The staff is really friendly, but after today I won’t be eating here again. I’m disappointed because I love the Caesar salad; however, there were dead roaches inside and the place was filthy. I went here to eat and after ordering, saw the chaos. Thankfully, they did give me my money back and I left. Never again.
This place has the best tasting pick 2 you could order AND the price is extremely reasonable... especially when you compare it to other fast casual restaurants. I ordered the organic corn chowder soup ( I can eat soup 24/7/365) and cheese panini. First of all, it was a BOWL ( not cup like some places) of heavenly deliciousness and the panini was a trifecta of Swiss, provolone and havarti. Can someone say, hmmmm good?
Would like to give a shout out to Megan. Watched this morning as she was waiting on an elderly couple. While she was taking their order and even after they were eating. She was so helpful I even asked her after they left if she knew them. She said she had never seen them before today. I told her I was very impressed with the way she helped them. Good to see this in younger people.
Very nice and helpful staff. It was high school graduation week and I needed a good amount of pastry sweets for my staff. Atlanta Bread was able to accommodate my needs. My team loved the assortment and marvelous taste of all the treats...fresh and delicious. Thanks again, your team saved the day. Place your order a couple days early and they will have them packed and ready.
Staff was rude, especially the cashier. Didnt receive a spoon so we asked for it twice and it took almost 10 minutes just for a spoon and they were very rude about it. The French onion soup was so salty we couldnt even eat it. There was just a slice of bread thrown in the bag with black stuff on it. The sandwich was mostly bread and not much else.
Stopped here in May durning a road trip down to FL. Since we dont have ABC in NC, this was def top of my list to stop at. I have missed it since moving away from GA. The service at this location was quick, we ordered couple of ABC special sandwiches. They were as good as I remember. They made them quickly. Overall service and food was good.
Employees were rude, were making fun of one person in my party for not wanting meat on her bagel. They wore a mask when taking an order but immediately took it off when they went to make the food. Food came out and the bagel sandwiches were not toasted, and eggs were cold. Only slightly redeeming factor was that the drip coffee was decent. I would not recommend this place.
Had lunch at ABC and it was delicious 😋. We had the pick two. Your choice of soup and a sandwich. Or a salad and sandwich or a or a salad and soup. They have bakery items when you first walk in and slightly left is the place to order. They give you a number to be placed on your table. Coffee is in thermoses close to the cashier. Further along is a machine for soft drinks and tea. They give you a cup and you serve yourself. Then find a table. I think they have a password for the wifi. I didnt ask for it. Im sure the cashier would give it to you if you ask.
First off, The service is spectacular! Its like the staff outdo themselves time after time with the speed and quality of the food! They have a lovely soup and sandwich combination and array of breakfast items. My favorite has to be the Chicken Pesto and the delicious Tomato Soup. If youre in Warner Robins, Ga this is the place to go!
The food was great. However, our soup was was brought to us by an employee with their mask below their nose. We asked them to step away from the table to talk to us (they were literally standing inches from the table while they were explaining why our sandwiches would take a few extra minutes) and also asked that they cover their nose. When our sandwiches were brought to us, same situation again....and it was the same employee. One employee had no mask on at all, she appeared to be a manager. I dont want to eat food that someone is breathing on during a pandemic. Unfortunately we have to take our business elsewhere.
This place has become so disappointing. The managers never mask up, no one encourages social distancing, and even some regular employees just dont seem to care about the fact that were in a pandemic. Atlanta Bread doesnt care about your health. I used to be a frequent customer, but after what Ive seen on my last two visits I am never coming back.
I love this location! Its oh so relaxing. The staff is so sweet and friendly. I love the baked goods, which go on sale in the evenings. They play jazz music, and generally the other patrons speak quietly which continues that relaxing feel. My partner and I like to bring a book each, grab a coffee and a pastry, and enjoy a quiet Sunday morning here.
Very good, quick meal. Reasonable price. Servers were pleasant and helpful. Made my meal as requested as I have an allergy. Only issue as I asked for medium coke and if what I got was a medium, it was very small! But again a great meal. This was a take out and was still warm when I got home.
The food was good, nothing spectacular stood out for me. The service was good, and the place was clean. Although there tables they have a few of them need to be fixed, very wobbly, I do not like eating on s wobbly table. If I wanted a challenge to balance my meal without spilling everywhere, I would come back here more often. Aside from that, the food is good and their dessert is good, but a bit pricey.
This place was my moms favorite place when my brothers and I were kids. Now its mine as well, everything about it I love. The friendly service, the wonderful atmosphere, the beautiful relaxing jazz music playing. Their sandwiches, soups and desserts are incredible. My favorite thing to get is their Cuban sandwich and Organic Tomato Basil soup, and their Butternut Squash soup. If you dont like Tomatoes or Squash, I guarantee youll love their soups. I highly recommend these three items. And if your looking for a place. Where everything is made from scratch, hot fresh food, relaxing atmosphere and music, and wonderful friendly staff. Then I highly recommend Atlanta Bread Company.
While the food was good the service had a lot to be desired. It was a Sunday morning, but not too busy or anything. They constantly had to double back and tell us they were missing something, and they messed up what should have been a simple coffee order. It was clear the staff were flustered, leading to me to believe that the problem lies with management. Food was good, nothing amazing, but I have trouble recommending this place in the immediate future.
1) They have a large sparsely populated seating area; indoor AND outdoor. 2) Their house roast is pleasant tasting and considerably less bitter than Pikes Place roast at you know where (from Seattle). [Full transparency: I truly like you know where as well, but they have considerably less seating.] 3) Their wi-fi is decently fast. 4) Their staff is pleasant. 5) They have a much bigger menu of fresh food than you know where. In fairness, though, they are probably best compared to that other Bread restaurant. Since I have not been to the other Bread restaurant since the pandemic began, I dont know how they would currently compare.
Love going there. Food excellent. Employees friendly. However a person played the saxophone pretty much the whole time my friend & I were there.Wasnt playing anything in particular. After a while it got on our nerves. We had trouble talking to each other. And I absolutely love the sax! It was just too much. Prompt service there also.
All sorts of very loud metal on metal banging and clanging coming from behind the counter and from the kitchen, for over 15 minutes. It is supposed to be a place where you can quietly converse, contemplate, and become calmer, not a heavy metal concert or Waffle House full of screaming and metal clashing sounds.
Similar to Panera Bread. Food is appealing, a large variety of sandwiches and pastries. The atmosphere of the restaurant is typically calm, even if its crowded. I wish they would serve the Turkey Cranberry sandwich year round because I love that sandwich. Otherwise, nice place, good service, nothing crazy. Offers a Military discount.
It is pleasant here. Food is priced well for what you get. Staff is friendly and dining area is clean. This store is a little more open than I prefer and you can hardly hear the music. The hot chicken on the salad is not that good. But the Balsamic Bleu with no chicken is bomb, nine grain bread is delish also. Not my choice salad/bread place, but it provides a good mix up.
Very calm and relaxing place to have some down town, read a book, or host a few meetings. Some of the workers speaks and make sure youre enjoying your visit. However I want to shine the spotlight on one particular worker by the name of Jordan. She really has some great work ethics and does a very good job each time Im there. Those young boys though need a little help. Long as i been coming there due to its the area my clients are use to if I needed to meet them they have never spoke not even a hello sir or any form of hospitality that could be taken several ways. One them even walks around sagging. Thats not good for business. Nevertheless I forgot to mention I was able to edit and self publish my books in December available for purchase on Amazon the titles are 103 Simple and Practical Relationship Tips and Thoughts, The Afflicted Moments Volume 1- inspirational reflective poetry. You will not be disappointed.....
Tina the nightly manager extremely unprofessional TERRIBLE HORRIFIC costumer service. Me and my husband were asking the cashier questions and Tina yelled at her for making any conversation, then told my husband not to argue with her in a very aggressive tone. Then proceed to tell me to get my own soup when they are supposed to cater to the customer. I am so disappointed as to how to manger reacts to consumers! But the cashier jayde was handled the situation well and was amazing!
Food heres always been great. Try the California Avocado - youd be surprised how tasty it is with no meat. The service is also especially great. I just watched one guy at the end of the night just before closing run a womans purse out to her just before she drove away.
My experience was awful. I am stuck at home from surgery and I ordered my food for delivery. On the app I was using it Didn’t give me certain options so I called about changing my bread for chips “oh it’s an up charge for a dollar”. I said “ alight well can you charge me ? Oh not through the app. Then I said alright the bread is fine. I get my food the sandwich was a mess. The aju sauce was all split and the soup was cold and I didn’t get my bread. Never will I go there again
Came in with a friend for lunch we both had gotten smoothies else where and were told we were not allowed to sit and eat because we had drinks. We weren’t happy about that but since that was the rules we just told them we would get it to go. The employee took my friend’s order and then walked off even though we had made it clear we both wanted to order. We Waited at the front counter for someone to take my order but no one came. The employee eventually brought my friends food out and completely ignored me even though I was at the register. No one ever took my order so we just decided to leave.
The food is good, pricing is more than it should be, and the service is average. There is nothing here that I cant get in any other sandwich shoppe of its kind. For the price, the service should be much higher than it is.I still go here occasionally, but even Jimmy Johns gets my buck before this place now.
Now usually I dont do this but uhh.If ever youre out, about, wondering, or have a destination in mind to eat a good sammich. Go to Atlanta Bread. They play Fox and Friends while plummeting their customers in the ambiance of cut out the lights for no reason darkness. Did I mention Fox and Friends will be on with no volume ? Further the more, none the less extended segway to point, three sandwiches for $30 who can compete with great pricing with that, (no drinks included by the way) ? Making this an ideal date spot for that woman who you know is only with you for the money and youre that man who doesnt have any personality so your receipt based relationship can continue its dysfunctional path here. To be completely fair if you happen to have stopped at McDonalds prior to get your kid a Happy meal and had a drink that needed refills . The fancy 1000 drink machine is always available for free refills . I recommend cherry Fanta .Oh and leaf shaped bowls for rectangle shaped sandwiches, whatever the opposite of nailed it is, apply generously here.No stars .
Absolutely horrible experience, food was absolutely terrible. From the staff to the food it was pure garbage. They have some big mouth in the back whom tried to bow up on my 7 year old child its hard to believe they would let savages like this out in public much less to try and serve my family food.
Tina whom is the nightly manager was rude to me and my wife as we where talking to the cashier she rudely told her to get back to work and the server who was to bring us our meal she also yelled at him and told them that they need to get back to work as there was no work to be done as I asked Tina what was the issue she rudely told me not to argue with her this makes the company in a whole look terrible as she drawn the attention of other customers

2022-03-04I had an amazing Turkey club sandwich, blueberry muffin top with real butter, and a tall latte for lunch there today and I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. I had some specific modifications and the staff accommodated me with a smile. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly, super helpful, and professional. Im always impressed with the cleanliness it rounds of the experience nicely. My bill was around $18, but I have no problem paying for quality food with good portions. Ive never had a bad experience here and will keep coming back, a big well done ABC your commitment to excellence really stands out.

2022-05-08Super disappointed in the breakfast. I had to go back in because they forgot half of my order. The bacon was all fat, the eggs were literally all burnt. I couldn’t even finish my meal it was so bad. The picture I took doesn’t even look like eggs.

2022-01-12Creole shrimp salad was delicious! I only gave 4 stars, because the bread was served “unwrapped”. It was just “laying” on top of the salad (as pictured).

2022-06-23I always try to have an open mind with new employees however today was a terrible experience. I went here to get a Bella chicken, very simple and a large soda. They had no large sodas which is fine I requested that my bella chicken have light chicken on it because they always put a lot of chicken on it and that was fine too and then I asked for extra pesto mayo and she seemed very confused by the request and let me know that she was new and that she needed a moment, and I said that was fine. We finish the transaction and I look at my receipt and it says Bella chicken half I look at her and I say I’m sorry I wanted a whole sandwich. She goes oh I’m so sorry I’ll go tell them, I said are you sure, pulling out my card to pay more money she said yeah I’m sure I go over to the drink machine only to hear her lying about what just went down that she’s sure I definitely said a half and now I want a whole sandwich I heard the manager get irritated at this request because it probably seems like I don’t want to pay for the whole sandwich. At no point did she say that I pulled out my card to pay more she just kept repeating the lie that I had said half so, I said I’m standing right here I would appreciate if you didn’t lie about me. To which she looked at the manager and said she said half. That is not how you treat a customer even if the customer did say half. I said that I was insulted that she was allowed to stand there and lie about me after I’m pointing it out and that I just want my money back which I had to stand in there for another 3 to 4 minutes and wait for my money to be returned to me. I understand we need new employees, but to stand there and argue about who was wrong in the situation is absolutely unprofessional and I will not be returning unfortunately and I was a weekly customer and love this place.

2022-05-17Soup was cold, ceaser salad was bland had the chicken salad sandwich and they put it on cinnamon raisin bread. Did not taste right, menu said cranberry bread, that would have been better.

2022-02-27Tried to dine here with a group on 2/27/22, the managers were both very rude. We arrived before they closed but they told us their hours changed so they closed earlier but we could still dine in. Then they said we could order but dine outside... we got our money back and left. Theyve lost our business for good.
