If I could give this location 0 stars I would. My dad was visiting from out of town and as we went to head out for the day my battery was dead. The last battery I bought was from Auto Zone (different location) so we got it jumped and found the closest Auto Zone to us. Not knowing if theyd have the battery in stock or not, I stayed in the truck while it was running and my dad went inside. The hood was popped, but I see an associate walk out with the battery - place it on the *plastic* cover (the heavy battery could have easily broke the plastic) it was an unstable surface, and then the battery goes tumbling to the ground and lands on the concrete. We honestly should have asked for a new one. Then I see the associate walk off and my dad has a set of tools, and Im wondering why my dad is fooling with this battery and not these young kids working here. Mind you, its noon at the end of July and 90 degrees with no shade. My dad is in his 60s, a veteran and has heart trouble. Every other Auto Zone I have ever been to has changed my battery for me - which is what we expected. My dad was visiting from out of town, he did not have any tools, and was in his nicer clothes. I went inside to ask why they didnt change the battery, every other location has always done this for me. If I would have been the one to go inside, we would have gone somewhere else! First it was, we dont change batteries in Tahoes, then it was, it was going to take 45 mins so we couldnt (also it wasnt busy and DID NOT take 45 mins it took 10-15mins) then it was we arent mechanics and we arent every other Auto Zone. No kidding. I will say, it took my dad no more than 15 mins, you dont have to be a mechanic to change a battery, and we shouldnt be hiring people who know nothing to work in an auto parts store. Lastly, I asked for the managers information because I felt they were just discriminating, (as Ive had a Tahoe for 15 years and have always gone to AZ to get the batteries changed) and he would not give me the information - said it was on the door. I also will never go back and support an establishment that has young kids working that would rather sit inside in the air conditioning while an older man handles a heavy battery in the 90 degree heat. I will never come back to this location, and they lost a paying customer. Ill tell everyone I know to steer clear as well.**Update** I see other people posting positive reviews about them helping them with their battery.... WOW !
We bought a wheel baring for our truck at another auto zone location, the part did not fit our truck. We brought it to this store and John took care of us, he investigated the situation, and found out that the wrong part had been placed inside the box. He took his time, and was extremely polite, he got the correct part ordered from a neighboring store and completed the transaction before we left his store. Thank you, John, for a great experience.
Jason and Annie have been very nice, professional & courteous! The battery on our car died about 3 miles from there. We manged to make it to the store about 10 minutes before closing and Jason came out, tested, and replaced the battery (in the cold!). Excellent customer service!
I was just treated so rudely by store employee, Chris. I came in because my check engine light came on in our family van and I wanted an idea what we were dealing with. He tried to just hand me the code reader and when I explained that I had no idea how to use that, he started getting huffy and rolled his eyes at me. Then he said he guessed he would go outside to my van. When I told him he was being unnecessarily rude and that I wasn’t trying to be a problem. His response was that he wasn’t being rude. I reiterated that yes, he actually was. At that point he tossed the code reader on the counter and walked away. The only reason I am giving this location any stars is because the store manager, Drew, was incredibly nice and polite and very helpful in explaining what the code meant in my van. Drew is the only reason that I would consider coming back to this location. He also explained that because of COVID they are trying not to come out to customer vehicles, which I understand. But the website says nothing about that and the rudeness of Chris was completely uncalled for. Again, any stars given are based solely on my treatment by the manager, Drew. If I were to rate this store based on my initial interaction, I would give negative stars.
There and they are all right they have their ups and downs but besides that they pretty good they help you out best they can I like them I get all the parts I need there and they pretty much have all the parts you need for your vehicle and if they dont they can order it for you sometimes itll be in the same day or the next day keep on working hard and please and I recommend it unicorn princess out
Jason was helpful with installing my battery. He listened to me vent about my experience with a gentleman helping me jump my car ( didn’t work)So I called towing services that took 90 mins. Well needless to say, I was frustrated. But Jason patience and kindness made me realize...great customer service still exist. Thanks a bunch
The last couple of visits to autozone Annie has been great! The store employees are helpful, friendly and offer great suggestions if you dont know which item to get. Computer is always up and running unlike previous stores I have went to. This would be the best store to go to if you really need assistance and great customer service.
I went to auto zone last night to return a item and im guessing Trish one of the mannager there was very disrespect full to me saying i opened the product & claimed i damaged it when i only came back to return it because the product didnt work as claimed, she then told me to leave and come back another time to speak with another store manager? I told her I didnt damage it, it was like that when i bought it she then ignored me & another worker came to assist me & showed her the other products were damaged as well.. luckily the other employee Drew was very respectful & Polite polite enough to help me out and return my money! i am never coming to this location again this lady is very unprofessional and rude.
Brandon helped me with my purchase. He was very fast and knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile and went to another store location to pick up a part that was not available at there location. That was my first time visiting a part store without my husband. I was a little nervous because I had no idea what I was doing but Brandon made it easy!!!!
Annie and Tracy helped me with my battery change out after the purchase. Service was excellent.My car wouldn’t start it needed a battery Tracy sold me a battery then drove me home so I didn’t have to walk with the battery and then figured out the batteries two small brought it back to the store she changed it out for the correct battery thank you to AutoZone for all your help
Chris G. Was a great help, he installed my windshield wipers and assisted with getting me the bulbs I needed. His personality and demeanor was genuine and pleasant. This is the only place we get parts from. I highly recommend them to anyone in Snellville and the surrounding areas.
I popped in to get something for my car. But not being a car person, I was clueless. Thankfully the person who helped me, Ignacio was very helpful. He looked up all the options and gave me suggestions as to what was the best option in price and for my car. He actually sounded like he knew what he was talking about. would recommend for sure!
Honestly. The last visit was not a pleasent one, I was kind of disappointed but the associates seemed to be inexperienced could have been newly hired employees sold me wrong battery on top of that the person who came to switch the batteries didnt knew how ended up doing it myself but dispite everything im great ful for location..
I really liked how the staff especially the manager had been trained on older equipment. Testing the module of an older vehicle was what I needed and was advertised on the window as a service they provided. Most stores had no clue as to what I was talking about, but the manager and staff of this store knew what to do and had the knowledge to know how to perform the test. Even tho the tester didnt work properly just the mere fact they knew enough to care and try to perform the tests that other stores didnt even give a 2nd thought to, really impressed me and made me feel good that I was referred to them from another manager of the Grayson store. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
Chris Gittens was a huge help to me this morning. Im driving to the beach next week and I could not afford to get my brakes done by my dealer. I have someone who can put them on and Chris helped me get the right parts as I know nothing about cars. I appreciate the awesome customer service he gave me. Thank you
Yes there was a employee I think his name is Chris G. He was nice and so helpful. I told him what my car was doing and he said let me hook up your car to this monitor and see if we can find the problem. And he DID. I think it was a fuse gone bad. Well my car is running great.!! Thank you Chris.😊😊😊😊
Car was not starting periodically so i came to autozone to have the charging system checked. Paulo (The Tech) tested battery and alternator and confirmed that it was the battery. He was very knowledgeable about my car and service was fast and friendly. I will surly come to this location the next time i have car problems. Also i purchased a new battery with a 5 year warrenty, good price.
I came in for parts for my r/t Challenger , I needed some brake pads, and rotors, and all the fixings. I always do the work myself and I normally dont do business with AutoZone due to a prior incedent with a return and being ignored for several hours. This store brought my faith back, just good customer service can change even the worst experiences. The manager Ms Annie Munna a wonderful lady(awesome), I might add had helped me the minute I walked through the door. I said I needed the pads and rotors because I had work the next day and that day was the only time I had to get the job done. She found the pads and front rotors asap but they didnt have my rears. I was about to call it quits and just pay for what I had ,but like a FBI agent on a mission she made some calls and got her driver to get them before I can say Forget It..I was impressed and speechless. I went so far and bought the extra brake fluid and brake package, Im planning on upgrading the rears so Im giving them my business again. Got my brakes and faith back.
I am clueless & out of place when I walk into a car part store. The first person I met was Mike, he helped me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions (the good and bad ones). For all of my part needs I will make sure to visit Mike on highway 78! You should too
Definitely didnt feel like anyone was hurried here. Only needed a can of Freon for my a/c and felt the staff ignored me for as long add they could. On the plus side, they gave me a rebate receipt for $10. Im not mailing it in. Its another way to sucker you into the store. Ill stick with Wal-Mart.
The guys who work here seem knowledgeable. However, if you have bad knees send somebody else to wait in line for you so they can call you when its your turn. You will be standing in line forever. Im not sure if its short staff, new system training day or what but uhhh...yeah. The good thing is...they are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I dont write reviews much but I felt this was worth it. I came in because my lights would dim upon acceleration. Had no idea what it could be but the guy working at the time I think his name was Chris G. found the problem and fixed it! Luckily it was only loose battery terminal
Went into this location two days ago was immediately greeted and warmly welcomed.I needed coolant and was immediately shown the different options available for my vehicle.Annie M rang me up and took my purchases out to my car.Wonderful customer service and experience.She welcomes you with a smile 😀
A good part store found me what I needed made Good recommendations which os great most autopart stores struggle with motorcyle questions in this area. Only gave 4 stars because I had to order a part prepaid they promised theyd contact me a week later I just showed up theyd had it the whole time. Minor problem but woulda liked to have known it was in so I could finish my bike uo that week.
If I could give this store NO stars I would. I ask the clerk about replacing a battery in a key fob. He told me that they dont open key fobs. They dont open key fobs but will go outside to replace a battery. SMH. Im visiting from VA, and at the Auto Zone close to me back home, they have replaced batteries in key fobs for several cars that I have with no issues.
Stopped in because my headlight went out. I went in and asked this guy with dreads did they assist with changing out the light and he paused for a second and said no. I could tell he was just being lazy and I knew he was lying because theyve helped me before, so I walked out and went to the O Reileys right down the street and the guy politely helped me with no problem ☺
Annie assisted me with my auto parts...she was absolutely phenomenal and patient with me in my crisis...she took time, pulled my vin# to ensure that I had the right parts for my break system because I was clueless...in addition, it was extremely busy and she still time for me...she truly treated me like a valued customer

This particular AutoZone location needs a lot less SLOW and a lot more GO. Every time I go in, without fail, theres always one employee stuck up front helping someone, a few other customers waiting for that one employee, and a group of employees in the back doing nothing but talking about football. Save yourself some time and go down the street to OReilly Auto Parts instead.

2021-11-13Excellent customer service!! 👍 Have always had good service at this location but today was exceptional… Jesse is knowledgeable, knew exactly what I needed said it wasn’t difficult to install… provided the exact service I needed, very quickly … total visit was 15 minutes and remembered who I was. This is my go to Auto Zone location.

2022-03-21I came in today to purchase a brake light for my 2012 Honda Accord. Kyle was able to find the correct bulb and then easily install it. I offered a tip but he refused it. I was very appreciative of the great service!! Highly recommend this business and location!

2022-03-13The loganville location sent us here to get a flywheel they had in stock. They called this location and even printed out a piece of paper with the part# and all. We got here at 8:43 the doors were locked and the wouldnt allow us inside. The girl had signaled us away and the older gentlemen wouldnt even look at us. Understand it was approaching the closing time but it wasnt 9pm yet.

2022-01-29The store manager, Rebecca Castillo, showed the best customer service that Ive seen in a really long time. There was a rush that seemed as though everyone came into the store at one time, but she maintained a flow almost single handedly. She even helped me find and add the coolant to my car. I was so amazed at her costumer service until I had to leave a review.

2021-09-235 stars across the board. Had a great experience. Mr. Cloyd and Mr. Jesse were fantastic. Both provided superb customer service. Once Mr. Cloyd recognized my battery issue and Mr. Jesse installed the new battery, as well as talked me through galvanized molecules, air intake, and told me all about the different fluid compartments, I was good to go. I highly recommend either of them for products for your vehicle.

2021-05-19John at this location was so wonderful, its really hard these days to find people in customer service that provide the level of customer service that this gentleman provided, we will make this our primary store, as we purchase a lot of things for our company vans, from batteries, to lights, to any other things that are needed on a daily basis, all because John went above an beyond to take care of us. thank you John!! This guy will do big things in this world and for this company!

2021-03-10I’ve been in a lot of Autozones and store #0920 is by far the best experience I’ve had!! Annie the Store Manager is AMAZING!! She and Tracey are knowledge, personable and have excellent customer service. Everyone worked as a team on duty today. They went out of their way to assist my son and I with our purchase. Tracey even called the Nissan Infiniti dealer for help with something I needed. Annie and her staff have a clean and organized store. From the time I walked in it was a pleasant atmosphere. They greeted us and others entering the store. I didn’t see a lot of outs ( slots without product) in the store. Both day and night time crews recovery processes are clearly being performed. Everything neat on shelves and brought to the lip of gondola shelves. Que line was inviting, organized and priced correctly (I checked a few online as I waited in line). Masks and Social distance was enforced. There were masks available if needed. Great experience!!!

2020-10-06I visited store 0920 for an engine check and filters and was taken good care of by the two employees on duty. This location didn’t have the filters I needed so the man helping me called the auto zone near my house and ordered them for me. I paid for my purchase at this location and All I have to do Is go and pick them up. Easy as pie! I enjoyed my visit here and I will be returning! Keep up the great work!
