Really nice and helpful customer service by the name of Amy.
Would be 3 stars due to inconsistent product reliablity and the rate of occurrence. But I dropped it to one star for routinely terrible customer service over the last 2 years.
Great when it works. Lately it has been going off more frequently. Not sure why.

Horrible! Absolutely awful if there were negative stars I would use those words could not describe my dissatisfaction with this company, have had there internet for several years and it has never worked well but the last year it has been worse then awful I pay every month to have internet and it NEVER works I can’t even do the simplest tasks such as serving. The web because the internet is that bad I am not exaggerating when I say you would be better off to go back to the 90s and the internet would work better there are honestly just not enough words to express how awful atc if you have any other choice and I mean any even if it’s just phone data DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get atc they will screw you over every time you might as well just take $50 and flush it down the toilet every month if your planning on getting this service it would honestly be better spent

Random outages from 10pm to 3am.. and when it is working you cant even play fortnite without it saying weak internet, lagging.. even though i bought the 60 $ plan and only have one device connected.

2022-09-08Weve had ATC cable for over 20 years. First in Blackshear, and now in Patterson for over 15 years. Very, very few service interruptions, and all were corrected in short order. We also had DSL internet and most recently have had cable I internet for several years. Again, were up 99+% of the time.

2022-09-09Its so funny how this company dominates this area around here. Just like the rest of the reviews here, the service cuts in and out all the time! It is so inconvenient, they need some competition because atc is lacking so bad. Lazy workers, horrible service, and outrages plans compared to other internet company. We need better internet providers!!

2022-07-27Im disappointed in ATC services. The ATC website doesnt have an outage map which would be helpful because their service isnt reliable during storms. Weve had at least 1 outage a month since weve started, but we often have as many as 2-3 a month, some which last several hours. Were using this internet service to power our Roku televisions but also for my work from home-- this many lapses is annoying.Let me be clear, Im not as mad about the outages, Im a network/IT person myself and I understand. But ATC as a company has horrible communication for customers when these things do happen and were paying entirely too much money (~$80 a month) for BOTH poor service and communication. My grandfather used ATC telephone and some small internet services for several decades, so I prefer to stay with them despite the issues.

2022-05-13Internet cuts in and out. Really unfortunate for playing video games or doing online work because youll lose progress with no warning. Someone could pour their water out in the road and itll go out. Really really weak. Wouldnt recommend if you have a choice.

2021-07-20Calling it the worst service provider ever would be an understatement. I implore you ,use anyone else. I had my internet service cut off because of problems with payment. I called and they said I could pay in cash in person. I did just that and they said everything was fine. However when I got home, they still didnt flip it back on. I called and they basically gave me the could shoulder. DONT USE THIS PROVIDER EVER!!!

2021-02-21Slow service and it cuts in and out multiple times a day. When they put fiber into the house the bill went up 10bucks a month and the service is worst then before. Dsl worked better which makes no since. They got a monopoly and can do and charge what they want for there service cause people gonna pay it if thats the only option for internet.

2020-08-09Very reliable internet to my house I dont remember the last time it went down on their end, but giving three stars because they are very behind on price vs speed. For example Mediacom which isnt available in Blackshear but in near citys charge $79 at the moment for 1,000 mbps internet which is ten times faster than 100 mbps, which is ATCs flagship top tier Residential internet. So we are paying $25 more for only 10% of the internet Mediacom offers. Its a Monopoly so they can do that for now maybe in the near future things will get better....

2019-01-26When it works, it’s nice and fast. The people that work at ATC have always been really nice and try to provide good customer service. It’s really the only option out here in the middle of nowhere, Blackshear. Problem is, this internet goes out frequently when it rains, when it doesn’t rain...this internet goes out without fail at least 3 times a day. Everyday. Never had the type of connection issues with Verizon, even in bad weather. But that’s not an option out here. Maybe ATC need some updating on equipment? I don’t know. It’s the only real option I have, just wish it was more stable.

2018-09-10Cable and phone is great. WiFi cuts in and out through the day and is totally unreliable. If working online make sure to save constantly because you never know when it will cut out(generally once or twice a day).

2018-08-09Not that great but it doesnt deserve the bad reviews it has here. Being honest it would probably be about three and a half stars but Im giving out 5 to balance out trolls, there is no way it should deserve one star unless its not working at all which I seriously doubt, I think some people are just mad posting.
