This mall allows predators to work here!!!! Do not drop your children off here thinking they are safe! I cannot stress this enough! Youll be left suffering from what the individuals allowed to work in this mall do to you & your children! As a parent, I wouldnt recommend this mall to my worst enemy!!!!!
The mall feels like its a place that you have to watch your back and its very uncomfortable now its definitely not what it used to be and unfortunately I just had a bad experience I was waiting for the doors to open and it was a little bit after 10:00 and the lady who opened the door was janitorial and said they had to wait for security to open which I didnt have a problem with it I was only there to pick up my glasses and I had a bit of free time but the lady told security that I cussed her out which was a straight up lie and when I confronted her about it she acted like I was bothering her and I couldnt talk to her and security told me I had to leave it alone and Im a grown man and I think Im allowed to speak by piece as long as I keep it civil and they wouldnt let me talk so I went to the main office and I made a complaint and Im not sure if anything happened because it was just a verbal complaint so Ill speak my piece here I dont believe they treated the situation correctly and for her to lie like that was uncalled for and I think the office should have handled it with me there and we could have settled everything but I really dont believe anything happened
This is a great mall to visit with the family. It seems to be well kept and most of the storefronts Are full. Pretty good sized food court and now features a cinna-bon. Yay!I would give the mall of Georgia 5 stars as a point of reference. This mall is a good size and has a good selection of stores for everyone. Mall staff seems pretty friendly and they seem to try and keep the trouble makers out.
I just have to say how impressive the Family Bathroom is at the food court. I know it may sound rediculas, BUT shopping with a 5yr old who has to go and doesnt want any help from Mom... This bathroom is so nice, and honestly, adorable! It has a mini toilet and a mini sink as well! Thank you Augusta Mall for making Parents lives a little easier!
2022-05: I came back to Augusta Mall for the first time in years to visit a couple of particular merchants. I went during the middle of a weekday and only went to the few stores I had planned on going to, which were all close to each other, so I cannot attest to the condition of the majority of the mall. The mall has cleaned up a bit since years ago, where you would see trash throughout the place, on the floors, just walking from one end of the mall to other. A lot of the same big name, or otherwise recognizable retailers are still tenants. The clientele was a variety from one end of the spectrum to the other. Although I didnt see what was going on, nor have I read up on anything, it sounded like some construction/remodeling was going on in part of the mall. Im raising my 2 star rating to 3 stars and will see how things move forward with Augusta Mall.2020-10: Ive seen this mall go downhill over the last several years. More and more storefronts are becoming empty. Even before COVID. Not a mall I would visit again anytime in the near future, unless I hear of improvements to the number and quality of merchants, better security presence, and overall word of mouth positive response from people I know.
I absolutely love the Augusta Mall it most definitely has been built up since Ive worked there years ago what size more it is very very clean and they make sure they protect the people and make sure they keep out a lot of drama most definitely family oriented home field good cooking food and clean area I absolutely love working there when I was there janitorial services what size more was the best ever and still is if they still have that contract
This mall got a major facelift so it looks a lot better, but most of the stores in the mall carry low quality clothing. Prices are hit or miss but that’s to be expected. The food court staff can be super friendly or unbelievably rude. One girl at Famous Ann’s got very upset because I asked her to put on gloves before handling my food because she had use the cash register and didn’t wash or sanitize her hands. That’s so gross and then wanted to argue that she didn’t touch my food when I was looking at her the whole time in disgust. The bookstore is pretty nice so I didn’t rate the mall at 2 stars.
I paid $150.00 to get my cellphone screen fix, it was not five days later my screen broke again. When I purchased the new screen the salesman told me I had a 30 day guarantee but once I went back the owner said he would charge me $130.00 for a new one. Why are people allowed to just thief money from hard earn working Americans because they have their foreign dollars in America buying the American businesses. Not The American Way. So SAD 😞😥😢😔
Its an ok mall, nothing stands out at the food court, but they do have a chick-fil-a(still closed on Sunday) the stores are closing more lately. Since the long standing stores are closing more new stores are opening not sure how good that is. Ive been to better malls. They are getting a Popeyes seems like they are on the rebound.
The only reason I’m even giving this restaurant a one star is because of their service. The waitress we had was really helpful. She was great. However, I was expecting to have a better experience based on the reviews. Maybe this is just how Augusta define soul food, but this was trash. Why was the banana pudding so runny? I’ll stick with Golden Corral or S&S Cafeteria!
Just like any mall, so many people. I love going to the mall During the weekdays because theres less people. But theres alot of restaurants and sitting areas. Alot of nice people but also alot of rude and pushy businesses so best thing to do is just not look at them. But overall great atmosphere to be in
Mall is usually very clean and easy to navigate. Last time I went homeless man sitting on curve by Barnes and noble steady asking people for money. I feel bad and all but once he had money he should go on instead of sitting their bothering everyone who walks by him. I dont mind helping someone but dang dont ask every person you see because then that tells me youre making a living doing this
Went to Sarku Japan in the food court and had the worst experience ever. There was a lady in front of us and she was telling the cooks which plates were hers. When she added one of ours she became protective of her plate and said she had a certain amount and was missing one. Then the manager or owner came towards me in an aggressive manner and ask me what was the problem, I explained and to avoid all this hassle I just asked him to change the plate to a lo mein, since they owed me a plate, and that is what started everything. He became very disrespectful and just told him to give my money back since I was of so much trouble. But not even 3minute earlier a customer from one end to another paid with cash and everyone touch the money and slowed down the line. He did nothing to her but to us became hellish. Must be a racist Chinese against Latinos....Will never go there again.
The Augusta Mall is a great place to shop and grab a quick bite to eat. The Mall security is very present there. I feel safe shopping here. Also, i can always find a great deals in JCPENNYS. They have MK Stores, SKECHERS, DILLARDS, MACY, FOOT LOCKER, AMERICAN EAGLE, SEPHORA, PALMETTO MOON, SOMA, AND MANY, MANY, MORE GREAT STORES TO SHOP AT.
Most of the stores have closed. The mall wasn’t crowded, so that provided a good shopping experience especially for a Saturday. I was able to get in and out quickly. The food court could do better with social distancing guidelines but it’s questionable how many would actually do it. Overall, the experience was better than previous shopping trips.
Mall cleanup folks need to pay attention to the bathrooms. No soap in the majority of the soap dispensers. How can you wash your hands and get them clean if you dont have soap? The mall management group brings in millions of dollars and Im sure they pay out a lot to keep it up.However, somebodys not doing their part and checking behind the crews responsible for the upkeep of the place!!
Stroller was overpriced. The riffraff throughout the mall made the place smell like weed. Some of the music playing in the stores had explicit lyrics and I had children with me. Many people were not wearing masks. I definitely will be doing shopping online way before I go back to this mall.
Bath rooms could be cleaner but its a nice big mall wish they had better shoe stores shoe department seems to make their shoes out of cardboard they are so hard and prices all over this mall are outrageous and stupid bad for ugly tired clothing I dress.better from my awesome online clothing
I recently arrived and so far so good as far as appearances go and the store selections. The Barnes and Noble is so far my favorite place. There is plenty of parking and it’s relatively clean outside and in. Best time of day to go is early in the day while most people are working. That’s when it’s less bustling and more manageable experience. I’d have to say that my expectations are quite manageable and I’m easily impressed when it comes to malls. Overall a great experience.
Very recently the Augusta mall has removed all free seating under the guise of caring about the pandemic. Doubt it, because all the paid seating that cost 5.00 for fifteen minutes are still scattered near the promenade exit of the mall. I see you Augusta mall and luckily I have a big follower base of about 2 million to bring this to light and expose the dirty tactics and excuses these owners use to squeeze money out of business owners and customers alike.
Only went to get pizza from Sbarro’s. Wasn’t busy there, meaning NO line. Husband wanted the Two slice pizza deal. Was told it would b 10 minutes. We came back in that time, like my husband told the lady. Then we were told ANOTHER 10 minutes. They JUST then put pizza in oven. Needless to say we left took business elsewhere.
There are stores I havent seen in quite a while, inside this mall. I love the indoor/outdoor shopping experience here as well! There are activities for children in the downstairs section that was entertaining for us adults to watch 😅 They were riding motorized animals on wheels through some if the downstairs areas and it was great!
We travel a lot and have seen some malls become tired and obsolete. It was nice to see such a vibrant and attractive mall that has adapted with the times, offering activities for kids, families and adults. There is a wide selection of shopping, eating and entertainment options for locals and visitors.
We enjoy going here from time to time but its really not big enough and there arent really many things to do here outside of standard shopping. The food court is great and we love going to the book store, but we dont visit super often because its pretty crowded most of the time and theres not that much to do.
We never entered the mall. We ate at Crab Du Jour. It was excellent from the greeting as we entered through to our exit. Our waitress was friendly and thorough and our order was accurate. The food was delicious and delivered at a perfect temperature. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
It was fun, they have many food options, and many stores, though some have been shutting down recently and the slots have not been filled. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful, and they have stores for all ages. Fun to visit with family, friends, and even by your self.
It’s definitely bigger than the malls in places we’ve lived at. My husband’s family lives in the area that’s why I’ve been here. They have more stores as well. It does get pretty packed especially on Christmas Day. The parking was insane and the road to get in and out of the parking lot is even more insane but other than that, it’s a really bigger mall.
I like it. You would think it’s small and run down but it’s actually pretty big and has a variety of stores. The food section is your typical mall food options but it fills my cravings. It is not bad at all, it has a big 21 and it has a decent sephora and victorias secret... the barnes and noble is roomy and large I found so many good deals on books here. This is a nice little place I like it.
It was very clean. Has many trendy stores, and boutiques. Has your large familiar anchor stores, plenty of great resturaunts to have a meal or a snack. Plenty of parking with some security present.the staff where friendly and knownolgybal of there products. We had a good time. Enjoyed it even though I prefer a bit smaller place to shop thats just me. If a large multiple shopping experience is for you, then it is a splendid place to visit and shop.
Very nice mall with a variety of stores and restaurants. The parking lot is weird in a couple of areas. Approach with caution. It is more design than function. I am looking forward to someday just spending an afternoon at the mall wandering around. It is one of the few malls I have seen in a while that seems appealing to do that. There are many interesting stores. It’s been at least six or seven years since I have done that.
This a good mall as far as malls go. They have all of the popular stores you usually find in malls and a nice selection of other not common stores. There is also a nice selection of places to eat at the food court. Its very clean and well kept. The parking can be pretty packed depending on the time and day that you go.
A collection of all them stores because why go to one when you can go to them all...Has stores for stuff you might need, snacks and food for when youre hungry, elevators and escalators for when you just cant deal with stairs today. They have a large Dicks, the latest hot topics, and a Macys. Also I guess you could get your eyebrows done too while youre at it.
Great shopping mall that appears to have been built in the 1970s but has been maintained very well. Good anchor stores, a wide variety of other support stores and an outstanding food court. Great place for an afternoon of shopping. Very easy to get to off the freeway, but navigation around the mall can be confusing and parking could be an issue during peak shopping seasons.
It’s honestly terrifying to shop here now. When I was a teenager my mom and friends mom would drop us off and let us hang out by ourselves....I’m scared to just be here with my husband and children. If you go earlier when everything opens it’s a lot calmer. Only reason for 2 stars is bc we enjoy the cookie company and justice.
Very roomy mall with lots of extra cool things like bungee jumping and train rides, you can spend an entire afternoon. The shops are standard fare, but nice nevertheless. It has a decent food court, with a variety of choices. What really attracts our family though is the Pokemon. There are 5 gyms and several stops, and decent spawns, and you can count on getting at least a few people if you start a raid there. Nice place, with good lighting, in all well be back.
Its a great mall. I was impressed with how many higher end stores they have there. One thing that tugged at the heart strings was how they had ride-able scooters in the shape of big stuffed animals for kids and I saw a family to include grandparents riding around. If my kids were here it would definitely keep them entertained while the parents go shopping.
A mall is a mall. One thing I noticed is it although masks required, once you get in the mall nobody cares if you have a mask on or not. Which is not a bad thing. But the only reason I went into the mall is because I had to have a particular service. As far as the Augusta Mall goes I despise it.

Nice Mall, big parking lot great stores and very Clean Inside and out very nice bathroom areas as well. I like walking in this Mall its got alot of different stores and many different places to go and grab a bite to eat or something good to drink. It was also a beautiful place on the outside many places to shop as well.
In the food court there were a number of restaurants giving out samples, and thats how I was able to decide where I was going for lunch - excellent marketing technique.I purchased a pair of shoes from a store called the Shoe Department. The manager gave me excellent service.I also found the security in the mall to be most friendly and quite helpful.
Considering most malls are in a serious state of decline, this mall is actually holding its own. The times Ive been here its always been clean and everything in good condition. Ive never been here on a Friday/Saturday night so I cant comment on the situation with teenagers but during the day Ive never noticed a poor atmosphere. There is a nice play area for children as well as a train you can ride on with your kids that will travel around the mall...kids love it. Worth a visit here if your in town for any reason.
This mall is a mediocre place to go shopping. I have heard about many people getting shot here. There are also zero covid precautions put in place here. Some stores have a limit of customers due to covid which must mean you might have to wait like 30 minutes just to get into the store. I guess you could say thats covid precautions but most places do not care if the people are wearing masks or not. Seems like a covid beating ground. Noone sanitizing tyne escalator or anything. Get it together Augusta!
The mall had a few new stores and a moved a few stores around but other that it was essentially the same Augusta mall it has been for the past 3 to 5 years. I do not really enjoy the food court. Its not very busy and the food is not really that good but it is very convenient and a very appreciated destination for shopping.
I am not a mall person, but HEY...they have a jc Penney and a Victoria Secret. Ample parking and a good security staff. A must go to at Chistmas time. I dont hang out there (I am a 60 year old) I like that all the main stores have their own entrance for us get in get out guys
Coming from a big city of Houston , I found this mall charming and a lovely place to do your shopping without being stampede by crowds. Great customer service at every store that lives up to Souther hospitality. Did not feel unsafe at all and parking security is watchful and helpful as being at a new place, I forgot where I parked my car and security seeing me being list offered to help me and gave me a ride to my car . Clean restrooms. Nice book store. Macys Junior could use a bit of facelift.
To me this mall is big and has a little bit of everything no matter what you are shopping for. Its always bustling with people and activities going on. It even has a train for the kidos that may enjoy something like that. Love this place. And they also have wheelchairs to rent out if you or someone you know needs one
Augusta Mall has a lot going for it. The stores are comparable to the size and location of Augusta. The food selection has gotten better over time, and has some really good choices. The mall offers great amenities for children, such as an indoor park, and a train that takes them around the mall. The staff is friendly, and helpful.

2022-04-04The mall was not too crowded and most of the stores were open. There are a lot of good brands in the mall for clothing, shoes, and other products. The restaurants were also open and provided quality food at the mall. The masks were not required and it had a lot of sale.

2022-05-12This was my first time visiting, and I was very impressed. It was crowded because of Mothers day weekend. There was numerous vendors that set up their merchandise and it was a great variety of products. I loved the variety of restaurants in the Food Court, so if you are ever in the area, you wont be disappointed unless there is a holiday causing reasonable congestion and few parking spaces. If you have children, there is a jumping trampoline for their enjoyment and entertainment.

2022-07-01This is a small mall, but it has a lot to offer compared to others malls of its size.

2022-04-17The last surviving mall in Augusta, Georgia, it used to be a lot nicer when it had its water features, fountains, and shallow pools with many large trees, especially around Christmas. All that is gone, but it still has a nice variety of genere stores & outlets especially if you consider the surrounding buildings & stores. Parking can be a bit tough on weekends & around the holidays. Nice food court, nice variety. There are amenities for kids, mostly on the 1st floor. Navigating levels might take a little walk, and there is one elevator located near the middle that can accommodate wheelchairs. A fun, good, and interesting location with lots to look at but not a lot to do except walk, shop, eat, and look around

2022-06-14The place is nice, staff are nice, however the encounter with the shooting a while ago was kind of traumatizing. Love visiting the Spencer’s and Hot Topic, the bookstores too + their newer addition Box Lunch! Very cool place! Recommended for some Hot Topic shoppers! Has cool stuff! Disney stuff, anime, weird candies that are amazing, and just unique clothing items / accessories.

2022-02-24They had a really cool vendor event for Valentines Day. I hope they do that more often. I also hope theyre able to revive the location. Add new stores, do fun commercial ads, showcase why the mall is a great place to shop and highlight the instant gratification or trying on clothes and buying them right then and there instead of waiting, getting the wrong items, and the hassle of returning online.

2022-05-09Stay on the upper floor if you go, and if you absolutely must go downstairs, do it quickly. The first floor is covered in kiosks and the people that run them are predatory conmen. Do NOT buy from them, everything sold is a cheap knockoff of actual products. Dont even talk or stop to look if you can help it, because they will take any chance they get to bleed you dry of your money, anywhere from $100 to even $500. Otherwise the store is fine, at least until a fight breaks out, or someone gets shot. Not the place for family I remember it being.
