In July of 2021 I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. During my test drive there was a few things I noticed that needed maintenence, Auto Integrity showed no hesitation in getting the problems fixed and showing me documentation to verify they were done. Great experience dealing with you guys the car is still running great!

I purchased a car from them on June 17 and it was a complete lemon. The staff was so friendly talking and joking with my family the entire time selling us a bad car. After two days of purchasing the car, the check engine light came on. I called the dealer to inform them and they wanted me to call the warranty company. The warranty company told me to go to pep boys where they told me that I was sold a horrible car that had multiple issues and to repair it will cost up to $5,000. The warranty company told me that only $1,000 of that would be covered and that’s only for the engine, nothing else. So I contacted the dealer again and the employee told me to take it to his mechanic in Marietta. I wasn’t able to even take it there because the car completely cut off on me while working. I had to have it towed there. The mechanic did not communicate anything with me. I constantly called and did not get through and i lived a hour away from the shop. So I finally went up there to hear that my car wasn’t ready. I called back after a week and he kept telling me the same thing. I called everyday for four days to hear nothing from the mechanic until the fifth day saying my car was ready. I went to pick it up and 15 minutes after leaving the mechanic my car cut off again. I called the dealer to let them know that the car was trash and the mechanic didn’t fix my car after having it for three weeks. So the mechanic came to get the car and kept it for an entire month, literally 30 DAYS! After this the dealer never answered another phone call from me. They phone always rang. After a month from receiving my car back the shifter broke, I wasn’t able to shift my car at all. So I got that fix and after that was fixed my car started jerking. Literally throwing me at a time while driving. So now it’s just sitting in my yard and not being moved. My Chevy I purchased from here was a lemon !

Horrible place to buy a vehicle. I have a long sob story; to save you the trouble just know that if you buy a car from here bring a mechanic to inspect it. I had oil in my driveway from day 1; went to a local place to change oil and was told that the owner already new from a previous visit that the car was unworthy of even a decent oil change due to the motor being bad. Sold me a car with a bad engine in which warranty took over two months to fulfill claim. Bought me a cash vehicle and told them come get their hunk a junk from the mechanic....never again...

I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic with low miles. Quincy and Tony’s customer service has been impeccable thus far. The car runs perfectly for being a little older but it’s everything I need in a car. I couldn’t wait to show my husband, who was nervous about buying a car he hadn’t seen. Once he checked everything, he agreed that this was a great purchase. I would definitely recommend this business for low payments, reliable cars, and short financing terms and of course their customer service skills. Thanks gentlemen!!!

TIM KNOWINGLY KNEW I WAS PREGNANT & SOLD ME A BAD VEHICLE.My Check Engine Light Came On After A Month Of Having The Car. I Had To Purchase 2 New O2 Sensors & A Knock Sensor. Even After That The Car Still Wasn’t Preforming Correctly. At One Point The Car Just Wouldn’t Start I Had To Purchase A New Battery. When I Told Him Something Else Was Wrong With It His Mechanic Didn’t Fix The Problem Only Put Silicone On Top Of A Oil Leak Which Made It Worse. I Took The Car To AAMCO To Get The Oil Leak Fixed. The Manager Even Mentioned THE DEALER SOLD ME A LEMON.Now The Car Just Smokes While Running. The Check Engine Light Is Back On. Oil Sprays Everywhere Under The Hood. And Now I Have No Transportation For Work.

Thanks to Rome and the crew at Auto Integrity treated me like family when I purchase my Acura TL. I love my car and they worked with me so I can purchase my TL. I highly recommend Auto Integrity when you are ready to start looking for a car, they have a great warranty on their vehicles and great selection. I will put it like this I was on my way to check out another car until I stop here and purchase what I really wanted.

I bought a Chyrstler 300 from this place, and less than 2 weeks later the car experienced its first breakdown. When I called the car shop regarding the vehicle they consistently reminded me I bought the car as is when I asked about returning it. They also extended the option of referring to the warranty company which just so happens to not be capable of fixing any of the issues the car had due to the standard contract I paid for. When I did a car fax report there was so many issues the car had that wasnt specified on the report that they showed me when I purchased the vehicle. I spent over 4,000 dollars and didnt even drive the vehicle more than 500 miles before there was issues with the engine, wheel alignment, leaks in components of the vehicle. I called to see what my options were and all they said was I can lease a used car from their store and sell my old vehicle even though I just bought a lemon from them.Heres my advice to yall: If you get a car from here, youre taking a risk buying a used car because you can only get cars As Is meaning once you get it, there is no return policy, you have to deal with any problems after you sign that contract putting the car in your name. The warranty they sell you is trash because they will find any loop hole to not help fix your vehicle. I was told that I neglected my car and it was my fault even though the mechanic that I took the car to outside of the warranty company said it wasnt an error on my part, the dealership shouldve handled these issues. The warranty company says they cover things but on various conditions. In general, I wouldnt get get a used car again from this kind of dealership.
