I was helped by Kelian and he was so helpful and friendly. When I was there he showed me how to check my oil on my own and how everything works. The service was very quick and overall very helpful and well done.

Went here for an emissions inspection. Out of the four closest emissions stations, this was the only open one. They were great. I was greeted promptly. They gathered information before finished with the previous vehicle so my visit would go faster. They were professional and friendly.
I’ve been doing here for years. The work has always been solid. My most recent visit Kelian took some time to do magic tricks for my kids while the work was being done on my car. It added some fun for them to an otherwise boring errand.

I always get my oil changed here but have never used the other services. When my car was having some transmission problems before Spring Break, I decided to take my car here. I was a little anxious but to my surprise the fix was relatively simple and not costly. Then the day before we left for Spring Break, I needed to have a tire replaced.You can imagine how busy they were but the manager worked my car in and replaced my tire.2 months later-my car is still running perfectly !The manager and all of the guys working there are great!
I have taken my car in for both oil changes and emissions tests and each service has been done quickly and professionally. Kelian is great! I appreciate that hes personable and makes a mundane errand a little cheerier.
These guys know how to treat you and your car right!!! They were polite and friendly. Took care of fluids and light check. Helped my car run better with a clean filter!! In and out in 15 minutes or less. Will be back.
Had a flat tire, the morning of a road trip. Staff was very helpful, explained what they could and couldnt do, got me a new set of tires (which my usual mechanic had informed me would be needed within the year), and got me back on the road ahead of their estimates. They were also very clear about the services they were providing and the total bill came in where they said as well. *Very* pleased, and would certainly use them again, if Im back in the area.
I went to the Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers (2385 Peachtree Parkway) for an oil change and tire rotation. I needed to be in and out quickly as I had my two toddlers with me. Jackson was extremely respectful and courteous as he quickly serviced my vehicle. Jackson was also very knowledgeable and helped answer a few questions for me. Overall, great experience and professional operation! Ill definitely go back to this location!
These folks are always honest and do great work. I always feel comfortable and Ive never walked out feeling like Id been taken advantage of. All of these reasons combined are why Ill continue to come back for the majority of my work!
I needed an oil change and Kelian took care my service. He did it quickly and efficiently. He was also really personable and fun to talk to. That was the best oil change I’ve ever gotten. Every time I come back I’ll be asking for Kelian!
Update: Manager reached out to me personally. The professionalism at this location is still top notch. Whether an workmanship error or faulty part, I appreciate the time taken to discuss the issue with me. I can only advise future customers to be aware of the early signs of potential issues.I visited this location for the first time in May 2021. At that time I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff. Unfortunately, my confidence in this location has been shaken. Almost immediately after the oil change I noticed a few drops of oil and figured it was just residual from the change. Finally, a few weeks ago, I noticed a more significant pool of oil on the garage floor. Took it to the major repair shop we use and they found the filter gasket completely dried and cracked. For this to have got to this point in less than 3 months, either the supplies or workmanship were substandard.
I have consistently gone here for an emissions check and oil changes and have had nothing but great experiences! Kelian is always professional, kind, friendly, and helpful!
We were serviced for our oil change and the associate Kevin Johnson topped off our oil levels until we could get back to get our oil changed. He was professional, courteous and made sure we were safe and our car was good until we got back.Amazing attitude and customer service from Kevin. Take good care of him 🌞
This was my first time taking my car to this location and the service was really great. It didn’t take long at all, and I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The way they handle recommended services was really cool too. Kelian did a great job explaining everything to me and gave me options. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Set up a tire rotation appointment with this company because of the high rated reviews. Man, was I disappointed in my experience. I arrive and no one is there to direct me where to go. They have me drive around the building three different times and have me go to a different place everytime. No one would step up and take responsibility and tell me the proper place to go. They just assumed a first time customer automatically knew exactly where to park. No signs posted saying check-in here or appointments here the employees just magically assume I know where to go. I voiced my frustrations to an employee and suggested maybe have an attendant out that can properly direct people to the right area or even have a sign out that lets people know where to go. He proceeds to greet me with an attitude and a really, thats how its gonna be?. Yes, really, you are in customer service and you did not have an effective method of assisting the customer. The employees here are incompetent and have an attitude problem if a suggestion on how to improve is greeted with an attitude towards a customer. Extremely disappointed in this company and the employees they hire to represent themselves. Will not be taking my business here ever again.
I normally do emissions testing every year at this location or their affiliate location on Peachtree Pkwy by GA 400 exit 13. I did all my two cars this year again at this location and Kelian was awesome. Hes always pleasant to interact with and he got me out of there in no time.

I am so thankful to have found Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers! Pete leads an incredible team of people who are always so so helpful. Pete was helpful, kind, and made the experience delightful. I just moved here from Oregon. Back in Oregon my dad is always able to help me with any car troubles, I was weary in moving here because I knew not having my dad close meant having to deal with car troubles on my own. Also, as a female I always dread going to get my oil changed or having to deal with anything car related because I truly have no clue what Im doing and feel as though some oil changing places take advantage of that. Pete and his team were so awesome and I could not recommend this place enough.
Took my truck in for an oil change and had great service. Had an oil spot next day in garage but they were very helpful to determine if there was an issue and gave me some shop towels that soak up the oil in my garage. I havent been back because I moved but would definitely recommend anyone for service here with great service during and aferwards.
First class operation. AJ...the manager...was very professional and walked me through the steps on what he was going to do and what my expectations should be.I took my 2005 Buick Rendezvous in for a transmission flush and get the wheels aligned. He was concerned about the age of the transmission and the loud clunking sound it makes when shifting into gear and let me know that noise might still exist. No matter, the fluid still had to be flushed. They also aligned the suspension and despite a bad tie rod, they still were able to get it aligned as best as possible (Ill replace the rod and return later)Car runs much smoother and steers much better!!Highly recommend!!
I have used this location several times and they’re always consistent. Quick, and I love that I can stay in my car. Also they don’t try to sell me on doing other things to my car. Highly recommend!

I was personally referred to the 2385 Peachtree Parkway location and had the pleasure of meeting Kelian and Pete. I usually handle all my issues with AAA but with Covid-19 the delay was endless so I decided to go to Express Oil Change. They handled my issues gracefully, got me in and out with out an appointment and definitely a professional environment. We own a mechanic shop and sell tires but we are in Dawsonville & I needed help fast. I know from experience some automotive places will take advantage of women. Kudos to AJ the manager for helping me out today. He personally changed my tire for me & put my spare on. Butler Tires charged me $45 for a patch last year. You know who I will recommend from now on!

I went to this location to get my oil changed and the service was beyond expectations! They were very busy as it was a Saturday, but the manager, Pete, was extremely kind and helpful during my oil change. I was out in a very timely manner and I will definitely be returning for my next car service!

These guys are the best in town, very honest with their estimate and do great work each time i bring any of my cars in for maintenance. Michael is great, he serviced my cars several times and is very professional, the managers/supervisors are also great to work with. I get my oil change and alignments doe in 15-20 minutes, every time I took my cars to the dealership I would be there for at lease 1.5 hours... highly recommend this place!!
I had a very good experience getting my car alignment at this place. Literally in and out, super efficient and a very clean shop, which speaks volume to they way they run the business. T.J., the store manager, did me right with his professionalism, honesty, and focus on customer service. No hidden charges, just up front, heres what were going to do to your car, how much it will be, and when you can expect it to be done. They do oil changes, tire services, brake replacements, and most other common automotive repairs. Highly recommended!

Really happy I found this place! Being a mom with a toddler, I needed an oil change, but did not have a lot of time. They took me in right away, the job took about 15-20 minutes- we got to sit in the car the entire time! That was so convenient with my little guy n the backseat. They not only changed my oil, but topped off all my fluids, checked all my lights, updated my air filters (for a reasonable cost- took no extra time). I worked with Michael- he and the other guys (and manager on duty) were all extremely kind, professional, honest, and helpful. They since have emailed me a quote for other things they noticed I could get done later for the amount of miles I have on my car. And then, they followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied, and that I received their quote. Very professional and clean establishment. I actually enjoyed my quick experience here, and will be back.
I love these guys. They are the absolute best. I’m a woman and I never feel insecure like I may be ripped off. They’re very honest and always looking to help you save money. I requested a transmission flush, and was in and out in 30 minutes when I was told 1.5 hours. I told the person that helped me from the get-go that the fluid was black and needed to be pink. Aka, I needed a full transmission flush/change.I get home and my husband checks the transmission fluid and instead of it being pink, it’s black and smells burnt. $100 for some type of transmission service that we didn’t want, or did it even get serviced at all? I would love to chat with someone about this issue: I called the store and was told I would receive a call back from the Service Manager. No one has called me.I will amend my rating if they correct this issue.
I love this place! This is my second time and they have provided excellent customer service. They greet you with a smile and take good care of you and your vehicle. If youre a first time visitor and didnt do any research like me, I have to warn you that theyre expensive. So if thats a big determining factor just turn around now. BUT the service was SO good that they have made a lifelong customer out of me. When they say express, they mean it. You pull up in your car and you never have to leave. My oil change literally took less than five minutes and youre seeing everything as theyre doing it. And the only reason I was there for anything longer than ten minutes was because me and the attendant were having a lovely conversation. They also take the time and tell you what services youll need to get on your car soon. They were able to tell me and give me a print out of what tires I needed to replace and how much life I have left, when I needed to get my transmission looked at and gave me a general price an all this for free without having to be asked. I had such a pleasant experience.

Didnt feel like just some random customer but made me feel like he actually wanted what was best for me. The overall vibe with the staff was excellent and I will be bringing all my business to this specific location. Couldnt ask for better service!
They were good. Friendly and fast. .... .but i did have to ask for them to check tires other fluids ect when i took my mothers car in for an oil change.. Instead them automatically doing it like their supposed to.
Hands down the best customer service of any oil change place my husband & I have ever been to. Kelian Fowler who serviced our car was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We didn’t feel like any services were “pushed” on us (which unfortunately happens at many oil change places), and the entire service took less than 15 minutes. The employees seemed happy to be there & brightened our day with their great service. :) We’ll definitely be back!

This Express Oil in particular is the best place to get your oil changed. All the technicians are friendly and very helpful. They perform a complete visual inspection of your vehicle while the oil is being changed. Based on their inspection, they will offer recommendations on service items that either should be addressed, or are close to needing attention. However, unlike many service centers, they dont push you on having them perform the work. Ive been very pleased with their quick and upstanding service.
Awesome experience here. I havent seen such honesty in a car maintenance and service area. I had the pleasure of working with Austin and he was great. He told me what I needed and more importantly what I didnt need. He helped me understand my car, the oil, and was just a cool dude. He talked to me about cars, was courteous at all times, and helped me recalibrate my car. If you have short time and dont want people to trick you into stuff you dont need, come here. They are quick and convenient.

Best experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. The men were nice and made me feel welcomed. Everyone spoke to me with a smile, great feature they have is sitting in your car while getting your oil changed, the guys spoke to me about why and what was being done to my car. Highly recommended

I had an oil change , wiper blades ,and tire rotation done . Lane and John did very good work and made sure I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes with a satisfied feeling knowing I can count on their quality of service and materials. It is recommended to have your tires rotated at regular intervals with your oil change and this is the perfect place to get that done by a good group of people you can trust😎👽
Just took my car in for an oil change and new brakes and rotors. They ordered the parts, received them and got the work done all within 24 hrs! The service manager Dave is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and everyone else that helped us was equally as awesome.My wife ended up getting her oil change here too instead of waiting to go to her usual place and well be going back soon to get her some new tires. Highly recommend this place if you need some work done or if you just need a quick oil change.

Went to get an oil change and Austin was absolutely amazing. Super tentative and explained everything to me. Also brought other problems to my attention that I knew were wrong but didn’t mention. He also did some testing and gave me an estimate for other work that needed to be done. Even gave recommendations on what was a cheaper option to avoid dropping too much money. Was waiting to get an oil change, sitting in my vehicle listening to one of the service members berating his team. Didn’t seem like anyone was happy and I just left. That isn’t how you talk to your people especially in front of customers!
I got a flat tire about a mile away from this location. Barely made it into their lot. Spoke to Michael, and he said he would direct me over to Discount Tire since they were slammed and didn’t have my tire in stock. However, the tire was in no condition to drive. He called over AJ, who finished his client then helped put my spare on so I could make it to Discount Tire. I gotta say the customer service is amazing here! Michael and AJ are two really amazing professionals that are super helpful and attentive. If you need help, make sure to ask for them!
We’ve brought all 4 of our vehicles here for their quick, professional, outstanding service. Their crew is consistently courteous and gets the job done efficiently. I appreciate that they inspect my vehicle to note items that need attention. My husband changed the cabin air filter himself and did not attach the glove box properly. They discovered it and fixed it without a charge.Worth the drive down from North Forsyth where we live!

I was traveling from Va to Ga and an issue with my front strut came up. I called and scheduled a time with Duran the Store Mgr. to have my jeep serviced while in the area. I spoke with him and A J at different times regarding the repair and was treated with professionalism by both men. The repair was done with some complications. Duran went the extra mile to a acquire the parts needed for the complication and stayed past closing to make sure all was correct. Thanks so much for making a long trip back to Va less stressful!
Just had my first visit there and it was awesome! They move at a great pace and make sure that you’re well informed about anything that’s going on with your vehicle (good or bad). I received $5 off because it was my first time getting service. I also get another $5 off my 2nd visit (Yes, I’m coming back). The assistant manager was really nice as well. I think I’ve found a place that I will be sticking with :) Great service!

Great experience as always! No wait and I always feel like the workers are honest about needs for my car and never lying to get more money or pressuring me. Its a little pricier than some oil change places, but worth it.
Lane was totally awesome today, super friendly and professional. Checked multiple points inside the engine compartment and provided some recommendations without feeling like I was being pressured (hate that!). He noticed some noises while I was leaving and we talked about that as well. Great experience will return.

This is fairly a new location and very convenient for Suwanee residents. The techs here very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient to a certain extent. Though the service advisor will definately try his best to make money out of you which is common elsewhere. But over all thier diagnosis is good and reliable. I had been there for an alignment and found it satisfactory.
It was my third time there and kelian Fowler was so helpful! He was super funny . I came in just to get tired filled up and he made me aware that I needed a new tire and when we found out there wasn’t one in stock. He gave me multiple options on what I could do! I don’t know much about tires so he told me the best option! Definitely recommend coming here!!

They were able to get it fix quick and get the tire delivered in quick as well. I ran over something on 400 and my front tire was damaged. Thankful I was safe and able to get off the road. My Tech Kelian Fowler was awesome, he fixed my windshield washers like brand new as well as my wiper blade that had a bad part. Another reason I get all my oil changes here and have for the last 3 years. Too notch service you wont get anywhere else. This place is worth every penny!
I cant recommend this place enough! I had a slow leak in my back driver side tire and they took me right away, they took my tire off they totally inspected it they inspected the stem and they realized the Chrome was leaking possibly there was nothing wrong with my tire so they sealed up the Chrome and put my tire back on and when I went to pay they didnt charge me a dime. I was so Surprised! I thought for sure there was gonna be a charge and the man said no there wasnt. They were kind they explained everything to me they did not try to scam me or gouge me. This place is a place you can go and trust that theyre not going to take advantage of you. Integrity. I highly recommend them everybody was super friendly.
Impeccable service and very friendly technicians and manager. Lane was my technician today for an oil change and to check tire pressure on a low tire for me. He was speedy, efficient, informative and very helpful. This is the only place I will bring my car.
Michael and his guys are really great. They go above and beyond. It might be a little more expensive but they get you out in 20 minutes versus sitting at a dealership for 3 hours.

I’ve used this location for oil changes, new tires, tire rotation etc for the past year and a half and they’ve consistently done an excellent job. K. Fowler helped me with my oil change yesterday and he was friendly, helpful, and had useful suggestions. I highly recommend them!

Important part first I have NEVER felt they were upselling or taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I always come here if I need work on my car.I have been here many times. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what is wrong with me car and what needs to be done.

Lost a tire at 6am while passing this location, never would have guessed a few hours later my car would be running better than ever. Still made it to work on time and by the evening when I got off the crew here swapped my very old brakes, aligned my much needed wheels and ofcourse replaced the flat. Hate to give anyone a review that is not 5 stars but unfortunately the seemingly inexperienced team here damaged my center caps, told me two were missing when I arrived (news to me), put the other two on my back seat and wished me well in finding replacements. Never had that happen anywhere before in my 17 years of ownership. This is poor service, if you damage or destroy the customers property, you should replace. While my vehicle is a classic, it is a very well cared for classic and I expected them to treat it the way I do. I will not be returning here.

The technician Kelian Fowler took care of my car for a mobil1 oil change. I asked him quite a few questions about my car and wanted to know if my battery was ok since a whole year ago the Acura dealership kept trying to force me to buy a new battery. Kelian was kind enough to answer all my questions, tested my battery for me and print out a little report right off the battery tester machine. I think it is worth getting the oil change service done here even though I could go to the dealership with a coupon and get it done a little cheaper. The gentlemen working here have always been honest with me the couple of times Ive been here. I cannot say the same for the dealerships.

Would highly recommend, I’ve got a 2010 Range Rover Sport, with 160k, used to always bring to LR dealer, but after a gentleman named, Aj, took care of me, I’m leaving the dealer and always coming here. Awful service, nothing express there!!I was waiting more than 30 min for emission test. The technician was very rude and disrespectful towards me. They sent me to get a replacement fuel cap, and when I came back, after waiting for another 15 min, they told me they are closing at 5 and they can’t redo the test.Unfortunately, I need to come back Monday to finish emission test, but I would never ever go back there to do any service !!

Went in for an emissions test around 10am on a weekday. The technician was efficient and professional, and we were in and out in about 10 minutes.

2022-06-27These guys are great!! I usually change my own oil but circumstances at the moment wouldn’t allow that. I had my truck and my wife’s car done on the same day. Professional, courteous, up front about the cost. Not the cheapest around but I knew that going in! Would definitely use them again. Very efficient as well.

2022-06-09I have used this location for all of my oil changes, tire purchases and all repairs to my vehicles that are not covered by dealership warranty since 2016. Everyone there is very professional and polite. There are no pushy salespeople at this location. I feel like they treat your vehicle like they would want their vehicle treated. Great, friendly, knowledgeable associates across the board. The gentleman would has changed my oil the past 2 visits even showed my 7 year old Son a magic trick! Chris, the assistant service manager has been great to deal with. They provide quality workmanship at a fair price. I would not consider taking my car anywhere else.

2021-10-12Staff was very friendly, trained and organized. The place is clean and has right equipment for the job (oil change). Wait was not too long, service was quick. They even washed the engine to prevent any oil leak in the garage which is always messy to clean.

2022-07-14Everyone was friendly and courteous as other reviews stated. But the grease left on the key fob, door handle, A-pillar, hood, engine bay, and hood release show a serious lack of attention to detail and cleanliness for the high price of service. I haven’t ever gotten my car back in such a state before. I’d think gloves are standard.I purchased an air filter and the tech offered to install it. He first inserted the filter upside down, then backwards. The cover flap wouldn’t click closed because the filter was backwards, and I had to stop him before he tried to force it closed.I tried this place due to the good reviews but was left disappointed at the price and level of service.

2022-03-19We brought the used car I bought for my son here to get basic maintenance and repairs done the day after purchase, and the service, insight, and advice provided by Josh were wonderful. He helped get my son off to a good start with his car, understand a time-line of necessary car maintenance, and introduce him to some important basics of car care. Josh was straightforward and honest about what was needed now and what could wait and for how long, keeping us within budget while ensuring the car was safely road-worthy. My son and I both appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Josh and look forward to working with him in the future for car care needs!

2022-08-09While Express Oil did correct my issue, their customer interaction needs improvement. I dont know if I caught them on a bad day, but one thing seemed to fall after another.Took my car in for a Catalytic Converter replacement on late Monday night, Mike told me the car would be done by 3 pm the next day. It was 5 pm the next day and I still didnt get a call so I called them and the man who answered said Ive been calling you all day, your car is ready. This was odd considering they asked me to confirm my phone number when I brought it in and they clearly didnt log it correctly (I also saved their locations phone number as a contact in my phone so there was no chance of it going to automatic VM for an unknown number).When I got to the location, my phone number was listed as incorrect. Management asked the rest of the team who logged my info and the feedback from the rest of the team was It doesnt matter to which he replied Well it does matter because his phone number was entered incorrectly. I got the feeling that this was a recurring issue.I would have shrugged this off, but I drove my car out of there and it didnt make it 500 feet until it stalled again and I had to immediately take it back. Mike called me back the next day and told me he reset the codes and wasnt able to re-create the issue. I asked him if it was taken for a test drive BEFORE it was given back to me and his response was My team is supposed to, however I wasnt here so I cannot confirm. Ill take that as a no.Mike told me nothing further was due and I could come pick up my car whenever. I came in and told one of the managers to drive my car around. I then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for 30 MINUTES (it was a 90 degree day outside). After 30 min of waiting I walk back out on the floor and the manager sees me and quickly goes to the back to get my car. Its very clear that I was completely forgotten about (yet again).I probably wont come back as I would be too worried about these little inconveniences happening to me again. Management, please do what you can to make sure your employees are logging everything correctly and youre giving good customer service.
