This advice on windy Hill is the poorest on customer care ,i bought an engine hoist the price on the it said 259 but they sold it to me for 279 and they dont know why ,it was too heavy for me because I just did open heart surgery after paying the money he told me to wait for him to attend other customers that met me in the store I push all this by my self no one came to help me and I specifically told them about my surgery, I went on asking for the manager she told me its not mandatory for them to help me. I told her I bought something in your shop that is very heavy for one person ,she still did not even care
I was having the worst week ever. After my primary vehicle died, my backup cars battery was dead. And it wasnt old. Marlon was the kindest soul. He told me the battery was under warranty, replaced it in no time, and got me on my way. He made a terrible week so much better. Another great experience at Advanced Auto. Ill never go anywhere else.
False advertisement! There was a Motor oil with a sale price tag (hot deal!) - once I brought it to the cashier, it turns out this this item is not on sale. The cashier checked the shelf and confirmed the price tag is on the item, but claimed they made a mistake. This item should not have been on sale. The cashier refused to honor the price tag. Vicente, who introduced himself as the store manager said “I don’t care what the price tag says, the item is not on sale. I can give you a couple of dollars off, or you can leave and not buy anything...I’m not selling this item for the listed price on the tag. You can scream if you want...” (I was very polite actually, not raising my voice at all) “...but I’m not giving you that price. Someone put the wrong price on it.”Besides the fact that it was apparently their error, not mine, Vicente was utterly unprofessional and honestly, plain rude.

2022-06-28Absolutely zero customer service skills! Everything youre supposed to do when you are dealing with a customer in your business was not done at all absolutely horrible. At first I thought that this guy just had no personality, then I saw he was jovial with his coworkers.

2022-03-24One of the employees looked up the numbers for my 2012 Volvo S80 brake light bulb and a blinker bulb. I followed him to get the items and carry everything back to the counter. He had me back in my car within 5 minutes. Great service!

2021-08-15Its an Advance Auto Parts... Just like every other advance. Only complaints are they dont stay open very late... cars have problems &/or break down at night too!!! That & it seems like theyre prices have gotten much higher recently, but thats almost everywhere right now due to Bidens inflation... not going political... thats just the current facts. But I use Synthetic Blend oil, & it basically costs exactly the same price for 6 quarts of oil & a filter as it does to take it to an oil change shop and have them do it (using the same brand synthetic oil), & theyll top off all other fluids for free. Rediculous that its literally only $1.50 cheaper to do my own oil change (and considering ive got to drive an Express or other store to drop off used oil... I spend that MASSIVE $1.50 savings in gas to do that).

2021-02-01It seems to be a good store, but the employees who have good customer service seem to not work there which is a shame. They work at other stores. The employee named Ray or however she spells her name needs to be re-trained on customer service. There are too many stores near me to visit this one again. You can have it. Ill take my money somewhere else.

2020-12-04Terrible customer service...my sister stopped here at 6pm on a Thursday evening needing to get her battery serviced and was denied service because they are “Closed due to short staff” written on the front door. Her car literally is sitting at their front door and the few employees that was here jumped in their cars and left. I’m highly disappointed in the service that was given today considering I’ve shopped here at this locations for years. We’ve all been at work on a day that we were “short staffed” that doesn’t mean the business that business shouldn’t continue. I’m definitely escalating this matter to the Corprate office first thing in the morning

2018-08-29I visited this location at around 8:10am. I was not disappointed at all!! It was my 1st time looking for a part for my vehicle myself, to do the repair myself as well. The rep that was on there was so polite and helpful. She double checked t make sure I bought the right part and I fixed it in the parking lot. A+ service. Thanks again!

2020-06-20Walked in with my child(2yr old) I asked can someone remove the tag Cover I purchased from there, that I’ve been pulled over for twice both officer told me to have it removed the same place I got it from... needless to say I had to explain my story 3times to 3young ppl and they act like they barely wanted to help me even though I had just purchased another tag from them they guy barely wanted to talk, someone was nice enough to help me outside because they notice the laziness as well. It’s a no for me.He just seem so arrogant or something that it’s still on my mind this morning. we gotta do better guys
