emergency visits for walk-ins, same day appointment, or next day appointment if needed. Well my husband was a walk-in and arrived shortly after they opened. Turns out because he was a new client, an emergency visit wasnt an option for him, and he needed to set up a comprehensive exam-with the earliest available appointment sometime in July. They ended up giving us a 1-800 number to call other Aspen locations to see if they had availability. I unfortunately do not remember the mans name we spoke to with over the phone, but he was very rude. Aspen was not there for us when it was needed, and that is disappointing. I dont recommend wasting your time going here.
BEWARE!!! I have always taken very good care of my teeth. Have 2 cleanings per year and if any extra dental care, such as fillings, bridges, root canals or caps are need I have it done as soon as I can make the necessary appointments with the dentist to come back. I have never been told that I have any type of gum problems but after several x-rays with Aspen Dental the dental hygienist (not the dentist) came in and said I had periodontal disease. Well you can just imagine my surprise. Especially since I had just been to the dentist only 3 to 4 months ago and was not told there nor from my prior dentist which was certified in oral surgery plus also licensed in orthodontic medicine had never told me. Well I ask the hygentist if I decided just to get regular cleanings and not be treated for the periodontal disease would they do this ( now keep in mind I have yet to talk to the actual dentist) she flatley told me no. When I was shown how much this procedure was going to cost after my insurance paid $800, my part would be over $1600. Thats right over $1600. Although, they were willing to help set up financial assistance. I was given a break down of the charges. Included was the charge for an Oral B toothbrush which they were going to charge me $32 for THATS RIGHT $32 for a toothbrush you can get at Walmarts. Oh, when the dentist finally came in she said everything but what the hygentist found looked good no cavities. Well I just wanted to give a heads up to others out there that might be considering going to Aspen Dental. DONT GO.Very displeased customer
I came early as directed = did not get seen until 30 minutes past my appointment time. The waiting room was packed.Next I received some of the most painful x-rays (and some ultrasound ) of my teeth. Then a Hygienist came in to check my gums (no cleaning today 😕 ).Then finally I saw the Dentist. She had all this work she felt I needed done (caps, a bridge, root canal and etc.). I had come in with a broken tooth that needed sanded down because the remains of the broken tooth are sharp and cutting into the inside cheek lining. No deal not today. The dentist left, and in comes the financial clerk. We go back to her office and she goes over everything the Dentist thinks needs done to my mouth. IT WAS OVER $9,000. OF WORK! MY INS. WOULD ONLY COVER $500. Outlandish... for sure! That is like 85% of my yearly income.Furthermore, according to a sign in their lobby = they do Dentures for $3,400....Hmmmm, I could have almost three pair of Dentures for all the work that Dentist expected to do in my mouth.I settled for 1 tooth being pulled (my ins. covers), no mention of sanding down the sharp broken tooth or a cleaning (why I came in) either😒.I was also there for over three hours! This place goes way overboard in treatment plans, takes too, too long to get in and out, doesnt address the patients main concerns (and charges WAY TOO MUCH).UNLESS YOU ARE EXTREMELY WEALTHY, HAVE SUPER GREAT DENTAL INSURANCE, AND DO NOT MIND SITTING IN THE DENTIST OFFICE FOR HOURS ON END...... THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!
The staff was so friendly and helpful. My first appt in and they worked me in to do a cleaning. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Very clean and staff was well trained. Tony was the best, he greeted me with a smile. I’ll recommend this place to my family and friends for sure.
I had a 5 PM appointment. They called me a couple of hours prior to my appointment and said that I could come in at 4 PM. I said yes and that I would be there. I showed up at 3:50 PM and gave them my paper work which I downloaded online. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and asked what was going on. They said that a walk in patient came in just before I got there. I finally got taken back at 5:05 PM so coming in at 4 was a waste of time. When I told the people in the back what happened they all said that a walk in should not have been seen before a patient with an appointment. I was not happy.
The dental office is very clean, and all of the staff was very professional and friendly, Anthony at the front desk greeted me with a smile and he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns.I would definitley recommend Aspen Dental of Blue Ridge.Mary LeSesne
From the time you walk in the door until you walk out it is great, all the people are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Options and prices were given to me so I had everything in front of me before I made a decision. It is an awesome practice 👍👍👍👍 I will definitely be going back.
Its a scam ...waited 2.hours to find out they dont cover my cleaning ..Too much money for retire to pay out of pocket .They wait till your on your way out ..give you a quote how much you have too pay ..I was there for 3 hours .Good manners and clean ...Very nice employees .
They made me an appt for 8:00 am left me sit in the car for an hour the ad says denture repair starting at $49 I had a very simple repair they wanted $167 pretty overpriced for a simple repair with no warranty on their work even I found the staff rude and the appointment process nearly intolerable
Went in with a bad abscessed wisdom tooth causing the left side of my face to swell An terrible pain waited for an hour to go back only to not get it pulled but discuss my gums An the deep cleaning they needed that my previous dentist had never in 15 years mentioned then sent me up front to discuss it further with a very rude sales lady 2 hours later I’m out the door in no better shape then I came in terrible experience

2022-06-21Wow, my best dental cleaning experience ever & from Brandy my hygienist. She was extremely personal, polite, & respectful & very thorough. Also, she educated me on the best way to maintain my teeth & gums in light of my brushing too hard leading to him loss. I left feeling very confident that I was in good hands with a team that cares but kudos to Brandy!

2022-08-10Dr. Barton was welcoming and answered all my questions. Taenla Lou was wonderful. Made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. Awesome experience. Stacy in hygiene took the extra time to explain to me the procedure. Great office staff.

2022-07-19Dr Okonoboh showed real concern and listened to my concern about my dental problems. He was patient and did not act like he was in a hurry to be somewhere else. He made sure I understood what procedure he recommended and what to expect. He went over the details two times and asked several times if I had any questions or concerns. I am glad I decided to use Aspen Dental in Blue Ridge. Completely happy so far.

2022-05-25First visit was a pleasure! DA Demi was very fast, efficient and pain free on xrays! Very high tech office as well. Brandy made the cleaning a breeze even thought it had been awhile since my last. Dr. Thompson was easy to chat with and helped me with a major tooth decision. Tonia and Lou up front were extremely helpful getting me in on a cancellation. Im a retired dental office manager and this team from beginning to end was an A plus! See you guys in December!!

2022-06-22BEWARE!!! First, the dentist is great. Staff are great. My problem is that when I was having my cleaning I mentioned that a crown fell off and a vaneer chipped. Hygienist said she’d have the doctor take a look. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF I WOULD BE CHARGED…the dr had them take an X-ray and again, before allowing them to do it, asked if it would be covered. They did and I received a bill a month later. I thought that once the insurance picked it up all would be covered. After leaving MULTIPLE messages over the last two months, I finally got a call back today, because my call went to a different office. Their rep told me unfortunately the exam and X-ray were actually not covered! REALLY?!?! I called my insurance company and they said their office should have called them first to find out what was covered. So literally a 30 second conversation with the dentist I have to pay for. My issue is THAT I ASKED! I ALWAYS ASK, without fail, any place I go medical, vision or dental if what they’re recommending is covered. Now I’m out over $100 because of their mistake. I really liked the dentist and the hygienist did a great job with my cleaning.UPDATE: After writing my review I began looking at others. I honestly cannot believe how many people have felt cheated by this Blue Ridge, GA office. This isn’t a coincidence, it’s a habit. Look how many people were quoted prices only to get there and be told something completely different and it’s hundreds or thousands more! I’m reporting this to my insurance company.

2022-05-03Very disappointed in Aspen Dental, I waited for over a month for my appointment and spoke with 3 different people in the office prior to my appointment and was told they took my insurance, my insurance provider also gave me the name and number to Aspen with the name of two Dentist in the Blue Ridge office, they had my insurance information prior to my visit and still wasted 2 hours of my time only to tell me they don’t take my insurance, personally I believe they are dishonest with their business practices. After going through all the x-rays and probing they worked up a plan in the amount of 10,744.00. I had previously visited a Dentist in Blue Ridge who doesn’t take my insurance who did the same exam in less than an hour who also had worked up the same thing at a cost of 1.100.00 and I have the paperwork from both as proof. I would advise to definitely stay away from Aspen
