The female cashier here on August 16 was incredibly short with me, didnt want to give me my employee discount and was rude.

OReilly beats the hell outta AutoZone by 100% i went to AutoZone twice to ask them to ose a Allen wrench and they said they didnt have one instead wanted be to buy a $20 set with there false advertising about using there tools yatta yatta yatta i just went a block away to OReilly and they gave me one to use twice so OReilly is my auto parts store now great service and employees
Good location, friendly service, free oil recycling service. I would give a fifth star if they had the free diagnostic testing.
Needed a part , they showed 2, one $75, one $118, you know the only one they could g et was th expensive one! But they had it that day!
A really nice lady helped me do a battery check. She was the only person working and she still had a smile. I wish I could remember her name.

2021-04-22Andrea and Dawn are the BEST! Right after I had just gone to the Autozone down the street and had a bad experience (thanks to MASON), I visited OReilly Auto Parts. Andrea and Dawn not only had AWESOME customer service, but they smiled the entire time. Andrea helped me save money, allowed me to make decisions on parts, and explained multiple options that I could explore in purchasing parts. I was there around closing time. Dawn had the initiative and kindness to not only look for a part for me, but she double checked and found a part that had been misplaced. This saved me an extra trip to the store.I was very satisfied with my visit, and I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.Thank you, Andrea and Dawn!

2021-05-20Went in to get some car wash products for my husbands truck last week.Was shocked to hear the foul language from a young lady named Alison at the counter. The f word was used several times during my visit. Wont go back there because of it. I cant believe her manager who was standing at his station I think his name was Johnathan didnt say anything to her. I called customer service to report it. I hope they talk to her due the fact customer bring their children in there.So apparently nothing been done about this ladies mouth and her language. My husband went in to get some brakes pads last week and her language hasnt chamged. So definetlt not going to go back this store ill drive out of my way to go to another store.

2019-02-06This was a quick visit because I stopped only because I needed coolant and the store was in front of me.I was greeted upon entry and promptly lead to the desired product.She was very helpful and even suggested an OReilly brand that was more cost effective for me me.I was in, out and happy in under 5 minutes! Enjoyed this!

The hypocrisy is crazy here when entering this store the Black woman behind the counter(no mask ) puts the mask on and asks if i have a mask and I didnt but was in the vehicle. Rudely said they were mandatory didnt offer one. Dont come to this store

2019-02-15Customer service is not a priority at this location. I’ve visited this place several times and on one occasion I walked in, only customer in the store, was told I would be helped in one second only for the sales person to get off the phone and be typing into the computer as if she was doing a report. After waiting a few minutes standing there I decided to leave. Once I headed for the door she says “ sir I can help you now” I told her to not worry about it. Just yesterday my wife went here and experienced a similar scenario. She walked in, only customer inside and a guy employee was on the phone, told her he would be with her “in one second” so she patiently waited only to see the guy employee take another call after call. She stated to me that she understand that they have calls coming in but it would’ve been more appropriate to take the customer standing there and she also stated that you cannot expect a person to stand there and wait like that, the person over the phone should be put on hold. A better option is Auto Zone a quarter mile down the street on the corner of Hwy 42 & Jodeco Rd. They are busier but their customer service is miles above this place.
