Absolutely hands down the best parts place out there on a scale of 1 to dealer they get a 9 extremely helpful Associates that dont mind going out of their way to make sure that you get what you need. That other parts place needs to give up their slogan as far as having the right people in the right parts as far as Im concerned its the only store thats in the zone.
Employee was extremely helpful and informative. I am always happy to see or speak with a female, as I feel that they are sincere.

I ordered 2 parts for my truck. 1 girl said she couldnt find it.the other girl said she knew it came in it was a hassle bc they sent me to another o Reilly it was not there.! In utter disbelief I left to return to work. I come back 2 days later and yes they have it! I left vowing never to return to this oreilly
I came here and was blown away by their customer service. I had a bad experience across the street at AutoZone, walked across 5 lanes of traffic, bought a battery for our car which was in the AutoZone parking lot, and would do it again. Dont go to AutoZone. They are rude and unprofessional.
I went into this store a week ago with my husband and I was disgusted at this old woman named Karens service she was yelling and completely rude and even reeked of ciggaretts, with poor hygeime the other female was very polite and helpful however. And I love themanagement there. Nancy and Alex are the best

Horrible customer service! Like another customer stated the rep refused to assist me because it had just STOPPED raining. I went across the street to Auto Zone and got assistance with no problem. What is wrong with these people?
I was driving on 75 S headed to see my sister house. My windshield wiper on the driver side flew off. I went to OReilly on Hwy 85 and they wouldnt help me so I went across the street to Auto Zone and they helped me with no hesitation. Shout out to Auto Zone on hwy 85. But the guy at OReilly had just finished putting coolant in another lady car. He told me he couldnt put windshield wipers on in the rain.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE on Mothers day. Ill never go there again
Buddy told me alternator was good when trying to swap it and didn’t want to give me a new one , went to another oriley and they verified that the alternator was bad and replaced it
If you hate your job then resign instead of having attitude on the phone with customers worst customer service i asked how you doing and the guy didnt even replied and said how may i help you twice ??
Always nice, friendly and knowledgeable when Im in there. No run around and unlike AutoZone across the street, you dont feel like youre bothering them w questions you have.

2021-04-01I am always very pleased with the quality of service that I receive at this store. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise and she always greets me by name whenever I enter the store. Rashandi has installed my windshield wipers, as well as my cars new battery, which I purchased there. This stores staff is so courteous and professional. I truly feel like a member of the family.
