I had Neal at the Duluth location help me with my vehicle purchase. Walked in and Neal answered all my questions went with me on the test drive and answered even more questions. We we got back to the dealership I had decided to purchase the vehicle. Neal went over all the paperwork and explained everything in full details. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of everything will definitely refer any business to him
I purchased my 2018 4Runner from Auto Gallery in Duluth yesterday and itwas a great experience from start to finish! Huge shout out to Nina Easton for helping my wife and I find this amazing car. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
My husband and I are very picky when it comes to the car buying process because of our previous experience at big name dealerships. Thankfully we were in great hands here. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we picked out. Definitely a great place to go to if you are looking for a vehicle. They will work with you better than any big name dealerships out there. Make sure to ask for Jaime. He was wonderful to work with.
Ty and his manager was great!!! They helped me out big time and while i was at work. They were professional, they kept me informed with what was going on while i was working. All i had to do was literally come in test drive and sign. I would do it all over again thank you all so much
No pressure sales. Did everything they could to help me get the best loan. Ive had the car for three or four weeks. No complaints. I am really satisfied.Just bought my second car from Auto Gallery Duluth, Ga. Bought one in March and my daughter needed a car and bought another yesterday. Very fair and easy to work with. Was very comfortable through both processes. Mr. Kim worked hard to get us the best loan possible. Please consider talking to them before making a used car purchase.
Great experience, we had previously gone to another dealership who made us feel like we were not able to finance another vehicle but decided to check out this place and see if they could help. This was the best decision we could have made! They helped us find the vehicle we were wanting, financed us with a great payment and were very friendly and helpful. I purchased my dream car which was an Audi from this dealership this week and Nina was my salesperson. She was AWESOME and very pleasant and kept me within all my targeted budgets as she shopped for the best financing option for me. She even gave me an extra warranty on the vehicle free of charge due to my expressed need of a reliable vehicle! Its only been a few days since Ive had the Audi and due to bad weather, i havent really driven it much but I must say so far so good! I definitely recommend this place because after shopping around they had the best price, friendly atmosphere, good financing for mediocre credit and quality vehicles!!!
Janitorial Services pro. This company blessed us! They really looked at our company overall profile and place us in a awesome place to grow we needed 50 vehicles and have just been awesome. Great price and easy to work with. Nina went above and beyond to help me secure my purchase ahead of time. She worked with us to get us where we needed to be with monthly payments and gave me a great offer on my trade-in. She was kind, patient and professional. Only giving 4 stars for now bc I did have an issue with my purchase and not sure what it is just yet, but they are working with me to fix it. Will update to 5 stars as long as they can fix and confirm it is nothing major. Would still highly recommend despite the issue, due to my great experience alone. ☺️

Terrible experience with this dealership. Was going to travel 5 hours to see a car and purchase it. They informed me they will notify me when the car is sold, so I dont waste my time driving to them. Heard nothing from them and found out the car was already sold. Worst customer service Ive dealt with of any dealership.

Today we made an appointment for a Car that we were interested with my wife, my wife scheduled the appointment. When I arrived at the place, two Asian employees came out and told me that they already had someone and by the next wings 3 in the afternoon and that if that person did not check, they could call me. I imagine that that person who was interested in the car is from the same country, I really believe that because they were Hispanic they acted like this. And I already had the Bank approval letter. If you plan to go to this place in Duluth do not waste your time and I recommend that you go to another place Where they are more serious and do not find Discrimination !!!
I think its the best used car company that can deal with peace of mind because it is much kinder than Carmax and offers good price and Korean staff.
Bad attention, they charge a lot of interest both for the car and for paying by card !!! 4% where this has been seen! And out credit card! It is debit !!! I do not recommend this car shop, pesina pesima !!!! And out of that they sell cars with a lot of damage, the talk was not lost !!!!

2022-04-15Ali &Chris were awesome, made my car buying experience very delightful. After having a lot of stress dealing with multiple dealerships, insurance, and after having my vehicle totaled out, Ali and Chris showed they cared, and unlike a lot of other dealerships trying to up charge the vehicle’s price, once they got you on the lot, Auto Gallery made my experience very pleasurable. I purchased an awesome 2021 vehicle, with less than 6000 miles, and they worked with me to get my payment back to where I was with my 2019 that was totaled with only 15000 miles. Thank you Ali and Chris, you can see just by speaking to them on the phone, they love their jobs, and care for their customers. But once you meet them, you will know they do. 2022-03-11I was looking for a Toyota Camry. First I tried the “online car buying experience” but the interest was way higher than I thought was fair for my credit score. I then went to another dealership and was given horrible service and pressured by the sales manger in a demeaning way. Then I found Auto Gallery Duluth. They had the car I wanted and sold it to me for the advertised price and found a better rate for me than the one I had pre-qualified for. Would TOTALLY RECOMMEND to friends and Family. Thank you especially to Neal the finance guy for treating me with respect and honesty.

2022-04-06This dealer pulled a bait and switch they had a Ford Focus on their web site that was a great deal spoke to Ali about it and he said it wasnt on lot but it service and he would get it to the lot so we could see it. Before we got there the price dropped on it another 1K. When we arrived we didnt see the car on the lot. When we spoke to Ali he tried to feed us a story that it was still at service and was now being pulled from inventory because it didnt meet their standards but yet it is still on their website. This is a classic bait and switch because he wanted to show us other more expensive vehicles. Dont do business with these crooks
