I found my car on AutoTrader and when I called I spoke with Diane. I went in the next day and met her and took a look at the car. She was very helpful. She went with me for a test drive and then helped get me set up with my insurance so I could take it to my mechanic for an inspection. It passed with flying colors She and Ryan went above and beyond to get my radio straightened out so that I could listen to AM stations. They answered all the questions I had about the options on the car and how to use all the features. She made the whole car buying experience very easy and pleasant and I was able to take the car home the next day. I realized that this is the same place I bought my other car seven years ago, which was a great car too. From start to finish it was a great car buying experience and I am a very satisfied customer.
Anthony was so great and the process was so smooth! This is my second time purchasing with them. We live 2 hours away and rushed to get there, Even with my 5 year old it’s prob the best car buying experience I have had. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and even worked out a warranty for me that was still in my price range. Thank you guys!
I found a truck that I liked and I went there expecting the same old serve and volley with the sales process. This time it was nothing like that. The truck was already at a fair price based on model, miles and features. The only negotiation was on term and interest rate. The bottom line they made it happen.Diane was patient with me and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Tristan was great also. My only drawback is that they didnt throw in a tank of gas. LOL.

I was coerced to come to this dealer by one of their salesman Mike (I believe that was his name, but he was a green-eyed black man) after him overhearing that I was looking for a car in WingStop to pay CASH for since I knew I had credit challenges and didnt want to deal with the disappointment. He assured me that they work with challenged credit (even though my income is wayy more than enough) and I was VERY honest about my score. I went in against my better judgement and did an app anyway and I expressed to him that he has an allotted timeframe to get something done or Im walking away. After a collective period of an hour and him telling me to wait a few more minutes about 4 times, I left. Im GLAD that it did not go thru because I was able to purchase a BRAND NEW Nissan Maxima fully loaded WITH 4MI on the odometer with a payment I can afford. The fcukery with GA dealers is why I will NEVER purchase a car in GA and will forever go back to my home state where it is much easier.P.S.: I see in the other reviews how the owners have clapped back at their bad reviews. DO better!

Being that I had never bought a car before, I had come to Atlanta Autobrokers fully equipped with a YouTube degree in how to not get scammed by used car dealerships and expected the worst. But I was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth and welcoming the experience was. Austin was very upfront and realistic regarding negotiation and the manager (whose name I forgot) was also very nice and gave a fair appraisal for my trade-in. The paper work was explained page by page and made the entire process seamless. I’ve been driving the car (2016 Honda Civic) for two days so far and have no complaints!

Shopping for a car right now is pretty brutal. I went to many dealers and the surrounding Atlanta area and was very disappointed. I started getting very frustrated because the smaller dealers were selling junk and you could trust them. the bigger dealers were too expensive. After many days of looking I finally found a post for a vehicle that I was looking for to surprise my son on the 16th birthday at Auto Brokers of Atlanta. Relaxing atmosphere when you walk in no pressure sales. Ask for Dianne. She was wonderful to work with. So my gf wanted to see what the mini cooper craze was about so we found a nice 2014 Countryman S and decided to check it out..I contacted them spoke with D.J a really cool salesman who said it was available so we went to look at it, test drove it and not even an hour later he told us she was good to go! It was so fast we had to come back the next day because Im not used to car dealerships working that fast, like ever! So next morning they have the carbacked in ready to go she signs her paperwork did insurance DJ was more than helpful (and an Atlanta native) I don’t have anything bad to say about this dealership tbh! It took longer to drive there and home than it did to get approved and drive home! And the candy at the front is really good..Thanks yall! Will be back!

Great sales team. Vehicles are fairly and competitively priced. They were very upfront about pricing and any small cosmetic issues with the vehicle we purchased. They’re honest and enthusiastic. My wife and I truly enjoyed doing business with Zach, our sales rep. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because we had to wait longer than expected (not much longer) for them to finish the detailing. So nothing that would neglect us from doing business with them again. We definitely will be purchasing from Atlanta Auto Brokers again.

We passed this place en route to another dealership that turned out not so good, we figured we’d stop in and see what they had. We saw something my daughter liked so we went in to talk and got paired up with Zack. The purchase was quick and painless and they worked with us well. We feel like it was a fair deal for us and them.

When arriving to Atlanta Auto Brokers my husband and I were greeted by Diana, and she let us test drive their 2013 BMW X5. We instantly feel in love with the car being that weve been to multiple dealerships and none of them were like Atlanta Auto Brokers quality cars. We also were able to get an amazing warranty with the car thanks to Tristen ! He was so helpful and nice . He made the car buying process a breeze and also gave us a gas card for quick trip ! Well I purchased a Lexus 2013 ES350 in March 2021 and later learned my Transmission needed to be replaced in July. No warranty but I was told that the mechanics there did all test done on the vehicle. I called and spoke to the GM Tristan but there was nothing they can do. Not even meet me halfway on the repairs for transmission!!!!!!! As of today I had to spend $4300 for repair and no help from the dealership at all. Never again!!!!!

Would have been 5 stars if it were not for one d!*# move by our sales guy Harvey. We had agreed upon a price. Then he left me sitting in a room for 45 minutes, and finally came back wanting an extra $200. If you can avoid dealing with Harvey, I would still recommend this place. I dont think they would knowingly sell someone a car with sawdust in the transmission, which is about the nicest thing you can say about a used car dealer.
Zach was incredibly attentive and friendly in assisting me with searching for a car for my daughter. His customer service and follow-through was impeccable! Although we were unable to find exactly what we needed this time, I would most definitely count on Zach and the Atlanta Auto Broker staff again in the future.
Can’t say enough good things about our experience here. I had been searching for weeks for a specific car & when this one popped up at a truly great price, we immediately called for more info. Our salesman, Trent, was professional & personable & not pushy at all. We showed up an hour before closing on a Saturday but not once did he make us feel rushed or hurried. He had such an easy going demeanor we instantly felt at ease & very comfortable with him taking care of us. When I noticed the car was making an unusual noise, he immediately validated my concern & didn’t try to skirt the issue. Their in-house financing application & approval process was unusually quick & easy & we were almost as excited about the ridiculously low rate we got as we were about the beautiful car we took home! Here again, we were treated with professionalism & courtesy by Tristan. From start to finish it was just a great experience! Oh, and they agreed without a struggle to fix the aforementioned noise and, based on the quality of service we received at the time of purchase, I have no reason to doubt that it too, will be handled with the same care & professionalism. I wanted to give a HUGE thumbs up to Zack at AAB-Marietta. Our experience with Zack was a very pleasant one. Although we did not end up with a vehicle, Zack was very attentive to our questions, he gave us time to chat privately while viewing the vehicles, and and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we actually test drove.This location was very far from our home and we were almost 100% on purchasing this van, but on the way home, we found one that met our requirements as well and is closer to home, so we are hoping to make a deal today.We will be referring Zack and AAB-Marietta to others.

Service was straightforward and reliable. They didn’t have to do a lot of heavy lifting with me as I knew exactly what I wanted. My rating has more to do with the fact that, in January of 2021, with COVID deaths spiking out of control, I walked into the relatively tight confines of their business to find a couple dozen people milling about without masks on. I have no patience for “it’s a personal choice.” Y’all are reckless and dangerous and if I hadn’t known exactly which car I was there to purchase I would’ve walked right back out again.

The sales staff was very kind. Zach and Tristan entertained my offers and remained committed to finding a fair deal without being pushy or obnoxious. Overall, the vehicle was in good condition. An oil change and detailing was completed prior to the test drive; however, like most used sports cars, the tires were in poor condition. The sales floor and offices were clean and comfortable. My experience with Atlanta Auto Brokers was overall very good.
Along side capital one auto finance these guys made a car buying experience easy and would go back anytime.
Overall the sales process was good. I got a good value for my trade in and a good deal on the RAM 1500 I bought. I love the truck although the 2nd day after I bought it, the Check Engine Light came On. I read the code, then deleted it to see if it popped up again. I also called Tristan to let him know about it was well. He advised to bring the truck by and let their mechanic take a look. I did that and everything seemed normal. A few days later the same issue popped up and I immediately brought it back by. After reading the code, the mechanic stated that he would need to look for the part and would contact me. I never heard back from him. I tried to call Tristan again and my call was not returned. After only having the truck a few days and hearing nothing from Atlanta Auto Brokers or their mechanic, I decided to take it to a RAM Dealership to diagnose and fix. They fixed the issue and another one popped up. I have had this truck for 10 days and more than half of that has been spent in the shop. I know Atlanta Auto Brokers is in the business of selling cars and they want to do so with the most profit but in this day, I expect companies I do business with to stand by their products. If I wanted a project vehicle, I would have bought it off Craigslist. I shouldnt need to do thousands of dollars of work to a relatively new vehicle (2017). The expectation of buying a vehicle, used or new, is to be able to drive it and that it functions as it should. I have a hard time believing that this issue is something Atlanta Auto Brokers knew nothing about. It should be noted that the sales process does not stop when the sale is complete. When I bought the truck, I was told by the Sales Person that if something happened soon after I bought it, Atlanta Auto Brokers would make it right. I have yet to see how they intend to do so.Edit: I got the truck back after a month at the dealership. It drove fine for a week and now it’s back in the shop. Still no call from Atlanta Auto Brokers.... very disappointing.EDIT: I spoke with Tristan at Atlanta Auto Brokers. I let him know about the issues with my truck. He spoke with the owner and they agreed to buy back the truck. It wasnt for the full amount owed but it got me out of a bad situation. I appreciate them working with me.
I made the mistake of believing the good reviews for this place. I bought a car from them and within a week the entire ABS system and a few other things had to be replaced costing me $2000. I definitely advise anyone considering buying a car from them to get it checked out by a mechanic unaffiliated with them first. They say they had it inspected before selling and there was nothing wrong with it, so either that’s a lie or they have extremely unqualified mechanics working there. The tire pressure sensor also came on as soon as I drove off the lot and is broken... not sure how they figured out how to shut it off in order for me to buy it but they definitely did. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Gave me a great deal on the Car and even held it for me. My only complaints are that I was told there was no damage on the vehicle which in fact there was I just couldn’t tell because it was dirty when I came to buy it. Scrape on rear passenger bumper and white paint scrape on mirror.

When I saw their 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan on the cargurus website I thought I check it out. The caravan is in fair condition, Despite Some minor repairs. They even told me what happened to the caravan then I saw it had an accident (surprisingly it wasn’t that serious, it was just a fender bender). However, I didn’t like that the tires have dry rot on them. But I still bought the Caravan because I see it has potential. I am hoping to use the caravan for ride sharing with Uber and Lyft once I get the caravan fixed. Because with the virus (kind of) neutralized, a lot of people are going to need rides. especially since I am live near Down Town Athens and the University of Georgia. GO DAWGS SIC EM!!! 🤣

Typical haggling on the price of the vehicle. Sales person was good. Overall experience was OK. The only issue we had was getting a part of the vehicle fixed at a time and place that was convenient for us. The dealer, I felt was more focused on the money and not the customer in that aspect. Over I still feel that we got a good price on the vehicle.Just make sure you get the vehicle fully inspected and see what repairs they are willing to fix just be aware that they are only going to fix it in the way that best suits them and not the customer.

I was promised my title and license plate in the mail within a month, but because Atlanta Auto Brokers failed to complete the necessary paperwork, I still havent received either two and a half months later, despite numerous assurances that I would be receiving it soon. Im astounded anyone would choose to run their business this way.In response to what you said, you did not have the paperwork filled out with the previous owner of the car and had made no steps to rectify it until I contacted you when the temporary plates expired the first time. If the paperwork had been properly filled out initially, I would still be waiting nearly 3 months after purchasing the car for my license plate. My care has been undriveable for over a week because of this. I’m glad it’s in the hands of the postal service now because I have a lot more faith in them than you.
I recently picked up a new car at this facility and am pleased with my experience. While there were requests that I made that could not be fulfilled by this group they did offer alternatives which were more than acceptable. The rep (Trent) I was in contact with was honest about the car and diligent in taking care of small matters. I was shopping for a Specific car to replace my existing car. I did my research before going and had a few cars to look at. They were very attentive and polite as well as informative. We left to look at the other vehicles . Then decided to go back and write up a contract with them. Car was in really good condition they got me in and out very quickly it was a very nice experience. When I talk to Trent on the phone, he said the truck was in good shape and that he knew everything about the truck. Because I use to sell cars , I figured it was a good chance he was exaggerating but I went anyway. When I got there and test drove the truck. I tried my best to find a reason to not buy it, but couldnt find one. I had a very good experience with Atlanta Auto Brokers. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Very pleasant experience. I called ahead of time to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in. My sales person, Terri, had the vehicle out front and ready to test drive. Terri was awesome! There was absolutely NO pressure to purchase, I wasn’t hounded like other sales people often do. I had looked at several vehicles at different dealerships and when I called Terri back to ask about whether they could come down on the price, he expeditiously checked with the manager and got right back with me. Great service my salesperson was Ryan the sweetest guy you can ever meet. I came to look at the car on a Saturday decided not to purchase it until that coming Monday they held the car for me. After picking up the car my starter went out the very next day they had it towed and repaired free of charge to me. Just a wonderful staff very accommodating and they stand behind their vehicles. I will definitely be back to purchase another car real soon.
So very happy with our purchase! The customer service was excellent and the vehicles were plenty. We went to this dealership first and looked at its inventory found a car I fell in love with but didnt want to buy the first car I saw so I went to another dealership down the road and had the most awful experience Ive ever had trying to buy a car. We left that dealership and went back to Atlanta Auto Brokers and bought the car I had fallen in love with. They were so upset with the experience we had at the other dealership that they washed my new car for us. We will definitely be coming here again and will be recommending them to our friends and family.

Purchased a car for my sixteen year old from Atlanta Auto Brokers. Bryon was great! Very knowledgeable and honest! This was my last stop after going to SEVERAL dealerships trying to find a SUV in my price range. The other dealerships told me I would never find an SUV in that price range. I wanted a dependable car at an affordable price for my daughter. When I told Byron what I wanted he said, I have the perfect car for you and he did! Thank you!I left the above review before I left the lot as my husband signed for the purchase. Oops. Now, after the car was on the road for us for only about two weeks, we found out our hard luck: this as is purchase has a bum transmission that needs replacement. $3,300 for AWD transmission plus about $1,400 in labor. Byron & management havent returned my husbands last two phone calls. As, the saying goes: BUYER BEWARE.

I bought my dream car, 06 yellow Corvette from them about 3 weeks ago, and I have never been so pleased with the service and attention to detail I received from them. I brought a car from here in March 2019 they promise to do my dash because my dash was messed up but I really liked the car so I said I would get the car if you guys promise to fix the dash. They agree to fixing my dash and we close the deal. After I left with my car they called me back in to fix my dash board in my car. Once my car was ready for pick up I was told it could not be fix so my dash is still mess up. Be careful of what they tell you and be aware of their cars. Make sure if something is wrong with the car you get it done before you close the deal because 9 out of 10 they want fix it after the deal or car is sold to you. They even put it in writing that they would fix my car but they did not. Please be careful. So they would let me write another review. I called up to the dealer on April 20,2019 to speak to the sale manager Tristan about my issues. He was very rude and advise me not to call the dealer any more. PLEASE be aware of this company. They do bad business and they will put the information in writing and still don’t do what they put in writing. So just because they tell you they are going to put it in writing that don’t mean nothing to them. They are out to Scam you out of your money. Please be aware when using this dealer.
I hate shopping for vehicles, but they made it as painless and possible. Dianne worked with me from beginning to end, and was very helpful. We ran into a few issues during the purchasing process but, they worked with us to get everything taking care of. They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from, and will work with you on any budget. The only downfall was that maintenance want available to do a check on the vehicle do to it being so late in the evening. Overall, it was a great experience just very time consuming.

We love Atlanta Auto Brokers! They are like family. During my first visit the battery on the vehicle I drove there lost charge, all the sales and service people helped to get it charged and started again. Even though we did not buy something that weekend they kept in touch trying to find us the perfect vehicle.Byron is super awesome! Never did we feel any pressure to buy, instead we felt listened too and that they really care about what we wanted. We ended up buying 2 vehicles, one for us and one for our 18 yr old. Im sure we will be back in a few years to buy another vehicle for our next teen.

I really debated making a review but I thought I should let anyone know because I had a very bad experience. I bought a Nissan Murano from them. I searched for this vehicle and had my mind set on what I wanted. I test drove it and fell in love with it. Although I did find minor things wrong with it, I paid no mind to it because it was a used car and used cars aren’t always perfect. I took it home and not even 24 hours in my possession the car started to overheat. I informed the dealership and they would send someone to pick it up. Well it was well over a day and my car was sitting in a random parking lot because i had to pull over and park the car immediately. I then just ended up paying to get it towed to a trusted shop. I paid it out of pocket. They did send a check for the inconvenience but it still did not cover everything I had to pay out of pocket. 2 to 3 months later my alternator went out and my car stopped in the middle of an intersection. It was absolutely embarrassing. And when I looked further into the car it turned out to have more mechanical problems. Turned out what I thought was nothing at the dealership was a big deal. My car has electrical problems. It rained the day I test drove it and just couldn’t get the wipers to work. I thought it was because I didn’t know how to use the car. Well it was way deeper than I thought. My lights also dim in and out. So then I reached out to the dealership so that I could make a trade but they wanted me to put another down payment for another car. Not too sure that I would trust getting another from them. So now I’m currently in the market to purchase another car to get rid of this car. One more detail I forgot to mention, as we were leaving my husband walked up behind the sales person to thank him for helping us, but he was literally talking about us and judging us for how much we put down or wanted to put down. My husband asked if there was a problem and the sales person didn’t say a word to him. Terrible experience.

About two days after I purchased a car the check engine light came on. When I took the car to the lot they told me I needed a new catalytic converter and it would cost $250. I was very, very upset. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. Jeremiah contacted us and offered to send a check for the cost of the repair. This was absolutely above and beyond anything I expected. Was told that a lexus IS250 was in immaculate condition, drive 35 minutes to go look at the car, once arriving, Shaun told me that the radio and climate were not working, they didn’t even bother to call me, as well as listing the car for 11,500 and then proceeding to tell me the car would cost upwards of 13,500-14 grand even with the issues going on. Very unsatisfactory business and very annoying as well as upsetting due to the fact i wasted an hour and a half of my day to go look at a shot box and they didn’t even have the audacity to call me and let me know about the issues *that were not even listed on the site* Terrible experience and Shaun didn’t have a clue as to how to talk to customers or how to sell a car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I recently bought a 2007 Scion Tc from this dealership. I traveled all the way from Augusta, GA and viewed some cars before coming to this dealership. I have to say Kelvin Cost was amazing. He made the whole process easy, especially dealing with my tough mom, haha. He let me know up front what the issues were the car and I decided to have them fixed myself since I did not want to travel again. He even washed my car before I got into it. I recently purchased a car from Atlanta Auto Brokers. I worked with Kelvin, who made the entire transaction simple, pleasant, and smooth. Just what you want when purchasing a car. Their dealership was very comfortable, with a friendly staff and clean waiting area. They washed the car and even had the oil changed prior to my arrival. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Absolutely wonderful car buying experience! Everyone there truly cared about getting me into a car that was in my price range! All of the cars on the lot are immaculate and definitely well taken care of. They truly are passionate about helping people find the perfect car for them!

After a month long search for a specific car I finally found the car out of state at Atlanta Auto Brokers. From the very first conversation with Diane. I was put at ease how friendly and helpful she was.I flew in, got to the dealership was greeted and paired up with the sales person right away. He showed me the ins and outs of the car and gave me a detailed history of the vehicle. After a test drive and all my questions answered I went home with a pretty solid car.There were few hick ups during the financing and a minor problem I noticed with the headlights on the drive back home. When the manager Jeremiah found out the few problems i ran into at the dealership and with the car.He personally got into contact with me and addressed all the problems I had faced. I could have not been more pleased with his professionalism and level of customer service. All around a standup guy, which is very rare to see in this type of business.
It has been about 5 months since I purchased a 2007 Audi A4 from Atlanta Auto Brokers..a very frustrating, disappointing 5 months.I visited the dealership in May looking to purchase a 2001 Lexus ES300 that only had around 90k miles on it for about $5,000. Great deal, great car. Unfortunately that car sold by the time I was able to work with my credit union for a loan, but the salesman I had worked with seemed honest and friednly so I decided to consider other options with the dealership.I ended up purchasing a 2007 Audi A4 with about 78k miles on it. Everything seemed great...the next day the check engine light came on. I called and spoke with the salesman who sold me the car and he said to go ahead and bring it in and hed take a look at it. He said it was just the gas cap and not to worry about. A couple of days later, the indicator screen on the dashboard started malfunctioning...I also noticed that the spare tire had large gashes in it and would definitely not be usable. I called and asked to speak to my salesman again and he said to bring it in and they would get the engine light, spare tire and indicator screen fixed for me. I brought the car in on a Saturday since I work Monday-Friday like many others...the salesman told me Saturday would not be a good day for him because it was too busy and to call to set up another time the next week. I called the next week and was told that the salesman was no longer with the company and that someone would reach out to help me. I waited a week and nothing happened. I called back and expressed my concern over the engine light coming on again, the destroyed spare tire and the malfunctioning indicator screen and was told the manager would call me back. Again, a week and nothing. I called back and asked to speak to the manager who was on a vacation, so the receptionist said she would leave him a message for him and have him call me back. Again, a week and nothing happened. I ended up bringing the car back and asking if I could just trade it for something else as it had been nothing but issues so far. They said there was nothing they could do to help me out. Very frustrated. Come to find out, the engine light was for an engine coolant leak amongst other issues. I have spent thousands of dollars in repairs since purchasing the car in May..it has been nothing but a money pit. This dealership does not seem to care about their customers, only the cash they can squeeze out of them.
I flew from TN to Atlanta to pick up a vehicle, all cash. I ask for the dealer to pick me up from the airport, vehicle cleaned and fueled up ready to go. They couldnt pick me up from the airport, I took a LYFT. The vehicle had not been cleaned or fueled up. The vehicle needed an alignment so I ask for them to reduce the price by $100 to offset the cost. They refused and only after I told them I would catch a LYFT back to the airport did they reduce the price by $100. Nice vehicle, would not recommend and would not purchase there again.
The best car experience I have ever had!The process was so smooth and easy.Diane was such a great help!And so was Tristan!I was able to get a really nice bmw at an affordable price and with a warranty.I will definitely be back to get another car!
I deliberately waited before posting my review. Its been a few months and I absolutely love my Lexus RX400h that I purchased from Atlanta Auto Brokers. The vehicle is awesome! It runs and feels great! The staff at Atlanta Auto Brokers made the buying process easy, stress-free and unlike other car buying experiences, this time I actually enjoyed the process. I promise I was not compensated in any way for this review. Lol. The AAB team was first class and the vehicle is an exceptionally high quality used car. I loved the experience, and I eally love my vehicle. I highly recommend this car company.
The salesman I had, Kelvin, was awesome. I appreciated him working with us on price and getting the vehicle ready when we needed it. I did have to get about 2200 dollars of work done on the vehicle after we purchased, but the purchase price was fair, considering all the features.
Diane and the crew and Atlanta Auto Brokers are the best. She stayed after closing time because we werent going to be able to make it in time and treated us like royalty. We love the Mustang we bought and would recommend these guys to anyone.

The sales staff captured my attention and the cars were high quality. The negotiation process led to a misunderstanding on both parties, and I almost aborted the deal but the staff went way out of their way to keep my business. I appreciated that very much. I negotiated my terms and they got their. I feel taken care of as though they cared about me and my wants. I will recommend them and consider them again in the future. I have had issues with them after the purchase of our vehicle, and I cant even get them to take a note for me to hand to the person who seems to take many days off.

I could not believe how helpful the staff was. The vehicle I came to see was exactly as pictured. The visor was broken, armrest joint was also and passenger side mirror needed replaced. I worked all of that into the deal (had two issues replaced that day and the part for the armrest came the next day and it was fixed just as agreed) I actually paid $1000 below market value (my distant uncle has a dealer license a few states away, has access to wholesale costs and told me after inspection if the vehicle checked out that was a definite deal). The only issue at inspection was tie rods possibly needs replaced soon (which was $150 fix on this car). They agreed to have their shop look as well and align the vehicle if that was the issue, it was actually possible tie rods as the prior inspection had diagrammed, which we arranged to have their shop replace at their cost (my expense) when they need done within the year. I feel like in reading the very few negative reviews on here, the theme is common. People who expect perfection but are looking for a USED CAR and instead of discussing issues which may have risen with the staff or manager, they get mad, blow out of the dealership and leave extremely lengthy angry reviews and never purchased (as Lynn said above, for various reasons it seems from credit issues to just out-right not being able to make a deal work). Sometimes that happens, sometimes you just cant reach a deal and have to go in another direction. That does not mean the dealership is evil or that the people that work there are crooked. I also decided to see if these people who left one stars have left other reviews and they have (shockingly) also left 1 stars at multiple places, ranging from dentists, to grocery stores. You have to be realistic when shopping for used vehicles. There is also nothing wrong with being aware and on guard but going into dealerships thinking everyone is trying to scam you and everyone is evil is only going to breed more negativity and decrease the chances of you being able to find a vehicle because of the pre-conceived notions. Communication gets you very far. Writing reviews like the 1-stars on here only make me look at those people differently, not the dealership. When I can see the company has never changed names, or locations, or owners, in several decades, the entire length of the business being open, I tend to give them a little more benefit of the doubt. However, I have been to a dealership down the street from Atlanta Auto Brokers that was so incredibly shady and very obviously not being straight forward with service records (did not even allow pre-purchase vehicle inspections so when I did go to Atlanta Auto Brokers I could very easily tell they were trying really hard to be transparent and just generally make a deal that worked for us both). We didnt beat them up on price and they didnt pressure us on it either. Overall at this point I would recommend Atlanta Auto Brokers to anyone I know for a vehicle, based on the transparency alone. I trusted my instincts and voiced my concerns with my sales associate Dianne and I left with the car I wanted and repairs we arranged.THANK YOU ATLANTA AUTO BROKERS!!!!!!!
So..... lets just say I wished I hadnt wasted my time trying other dealers. Terry, Diane, Tristian were extremely helpful in this process of buying a vehicle. No games were played just straight up with information. We had our own finance lender so the whole process was seamless. My wife and I had a great experience. I would definitely do business with them again.
The buying experience was decent. My sales agent Dianne was professional and courteous during the whole process. The typical test drive and financial bargaining or what have you. I would have given it four stars except for the fact that I signed the paperwork yesterday, they were to fix the rear brake pads today, yet its almost their closing time and I still do not have the car in my possession because of who knows what excuses theyd come up with. I doubt it takes a whole business day to fix rear brakes and clean out a car to have it ready for the buyer, but yet it has taken that long. I dont know if it is because my sales agent was off today, but I am pretty pissed off right now. I guess other peoples time doesnt matter to these people. Not to mention that I have to find a ride to bring me to a whole different county in order to pick up the vehicle since I already have one vehicle at home. Not once did I receive a courtesy call letting me know the status of the vehicle. I am the one who contacted them TWICE asking about it, which I find ridiculous. And then I was told that the repair guy went to get a part and it should be finished around 7 or 7:30 p.m. They close at 8 p.m. and I live at least 20-30 minutes away. Your customer service needs refreshing because this is unsat and shouldnt have taken this long.
I purchased a Suburban a while back from Atlanta Auto Brokers. It was super clean and even though it is an older model it runs fantastic. When I take it in for an oil changes they speak about how the vehicle was in such great condition for the year and miles! I have almost 200K on it now and it still runs perfect! Great dealership and staff!
Very satisfied and impressed with this dealership. I walked in, test drove the car I was interested in and had a deal slightly under my budget within minutes. The sales agent I dealt with was friendly, open and honest. No wheeling and dealing and no high pressure sales. Highly recommend!
The jury is still out on Atlanta Auto Brokers with me. My experience for the most part was good but like with any dealer you have to be vigilant. I bought a mid 2000s truck previewed by my finance company, so that part was relatively painless. However my salesman did not disclose the speakers being blown or not working with the exception of one in the rear out 6 speaker system and I was told it has Bluetooth which it doesnt but instead voice dialing through Onstar also fog lights dont work. They agreed to replace my windshield because it had several places it had been damaged by rocks or something, hopefully that will be taken care of soon, other than that I am happy with the experience and would tell folks just check what you get carefully.
I had a great experience recently when I purchased my 2001 Lexus LS430. I drove all the way from Birmingham, AL. Ryan was my salesman and was very polite and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. There was no pressure at all and also were fair on my trade-in. They have a great selection and prices are very fair. Check them out and give Ryan a call.
Dianne was extremely nice and very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and found me a car that fit both my budget as well as my style. Everyone here is friendly and professional and it definitely made the car buying process much less of a hassle
Bought a car, seemingly great condition. Their mechanic checked it out, all seemed well. Started making noise about two weeks later and ended up needing a new transfer case which warranty covered, about $4200. However, mechanic now having been under my car twice missed the thermostat leak and that had to be replaced as well totaling another $1000. They said theyd like to help and would see what they could do. Every time we spoke was pleasant and they sounded sincere. Its now been almost two weeks since Ive heard back after giving them the total cost of work outside of warranty and then telling me theyd work on it to see how much they could assist with. Still no response...and budget has a decent dent in it now.
Great experience at Atlanta Auto Brokers. We worked with Terry who was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, not a high pressure salesman. We are very pleased with the price and quality of the truck we purchased. We highly recommend these folks and would do business with them again in the future.

2022-01-30My wife and I found an SUV they had online, so when we went there to look at it, we showed them the exact car we wanted to look at and they promptly took us out for a test drive. Austin was the name of the guy who helped us out. He was the best, most pleasant car salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was incredibly informational about the car, perfectly patient and understanding with our little kiddos being present the whole time, exceptionally hospitable, and best of all, HE WAS NOT SALES-Y AT ALL. Much more interpersonal. He wasn’t pushy at all—just gave us the information we needed, and kept the ball in our court.I will definitely be going back here when it’s time to upgrade from our other car. 10/10 experience with this dealership and the staff.

There was no pressure at all to buy the car, or to add additional warranties or financing during the paperwork step.The office is also extremely clean and welcoming. Everything felt super safe and comfortable. I would definitely buy a car here again and will recommend it to others.

2022-03-02I bought a car here about 3 years ago and I went back to look for another one this past weekend because I had a good experience.Unfortunately we did not find the car yet but we had a great experience with Austin ( the Harry Porter guy, seriously he is just like him). 2022-06-01I recently purchased my dream vehicle from them. I had basically been looking for a needle in a haystack. DJ was great and made the entire process super easy. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and he took the time to answer all of my questions and then some. I applied online and was approved before making the trip there since I was coming in from out of state. Upon arrival I met with DJ, who took me right out to look at the Jeep. He gave me plenty of time to look over and inspect it. We then took it on a long test drive. He took the time to make sure I was completely happy with it before signing papers. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have already, and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle, and will most likely be back if/when Im in the market again!

2022-03-24Unfortunate I have to leave this review. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Found the car online. We live 4 hours away. Anthony knew that and stated a full inspection had been done on the car and guaranteed excellent condition. Well, weve already found that 3 out of 4 windows are busted. They will not roll back up. Weve spoken to him 3 times since and he keeps stating he is going to talk to his manager to see what they can do & call back and of course, nothing. No one has helped remedy what they OBVIOUSLY knew was an issue. No dealership purchases a car without a complete inspection and they would have noticed 3 busted windows. This is just the first thing weve come across. Be careful when purchasing here. Definitely do your due diligence and if you are able to check the car out at the lot, test EVERYTHING.

2022-07-03This was the first car buying experience where we werent harassed as soon as we stepped on the lot. Our salemans DJ was awesome. Gave us the info we needed and allowed us to browse until we were ready to test drive. Got approved for financing in under 10 minutes and walked off the lot within about an hr arriving with our new Benz. I would definitely purchase here again! And ask for DJ!
