AT&T Store in other cities:
I was so close to cancelling my services with AT&T because of the lack of CS. Finally I went into the store and with the intention of doing just that. I was immediately greeted by Garrick with a huge smile. He asked how he could help and I vented all of my frustrations on him. He didn’t blink but listened and said that he was sorry for my past experiences and assured me that he would do his best to help resolve my issues and make it right. He literally took about 2 hours with me but never once complained or made me feel that I was wasting his time. Needless to say he did help me and kept me from closing my account. Imagine my surprise when he told me that he was a new hire and fresh out of training. AT&T did a good job.
Amy Barr was exceptional. Very patient. Helped us upgrade to a new IPhone and Apple Watch. Looked for any discounts we were entitled to and helped us save some money with our cellular plan. She was able to retrieve my husband’s data as the battery was a goner. We could not get the phone to turn on! She is a gem. AT&T is lucky to have her. 😀
Id give zero starts if that was an option. We have been AT&T customers for over 20 years. I dont complain, I pay my bill on time every month and I am happy that I have service when I need it. All my husband wanted to do was get a new phone. We didnt want to change our plan. Just a new phone. The sales guy offers a ten dollar discount on each phone, which, in theory would cover the cost of the new phone. But no. I get an email summary of the order today and this gentleman was kind enough to double our bill. Time to find another provider, I guess. :-(
Larry was absolutely amazing, exceeded all of my exceptions in all categories of service. I will definitely return to this location for all of my service needs. I was looking to upgrade my iPhone 10 and he gave the best recommendation that fit me. Not everyone does and I appreciate his advise and expertise.
We recently came into this store to purchase 2 phones. Larry was an exceptional store associate who spent time researching the best plan for our family. He identified areas of savings and set up both phones to ensure we left with everything taken care of. We will only visit this AT&T store in the future and will ask for Larry.
Spent two mornings at this location trying to get cellular bill lowered and better data plan. I have been with ATT since 1989 so was hoping that I would get good service. Larry at the store was absolutely fantastic. He worked hard to figure out the best updates to my current plan, including adding a third line while saving me as much money as possible. He worked with the ATT Retention department and helped me get a very good deal and upgrade to my plan, lines and data. Also got me a good deal on ATT Fiber Internet service as well. Goodbye Comcast. I will definitely be coming back to see Larry for any future needs and would recommend him to anyone needing assistance. Great service! Thanks Larry!
I just want to say I received the absolute best customer service in a phone store from Garrick at this store. I’ve been having so many issues with not only my phone messing up but also inconsistencies in my bill. When I came up to the store yet again to see if they can help me, Garrick was very informative and helpful and he fixed every issue I had. Thank you Garrick and thank you AT&T.
I just wanted to speak on how amazing Larry at the East Cobb ATT store is. I first met Larry a few years over at the Perimeter store where I had broke my phone. It was literally 45 minutes from the time of closing but Larry was willingly to help. When it was close to time to go Larry’s customer service and his positive attitude never wavered. Moving forward I still want to touch on how impeccable his customer service and knowledge is. I once again came in to see Larry (my savior) when it comes to my phone. But found out he was at East Cobb. I literally drove 30 minutes to the East Cobb store all the way from Perimeter to see Larry only. I would do it again in a heartbeat. He is not only very knowledgeable and assertive. But he listens to your needs regarding what you need in a phone and the products that would be essential for your everyday needs with your phone. Larry is a asset to the ATT community and I am so glad to be his customer. The management team is amazing. The manager Fab greeted me upon entering the store with a nice wave since we are currently wearing masks. The store was in immaculate condition which is very important. The East Cobb store is on the money. I will be back soon.
The management is horrible. The employees yesterday barely knew the trade in promotion and its value based on what you are trading in. Management has clearly not been reviewing with their employees. This indirectly caused an issue where my sim card was not active since yesterday and i had to wait 45 mins for them to not be able to fix the issue because i didnt have the acct holders social. Then today i had to ask to see the manager for them to do their jobs because they told me to call customer service. Since my phone wasnt working they offered to let me use landlines there. I made it clear that was not acceptable to me and asked to speak to management. I cant imagine this manager lasting anywhere that actually holds its employees accountable. This atnt store wasted 3 hours of my time after i bought an iphone 13 pro from them and only decided to fix the phone i currently have while waiting for the new phone after asking to speak with management.
I had the pleasure of receiving customer service from Lance today. My daughter knew the device she wanted but Lance and the owner went out of their way to find us the best deal for our plan. Lance went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our questions. All of the staff were very friendly and considerate. I know the waits in the store can take some time, but I believe it is because they do everything in their power to support all customer needs. My daughter is very happy with her new device and grateful for the time taken to get her the best deal for all of her hard earned allowance money!!
Friendly staff. Garrick got my new line setup! He was great to work with and answered all my questions I had. He knew exactly what he was talking about and got the job done in a timely matter! I was very confident in switching services because of that. Thanks, Garrick and AT&T!!
Larry, Fab, & Devaughn at AT&T East Cobb were amazing! They were all very pleasant & extremely helpful. Larry made the process of purchasing my new phone & accessories smooth sailing. He made sure that I had my first responder discount was applied to my bill, he signed me up for my complimentary HBO MAX, & he even took the time to call & combine my monthly phone & internet bill. I absolutely recommend coming to this location for any of your cellular or internet needs.
Today I walked into this Att store trying to upgrade my iPhone to an iPhone 12... When I came into the store to nobody would help me even though there were several employees and only one other customer. Once I got Someone’s attention they acted as if they were bothered by us asking for help. I then asked them about trade in options and the 2 employees I was dealing with didn’t know the options. The. I was told to go to the iPhone store as I was better off getting my phone through them. It wasn’t a way to treat a long time att customer. I just have to say I feel Att needs to maybe have Larry and others at this store attend customer service training as at this rate they will be losing customers for the lack of customer service. Long story short we did leave and took our business elsewhere.. Losing 4 iPhone purchases have got to hurt business during these ever challenging times.
I have been going to this store for over 20 years and have gotten good customer service up until recently. My last couple of visits to this store have been totally unacceptable. I got the worst customer service imaginable in this store from a guy named Lance. Ill try to keep this short. I bought my AT&T phone at this store and they helped me download my data from a Sprint phone to my new AT&T phone. Problem is this was a defective phone......you could not use the Advanced Messaging option in the phone and I needed that option desperately to sent pictures and large files in my texts. This store would not swap my defective phone that they issued to me, so I called AT&T Customer Care and they were awesome and arranged to ship a warranty replacement phone immediately. Once receiving this phone I went back to this store and asked if they would help me download the data from their defective phone to my new replacement phone. Lance and one of his employees refused my request and would not help me. I asked for his name and employee ID # and he refused. So, I gave Customer Care the name on his ID badge. This store has to be a franchise store because of the lack of customer service. Im done with this store and will not give them any business from this day forward. By the way, there were NO other customers in the store during my last visit with Lance. Thats it!!
Got an iPhone11MaxPro by ordering online. Set up new phone and 12 hours later wouldn’t turn on or charge. Went to AT&T and was lucky enough to get Sam. Sam spent two hours with me conferencing in Apple trying to “fix” new phone to no avail. He then contacted the manager of location who was off Sunday to get my problem resolved and out the door with a new phone. Entire two hours he also helped customers who had small issues or purchases. Customer service at its finest.
Larry Hosch was absolutely incredible in assisting me during my recent visit. He offered many helpful solutions and even suggestions for discounts to save money on my monthly bill for my cellular plan as well as my internet and cable plans. His great personality and professionalism was the best!
I came in today to get my cracked screen protector replaced. They said that because I ordered the phone and screen protector online from AT&T, they couldn’t help me. I was insistent that on the screen protector box it clearly states that it can be done in store. Then they said they could not see where I purchased the phone and screen protector in my account. Eventually they did a “workaround” and honored the lifetime replacement guarantee, but it took quite a bit of discussion to get them to do it. I have since called AT&T and discussed my experience and the customer service rep who helped me said they definitely should have replaced the screen protector and should be able to see the order history in my account. Not sure what is going on in this store but I will go elsewhere in future.
When I went to get a new phone I was told my trade in would be $35. When I went 2 days later to dropped off the phone Garrick told me it was $20. Nothing happened to my phone in those 2 days. I would to another store if you can. Its just frustrating cause theres no consistency.
2/6/21 - Returned here with my mother for her service. After 35 minutes we walked out with no help. The workers cant even look up your account number. We had to stand by the phone and wait for customer care. When they finally picked up the phone, he couldnt hear us because AT&T store had a broken phone. there were several customers waiting in frustration. management seriously needs to look at the store and address all these problems. Nothing has changed in 2 years.10/2019 - Walked in on Saturday, waited for several minutes. I was not greeted or anything. Turned around and went to Verizon. Stellar service there! This store obviously has a problem.
The employee/s were extremely helpful, knowledgeable along with a positive attitude.. Unfortunately, I forgot her/saleswoman name & her coworkers name. I will be back to their location due their top notch friendly service. Honestly, this AT&T location is the best I’ve discovered.
Like most cell phone stores, the place is busy. But as soon as I walked in Pedro said someone would be with me. While waiting, I noticed a lot of older age 70+ customers in the store. Pedro finished up with a lady (holding a flip phone) who was a little chatty, but he was sweet enough to let her finish her conversation. I noticed another employee helping an older gentlemen with all his troubles with the contract he was paying for. Then fabulous Fabiola helped me with my phone. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I’m very chatty too and she was sweet to listen to me. While waiting for my service to be activated another older gentlemen was being helped by another polite employee. And Pedro was off helping another lady find a phone case in a very attentive way. He literally grabbed all the ones available for her phone and brought them from the display wall to her (she was using a walker). Overall, I observed stellar customer service.
Horrible customer service manager was very rude to my mom and I. My mom and I had some questions as to something he was saying that did not make any sense. His answer was I do not have to answer to you your not my boss and he walks away shaking his head. As he proceeds to also say there is nothing I can do for you. Horrible experience the employee helping us also had a horrible attitude and she proceeded to say the same thing. My mom and I spent $1600 in that store between brand new iPhones, phone cases, and screen protectors. We have also been loyal customers since before 1990. This is making me want to cut my contact with AT&T. This is also suppose to be a cooperate store. Well I think cooperate should know how they are treating there customers. Not to mention we were in there for over 2 hours and I also wanted to exchange my phone and I was told if I was in the 14 day window it would be no issue. I was told to drive home and get the box and they would help me. I drive all the way home get the box for nothing. They were not able to help me which did not make sense. Horrible horrible will never go back there!!!
At first, these people were super rude to me. I went in to upgrade to a new phone. Because I am not the account holder, I was not able to do the upgrade without my fathers approval. The lady was like, I cant help you and walked away. Well, my father (who is almost 70 years old) had broken his elbow falling in the parking lot at Publix the day before, couldnt drive to the AT&T store. The lady Didnt offer me any solutions to my problem, she just wanted to talk to her coworkers.. Well my dad had to spend about 20 minutes on hold with customer service at AT&T corporate so that I could be a temporary approved user of the account. After that - she was alright. But she had a bad attitude - like I was inconveniencing her. She Barely made eye contact with me.. I mean I got what I needed. I got insurance. I bought accessories, and purchased the newest IPhone there was the 7+... and yea. Obviously she didnt like her job. But thats not my fault. Its like - Now days, when its so easy to shop online, but that is my experience when I chose to go to the store... Id rather give my money to the internet..
Garrick was spot on. He greeted us at the door saw that my mother needed assistance at 88 years old and brought us back to a table where she could sit he assisted us in changing over her prehistoric phone to a newer flip phone and I made a suggestion to move the lower table and chairs to the front of the house and he said he’s definitely gonna send it up the ladder awesome experience great customer service
Terrible experience. They fail to mention the service change fee, they also dont give their customers the benefit of the doubt, they sold me insurance already had on my plan I had to cancel with AT&T CS on the phone, and I had to go back to the store to get a hard copy of my receipt because he didnt tell me he sent it and to what e-mail address. I also purchased a screen protector for my note 10+ and had one of the reps install it. He said if its starts peeling up just to come back to the store to swap it or refund it for something different. I found out that it wasnt sticking well on the edges because he failed to remove the factory installed screen protector because he simply didnt know about it, and had been installing on several devices before that the wrong way including his own, but whatever we all make mistakes. I had to prove to him that there was in fact a protector underneath, and he had to peel both off before he checked to see if he had anymore in the back....and what do you know...he didnt, so he somewhat reinstalled the new protector he peeled up to temporarily protect it. I asked if I could go to another corporate store to have a replacement installed and he said sure.....Well I drove like 15 or 20 miles to another corporate store just to have this little Asian fella try to tell me to use the warranty replacement on the protector, and he wouldnt listen to the fact I wanted them to replace it since I literally just bought it yesterday and the other store ran out of replacements. I was so fed up with AT&T store reps saying one thing and not honoring another I grabbed my receipt out of his puny hands and left in disgust. AT&T must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for instore sales associates because I tend to know more about their products and accessories than they do. If you are in the market for a new phone or upgrade with AT&T I suggest you drive a little further to another store until these people get replaced. Also, if you are in the market for a quality screen protector then get one on Amazon and learn to install yourself or have someone else that you know is good at it. I am never gonna let the associates install again...because I never had one put it on to where I did not have to come back and have them redo it. It isnt worth it. Just carefully read the instructions and DIY. Dont rush it.
BEWARE!!!MANAGER AND SALESMAN RUDE,.DECEATFUL, RIP-OFFS!!!! Ive been a customer whit At&T for about 15 yrs. and supposedly they tell me Im a V.I,P. customer. I went in for an upgrade on 3 lines 4 days before Christmas, if I did it online, I could get this loyalty deal but I wasnt going to receive phones in time for Christmas. The store refuses to honer any loyalty deals. So they had another deal that was close, and it was if I gave them my old phone for $500 credit back on each return, on the upgrade. Salesman (Lance) tells me he has to open temporary ghost lines until phones are activated under upgrade line (this was the first lie)and says there will be an activation fee of $30 per line on upgrade. I then told him Im not activating new lines I am upgrading and there has never been a charge before, so he replies yes there has always been an activation fee for upgrading and if I had never been charged before one before they must be waving it because of my customer status. He then said it wasnt up to him and he wasnt adding that charge (2nd lie). So I get the phones and a couple of days later I get a bill for $518 and I had 3 new additional lines added to my account with activation charges $30 x 3 . I call at&t loyalty department, get a manager, get activation removed from bill and ask her to fix addition lines , she tells me salesman did upgrade wrong and to take all 3 phones back to store and she would have them fix it and do it correctly. I go back salesman says manager (David) is refusing to work with there own loyalty department and refuses to speak with them or me. She then goes above his head to get him to speck with her, then he tell s her I knew he was opening lines and not upgrading and refuses to make things right. So now the loyalty department, who said they would fix everything says Sorry he was doing it that way save me $ and that they wouldnt be fixing it and making things right after all even though they said salesman did upgrade wrong. Funny how managers and salesmen (Lance) have so many negative comments but still have a job. So if your upgrading folks best to do it on the phone and not in store ,and especially this store and you should really shop it against other carriers like Sprint who is now offering me a way, way much better iphone deal with less amount on monthly installment payment for shorter amount of time and same service for $100 cheaper per month, that adds up to a $1200 savings in a year. Its a shame the way at&t treats there loyal customers into leaving them.
My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones on 6-28. We asked about possible deals on iPhones and were told by the manager Amanda that they could not do anything for us because we are currently ATT customers. When I asked if there was anything they could do for us to keep our business she just said no.As were were leaving I heard her remark to other employees in a dismissive tone that we “ just wanted free phones”.I’ve been with ATT for over a decade for phone, internet, and TV but not anymore.
Employee pulled the back off a phone that was not supposed to be removed at all. We did not know if the phone was damaged when we entered the store. It is cracked and bent now. Then told us the phone has no sim card. I will have to get you a new one. This is total lie. The phone has a sim card. The employee simply had too little experience to know how to look for the sim card. He wasted our time trying to sell us product that we stated we did not want. He suggested that we purchase something inappropriate for our needs while suggesting how to get around the programs for the device. He failed to listen to us carefully. Then set out to suggest unwanted changes to our account. It was a disappointing experience. We went somewhere else and got exactly what we needed in less than 10 minutes.
Took 80 min to resolve a 5 min issue. waited because I really needed to get my phone up and running by Monday. Needed a new SIM card. Otherwise I would have bailed the line as several others did. Okay staff of three but they do not seem to be skilled at managing a queue of more then 4 if one is complicated. They did resolve my issue when my turn came. Try another store if you are short on time.
I saw all the negative reviews on this store here but I went to this store anyway because it was the closest corporate store to where I was at the time. I expected to get horrible customer service because of this and also because the Milton corporate store already got me upset the last few times I visited. My phone had problems a day after I bought it and the Milton store told me I had to pay a $45 restocking fee to swap out a defective phone! After calling customer service and learning that they should not charge to restock defective phones, I called the Milton store back and gave them a piece of my mind. But they didnt have the silver color in stock and would not order one for me. After spending two hours on the phone with no luck trying to find a corporate store I decided to just wing it and go to another store in person. So I find myself here at Roswell Rd. Let me tell you, ask for Taylor. He was friendly, professional and quick. He swapped my phone out and got me going in very short order.Thank you Taylor for giving me faith back in AT&T. I have been a customer since 2005 and I have 4 devices on my account. I am glad to not have to look for a different carrier.
My wife got an iPhone 7 here two weeks ago. They copied some but not all of the data from your old phone. I had to do a restore later on.I went in today to get a new phone for myself. Waited for 10 or 15 minutes after registering. Went next-door to Trader Joe’s, and came back. They said they called my name. I got back on the list. Waited another 10 minutes. Looked over and saw three AT&T employees talking and laughing together. Wondered why none of them could help me. Then I told them I was going to another store.
I have made many trips to this store in the last few years just to find out that they do not have the phone I want in stock. So I never go any more without first calling. The problem is, this store never answers their phone. You can call morning, noon and night and will never get a live person. And there is no option to have them call you back. This is really inexcusable. This store has diligently earned their two-star rating. If the store manager ever reads these comments, he or she should be ashamed that they cannot get basic customer service right. Anyway, I went to the Apple store and bought the phone. Think how much money AT&T could make if they showed even the slightest level of competency.
This location deserves zero stars. Their staff quite literally deliver customer disservice. Ive had AT&T wireless for nearly twenty years, never broken a phone, never had an insurance claim, never had a late payment. My S7 Edge was clearly, visually displaying a faulty, warped battery: overheating, shutting off, charge lasting less than an hour. It was so warped because of this it broke the Otter Box is was in since the day I purchased it. Samsung blamed AT&T, AT&T blamed Samsung - so I decided to go in and see if someone at AT&T would stand behind the phone they sold me.The associate was rude, cut me off mid sentence, and just handed me the number to file an insurance claim. I reminded the twerp that this was through no action of my own, and filing and insurance claim is at least not genuine and at most fraud (insurance, by their own contract, covers breaks, intentional or otherwise, or loss and theft). Fyi - if you wonder why the insurance co makes it so hard to replace a phone and costly, this is why: staff telling people to lie makes them pay out way more often than they reasonably should. I pointed out that fact and the associate told me to lose my phone or smash it with a hammer and send it in.He said this in earshot of several other customers, resulting in one other person waiting to leave saying, well go to another store.Get this - the final solution this jerk suggested was that after 20 years of being a loyal customer - go across the street to the T Mobile or Verizon store and see if they would buy out my contract. Yes really. So go here if you want to deal with sleazy, unethical people. I took my phone to the AT&T store off Shallowford, after about 30 seconds of looking at my phone the associate got on the phone and took care of it. He saw a problem and fixed it... accountability folks - that goes a long way these days. Took about an hour but a solution was found. GO TO SHALLOWFORD IF YOU WANT THE PROBLEM FIXED AND FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER.
Worst customer service. Avoid this store at all cost. My husband purchased a case for his Iphone at this store. I found the same item on sale online on the AT&T website. When my husband was in the store he mentioned that it was on sale but they denied it. I called and spoke to a representative and was told if we brought the case and receipt back they would give us credit on our American Express. Once we got there they refused to give us credit on our American Express. They said they would give us credit on our phone bill. They gave us no documentation. I didnt trust them. They had already lied to us two times. So, we returned the case. The rep that told us she would not give us credit on our American Express didnt bother to get up out of her seat to do it. She was too busy chit chatting with other reps. She had another rep to come over and complete the transaction. So rude! I have ordered another case from the AT&T store online and I will pick it up at another AT&T retail store. What a hassle! Obviously, this store places no importance on customer service. Previously, I purchased my Iphone 6 at this store. I will never go there again!!!
Do NOT use this store - a total waste of your time. Go somewhere else where they actually care about you.As a backdrop to this, I recently purchased an extra iphone power cable from AT&T that stopped working shortly after I got it. I was in the area of this store and thought I would just run in and exchange it for another cable. I thought it would be no big deal. The cable had the AT&T symbol and it was a recent purchase. My daughter and I went into the store and went up to the counter. The lady behind the desk was very rude and told me I needed to sign in with the lady at the front door...who hadnt said a word to me when I entered. I mentioned I just needed to exchange the cable, and much to my surprise, she was even more unprofessional and basically just pointed to the front door and walked away. I went to the lady at the front and had to wait several minutes before she walked away (without even taking my information). I stood there dumbfounded and just watched what was going on in the store. There were a lot of people buying things and I was amazed at how several people were being taken advantage of...all the employees seemed interested in doing was selling as much as they could...regardless of what the people actually needed or wanted. Finally a sales guy came over to me. I explained that I needed a replacement cable and he asked what credit card I used to purchase the cable. I provided it to him, but he quickly came back saying the transaction was not there. He said he couldnt do anything, so I asked to speak with a manager. He said he couldnt bring a manager out, but would go talk to one for me. He came back and said the manager said the same thing...no exchange. I explained it had been purchased from an AT&T store, and he asked which one. When he found out it was at a different AT&T store he said that it was a different inventory system and I would have to go to that store. I finally got a manager, but he was a total waste of time. He said the system required a purchase in the system in order to perform an exchange (yes, even on a simple cable). I asked if there was nothing he could do, and very specifically he stated that the system required...blah, blah, blah. I asked if he could override it, but he kept giving the same response indicating he could if he wanted to, but that he didnt want to, though he wouldnt come right out and say it. I asked if anybody in the company could provide a new cable, to which he replied the CEO couldnt even do it. I highly doubt he even knew the CEOs name. All that said, I left without getting the cable exchanged and with AT&T giving me one more reason to switch to a different carrier. I will definitely NOT be going back to this store ever again and I suggest you shouldnt either.
Both my family and I have had very good experiences last year with Levon and this year with Patrice. They are not pushy, just educated us on anything we had questions about. Both extremely nice and knowledgeable. Im actually going in today to activate my new phone and I will ask for either one of them. They gave me their cards and told me to contact them personally with any questions or concerns. When I did that last year with Levon, he was the one who actually answered my phone call and assisted me. I cant speak for the rest of the employees at this location, but Patrice and Levon have made my wireless service experience phenomenal.
Panashe was so helpful in answering my questions about the Cloud and various settings on my IPhone11! She is very knowledgeable and patient! And in helping me with some of the little things that bug me ( because I didnt know how to do them ! ), she really MADE MY DAY!! I love my phone and love it even more through Panashes help in helping me to learn more about it!! 6/24/20
She was more than helpful and got everything we needed to have done way quicker than expected! On top of that I was anxious to get it over with but before it was over with I felt at ease because of how laid back she was. She made us feel as if we didnt have to do anything at all besides sit there while she took care of everything for us.
Lack of Knowledge. Could not provide us with our total monthly bill amount after we added other services. Our rep had to ask for help with each step with additional services added to the plan. Not feeling confident he got it right. Do not recommend this store, pitiful!
Cracked my iPhone 5 and went in to buy the 6. Taylor was extremely professional and personable throughout the process. He offered additional products but was not pushy like many sales reps. I ultimately fixed my 5 and went back the next week to return the phone. When I signed in, Taylor told the greeter to put me with him. My wait was short and Taylor returned my 6 without pressuring me to keep it. He also assisted me switch from uverse to direct tv that will save my monthly cable bill.
Lance was a true professional. He was masked, greeted me outside immediately and took care of my needs in record time. He was not pushy, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. When I am ready for an upgrade, I will be seeking out Lance to help me out. Thanks for a great experience.
DO NOT SWITCH TO ATT!! I have been with them since I was 18 years old. Back when they were suncom. I recently switched my husbands line over to mine and the experience has been a nightmare. One week later and 5 calls to customer service and I was able to get the line switched. I visited the att store on roswell road and the staff was a joke. It was the week of the world series and my husbands phone got busted. He was able to get new one when we activated his phone on my line and that was great but the service experience was a joke. The staff was more worried about watching the game then taking care of customers. The cashier/sales girl that was in the store kept rolling her eyes at us because it was closing time and we kept asking questions. After leaving I spoke to a friend of mine that works at att and was informed that we are responsible for a $45.00 activation fee for each item we activated..that includes 2 phones and 2 smart watches so $180.00, I called customer service and spoke to a lady in the loyalty department and was basically told there is nothing that could be done in regards to the fees even though there representative failed to tell me about them..If att thinks that this kind of customer service is acceptable you are wrong. The consumer needs to be made aware of these fees upfront so they can make a decision of whether or not to proceed. ATT is misleading and I dont do business with companies that work this way. I am in management myself and if one of my customers came to me and had a valid complaint regardless of policy if my employee dropped the ball I would take care of them but my customer would be taken care of no matter what not told well the terms and conditions state that...
Ponesha was extremely helpful and informative. Her customer service was amazingly exceptional and I would recommend any one to see her! If you’re looking for someone with a great personality who listens to your needs Ponesha is the one to see! Very grateful for her! *my apologies if I’m spelling her name wrong*
I have gone to this store on two separate occasions. Both times, the customer service was exceptional. The sales associates were incredibly patient and adequately answered all of my questions. They were not pushy and helped me get the right plans and technology. I will always go to this store for my AT&T service needs!
I returned a phone and a watch they still have me as not returning the watch and under contract with no way to correct it. The sales associate basically took the watch back with no supporting documentations. That happened in August 2016 i only found out because i am trying to upgrade today.
Do not purchase Apple products from At&T store, iphones or ipads etc. We bought two new iphones 6s plus, one was defective when we left that store at closing time Sunday April 24th, I said I would return the next morning with the defective and they would replace it. The phone on second thought the plus size was too big for me. Upon my return the next day I paid the restocking fee of $35.00 and was told because I changed it to the regular sized 6s, okay I get it I paid the restocking fee. The second larger sized one we purchased later in the week was not working and we brought it back to exchange it because it too was defective. The salesperson said we would have to pay the $35.00 restocking fee for the defective device, I said no we where told we had 14 days if the device was defective, and they said no....we would have to go to an Apple store to exchange the defective device. On way to Perimeter mall Apple store I called Apple support and they said, no to go back to At&t and they will at no charge replace the exact same phone that was defective, that did not happen upon our return....very crazy and waste of our time. We where told one thing verbally and they said the salesman was new???who cares...the point is if you want an Apple product go to apple store only, At&t does not have an agreement with Apple...do not listen to the sales people, they even told me they just sell the phone and don not really know how to program the device. Horrible customer service...buyer beware ...DO NOT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROMM AT&T cell stores. Why would we pay the $35.00 dollars and get another defective product to only return again and pay another $35.00 restocking fee. Apple support was amazing, will return to Apple store at Perimeter Mall Tuesday. Also the insurance with Apple I care is a lot less then the insurance provider AT&T gives you, so we will switch the plan on Tuesday with Apple. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLE PRODUCTS FROM AT&T Cellular they do not have an agreement with Apple to replace defective phones, customer service at this store was a nightmare! They wanted us to pay the $35.00 restocking fee, and I said what if the next phone is defective, will I be charged a restocking fee again and she said YES....absurd customer service!DO NOT PURCHASE APPLE PRODUCTS FROM AT&T STORES and I had to give it one star or it would not post...Thats AT&T in a nutshell
Panashe M really messed up our account and opened two new lines to make a commission! What she told us in the store is $150 less than our bill actually is now. We now have to go into the store (which is currently closed) to cancel those lines and fix our plan! Don’t trust her!
The sales people will lie and cheat you into the worst most expensive plan possible for you. Some arrogant sales pig cancelled my grandfathered unlimited data and told me I was keeping it. Then I get the bill and of course he lied to me. AT&T refuses to change it back saying that the contracts are legally binding and that I have to keep it for two years. All I wanted was a new phone and my old plan... Im so sad now and cant stream music in the car or use gps anymore cuz it costs a fortune. Thank you AT&T for ruining 20 years of a loyal customer. You suck. I hate you.
So AT&T is trying to tell me that in order to transfer old information that is on a broken iphone 5s cant be transfered to the refurbished one that I received in the mail through my insurance because the phone is supposed to have a working screen ($100 repair) in order for them to go in to the settings just to do so. This is not the case for Verizon and I feel that AT&T could be more accomodating to such a trivial issue.
This is a Corporate store however not everyone is trained with all the knowledge it should. In fact they are less willing to admit they do not know what to do. But they are still better than the authorized retailers out there. They took care of the issues after I left so I wouldnt have to wait.
We sat there for two hours after being told it would take 30-45 minutes. After we were finally called, we were told that we couldve just dialed 611 to change it on the phone. Then, even though it was our turn, we couldnt get the plan we wanted because my father, the only authorized user with at&t was not there. After that we tried to buy something just to have something come out of waiting, but because the system was down we were not allowed to buy anything and left empty handed.
The store manager asks to check us in sp he can get us help... When my husband shows him his cracked s 5 active he immediately says there is nothing we can do. Does not ask if we have insurance or to check our account information. I will never do business at this location again. This store manager makes my husband want to move providers. The worst customer service ever.
Lazy People. Other than 1-2 people no one even knows how to port the phone #, pics from one phone to the other phone properly. Last week I went in as the hotspot was not working, they say call technical support and they did not even see that the existing plan no longer supports hotspot. AT&T has done a pathetic job of training these guys and they are not even informing customers when they drop hotspot from the plans. My 5 lines will be moved to Verizon or TMobile. Hopefully I will get better service
I was so inconvenienced. Manager (Ryan) was worse to work with. Gave me no options to fix their issues. Made no effort to make the customer happy. Repeats himself over and over and belittles you. Poor choice in management. You shouldnt let me leave unhappy or giving me some sort of options to make everyone happy. Horrible customer service. Bad day at home dont take it out at work man. Bad scores I wonder why?
I dropped my mom at verizon across the street. After an hour of waiting, I was still 5th in line, so I went back across the street to pick up my mom who was already done at verizon (doing more complicated stuff) for 7 min and upon return they gave away my spot. Wanted me to wait another hour in line. F this place.
Been there three times to sort out a phone issue. Every time was in excess of an hour duration because no manager was on duty or the associate was not sure what to do. Painful experience. Two times resulted in the final answer of you need to call customer service to resolve your issue.
It is very sad that this place went from great customer service to worse Mc Donald service. You have rude and childish people working there who do not care about their customers. I have been coming to this location since 2005, this was the first time they made me upset. You have people in their late 20s to 30s employees acting like middles school kids. Next time I will make sure I read the reviews before going to another AT&T store.
Everytime I go in there to get help with my account they tell me they can’t help me for example I went in there on 12/30/2018 and they just opened and I was the only customer in the store and told them my issue and there was like four employees plus the manager and they told me they couldn’t help me I told them what was wrong and they didn’t even care to look at the paperwork I brought to show them and the manager seem to not even care at all and told me I had to go to another store. I am retail muself and that is no way to treat anyone no matter what and I went to their other store and they told that any corporate store can take care of any issues. They are just unfriendly rude and lazy and don’t likes to badmouth somebody but I was so shocked how I was treated.
Ordered a case online and had it delivered to this store, but when I went to pick it up they told me they didn’t have it even though I had a receipt and email telling it was ready to be picked up. Called AT&T next day and was told it was at the store and I could pick it up. Went back to the store just for them to tell me they didn’t have any order under my name in their system. I showed them my email and my receipt and told them I called and was told it was there but they insisted it wasn’t and that there wasn’t anything they could do. Wouldn’t shop here if I were you
Worst customer service ever! Came twice and finally have the phone activated. The lady served us was so rude and impatient , I was almost about to call the store manager but realized I was here to get my phone done instead of causing a fight. Look at the bad reviews of this store, I am wondering how bad the employees are treated there, they all look so unhappy.
Customer service is horrible! They have my phone in stock and will not exchange my phone. I will have no functioning phone until they send me one. The staff is very rude and act like uninformed robots. Managers were no help at all. Dont expect anything good coming out of your visit to this place and this is where the 800 sent me to resolve my issue

2022-08-10My son got his first phone this week! Elizabeth was our in-store agent. She gave us one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any phone service provider! She was very helpful and patient and made the process extremely easy. I highly recommend! Thank you!

2022-03-15We’ve been here a few times and the service has always been pretty good! If you need anything here, definitely look for Fab - she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services/deals/phones there. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because it took a while to get our new account set up there but that was not due to the store but because of the hold that ATT put them on to change our plan.

2022-08-13Good customer service. I was told by another ATT store that my phone was valid for trade in. Initially this store said it didn’t fit the requirements and I’d have to return the device at the other store. After I left they came out of the store and found me in the grocery store next door to tell me they would take the device so I wouldn’t have to drive an hour away.Because of this awesome service ATT kept their word to me as a long time customer.

2022-05-17The Manager here lied to me and told me he couldnt help with my phone return (att customer service said that this is a common lie told when stores wont make money off a customer) After I found this information out I went back to confront him and he changed his story on me. Thankfully the team at North Point Mall helped me with no problem and waived the fee that this manager (couldnt do because of his policy). Total trash customer service from him. Theres a younger guy in the store with long blonde hair, very nice young man. If I was ATT I would promote him to take the management position from this lying man who cant keep his stories together. Get you stuff together ATT horrible experience from a customer for over 12 years.

2022-05-31WOW! SHOCKING BEHAVIOR FROM A MANAGER IN THIS ATT STORE!! I stopped in here today 5/31/2022 around 2pm to see if I could buy a phone and iPad for my daughter who graduated collage this month , and while I waited for an avaliable agent the manager was so rude and completely unprofessional to an elderly man in front of me . I left. I was outraged again when I learned in parking lot the elderly man that was told to Leave get the F÷word out IS A VETERAN. I invited the elderly gentleman to a near by coffee shop pulled out my laptop and phone and called and emailed the online store and helped the gracious gentleman get what he needed from ATT my self. I did not know ATT had fallen so low. I will go to Verizon for phone lines and equipment. Happening into this ATT store ruined my day.

2022-01-24I cannot say enough great things about the excellent customer service I received at this location. The associate, Fab, was attentive, personable, efficient, and immensely helpful. She helped me with my screen protector and placed it perfectly on my phone. Very satisfied with the service and her professionalism.

2022-01-13I reluctantly went to AT&T to move my phone service from my employer-sponsored plan (I retired) to our existing family plan. My previous experience with the service quality of the big carriers has been disappointing, to say the least. Boy, was I very pleasantly surprised. Kevin immediately identified what we needed to do to accomplish the goal, efficiently gathered the information needed and set up my phone perfectly. No sales pitch, no extra add-on we didn’t want or need, no hassles. Wow, what a lovely result. I walked out of the store shaking my head and saying to my wife, “why can’t they all be like that?!” If Kevin’s service level is indicative of AT&T’s overall service quality, they will corner the market in the coming years.

2022-02-15The AT&T store at the Pinestraw Place shopping center is favorite store if I have to go in person . I like to make an appointment. They are very friendly and seem to appreciate our business. I always notice how nice the staff is to everyone .

2022-01-31This place was terrible. We were there waiting to be helped (to buy a new phone) and finally left after 30 minutes when one of the three employees started helping someone whod arrived in the last 5 minutes. I see why AT&T gives you better deals on the website now, they want you to stay out of their horrible locations.
