Aspen Dental in other cities:
The feeling of a car dealership, everything was going great till I was told to wait an hour to speak with the manager about plan options. I sit down and she says 24k. Asked if that was the only option and she was snarky and acted as if I was wasting her time. Finally showed me the 3k option and started to pressure me to sign on it without thinking it over
Aspen dental came through with a non scheduled emergency root canal 2 days before a major music event I was booked for. Saved me from a cancellation, i cant thank yall enough, and did a great job on both the root canal, and crown procedures. Also past fillings, I wont go anywhere else for my dental care.....
My visits have been GREAT! I couldn’t find any dentist around here that was willing to help me finance with me not having insurance. They told me they could help me get in and get everything taken care of, my first ex rays and all where free with a fee of $30. I began to have a lot of pain on one of my tooth and called the day of my cleaning (also which wasn’t but a couple days after my initial appointment) and they cleaned my teeth and also help me out with my pain. Healed nicely and feels better. I went in today for my second visit and I was brought back maybe 20 min which didn’t feel that long to me being the fact there is only one main dentist, I had a few fillings done today and the experience was great. It was honestly a in and out appointment.
I cannot begin to tell you how horrible my experience was with this office! My cleaning was overpriced to the tune of $386! I needed a tooth extracted and when I went for this appointment, it was clear that Dr. Sundin didn’t really want to be bothered with me that day. She came in and gave me a shot to numb the area. She didn’t come back for almost an hour. Then, as she begins to pull on the tooth in my mouth, I tell her that I can feel the tool and am in pain. She gives me another shot but doesn’t wait for it to take effect. I am literally clutching the arms of the chair. As if this weren’t bad enough, when I ask to see the pulled tooth, it was the wrong tooth!Do not go to this office ever for any procedure! I contacted the office about the wrong tooth being pulled, Florence assured me that she would check into it and get back to me. I have not been contacted by anyone from the office.
Worst experience EVER! Took my partner to this appointment that lasted 2.5hrs just to take x-rays and pictures of the teeth! Waited almost an hour for the dentist to come in the room and go over the same stuff the other lady said. Then when she left the room we were escorted to the lounge to wait 30mins for the finance lady trying to shove the electric toothbrush in our mouth for only $139.99! The only good toothbrush is electric! She says, b4 she tells me our insurance wont cover the $1600 cost for deep cleaning and antibiotics which by the way is a lie. Our dental insurance limit is $4000 b4 we have to pay out of pocket! Oh and lets not forget the $30 charge you have to pay for oral cancer screening another lie. They never presented any proof of the screening or results. Ladies in the back were nice but the one@ front desk was very rude! 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️ run away!!!!
Teeth whitening service excellent. As an active duty soldier you need to bring a recent image of dental xrays, document with recent cleaning, and a letter from dentist stating you are authorized to get the whitening treatment not a referral. The cost was $327 and about 45 mins long. It didnt hurt during procedure but after I was finished I felt electric zaps the rest of the day. I took ibuprofen that evening and the next morning I felt no zapping. Gums are sore when I brush even with my extra soft brush. Thank you for my smile, cant believe how refreshed it made me look. The best gift I have given myself.
My experience has always been great. The technician that cleaned my teeth was awesome. I would give her an A plus plus plus rating. I believe her name was Larissa. I hope I got her name correct. I would recommend her to all of my friends. I would give Aspen Dental as well an triple A plus rating.
Everyone was super nice, great energy felt nervous however Jenessa talked me mostly out of it, everything was up front, really happy I called them, have an appointment scheduled for a cleaning that I am told they can get a stain off for me and I am very happy and grateful! Yay!:) I made a mistake of using a characol toothpaste:0 may be good for some but not meeeeee!
Everyone was super nice. The only reason why I didnt give them a 5 star review is because of the wait time. I am big on time management and scheduling. If it says arrive 15 minutes early to do paperwork and I do that, I expect to be seen at my scheduled time. I also dont like time wasted. Once I got to the back there should be no reason why I am waiting for another 30-40 minutes on a doctor who is only going to talk to me for 10 minutes. People have jobs and use their sick hours for appointments. However, I do understand emergencies and being short handed. Their technology was amazing and like I said all the staff were super nice.
I was more than impressed with them on this visit. My wife went awhile back and it wasn’t anything like this trip.I have had a tooth giving me severe pain for a week. They saw me quickly, X-ray, exam, pricing, and extraction a within two hours. I was also given a quote for a full set of dentures that was very affordable.
Front desk lady was very cordial. X-ray tech was like a robot. I could barely understand what she was saying and she talked very fast. Dental hygienist talked very fast also and seemed to want to get done in a hurry. The lady who did my dental plan was very good and spoke very professionally and explained everything to me regarding the cost of everything. What I didnt expect was that everything had to be paid upfront. Met the Dentist very briefly who looked at my gums and mouth. Was very nice. I had to make another appointment to come back to get a cleaning because everyone was going to lunch.i could have gone back an hour later but it would have been an inconvenience..,.,,
This location and staff is completely amazing! I drove 2 and a half hours one way each time to have my teeth removed and upper and lower plates made. Dr Sundin was the best dentist I have every dealt with. She and the entire staff made me feel more than comfortable. This entire experience was made so easy thanks to all the staff there. Thanks again everyone! Hugs
I’ll start with the positives- the staff was very friendly and efficient at their work. When they were in the room they were professional and explained everything in depth. However, it took me a total of 2hours and 15 minutes to complete my new patient exam. It wouldn’t of taken so long if I hadn’t been left alone in the room for extended periods of time. Like I said, the staff was efficient and quick.. but that’s when they were in the room. It took the dentist about 30 minutes to make her way to my room for example. I’m also very unhappy with how I was not given the option to opt out of the Invisalign exam. I had to pay out of pocket for that exam without being told that’s what it was for. I was never once asked directly if I wanted Invisalign. Which news flash- I don’t. Also at check out I was not given the option to pay for my different treatments that I need separately. Instead I was given a total summary for all treatment options together. But I know I won’t be coming in for a deep cleaning, root canal, and a crown all in one day... so why wasn’t I given the option to pay for those separately? It’s kind of confusing and in summary I’m going to find a new dentist.
I made appointment with this dental office . I had a pleasant experience with there service years ago at another location in new York . I asked if they could make a repair for me they assured me they could . They ended up messing the repair up even worse . So I gave Them another chance made apply for a dental procedure .first they called after I confirmed the appt by text message they sent . If I would like come in for a earlier time. I told them I would like to keep my appointment time . I arrive there today for my appointment at the correct time . They tell me the dentist can’t see me I need to reschedule because I needed to come in at an early time then my scheduled appointment team. I was so upset .not professional at all. I would not recommend to anyone who need dental work that could be costly . You deserve better service for you money.
My husband had a scheduled appt, 9-27-21, at the Hinesville, GA office. You were having a sale on dentures, $299 per arch. Financial lady told him that the dentures would be $399 per arch and that the $299 sale was last month, even though the $299 is still posted on the Aspen Dental website under dentures. She informed him that if he has dental insurance it is fraud not to use it and pay for the dentures as a cash customer. When did it become fraud to pay cash instead of using your insurance? When my husband went in to make the appointment the week before, the lady told him that the dentures would be $299 per arch for the basic dentures. Is this a case of false advertisement or fraud on Aspen Dentals part? This is not good practice to falsify prices and lie to customers. Everyone needs to be aware of Aspen Dental practices. He had been warned by others to beware of Aspen Dental price practices. Do not go to Aspen Dental for dental work!
I went to Aspen Dental for 3 fillings. I left, one of the fillings started to hurt so I went back in to see what was wrong. The dentist told me the filling caused the tooth next to it to crack and I would need a crown to fix the issue. They then told me I would have to pay 1,200 for this and the interest rates are not pretty (>20%), even with good credit. In other words, if they mess you up, you’re footing the bill + interest. 3/10 recommend. Smart people inside, but you can tell they were in the bottom half of their class. Marks all over the walls, pictures broken, dysfunctional chairs. Go to a private practice, save your money, stay away from this corporate scam.
Like always I get treated with the up most respect and taking care quickly. I always enjoy my appointments with aspen, because they make you feel like family while you are there. The staff is wonderful and the best Ive been around since the time in the Military. I really appreciate the Aspen Dental in Hinesville office, for providing me with the proper information about how to better take care of my teeth. I love this office, and will never want to go to an army dental clinic again. I look forward to my appointment in February.
Went in for searing tooth pain. After a million X-rays and all kinds of people poking and prodding, they tried to sell me a cleaning on one side of my mouth for $250 with insurance and couldn’t tell me the problem with my tooth. Left and went straight to a different dentist and had it fixed in an hour
I had a recent visit here for a routine cleaning, Shiela (dental assistant) escorted me in and answered all questions I had. She was very professional and knowledgeable of her craft. Taylor (hygienist) did the leg work and got me out there quick with a thorough cleaning. I had no sensitivity following the appointment whatsoever. This office is running on all cylinders with Kate (DDS) leading the way.
I was totally dissatisfied with the Aspen Dental services. They advertise that if you dont have dental insurance, your x-ray and exam are free, yet I was charged $30.00. and the reason for my appointment was to have a cracked tooth taken care of. I left after having been there for over two hours, my dentist stated that they would see IF they could fit me in for an extraction that day. I left without any service being rendered.
I had been to Starbucks for coffee and when I was about to leave it started raining. Im traveling by bicycle so I went to the sporting goods store next door to see if they had a rain suit I could afford so I wouldnt get wet. I got back to my bicycle and he had already called the police... Why cant this world have even ONE ounce of compassion, that you have to send a person out into the rain? I would never use your services and I would never recommend you because your all about greed. You may look good on the outside, but you are as black as charcoal on the inside. May God forgive your uncompassionate heart.
First time visiting Aspen Dental. The representative at the font desk wasnt friendly at all. She didnt greet anyone that walked in. She had me sit down to fill out paperwork. I sat in the lobby to fill out my paperwork and she began to ask me personal questions out loud from the desk she was sitting at. She was asking me personal questions about my insurance coverage etc.. I didnt appreciate how she asked me out loud in front of other people I felt very uncomfortable. After my appointment, another representative had me sit down to review my bill and once again not mindful at all. A stranger was right next to me and she was speaking very loudly confirmed my social and date of birth in front of the stranger. Not impressed at all with the service very disappointed.
Great office and the people, of course, make the difference. There was some confusion in the beginning, the scheduler scheduled me for a cleaning and the office then called and said we werent scheduled for a cleaning. This is because they have to do some Consulation first. But they worked it out and we got our teeth cleaned. I would guess all Dentist offices are that way but hopefully they will get the communication worked out better in the future. -- Great office and what I really liked was the no pain method of cleaning. Awesome!
I came into this office like here we go! The office was clean and refreshing upon entering and although, I had a preconceived opinion about this place and how my experience was going to go. I saw people in pain going in and leaving satisfied mostly as they left. I was in pain and disgruntled but my X- ray tech/ dental assistant Shilea gave me a reassuring confidence that everything was going to be fine. She was prepared, professional and polite and delivered an awesome experience. She stood out to me but my overall experience from the staff and dentist was nothing short of amazing as I left satisfied for the work that was done, thank you ladies!
Special thanks to Ms. Kinda, Dr. Sundin Taylor, and staff. Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do on a daily! I went from not smiling to always smiling. Every time I come in it’s warm and welcoming. You’ve been there to comfort my kids and myself. We can’t thank everyone enough. Big smiles from the Johnson family. Keep up the great work!
My experience at this Aspen Dental was fantastic. Staff and Doctor were very attentive and did a great job of explaining everything in terms that I could understand. Staff also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in the office. I will return to this office for sure! 2 thumbs up
I truly appreciate the staff in this location. I honestly use to go to the dentist and they would tell me what I needed, proceed to tell me it was “X” amount of dollars and I would leave without anything scheduled because I was unable to commit at the moment. I never had anyone sit down and go over the treatment in detail or present me with options to actually be able to do my treatment. I love the way Aspen does dentistry & look forward to seeing the staff !
The waiting room was clean and open. Upon entering the back everyone was polite and engaging. Tan was awesome with my lack of excitement with things in my mouth. She kept my anxiety down and walked me through everything that was going to happen step by step. Taylor and Dr Sunden (sp) were awesome as well. I just hope when I return for my procedure Im able to have the same group of ladies.
From the moment I walked in a warmWelcome! Super clean place, I’ve been to dentist office that I ran out off because of how old and dirty is was. But this place was so clean and the team very detailed and Dr. Sundin was patient answered all my questions. I had an intense cleaning by Taylor she was the best! I have sensitive teeth and with her I didn’t hurt at all!!! Great job guys! Awesome team work! And I qualified for payment arrangement as well. What more can I ask for!
By far the best dental office I have EVER been to in my life. I immediately felt comfortable with just the phone call to set up the appointment. Walking in the door every employee was happy and smiling and just radiated a positive vibe. Dr. Sundin was absolutely amazing!!! I asked so many questions and she was so patient and helpful! Monique did my xrays and normally that is such a traumatizing event because it’s uncomfortable.. not this time she was so gentle and understanding and I can’t forget Taylor, she is so sweet and bubbly and so informative I barely had any questions when she was done! I could write a book on how happy this place made me! Highly recommend 10/10 😁😁
The hygienist was very nice, the office staff were polite.First appointment: went smoothly. Got my xrays done, scheduled an appointment to get the 2 extractions I needed taken care of.Second appointment: got my cleaning done. Was told I would have to reschedule for my extractions because the dentist had written in my chart that they specifically wanted to do my extractions, which meant no other dentist was allowed to do it? I still dont understand this. Why could the dentist on staff not perform the extraction? Why was I not scheduled for a day when my dentist was available?Third appointment: I was told shortly after signing in that there would be a 10-15 minute wait. I waited an hour. Unfortunately, since the extractions would take over an hour and a half to do, and I have an infant at home who needs to nurse so I cant be gone very long, I had to leave. Had my money refunded. Wont be going back.
My appointment was at 2:45. I arrived about 2:30, signed in and had a seat. The receptionist was already with a customer. When I went back to tell her that I needed new patient paperwork she was very rude and told me that my appointment was at 2:30 and I would have to wait to be fitted in. She also told me that I had not been there since 2:30. I pulled up the email and showed her my appointment was at 2:45. She never apologized. When we left my mom told me another lady came in late and the same receptionist was very pleasing telling her her that they would still see her. Other than that the rest of the staff was very courteous and polite.
What an amazing experience! Yes at the dentist! The staff here is completely professional at the same time down to earth. If you are burdened with the stress and anxiety that comes with going to the dentist, it will quickly go away once you’re greeted at the front desk. All smiles and laughs make you feel right at home. The level of service is exceptional. Offering you plenty of options to take away pain if you have any and get you back smiling again.
This Aspen is a great office. The staff is courteous and well mannered. The DAs come out on time and are knowledgeable about everything dental related which helps with understanding what is going on, Doc and the staff make you feel like it’s family oriented and that they truly care. definitely recommended.
The Aspen Dental Hinesville Team is the best!! They were super friendly and sweet. They listened to ALL my concerns and worked with me.Shiela the X-ray tech was genital and quick. Taylor the RDH was very sweet. Kinda the treatment Plan Coordinator was very helpful in planning my future procedures and finances. Dr. Sundin was overall the BEST!!! She was very thoughtful and open with me about all my issues. She didnt leave anything out. I would HIGHLY recommend they to EVERYONE!!!!
I have never been to a dentist and had a tooth extracted after the day I had extracted I never felt one bit of pain when I left that office. When the novocaine wore down I took two Aleve not because I was in pain but just in case. Well I never had one bit of pain at all I was very very surprised I didnt take any medication except for those two Aleve I was very surprised very pleased and how they treated me. I would recommend very highly that dental office. I want to thank everybody there. Special thanks to the doctor that treated me. You are the only dentist that I have ever visited did I came out with no pain thank you very much youre a great doctor and I want to thank her sister she was very nice very helpful very easy to talk to you she made me feel very comfortable thanks you again
Honestly I tried Aspen Dental (Hinesville, GA) because my husband used them a few years ago and asked me to give them a try. Never Again! I should have read some of the reviews first. Don’t get me wrong the front desk/x-ray tech/Dr were polite. After taking quite a bit of x-rays, I went to a room where another girl went over them. Then the Dr. came in, shuck my hand and started going through the x-rays and what I needed to get done plus everything else she wanted to do. Now, I went in because I was having pain on the right side of my mouth(which was my concern and priority) and to get a cleaning done (visit and cleaning are covered through my insurance). The visit became all about everything they wanted to do aside from the main thing needed to get done for my pain and gums. Needed a scaling and deep cleaning, some cavity fillings in order to help with what they said to help with gum infection. But then, they wanted to do a root canal and talked about needing a bridge on the bottom left( due to a tooth I had pulled years ago). I didn’t have issues with the left side of my mouth. It was like the pain I was feeling wasn’t a concern because they were too busy adding other stuff. Once the Dr. finished talking and left. I asked the girl if my teeth were going to get cleaned? She says, “well go see the financial person to go over your estimate and then we can do that if you still have time”! Really?? My insurance is paying for this visit and my cleaning and all they were worried about was adding additional work and giving me an estimate! When I sat with the financial girl and she started to go over it, I specially asked her “ Is this just for the scaling and cavities?”. She says, No.... it’s for everything including root canal and bridge. I had already expressed to her that I was just interested in getting the priority work done(scaling, cavities) but apparently it doesn’t matter what the customer wants. What matters is how much can they get! I was done! Told her to give me the paperwork and walked out. It was such a waste of a visit ( I get 2 a year) and my insurance! NEVER AGAIN!
This place was great and fantastic! I was able to set up my first visit over the phone with very polite and easy going manager and came in he next morning no problem. The wait didn’t take long at all the staff was very glad to help and to give you the knowledge and understanding of what you’re going through for that day’s appointment. I really appreciate the help and I’m very glad I chose Aspen Dental!
Very nice people they seem competent and completely professional. the place was spotless clean. I waited 45 minutes to be seen so what should have been a one hour appointment I was there for 2 and a 1/2 hours, everyone was nice, but really? There was a bit of a hard sell for me to agree to services that are necessary but not urgent, be prepared to speak up about what you do want and not let them take you down the garden path scheduling services you may not be able to pay for.
After a miserable experience with another dental office, I decided to try Aspen Dental as I knew they could not be any worse. They were, in fact, MUCH better than I was anticipating. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost was fully a quarter of what the other dental office had wanted to charge me for doing much, much less! I can say, without reservation, that my experience at Aspen in Hinesville was one of the best dentist/dental experiences I have had in many, many years.
I scheduled an appointment here, my chief complaint was that I had a broken tooth that was causing me discomfort. Aspen Dental took x-rays and began to explain to me where my problem was coming from. I saw the doctor she explained what procedures I needed afterwards I saw the financial coordinator, she printed and explained everything again which came out to $15,000 the first procedure would be $1,500 she asked if I wanted to get started with the payments. I declined, and asked for my prescription for the antibiotics. She told me I wouldn’t get my prescription until I paid something towards the first procedure.A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME.why am I paying to have a procedure done when clearly I’m in pain due to infection, and the procedure can’t be done right away?why was I refused meds unless I pay?my problem wasn’t fixed and I will never return or recommend them to anyone.
Im a little confused about the quality of service I will receive in the future when Aspen Dental cant even get their records about appointments correct. I recently had an appointment at 11:30 AM & showed up, on time filled out the required papers then the next several steps of the examination process all the way to checkout.I arrive home a couple hours later and check my email and theres an email from Aspen Dental the first line of the email says, Were sorry you couldnt make your appointment. Luckily, we offer flexible appointment times, so rescheduling is easy! If they can be this forgetful about a person checking in, then how forgetful could they get when working on your teeth. Whoops!!! My bag I drilled the wrong tooth.
Everyone in the office were very personable. They were all very upbeat and had great personalities. Made my trip very pleasant, since I really don’t like to go to the dentist.Everyone was professional in appearance and the way the did their jobs. They also explained what they were doing and what the results were. Very clean office.
The first thing I noticed when contacting Aspen Dental was how courteous the staff was in finding out what íI needed and arranging an appointment around your schedule. Im in a wheelchair and the lady taking my appointment assured me that the accommodations were totally accessible for my wheelchair. This was a concern because not all dentist offices are.. she also asked if there were any other special needs I had and I thought that was quite thenice of her.. everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were very friendly. A nice place to do business with or to have a job.
Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I went to this Dentist in order to simply get checked and a cleaning. However, they identified a course of care I wasnt ready for today as they identified an additional required cost of $300+. Inside that cost was a cancer screening $70, an electric toothbrush they were going to give me $100+, and the actual treatment for $150. Im glad I asked because lord knows what else they would attempt to tack on. I dont appreciate the up-sell and frankly their billing practices leave a lot to be desired. It violates my trust that they wouldn’t actually tend to my dental needs and instead focused on what they can milk me for.
The Hinesville Aspen Dental needs better front desk staff and dentist. The front desk receptionist does not have great customer service and is very argumentative. I am really disappointed at the people skills displayed by both the front desk receptionist and dentist, Dr. Sundin, who always approached me as a number instead of an actual person. I did not feel comfortable asking her questions because she always made me feel less than as if she is a know it all, instead of just listening and providing a positive environment. When Dr. Sundin walked in, she provided me with a hand shake and just said hello Im Dr. Sundin, with no smile or enthusiasm about providing services to me, she never once asked me how I was doing as Dr. Schmitz would at the Habersham dental office in Savannah, Ga. I miss that place because I always felt welcomed and at home. My main issue is with the front desk receptionist who is an older lady, who sits at the front and is very rude. I called to have my crown appointment changed to the Savannah office and the first thing she says is they dont have any appointment my reply to her is did you check or even provide me with dates to choose from, so you mean to tell me there booked for the whole year. Her reply was no but there booked for the day your getting a root canal, my reply was, can you provide me as the customer with other dates, her reply was, I have people in front of me and I cant check right now. My last reply was maam, all I wanted was good customer service, not a rude lady to rush me off the phone and by the way, she took my number and never called me back. I have decided to pull my business and visit another dentist in-network even if I have to travel. I am canceling my root canal, crown, son, daughter and my 6 month teeth cleaning. I hope Aspen Dental can investigate the experience I had because I will NEVER refer anyone in Hinesville to Aspen Dental, I have negative things to say and I will advise people to stay away from this place.
I called and asked them before making my appointment was my insurance accepted. They replied yes. I made an appointment for my husband and I to be seen. I filled out all the paperwork and get to the back to get my X-ray done and the lady from the front desk informs me that they don’t accept my insurance. They inform me that I can see the doctor but everything else would cost and that I should continue the appointment so I can get a treatment plan that I will have to pay for out of my pocket. Don’t waste your time with this place they are unorganized and just want your money
Everyone was phenomenal. The lady who took my appointment over the phone, to hayze the hygienist who told me stories that made the time pass, to Dr. Buchanan who was very gentle. His assistant was also great. They were very clear with the required payment, and were flexible when I explained my finances. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this experience.
Since you keep emailing me asking for a review here you go.I brought my son in because he was having pain in a tooth.. I paid to have the x-rays done ($200) which afterwards they presented services they recommended that was over $3400. They also were going to outsource to another dentist for a root canal which would be additional charges. One of the charges on their quote was for an electric toothbrush which lead me to believe there were a bunch of other charges listed that were unnecessary.Needless to say Ill be able to fly him to his family in China, get the work done and still save an estimated $2500-$3000. Granted I dont have insurance but he does in China. Even if I had insurance there still would be a small savings flying him to the other side of the planet to have the work done.
The receptionist was very professional, and fit me into an appointment slot the same day I called. The Dentist and dental assisted were awesome with cleaning my teeth, and suggesting preventive dental care ideas. The reason Im giving 4 stars out 5 is for time I had a 11:30 appointment was seen 35 mins later other than that Ill visit again for my check-up in 6 months.
I received a treatment for the use of a 135.00 toothbrush and 30.00 toothpaste. When I asked for the charge to be refunded, I was greeted hostily and told we dont give cash. Her behavior caught me off guard but I did tell her I didnt ask for cash, I wanted to make sure the charges were reversed. Will not be returning for future visits. Not my first chose, changed insurance company and my previous dentist not a provider.
Prices are at an exponential rate. Service was good. I kept having problems with my lower partials and they never were fixed so to get another new set would cost me $745.00, DONT THINK SO, considering they already got $4000 from me! I do not recommend and I will be going to another dentist to get my partial
Would post no stars if I could! I called this office and made sure ahead of time that our insurance would be accepted. They told me that it was accepted with no problem. Upon arriving at the office the desk lady tried to tell my husband that he had been a patient before which was a lie. Then they took all his information/ paperwork and insurance card and proceeded to take him to the back to do the work needed. After the procedure they brought him up front just to inform us that the insurance was not accepted there and we would need to pay out of pocket $268! After complaining to the manager of their poor communication they only took off $50 resulting in us paying $218 out of pocket for their mistake!!! They do not inform you if your insurance is acceptable from the start before any work is done! We will NOT be returning to this office. Bad communication and bad service. No Thanks Aspen!
I went to Aspen this morning for an initial consultation. I was hoping to get a cleaning and have a small filling repaired. The staff was friendly but my x-rays were repeated multiple times because, as I was informed, “the doctor will chastise” staff if the films are not “perfect.” Dr. Hargrove was extremely abrasive. I was told I would need a crown to replace the filling that is so small, it was previously filled without numbing. Dr. Hargrove was curt to the staff and dismissed my questions about the recommended procedures. I was quickly shipped out to speak with Kinda about my proposed $6,000 treatment plan, to include the “electronic toothbrush” that is conveniently sold at the office . I stopped wasting my time, left in mid sales pitch, and scheduled an appointment to get my repair at a dental office in Savannah. After reading the other reviews, it seems my experience was closer to the norm than the exception.
They are nice and clean BUT they WILL overcharge you! They WILL max out what your insurance offers and WILL try to get every single penny that they can out of you!!!!!!!!I tried this place because my original dentist is in Pooler and I was looking for options closer to home. What made this place a even bigger turn off is after your done with your appointment they have a special person sit you down and advise you. Advise means pressure you to pay and follow through with what they are trying to over charge you! I was told that I needed over $800 worth of work!! I said I would think about it. The lady that spoke to me said that I needed the work and that the issue would get worse if I didnt and that they had payment plan. IM NO FOOL!The next week I went back to my original dentist in Pooler and I only had to pay $100 and they gave me a free gift for coming back. Godley Station is always wonderful and I would rather make the drive.
I came in yesterday morning because of tooth pain and left with finally having that painful tooth removed and my teeth cleaner than they have been in years! The women who spent their time walking me through everything and working on my mouth were absolutely amazing and so kind! I can’t wait for my next visit with them!!!!
Went in for a visit and at first all of the assistants were very nice. Then I met the Dentist. All he was after was the money. I know that I need all of my wisdom teeth pulled but with this visit I made it very clear to everyone what tooth/teeth I was in there for. He didnt want to hear about it. When I asked him about it he said I had an attitude problem. That I needed to calm down. I was actually very calm. I asked him again and he said that I was going to get dismissed if I didnt calm down. I was like but this is the tooth Im Im here for? He just blew up, started throwing his hands in the air and said dismiss this patient dismiss it! Like he didnt want anything to do with just the little work because he saw bigger money in other work in what else needed done in my mouth. So I just left. I couldnt believe what happened! Ive never ever been so disappointed or disrespected in an office. The lady in the room with him just stood there, with her mouth wide open. Walked to the front with me and offered to have me talk to the office manager. I asked her what is she going to do about the Dentist? She just shrugged her shoulders. So if you go there, dont ask any questions at all. If they find other more expensive things wrong expect that work to get done instead and dont question it. Youll get thrown out!
If I could give Aspen Dental no stars, I would. While the hygienist was wonderful—competent, efficient and gentle—the rest of the visit was awful. The office manager/financial person/sales lady interrupted my cleaning to have me sign a receipt. All of the reviews that you read about Aspen Dental being about money are true. It’s like they have a sign tucked away to remind them to “Upsell, upsell, upsell! at all costs. She kept pushing a variety of products and services that I did not need and the dentist backed her up. The hygienist, obviously the only moral one of the bunch, did not engage in these activities. I was told that I needed $4000 Invisalign braces and needed six cavities filled. Then I was told that they could not fill the cavities that day but I could come back after lunch and they could do some of them that day and the rest on another day. (Keep in mind that the dentist has hardly mentioned the tooth pain that brought me to the dentist in the first place). 😳 I just said I’d make a future appointment. Then I was told that I have to pay for the work upfront. 😳 Pay for the work that hadn’t been done. 😳 Because they are so generous they don’t have a cancellation fee so the money one pays upfront is one’s “commitment” to come back. Yeah, okay. God was as always looking out for me because none of this sounded right. The next day, I went to a dentist in Savannah and found that I had zero cavities...not six...zero...and that I certainly didn’t need braces. After asking a few questions and examining my teeth, the dentist suspected that the pain was being caused by a sinus infection and wasn’t dental at all. I made an appointment with my doctor and discovered that I did indeed have a sinus infection and allergic rhinitis and need an allergy test—all of which would have gone unknown had I allowed Aspen Dental to drill into perfectly healthy teeth. Their obsessive focus on lying to make money, as one can see, can be detrimental to a patient’s health, which is both unethical and immoral. While a business of course has to make money, it is truly a sad commentary when a business geared toward health is willing to compromise the health of a patient for a dollar.
When I went to the office everyone was cordial and professional. It was clean and I did not have to wait long. But what most disturbed me as an individual that works in the healthcare field that they seemed to care more about the financial aspect of the business. When they went over my treatment plan and cost I was amazed to learn my bill was over $300 for an exam and a deep cleaning. What the young lady did was add on oral b toothbrush that cost $170. I told her I didnt ask for that and too take it off. Furthermore they padded my bill by saying that I needed five extractions rather than the three the doctor and I had discussed. I inquired about replacing two of my teeth and I told them a partial was not an option for me. So they gave me the option of a dental bridge or implants. They were trying to persuade me to do the bridge, because otherwise I would have to see a specialist. Not that they cared. But they saw dollar signs. Just to have two teeth replaced will cost $7341.20. Oh did I say that I have insurance. I can only imagine the people that they have ripped off that did not stand up for themselves.
Went to their office with a severely infected tooth, but not able to get an appointment with my regular dentist for at least two weeks. Sign on door says “Emergencies and Walk-ins Welcome” Well this is a wonderful play on words, because this implies you can get seen by a dentist for Emergencies without an appointment, not saying you won’t have to wait for them to work you in. NOT TRUE. As the nice lady manager explained, you can walk-in and we do take emergencies, but only when we have an open appointment time, which is never on the same day. She said “they would gladly take my number and call me when they have an open appointment tomorrow, maybe. “Me thinks not…If anyone is thinking of using this dentist office, you need to read the reviews online. Not the fake ones posted on google, but go to consumer affairs and other sites. They have been sued and fined by several states for false advertising, and I hope Georgia is the next one to file it…
I recently visited the Aspen Dental office on W Oglethorpe Hwy and had a great experience. The office staff were courteous and friendly, my procedure was on time, and the doctor was professional and easy to talk to. I recommend this office if you are looking for a good dentist.
I went in to get dentures and had Nikki from my first appointment straight through till I had my dentures she was so sweet and calming and the dentist who pulled my teeth was amazing also I have had one to many bad experiences with dentists but not here they were amazing from start to finish every appointment
The girls in this office are the best! They are very polite and professional, Lashanda the practice manager worked me in before my actual appointment and also went through all aspects of my visit with full payment options as well as cash payments like I wanted. I would recommend this office to everyone!
I am very upset with aspen dental, I heard so much good things about them to only be disappointed. I was rescheduled twice and when i got to my appointment today which was at 9:30 am got a email to confirm my appointment at 9:30. The lady at the front tells me oh we have your appointment at 1pm i said no i cant do 1pm my appointment ( showed her my email) is at 9:30am she tell me well my computer says 1pm but you can await, but everyone is already here for their appointment so it will be awhile. Now mind you i have took off work for two hour for this appointment. the lady tells me we can reschedule your appointment the first opeing we have is march 11th. I told her this will be the third time yall have done this. They was not friendly at all. They do not have to worry about me ever making an appointment with them again. JUST A DISAPPOINTMENT
I agree with the other reviewer here: if I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Aspen Dental felt very money hungry. The hygienist was very nice, and very helpful, but Dr. Buchanan felt very mechanical, like a robot who wants money. They insisted I needed a deep cleaning, which may be true, but they wanted to charge me $1500 for each side of my mouth. I went to get a second opinion and a quote from Hinesville Dental, and they only charge $480 for each side of my mouth! Aspen Dental is GREEDY.
Firstly, be careful with the sales lady, Kinda. After I got checked, we talked about the financing of what I needed done. I mentioned I couldnt do it now and she said I might be eligible for credit. She told me she was only checking if I was ELIGIBLE. I even specifically asked her, what youre doing right now wont open up a line of credit, right? and she sort of laughed and said, no, youd receive something in the mail and have to contact them first to do that. My boyfriend was witness and were both in disbelief. Either shes misinformed or that was a STRAIGHT UP LIE. If shes been doing this for a while, it was a lie probably to look good or receive some sort of work compensation by having opened up a line of credit.I did receive something in the mail and disregarded it, even though the wording did say youre approved, I didnt think it meant it had been created, when suddenly I received notice from my creditkarma that I had an account opened for dental work.I asked this for a REASON; How did she know I wasnt trying to buy a house or anything else where opened accounts could have messed me up? I know sales people are always sneaky, but I didnt take something like this for straight up liars. Management should investigate credit lines opened by her and see how many of them have never even been used, wouldnt be surprised if she lies to people like that regularly.secondly, I get that going to work sucks, dealing with customers suck-- I empathize, I really do. But for some reason, the people here feel like they hate doing their jobs and hate that youre there. Maybe its because I took advantage of the offer where they had a screening and check up at no cost for new patients, so I suppose this made them feel like it wasnt worth keeping my business so they didnt have to focus on customer service skills, or simply being nice. Conclusion: If you care about going to a dentist that cares, whose staff shows customer service ability and most importantly, a dentist you can trust with your money, go elsewhere.
First time to visit. I did find staff was nice, everything was clearly explained and all questions answered. However, my dental insurance doesnt cover most dental work. We all know that insurance does NOT pay full price quoted. It pays a contracted price. So why is the office not willing to work out a price for those paying cash???? At least the office doesnt have to mess w/paperwork or waiting weeks to get paid. If insurance only pays $50-100 for a filling, why ask a cash patient to pay $175?????????????I will have to wait several weeks, at least, to pay for the 2 small fillings I need because of this. In the meantime, how much worse will they get?? Doesnt make sense to me.....
I enjoyed my visits at the Hinesville Team Office the whole staff was very courteous and helpful beyond belief very informative on what procedures that were needed prior, during, and after.... plus on point with the Appointment Scheduling never missed a beat. I would recommend this Office to anyone who asked. a special thanks to Taylor, RDH, Dr. Sundin, and Kinda for your outstanding customer service.
Complete waste of time. Went there for a routine cleaning only I didnt get my cleaning. Took a thousand X-rays, delt with multiple people and the entire appt felt like one big sales pitch. I was there for almost 2 hours for my routine cleaning just for the office manager to tell me they close at 7 and the hygienist had two people ahead of me and I have to schedule another time then, she goes on to say it would be a while until they had something open. Huh!? I came for a cleaning. Total production! Horrible visit! I will drive to Savannah to see my regular dentist. Came here for convenience but in the end it wasnt worth it.
This place sucks have had nothing but problems with them. Some of the staff is very rude and most of them dont seem to have much experience.FOR the money I paid I would have expected more especially from a big company like Aspen dental. WHEN they did something without my permission they think its ok to say that they are not going to fix or replace what they messed up because its your fault and you should stand behind your products and make your paying customers happy not argue with them especially when youre in the wrong. Very unsatisfied.
My sister had four teeth pulled and was sent home without prescriptions for either pain killers or antibiotics. Aspen (Hinesville) was supposed to call the scripts in to the pharmacy, but when her husband went to pick them up, they hadnt been called in, leaving her to wait until the next day. She was in tremendous pain, barely slept, and tried to get by using ice until she could get her meds. Aspen finally called in the prescriptions but to two different pharmacies, so my sister, still in intense pain, had to sort this all out to get both prescriptions at the same pharmacy. Two days later, the swelling is worse and has spread and were afraid there may be an infection. I was in healthcare for 23 years and have never heard of an experience like this. If I didnt live out of state, Id have already gone there myself. It is completely irresponsible for a medical professional to extract multiple teeth and not provide pain meds or protection against infection.
I was very nervous when I came for the first time, but after speaking with the staff members, they made me feel at ease. Everyone had a pleasant personality and all the procedures that I needed done was explained to me in full detail. I was also grateful to be seen at a last minute notice. They are the best.
Im 70 years old and my front tooth fell out of my 2.5 year old denture , made by a different company). Aspen Dental couldnt help me enough to remedy my situation. I was so blessed by this experience. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect , you wont be disappointed. Thankyou for helping this Senior Citizen. Thankyou for all Aspen Dentals kind and courteous people.
They preformed a very thorough examination, answered all my questions, the staff was very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately due to my high blood pressure they wasnt able to do the extraction that day. I will be returning once my family dr. get my blood pressure down to normal levels!
I set me appointment close to a month prior. I work 40-50 hours a week and called out for a appointment at 8am. I’m tired and get there only to find out no one is there when it clearly states it’s open. The least I could have gotten was a courtesy call. It’s now past my appointment time
So, in my treatment plan, I was told to use a medicated mouthwash for x amount of months. One bottle lasts about 20 uses.Well, when calling to refill my prescription after just 1 bottle, I was told that this isnt possible because I havent been seen in 30 days.Aspen dental advertises that they accept all but state insurance carriers but yet they dont accept my Humana One HMO plan which is crazy because under this HMO plan I would select Aspen dental as my provider and only be covered when getting treatment at their office. So if youre like me and under the assumption that they accept all insurances, just like their site advertises, youre wrong.Basically, eventhough I want to commit to their treatment plan, they wont let me! Cant follow through with the mouthwash regiments nor be seen for the rest of my treatment plan while being covered by my insurance company. The lady I spoke to (kimber?) wasnt helpful either. She didnt try to help out with the insurance issue and quite frankly, there seemed to be some language barrier...Too bad, Aspen Dental, I WAS excited to get treated at your office.
The person in charge of ins was so unprofessional and unpleasant that when it came to the final part, after xrays, I walked out. She said we weren’t covered. My husband called to see. We are covered. After giving her the ins companies suggestion her attitude got worse. That and the attempted up-selling via repeating video was a turn off. I no longer felt ok to stay.
If I could give them zero Stars I would, my crowns have fallin out several times, the last time I went in and they told me they would do the work for free. About a month goes by and I suddenly get a bill in the mail, and when I called them about this the lady had told me that I had consented to getting X-Rays done. No one in the office had explained to me that the X-ray may possibly incur charges. In fact no one explain to me, but I had the right to refuse. apparently to them, concerned is being told to go to the X-ray room and following directions. See people coming really close to finding a lawyer because obviously they dont know how to ask for consent. After I explain lady in the office what was going on, and instead of fixing it they decide to resubmit the claim to the insurance company telling me theres nothing they can do. They have a really twisted idea of what consent isIf they tell you something is no charge because of their mistakes, make sure you get clarification on whats not going to be changed and what maybe charged. Id give them negative stars if i could. Definitely reporting to the bbb
If I could give less than one star I would!!! Aspen Dental in Hinesville just opened and they are the worse place you can actually go. I had a 7:30 am appointment on 7/28/2018 and I arrived on time. After waiting 25 minutes, they called me back at around 7:55am. minutes Since the office I needed to talk to opened at 8 (7am CT) I asked can I call them to get my member ID for a Dental plan I purchased in hopes of saving myself some money as I do not work and currently have no dental insurance. Once I got the information I needed, they then called me in the back to tell me that since it was now after 8 they can not see me and I will have to be rescheduled. I waited for them for 25 minutes, but they couldnt wait for me for 5. I had already paid over $400.00 for my extractions the day before so I told the lady that now since I do have the insurance plan I wanted to see if her discount was better or the plan I purchased. She told me that if I did get the info after I got in the seat that she would not come get me out the seat but I reminded her that I am trying to save as much as I could. I am was in the worse pain, I need two teeth extracted....there was only one other person in the lobby and the entire time this was happening, no one else had come in or anything !!!! And everyone knew how much pain I was in. I had been trying to get an appointment in that office for about a week. This showed me that there is no care there at all !!!!! I asked for my money back and I will NEVER go back !!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF COMING IN CONTACT WITH.......YOU PEOPLE SUCK!!!!!!!!! I will tell everyone who will listen to me DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!!!!!!!!
First time here at the Hinesville, Ga location and it was great. Staff was awesome from the receptionist to the doc. They were friendly and thorough. I went in for quotes and they gave me detailed quotes and the steps I will be taking through the process. I felt very comfortable with them and will be going back.
I’ve never had a bad experience here with the staff or dentists so I don’t understand the few negative feedback. I always get the best care and treated with respect I’m always in and out and the dentist is very nice and gentle so are those that work with him and the front desk staff.
Had to get a tooth pulled today, it was an awesome experience, the staff that looked out for me were very professional, thank you Dr. Green you where amazing and her assistant Monigue DA, was very attentive and friendly. I was in and out. I would recommend Aspen to anyone!!!
Friendly staff, fast visit, nice facility. I came in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, as soon as I got done with paperwork I waited maybe five minutes, if that, before they called me back. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable.
All I can say is when I walk in I feel tht I was goin to be a great place to stay. I got in the bk for my x-ray she was great. The other ppl came in talk wit great. But omg when this one child came in to talk wit me bout getting wit I need all she talk bout was money get financing to getting wit I need but when u say something different the tone in her voice to me very disrespectful talking to me she was the only one tht do not know how to respect ppl she act like she own the ppl and if she do she need to knw how to talk to ppl when it now goin her way in money . But when I told her I have the money her tone change . Than she goin to ask me are u upset wit me did she make me mad. She better be glad God is in control of my life . Than she lie on top of tht. Bc the room tht I was in she say tht they do not work in tht room but when u cane bk tht was the same room they pull my tooth. Than the girl tht was nice when I walk in the door early tht monring tht was nice around bout 11 when I had to come bout being there at 7am I ask her a question about one of my insurance card and she was not nice at all all she say was NO WE DONT USE THOSE CARD All u can say is some of yall worker need classes in how to respect , talk , smile and more bc tht is very important in a playoff business like tht. It is a nice place but the type of worker need to change. Love the Dentist she was very very nice wish she work another place.
That place where I go to are a great people and very caring. I have lost all my counts of how many times Ive been going for my adjustments. Thank you for all of your timing being patient with me. Thanks again! I recommend this place since Dr. Buchanan and the staff are very friendly.
Brought my wife here. Getting attitude from the front desk girl, Elise. Listening to her talk to people on the phone tells me she gives attitude to everyone. She tried to verify my insurance and told me we weren’t cover. I made to effort to talk to my insurance company and was told that I was covered. There isn’t any way to undo at bad first impression.
I would not recommend this location at all if we’re the last place in the entire U.S in hinesville Ga made an appointment for my husband after being in severe pain had to wait 4 days to start with and then they tried to pull wrong tooth and after leaving a $100 credit on account come to find out all of sudden states we used the credit which is a lie because we paid out of pocket for all services rendered he came home in severe pain nothing sent home for pain or infection this is the worse place would not recommend for my dog and by chance I see my $100 I will be shocked I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau very dis-satisfied
Dont come here expecting someday service! They only evaluate you, even if you are in pain, and tell you what it will cost to get what you need done and tell you to schedule another appointment. Walk-ins and emergency services are not offered no matter what you get told.
I was told that i needed both top and bottom teeth replaced when i went in for a sore tooth.......they needed to pull my teeth and go on to full dentures or partials .......when i came in for my second appointment after being shooken up for couple days they said i was too swollen to work on and decided to send me to an oral surgeon in town and sent me along with my exrays for the next morning..... surgeon asked me what tooth hurt and found the problem in less then 5 minutes.....asked me if i wanted it fixed or pulled end of story.........in and out in less than 50 minutes.......be weary of aspen......and the bald guy in Hinesville Ga.......

2022-01-30My first visit was a great one! The lady that does the X-rays I forget her name but it starts with a T I believe. She was so sweet and calm and patient. There was another lady who does the 3d she was sweet and the Dentist sealed the deal! I’m super stocked about getting my dental hygiene together! I’m not afraid of the dentist I’m not even afraid of needles really but all it takes is one encounter and fear creeps in. The people here have made me feel comfortable and ready to proceed with what needs to be done. I definitely recommend going here!

2022-01-19I was a new customer yesterday. I went there incredibly anxious and in a lot of pain. The X-ray techs and hygienists were all so great! Dr Sundin was incredible. She gave me several treatment options and in the end I requested an extraction. I didn’t even feel the numbing needles & it was a near painless and quick extraction! She worked with me to help find my best financial option, coming from a single mother who just moved here and had to pay out of pocket, it meant a lot to have her figure out my best option. My only reason for not leaving a 5 start was that I paid for an oral cancer screening which was said to be mandatory by the front desk, and it never happened. I will be calling back to see if I can be refunded that money, and hope they give it to me since I didn’t receive that service. But overall I’m really pleased w my experience & thankful to the assistants, techs, and my new Dentist for making it the least anxious visit I’ve had in a while!

2022-07-18Amazing Staff! Clean friendly and understanding on all matters. Very thorough about what needs to be done how much it will cost everything! Helped me as soon as I called with my cracked molar and directed the way even with no dental insurance at all! Love this place hate that I’m leaving and being able to experience them more! I didn’t feel ANY pain from the deep cleaning I was so scared of to the root canal! Not a pain or anything. Dr. Saundin is IMMACULATE & knows exactly what to do and how to do it and so tender and so quick with all procedures even if she has to keep stopping to numb you just to make sure you’re comfortable at all cost! Love this place!

2022-04-08Honestly I would give zero stars if I could.I went in for a cleaning, and had an exam done. During this exam they checked for periodontal disease, the girl called out really high numbers like a lot of 6s and basically told me that I had moderate periodontists, which shocked me because I don’t have issues. She said my bone was receding and that I would need heavy root and scaling done. So the dentist came in to look at my mouth and told me that my bone was exactly where it should be for someone my age, and everything looked good and I could just get a cleaning. So i brought up what the hygienist said and he instant said oh yeah yeah we for sure should do that. Like which is it, I need an extensive deep clean or a normal cleaning ?I reluctantly scheduled an appointment for the treatment because I thought I needed it and paid a deposit, after having them try to pitch a 200 tooth brush at me.I was feeling really uneasy and decided to get another opinion. The dentist said umm you have very healthy looking gums and when they proved my gums they didn’t call a single number over a 2. I do not have severe gum disease. He said not by a long shot. He also said had I actually went and had that deep cleaning it could have really messed up my teeth because I don’t need it.arguing for my deposit back also was a complete pain and took multiple phone calls to get them to refund it.I would never recommend Aspen, I honestly feel like it’s just completely sales based and they just wanted the money for a treatment I did not need done.

2022-03-13Poor customer service no compassion for the patients that are coming in to get help when they are in need even though their job is to help their patients and make them feel like they have a chance to get the help they need. I have never felt so disappointed. The staff was inconsiderate and rude and instead of making their patients feel comfortable they stood in the back down talking patients that are there to get help. They have no idea what some of the patients have gone through this office needs to humble themselves because you never know when the shoe will be on the other foot. Hope the next patient gets better service.

2022-07-17I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Aspen Dental. My hygienist explained everything she was doing, had a gentle hand and was very professional. The doctor was quick but thorough. I will definitely be back.

2022-08-09The receptionist at the front desk repeatedly asked my daughter the same question to the point it made her uncomfortable. My daughter was giving the lady the correct information and the lady kept asking her if she knew her Dad was only 10 years older than her. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The lack of unprofessionalism and respect you showed my 20 year old daughter was unacceptable in my book. It shouldn’t matter how old her Dad is when she was adopted and you as the business SHOULDN’T have to know this information to treat a patient.

2022-05-27Very unprofessional! My wife and I had appointments set and we both took off of work for them and they cancelled our appointments the day before. We got a text confirmation and an email confirmation that we confirmed but then the day before the appointments they called and said they cancelled our appointments because we didn’t “verbally confirm” the appointments also in a call they supposedly placed hours before that we never got. Why should I keep reassuring you like a child? We confirmed twice already. And as I said, they never actually did call to confirm either. Total waste of time and disregard for clients. If we were to cancel short notice in a lot of businesses there would be a cancellation fee but they just cancelled our appointments on us with no notice showing a lack of respect for our time. That level of incompetence shows me that I don’t even want them working on my teeth.

2022-07-19Not happy! Needed upper denture. Went there and waited 4 weeks to finally get them. 2 weeks later they split in 2. Got a new set after 4 day wait. Had them 4 days and they split on 2 again. This is ridiculous! Going to get money back. You pay for cheap you get cheap!

2022-04-26Dont walk to this destist..run!!!From.beginning to end..my experience with Aspen has been horrible. I purchased partial dentures and it took months to have my permanent pair and now 3 years later, a tooth broke off. You would think its an easy fix..nope. I have to go 10 days with no teeth in. 😫
