I want to take this opportunity to recognize (Chet Murphy), who came out to my home today and performed the necessary repairs on my toilets.Chet was very professional and knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done to correct the issues with my toilets.Chet took the time to explain what he was doing prior to starting the work. I appreciated this gesture, because most technicians dont bother to explain anything to the customer.
Our plumber Chet from Atlantis was one of the most professional and knowledgeable plumbers I have met in a long time. He was able to help us quickly solve a a plumbing issue that 2 other plumbers we had previously used couldnt fix. Chet went above and BEYOND what I expected. I would highly recommend!
Atlantis Plumbing was highly responsive, very communicative, knowledgeable, and did good quality work for a very fair price. They were at our house within 3 hours of us calling, they diagnosed the issue right away, and had a crew repairing the issue the very next morning. We couldnt have asked for more.

Chet Murphy, Atlantis Plumbing Technician, was awesome 👌, he came fixed the leak on water turn.off valve under sink, and installed our new dishwasher. Very professional & knowledgeable in performing our scheduled tasks. Atlantis Plumbing will be our Plumbing company for future plumbing needs. Definitely a 6 ****** star operation in my view.

Brian Miller and Atlantis saved my life. Had a plumbing pipe nightmare and he provided professional, quality service without gauging the prices. He offered me exactly what I needed to solve my issues without adding extras. Brian was kind and informed and taught me tricks to solve minor issues/preserve the life of my plumbing. He also worked with a difficult HOA manager in a multi-unit condo building and pointed out a fix that the entire building is needed. My experience related to the repair of my water line between my home and the meter with Atlantis Plumbing was outstanding!!! Bryan the technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and very customer friendly in resolving and explaining my repair. I will use this company for future services.
I will definitely use this company again. They were reasonably priced and their technicians were professional and did a great job. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is because their cash option process is outdated. You get a discount if you pay cash, but they will only accept actual money. They will not accept cash equivalents such as checks (to include a cashier’s check). My project was several thousands of dollars so that seems a bit reckless and inconvenient in my opinion. We have had multiple major projects done on our house over the last year and have always utilized a cash discount and paid with check. This is the only company we have encountered that wants us to hand the technicians thousands of dollars.
I had a leak in my water main. I put in a request for a quote online this morning and had a phone call for an appointment in less than an hour. Robert Camp was my technician and did a wonderful job finding the problem area, taking pictures, explaining what he found, and repairing the line. I would definitely use this company again.
We were having a terrible time with our home inspection until Chet Murphy came to save the day. We had three inspectors and two different plumbers before Chet, none of them were able to diagnose the plumbing issue, some even saying there was no problem. Chet did an incredibly thorough inspection and was able to see what the others couldn’t. He even picked up on gas that had made its way into the water / drainage and then oversaw the entire process from the fire department, to gas company, to the final plan, strategy & itemized estimate for next steps. He was there for 6 hours with us and wouldn’t leave until he was sure everybody was safe and comfortable. We wouldn’t use anybody else, thanks Chet!
I called Atlantis Plumbing when my water heater went out suddenly. They were there within the hour. They had a new water heater and all the accessories installed with 3 hours of my initial call. Jackie Latham and his assistant were knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.
I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing! Prior to our appointment, we had five different plumbers from various companies come out to assess our clogged pipe. Each of them either wanted to tear down the wall, or gave up on our seemingly “impossible” clog. I am so glad we called Atlantis Plumbing, Jon arrived on time and fixed the issue within 15 minutes without even tearing down a wall!

Service was called to fix water leak into kitchen from second floor shower. The plumber found several problems that were promptly fixed. The repairs were an unexpected expense, but I feel confident that everything that was done was required because everything was thoroughly explained.
Atlantis plumbing rerouted the pipe from the water meter to the house; The old pipe was leaking bad underneath the driveway. They did it efficiently and efficiently without tearing up my driveway. Got it done by 1:30 p.m.. I would recommend them.

I called yesterday (Thursday) to schedule a leak detection service. I was given pricing information and asked for the earliest availability. I was told that they could come the next day (Friday) between 10am-12pm. I agreed to that schedule. When the tech arrived the next day he was not equip to preform a leak detection and was not aware he was there for a leak detection service. The tech helped me schedule a new appointment for Monday.
Jon was knowledgeable and efficient. Very helpful and did a thorough job cleaning my shower drain. He also addressed other drain issues with my sink and evaluated my kitchen sink installation and disposal. Highly recommend for friendly and superior service!
I had a small leak under my sink. My technician, Dylan, wanted to charge $425 to fix it by replacing a $10 part. I did some light research and fixed it myself without buying parts and using $1 worth of caulk. The seal has now held for 3 weeks. These people prey on ignorance, so educate yourself.

Our sprinklers sprung a leak and the first plumber could not find the shut off box and told us we would have to hire an expensive leak detection company.Bryan got here and immediately found the sprinkler box and shut it off and problem solved. I can’t recommend him enough. He will be our plumber for life.

Today, Atlantis came back to correct an installation error that was made when they were here last week to our downstairs toilet. The error was the toilet was reinstalled incorrectly and the cut ceramic tiles under the toilet were exposed. When a new tech came today he pulled the toilet off only to say he couldn’t change where the other tech reinstalled it, but he did caulk around the bottom. However, after doing that the tiles at the front of the toilet (not the original ones in question) were now loose on the floor. I just walked into the bathroom and there is a crack across the tile from the front to the wall. Now I need to retire the entire bathroom.
I am very satisfied with Ben’s work. He did very good work and kept me aware of what He was doing and how the job was progressing. Will request him for any future work.

Great schedulers- had an appointment for Thursday and they had an opening for Wednesday and called me to see if it was convenient. Plumber showed up at the front end of the arrival window and installed the hammer arrestor quickly. Very professional.
I cannot recommend Bryan with Atlantis Plumbing enough. He saved the day! He was exceptional at customer service - incredibly kind, communicative, professional and helpful.We had an underground leak in our main water line and Bryan pinpointed the leak and resolved the issue quickly while explaining everything along the way. County I live in requires a plumber to verify that the house has efficient toilets and sinks. A ten minute walk through the house to look at the writing on my toilets and sinks costs 185$.
Blown away by this plumber. Had a stem break on the shower handle. Another plumber quoted me $1600 to replace. He wanted to tear into the wall and replace the whole valve because the tip of the stem was broken. He told me I may as well renovate the whole shower. Looking for any other solution, I called Atlantis. Plumber quoted me for replacing just the stem - $250. So much better. Definitely my plumber of choice going forward.
We called for leak detection and the plumber visually inspected shower area and under the house in the crawl space. He did not seewater leak or damage so assumed it to be a grout issue- charged us $85-**Update-Chet came back within a few hours because he wanted to do more tests with water pan and further investigate. He went in another direction in our crawl space to get under the shower and found that the shower pan was, in fact, leaking. I really appreciate his thoroughness with this issue!!
The plumbers were very professional. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of their work. However, they are a bit pricey. I guess you get what you pay for

We had Brian Miller of Atlantis Plumbing out to provide estimates on a getting a few items fixed in our home. He was on time, efficient and got the repairs we were looking for all done the same day! Even more so than that, he helped educate us on items he was fixing and he provided us options in the estimates for the work he could do. Never felt pressured to make any decisions but we were happy with the quotes provided. We will use them again in the future.
This company advertises free estimates which they DO NOT OFFER. They charge a service fee regardless of if you render services or not but will credit this service fee to your final bill if you move forward with the service. This is not the same as a free estimate and therefore, I would not recommend this company.
I am very pleased with the level of customer service, promptness, and efficiency shown by Mr. Camp. I had no difficulties scheduling and was actually surprised that an appointment was available so soon after I called! Mr. Camp replaced my plastic shut-off valves with metal ones throughout the house on the same day he came to diagnose the problem and I couldnt be happier!
I needed to have my sewer line replaced because of a root that penetrated it. I ended up going with their trenchless solution which saved me from digging up my entire yard. The team was very knowledgeable and hard-working. Johnny and Kyle were very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Atlantis if you are considering large or small projects.

Revised…After follow up from Atlantis they came back today and fixed the issue. Responsive and willing to correct mistake.Septic tank was pumped on Sunday but home would not drain. Called to have someone fix why it would not drain. It was “clogged at the baffle” and he “unclogged it”. However, my home is now completely backed up again and all drains are filling up with water. He came this morning so clearly something isn’t right and there is more to just this “clog” he found.
Ben Broome was amazing. He located the problem (sewer vent pipe clogged with leaves) in about five minutes. He unclogged it with a snake. He also repaired the rubber boots around all my vents on the roof, with tar. Hes a nice guy too and we had conversations about old cars and pets. Oh, and when he was running a few minutes late the office called me to let me know. That never happens! Excellent service all around and it was not expensive. I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing.
The plumber showed up on time. Had a quick fix and did not even charge me. This is the type of plumber that everyone needs in their contact list.
We called Atlantis Plumbing when we experienced a water leak in our yard. An inspector was dispatched very quickly, and the company fit us in for repair the next morning. The workers showed up earlier than expected, and the job was done within a couple hours. We were provided info about our warranty, and the payment process could not have been easier. While I hope I never need them again, Atlantis Plumbing will be my first call if I do.

Came to fix a clogged in the pipe to tell me that I needed to get my srptic tank pumped out. And still charged me for a cloged pipe.😡😡😡

We used Atlantis plumbing to install a freestanding tub faucet where a sink used to be. Atlantis was super easy to work with, and Robert did an exceptional job. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to talk through options. We had three other plumbing companies review and quote the work before Atlantis (something I wont do again). All seemed hesitant about taking on the job and provided ridiculously high quotes. Robert arrived on time, followed COVID safety protocols, and confidently assessed the situation and offered a reasonable quote. The job took two trips as there was tile work to be completed in between. Robert did an excellent job, taking the time to make sure things were done right. In the future we will definitely make Atlantis our first call for future plumbing needs.

I contacted Atlantis plumbing back In July due to a leak on my property. I made it clear that I needed a leak detection specialist to locate a leak on my property. They sent a technician out, he confirmed there was a leak and scheduled the date for repairs. The repair team came out and they did exactly what the technician said they would do (I believe his name was Bryan). Excellent job and great price. Since that time I’ve been told by DeKalb County Watershed that there’s still a leak someplace. Of course I called Atlantis and asked that a leak detection specialist be sent to the house to recheck. During the conversation I mentioned I’d completed the dye in the tank test to make certain there was no leak. They scheduled the appt and the regular plumber showed up stating he couldn’t find a leak. After another call to the county, I was told I needed a leak detection specialist not a regular plumber. I called Atlantis again and questioned why a regular plumber was sent and was told that the scheduler “thought that was what I needed because I mentioned a toilet may be running”. This scheduler stated she’d schedule a leak detection specialist for the next appt. On the scheduled day a plumber shows up and says he’s checked the meter, it’s not running and there’s no leak that he can see. Suggested I contact the county and have them check the meter (for the 4th time). County still says there’s a leak. Of course I called Atlantis because they did great work and I don’t want to void my warranty with them. I referenced my previous calls and asked if they even have leak detection specialist. She placed me hold then came back and referred me to another company. Stated I should contact them because the leak detection “system was down” at Atlantis. I asked if working with another company would void my warranty and was told no IF I contact them to complete the work if another leak is found. I asked if the $85 I paid for the regular plumber could be applied towards any work the completed and was told no because they ‘d paid the last plumber that came out. They sent a plumber when I’d requested the specialist twice. It just seems that the staff should be able to recognize when a bit more needs to be done when a satisfied customer keeps calling to say there is a problem someplace. I’ve called at least 6-7 times since our business relationship began in July. Now I have to involve another company, incur additional fees to ultimately have to pay Atlantis again to complete what they probably could have done before their “system went down”.

Jackie and Brandon were fantastic. They came and diagnosed my high water pressure caused by a very old pressure reducing valve. They also saw some DIY water shutoff piping from a previous owner and suggested it be removed as it was a flood hazard waiting to happen. They provided estimates for all the work before starting and they were able to get a PRV the same day, returning to our house to only take maybe 30 min to install it and remove the flood hazard piping. They also stuck around for additional questions and a couple of other minor services. Weve used Atlantis for multiple items with our first home and theyve been professional and prompt every single time. We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
Called Atlantis Plumbing to inspect a water leak. Bryan (Master Plumber) arrived on time and proceeded to check for the leak which turned out to be the main line after the meter. After a few minutes of digging Bryan located the source of the leak. Thankfully it wasnt under the slab and Bryan was able to fix the leak on the spot. He turned out to be a great guy. Very easy going! Ill definitely use them for my next Plumbing problem.

Instead of repairing, it was a replacement of a kitchen faucet. The technician opened the box of the new faucet and a major part was missing. He will be back tomorrow and I have already taken the faucet back to Lowes and swapped it out. Hope this box has all parts!

2021-09-04Im the new homeowner of my beloved grandmas house and knew the plumbing system was in dire need of an upgrade. After doing some research and reading reviews I decided to give Atlantis a call for an estimate. The customer service rep was prompt in setting an estimate. Sandy the plumber was both punctual and very friendly as heard in his call to give his ETA. I noted masks being worn upon entering the house. Now since Im not a fan of spider web covered basements 😆 I offered moral support on the basement stairs and he was kind enough to take detailed photos of my entire plumbing system. The estimate was within my budget and due to my drain lines leaking into my HVAC system he was able to start that day. As I didnt want to put off that important repair hearing he could start that quick was awesome! At different phases of the job Sandy would send me photos so I could see the progress. Over the course of 4 days Sandy repaired and replaced the water as well as drain lines. Being that some of the original cast iron plumbing was present he literally took the system from antique to awesome! I braved the spider webs and did a full walk through at the completion of the job. Kudos to Atlantis for hiring professional and friendly plumbers that are customer service centered. In the future plumbing issues will equate a call to Atlantis Plumbing! Keep up the awesome work Sandy, I know my grandmother would have been so proud to see such great repairs!!! Whether it be repairs or replacements I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends alike.

2022-05-27We used Atlantis for private plumbing line detection on our property when we were having some major digging done in our yard for a landscaping project. While 811 will mark public utilities, the plumbing line from the street to the house is private and so a separate locating service is required-- there are not many companies that do this! The tech who came was helpful, communicated the process well so that we knew what to expect and figured out a way to keep the costs lower for us. Appreciate the knowledge and expertise. Will definitely use this company again!

2022-07-06We called at 11 am as we had water coming up under driveway. Bryan came to our house by 230. He was Very knowledgeable about the best solution and so nice to work with. Tom and Scott were here by 9am the next day and Rerouted our water pipe from street to house to avoid tearing up the driveway. They were all very easy to work with and extremely professional. I would definitely use Atlantis again, although I hope I never have to. Thanks so much for a job WELL DONE!

2022-07-18I selected Atlantis Plumbing because the receptionist provided a ball park cost for toilet repair. Cy, the plumber, was consciousness in remedying the water leak, exceeded my expectations in the work performed, and provided guidance on future household plumbing projects under consideration. Credit card payment was automated with a tablet generating an email receipt. The overall experience was a good value with excellent service. I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing!

2022-05-06I dont know guys, I chose Atlantis because the reviews were pretty stellar but ended up being somewhat disappointed.I first called to get an idea about price of installing a disposal and was told over the phone that the job would range from $250-350 (approximately). The price seemed solid. I had my own disposal purchased so I scheduled an appointment.On the day the plumber arrived, he looked around and quoted me $450 dollars for the install and shrugged his shoulders when I questioned the original estimate I got.I told him to proceed. I just needed the job done and did not feel like paying an $80 fee for him to come out to just look around. Those fees make no sense to me...After he left, in the evening and after dinner, I realized my dishwasher would not drain so I had to wash everything by hand. I have kids too so we had a lot of dishes. Not fun.After doing research I read that if a knock out plug is not removed during a garbage disposal install, that it causes the dishwasher to malfunction. Seems that a professional plumber would know this.Anyhow, I had to call and have another plumber come fix the situation the next day. He arrived an hour after the allocated window. No one called to let me know he was running behind. Another disappointment.Though everything is working now, I am less than thrilled having to pay a hundred dollars more for a job than originally quoted. I would have likely gone with another provider had I known all of the above.Just my take.

2022-06-14My toilet tank cracked, while trying to stop the leak the supply line failed. I called and was offered such wonderful compassionate service. Robert Camp came to the rescue within an hour- 1.5 hours. He arrived promptly , waited for us to grab additional parts and explained the entire process along the way. I will definitely be using their services again, hopefully no more emergencies but extremely awesome! Give them a call for your plumbing needs in Atlanta area!

2022-03-08Atlantis Plumbing is one of the best. We were having issues with our relatively new Navian water heater at our rental property and were not getting the assistance we needed from the manufacturer. We scheduled a plumbing review and repair with Atlantis who was able to come out the next day. The plumber (John) was certified on the water heater brand and walked us through what was done to repair the unit. He also gave us tips on how to make sure we continue to maintain it. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We will be calling Atlantis for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

2022-06-29Great customer service! Love how he thoroughly explained everything. Very reasonable prices. Quick service, a plus. My 2nd time using them for a new water heater. I wish the first lasted longer than 10years but no fault of Atlantis. Will definitely call/use their service again.

2022-04-06Bryan came out the same day we called him about doing a reroute of main water line. He got us on the schedule the next business day. Tom and Scott arrived the day of on time and worked hard for the several hours it took to complete the project. Very nice to work with. Highly recommend. We will definitely be in touch for future plumbing needs!
