Aspen Dental in other cities:
Im given them a star cause I had to to do a review I will never go here again nor will I recommend a friend, family nor coworker about this location Ill never step foot in a Aspen Dental office again cause of this location one or two Apple can spoil the hold barrel especially when Im paying good money for there expensive services Sooner or later some one will have a lawsuit on them they judge you and dont even know you when it comes to the money and pricing Im black and money wasnt a issue paid cash in full and was still wondering why there prices so high with insurance I was right and they was way off call my insurance ASPEN been holding my funds they owe me for over a month 890.for over a month and didnt pick up a phone to call shame
I have been going to the pooler office for years now and seeing Dr Patel. She is awesome. I came in last week and seen a new Hygienist she did the same cleaning that I have had everytime I have been there. But this time confidently it was considered a deep cleaning and it was 500.00 but she informed me she was going to do me a favor and not charge for a deep cleaning. Then she tried to push a antibiotic shot that is 103.00 per shot. Not happening. So My husband goes today for his 6 month cleaning and she informs him that he needs a deep cleaning that would be 300.00 and he needed 4 shots at 103.00 a piece. I would love to know when this office became all about pushing these shots on everyone. Also when did a cleaning become a deep cleaning for everyone. She did the same cleaning on me that has been done everytime time befor last.. There is 3 members ofmy family that I pay for to come to that office. Well after My husbands appointment today we will be changing denist. Not everyone need antibiotics shot and deep cleaning. Also left with a cut on the inside of my bottom lip because she is very rough when cleaning.
I can’t say enough about Aspen dental from when I walked in the front door the young lady at the front desk was super sweet friendly and very helpful. Then I get called to do my X-rays and the young lady that did this part was on her game didn’t just jab parts in my mouth she made sure I was comfortable she was very professional in every step. I wished I knew all there names cause I never been treated so kind in a dental office. But the last thing I have to say is I will never use another Dr/ Dentist then Dr.Patel she said what she was going to do and did it. She didn’t beat around the bush she told me I need to take better care of my teeth no in a mean way but she meant it. She was the very best professional, gentle , and caring. Aspen Dental if you don’t want to loose a customer make sure you keep this office in Pooler Ga just the way it is. Thank y’all so much for the relief help and compassion.
From the moment I stepped through the door I could easily tell that I made the right decision coming there. The front desk receptionist was very kind and patient. The Dental assistant was extremely nice and The Dentist was perfect! I just really enjoyed my experience!!
I went in because my wisdom teeth were hurting really bad! They were AMAZING did my x-ray, took a 3D scan of my teeth & helped me same day as well as a deep clean. Honestly my best experience at a dentist EVER! everyone so nice & welcoming I would highly recommend this place!!
I went in for a periodontal maintenance, which was by itself fine. However, what was very disappointing was when I received a bill 2 months after the initial visit, saying I owned Aspen almost $100.00. I called one of their offices in Savannah and spoke to a representative who told me that I was not charged the right amount upon my last visit in Pooler. I inquired if there was anything that could be done since this was clearly a user error and that it was my understanding that I paid my entire bill (I dont have insurance). The representative brushed me off and told me I either needed to pay the full amount or it would be sent to collection. I ended up paying it off, but I dont believe Ill be back to Aspen at all. While I understand this is a business, I also know that there is a time and place where showing a bit of empathy is needed. And I cant see myself doing business with a company that disregards their patients like this. Its all very disappointing because I liked most of the people I met. However, as a single person with no insurance, I need to make sure Im making the best financial decisions when it comes to my health.
Do Not use Pooler location. They overcharge you and when they file your insurance you will owe less than what they demand you pay. Please use your local dentist. Aspen dental is big business and they will rip you off! Youve been warned! When they rip you off then you get no return call! DO NOT USE POOLER LOCATION!@
From the time I arrived in the office, the entire team made me feel comfortable and important. Randall took my X-rays and was careful around some sensitive spots and Lindsay was my hygienist and she made me feel very comfortable and explained what she was doing.Dr. Patel and Alexis were so good to me. Dr. Patel was very real with me and gave me options to choose from and that would fit in my budget. We chose a treatment plan and off she went to setting everything into motion. Alexis held my hand and made anything that was unpleasant a little more bearable.Amber, my treatment coordinator took the time to explain to me everything that needed to be done and how we were going to achieve our goal. She never made me feel pressured and I always felt like they had my best interest in mind.I would definitely recommend this Aspen Dental to my friends and family.
I did give them a 6 star rating they were very friendly and helpful. They quoted me a price for the work they were going to do. I paid them for the work but since then they have billed me 3 more times for this one job. I will give them 3 stars but I want use them any more because you cant trust them at their work. I will find a dentist that sticks by what they quote.
I had to come back and thank Aspen Dental Pooler for helping me today with my emergency situation. The office did extra follow ups to make sure my account was settled even though they have a hard to reach Claims Department. I was blessed to be able to get in today to help me with my tooth disaster that escalated over the holiday weekend. Both doctors are extremely talented at what they do and make it seem easy when in reality they are dealing with a complex situation ( and not the first time). I thank you for your dedication and your expertise. Thank you for helping me in my time of need and preventing me from facing further complications.
Dr. Roma Patel is very knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to explain what the procedure I was going to undergo in detail, and she understood I was very nervous and she definitely put my mind at ease. She truly cares about her patients and she is passionate with her work, it shows. Her staff is always friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience in Dr. Patels office. Although I will always dread a visit to the dentist, having Dr. Roma Patel as my dentist definitely makes it a lot better! I recommend her for all your dentistry work!
Office staff and techs were great. The Dr was very rushed and rough. My mouth is all scraped up and sore and there was a shard of tooth sticking out after an extraction. I understand they do alot of business but Ive never been so scraped and sore after any dental appointment.
My experience with Aspen dental Was like a warm welcoming committee of family. The doctor there knew every ringtone that came on my phone. I feel like we really touched base. After all was said and done even though I was talking like I had a stroke on one side of my face I still had the luxury of only paying very very small amount to what I was expecting. I guess it is true about root being a popular thing now because now theyre going around like candy. The price of a route canal now has dropped dramatically so now would be the best time to get a root canal and I highly recommend Aspen dental to do it.
I have had multiple problems with the lower plate that this office made. The day I went in to have the plate fitted, I had an abscess. I explained this to the dentist, he seemed to be in a hurry to fit the plate and did not respond to my issue. I have been experiencing abscesses for 20+ years and know the problem. I had to call later for a prescription for antibiotics. This plate has never fit properly, one side is higher than the other and shifts throughout the day. According to the instructions on the adhesive, multiple applications is not recommended for ill fitting dentures. Most adhesives contain zinc, which is also not recommended for multiple uses per day. I have to reapply 2-3 times per day in order to eat. I have gone back only to have temporary soft liners applied, which does solve the problem. I will remind you this is a temporary fix.So, this evening, while eating a thin crust pizza, one of the teeth on my top partial fell out! This partial was to replace one that I purchased over 5 years prior at a cost of $ 450.00. I am amazed that the one I had made at Aspen, at less than 3 years, at triple the cost, is broken. I notice Aspen Dental has not sent any surveys lately, screw me once shame on you.I tell anyone that asks about dental work to go elsewhere. I am a verified patient!!!!! I will continue to tell anyone who asks the same.I believe I have some kind of warranty, I will have to go back to the same office for what I imagine will be a halfassed repair. In the future, I will take my money to the competition. I also plan to contact the finance company concerning a charge back.Beware of big box dental clinics
As much as I hate going to the dentist, this place made me feel comfortable and relaxed! I knew before going in there that my teeth need some work. From the very beginning, each employee made me feel comfortable and at ease. 45 minutes is a drive but I would rather make that drive than the dentists around me. Love the place already and I just had my consultation today. Very clean place! Highly recommend if you’re afraid of going to the dentist like me☺️🙌🏼
After seeing a few other Dentists, Ive decided to stick with Dr. Patel for all my upcoming dental needs, and I am very picky. I require a good bit of work to be done and their evaluation was the most thorough, progressive, reassuring, pro-active, most cost efficient, best financing options, and most truthful than anyone else who I have seen. I have received other treatment plans and in comparison I just felt that gut feeling I had found my Dental home and felt most confident in trusting them with getting back my oral health. I am very excited to be spending my time and money here when its so hard to find the right people these days. The assurance they gave me was phenomenal whereas at other places I felt them wanting nothing but as much money as they could make off me which made me lack any confidence in their services long term. They all were very friendly and highly educated in their field and it showed above all. They made me feel so comfortable after gaining horrible anxiety/fear due to a previous experience with another doctor. Thank you Dr. Patel!!!
During a recent trip to Savannah, I required immediate dental care. Aspen Dental in Pooler was able to quickly work me into their schedule. They addressed both my problem and dental phobia efficiently and with much consideration. They afforded me several treatment options without resorting to drastic treatment options. At every turn, they were concerned with my welfare and condition. Amazing people in that office!!
I dont know what I expected. But my experience was really good. The staff were all very courteous and polite. Each technician that worked with me explained exactly what was going on and why. The doctor was really nice and explain to me my upcoming treatment, the whys in the hows. Then the office manager took me to her desk and explained the treatment and the cost and my options in handling it. Im glad I chose to go there, and Im actually looking forward to my next visit and how good my teeth are going to be looking soon. I would recommend this office in Pooler to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
I tend to be wary of these kinds of corporate medical practices, but I was desperate and they could see me the same day. After 1 visit, I think Ive found my new dentist. Dr. Patel was amazing; she really took some time with me and talked me through what needed doing. The whole staff was great, from the front desk to the business manager. Very transparent and very reasonable pricing too.
I absolutely love this place. The entire staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make you comfortable with the entire process. Imani was absolutely awesome. She explained everything she was doing before she did it and answered all my questions. Dr. Patel was extremely patient with me as Im a big baby when it comes to dental work. Every one was very reassuring. I would most definitely recommend Aspen Dental!!!!😁😁😁😁
From my experience. The staff at this dental facility was very well-mannered and professional. They did a perfect job with their service. I wasnt rushed. I even had a chance to sit down and talk to a consultant. I was able to be put on a payment plan. Theyre awesome. They work with you. They give you a chance to get your mouth back healthy and yes I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.
Aspen Dental Savannah 2020 wow what a great experience, hard to say that for Dental procedures but as weary and scared as I was to have my mouth touched while in considerable pain went like a charm! Jennifer (Dentist) and Jennifer (cost agent), took me through it all, explained everything and had me in and out pain free. Special shout out to Champagne my Dental Assistant, and Kevin my Lab man were exceptional, personalities of angels, warm, caring, and professional all the while keeping me in smiles which as we all know is not easy in a dental office. Absolutely loved Champagne, she made the entire experience as great as it was! Would highly recommend for the work as well as the cost. I couldnt have received better treatment anywhere else! Score 10... 5 stars... 2 thumbs upVery satisfied clientAspen Pooler 2018.. is a lifesaver! My Dentist was the incredible Dr. Patel, thorough, pleasant, and gentle. The staff and office climate was very welcoming, and they do everything possible to help on pymts if needed. Great
Great experience. Everyone was kind and made you feel comfortable. I went in for a cleaning and it was quite possibly the best cleaning I’ve ever had done. They are thorough and do not rush. They are attentive to your needs and quick to offer solutions. All in all a great experience.
Ok so I should start out by saying that everyone has been kind , nice etc...but for me its all about the follow up should you need it.I received my upper partial but wouldnt you know its not the perfect fit you expected..giving it a few days to adjust to it no luck...the pain , discomfort . They certainly dont seem very sympathetic to your situation all they say is if we get a cancelation we might get you in if not wait till the scheduled follow up appointment or you can walk in but there is NO Guarantee that you can be seen. I should have listened to people who suggested I go local instead of these big chain dental places.
Everyone I encountered were absolutely incredible. I am a person that had such a bad experience with a dentist, and was left so afraid that I didnt go to a dentist again for 20 years. I started to experience several different issues and had to go. I am so glad that I choose this place. They were extremely professional and non judgemental. They took the time to go over the whole treatment process and was sure that I understood what was going on.
Eunice and Priscilla were phenomenal! They made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole filling process, gave me the rundown of after-care dos and donts and were hilarious. They were also patient with me when my anxiety started to flare up! Im a new patient at Aspen Dental but the last few times Ive been there, Ive had nothing but great customer service and great experiences! As of today, Id highly recommend them.
They were very professional and put me at ease from start to finish, especially since Im generally never at ease at the dentist. As a medical facility open during the pandemic is difficult but they are great keeping you at ease that theyre doing all they can to keep you safe.
I had two fabulous dental assistants Imani,Priscilla. They both made me feel so comfortable that I actually almost went to sleep. I specifically liked they worked as a team making sure that It was okay to ask questions about dental procedures. I also, like their positive attitude.
The staff was wonderful. Ms. Amber was so sweet and the receptionist was wonderful too. Dr. Patel was so gentle and considerate. She talked me through the entire process. I will never use another dentist office. Apsen Dental is Highly preferred and I promise that you will be glad that you visited. Thank you Aspen Dental for taking care of my oral health needs!
I was so very relieved to find Aspen Dental. I purchased a salad in a bag, the kind that has the greens, dressing and pumpkin seeds and cranberries in it. At 5:30 Saturday I decided to eat it. Unfortunately there was a nutshell in it and when I bite down on it it broke my permanent bridge, leaving me with two broken teeth. I called 3 dental offices in my area since I was new to Georgia. Aspen Dental was the only one that had an answering service. He set me up with an appointment on Tuesday but told me to call early Monday to see if they could help me than. They got me in at 8:30 and than told me what they could do. We couldn’t save my bridges, top or bottom and I didn’t have insurance. They gave me the most wonderful service and I know have teeth on the top and bottom of my mouth. I am a baby, and am afraid of Dental offices, I imagine a lot of pain. Dr. Patel and Lindsey were so very gentle and patient with me. They made my experience virtually painless. I am so very happy I found Aspen Dental
Everyone was lovely, but I waited 30-45 minutes in the chair on my dentist. That was frustrating. By the time the dentist got to me, it was 5:30 and they were closed. The dental assistant roughed up my mouth when doing the X-rays. The bottom of my gums are all cut up, and healing due to the equipment. She was really nice about it while it was happening, but it’s frustrating.Everybody was very kind, which is hard to find at a dental office, but sitting there forever, and now being in pain- I probably won’t be back to this location.
THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I FELT BELITTLED FROM THE WOMAN THAT TAKES THE X-RAY. SHE TOLD ME US MEN IN GA WERE DIFFERENT. I TOOK IT THAT IT MAY BE BECAUSE OF THE WAY SHE WAS HANDLING ME WAS ROUGH, AND I EXPRESS MY DISCOMFORT. I PUT MY TRUST IN ASPEN AFTER MY WIFE DID HER RESEARCH.THE SERVICE THAT WAS ADVERTISED, THE GREETING, THE MEETING OF THE DOCTOR TO LET ME KNOW WHAT THE PROCEDURE WOULD BE, NONE OF THAT.. THEN TWO PEOPLE CAME TO THE BACK WHERE I WAS. THE GUY SPOKE TO ME AS IF I COULDNT AFFORD THE PRECISE CARE THAT I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING FOR YEARS KNOWING THIS DAY WOULD COME. I OWN 9 TRUCKS. EACH MAKES FROM 8K -10K A WEEK. I MAKE VERY GOOD MONEY(PRAISE GOD). FINANCING IS NOT AN ISSUE. BUT I THE GUY ALSO TOLD ME WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, ASPEN DOES NOT OFFER. AND THE THE LADY WHO CAME IN WITH HIM GOT ME A NUMBER TO SOMEONE WHO MAY.I KNOW I HAVE MAJOR ISSUES WITH MY TEETH. BUT AFTER WATCHING ALL THE VIDEOS I THOUGHT ASPEN COULD REALLY BRING A SOLUTION. BUT AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND ASPEN TO ANYONE. AND IM SURE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS NOT WHAT THE FOUNDERS OF THIS COMPANY MEANT WHEN INVESTING SO MUCH IN PRESENTATION. I REALIZE THAT THE MARKETING IS GREATER THAN THE REALITY AT ASPEN DENTAL.THANK YOUEDWARD L. ASKEW JR.
This dental clinic was awesome from the very first phone call all the way up until after my tooth was pulled. Everyone was courteous, nice, informative but most of all professional. I was kind of scared but every put me at ease and my procedure was painless. They went over my dental xrays with me and discussed an treatment plan and discussed payment options within my budget. I will be returning to start up my dental care that I truly need. My first time going there and my experience was great! I left with no negative vibes or comments about Aspen.
My visit at Aspen Dental was a great one. The staff was very friendly and informative. To say the least I was complied to post a review. All the staff was very professional and very talented in their speciality. Ms. Lindsey was outstanding with the hygienist treatment I had done. Dr. Patel was the moving factor for my over all plan. With her professional knowledge and very friendly attitude made me fell I would be taken care of during my visits. But not to forget the techs like Paige and Nichole to have a very friendly attitude to deal with me and to provide with a home feeling. The complete staff went far beyond what I was looking for in dental treatment. If it wasnt for the staff and their attitudes I would not have had my dental issues take care of. To Aspen Dental Pooler Staff you are the best. John CollinsOn Aug. 11, 2017 I had an appointment at Aspen Dental at the Pooler Ga. location. Again, I was met with the best of service and an the greatest respect. The wonderful staff again GREAT. I would like to hand it to the STAFF of Aspen Dental of Pooler Ga. The Best.
I keep coming back to Aspen Dental because their staff is friendly. Lets face it no one likes going to the dentist. But at Aspen Dental they make you feel comfortable. In addition they know their stuff . They worked up a plan that fit in my budget. & this is why I choose Aspen Dental from the rest .
Scheduled an appointment for my mother with no problem. We love the atmosphere, the staff was very professional, and went above and beyond to get my mother in early because of medical issues surrounding her medications. The fees for service was very reasonable considering the other dental offices I previously contacted. I would definitely recommend this dental office.
I had a positive experience considering my nervousness of being seen by a dentist. Everyone was nice, understanding and patient towards me. Things were explained to me about the health and care of my month/teeth. It was clean and felt comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and I will be going back to this location.
I called the day befrore to get in to see a dentist because my tooth was hurting for weeks. I was not charged for consultation or xrays which was a plus because they did not take my insurance and I could not wait a few weeks to get it taken care of. I did not have to wait long and they gave me several options and I choose to have the tooth extracted. It did not take her more that 5 minutes to extract my tooth and I only had to change my gauze once because there wasnt a lot of bleeding. It is 20 hours later and I have zero pain.
The staff was super friendly and professional. The whole visit, from getting the xrays taken to the consultation by Dr. Roma Patel, the whole process was smooth and easy. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and she loves what she does, it reflects on the quality of work she delivers. She made this dreaded dentist visit a great one. If youre in the market for a great dentist, Dr. Patel is the one for you.
I am so ecstatic with Aspen Dental! I’ve been looking for a dentist that would do what I needed to have done but not charge me $50,000! My first visit yesterday was phenomenal to say the least! I go back today to have all of the work performed. The entire staff gave me piece of mind and I can clearly see the light at the end of the tunnel. God bless them! I highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you Aspen Dental!!!
Our family has been seeing the same dentist for over forty years, until he passed away, so it was very difficult to make a change. We were treated so well by our former dental practice that it was a very pleasant surprise to find the people at Aspen in Pooler so friendly and welcoming. We were impressed with the efficienct, knowledgeable staff. Each person we encountered from the receptionists, dentists, assistants, hygienists and office staff knew their jobs, worked seamlessly together and the whole place ran like a well oiled machine. My husband has multiple major health issues and we felt safe and secure as the dentist and assistant at the initial appointment paid close attention to his medical history and contacted his cardiologist immediately to be sure any special needs were addressed properly. Dr Brown made sure that he understood my husband’s prior negative experiences with anesthetics and was able to keep him comfortable for his procedures. He even gave us a written note naming the anesthetic for future reference should a need for it arise again. Even the financial pain was mitigated by the availability and ease of financing. We truly felt cared for and valued by all which was reinforced when we were recognized and greeted warmly by a staff member upon our second visit. We would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional excellence offered in a caring environment.
Dr. Patel and her staff made every compassionate accommodation to make me feel like they cared and reassured many times that it would be alright. I went in today to get 13 teeth extracted and dentures placed Dr.Patel was professional, caring and quick with the procedure. When Dr. Patel handed me the mirror to see my new smile I started crying and she almost cried as I gave her a hug. Their prices are low and offer so many services with the fees you pay. I really cannot day enough about Aspen Dental. I love these people and will never go anywhere else!
Everyone was very polite and caring. I will be returning to have done what I need to. The Dentist was very helpful caring and never criticized. The whole staff is awsome. They care about you and you feel it. I highly recommend everyone to Aspen Dental. Already told family and friends. Thank you Aspen Dental
Called in for an emergency visit and Was scheduled promptly. The staff was very nice especially Jade who took good care of me while i was doing xrays and helped me keep calm about getting my tooth pulled while waiting for Dr. Patel. When Dr. Patel came back she was super kind and professional. Definitely my go-to from now on.
Everyone here at Aspen Dental was very nice welcoming and very professional. They were very concerned about the well-being and healthy care of my teeth and gums. The technician Leslie that took the x-rays was awesome and also the manager in training the young man also awesome and very caring about the procedures of what was about to happen and insured me that everything was going to be okay and even work with me although I do not have a dental plan. I would definitely recommend others to Aspen Dental.
Absolutely womderful!! They saw me late in the afternoon. Almost time to close but they still pull my tooth and got me outta pain. They said they didnt want me to suffer all weekend. Professional, clean and very organized!!! I would recommend Aspen Dental in Pooler!!!
Havent been to a dentist in 12 years due to previously bad experiences. Went here extremely nervous, All the people were so patient and kind through me having panic attacks, gagging, throwing up, crying ,etc. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Pooler. Dr Patel is so sweet and patient. Alexis is a doll, very lovely atmosphere and no harsh words for how bad my teeth were/are.
I had an appoinemt for Tuesday morning at 7:45. I was having trouble with a Wisdom tooth. Eveyone there was so nice and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Patel. She explained everything so clearly. Unfortunately the tooth had to go but the experience was painless. She did a great job!! I have found a new dentist. So if you want great quality dental care go to Aspen Dental in Pooler and ask for Dr. Patel. She is simply the best!!! So follow up Linda the Hygienist is awesome. she gave me a very pain free cleaning. She makes you so comfortable during your cleaning. She is simply the best!!! 6/11/20 Follow up!! Autumn the Hygienist was awesome. Saw Dr. Patel again for a couple of fillings and once agsin she did an extremely awesome job!!!
First thing you need to remember when going to this place is that its a business that is run by a corporation. In my opinion they make money by upselling services you may or may not require. I went in for a simple cleaning and they told me I needed several other services and that they would not do a simple cleaning. Im not saying that I dont need the additional services but Im definitely going to get a second opinion from a private practice dentist. Again, this is my opinion and each individual should use their own judgment on deciding if this place is a right fit for them. It just wasnt a fit for me. The staff was really nice.
The most amazing dental experience I have ever had! My dentist was very gentle with the removals and wanted to make sure that I was in no pain. I am moving this summer and I am definitely going to drive to visit them for future cleanings and any work necessary. The staff is very friendly and welcomes everyone with open arms and a smile!
When I walked in everyone was wearing a mask to help prevent the spread of Covid. The chairs were marked off so people could socially distance. The staff was very friendly. I had bite wing x-rays, then I taken back for my appointment. The doctor came in read the x-rays, went over some areas to watch for, and then checked my teeth. The hygienist was very professional and respectful.
Until today the sunken dent is still on my face that Dr. Patel caused it when cavities treatment.Still not worth evan one star. Compared I went to Godley station dental office met the Dr.Hatch, she is kind and very professional.Aspen is Not reliable and professional.Today is the third day after treating tooth cavity. After taking the anti-inflammatory drug for two days, it is still swollen and painful. This is a very scary treatment experience. I am worried that my facial nerve injury will not be good again. Dr. Patel injected too much anesthesia medicine, I feel numb that it lasted for six and half hours. I cant feel my lips, chin, nose, cheeks. Also there are deep red lines on both sides of my nose. There are scratches on the corners of the mouth and inside. until now when I smile my cheeks is still painful.
Worst dental experience of my life. The office was filthy, including a bathroom floor covered in dirt and several quarter sized drops of blood around the trash can. The tech that took my X-rays was very rough and cut the roof of my mouth. The dentist was even rougher, I have never had more painful shots in my mouth. She then told me I needed six teeth removed and other work totalling nearly four thousand dollars after my very good dental plan paid their part. Luckily I decided to try another dentist. When my husband picked up my X-rays from Aspen he was given a single sheet of copier paper. My new and professional dentist with the spotless office and kind staff did new X-rays at no charge since Aspen will be getting my insurance payment for that even though the X-rays are useless to me now. The best part was I dont need any teeth pulled, thats one shady scheme they have going on at Aspen Dental. But I am sure they would have happily sold me dentures if I had of continued seeing them for my dental care and let them needlessly pull my teeth out. Stay far away from this place.
Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time. The staff at this location are very nice but they are money hungry. I went in for New Patient Consultation and got free x-rays and work needed plan done. I had ulcers for a week from the Xray tech cutting my mouth while trying to rush me through, I was told I needed a 2 appointment Deep cleaning that would cost about $140 plus wanted me to get special $30 mouth rinse. After getting the consultation, they were quick to give me a total amount of work to be almost $6000 and wanted me to sign up for financing (I have no insurance) that day before scheduling an appointment to get work done. I was told I had 13 fillings needed, 2 crowns, and had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I ended up leaving and going to Midway Family Dental to see Dr. Jackson for a second opinion. After that consultation, I needed half the work done and had to spend no where near has much money to do it. Not that many fillings, no crowns, and wisdom teeth (that have already come in) get to stay put. All work is on a NON FINANCED payment plan and under $2300. Payment and work done at my pace, as I can pay for it. Never will I step foot in this place again.
Everyone with very friendly and the office was clean. The doctor was very impressive, she introduced herself, called me by name and shoot my hand. Throughout the procedure she told me what she was going to do in advance so I would know what to expect. I feel that they genuinely care about their patients and would recommend them to anyone
I am so sad that this dentistry did not work out. After hearing all of the bad stories about this dentist, I remained optimistic. I went to this dentistry for a year, and had experiences that were just fine. However, this week, I went into the office and the hygienist was excellent. I had an issue with a tooth that was filled by this office when there should have been a root canal. The dentist came in to look at my teeth for maybe 30 seconds (Not an exaggeration.) She said I had a cavity, but never told me where, what size, or what treatment needed to be done. She then left and I didnt see her again. When checking out, I was told that my insurance company would not cover white fillings, and that I would have to pay almost 800 for them. This was NOT true. This office told me this twice. I called my insurance company and they also said this is not true. PLEASE be mindful of the high cost of this company, and unfortunately, saying things are covered by insurance when they are.
Prices may be a little higher than some other places, but the pooler office was able to get me in same day for emergency tooth extraction, didnt try to push other services (like the rincon* office did), and seemed to care. Would recommend. Thank you pooler office and dr. Patel*if Rincon office would have done this two weeks ago, it wouldve saved a bunch of pain and missed days of workm
Dr. Patel did an amazing job extracting the 5 teeth I had taken out. She was very caring and considerate throughout the whole process. I would recommend anyone to visit Dr. Patel. I cannot speak for the other dentists there as I did not have contact with them. Also the front staff was very courteous and friendly as well. They were very honest and upfront about the pricing and what my insurance would cover and what I had to pay out of pocket.
I really like this dental office, the dentist are very good & all the people that I have met there were very nice & helpful. I would tell anyone that ever needed dental work In GA to go there. I think that they will be very happy with them, and they are very helpful when it comes to no insurance or with. So, Far I have been very happy using them.
I had a problem with a new denture and they noticed that I had been in for repairs 3 times in a short period of time, and they told me they were going to remake it free of charge. Everyone has been very kind and very professional during this process. It is refreshing to know there are still businesses that stand behind their services. I have and will continue to recommend this Aspen Dental.
Everyone is very nice but Their prices are a really high and They do not offer sedation for multiple extractions. Im chosing another dentist that has reasonable pricing for the same procedure and offers sedation for multiple tooth extractions. There is no way I can have some teeth pulled at once and have nothing but novacaine.
They made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They knew that I liked watching HGTV and they made sure that it was on in every room I went to without me even asking. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Dr.Patel and staff were phenomenal and they explained everything to me. Ive found a dentist that I can stick with, that truly makes going to the dentist less frightening.
At my first appointment I was told that I had a disease in my gums and needed a deep cleaning. I was shocked by this information being I have been seeing my family dentist for 20+ years for routine cleanings and have never gone more than 6-8 months without having my teeth cleaned. My gut told me to get a second opinion. I went to see a specialist and they confirmed what Dr. Patel told me. I did I have gum disease and would require to have a deep cleaning in order to save my teeth. I’m so thankful for the staff at aspen dental. I ended up getting my work done at Aspen since their prices were more affordable. I am so thankful for the entire staff at the aspen dental in Pooler ga!!!
I think the initial visit it makes the potential client feel like they need to spend unnecessary money. It’s almost like they look for expensive things like can do to do that really is not necessary. But the doctor does not make you feel like that. She is more personable, so if you could skip that part and just see her that would be ideal. And the X-ray techniques are kind of ancient compared to local dentist offices.
Aspen Dental Pooler Location was ABSOLUTELY the BEST experience Ive EVER had at an dentist office. Dr. Patel and her AWESOME staff greeted me with a smile, kept me laughing with their great sense of humors, and best of all made me feel like I was apart of their team. I was nervous when I found out the procedures I would be needing but, Dr. Patel assured me EVERYTHING would be fine and that she could do everything without any meds. She was done before I knew it without ANY pain at all. I love the team of employees at Aspen Dental Pooler Location...I will be an returning patient and be sure to bring my family. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! Great Job ladies you ROCK!!
Wonderful experience! Very thorough on what they were going to do and how much it will cost. Surgery was quick and easy and they took the time to ask how i was doing the whole time. Great prices too! Almost a month after extraction and i feel wonderful! No issues! Great job yall!
I took my mother here today for an emergency dental visit. Dr. Roma Patel and her assistant Paige were fantastic. Their professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Dr. Patel took the time to explain what was needed and help to fix her tooth that day. If youre in need of any dental work, go see Dr. Patel and her team in Pooler!
This is a 5 star clinic, the staff is very friendly and professional. But theyll joke with you if you start it. Great conversationalists and the x-ray tech Paige was really nice. The even sprayed my mouth with numbing spray after I told her I gag with x-rays. Overall Im very satisfied with this dentist over 4 others Ive been to in savannah.
I was told that my insurance provider had given Aspen dental a predetermined letter for a sleeping mouth guard by the nurse that did my cleaning. I told her I didn’t want it if it wasn’t covered. She assured me that she had checked and it was covered. Months later I got a bill for my portion that insurance didn’t cover. Then after I finished paying this off I received another bill saying I owed hundreds more & that insurance didn’t pay. So I have been making monthly payments & now they have have sent me to collections for $50🤬
It was my first time there. I arrived at 3:15 with all my paper work already filled out. It was after 4 when I was taken back for all the X-rays. After all that was done things went pretty smoothly. Everything was explained to me clearly and my exam was done. They were able to squeeze me in for my cleaning which I appreciated. Very impressed with the Hygenist. Dr. Patel is the most paliet dentist I have ever met. She’s was awesome! I’ll be back for sure.
I love Aspen in Pooler! Everytime I come in I am always politely greeted by the receptionist. The entire staff is very informative and also very knowledgeable. -- Dr. Patel is great and really comforting! It is such a judgement free environment. I will be definitely coming back for more treatment. ALSO Dr. Mark is great as well. LOVE THIS STAFF!
Aspen Dental made my life so much better! I had no insurance & a PAINFUL cracked molar filled w/ cavities. The initial visit was free & for them to pull that one tooth was affordable & PAINLESS! It took literally 30 seconds! I will be handling all my dental business w/ them
I have no insurance and every place I called was busy and/or charged $75-$150 for initial visit. I called this place and they got me in that day. 1st visit was free!! From the 1st staff member I encountered to the last..I had nothing but amazing customer service. They seen I was in pain and worked quickly to resolve it. Though, they couldnt fix the problem that day due to an infection...the denstist did what she could to give me relief in the meantime and got me out quickly. It cost me less than an initial visit anywhere else to have what I needed to make it until the next time. I have always been so afraid of the dentist, but this place was amazing and made me feel at ease and cared for!!! Love, love this place!! Oh, and I have never responded to the numbing shots at any dentist..ever!! But what they used worked so well and lasted 7 hours!!! I will be back!!Side note...I heard Dr. Patel talking to the patient next to me and I was blown away as she answered the patient on which was the cheapest route to go with his problem. She laid out all the options and told him she would do whatever he wanted, but also told him his cheapest and best option. I have never had a Dr or dentist tell me how to get what I needed without breaking the bank. It shows she is not just in it for the money.
I have been trying to have a crown fitted on my tooth at this office and unfortunately it has been nothing but stressful. We are on the third attempt to have the crown fit properly. After getting fitted the first time and I went back two weeks later after the crown came in and it didn’t even come close to fitting on my tooth so I had to get another mold done and sent out. Another two weeks go by and the second time it seemed to have fit. However, having an x-ray done not too long ago it was discovered that there is a gap between the crown and my tooth. We are now on the third try after removing the 2nd crown and another mold being sent out earlier this month I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday 5/15 @ 2:30PM (I have the email confirmation still saved).I received another email the morning of Tuesday 5/14 stating that my appointment was today at 2:30PM. I wasn’t advised if my 3rd crown had even come in yet so I contacted the office to address the situation and I was told the dentist would be out of the office on Wednesday. I wasn’t sure if I could make an appointment on Tuesday so the staff member I spoke to told me my crown should be in by 1PM and they would call me to take the next step if I could possibly make an appointment today. At 1:45PM I did not receive an update so I contacted the office and spoke to someone else, I advised on my situation just to be told my new crown did not come in yet. So, my question is what if my appointment was in fact rescheduled to Tuesday 5/14 @ 2:30PM and I showed up at 2:30PM today and my crown had not come in?I have been going to this office for almost two years and have had cleanings and cavities taken care of, for the most part the experiences have been pleasant apart from billing always seems to be issue. Maybe because I have two insurances? But in the last instance I had paid my portion up front for the crown and I then received a bill later that I owed A LOT more and it was unknown why insurances only covered a small portion (from other reviews I saw I don’t seem to be the only one who experienced this problem). Long story short I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt that this crown issue was just a stubborn tooth. But this has caused a lot of stress and I just want this crown taken care of so I can move on.
I am not comfortable sitting in a Dentist chair, the instruments makes me nervous but the staff was very polite and they explained every procedure, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They also provided me a detailed Treatment Plan for upcoming procedures (included the portion I needed to pay). That was important to me, because I needed that expense for my upcoming Open Enrollment for 2017. Cant wait to get started on my journey to a brighter smile. Thanks Ros
Horrible office to go to. No price transparency. Worse experienceMy brother had a toothache. He went Aspen dental Pooler office and was given a quote for filling. We informed them we don’t have a fund available right now and will schedule apt when funds are available. I called after 4 months after was given a quote for filling. Meanwhile, we bought insurance too! I called the day before and on the day of the appointment for my brother to make sure how much he has to pay. I was informed $508, deep cleaning and filling. He goes for an apt, the dentist evaluates him determines that he needs a root canal but they went ahead and did a deep cleaning on him and charged him for $400. First of all, as they are very eager to take your money as soon as you walk in; they knew that they have quoted me for filling and not root canal then if the root canal was needed why it wasn’t communicated before the deep cleaning. Now my brothers toot still hurts so issues remain the same. I spoke with the office manager to see if she can understand the situation and refund us for deep cleaning, she responded stating that we won’t refund for deep cleaning but only filling. Of course, the filling wasn’t performed so you would refund for it but what about being transparent with your patients about how much it actually going to cost. I try to make the manager understand that we weren’t financially capable for the service for filling itself that’s why it took us 4 months to schedule an appointment; then why the staff knowing that performed deep cleaning which cost us $400 and still our issues remained the same. Now watch this since they know we can’t afford root canal they didn’t do root canal without letting us know. We got ripped off.I would never recommend anyone to go to this office.
Terrible, absolutely terrible. I signed up to go to Aspen a month before my initial appointment. I got to the office early to give them the paperwork I had pre-filled out. They scanned my insurance card and I then sat in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting. I had to use the restroom so I did so quickly and was then called back to where I had to have full x-rays done. After the x-rays were done I was taken back to a chair where I waited more. The dentist finally came back and looked at my x-rays, she fixed one area of my crown that was hitting before the rest and then I was just left sitting in a chair with no instruction as to if I was good to go or if I was supposed to stay seated. I waited about 15 minutes and then finally got up and asked what I was supposed to do. I was sent to the consultation area, but lets pause there a moment while I mention how filthy the office was. The floors were so dirty I looked at them and thought, good God when was the last time they cleaned these? There was a random face mask for the gas sitting out on the window ledge and who knows how long that had been there. The bathroom I had used in the lobby was disgusting. Everything was so filthy that I called my parents who use Apsen Dental in Michigan and asked them if theirs was that disgusting (to which they replied no it was VERY clean). I was immediately turned off from the office because of the filthiness and already not wanting to schedule another appointment. When they left me in the chair with no direction, that increased my bad feeling about this office. I then went to the consultation area and at that time, they told me they do not accept my insurance. They had all my information a month prior (when I scheduled the appointment) and at least 30 minutes prior when they scanned my insurance card and then apparently did nothing with it. AFTER they took all the x-rays is when they told me my insurance was not accepted. Absolutely ridiculous. I cancelled any other appointments my family had scheduled and immediately called my insurance company. They stated that I had selected the dentist appropriately and that the office location was listed as accepting their insurance. I called back to Aspen and they even said they accepted my insurance to then put me on hold and come back and tell me, they are now under new management and just stopped accepting my insurance. It was a truly awful experience, I would not recommend this dentist at all.
This place does it all and are very friendly. I switched and made them my primary dentist because of their wonderful service and they are easy to work with. They except my dental insurance from Humana and they offer easy ways to pay. This is a great place. When you go here they will not waste time up selling you on cosmetic dentistry. They will focus on the problem areas to get them resolved and if you want cosmetic dental work they can do it too. This was the only place I have found in a long time that checks your teeth, clean your teeth and pull them too and can replace them if you want. They don’t refer you to an oral sergeon for teeth pulling this is how a dentist office should be a one shop for all and aspen has it.
Dr. Roma was very knowledgeable, and in tune to patient needs! Lindsey was just as impressive with expertise, and instruction on dental care. One of the funnest trips to the dentist Ive had because of the delightful staff there. Would recommend to anyone who needs a friendly and caring Dentist!
Went in terrified because I didnt know what to expect, I hadnt been to a dentist in years. My appt was at 9:30 they called me back a couple minutes afterwards (as we all know never happens in any doctor/dental office) which was amazing. Everybody was awesome and had great customer service. I didnt have insurance and they were happy to work with me as far as payments and I feel I wasnt treated any different from someone that did have insurance. Highly recommended
Im a new patient, wife and I are full time RVers looking for a dentist that we can use across the country as we travel. Aspen is in many places, so I think we found what we are looking for. Pooler office was very organized, friendly, and professional. Enough staff to keep the process moving, xrays, exam, cleaning, etc.Had my teeth cleaned today, and it was the best cleaning Ive had in many years. Very thorough, going back to be crowned next...
Avoid this place like the black plague. They are fresh out of school dentist who have no clue what theyre doing. They created more problems than fixed them. All staff are totally incompetent and rude af. Id rather my teeth rot than go back there. Dont waste your money, there are MUCH better dentists you can go to. They also gave me anesthetics they were not supposed to give me which they completely ignored while I told them that I have a liver disorder. If you value your money, teeth and life, go elsewhere.
Wish I can give them a 0 stars, but here is my review. They are the biggest liars in town when they do surgery to you. They will make you pay out of pocket in front. Telling you, your insurance (dental insurance) will cover the rest, but a month later they will send you bills for double of what you already paying. Went and asked in the office and they said “it is because your insurance didn’t want to cover anything and we don’t know why, you will have to contact them.” When I specifically asked before doing surgery, is this the final price? And they said yes. Now, they said well that was an estimate if insurance would have covered it. Being going to this place for 2 years for regular cleaning and they were always straight with payments, you pay for what you get and no more bills.
I had a great experience with Dr. Chapel and her assistant Andrea. Andrea addressed all of my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. Chapel is a riot, joking around with me as if I was family. they both had me laughing and made me feel as if i was a family member in the chair. I would give more stars if it would allow me!!
The worse customer service at the front desk! It’s lile the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing! One person says policy is one thing another person says something different....The techs are pretty good I have had no problems with cleanings but since my husband and I have had our fill ins done here we’ve been having problems with our teeth ever since! One of my fill ins came out not even a month later definitely on the look out for a new dentist office!
I had two very chipped and damaged front teeth. They looked horrible and made me feel worse. I remembered that I had visited Aspen Dental months ago and decided to call them. They fit me in that very day. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. When they handed me a mirror, I almost cried. They gave me my smile back. I could not be happier.
We had a scheduled appointment a month in advance, and they called us the week of the appointment and said they needed to bump it to tomorrow. Im completely understanding with changing the date, because things arise, but they need to give more of a notice than a day. Also, we had the appointment scheduled for a cleaning and a cavity fix. When they rescheduled the appointment, they only scheduled the cleaning and told us we need to come in on the original date they asked for, for the cavity fix. We told them we cant do both days, because work and school will not allow us to. Were just going to have to wait and see what they do today. If they get it all done, with no hassle, then the review will go up. They have been a wonderfully nice community thus far, and I would hate to give them a bad review based on something as minor, yet major, as scheduling.Well. They straightened it out, and they were very cooperative! Service was fantastic as well!
It was an awesome experience! Me and my son are new patients. The staff are super friendly and was very attentative, especially the dental assistant named Andrea or Audrea? And Dr. Christy was super nice to. Everyone was very pleasant! If only I remembered all their names! I would acknowledge each one of them! He he! Thanks Aspen Dental! You guys ROCK!!!!!
I was very nervous to see a new dentist. I have been going to mine for years in nj.. so I picked the pooled office and went. I had to have an extraction. I was so nervous. The dentist and the assistant both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. He even helped me out with a couple things no charge. When you dont have insurance this is a huge deal..as we all know how expensive it can get.. I would recomend this place to everyone.. they were gentle polite and awesome..
I rate the quality of care a 5 star but the wait was maybe a 3 star. I waited an hour before being called back. I realize I am a new patient and there was a lot of information needed and I also had my teeth cleaned but I dont believe I should have had to wait an hour to be called in. I was there almost 3 hours.....
My experience at Aspen Dental was the best ever. I came in with a toothache that no medicine would stop the pain, therefore this was a emergency patient visit for me. They gave me lots of xays and they were very kind and comforting to me being in pain. I met with they phenomenal Dr. Christy she is a jewel. This lady gave me shots to numb my mouth and me I was so scared when she came back to pull the tooth I told her I think the medicine has wore off she says no it takes about six hours then she checked I did not feel anything so she said you may feel pressure but no pain. I open my mouth and the next second Dr. Christy said thats it I said no way she showed me the tooth and I could not believe this Dr. Christy pulled my tooth and I did not feel anything. If you need any work done on your mouth and you are afraid of going to the dentist you better go see Dr. Christy she will change your mind about having anything done to your mouth she is the best Dentist ever , she loving, caring, beautiful and she loves and knows her job well. Dr. Christy #1 DentistLove you Dr. ChristySharon White
I went in to Aspen dental I explain to the staff that in the past it was painful to get my teeth clean. Dr.Brown said well you didnt have enough novocain. I said well I dont what to feel anything, he said you shouldnt at anytime experience pain when getting your teeth cleaned.Well I cant wait to go back and get the other side done thats how great it was. No pain at all. The stuff was soooo friend and understand. If you are afraid of the dentist and you have a Aspen Dental in you town go get your teeth clean there.well I live in Savannah, Ga and I went to the Aspen Dental in Pooler, Ga Great place.
Im new to GA in the past 3 years & have not been to a dentist (bad, I know). The dentists (it took two of them to wrestle my tooth extraction) at Aspen in Pooler were outstanding - very concerned about my bp & woudnt continue until the got the ok from my doctor. They were very gentle and put up with this 53 year old on the brink of a breakdown. The dental assistant even held my hand! 100% would recommend and I will be going back to get a preventative plan in place!
Went to Aspen Dental in Pooler, Ga on April 9, 2019 to get teeth cleaned. After xrays and exam was told to go to the front for consultation. The lady told me i had a cavity and needed a deep clean. The cost for the deep clean was over $2200 alone. My insurance would pay half so it still left a balance of over $1100. I told her I was 74 years old had a number of teeth missing did not want the deep cleaning just give me a regular clean and fill the cavity. She said Aspen would not do anything to my teeth until they did the $1100 cleaning. If this Is Aspens Dentals policy toward senior citizens, or others, maybe they need to advertise this so we dont waste our money and time going to them in the first place. I would have given them no stars but they would not let me post it without at lest one.
I have read other comments that people had made about Aspen dental and I am quite surprised. I am not sure which location they went to, but the location in Pooler Georgia is outstanding I rarely wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment and all of the staff are very nice, professional and customer oriented. Unfortunately I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done and to my surprise they got it all done at my convenience I cannot say more about the outstanding customer service. Thank you Aspen Dental, in Pooler Georgia.
Everyone from the front door to the check out person were very nice and treated me very well. They knew I was nervous and anxious and went out of their way to be sure I was put at ease. I would refer anyone to them. Very professional yet friendly enough to make you feel like family.
I chipped my front teeth on a Friday, so I was anxious to have them repaired and Aspen Dental was able to get in the following Monday, which was great. I only want the repair of my front teeth, but I was required to have a full examination. This was okay, as there was no charge for this....and of course a review and discussion of the results was performed by the dentist. I opted for the repair which was done, however I can feel the difference in texture where the repairs were done and the repair on the right front tooth is not even with the tooth next to it, but is even with the other front tooth....but, it is noticeable. I have chipped my front teeth before and I did not feel a difference in texture between the repaired area and existing tooth surface. And the front teeth were closer in alignment with the adjacent teeth. So, I would not go back to have additional work performed on my teeth. The dentist and staff were very frendly, but it did seem rushed after I choose to go with the repair rather than the crown option.
Stay away. They did not catch a severely abscessed tooth that upon second option by another dentist screamed infection. They also said I needed 6 fillings which when I had seen them 6 months prior I did not need any. Upon second option from other dentist I only needed 3. Find a different dentist!
I had a crown replaced that was originally put in by Aspen Dental. The price quoted was reasonable and I was told before the replacement could be done, the crown needed to be paid for in full. I paid for the crown and was given a temporary crown and told to come back in three weeks for the permanent crown placement. Upon my return, I was told that I had to pay the balance of the crown... i have two dental insurances which covered the crown, but the office made me pay the secondary insurance portion. II WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND EXPENSIVE... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN TO ANYONE...
Terrible experience as a new patient. I signed in at the front desk and sat to be called. A woman at the front desk shouted a name and was looking at me. I went up there and asked if she was talking to me which she said yes. She told me I owed 35 dollars. I informed that my preventative is covered under my insurance and another lady said let me look at his chart. I looked down at the chart and the name was Erick. I informed them that my name was not Erick and I went back and sat down. I was having my records transferred from my other dental office and I asked if they had been received and they said no. So, I called my prior dental office to get them sent over as when Aspen called me back they informed that I needed dental X-rays. I informed them that my records were being xferred over and I did not need new ones. The lady that called me back informed me that I needed new Xrays because they could not accept other offices Xrays as they werent from another Aspen office. We proceeded with the Xrays. At the end of the Xrays, the front desk worker came to me and informed she needed my insurance card because they were having trouble getting it to pull up and she did not recognize my insurance provider. So, I logged on the insurance website while the dental technician was taking me back to the room. When I got back to the room, I asked if the front desk still needed my insurance card and she informed no, they will call and get it. I was then asked if I was needing to be seen for pain and I said no when I booked my appointment it was for a routine cleaning and she said okay well Im going to go get the doctor. Doctor Patel came in and she asked me if I had pain and I said no I am here for a cleaning and she asked me how much I flossed and wanted to take a look inside my mouth. So, she took a look inside and said yep it looks pretty boring in there and everything looks clean like it should be meanwhile I had not been cleaned. Dr. Patel was very friendly and pleasant but this visit was just clearly off. The doctor left the room and the office manager came in and said I would like you to join me in my office for a consult. I went to her office and sat down and she said when would you like to schedule your cleaning?. I looked at her confused as my appointment was supposed to be for a cleaning. I informed her of this and she informed that the first appointment is a consultation and her dental hygienist was leaving in 30 minutes and cleanings can take up to 3 hours. I informed her that this was a completely different experience and I had never been through so much with a dentist office on my FIRST visit. I will DEFINITELY not be going back to this office. What a fiasco and to think I took time off work hoping to secure Aspen as my primary dentist.
I would give no stars if they had that feature. I called to set an appointment up for all five of my kids and was told that all dentistry s take kids from 6 and up. Now I know thats not true. They lady on the phone asked if I wanted to set an appointment up for my two older kids and continue to look around for a dentist that would see my three little ones. That is so inconvenient and not to mention the gas its going to take to do that.
While on vacation i broke a tooth. Thanks to Dr. Patel and her lovely assistant came in and fix it. It was day 1 of my vacation but thanks to their efficiency and kindness i was out in an hour with a full smile. Cant recommend this office enough. You will be amazed at Dr Patels knowledge and skill. 5 stars is not enough.
If you want to be bullied into doing more than you wanted, this is the place. All I wanted was my teeth checked for cavities and a cleaning. I got 16+ bite wings, a dire prognosis, and a if I dont do it the way they tell me. I am going to lose my teeth. Those who did the x-rays and cleaned my teeth were very kind and considerate which is why the 3 instead of a lower rating. I did not appreciate at all the high stress sales pitch, and it is up in the air as to IF I go back (we will see after they do my kids teeth).
It took a month for them to ship my Invisalign at another location because the manager went on vacation. But was suppose to send it out before her vacation. Now I have to drive two hour to go to an office because my care was suppose to over but now Im a month longer. As they said they sent it out and never did.
I love this place! I at first thought they only do dentures (which i dont need.... at least not yet.), but they do everything. Everybody there is extreamly nice and professional. I love how they evaluate you and recommened what needs to be done, and provide you with pricing and then its up to you rather you would like to go with them or go to a competitor. They match prices as well. From my hygienist (I forgot her name) to my Dentist (Dr. Patel), they both made sure i was comfortable and ok with what they were doing. With me, I REALLY hate going to any type of dentist, so it was highly appreciated that they cared and was so pleasant throughout everything. I was laughing and pleased with how fast everthing was done. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Professional, friendly, very informativeThe Dentist is more intetested in meeting your individual needs, than just getting paid..Dentist and staff are very helpful, good vibes..Very patient.. Had a bad experience in the past from another dentist who could csre less.. But Aspen Dental in Pooler, Ga, will be my new home..My only Regret was I didnt choose them first!!Im Looking forward to a Great Smile snd future!! Thank you all so very much I am forever Grateful.. I recommend everyone to give them a try..
The place and staff was ok. However, the pricing is a different story. I wasnt told that In order to get financial help, you would have to get approved first. If I would of known this ahead of time, I wouldnt of wasted mine or their time. Other then that, the staff was really nice..
They are really expensive, they do have finance options but still. They also only offer what they call deep cleaning. You dont have an option to get regular cleaning done. Their first apointment is a consult only, however they didnt charge us for it. They staff is friendly.
Dont be fooled by the first visit free offer. All they do for an hour is an extensive series of Xrays and imaging, then without to even a basic cleaning, they escort you to the salesladys office where they tell you what they want to do and for how much. And theres nothing about their prices that are attractive. Extensive worst case scenario threats as well ... you WILL lose your teeth, if you dont ....Meh, pretty obvious business plan here.
One star is stretching it right now, wen there on a Wednesday as a new patient , explaining my situation over and over to i guess the tech then the dentist all and no being able to do anyrhing til Friday. The receptionist assured me that Id come In get my abcess that went into my jaw would be addressed until Friday. She wouldnt even give me an antibiotic until friday knowing my situation .So I left untreated an infection in my tooth into my head gum and jaw and severe pain. Wonnnderful, place let me tell you. That was the Savannah office. I really dont recommend.
I did find Aspen dental website and decided to give it a try. I found out you can fill all the paperwork online which I did several weeks, including my insurance and personal information. On my scheduled visit I told them my name and let the new front desk lady (trainee) know my account number on line. I also told her that all my info was filled out electronically. The new lady was very nice. But then another african american lady which did not identified or gave out her name, came to tell me that I have to fill everything out again for signature purposes and to get my insurance info which was already filled out electronically. She seemed to have a little attitude and wasnt friendly at all. Not even a hello or good afternoon...so because of her attitude and the wasted time of me having to fill all that information again, I decided to leave that office. If she would do print all the papers for me I would do sign them without a problem. Please train your personnel better so the next time a customer tells them that its information was already filled out electronically, they are able to pull it out from the customer’s Aspen account and dont waste our time.
Everyone there was so friendly. And they all cared about what they were doing, I mean it wasnt just a job to them. They were all smiling and enjoying their work. They did just what I needed to have done, I went home a happy lady. Thanks Dr. Christy and all his staff. You did am awesome job.
Havent been a dentist in years and decided to try aspen out,, and by the time I walked through the door until I left they were professional. Got the all the services I needed and was able to consult about future services needed. Would recommend them to anyway looking for dental care
Tried this dental organization or franchise for first time this year, but I’m not sure if I will use them again, one I think they charge way too much for their services. For example I have dental insurance on my job and they were trying to charge me over $500 to do a cleaning, and believe me I over brush my teeth. So adios catch who catch can.
I never post about stuff like this, and frankly its taken me months to do it. But please know that if I am taking the time to post at all, it was because this place exceeded my expectations. From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors themselves, I had an awesome experience. Everyone provided thurough explanations, and totally took the time to answer my questions. Only reason not 5 stars is cuz they are SO good that theyre totally booked up! Which is bad for me! Other than that, top notch...
I wish I could give them no stars. I scheduled an appt a little over a week ago, and needed to get in before nov. 30 because my insurance would run out.... they scheduled me for the 27th and they waited until the 25th (a week after my appt was scheduled AND the day before thanksgiving) to tell me they had to reschedule it because there wouldnt be a dentist. They couldnt get me in before my insurance would run out which has left me NO time to try to find another dentist before the 30th. Sickening, so unprofessional.
Absolutely horrible. I had gotten a call about reconfirming my appointment yesterday I reconfirmed and then I got a half I took off a half day of work and they Said I had no appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and never going to them again and you should not either. I have the proof on my call log that they called me to reconfirm the appointment.
So i called the #. I told them i needed my adult daughters teeth cleaned and she has no insurance. They said it would cost under $70 to get my daughters teeth cleaned but she would need to come in for a free consultation. So she goes in and they said they couldnt do a regular cleaning, she would have to have a deep cleaning which would cost $1088.00. Ummm nope.
What I dont appreciate is that theres no other kind of payment plan for good people and as a homeless vet with my wife and kids my wife sustains us until I can find a better job and we lost everything during Irma when I both took on water in Charleston and and she could lose her job if she doesnt get her tooth fixed as its important for her to have a good smile and its just not right especially after I serve my country probably in three Wars in this is what we have to deal with.
I am a big two year old when it comes to the dentist but the staff and the dentist I saw was very nice and patient with with ! And affordable which is very good bcuz I do not have dental insurance , I would recommended to anyone which I have . Great service thanks a lot
For someone who doesnt have dental insurance, hasnt seen a dentist in a very long time & all, it can be extremely stressful but since that first phone call to schedule my first appointment they were very kind, quick to see me, they are working with me financially & they are taking great care of me & my teeth :) I highly recommend.

2022-01-07My husband told me about Aspen Dental as he is a patient there. I had already lined up a different dentist office, however, because he spoke SO VERY highly of them I decided to go to AD instead. OH…MY…GOSH!! To begin the front office staff was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! They were THE MOST kind, and friendly people while being professional and thorough all in one! I am not being paid for this nor am I related to any of them. The dental assistant and dental hygienist were PHENOMENAL! They explained everything that they’d be doing and told me precisely what was going on inside my mouth. And while there are a small number of minor concerns, the Dr. put my mind at ease and told me exactly what she needed to do and said we will take care of my mouth. I absolutely loved that!!! Finally the finance manager informed me of my fees and was very pleasant and sweet. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this office and the staff…and the facility itself was very very clean. Thank you Aspen Dental in Pooler!!!

2022-03-24The staff was super nice and helpful! I had put my dental needs on the back burner for a few years and I knew it was going to be on the expensive side to get my teeth fixed up and healthy again… they were super helpful in getting a treatment plan together that I could afford with the combination of my dental insurance, money I had saved towards my treatment and getting financed for what I could not afford at the time. The financing was super affordable too! Very pleasant visit, my mouth is super happy and my wallet wasn’t hurt too bad in the process! I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Pooler GA. I will be continuing my dental needs with them!

2022-06-03The staff are very friendly, personable and willing to answer any questions you may have about your dental treatment. I didnt have to wait to be seen, in these trying times, something I value. I went in for two crowns and a deep cleaning, no pain. Very professional and clear about the procedures and after care. Thank you for helping me with my dental care

2022-07-28Worst dental experience ever! I only gave 2 stars because the check in lady was friendly and the lady that does the x-ray. Everyone else was a nightmare. The doctor didn’t even spend time to go over what’s going on in my mouth. She rushed my service, saying I need a deep cleaning and some teeth pulled. The hygienist was very harsh on my mouth, and even when I was saying ouch she just told me to stop closing my mouth and still continued to be harsh. The doctor just came in and pulled some tooth and said good luck, nothing else! The person she had in the room with her could hardly speak English and I did not understand one thing she was saying. I also couldn’t talk after having multiple teeth pulled, so telling her I couldn’t understand what she was saying was pointless. No one walked me out, didn’t know where to go. Finally went to the lady at the front desk and had to signal her that I needed pain killers which she gave to me. No other appointments was scheduled and I have cavities that needs filling. They did me a favor by not scheduling further appointments, this was my first time going and I will never go back!I’ve been to a lot of dentist and never had a bad experience! This experience really made me scared of the dentist!

2022-03-30It was the worst, I had a scheduled appointment for cavity and the asked to come in early for my appointment and the lady said yes. My appointment was at 4pm I came in at 2:30 thinking I was going to be seen. That was a waste,I was seen at my appointment time. I came to get cavity fixed, being my first visit, I know they give x-ray. But that was the only thing that happened. They told me that I was the last person and that was the only thing they could do for me. Being there way before my schedule appointment and this is what I gets, its unbelievable.

2022-06-02I dont know where all these five star ratings are coming from...because this place was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I had a bad feeling about it the furst time I came in for xrays. And it took them forever just to get me in to an actual appointment. So I came in for my cleaning appointment today, which was susposed to be covered by my insurance and they said oh the xrays are covered not the cleaning and since you have gingivitis you need to come in for a second cleaning? Umm what? Ive never heard of this nor was it discussed beforehand. The doctor told me I had two cavities but never showed ne my xrays to prove it the hygentitis told me oh he must have gotten busy and forgot? Im sorry but thats what youre getting paid for. And the hygentist was a joke and completely abrassive and unempathic during the cleaning. She just said oh youre fine were almost done. She made my gums bleed so bad but said it will be OK Ill just put more antiseptic on it...are you not listening to me? Her name is CRYSTAL. Do not let her anywhere near your mouth. The manager did come and talk to me after my horrible experience in which I told her to just stop the cleaning youre hurting me. Hopefully the manager talked to her. But she needed to be fired. That place needs to be shut down for unprofessional people that dont know what theyre doing. I was not about to pay for that horrible visit either. Walked out of there with some mouthwash and bloody gums. Never again. Stay away from this facility! You HAVE BEEN WARNED!
