Manager Paul Brodie.I purchased some wheels and tires from the company Tire Rack and selected Auburn automotive from the website to install the wheels on my vehicle. On the website it states the cost to install for already balanced tires and wheels. Auburn automotive received the shipment and then refused to install them on my vehicle for the flat rate listed on the website. The manager said I could just come by the shop and pick them up.Maybe there is a mistake on the website, But in this scenario he should’ve just installed the wheels and tires which were already mounted/balanced, it would’ve taken them a total of 15 minutes. Then go and fix the website or whatever agreement they have with the third-party vendor. Instead I am picking up my wheels and/tires and taking them home to install myself or finding a different shop to do the job.
Absolute Gem!! What a relief to find an awesome and honest mechanic!! I appreciate the folks at Auburn Automotive - they repaired my vehicle at a very fair price, with all the courtesy of someone who wants to retain your business. Put the truck in the shop - got an estimate that day, and it was fixed the next. No extraneous checklist of BS repairs. I will no doubt visit them again, and highly recommend them!!
Went in to see if they work on transmissions..referred me to another place but checked it. I had a leak and he refilled for me at no charge
Paul has been my mechanic for two years now and does a wonderful job. Best of all, hes honest, reliable, and extremely fair on pricing! Hes taken great care of both cars at our household and makes sure the job gets done right. Hes the only mechanic Ill use from now on!!
I have been overly satisfied with the service. I had repairs on my F-150 and they were significantly less expensive on the repair than the dealer.Also, I was able to get my truck in quickly. Paul ordered the parts andmy truck was ready late the next day. All information by Paul was exactly as he stated, problem,cost, and remedy. The lady at the check in desk was also very courteous and they even called about a month after I was there to make sure things were still good. I plan on using them again foran unfortunate repairs.
Ok Auburn Automotive helped me twice the first time I had a heater T hose go out and spew antifreeze everywhere once I had it delivered by tow they said 3 or 4 days but they had it done by the next day and also let me understand the cost very well too but the first experiance was very good in customer experiance so the next problem I had were a bolt on the front end independant suspention that started popping really loud turned out it was loose and was tightened immediately and didnt even charge me so they went out of there way! I know this is rare in a company these days and will always bring my Ford here for anything even an oil change ! Great job guys!!
Brought my truck here on a recommendation of another shop. Did a Great job on repairs in less time than was expected. Price was good, Everyone I dealt with were Friendly, they even called 2 weeks after repairs were made to make sure everything was good. Great Customer service

Love Auburn Automotive. Paul is amazing. I have had several vehicles that Paul & his guys have worked on and I have never had a problem with anything done. They always go above & beyond. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicles.
MY place to take my old car (1992), Paul has helped for Free! Put a tail light in, they let me use an air tank without hesitation. I know he wants me to get a newer car😊 do he won’t have to work on mine anymore. Friendly. Good work and very reasonably priced.

Paul does a great job. I bought a used car that ended up having an oil leak. Paul was able to fix it for a fair price. The great news is that its been over 6 months since the repair and still no sign of the leak.
Paul Brodie, the owner of this business, does a fantastic job. He knows what is doing & above all he is honest. I needed a front end alignment on my Honda Accord & he handled the job promptly at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon & did a great job. Ill be taking all my work to him from now on.
Moved to Auburn last year, needed some advice on my stepsons Chevy pickup so I gave Auburn Automotive a try. Everyone was friendly and they were able to look at my stepsons truck while we waited and gave me some good advice on some minor leaks. I will definitely be back and give them some of my business in the near future.
1974 Ford F100, complete brake rebuild. Paul and his crew came through. Honest, reliable customer service. Unexpected follow up call a week later, just to make sure the old trucks new brakes are working as expected.

Was thinking of taking my vehicle here for repair. Called the shop first to see how backed up they may have been. Lady that answered the phone had an attitude so that was the end of that. Took my vehicle somewhere else.
Took my son’s truck to Paul to have much needed repairs done while he is deployed to Iraq. Work was done quickly and efficiently!!! He has worked on my vehicle and I am very satisfied.
Stopped by to get some help investigating a sound coming from the rear passenger tires on our shuttle bus & was pleasantly surprised to be helped immediately by Paul. He crawled underneath and gave us some suggestions about the brakes & helped us cross the bearings off the list of possible causes of the noise. *phew!!* Thanks for putting air in our tires!

This is my go to local shop! Ill pass up 15 shops that are close by just to go here! Friendly service and great pricing. He always squeezes me in to get me taken care of! I really appreciate this shop as its hard to find good, trustworthy place to take your care these days. The big stores just cant compete and wont be getting my business any time soon!

Been living here 16 years, why didnt someone tell me about this place. HONEST!!! PAUL WILL TELL YOU I COULD DO ALL THAT YOU ASK ME TOO, BUT YOU DONT NEED IT. Estimate at anither place was $1200. Paul fixed the front end and lined up the front end $420. I brough our other 2 vehicles in back to back. Everything was much cheaper than anywhere else by hundreds of dollars. You can trust Paul at Auburn automotive.

Almost a year ago I ran over something on the highway and it just happened to be that’s Auburn Autimotive was the closest thing I could get too.I lived in Canton, GA at the time but after my great experience I have driven the whole 45 mins even just to get my oil changed by Paul and his team multiple times10/10 reccomend 😋

2022-03-05The receptionist was not very friendly. I had to get a tire mounted and balanced only. The mount was $20.00, the weights to balance was $5.00 and tire disposal was $6.00. I paid 31.00 to mount and balance a tire plus disposing of the old tire. This didnt include changing the tire. My husband did that when I got home. I have never paid that for mounting, balancing, changing a tire plus disposal. So, i thought it was expensive. The gentlemen who helped get the tire from the car was friendly but no big review feom me. Ive had better service.

2022-07-05Been here multiple times and never had an issue. Office and shop staff are awesome. I struggled to find a locally owned/operated garage for my vehicle repairs and maintenance that is trustworthy and have found it!!Highly Recommend this shop!!

2022-06-05Got a rear end swapped. Biggest mistake I have made in a long time. They swapped the rear end but didnt tighten lug nuts properly for aftermarket 26 inch rims. Driving with my family and my wheel came off of my Suburban. I took it back to get fixed and left with rear brakes not performing properly. They changed a spark plug wire and didnt put my wire sleeve back on. Just stupid stuff. So they charged me 2k for headaches. Now front brakes are burning up due to the tear brakes not working properly plus this is my everyday work truck so Im losing money more and more because of the work performed.

2021-12-03I came in after another shop failed to screw the plastic covering under my engine after an oil change back in correctly. Im a college student and even paying for an oil change is difficult, but there was no charge when I went in to have the screws fixed. Turns out, the other shop put the stripped screws back in without telling me they needed to be replaced. The owner did not even charge me for the labor or screws to fix it. Great establishment! Very happy when I left!

2021-08-29First time customer charged way too much for a job when only part of it was actually confirmed and a price for that part was never talked about, did me a favor by cutting some off making it still insanly over priced. Gave me an ultimatum of pay up the amount in full or we can take your vehicle. I could feel the tension from the owner. I felt if I made any negative comment in person he would just explode. 0/10 not a recommended experience at all. On top of all this my car WILL NOT start without a jump now. It was fine before. There shouldnt have been anything they did to cause that but there is a clear difference after it came from this shop.

2021-06-01The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I stopped by last week to ask if they could install an exhaust kit that I was looking to order and the mechanic that spoke to me was very polite and friendly. I showed him what I was going to order and he said it should not be a problem to install. After the parts arrived I call and set an appointment for today. When I dropped off the vehicle the owner was a bit stand offish when I asked how long he thought the install would take as they were charging by the hour. He explained that since it was an aftermarket part he couldnt say. Understanding that it was a bit of an unknown I asked for his best estimate on time and he got defensive. I figured as an expert he could potentially give me somewhat of a range. I asked if he thought it would take longer then 3 hours time as another shop quoted me a flat fee for parts and labor. Their hourly fee would have equated to approximately the same amount. He seemed to continue to get annoyed with me. I was just trying to make sure it would not be twice the price before I committed to the service. I went ahead and left my vehicle. On the plus side they did comete the work rather quickly. When I picked up the vehicle I asked if it took more or less time to complete then we thought. The owner state we charged you what you wanted to pay with a smug attitude. When I showed that his comments bugged me he said you just cant make some people happy. He went on to explain that no one could do the job for what I stated, when I responded that the Muffler Shop in Buford had quoted me that price he replied with you must want me to pay you to work on your vehicle . Long story short the owner was incredibly rude and short with me every step off the way. It really is unfortunate as they are close to my home and I would have like to build a relationship with the shop. I feel like they missed an opportunity to make a long-term client. I will not spend another dime there.

2021-07-14Owner is very unprofessional and talks to you as if you dont know what you are talking about. I asked him to diagnose my rough idle issue and bad starting issues, and I told him the things I did to the car to eliminate time spent on areas that didnt need to be looked into. I later came back for my car and he didnt diagnose my rough idle and then said I THINK your starting issue is a fuel pump I never got a solid answer and still had to pay $50 for diagnose. I called Paul (the owner) on Monday to schedule to fix and he just had a terrible attitude. I told him I had my own fuel pump for him to install, and continued with his sour i hate my job attitude. I hung up, and i refuse to give him my business. Its sad too because I have 7 cars and I live 4 miutes form Auburn Automotive. I went to B&B Auto Care and they took my car and fixed the pump, wheel barrings, and transmission fluid in 2 days. Do not bring your car to Auburn Automotive. They cut corners, give you bad information, and Paul (the owner) has a very unprofessional attitude.

2020-10-12I started using Auburn Automotive in January of 2019. I am a business owner and Paul @ Auburn Automotive has taken great care of my fleet of vehicles as well as my personal vehicles. He is very honest and backs his work up. Its hard to find mechanics you can trust, but this one is far above what you would normally expect. I could not be happier with his expertise and service.

2020-11-19Lots of knowledge courteous and extremely professional. I have had no issues with this place and I have taken my car here several times and I have always found out the issues. They do not two short cuts to fix it they fix it right the first time. I would highly recommend anybody in need of a good mechanic to come to Auburn Automotive’s
