Stopped in to inquire about service... Mechanic I spoke with seemed indifferent. I didnt see anyone working, did see several machines tore apart and in disarray. Asked the mechanic about how long it would take to repair my ATV.... He said...you can see we are busy so it might be a while.... I asked, days, weeks, months? He replied... Depends. Sorry guys...all I saw was no one working, and a backlog of equipment... Not gonna leave my machine there until you all decide to do some work.

We went there looking for a jet ski. The man behind the desk couldnt be bothered to say hello even though we were the only customers in the store. We did have a few questions to ask. The man parked behind the desk didnt want to look into anything. There was another man standing with him who prompted him to check inventory for us. It was clear that they didnt need our business. I would travel all the way to Atlanta just so I didnt have to buy anything from this guy.

AWESOME prices. But whats even better was when I walked in they were busy, but not too busy for every employee to look up and say hello or welcome. I actually met one of the owners and im not going to say her name, but what a great lady, very welcoming AND friendly. Great experience

I wanted to share my experience with my visit. I have a 1999 V92 bike (The 1st one that victory released) with a transmission issue (locks up with under 14000 miles on it). I went there to see Mark (The service manager) he had a great attitude and is trying to help me with this 17yr old bike. Hes going to contact Polaris/Victory and try to help me. I will let you know the end result, but right now it seems like they care and try to help people. Big thumbs up at this timeUpdate:I forgot to follow up because I was so angry. 😠 .... Ends up my bike stayed at shop, for a year. They billed me $200 to do a quote which was about $3000 to repair bike. When I picked up bike exhaust was not reconnected because I refused to pay for it to be put back on. Also I did not receive my battery or the battery cover back from them. Overall it was a very bad experience to day the least

My husband and I visited this store because we were in the market for a small kid sized 2 seater go-kart. We also happened to have our daughter with us, she is 3. Paul helped us out by answering all of our questions and providing honest feedback about all of the models we looked at. We eventually settled on Polaris Ranger 150, Paul set us up for delivery (we live on post) and had the paperwork completed in 30 minutes. The model we had bought had a recall on an item, after the peice arrived and was replaced, they delivered it that day! 6 days later there was some issues with the chain being loose causing it to sound as if something was grinding. We called them and told them everything and they set up a day and time for pick up to find and fix the issue, a day later they informed us it was ready and delivered it later that day. They were very punctual and worked very hard to help us. All of the members we spoke to in the store, over the phone, and for pick up and drop off were very nice and genuine. I wish my car dealership experinces had been like this for both of my vehicles.

Took my Seadoo in and was told there were 2 boats ahead of me and to drop it by the shop door. Called 2 weeks later and was told it wasn’t put on the list that he would diagnose it and call me with a quote in the morning. Another week went by. Still haven’t heard anything. Went by there and was told they would look at it and quote it that afternoon. At that point I told them if they hadn’t looked at it yet to roll it out front and that I would take it somewhere else. Which I did and got a quote from the other place the same day. I will never do business with them again!

They charged me about $250 for an ignition coil that wasnt even installed on the bike. Thats what you get here for your $120/hour in labor costs. Ill never do business here again.

Horrible customer service. Called 4 times to get a receipt and tracking number of an order I placed last week that I was told would be here the following Tuesday. Here it is Tuesday and after 4 calls and still no email and being told the parts person was busy and could help me right now, on the 5th call I finally get told that it wont be until Thursday that I receive my parts. Moral of the story, if yall are so busy maybe you need another parts person and should try opening more than 4 days a week. Lost mine and several others business.

Hands down the sorriest place ever!!! I bought a $16,000 atv from them and they are rude as can be. The prices are ridiculous, customer service is like nothing you have ever seen, and if you plan on taking your atv here to get worked on plan on waiting months

Bought a fuel gauge through Augusta Powersports and turns out the gauge was defective. I spent $200 on this gauge and the company will NOT take it as a return or exchange it for one that works. Customer service is TERRIBLE! VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL (ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER) THEY SCAMMED ME OF $200!
