I went to have my battery tested. Entering the store I was not greeted. The clerk had a sullen attitude. He tested the battery and said, Its bad. He sold me a battery for $150. which seemed expensive. He took my old battery (core). I then found an equal battery at Walmart and Costco for $80. I returned the battery to AutoZone, where I was treated in an unfriendly manner. The clerk refused to return my old battery, saying It has been sent out, already. I asked for any old core, and was told that they would not do that. Consequently, it cost me $15 more at Costo not having a core to turn in. The total lack of good customer service at AutoZone Canton is to be avoided. Ill never go back. OReillys down the street is friendly and efficient.
Awesome I went in to buy some car detail supplies only like 16 bucks worth and didnt realize that my rewards card had built up a 20 dollar reward . So it didnt cost me any out of pocket . The first rewards card that Ive ever had that really paid off and the people are always as nice as I can be that work there
Got excellent customer service on some cabin air filters and even able to check local stores is nice in case they were out of stock. Only reason I couldnt give 5 stars is I learned when I went to check an engine code on my dash, all they could do was tell me the code but didnt offer much else and also they cant clear the code anymore.
Theyre okay service takes a while and the people behind the counter all seem to be having too much fun chit-chatting and joking around vs helping customers but I think the thing that rubs me the wrong way it was they have no idea about cars. I had to tell him what part I was looking for four or five different times and you can just see on his face he still had no idea what I was talking about. I just dont understand why part stores dont hire people that work on cars or know about cars seems like they go out and find the least knowledgeable people so they can pay on the least amount of money just stand behind the computer and type things in and take your money and then when you have to come back three times because I gave you the wrong part or put the wrong car in even though I told him what car it was three separate times I still had to come back and swap it out for the right part after having to get the manager come and help me
Look yall I have lived in Canton on and off my whole life I remember when Holly Springs was Holly Springs and not metro Atlanta been in auto zones many times but I really have to admit the one in Holly Springs is way above the one in Canton I will drive to Holly Springs any day if i need any Auto help what so ever outstanding service and professionalism take the extra drive its worth it
They broke my fob. Went in to get a new battery and they said they could replace it. The new battery didn’t work so they said the actual fob was bad. Took it to the dealer and he showed me where it was cracked and that’s why it wouldn’t work. It had worked right up until the battery died and we took it to them... so that kind of sucked. It costs $320 to get a new one. Thankfully I found a good deal and was only out $60 to get a new one. I would just be wary of having them change fob batteries. They shouldn’t offer this service if they can’t do it correctly.
Sometimes you walk in and you get someone that is smart and helpful. Then there are the times you walk in and someone will lie and say they dont do engine code scans etc simply because they dont want to go outside. This happened to me the other day and I went to advanced where they were willing to go the extra mile. Id say it was worth the extra mile drive for me too.
I had to order 2 parts from them I had to walk up to the store the next morning to pick them up. Only 1 part was there they assured me it would be there that afternoon and they would call me finally I called them only to be told that they had cancelled my order and because of the weekend they could not get my part before Tuesday so now when I have time to fix my truck I cant and have to walk or find someone available to give me rides these people are not trustworthy
Installed signal light bulb, free with purchase. Had to wait a bit, but only because they were busy. It wasnt easy to get to but the guy stuck with it. I tried a closer competition first, but they wouldnt do the install. Obviously, Ill skip them in there future and come straight here.
11/25/2018 - I’ve been coming to this store for a few years. They have all the tools and parts that I’ve needed. On this particular day I went to Walmart for some groceries, then when I went to leave my car battery died. I tried to buy a battery from Walmart, but the shelves were mislabeled and they didn’t have the battery model that I needed. I called AutoZone and David gave me all of the available battery options that they had in stock, which also ended up being cheaper than what Walmart had available. I walked 0.7 miles to AutoZone and after my purchase David offered a ride back to the Walmart parking lot, which was a boon. His coworker, Dante, took me back and helped me install the battery. Finally, I was still able to return my old battery for a small refund. Thank you very much and I appreciate the service.

2021-04-15AutoZone has been a huge helping hand for me in the entire 5-month process of getting my car back on the street. They have been super helpful with making sure I get all the parts I need and ordered on time and or delivered to me or the shop on time. They have carried just about every tool I have needed that I thought I had and didnt lol. In the past 5 months I have probably spent around $1,500 in either parts or tools at that store and there was not one thing I had to return because of a malfunction or failure to work. Everyone that works there has been super nice and accommodating and I highly recommend this AutoZone.

2022-01-041st cold day and my battery failed,went to canton store (out of stock)and emp lacked any enthusiasm drove to holly springs and had a fine young guy whipped a new one in in 5 minutes,the only sad part was $200 for a small 3 yr duralast battery i call that outrageous pricing,not the kids fault.

2021-09-08Best auto zone I have ever been to...I recently bought a bmw and my tag light wasnt working. I couldnt figure out how to put the light in so the guy working behind the counter came out to help me and he didnt stop until my light was working. Turns out I didnt need a bulb and that there was a wire disconnected but he figured out where it went and plugged it back in for me...didnt get his name but a big thanks...thats definitely customer service done right

2021-09-171 poor guy is in there doing all the work.....other 2 guys doing nothing. Couldnt even one doing nothing to ring up my $3 purchase. That one guy working hard is the only reason I am posting 2 stars.

2021-06-23Was there today I forgot the gentleman who helped me I think it was Dane or Dan it started with a D but anyways even though my battery test of time it is almost 3 years old and still in the warranty the gentleman there was nice enough to let me swap it out with while it’s still on the warranty so I can have peace of mind I feel like it actually Kranks better than it was before I think I had a faulty battery even though it tested at 100% so thank you to the person there that helped me today I wish I remembered your name he was very helpful very nice very kind and not rude at all to me

2021-04-29I had purchased a battery a few months ago and started having electrical issues shortly after and received a check engine light. I stopped by to get a code scanned and the employee said they do not scan the codes anymore due to covid and handed me the scanner so i could do it myself. He seemed annoyed that i had asked him to do his job. After receiving the code i did some research and found out that the cause of the issue is a bad battery. When i came back inside and told the manager he argued with me that it was not the issue and gave me a hard time to change a battery that wad under warranty. When the battery was changed i discovered the car was not getting any power and came back inside. The manager told me its not my problem. There is nothing we can do. I told you so and refused to help me. Luckily i am handy and took apart the battery to discover that the terminal was not secured properly causing a bad connection. I usually have good experiences at autozone and hate leaving bad reviews but this was by far the worst customer service I have every received.

2019-12-28I cant say enough good things about this location! David the manager, Hunter, and the rest of the crew know their stuff! They have never steered me wrong and they have always been kind and delivered consistent EXCELLENT customer service! These folks have helped me out so much, and by helping me they have also helped my family! Im truly grateful for them! I send everyone in my family to this location and I wont go anywhere else!
