Great place, usually come in for parts or supplies here and there. Came in for a check engine light read, Nathan was super helpful and quick to help us figure it out.

Great selection of of products I use to maintain my cars. Needed a vacuum pump after repairing the AC system on one of my vehicles. They have a program that allows you to use their tools. You pay for the tools upfront and when your task is completed, return it and receive a refund.
Update: I came back and had an exceptional experience! I still cringe when I think back to how I was treated a year or so ago but I happily come here now. Amazing staff!
Jake and Logan we’re awesome! I got better service with this $10 purchase than I did when I bought my truck at the dealership. I strongly recommend this location, oh yea I almost forgot, they are car guys! Thanks gentlemen!

I never leave a review. Jake was amazing. They didn’t have what I needed for my jeep but he literally told me where I could find it & he told me additional information about my vehicle that I didn’t even know. This will be my go to auto zone from now on.

Just went in to charge my battery and Unfornately the battery was BAD :(. Davonte (might be spelled wrong) and Juan assisted me in getting a new one. They gave me pointers and info on battery types. We found one that was suitable for me and It wasnt as expensive as I thought! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!!! Great customer service!!!!!!!

2022-07-24I came in near closing time and was concerned that my customer service experience would be pretty poor but I was pleasantly surprised when Shannon Whatley greeted me with a smile. She went above and beyond helping me with my issue and she is the reason that I will be coming back to that location. Jamari installed my battery and he deserves recognition too for his excellent customer service. Whatever they are doing at this store is working because I will definitely come here for my automotive concerns.

2022-08-18I came here to get my Audi battery changed on a dime and Jamari was so helpful and even showed me how to change the battery. We ran into a little snag but instead of giving up he kept going until the job was done. Such a pleasant experience! 10/10 for sure!

2022-07-23A special Thank you to your wonderful, courteous, polite and professional employee Ms. Shannon Whatley. This morning I was stressed when my Automobile, was giving me trouble, ( most likely due to bad gas I purchased) She came out and inspected it , and insured me it was going to be okay, she also allowed me to leave it in the parking lot until my insurance towing company could pick it up.
