Every time I take my car into this dealership it is a good experience. The waiting area was divided up such that you could watch television or go to a quieter area with a courtesy mobile charging station. The service writer kept me apprised of my vehicles progress. I had a few things done and was in and out in an hour and a half. Dealership is super clean, courtesy drinks and snacks were also available if you wished to partake.
Parts were in stock, labor charges were competitive with non-dealer mechanics, and the support staff was friendly and professional. After dropping off my car, they also drove me back and forth while the repairs were being completed. Very satisfied with the services provided.
I drove 4 hours to purchase a Ram 2500. They had everything ready to go when I got there and could not have made the process go more smoothly. Being a used car I really wanted to look it over so they went above and beyond by letting me put it up on a maintenance rack so I could get a good look under the truck. Would 100% buy from them again
Let me start by say if it wasn’t for Mr Darby I would be giving them a 0!! I took my Jeep to Autonation on the south side and they were horrible as far as customer service, time. Then I took it to the north side the customer service was better but I feel like I was robbed!! This was all in July. Then I went back to the south side store for oil change because other store was backed up and they messed my Jeep up didn’t tell me but tried to get me to sell it to them. I thought 💭 about it but realized that it’s not a good time to buy. So anyway found someone else to 👀 at it, and he said that everything that they fixed in July was not fixed or damaged!! So he took pictures and told me to call them and when I did I got Mr Darby!! Now both the person that I took it to and Mr D asked why I paid so much!!!!!!!! Well Mr D asked me to bring it to Hume so that he could take a look and Jim was right they messed stuff up!! Thankfully Mr D got it right and didn’t charge me anything!! But I still feel that I paid to much in July!!!!!
I will never be back. Amy told me it would take up to 90 minutes to complete an oil change while I waited. I had made the appointment but I understand that when companies first open, things can move slow. After 100 minutes I asked for an update and found out my vehicle had not even made it into the shop. I asked for my keys and left. I was upset but tried not to take it out on Amy, it was not her fault. It is the fault of whoever designed your system and allows you to overbook yourself. I will never be back. Jeep should be ashamed to allow you to do their service. Please do not call.
Sales associate and supportive staff was excellent but manager waited for me to leave just to have me come back because of a measly $100 on the final price of the car. Once I bought the car and driving away from the lot noticed airbag light was on plus the horn and cruise control wasn’t working. Took the car back the next day to have them look at it and they said it’s nothing they could do but I should take it to the any AutoNation dealer and they would be able to help since I bought the car for out of state use. This wasn’t the case and had to go to the specific brand dealership(Hyundai) even look at it. Found out the car had a safety recall it. This should have been caught by AutoNation before selling me the vehicle since they claim that it goes through and extensive multi-point inspection. This car had been sitting on their lot for months even. I have serious concerns if they even did an inspection at all now and have no confidence or trust in AutoNation. I will probably never buy another vehicle from them again.
I recently took my jeep in for service following a loss of ~70% of my left turn radius that started suddenly approximately 1 month after getting a new tie rod and front tires from the same service location. Autonation told me I had hit something with my car which caused the steering loss and bent my brand new tie rod(even though I repeatedly told them I did not). They then told me I had to get a new tie rod for $1600. I asked for pictures of the damage before any work was done and they ignored my repeated calls and messages for an email with photos. Finally I called and spoke to the branch manager who managed to get me photos and agreed that it was suspicious that I was having to replace a part that was just serviced a month ago. After finally getting my car back and the warranty covering the cost, I noticed that my steering damper was put on at a different angle which I believe was the reason I lost my turn radius. My steering damper was impacting something under the vehicle and autonation did that and did not want to own up to the mistake of their mechanics. The service rep was much less pleasant when he saw that I was not going to pay a cent. I will not be returning to this business again.
(This is my husbands account 🤦🏻♀️) I absolutely loved this experience for as much as I cried! I have issues when it comes to spending money in general and Sabrina our salesperson knew this and she was the most helpful with it! She’s not pushy and she does her best to make it a very personal experience… I had taken so much of her time and I’m so sorry! The patients this woman has haha ❤️ Thank you for all you did that day!Christina
Service center personal were welcoming with a smile and pleasant attitude! I only went in for an oil change. I dropped off at 9 and my vehicle was ready by 11:30. When I came to pick it up, service employee informed me of what was done and that everything was good to go. He brought my Jeep to the door and left it running for me to go. Very pleasant experience!
I am 9 months pregnant, I scheduled an appointment at 11am for an oil change online. When I got there they told me it would be an hour and a half wait! I watched my car go into the bay at 12:30. It was done 40 minutes later. So scheduling appointments with this dealership is a waste. Won’t be returning to this dealership.
Dirty. Didn’t get service completed that had been on books for 19 days. Had van for 15.5 hours could not diagnose what was wrong with sliding rear passenger door that would not close except manually. Seems to be a KNOWN problem since at least 2013 with numerous owner complaints to NHTSA, and class action lawsuit begun in Michigan. Wonder about competence.
Always the bad reviews to look out for. If you bought a new vehicle and it works fine and the process was easy then congrats you ran into someone who is good at selling. Its their word when something does go wrong in which you should look out for. I will not buy from here
Tyler Love was my service advisor for my 2015 Jeep Patriot that unfortunately had the key stuck in the ignition. After trying several recommended locksmiths to have the key removed to no avail, I eneded up at the Dealership. Like most I wanted the dealership to be the last resort because of the exprense. However, Tyler did an amazing job with getting my vehicle diagnosed quickly and back on the road. My vehicle actually belongs to my daughter but I was her representative due to her work schedule. Tyler, was 100% compassionate throughout the process to the point that he even covered two days of my daughters renatl vehicle cost due her vehicle not being completed as scheduled due to unforseen circumstances. I would highly recommend Tyler Love for your service advisor.
I had a problem setting up and appointment at first and was told to do one online to get my van serviced but Tyler took care of the problem and had our van looked at very soon and didnt even take as long as they said. I had great experience with Dodge and if I ever need anything else will I will go back!
We Agreed on price, deal included, floor mats, an additional key and delivery. It took several days and multiple phone calls to get a delivery time. Upon delivery, only the front floor mats were included and there has yet to be any discussion on a second key.I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. Not the best experience.
Cullen from AutoNation Ram eas a consummate professional from first contact through delivery of my Ram from routine service. He explained everything upfront and with clarity. Thanks Cullen for all that you do keeping my Ram safe and reliable, know that your service doesnt go without recognition.
I was taken care of straight in the door and out of the door. Transaction was smooth and done in a couple of days, but service after the sale has been not so great,I feel as if they sold me a car now their done with me,the car has been in the shop 4 times already and going back for a fifth time next week
I went in for an oil change and then asked them to look at my tires. They came back shortly after being there saying the tires I needed they didn’t have in stock and they would just be doing an oil change. It didn’t seem very busy but it took almost 2 and a half hours for them to complete the oil change and it cost $100. I will not be taking my car back there again unless I have someone who can pick me up so I don’t have to sit there waiting for that long.
Called to schedule my Jeep Wrangler to be hooked up to the computer to see why the check engine light is on. Service Advisor says I would have to leave my Jeep there for 3 to 5 days as the shop is backed up. I asked if we could schedule an appointment 5 days or more out since this was my only vehicle and she says no you have to leave your vehicle here for 3 to 5 days and they dont offer loaners. What kind of service is this when your vehicle is still under manufacture warranty and they dont even want to try and work with their customers? Why does my vehicle HAVE to sit on their property 3 to 5 days to be plugged into the computer to see what the issue is? Why cant a schedule an appointment for 5+ days out and bring it in? Total crooks I guess Ill take my business over an hour away for better service at Mike Patton Chrysler Dodge Jeep. They were able to make an appointment in 5 minutes for next week to complete my oil change and hook up to the computer.
Convoluted process of dropping vehicle off a week before they are able to even run diagnostics on the vehicle. Even with these long waits just to find out what is wrong with your vehicle, they provide no loaner cars and warranty does not cover rental. Terrible service!
I was never pressured, I had options to choose from and these guys worked with me. Best of all my vehicle was taken care of and runs smoothly. Yes, going to a dealer to get your vehicle serviced can be pricey, especially without a warranty. Still if you got the money and need quality work done, auto-nation is the spot.
Amy Fey was a great service advisor. In the past my service advisor could not find my free oil changes and tire rotations that came with my MVP warranty. Amy was quick to find them when I inquired once again because of an email I received days before stating I had (4) to use by May 2022. Amy also noted for the service techs to get tires to the proper air pressure on my Rebel when rotating the tires because it is programmed to be different between the front and rear tires and in the past I have had to do it once I got home because low tire pressure light was activated. So I had my oil changed and tires rotated and was given a call by Amy to inform me my truck was ready about 1 1/2 hrs later. It was a smooth transaction for me and Amy was very professional and polite and seemed to be competent in her job. So thanks to Amy, and I look forward to doing business with AutoNation in the future.
Poorly will never buy anything from there.made appointment to have recalls repaired never told me I would have to leave vehicle there until I get there had no one to pick me up so 40 miles one way with fuel $6:00 a gal . Repairs only take 1 hour . Very dissatisfied with this place .
Mr. Vannoy is an excellent communicator. I was updated on the status of my vehicle during the process. Mr. Vannoy made sure the buying process was easy and understandable. At the time of purchase I was given a tour and introduced to the service department where I was given contact info and explained the process. The finance manager thoroughly explained my options and made sure I had the knowledge to make an informed decision. Thank you all for the time and dedication.
Thank you Jessica for working with me, being very quick and taking my rental back when I found a car. I was impressed by your honesty and am very happy with my purchase.Everyone there was friendly and I didnt feel played or lied to.Did I feel there was some steering me to a purchase. going on? Yes, but subtle. But thats sales. I love my car and I feel I got a great price.!Will go to Autonation again, but only this location most likely.
I purchased my used Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2016 from this dealership and have returned to service maintenance ever since. I highly recommend both purchasing a vehicle and having the same maintained by the AutoNation dealership. 70K service went off without a hitch and the Jeep is running like a champ.
The only problem I had was not being told that my appointment time for a recall was to get in a que which tied up my car for 3 days just sitting there.I know you could do better than this. All CSR rep contact was 5 stars. We’ve bought 3 new cars from you and will buy 3 more. Frank J.
Although my appointment took a few days to get sorted, I wanted to give some feedback on one of the service department members. Amy was extremely professional and gave me information about why things were taking longer. I got upset over the scheduling, which the service department has no control over based on how my appointment was booked. Being that my vehicle is in for recall work, there are specific technicians who do recall work so there are less available technicians for that type of work. Amy is very nice to have put up with my rant and I want to say they are lucky to have someone as professional as her working there. She never once gave any excuses or got upset with me although she had plenty of reason to. For anyone scheduling service please keep in mind there may be some delays due to the current nature of things in the world as well as how the scheduling system is set up at these dealerships. From what I have learned, the scheduling is done without effectively taking measure of the current workload. So temper your expectations on how soon your vehicle can get worked on. And be patient, unlike me. Thanks again Amy for being so helpful and allowing me to vent.
I inquired about a vehicle I was interested in trading my car for online and Chris Herring reached out to me via email within 15 minutes. I was able to start the buying process online immediately. Chris was amazing to work with and since I live about two hours away he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign as soon as I arrived. Once I arrived it only took about two hours before I was on my way home with my new vehicle. Chase was my finance manager and he was great too. He went through all the extended coverage options available to add and wasn’t pushy about choosing all or any of them. I did end up choosing three of them that best suit my needs for potential worries. I really appreciated the fact that Chris and Chase spoke directly to me as the purchaser and did not to try to talk my boyfriend directly about the purchase. Of course, I brought him along because I value his input, but at the end of the day I was going to be one signing all the paperwork and buying the vehicle. During my last car buying experience with a Chevy dealership, the sales rep and finance manager kept trying to negotiate with my friend who came along with me instead of me. It was extremely frustrating and I honestly thought that was how any of my future car buying experiences would be, but AutoNation CDJR North Columbus proved me wrong. I would gladly recommend anyone shopping for a new vehicle check out their inventory and see if they have what they are looking for and buy through them.
I received nothing by courteous, professional and knowledgeable service with the GM, Dean Parks, Ed with the Parts Department and Darby with the Service Department. I didnt feel like just another customer. I feel they treated me like I was an individual with a need for their vehicle. I was called back promptly when told so. I was asked if I needed anything or had any concerns, which I did not. I would 100% recommend you buy your vehicle and have your vehicle serviced at AutoNation North Columbus!
This is by far the best dealership/body shop I have ever dealt with!! They were quick to get me an appointment and then after that the communication was outstanding. They never left me wondering with What is happening to my Jeep? Before they proceeded with anything they called to get confirmation. I cant recommend this team enough!!
Let me start with, if the service manager hadnt intervened it would have been a 1 star rating. I took my RAM 3500 in for 10000 mile, 10:00 service appointment and tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I noticed the the truck finally was taken to the service area. I agree that the oil was changed and the tires rotated but I was offered a vehicle that was not safe for what I use it for. The rear tires, previously on the front were not inflated to the proper operating pressure, additionally the fuel filter was not changed. This is where the service manager got involved. He did his best to ensure that the service was completed. He took the truck back to the service area and instructed the technicians to complete the service. Again the truck came out and I noticed when I got in, that one of the rear tires was not inflated. This is completely unacceptable and had I not noticed the infraction, I could have wrecked not only my vehicle but my permanent living abode, my fifth wheel Camper While I appreciate the Manager doing his personal best to ensure that I was a satisfied customer, He needs to ensure that his technicians want a job.My ratings are based on:Technician; 1 starService; 1 StarManager; 5 StarIf asked if I will return to AutoNation North Columbus, My answer is a resounding NO!I may not purchase another RAM if this is the service that is acceptable from the Chrysler.I welcome the service manager or store manager to contact me if they we can discuss further
I have brought my company truck to this location twice for serving. Everytime I call it takes hours to get a response from the service department. I recently set up an appointment a week in advance. I was told the morning I dropped it off it would not be seen until that afternoon. Then why make an appointment for the morning? A week in advance? Two days later there is no update on the vehicle. Its not rocket science to do routine service and repair the leaky water from the ac. I actually wanted to trade in my 2019 Z71 but there is no way I will do it at this location.
Mike C and Sebrina M. were awesome. What great personalities! Even the gentleman in financing was a pleasure to deal with. They made my transaction smooth. Knew exactly what I wanted and even delivered my jeep to me. I cant thank them enough. Buying a new car (jeep in my case) should be exciting, and they made every bit of that experience happen for me. Im in love with my new Jeep. Thank you so much!
Had an appointment to have my 2018 Silverado 1500 I purchased from Auto Nation in Columbus, Ga. at 11am. After checking in I went to the waiting area. After waiting over two hours I went to check on my truck. It was still parked in the lot and had not been serviced. They took my truck into the service bay and told me it would be ready shortly. Two hours later the service rep came in and told me they could not rotate my tires because they supposedly were worn down too much to rotate. He gave me prices on new tires and possible financing. I just told him to finish up with the oil change and get my truck back to me please. Worst experience I have ever had in having the oil changed in any of my vehicles!
My sales associate was Erin, he was not to pushy and was looking out for my best interest and making sure I was happy throughout the whole process. If I know anyone who wants to buy a car I will definitely refer them to Erin and if I go back into the market to buy a car again I will definitely be returning to Autonation.
I received an email stating that the dealership was interested in purchasing my jeep. The jeep was at the dealership getting some work done to it, and they emailed me a, guaranteed as is, offer. I went in today to do the paperwork and wasted an hour of my life dealing with lies and deception. Apparently Chris, the employee who emailed me the offer was not actually authorized to do so. The dealership ran an actual offer while I was there. They then abruptly changed their minds and decided they were not interested in purchasing the jeep.I was a fan of this dealership prior to this experience. I will never do business with them again after the events that transpired today. I am dumfounded by their blatant lying and deception. Hopefully this post saves someone from wasting their time with this terrible business.
Service department was outstanding. Was running late for my appointment to get oil changed and safety recall done and Mackenzie was very polite and understanding. When I arrived Mackenzie was assisting another customer on the phone. Once she was finished she got me checked in and showed me to the waiting area. After my car was finished she went over what was done and showed me where to pay. Took about 2 1/2 hrs for the work which didnt even feel like it took that long. Keep up the great work
Mr. Anthony Johnson and Mr. Philip Holt was so experience and gave more of their time than any other Salesman and Finance department especially working with my out-of-town Credit Union. I was treated with courtesy and refreshing customer service like I was truly apart of the Auto Nation family.
Every step from ordering my new ram truck to taking delivery and financing was so easy and the team at autonation north Columbus was top notch my salesman Darryl did a outstanding job keeping me up to date on the order status and Walter knocked it out of the park over all 115% satisfied will be returning!
After 1 1/2 weeks, I had an appointment last week on Tuesday morning at 830 am. Driving from Smiths AL in the pouring rain and early morn traffic, I made it on time only to be told that it would be 3 days out before My car could be checked! REALLY!! What was the point in having an appt?? If the dealership had time to text me twice to make sure I would be there for my appt.why couldnt they have let me know about the 3 day wait when I had an appt? My car is a 2011 Chrysler 300, purchased there when it was Carl Gregory. Any and all maintenance..out change, tire rotation, etc. Has been done there for 10 yrs. But never again!, I have never been this disappointed with a dealership in my life!!
Ann greeted me promptly when I first went to the dealership to schedule service. When I arrived for my appointment a few days later, I was again promptly greeted and checked in. When my vehicle was ready I received a personal phone call and informed the vehicle had no other issued.
My 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a part go defective, and was quoted about twice the average price for repairs by the service department, so I decided to trade up to a larger vehicle since I have now lost faith in a Jeep lasting more than 3 years without significant issues. My salesperson took the better part of a day to put me in the vehicle I pretty much knew that I wanted. After they attempted to give me a terrible percentage on the loan, I contacted my own bank for financing, and beat the best rate I was told that I was PROMISED Auto Nation could secure for me.As if it were magic, the finance manager beat that percentage rate provided by my bank.. and I finally left mid afternoon with my new vehicle, which was closer to $50k than not. This was after they add on coverage to the agreement that I specifically told my salesperson that I did not want (dent protection/cleaning/etc).My memory isnt the greatest, but my salesperson had me of the belief that the service department would be contacting me for my first oil change. She even walked me over there and introduced me to a member of the team who said that I would be contacted in regard to the oil change. Having bought vehicles before, I have found that dealerships provide the first oil change for free. I mean, they did make a LOT of money off of you, the customer, so I dont think its really that much of a set back for them to toss you something that is well under $100 value.Additionally this particular vehicle had over 1000 miles on it when I was handed the keys, but I was still denied a complimentary oil change while I was having warranty covered repairs done to the Uconnect system... less than 2 months after I received my brand new vehicle.Additionally, when I contacted my salesperson in regard to the defect that occurred in the vehicle, I got a response to contact the service department. The short reply more or less implied sucks to be you, I got what I wanted from you already, most importantly the top ratings that I hounded you for the next couple weeks about after I sold you the vehicle... its your problem now.I mean, they could have at least provided me a phone number to the service department... I dont think thats too much to ask either.
Disappointing service of my vehicle (08 Ford F-350 purchased at AutoNation North).Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, part of a service package that came with the purchase of the truck. Received a call from the service rep that my truck was done and ready for pick up. Picked up my truck a couple hours later and that’s when the fun began. While driving home I was merging onto a highway, hit a bump and my hood pops up. Thank God I wasn’t going too fast and the hood didn’t hit my windshield. Pulled over to secure the hood and look at my paperwork for a number to call back the AutoNation service department. I then find out from my paperwork there are 4-5 items that the technician checked that need attention. And the technician also found an oil leak in the engine. None of this was mentioned by the service rep when he called me to let me know my truck was ready.I called the service department, let them know what happened and was told someone would call me back shortly. Promptly, I received a call from the service manager who apologized, said he would look into the issues and get back with me the next day. That was Friday, 9 April and it’s now Tuesday, 13 April and I haven’t heard from anyone at AutoNation service department. Not a good way to treat a customer that has bought several vehicles from this establishment. I hope the AutoNation service department will call me back to rectify these issues. If not, as sure as the sun rises in the east I will do my utmost to get them to explain the issues they found with my truck. And if any are covered under the extended warranty AutoNation sold me with the truck I will do what I can to get them to initiate the claims process for said repairs. That’s the right thing a company should do for their customers.
Took my car there for repairs. They tried to add on a bunch of repairs and charge me over $500. When I asked they were quick to take off. Didn’t file my claim with insurance so had to pay over my deductible. When asked why the response I got was for fluids and if I didn’t want them they could of gave me my car back with no fluids and on a wrecker. Never got call backs, no one hardly picked up the phone, car. When looking at the inspection, the inspection was done poorly it stated that my oil condition level and condition was poor even though got oil changed a week prior so that was false and tried to charge me with a oil change. Talked to insurance company and they stated that the didn’t ask for a lot of things on my claim. Would recommend taking your car there for repairs or sending anyone there unless you don’t like your money. If you do go there I would save yourself money by asking about charges because they are probably trying to add charges. Also while sitting in waiting room they talk about all staff members wear masks over speakers and please wear a mask as I didn’t see any employee wearing a mask.
I have used this dealership for over twenty years (it was Carl Gregory before) for service of my vehicles and there is usually no problems involved. I appreciate that they call before they perform additional work. However, I do NOT appreciate that one of their salesmen called me the next day while i was at work to try to persuade me to trade the truck in and buy another.I do NOT want unsolicited sales calls at any time and certainly not with a business that I am already using as a service provider.
I get my car serviced here because I purchased it here. My visits are usually pleasant, however, my recent visit was lesser. I was told my Calvin Klein shirt must be fake as a response to me not wanting to buying new tires during this visit because it’s not in my budget.
The sale was easy and seamless however there was an issue with the vehicle I purchased and I was promised it would be taken care of. Not only was my appointment cancelled, but when I called to explain the issue I kept getting the run around. No one seems to care or tried to assist.
I’ve been coming to this dealership for almost 5 years for service. I’ve never had a bad experience until recently. I scheduled a service appointment and literally all they did was check the oil in my car. Left the service engine light on and everything. Then the service advisor told me the wrong information when I called in about it. I had to call and create a case with the Jeep/Chrysler corporation . It took them over a week to get ahold of anyone from service because they never answer the phone. This has been a disaster all the way through. There’s clearly something wrong with the Jeep renegade and no one wants to acknowledge it. Smh..
I had 3 bad experiences with this dealership.Sept 2020- I had a 10am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I was there for 4 hours.March 2021- I gave them another chance, another oli change and tire rotation, my wait was two hours- I found out this week that they did not do a tire rotation. Carfax sent me an alert advising I am due for a tire rotationJune 2, 2021- I scheduled an 1:30pm appointment due to my check engine light coming on. I dropped my car off, the gentleman explained they may not get to it until the next day. I called the next day around 11am, he said they have not been able to get to it. So, I asked why did I have an appointment. He explained they were backed up. I called again at 2pm, the service advisor told me they are pulling my car to the back and the tech will be doingthe diagnostic test and he will call me with the results. I asked what time do they close, he said 7pm. I showed up a 5pm and my car was not looked at. I also asked about my service in March, why they didnt rotate my tires? I was told, you only drove 4000 miles and it wasnt needed. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation plus it had been 6 months! I dont recall the service advisors name, he was a white guy with a bald head.He lied to me and he called me dearie! I will have take my car to Brewbaker Dodge in Montgomery, AL were the service is awesome!
I will never buy another vehicle from this place. Not only have I not even had the vehicle I purchased for less than a year, but the vehicle has been in the shop now twice within a 4 months. This time it is the engine and not even able to be driven. The customer service is awful. I was even told I would probably be sent else where cause it is a ford and they arent a ford place. Even though I bought it from there. I was told to bring the car in to get it seen about and evaluated, not to mention it is still under warranty. Worst experience of my life.
This is the first time I have ever ordered a vehicle. Ray Clark, the Sales Rep with Auto Nation took lots of time with me looking for the Jeep Wrangler I wanted, but after determining it was not available, we placed the order. The new Jeep arrived on time, just as Ray had told me. I picked up the Jeep on a Saturday, which may have been a mistake. The Dent and Appearance Packages and window tinting were not able to be completed that day, so I will be taking the Jeep back to the dealership on July 5th to have those items completed. Also, the detailing of the Jeep on Saturday prior to my pick up was not done very well. This is no fault of Rays. I am very happy with AutoNation in Columbus and Ray was great to work with. I am happy I stayed with our hometown dealership in making this purchase. I really hate to go outside of town when we have a dealership right here in Columbus. I am very happy, just need to make sure that all the final details are completed satisfactorily on July 5th.
September 2021To all:I am the owner of a 2018 Jeep Renegade Limited. I have visited the Northlake Dodge, Jeep, Fiat Dealership (Service Department) in Columbus, Ga three times this summer. The first two visits were routine (oil change and oil consumption marking-testing).During my visits Cullen Wynn was my primary point of contact. During all three visits Cullen was friendly and professional. I will admit during all three visits I made contact with two other service technicians, however, I cannot recall their names. Amy perhaps????On all occasions these ladies were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. As a woman that gave me much comfort. My vehicle (Sylvia) checked out great in reference to the oil consumption test. I do not drive her very often. Mileage wise she is at approximately 22,400 miles.During the 2nd visit, I also reported that my multimedia (UConnect) system was failing. (The JeepRenegade forum explained in great detail what was going on with the unit).Cullen explained that I was a few days outside my warranty but in the spirit of Goodwill, my system would be replaced.I took Sylvia in this morning (9-17-21) for the installation of the new UConnect unit. My appointment was scheduled for 0730 and the service was completed before 0930.I think that is awesome!I would rate all three visits at five stars.
My wife and I purchased a truck we saw on line. Darrel Vannoy helped us at the dealership. It was a very pleasant experience. Darrel, was very helpful, but he was not pushy, we never felt like he was trying to sell us anything. He listened and was very personable the whole time. He gave us time to think it over and make an informed decision. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. We are very pleased with the purchase
Worst experience ever for car service. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. After leaving the dealership, less than 5 miles away, my rear left tire came off my truck when exiting. Jr Allen onto Blackmon Rd. Thankfully no one was hurt.Dealership replaced damaged parts but has not offered anything for the inconvenience or lack of service. Sadly I prepaid for oil changes and tire rotation when I purchased my vehicle. I’d prefer to go to a different dealership.
This was my first time I purchasing vehicle myself without my husband or parents and this has been a wonderful experience. I am pleased with everything and I glad I went to Auto Nation. From the time I walk in the door staff ( sales, financial, and management) was friendly, professional, and willing to help. Not only did I walk away with a new car I walked away with a peace of mind knowing that I was well taking care of and my new vehicle is well protected as well. I am very pleased and satisfied!
Communication was completely minimal while going through the buying process for my wife and I, trying to reach our sales person was extremely difficult. To the point I decided to start looking to purchase else where, then all of the sudden my wife tells me they sales person mentioned there was going to be a car change after informing her the car was in great condition yet needed to be painted and had dents in it; out of the blue.. then attempted to sell my wife and I a different vehicle, year and color. However when the vehicle was dropped off it was the original vehicle. The vehicle looked nice which is why we were interested in the first place but the inside smelled horrible as if someone had dogs in the vehicle... so when you open the back you see all the dirt and the smell became stronger... not to mention their seems to be issue with the transmission and our sale person has yet to contact us back , we’ve had the vehicle less than a week.
Purchasing a vehicle has always been stressful for me, mostly because of pushy salespeople. I have to say, I didnt expect this experience to be as pleasant as it was. Cameron and Walter were especially helpful and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I am happy with my purchase and certainly recommend these guys!
I took my truck in for a code that appeared while operating my truck. Service folks were helpful and all new faces. The only pain point was the 20+ minute waits (x2) of my time to reach a real person in service and get thru the voice-mail. It was beyond painful. They did a good job , but need some improvements in the real people to help promptly category.
My Jeep Renegade had a recall for the motor. They were going to give me a new motor that doesnt chug oil. I had an appointment on June 22nd to drop off my car. We call to check on the progress 3 days later and they havent even started yet. Finally we get a call that its done 10 days after dropping it off. We go to pick it up and I immediately noticed that it is rattling loudly. I barely make it out of the AutoNation lot before pulling over because clearly something isnt right. My husband is a mechanic and he pops the hood. The motor is not even put together all the way!!! We turn around and take it right back to AutoNation. The shop foreman says he will look at it and call us before they close at 7pm. We never get a call. The next morning they call to tell us the motor mounts are bad and if we want it fixed then we will have to pay for the parts ourselves. My car had zero issues before this and it definitely didnt rattle. If the mounts were bad then they should have seen that before putting the new motor in ! So now I have to pay for their mess up.
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at Northlake has the worst Service Department I have ever had to deal with. My first scheduled oil change took 6 hours to complete...with zero updates from the service department employee. My second scheduled oil change took almost three and a half hours...again...no updates from the service department. I understand due to the pandemic everyone is short staffed but my first scheduled service was before the pandemic started. Please beware and do yourself a favor , clear your schedule for the entire day if you take your vehicle in for service.. If I could have given them a NO STAR RATING, I would have. This is unacceptable service at its finest!!
This is the best car dealership I have ever been to. I had a 2016 Nissan Altima an i was looking to trade it in after 3 years I had it. So i went on line to fine a place that would trade it in. And imediately after i sign up online. The salesman Deavon call me back he ask me questions on what kind of car i wanted, Immediately he gave me no problems. He assured me that they had plenty of Chargers. We made an appointment. I drove from Atlanta 1hour and 30 minutes . yes it was the best thing i could have ever done. DEAVON made sure i was comfortable. he explain every step of what was goin on. An in about to hours i was approve for a 2021 Charger ots so Beautiful. The other guy who smdid my paper work he was the best professional person i saw. I got a great intetest rate., The best customer service, A brand new car and this place made me feel like family. Not only is this just a car dealership, Its a Culture it has Values and it provides the best u could ever ask for... Thanks again to the team here... I really appreciate everything you all did for me.
Had appointment to drop off on Wednesday. Thursday afternoon they had not started on our car. We were told that they were several days behind due to insufficient employees and that it could take several more days. They should tell people when they are making an appointment that it could take a whole week to get a simple service completed. I will likely use another location in the future.
Terrible service. We were in town on vacation and told them we were leaving the next morning but they insisted they could see us and fix our door, DVD player, and windshield wiper all on the same day. Then after they kept our van the whole day, they text (didnt even call) about 5 pm when our appointment was 8 am, that they could get all the parts tomorrow and fix it then... Wasted our time and charged too much for nothing to show.I was honest with them with my timeline on when I had to have my van on the road, I would appreciate honesty from them to say they may not have the parts and wouldnt be able to fix my van in time.
I drove one hour and a ten minutes to this service center. We dropped out car off a little before 10am, and explained to them everything that was going on with our cars radio. We told them that we drove from out of town and would be waiting to hear from them but due to the pandemic we choose not to wait in the building. At about 12:30 we finally got through to someone in sales because contacting the service center was impossible! They finally told us that there was a mix up and they would get to our car after lunch about 1pm. About 12:35 we get a “text” stating that our cars radio needed to be updated and it wasn’t covered under our extended platinum warranty and it would cost $86 to update. I immediately went to the uconnect website, put my vin number in and it stated that there was no update needed because my car radio was up to date. So I told them I would just come back and get my car and deal with it the issue. When I got back to the service center the representative stated that my radio was up to date and if the same problem I told them about on the phone and in person continued then bring it back and it would be covered under the warranty. I was stupidly standing there like what was the purpose of being my car there and you not fixing it and then trying to get money out of me for some ghost update?
My vehicle was Towed onto the service center. The service department contacted me and communicated with me consistently and clearly to keep me aware of their findings. The diagnosis and recommended service was exactly on point. They were honest and didnt try to over sell me. I was pleasantly surprised and I will be back for additional services as needed. JP was excellent and surpassed my expectations.
Drove 4 hours to trade and purchase another truck at this location. Handled the details over the phone and made an appointment to pick it up. Darryl in sales and Walter in finance we’re great to work with. I’d make the drive again to purchase another truck from this location based on how easy this was.
I had an appointment for 8am that day and dropped it off. Around noon I drove by there to check the status and the vehicle was still at the place I dropped it off and when I walked in the receptionist stated that they did not even diagnose it yet. I took the whole day off to get it repair and to return the service department 4 hours later with no answer on when my vehicle will be looked at much less not to give me any answer of when it may be looked at. I took my vehicle elsewhere. Your customer service is lacking due to communications to customers. If I was told the status of the progression every two hours or so at least I would have been informed but I received nothing. No text or calls. Take a trip to Rivertown Toyota service department and take some pointers from them. They will contact you and give you updates. Sorry but this will be my last visit. Keep you customers informed!!!!!
AutoNation sold me a great car without hassles. It was a great experience and there were no hidden costs. Everyone was very friendly and I have no complaints. Our salesperson, Anna, was so nice and made everything happen quickly and efficiently. This is a great place to buy a car!
Me an my brother went into this dealership to purchase a used vehicle. After 30 minutes the salesman found the one we were looking for and they had it delivered from Jacksonville store 2 days later. After taking possession of the truck it was quickly returned back to the dealer due to transmission issues. The checked the truck in the service department and Kelley ( service manager ) called about the truck. After 2 weeks rols by no words so I placed a called and was given the runs around. Another week goes by and the send the truck to another dealership to fix the issue. That unamed dealership has had the truck for over 3 weeks due to warranty and parts issues. Through all this I talked to Dean ( general manager ) on a few occasion with no apparent luck. The first payment has been made on the truck and we still have not heard anything about when the truck will be returned and they refuse any kind of compensation for not being able to use the vehicle purchased through their dealership. Very unhappy with service department up to the managing staff... will never recommend anyone to this dealership due to After the sale you are on your own...
Wonderful service department! I have gone here for years and always have fast accurate service every single time. They have great service representatives that are polite, they take the time to listen to you and your vehicle and they make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. The service technicians that work on your vehicle are thorough and extremely professional and detail oriented. They follow company policy and procedure perfectly so you know exactly what was done to your car, by who and when. They keep it simple - recommendations about upcoming service needs - and clear simple options about how to fix vehicle problems. I highly recommend this Autonation for anyone and their vehicle so they can have a well serviced vehicle and peace of mind !
It’s been several months since I’ve been here. I’m happy to say they have greatly improved. Tyler did an excellent job keeping me informed and getting my truck repaired and back to my in a very timely and professional manner. I will gladly return here for future service and tell everyone what a great job they did
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I bought a vehicle this past Saturday from REGGIE WALKER. I got it home and noticed an issue with it. I knew they were getting busy so I waited to say anything until the next business day not know if he was working on Sunday either.I texted him the issue with the picture to which he did not respond. I then texted him the next day and asked if he was going to answer me. He then called and said he would get with the sales manager, JUSTIN COOPER. I of course had to text and ask the next day because I got no response. REGGIE said there was nothing they could do.I even emailed a picture to the finance manager, JOEY MCCLENDON who never responded either.I then called and left a voicemail for JUSTIN COOPER on Wednesday who of course never returned my call. I thought I at least deserved for the issue to be talked out.No customer service after the sale!
The emergency brake of my Jeep cherokee recently had a problem where the car will not move and I had to have it towed. I purchased the car from this AutoNation and I also bought a warranty and servicing. It took me almost an hour on the phone after multiple transfers to finally get a local contractor to tow my car. Once it was at the shop I was shocked to find out the part needed to fix my brake was not included in the warranty? I found it hard to believe that something as essential as your brake will not be covered by a warranty(reason for 3 stars). Maybe the people who sell warranty options should be more clear as to what is covered. On the bright side, the customer rep at the store JP did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the repair process. The sales department should do a better job communicating like he did.
This was the most pleasant car buying experience Ive had. I went in knowing what car I wanted and there was no pressure to change my mind. Darrell is an excellent salesman. The financing was a breeze as well. Walter helped us get the payments right where we needed them. He was full of personality and both of them are just all around excellent people. The other people at the dealership were super friendly and went out of their way to speak to us. I would definitely recommend this dealership over any other.
After losing our truck key fob down the elevator shaft in our hotel, AutoNations Service Dept Tyler gave me the name and number of Wimmers Wrecker Service to have our truck towed in. I think I was at the dealership about an hour waiting for the new key fob to be programed to our truck and I was on my back to the hotel to pack up and journey on our way. Kenny in the Parts Department was so helpful in making sure they had a key fob for our 2016 RAM and held on to it till our truck was delivered. When visiting in Columbus, GA again, if we have truck problems, AutoNation... North Columbus will be our first stop. :-)
The representatives are always polite and professional, but sometimes lack knowledge of vehicles and maintenance schedules. I was offered a $600 maintenance package for a Jeep Wrangler that has 13,000 (Basically brand new), when it only needed a regular oil change and four point inspection, that by the way it was free, because I bought the vehicle there and came with the free limited maintenance service. Bottom line, make sure you do your homework and read your vehicle manual before you drop your vehicle there for service in the event they offer you some crazy expensive maintenance service.
I had to get some maintenance done on my jeep, and I usually dont go to the dealership; however, I had a great experience here! Donnie in the service department was very helpful and down to earth. I trusted his word. Will definitely be going back again to service my vehicle!
The oil change was a good experience, but I will never buy from AutoNation again. Their customer service post-sale is unbelievably awful—no returned calls or correspondence, no offer to solve the problem they are responsible for...When we bought our vehicle this year, we drove off the lot without realizing that it had not even been washed or vacuumed. I know it is a small detail, but it is a reasonable expectation to provide detailing at purchase. So, when we got it home, my husband set about washing and detailing, only to find a deep gouge on the back bumper--3 across. We immediately called, left messages and texted our salesperson. Crickets. After trying again a couple of days later, I finally got her on the phone, and explained the situation hoping they would provide some solution. She said she would talk to her manager to see what could be done. Then received an email that they would offer me a free wash and detail at no charge...really? Nothing about the gouge...the detail should have been free anyway...it would mean driving 100 miles round trip just for that. Nope, I wouldnt go back to buy, but I am now stuck with a service agreement that I may just not use because I am so disappointed.
Great customer service, had my Jeep serviced and the wait was not that long, did have a problem driving home, the oil filter seal let go as I am told, I had to tow the Jeep back to the dealer it was fixed and all seems to be good. I will continue to have my Jeep serviced at this dealer. The problem was no fault of theirs it was a defected part, the two service adviser women were great and treated me great.
My air condition compressor went out and it took some time to decide what was wrong. They kept my car a total of 4 days but part of that was car shields fault. They sent the parts instead of purchasing them from Auto Nation. However, my car was covered except for $100 deductible so that was nice. I did ask them to service the sensor in my tires that informs me that my tires are low on air and reset the computer. This was not done at all. Seems as though they have one track minds there.
Our dealing with them was phenomenal and I am not even kidding. They worked with us online to come to an agreement on terms and money. We had to drive several hours to pick up the vehicle but they were ready for us. Showed to Walters office where we took five minutes to sign the already prepared paperwork and e documents. Them showed us to Dakota’s office for another five minutes and we were done. They sanitized the vehicle. And sent us on our way. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. Well done AutoNation. Our experience with you makes us want to be long time customers.
I was treated both friendly and professionally, and more importantly, they did not take up my whole day to give me a great deal for my trade-in. And that deal was guaranteed ... even if I decided not buy a vehicle from them! They have gone above and beyond, after the sale also, to make sure I have been taken care of. I would do business again.
We just purchased a new Ram 1500 from Autonation after searching all over the southeast. Darrel Vannoy took great care of us from the first phone call. He patiently explained everything, promptly returned calls or texts, and was not pushy, but very laid back and friendly. My kind of salesman! They honored the initial internet price even though this pandemic had caused prices to soar even in the week that we were shopping. An easy transaction.
The service was absolutely horrible. I had a 10:00 appointment to drop off my truck for a recall and an oil change to be completed. About four hours later I went back to check on the progress and to my surprise my truck hadn’t even moved from the service drive. This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. To me it seemed as though they couldn’t care less about my vehicle because they weren’t going to make any money on my vehicle. I’m giving them one star only because I can’t post this without a star rating. If I could I would give them nothing.
I purchased my vehicle with salesman Reginald Walker on 10/13/2020 at Auto Nation North Store. This was the best experience Ive ever had buying a car. Reginald was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles that he showed to me. He also told me that if I didnt see what I wanted, he would get it for me. I looked at 3 different types of cars. The experience was so great because Reginald didnt hound me or try to fast talk me. I have already recommended several friends to go see Reginald for a good car buying experience. All the staff was kind and friendly.I have purchased several vehicles and this was my best purchasing experience yet. Thanks Reggie for all your help! Im sending my family and friends your way.
I would rather rate them with 0 stars. Ive been fed lie after lie regarding getting lower door seals swapped on our 2020 Wrangler, something weve been trying to do since August of 2020. Weve dropped the Wrangler off on 4 separate occasions, only to be told 8-10 hours later that the part is backordered, or the part was sold to someone else, or their tech left to handle an emergency. It is now June, 1st, and we have yet to have the seals replaced.Their service advisors seems to come and go through a revolving door, as we are currently dealing with the third one...and he has been just like the rest. Zero communication, unless I call and wait on hold for him to answer (sometimes more than 10 minutes). We are now going to be taking the trip to LaGrange for service, as we have been advised by countless other Honda, Jeep and Chrysler customers to do.Dont waste your time with these people.
The sales Associate Cameron saved this from being 1 star. Buyer beware! They tell you that they complete a 125 point inspection on their used vehicles Two days after my Son bought his car he finds that the Thermostat needs to be replaced. Common sense would say that a thermostat would be part of their inspection and they refuse to fix it. Also we were told that he would get four new tires and the sensor would be reset. Yes we got the tires but the sensor isn’t working and they refuse to fix that. And when you promise new tires at the time of sale don’t act like you’ve done me a favor. Stand behind what you say Autonation! Unfortunately the Manager and general managers refused to do so. Once the sale is done you are screwed. Learned my lesson.
Honestly, I am happy with the car I got. I wanted another vehicle, but the Sale Associate I worked with convinced me that the vehicle I purchased was better for my overall expenses. I will definitely be looking to upgrade soon, and may even do so with the same dealership regardless of leaving the state. The Sale Associates I worked with were very helpful and kind and genuine. I did feel at times I was more knowledgeable of the car than the associate I worked with directly, but I understand that I looked so much into the car beforehand, whereas their job is mainly to sell the vehicle. All in all, I am glad with my purchase and the person services given to me.
I worked with Mr. Cameron Fraser on getting my car. He was professional, courteous, and honest. Which I must say was surprising considering the reputation of car salespersons. At no time did he attempt to push anything I didn’t want on the sale. Because of my experience with him, I will be back whenever I’m in the market for a new vehicle.
I was on the way from Florida to buy a car and broke down about an hour from the dealership. The salesman whom I was speaking to Jason was so kind he drove himself to come pick us up (after hours) and he had all of the paperwork ready to go. He then drove us back to the dealership where we arrived at 9pm so I could take my new car home. Thank you so much Jason for all the help! I love the car and it was totally worth it!
Their original sales department is pretty good and will work with you, HOWEVER! If you’re hoping to have ANY WARRANTY WITHHELD, you’re wasting your time. I have been fighting with this Autonation and their Corporate for the last 2 months over CPO items and needing to figure out getting an appointment set up, because the vehicle we obtained was not correctly CPO’d and was missing critical in such CPO. Ever since then we have made multiple phone calls a week to the point that nobody answers our calls, and when we do we have actually been told that we are LESS VALUABLE than current customers in the store to make a purchase. Even corporate has been scheduled to help resolve these issues and call back, and they never call back. By the time anything that needs work done under CPO comes to light, our CPO will have expired. I would not recommend buying anything from these people unless you’re ready to spend countless hours on the phone and waiting for call backs that will never happen after your purchase. You’re better off cancelling all warranty’s and just having your local shade tree mechanic do all the work for you, even at any high costs a warranty might be able to save you (because you won’t get it)
I usually would not leave a positive review for a dealership, but I have to say the folks at Auto Nation Jeep Service Dept. are top notch, especially Robby & Ashley! Very courteous and informative. I feel they give me the straight facts about my vehicle and any issues it may have, and they assist in helping to make an informed decision on the next steps.
The sales rep Christian very good professional rep provided me with all information assist me and every which way he could the experience was real wonderful and spiritual I would tell everyone that if they want a good vehicle good courtesy service with professional help come to Nation Auto Honda
I like the way they work on my car checking every littler detail and the service person took time to insure he got the problem resolve. J. P Harperkeep my inform of the procedure and gave me an appointment fast to takecare of the vehicle. Great team work. Thank you J. P.
We always receive great service with our local Dodge Dealer North Columbus GA. JP the service writer stays in contact with us and keeps us informed when we have the truck in the shop. Love dealing with him and the technicians are on top of things. They find the problem and fix it. We would never consider taking our truck to anyone else.
Very disappointed...I had a positive experience at this location when I first moved to Columbus. In fact, I recommended their service to my co-workers. Today I got in to a fender bender and called the service department for some advice and possible appointment. The woman answering the service line (cannot remember the name but she was working 17SEP at 1244) was less than helpful, virtually turning my business away as all her people were booked up. She was kind enough to inform me that she could not provide any advice because she could not see my car through the phone. At the end of the call, she was clearly not interested in assisting me, let alone my business. She said she could refer me to a body shop if I wanted. After disconnecting with the service department, I contacted the service department at the veterans pkwy location. James was the exact opposite of my previous consultant and recommended I bring my vehicle in right away so they could check it out and schedule an appointment. Thanks to James taking time from his clearly busy schedule, we were able to accurately diagnose the issue and schedule an appointment for first thing next week. Its a shame that this review does not reflect the great work the service personnel at this location perform. I will not bring my business to this location for the remainder of my stay here in Columbus. Contact the location on Veterans, ask for James...hell take care of you.
Absolutely terrible experience! If I didnt have to give them a star,I wouldnt. Ready to read the gripe?I had an appointment for 8 April 17 @ 1000 am for an oil change and I asked to have my tires rotated and balanced (the front tire looks a little iffy). Truck gets dropped off, they say no problem, and I carry on. An hour and a half later I go to check the status of my truck. The receptionist says, oh! Youre still here. I would have written waiter on the ticket had I known you were going to wait. I have an issue with this statement for 2 reasons : 1) she looked me dead in the eyes a few times as I sat in the lobby 2) why should it matter if I was a waiter or not? I had an appointment, and you should honor that. After 4 HOURS of waiting, my truck is finally ready. But guess what. No tire rotation. They didnt bother to pull me aside and tell me what was going on. They just decided to not do the service and write on the ticket that the tech was unable to work the rotation. Well, why not??I can say, I feel like they treated this as a free oil change and thats all. If they dont want my business, Ill take it elsewhere. Once my free oil changes are expired in 2 years, I will not be going back to them. End of story
Pretty nice guys helped us out. They were willing to go get other vehicles from the Victory Drive location to compare. The billing/payment process seemed a little less organized. We had to come and go several times to make sure all the correct paperwork had been filed. Some of the more technical aspects of the car came into question, and the sales staff were unable to answer/fix those problems. Overall it was a decent experience. Buying a car is a big undertaking and we didnt expect it to be easy. AutoNation did their best to make the purchase process go as smoothly as possible.
I would just like to say that this is the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I purchased a vehicle in January that was everything I wanted but there was a mechanical issue. I was promised that everything within power would be done to reach a solution and fix the issue. However, the car could not be fixed and I was given loaner cars from the dealership in the meantime until another car with the same parameters was retrieved. Over the course of time, the sales manager Shawn was right by my side making sure I was not worried about anything in regards to my vehicle. Finally, in May, I bought another car with credit from my previous purchase and Shawn doing as much as he could to make the process easy and less expensive. Normally, you do not encounter car salesman or even sales managers, for that matter, being so hands on and considerate to your individual requests in the car business. Most people would have just brushed me off and let me struggle to find another car, but Shawn stepped in and never let me down. All of the other sales rep were just as respectful and the service center holds the same standard. Thanks so much AutoNation!
I waited 2 hours for an oil change appointment scheduled at 8 am, out at 10. When I got to van, the floor was dirty, black substance on mat, no paper floor covering, I later had to vacuum van. Before I got down the road 5 min, already late for work, got a call from Autonation wanting to buy my van. I told her I was not happy with Autonation and couldnt talk
Friendly and knowledge staff. Hands down best customer service when buying a new vehicle. Dealt with 3 different people throughout the process. All were professional and personable. Keep up the great work guys! If youre looking for a dealership that will work with you and your budget this is the best place to go. I was able to get my 2018 dodge journey for a lot less than I anticipated and about 2k more than a used one. I absolutely love it!
Found the initial experience to be pleasant. Once I purchased the vehicle, I drove it back to Florida, no problems. The problem came when I go and register the vehicle for my tag. Autonation did not have a lien release for the vehicle I purchased. Called Autonation and they assured me they would get it taken care of. That was in early November. I still do not have a tag, and the temporary one expired at the end of November. Poor follow through, no concern for the customer after the purchased.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! I was an out of state purchaser and Wayne our salesperson made this experience effortless and painless. I asked him to be my eyes and inspect the vehicle since I was not able to see it and he cheerfully carried out my request and took great care of me. The dealership was very accommodating and Brandon the finance guy also was very pleasant to work with. The management staff were all working together like a family to make sure my needs were met. This impressed me since there were so many impersonal dealerships that I have dealt with previously when I was looking for a vehicle. They truly made this experience a great one and I am very happy with the purchase of my vehicle.
My service writer, Robbie Andujar was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicles needs. He fully explained my invoice, asked if I had any questions, asked if I was having any issues with performance of my vehicle and was just making sure I was a satisfied customer. He made my experience very pleasurable. Thank you Mr. Andujar.
My husband and I could not have had a better car buying experience! The sales person who greeted us was not pushy at all like we have experienced at other dealerships. Frankly I dreaded going car shopping because of this reason. Lauren Vaughn was the salesperson who helped us and she was very knowledgeable and had patience with us in the decision making process. I fully recommend asking for her when you visit this great dealership. Jason Davis is the manager who we talked with and he was wonderful. In no way did we feel like they were trying to just get the most amount of money they could out of us. It was a very respectful environment. I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle!
Honestly had a great car buying experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I worked with Bob and he made sure I got the perfect car I wanted for the price I was looking for. And when there was a hiccup he made sure we were compensated appropriately. If you are wanting to buy a car I highly recommend going here and working with him or any of the other wonderful staff!
Roberto and Jp were very professional in providing the service I needed for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I thank them and the other staff who treated me with utmost respect while I was there. I just wish that the parts needed to repair my vehicle were readily available at Auto Nation Parts Department, so I did not have to be inconvenienced by waiting for a part to come in from Atlanta and paying a high daily rate for a rental car that I barely used. I can count on Roberto to do what he can and have my Jeep ready in a timely manner as promised. My mind is at peace when he advises me on the problems and the solutions to have my vehicle repaired and operational again. Thank you for providing me with your expertise and human kindness while I was at Auto Nation. ~ Sheila S. Renfro
Auto Nation did an amazing job with my car! I was having trouble with my ignition, and no one else could give me a proper diagnosis. I brought it to Auto Nation & they were able to diagnose & fix within a day. Customer service was great too! I would highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Robbie and the Service Department at Autonation Northside. I will never take my vehicle or my children’s vehicles to anyone else! Robbie, in service, understands that our main objective is to keep our children safe in their vehicles. Robbie is HONEST, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, super polite, and a great communicator. He offers us options in repairing our vehicle(s) and doesn’t try to “up-sale.” Robbie, if you read this, a heartfelt THANK YOU and your team, for your continued help with our vehicles.
Brought my vehicle is for Problem A, they went past the time that they initially said. Went to pick up my vehicle, paid almost $3,000, drove home and check engine light turns on. I call and nobody answers or calls me back after leaving a message. Now my check engine light doesnt go away, brake lights stay on permanently, brake is slightly applied permanently. They have caused more issued than they fixed and dont want to take responsibility for it.Never going back.
Jarrett at the Northlake location nothing less than awesome! He made my mom and I feel like family! Then the sales manager Justin made me feel rich! I got the best deal for buck! He was super at crunching those numbers to make sure I was happy with everything overall from the vehicle to the payment! He kept me right where I wanted to be! And last but not least the financial manager made paperwork feel like I was signing autographs! This group of guys are the guys you want and need to see for your next vehicle purchase! Thanks again guys of AutoNation Northlake!
Chelsea was freaking awesome. She greeted us before she even had time to put down her purse. She was extremely friendly. She listened to everything I said I wanted. The finance manager was freaking awesome as well. We got one interest rate but within one week he got the interest lowered & we got extra coverage for a lower note. Im going back to trade in my second vehicle & get my husband what he really wants.
As a second time Dodge Ram buyer I couldn’t ask for a better group of salesmanship and costumer service. Since my first text to follow up phone calls all of my vehicle requests were made and follow through with ease. I leave in Florida and I can say that if you want to buy a dodge, Chrysler or jeep this is the place and the people to go to. Thank you all and once again you had make me a super happy costumer. God Bless you all and stay safe.
Bought a car and ended up returning it because I noticed some things that I didnt like about how the car drove after I got it home with it. They have a return policy of 250 miles or 5 days which ever comes first with no questions asked. An awful lot of questions were asked about why I was returning the vehicle. The manager wasnt concerned about what was wrong with the car but how they could get me to keep the car. The manager told me they would put an end draft notice on my loan, but the loan was still processed, and I have tried to make contact for several days leaving several messages by email and voicemail without getting any response back. If your not in any kind of hurry go to Auburn or Atlanta.****Update**** It has been over two weeks and I still have not been contacted by the General Manager after leaving several messages. They also have not returned any of my funds. I was told by the manager my funds with be returned within a couple days but it has been 15. I understand there is a process to everything but people (especially those in supervisory positions) should not offer information up, especially if it is wrong information.
My whole family uses AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and FIAT North Columbus and we are never disappointed. They always go above and beyond to make sure our vehicles are in excellent condition and safe to drive. I wouldnt even let me granddaughter purchase any car that they could not service there--because I trust them.
Purchased a Jeep Compass my sales person Brittany couldnt do enough she found a Compass that had the options we were looking for and get this even the color on the lot. Im disabled they made sure the vehicle would work for me and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Finance made sure to get us the best rate. J.P. from the service department spend time with me answering all my questions and again made sure the vehicle would meet my needs. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable, yes I would purchase another vehicle from AutoNation and recommend the dealership to family and friends. A+ all the way. Sincerely Jens Koenig
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and FIAT North Columbus, GeorgiaShortly after having a check engine code read, I was directed to your dealership. Arriving at the service entrance I was introduced to “JP”. He told me the code was serious and the truck should not be driven. Being from out of state (Wyoming) and the time was only days until Christmas, I was worried. When something of this magnitude happens, I am the type of person who needs information in order to properly plan out my options. After not hearing from “JP” for over a day and a half, and finding out that that my truck had been “Bumped” in getting the attention it needed, I stopped in and told him what I required and he made it a point to keep me better informed. Once my truck was in the shop for diagnosis, and subsequently engine teardown, the repair work was quick, and “JP” keep me well informed. He got one of the techs to spend some overtime on my truck and it was put back together quicker than I expected. Upon hearing my truck was ready for pick up I had it loaded and was on my way back home (Wyoming) that afternoon.I am appreciative of the knowledge that “JP” had and explaining what the problem was and what it would take to get the repair completed. I was thankful, after some delay, that he kept me up to date on the repair progress. The work from the techs seemed to be top notch in that I had no trouble on the 1300 + mile return trip. I hope it does not happen again, but I would highly recommend your service department and “JP’s” excellent knowledge in taking care of my Ram truck again.
I had a great experience with AutoNation Chrysler at North Lake in Columbus Georgia. I got my oil changed... It took longer then I expected, but it was worth the wait considering it was a Saturday. That is when everyone have that time to get things done.Customer service was on point. The service manger checked me out.He went over and printed out pricing for tires that I will eventually need. Thank Autonation for great service!

2022-04-24Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had! I actually live in Wisconsin but purchased my new 2022 Jeep Rubicon 392 from their Georgia location. My salesman Darrel was literally THE BEST!! He made the buying process incredibly smooth, always made himself available anytime I had a question, or wanted to check on the status of my build order. The day I picked up vehicle Darrel spent a good chunk of time going over everything with me as well, ensuring I felt comfortable with the features my new Jeep offered. Kenny and the parts team were fantastic as well and ensured I had the new grill and steps added to my vehicle by the time I arrived to pick it up. The service advisor, Tyler was also a pleasure to work with. He helped assist me with loading some extra parts I needed to take with me as well as properly protecting the items so they wouldn’t scuff up the new interior of my vehicle. All around I would give this dealership 10 stars if I could! Thanks so much for everything guys. I feel entirely confident in recommending this place to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. If you’re looking for an honest, transparent and excellent experience purchasing your next vehicle look no further!

2022-02-10Absolutely horrible! Sabrina who had no time to be my sales person sold me a car online and totally forgot about me. I paid $1000 to have my car shipped to Florida. It was never cleaned and Sabrina told me that it wasn’t cleaned to my liking! I have the original pictures from the ad that they put online and it looks exactly the same. The pictures below are the pictures from me that I had taken when I had received the car. Even the driver said the car was so dirty. I have yet to receive my contract and it’s been weeks nor do I have the $400 that I paid to have my tag registered. They also overcharged me on the tax and I never received that either. The manager Mike is a joke! He told me that he would pay to have the car detailed and when I told him how much it was he declined to have it done. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any AutoNation. Sabrina told me if she would’ve known it was going to be like this she never would’ve sold me the car. This is her fault not mine. This car should have been detailed and I should have received my contracts and my money. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they have not even responded to them! I have called the finance department and they never responded back either. No one at the store takes accountability. Caveat emptor! Just be careful if you buy anything from them

2022-04-17This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had, and I LOVE my new Wrangler!! Cameron was amazing - he listened to what I wanted and was extremely patient… I don’t know how many times he ran back and forth trying to get it to where it would work for me but I am very grateful. As a matter of fact, all of the employees there were very friendly with words of greetings and smiles and just seemed genuinely happy to be there. I wish I could remember the sweet guy’s name who was in the finance office at the end… he was also very nice and I really appreciate how he interacted with my daughter and included her in the conversation. Him and Cameron are great assets to this amazing dealership.

2022-03-30I brought my son’s jeep in to repair two warranty issues with his visors. Both visors were hanging in front of the the driver and passenger. It was a safety issue and a factory recall. On my initial appointment two months ago, I informed the service department of the issue before arriving. The service department kept the vehicle for a day and did not repair the issue. Supposedly they advised they ordered the parts and would call back when the parts arrived so that we could bring the jeep back and install them. After at least 6 calls and two months the parts were supposedly ordered (only through my prompting) so we made an appointment to repair the visors that were literally hanging in front of my 17 year old son while driving for months. We dropped the jeep off for the service appointment and were told later that day that the wrong parts were ordered and that the jeep would be ready the next day. So we left the jeep there another day (for a twenty minute repair). We finally received the jeep back in a safe condition yesterday.I find it ironic that the service coordinators state every time you pick up a vehicle to rate them a 10 out of 10 when I’m getting 1 out of 10 service.I will not bring my vehicle in for service here again and will elect to go to another location, even if that means driving further. At least I will get the attention needed and the problem resolved in a timely manner.

2022-03-31My husband and I went to AutoNation with no specific car in mind, we just wanted to look around and see what we could find. Chris Buchanan was absolutely amazing and showed us every vehicle that matched our personal preferences. Super happy with our decision and would highly recommend Chris to anyone that is just looking. He was very patient with me and never tried to push something on us that he knew we wouldnt want. The finance department was equally as patient and nice. Overall experience was the best I have had at a dealership in years.

2022-05-06My salesman, Cameron was great. We worked the deal out online. We also text and talked on the phone. He even found me a shuttle to get from the airport to their dealership. He made the whole transaction go smoothly. I would recommend Cameron and AutoNation Chrysler Ram to everyone. Great Service.

2022-04-15Not only was my car at the dealership for three months everything was not fixed on it and when I complained they told me that it was going to be another $3500 to fix something that should have been fixed when they had my vehicle. Not only am I upset about the length of time that it took but the lack of professionalism when it came to taking care of all of my needs for my vehicle. I’m completely understanding of the state that we’re in with parts not coming in in a timely manner but it’s completely disheartening to know that I could be going down the road in my car and something might just shut off because they didn’t fix it. I understand I’m not a mechanic but when something is going wrong and you’re not willing to take responsibility for it that creates a huge problem specially with something like a vehicle I took it back to them four times after picking up my car and it’s still not fixed. If you want your car fixed don’t take it here.

2022-03-06Customer Service from Cameron Fraser was unpleasant. He told me to come in and become a couple walked in with a much bigger purchase he left me sitting there and then brushed me off. If I can rate him zero stars I would. I will be filing a complaint on him because that was very rude of him. I wouldn’t recommend Cameron Fraser to anyone!!! If you need help he is not the person.

2022-03-03Took my truck in on a Tuesday to het a new key and have it programmed. No one ever called to say they were keeping it overnight which was a huge inconvenience because my wifes car was in the shop also. I called the next morning and spoke to a woman who said it might be ready before noon but she couldnt promise that. I said that is fine but if I cant get it before 1140am could I receive a call because I had an appointment at noon to have my back window fixed. She said she would tell the technician. Never received a call until noon to tell me my truck was ready. I have had issues with Auto Nation before and do not like dealing with them but I needed a new key.

2022-04-10Overall great dealership. Booking an appointment online is easy and the timeliness of service is quick. I’ve gotten my oil changed on my 2021 wrangler here twice and both times I’ve been out within 1.5hrs. I will continue going here for my Jeep needs.
