Havent had the opportunity to experience the full experience however they did have my part immediately available for my scooter and it worked perfectly and the dudes up there were very nice havent checked out the prices of their little scooters and stuff so cant give complete description on that yet but well go back there and well send people there

I purchased one for $1500 on the 7th of December, 2019. And my son may have rode it 10 to 12 times before it tore up which happened to be Christmas Day 🤬😡I couldnt get in touch with Ray until the 8th of January, 2020. Only to have him say it wasnt my fault it tore up but I would have to pay an extra $300 to have it fixed. Smh, I simply told him to keep half of the money and his raggedy four wheeler. Because needless to say, I will never be doing business with them again nor will I recommend any business either. However, in all fairness the customer service is awesome and the older lady in the front is soooo sweet.
