Didn’t have an appointment, but they squeezed me because I was concerned about losing tire pressure. I ended up ordering 2 new tires and getting my oil changed. The tires were in the next day. Listened to a speech on my phone as I awaited the installation of my new tires. By the time the speech wrapped up, my car was ready. I loved working with Raul. Very courteous and professional as well as knowledgeable .
Used the online app to make an appointment for 2:30 pm but truck didnt move until 4:00. One of the guys said they were overbooked that day? Basically the appointment time didnt mean anything? They also couldnt fix my trucks fault, asked me to bring it back and leave it with them. I will comment the maintenance manager did come explain the issue to me which I appreciated. Lesson learned is dont waste time waiting with your vehicle, if I take it here again Ill drop it off and wait for them to call.
I’m not completely sure if I am supposed to review my recent car purchase or my recent service (both in the same week). First my car buying experience was awesome; no getting frustrated, none of the hassle of trying to tag on extras such as gap insurance, warranties, etc. Richard (Little Richard) was my sales associate for my purchase. He’s awesome and very knowledgeable on all the vehicles and put me in the right car to meet my needs. And my recent service on an existing vehicle I purchased from this dealership two years ago was quick and easy (I made an appointment). They got me in and out in no time at all. I highly recommend both sales and service shop for both of your service and/or purchase needs.
My husband and I had the most incredible experience with Darius and Mitch at AutoNation South Columbus. Darius was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our car purchase experience easy. He and Mitch both did great communicating with us the process and each step from walking on the lot to pulling off with our new Jeep. I highly recommend going to see them both for your next car purchase.
My truck wouldnt start twice over three days. Each time once I got a jump I took it to two different local parts stores to have the battery tested. Each time it tested good. I then took it to autonation to have them test it and it tested good with them. The part that I appreciated was that they had me bring my truck in the next day to have it thoroughly tested electrical system and all. Again no issues were found but I was expecting to have some charge for that but was not. I still dont know what caused the issue but I feel comfortable taking it back there if it happens again.
I had a scheduled appointment for service on my vehicle and as soon as I got there, I was checked in. There was a few cars ahead of me, but the service did not take long. The manager would periodically keep me up to date on where they were at. This was my first service and was very pleased.
Autonation really helped me with everything I needed. Test drove and had a good conversation during the test drive. Kyle really made the experience feel authentic and real plus having me talk to the right people to help me with any further questions. I loved it there, definitely would recommend it.
The service went smooth no issues. The wait was a little uncomfortable with no where to seat but, after the fire and the place getting renovated, that was to be expected. But, over all everything went smooth and Raul my service advisor helped out with all the questions that I had and was completely honest from start to finish.
I wasnt going to leave a review but I recieved two automated emails asking, so here it is. I booked two vehicles for warranty issues one Monday one Thursday. Dropped off Monday explained the issues and they said two were covered and theyd take a look at the third. Notified some mechanics called in sick so they probably wouldnt get to it until Tuesday. No big deal. Thursday morning rolls around and no updates from them. Call and find out its not ready so I cancel my second vehicles appt. Friday still not done, no big issue. Go to check on it Monday, they never took anything apart but they did order parts. Sounds like I could have picked it up the week prior. Now we are at 3+ weeks later no update on if parts have come in or a tentative timeline. I understand covid issues since weve all dealt with them over the 18 + months but could have mitigated the frustration with some communication.
I had an amazing experience here. Chris Herring, one of the sales representatives, was very responsive in answering questions and made the whole process very smooth. I purchased a Ford Escape there and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend buyiny a car from this dealership.
I can’t rave enough about this dealership. Each time my husband and I have been to Autonation South Columbus, we’ve had a good experience. We always deal with Chris Herring (salesman) and Mitch, and they make things so easy. They’re both amazing, and make purchasing a vehicle a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership, and Chris!!PS - loving my new Wagoneer!
Every time I go to the dealership (south Columbus) I am quickly taken care of. My requests are never denied or go unnoticed. The communication and customer service is excellent each time I speak with a team memeber. I mostly deal with Christopher and Tito. They are always an awesome help. Thank you for your services
I just recently traded in my truck for a more family/road trip friendly vehicle. The experience from start to finish was top notch. The appraisal of my vehicle was fast and fair and I was offered more than what carvana quoted me with their online appraisal tool. The vehicle that i wanted was not in their inventory and had to be transported from Florida. It was delivered in about 3 days so I was very satisfied with the efficiency of that service. My sales rep, Jonah Thomason, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was more of a dude helping me out than a salesman trying to throw a vehicle at me. Customer service was outstanding overall. He still follows up with a random phone call every now and then. A real stand up guy.I will be referring anybody I know that is looking to trade in, sell or buy a vehicle and I will very likely be doing business with Autonation South Columbus in the future. Thanks a lot guys, y’all are an awesome team.
I have mixed feelings about them. The initial experience was okay. They were a little slow on financing considering I sent my application and all my details ahead of time. Mondreko was nice and easy to work with on getting the information about the truck I bought. My biggest concern was the vehicle I bought. There were clearly some issue that they didnt address, not that I wasnt expecting some issues. I was disappointed when the check engine light came on after a 100 miles, I knew instantly they were hiding some bs. I had the truck looked at and it was obvious that they reset the check engine light because there was water in the fuel filter and none of the sensors on the NEW tires were reporting. Also they had just done an oil change per the Carfax report they posted with the vehicle. Like I said I was expecting some maintenance work to be needed due to the mileage on the truck, but not the check engine light being reset and concealed.
Confusing to find someone to help. The techs sit at the desk see you walk in and say nothing. I stood at the window that you can not see through for about 6 minutes until some guy walked by asking what did I need. I had over 5 techs walked past me before the 6th one asked me what did I need.MY APPOINTMENT was at 10:30am. I went to the mall and came back it was 5pm and my car was still not finished. What were they doing ? rebuilding a new car? I went there for a thermostat and it took 7.5 hours. Then me and the kids sat in the waiting are people in the office walking through not speaking(hospitality), no refreshments(water or snacks) in place it was extremely hot outside.
All I can say about the service department as I will never be back. I drop my vehicle off on the 2nd for a cylinder misfire they ended up having my vehicle longer than I did. I can tell you if youre going to take your vehicle in for service take photos of it first because you will not be getting it back the same way. I dropped my vehicle off with no imperfections on the rims now my rims are all scratched up and I had to clean all the grease off of my vehicle. The customers in the service waiting area Im letting you know that your service advisors be joking about you being angry. This is the worst experience in a service department I have ever had.
Please do not take your vehicle here for any maintenance or repairs. My 2019 ram was having issues shifting out and all sensor lights where on after my battery died. I had it towed, proceeded to get a rental car. It took a week for a diagnosis, I was told the back up sensor had caused a short and truck needed updates. My warranty would not cover and I was looking at a roughly 2400 dollar fix. Week three I was told my truck was going to be ready by Friday. I never received any other news, so Friday I returned my very expensive rental. I called the dealer and was on hold the entire time it took me to get to the shop (30min). I asked about the status and no one could give me a straight answer. The manager, I presume then tells me the part has not arrived, it would be the following tuesday. He cliamed they tried to call but my voice mail was full (untrue I looked up my call history, no call). I asked If he had my number he then tells me he did not know my number. I asked what had been done in the 3 weeks my vehicle was there. The answer was NOTHING. I got my keys and left, thankfully I did. I took my truck to car tunes off vitrantins pkwy. They had my truck fixed in less then 2 hours, it only needed the SMS module reset and the exhaust manifold had a slight crack. It cost me 200.They tried to rip me off and did because I had unnecessary expense with a rental for 3 weeks totaling over 1000. Please do not trust these people times are hard enough on people for them to take advantage of you.
My mom got a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from here. She only had a 7 day or 150 mile warranty. 5 days later the car would not go into drive, she had to get the car towed back to the dealership her self. They called and said car was fixed. 2 days later the car would not go into drive or reverse. She towed the car back to them. They then told her the transmission was gone and they had to replace it. She was still with-in the 150 mile warranty so they were fixing the car for free. It took 2 months to fix the car. She just got the car back Monday June 20th 2022 now the service 4 wheel drive light continues to pop on. She took the car back to them June 22, 2022 and they said it will be $3000 to fix and she is responsible for it. They sold her a lemon and they have horrible customer service
Had a less than pleasurable experience with Kaleb at an attempt to get a new Jeep ordered. I was left under the impression that my Jeep was ordered and being built for the last month. I asked for an update today only to find out that they still haven’t ordered it and Kaleb is unsure of what the issue exactly is. Just an overall failure in communication
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Firstly, I waited 2 1/2 hours. I thought I was saving time by coming here and not Opelika. Not only that, but in that time the service worker somehow “forgot” to do a tire rotation. I noticed the “mistake” later on in the day because the tire I marked was untouched. I should have noticed sooner but I was in a rush since it did take 2 1/2 hours for essentially just an oil change. So, I go back and they do the rotation but they were adamant that they did such before until I told them that I had a marked tire, then the issue was no more. Lastly, I notice the very next day, that my front passenger tire is slowly losing air. I go and fill it up and the next day it’s losing air again. I go to examine my tire and there is a nail embedded in the tire. Now, I can’t say for certain that this was there issue to have but it is rather curious that it happened right after I basically caught them in there own scam that they probably have pulled hundreds of times before. I’ve gotten better service from Walmart. Lessons learned here: always mark at least one tire to insure of a rotation and take picture to prove(learned from an old mechanic), and never go to AutoNation Columbus again.
My husband and I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years in both the technical side, auto body and insurance adjusters, and the attitude of Dale and the way he carried himself and treated others was unacceptable. You may consider moving his office out of the ear shot of customers considering how he talks to the employees and whoever he is talking to on the phone. Not only was he rude to us, never apologized or even acknowledged their screw up which resulted in a 4 hour wait, but he was so arrogant and condescending. He is NOT an asset to your team.
What a wonderful experience we had with AutoNation of Columbus. We were buying a car for our son and found the perfect one. They helped with the financing and even transported the car over to Atlanta for us. Great group of people that helped out to get this amazing car. It was the perfect way to buy a car at a great rate.
I was kind of hesitant going in to buy a car with the way prices are these days, but the folks here at Autonation really helped me. My lovely sales rep Alliyah Thomas and the manager did what was necessary to get me into the vehicle I WANTED and not just a vehicle they were wanting to sale. My only issue with any of this was the fact when I test drove the vehicle, the gas light was on. When the sale was final and I got in to drive it off, they only filled it up to just half a tank....I can recall a time when you left the lot on a full tank of gas....
I visited the dealership for a claim on the extended warranty I purchased. I spoke with James Peoples and he directed me to a service specialist by the name of Tito. These two people made me feel special and made sure my repairs were done also, that I was totally satisfied. I know have a level of confidence when I have to get my car repaired or serviced. Thanx Tito and James!
I brought in my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica because the forward collision sensor was not working. Tito went above and beyond to figure out the exact problem and had it fixed for me as quickly as he could. Tito’s honesty and customer service will bring my husband and I back for future car service needs!
I brought my Jeep in for a recall. When they performed the recall it shut down my heat, A/C, and defrost. It has taken a couple of months of them trying to figure out what went wrong, I am now being told that since I had upgraded my radio a couple of years ago, then the fact that they damaged my car is my fault. I picked it up in worse shape than when I dropped it off. I would avoid this dealership--a lot of head scratching and no customer service!
I deal with Chris Wesolkoc at the AutoNation on Victory Drive in Columbus, GA.Hes always attentive, listens and handles each situation with compassion and prompt attention.I work for a Housing Authority and we take our Durangos for service or problems.I would highly recommend AutoNation for car service and repair needs.
Great experience! Great interaction with all. Did not feel pressured at all. Chris Herring was an awesome salesperson and very helpful with additional information I needed for my purchase. Thank you for being part making this additional step needed to making my dream into reality.Thank you Chris Herring!
Regular customer at Autonation . Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They get the work done correctly, the first time. Prices are reasonable. Work is exceptional. Will continue to patronize in the future. Josh the service advisor is aces. He knows the history of both my cars. He is very accommodating. The mechanics are great. Between both my cars I have 250,000 miles and I’m confident in either one that they will be reliable n dependable. The service and sales area are immaculate. Everytime it’s a positive experience. If Josh is not there , pretty much any other advisors give 5 star service. You can’t lose there.
I had an appointment at 7:30 am to put rims on my Jeep. It’s now 10:30 am and I saw them just putting Jeep on the rack to put rims on. I was told earlier that they were working on the Jeep which was a lie. Why have appointments if y’all are going to keep them. This is poor Customer Service! Y’all need to do better. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I worked with Christopher, Chase and many others who helped whenever I had a question who were very knowledgeable and I would 100% come back again for all my vehicles needs. Chris was fantastic and got us in a truck I didnt think I would get in. I recommend anyone go here for all their purchases, they are always willing to help.
I had I nice experience the Sales Associate Modreko Francis was very informative. Honestly he is the only sales associate in the 30 years that I have been purchasing jeeps that knew about all the features on the Jeep that purchased. He did follow up with me twice even after the purchase wanting to make sure that I had the electronics all set up. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase. Also he was polite not pushy at all really appreciated that
My Jeep would not start and I was stuck at Zaxbys, so I decided to have it towed to their location because I heard that they have excellent service & I’m glad that I decided to go there. They were absolutely great and solved what was going on with my Jeep. The main fuse went out & the fuse cable was damaged on the fuse box. My parts were ordered & installed right before my Birthday. I am very happy & thankful for everything!
The salesperson was great. We all know that used cars are in demand right now. That being said, the price on used cars are up. However, dealerships wont pay the customer what their vehicle is worth. You later see the vehicle on their lot for thousands more than they allowed you. The dealership makes a killing on your vehicle. On the new vehicle, the dealership also makes a killing because we should all know the MSRP (manufacturers suggested retail price) Is greater than the invoice price(the price the dealer pays for the new vehicle). On top of that, there are addendums(items the dealership adds to get the price even higher). And lets not forget the markup(this price is added because we the consumer has shown great interest in this vehicle). Its time we as consumers take back our power and cut out the middleman(the dealerships). Im not trading anymore vehicles(I have children and grandchildren). Lets get back to trading and bargaining with each other.I just needed to vent(hope this helps someone).
Christopher Herring is absolutely hands-down the best salesman you want to deal with while you’re here if you want a good quality experience. Everybody is awesome but Chris is going to take your money and value it like it’s his and the sales manager Mitch and Danielle are going to make sure that the right fit you in the vehicle you want and get you in it. Great job Chris for making me by my 10th or 11th vehicle, see you next year.
Little delay at scheduled appointment time. Not enough to report negatively on service team. My service advisor Christopher Wesolko did an amazing job walking me through the service requirements, literally making my drop off so much easier.A few issues I did have, transmission machine was not operating so wasn’t able to complete all my services. Left my vehicle over night and picked up the following morning. It wasn’t until I pulled out of dealership that I notice my drivers side leather seat, door panel, and center console was slightly smeared with oil/grease. Nothing a towel couldn’t clean up… but should have be cleaned prior to me picking up my vehicle.Other wise great work.
When I tell you this place is awesome, I mean its big AWESOME. I bought a truck from them, the truck had an issue with the cluster. Then issue with cluster coming in. Finally cluster came but was wrong part. All this is over a 2 month course. Now Im sure your asking well what did AutoNation do during this time. Let me tell you, they put me in a 2020 Laramie, the best experience to ever happen to me. P. S dont tell my wife and kids that. Finally replaced my truck with this beautiful Dodge Laramie, took alot of work, but they pulled it off for me. Thank you Dale, Richard, Josh and the AutoNation South side. Im proud to be in the Mopar and AutoNation family. So wonderful we now own a 2018 Camry from them also.
The vehicle is fine. The buying experience was comically bad at points. Set up an appointment to check a vehicle out, arrived and was told the vehicle was not available for test drive because it had not been inspected, but I could return tomorrow. So I came back the next day and was told the vehicle still had not been cleaned or inspected. This time I was able to test drive it and was comfortable purchasing the vehicle as long as some minor things the sales guy and I agreed on, so we wrote up the documents. In the sales office one of the sales managers tried to pressure me into signing a document that excluded the repairs the sales guy and I agreed on and I had to refuse to sign for him to add them. So I get the vehicle after the repairs. The office waited two weeks to send the papers to my credit union, and then called me hourly because they did not get the check in 24 hours of sending the documents and it had been “2 weeks” and that was my fault. Then the title office waited until 1 business day before the temporary tag expired to send the title paperwork to the dmv. If you find a good deal go for it, just know it’s not going to be a smooth process.
I can say that they really do work with you and try there best to put you in what you want they dont give you the run around the process could not have been easier I can say this is one of the best experience that I have had purchasing a vehicle and I plan on making many more purchases with and from this companyMr. Cutter did everything and I do mean everything to make sure I was satisfied and to get me into the vehicle I wanted and I truly appreciate him for that the process was a little long but I wasnt complaining because it was well worth the wait I would have gave them 5 stars besides that wait but I understand that you have to go thru alot of things and paperwork to make sure everything is right and done correctly again one of the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and truly appreciate it and thanks Mr.Cutter for all he did to get me into a vehicle I wanted and I most definitely will be making future purchases from them well worth the time to go and check them out I had planned on getting a vehicle next year but do to certain circumstances I had to push that plan forward and make a purchase soonerAnd I glad that I came there to do so again I appreciate and thank yall very much and look forward to future endeavors
My experience here was exceptional. The service team has always taken very good care of me, each time I come in to keep up my vehicle servicing. Any concerns I have about my vehicle are addressed and explained to me promptly after they check my vehicle. I will continue to use the service team here on any future needs for my Jeep Renegade.
The service department here is incredibly slow. I had a recall on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler for the driver seatbelt. It was ordered in April - never got a call that it came in. Finally, I followed up. We scheduled maintenance that they said would take 30 min. It took 2.5hrs in a FREEZING cold waiting room. Only to get in my car and realize they didn’t put it all the way back together, the maintenance then came out and fixed it … again. Glad I noticed before driving away. I’ve also had oil changes here that took 8 hours. Not impressed.I will note that everyone was SUPER friendly and helpful. Especially David in service. Thank you.
Went to dealership to look at a specific vehicle and once we got there we were told it that it still needed to go through services and have replaced ( IMO I don’t think a vehicle should be posted on line if it is not available to show or test drive). We were able to look at it (even though dirty from previous owners)so that was a plus. We then looked at another vehicle and took it for a test drive. Everything was good but we thought there was an issue with the steering. We brought it up to the salesperson and he decided to test drive himself with us in the car the whole time telling us nothing is wrong. (Typical because trying to make sale which is fine but IMO should have said I will have it looked at just to put us at ease). I am only giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly and our salesperson was friendly but during the test drive ( when sales person was driving)the salesperson did not wear a seat belt and he was talking on phone with phone to ear with me my wife and 10 year old son in vehicle. To me that is a big safety concern. I won’t give the salespersons name but you company needs to talk to your employees an reiterate the importance of safety. Because of this incident it has put a sour taste in mine and my wife’s mouth to it come back. Hopefully you will do better in future.
Emily is amazing! A-MA-ZING. She was super thorough and efficient. Has great patience and REALLY showed that she cared about my purchase and my experience. Went above and beyond in just about every aspect of our interaction and even noticed that I was being charged for tints that werent on the car. She quickly rectified the situation by getting me into the tint shop the next business day, put me in a loaner vehicle and had me back in my car in under 3 hours. Highly recommend Emily, you wont regret it!
After having a repair completed on the Certified Pre-Owned Jeep I bought from this dealer, their service department tells me that they have no records on the vehicle, did not perform the inspection to certify it as a CPO vehicle, and didnt perform any services (the certification inspection requires an oil change). When I bought the vehicle, the CAFAX stated that Autonation CJDR South Columbus certified the vehicle and performed an oil change. The vehicle even had a sticker in the windshield that stated that it just had an oil change. I also called the Chrysler CPO program and they are tracking that this dealer certified the vehicle. So, they are either lied to Chrysler about conducting the required inspection/services or are unable to keep accurate records. Either way, the issue I brought the Jeep in to be repaired should have been caught by the certification inspection (stripped oil pan drain plug) and lack of record keeping doesn’t help anyone. Probably wont use this dealer again.
The service I received here was nothing short of amazing. Every concern I had with my Jeep was addressed and remedied. Our service advisor Josh was great to work with. Communication was amazing and he kept me updated on everything as it was happening and answered all of my questions. Not once did I have to reach out to him to get updates. The service they provided on the jeep as well as the customer service I received was by far the best I have ever received from a dealership or their service center. Would highly recommend them and will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else.
9/9/2021 The service that day was bad, I checked my vehicle at 0715, the advisor could not long on his system, I asked for the 1st service, and check at the ride/ wheel steering feedback, which I bought the vehicle from them March. Since I didnt get a call to pick up my vehicle I called the advisor and he said it was on the rack around 1350. I waited until 1430 showed up to pick up the vehicle, but the advisor said the vehicle is not ready and it will take an hour. Finally I got my vehicle around 1645. They changed the oil, and said they didnt did it but bring another day. Bottom line is I dont thing anything was done beside the oil change, now my vehicle shifting hard and have two warning on the vehicle Electronic Throttle control andMalfunction indicator light. To summarize the experience is 9 hours at your shop, 2 malfunction lights on a 2021 Longhorn, that I didnt have it on it when I came in. I just need to know if this can be corrected or do I need go to another dealership who has the expertise to correct this new problem. I am calling the dealership Service Manger!!!!!William
My experience with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of South Columbus was a good one. The vehicle they presented on-line was just as they represented it so there were no surprises when I arrived at the dealership. The dealership personnel were friendly, professional and courteous. They worked diligently to meet my request to process the paperwork quickly so I could be on my way.
I recently traded-in and purchased a new vehicle from this AutoNation location in Columbus, GA and can’t say enough about how easy, efficient, and positive my experience was. From start to finish, I was able to inquire online (I live about 2 hrs away) and complete the transaction in-person all within a 24hr period. Willie Potts was the Sales Associate who took care of me throughout the process, I would highly recommend going to see him if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Willie was friendly, thorough, easy to talk to, and helped me drive away with my dream car! They even matched a trade-in appraisal on my old vehicle that I had received from another dealership. The finance portion of the transaction was also smooth and without any pressure. Wayne was extremely organized, informative and explained every step of the financing process from start to finish. In addition to Willie and Wayne, Mitchell was a quick communicator via email and over the phone when we initially inquired about the car (followed up with my husband even though they had just closed for the evening), and Dale the Sales Manager greeted us and got us set up with Willie to complete the sale when we arrived the next morning. 10/10 overall experience! Thank you so much!
It took almost a full week for my vehicle to even be looked at after being towed there. Already knowing the issue myself I was told there was an additional issue which I knew not to be true. Once vehicle was finally looked at I was overpriced for an alternator replacement reaching well over $1100.00 dollars after also being told I had a computer issue.I declined the computer but the price somehow still remained the same. I called daily and was told I’d be called back which never happened.I immediately told them not to touch my vehicle and I will have it towed elsewhere to an honest service station that doesn’t drag their feet. Horrible experience.
I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. I purchased a very expensive used truck. They gave me the best deal in the state. They delivered it to me. The customer service was great. Turns out I had buyers remorse. I called they sales manager the next day and asked if I could take advantage of the 5 day 250 mile money back guarantee. He said no problem. I drove the truck back to Columbus and swapped keys. No haggle no nothing. Any dealership that stands by the deal like that is better than most. When I am more comfortable I will return to purchase again.
I loved the atmosphere there. It was very welcoming and the personnel were very polite and very nice. Theyre also funny especially Little Richard because I love to laugh which gave them another plus plus. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions quickly. They definitely know what theyre doing and what the customer is looking for. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Nice vehicle with nice prices. And if you find anything wrong with your vehicle they fix it right then which is a plus plus in my book. I bought a 2008 Jeep Commander Limited and Ive loved every minute of my decision of buying from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM South Columbus on Victory Drive! Thank you guys so much for doing an awesome job! Keep up the great sales!!!! Thank you Little Richard for getting me in my wonder Jeep. I will be back to get that Jeep Gladiator next.
I had to take my car in for a radio repair, I scheduled an appointment, they did everything. I didnt have any hassle whatsoever. It was the best experience Ive had at a dealership. This is my second visit to Dodge. I went in for a recall. It only took a couple of hours and everyone was nice and informative, I even had a few laughs with some of the customer service guys. Overall good visit.
Tom at Jeep Dodge Chrysler Ram was so kind and such a help during my service. Especially after just moving to the area it was nice to have someone that was kind and gave me the truth about my vehicle and the upkeep it will need to stay running well! I’m super happy with my service and will be coming back!
Had a couple items in my new $63k Ram 1500 swapped out. Technician left grease marks on my headliner as well as all over my dashboard, drivers seat, and center console. The drivers side exterior door was smeared with oil along with the front grill and hood. Took 8 hours to swap out a dome light and a speaker, forgot to do the oil change so I had to wait an extra hour when I showed up to pick up my “completed” vehicle. Total wait was 9 hours. Charged me $93 for an oil change and refused to rotate the tires unless I paid $30 on top of that. I was told there were no courtesy vehicles available to reserve ahead of time by the rep, but watched an attractive woman get handed keys to a courtesy vehicle after dropping her $15k keep off for an oil change.
My husband spoke with someone on the phone about getting new tires. The person on the phone told him he would need to come to the store to order and pay for new tires up front. After work he went to AutoNation to order and pay and the guy who worked with him said that he couldve ordered over the phone and pay when they put the new tires on. So that was one annoyance that people arent giving customers consistent information and it wasted his time to have to go to the store. He was told to make an appointment to get the new tires put on so he made the appointment for 2:30 pm a couple of days later. He shows up at his appointment time and is forced to wait, it was after 6pm beforehand finally got the car back! Waiting around 4 hrs to get 4 new tires put on, even though he made an appointment! It wasted most of our day and I needed my van to run errands which I was no longer able to do. The sales person went home before my husband left! Terrible customer service, inconsistent information, and not using time management skills. I hate to say it, but I wish we wouldve gotten tires elsewhere (its not like the price made any difference in our decision to go to AutoNation vs elsewhere), I dont want to have to deal with these people again for rotations and any tire care using our warranty on the tires. Train your people better, and for goodness sakes, if someone makes an appointment you should be ready at the appointment time to work on that vehicle and get them out quickly. Dont make appointments if youre going to work on everything else before the person who made an appointment.
Another positive experience at ANCDJR with Service Advisor, Chris W. at Chrysler Dodge in Columbus, Ga. Good job Chris! Long overdue kudos to Rob A., Parts Advisor. He is spot on when it comes to parts assistance. AutoNation continue to keep notable people at the front line of customer service. It makes a difference!
I had a very positive experience at the AutoNation dealership. The mechanics were kind, pleasant to work with, and diligent. My car repair was done right and did not take too much longer to complete than their original time estimate. The only thing I wasnt too happy about was my steering wheel was somewhat dirty after I got my car back. It was left greasy, so I had to clean it off with some disinfecting wipes.
There is not another place that I take my vehicle in for service! I bought my Dodge Challenger back in 2018 and since then I’ve also had it serviced consistently by the same people for the last two and a half years. I can’t say enough good things about the service staff. They work long hours and you’d never know it. They are very clear about charges and services and take time to answer questions and explain things to you. My car has always been in excellent condition - better when I dropped it off - each time I pick it up. Brownie points for servicing with Chris - he’s patient, knowledgeable, and takes care of your vehicle as if it is his own!
Bought several trucks there through the years Love dodge trucks. My last service experience was not great. I had a 7 am service time. (New tires and service). Only one technician there. A three hour promised service turned into 5. I love the tires. I will still go back.
Had 2 tires replaced and oil changed on my Ram Promaster 3500. This was done on Aug. 26 2021. My first problem with their work is they put 120 PSI in one of the tires and 116 PSI in the other. The tires require 80 PSI. The second problem I have is they sent me a coupon for the oil change in the mail that I used. It was very misleading. Turns out they dont honor that coupon even though it has their name and address on it. I went to see the service manager to complain about my experience, but I actually talked to someone else. He told me they didnt honor the coupon I had ,so I have to give them that one. He also told me their air compressor only goes to 100 PSI. I know most compressors have pressure regulators on them. I also checked my air pressure with 2 different pressure gauges at home the next morning and the 120 and 116 PSI read on both. So I dont how it happened, but they did over fill my 2 tires to a very dangerous level. I wont be going back there for any vehicle servicing again.
Needed recall service and appointment was made within one day which was GREAT! I appreciate the friendliness/ promptness of the staff, the only problem was my appointment was @10:30 and I left around 5 hours later. I understand nowadays businesses are at times understaffed or whatever the case maybe, BUT communication is key and when I asked how long it might take, I was told about 30 minutes. I knew it would probably be longer but just didnt think 5 hours. So overall , I would recommend.... Just improve on communication for obvious reasons.
LONG story, but in case you dont want to read it all - GO TO AUTONATION CDJR SOUTH COLUMBUS AND ASK FOR COLESLAW!!!We purchased a vehicle from another dealer in February. That vehicle has been deemed a lemon and the manufacturer is buying it back.We went to AutoNation around the middle or end of May just to look around and get a feel for what I wanted (even though I really already knew!). We met Cole Towne and he was great. We explained our situation, and he understood fully. He mentioned that he had dealt with a few buyback situations and knew that it can take a little while to get all finalized. We test drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (I wanted the High Altitude) and since I had already done alot of I basically did Coles job for him - I think I surprised him a bit! Now that’s not to say he doesn’t know his stuff, because he certainly does!! I’ve even contacted him a couple times via text with questions, and just today stopped by for clarification on something.I now have the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I have always wanted. Cole was awesome to deal with (and still is). Ray (sales manager) was great in finding just the right car at the right price. Walt (the finance guy) was super pleasant and even a little entertaining as we signed all the paperwork! All around this has been THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had!!!
Sold us 2019 Ram with 28K miles on it with inoperable GPS which I noticed driving it home but assumed a hard reset would realign. They refused to replace GPS unit since it was 3 months out of warranty. Two other dealerships stated No way they couldnt have known when they sold it to you! Fitz even told another dealer Thats their problem and we arent replacing the GPS
I took my boyfriends car here to get checked out and Todd was the guy that helped me out. I told him that I needed to be out of there at certain time so I can get to work on time & he got me out of there in a timely manner. During my wait, they offer bottled water and coffee. Everyone was nice & friendly.
The whole process went very well. Mr Mike, Mr. Potts and Mr. Larry were very nice, their customer service was very good. We were well taken care of. we loving our 03 Escalade. The entire staff was great, thanks for everything. We will be sending you some customers. Thanks Debra and Robert Jackson
Customer service for me was ridiculous at first car was towed to them on Wednesday noone called me until Monday with a diagnostic. I did have to called them to make sure my car was there because of the lack of communication. I always feel I get treated different because I am a woman. I will say when I went to have my car towed back the service rep. was very apologetic.
I don’t normally post reviews, but today I had a memorable experience. I need to ship my vehicle overseas as part of a PCS move for the Army. Part of the process is clearing all active recalls on the vehicle or the vehicle processing center will not accept your vehicle. I scheduled an inspection appointment with the south Columbus location. The scheduling department told me that my vehicle was able to be inspected. I arrived at the service department at my scheduled time and checked in. As soon as the service department realized I had a 2004 jeep with three active recalls, I was given the excuse that the dealership did not have the capability to plug into the vehicle’s computer to run a diagnostic check. I thought it weird that a certified jeep dealership wouldn’t have this capability. The service rep suggested I use a small repair shop to see if they could fix the issue. I accepted the service rep’s word and walked back to my car. I felt the need to press the issue further. I walked back in and asked if they even had the necessary parts in stock. The rep made a phone call to the parts department. Parts department said no parts were in stock. I was then told that the “parts cannot be ordered”. Again, for active recalls I thought this was weird. I got the vibe that the service department really didn’t want to waste their time with my recall situation.I called the north Columbus autonation location and oddly enough, they were able to order the parts. I resulted in calling a Jeep dealership in Colorado (where I am permanently stationed). They could inspect my recalls and get the required parts the next day. The MOPAR website states all parts are available to be ordered.I’m disappointed with the service I received but more than that, I am disappointed that the service rep lied to me repeatedly. It shows a lack of initiative to figure out my recall problems. I will be contacting Jeep corporate headquarters and the NHTSA to file a report so other service members do not have to jump through hoops to get recalls fixed during an already stressful time.
I dropped my car off at 710am for my appointment to change my brakes. I didn’t get my car back until after 5pm as they were closing. I asked multiple times why did it take so long and they stated because I did not wait with the car. I stated why make appointments then if I was still gonna be last. I had things to do that day. My car was gone the whole day and it still wasn’t inspected properly as it’s still making the noise it was making before. Paid 500 dollars for nothing. They called throughout the day asking what was the car there for also so I know it wasn’t getting worked on until later.
I recently purchased a used 2018 Ram Limited 4x4 because the price was awesome and mileage was low to replace my 2014 LongHorn limited that was totaled in a accident. Because the 2018 Ram was used and about 3years old I insisted on purchasing a extended warranty. Sure enough on the second day of ownership major drive train issue back to autonation for repairs covered by manufacturers warranty took a few days to diagnose order parts and rebuild awesome. Darn still having same issue. Back to autonation for quick inspection and repairs. Got it works great good job guys. But just a few days later the stereo is messing up called made appointment next week ( my convenience) inspection order new stereo system receved withen one week and replaced not covered by manufacturers warranty but covered buy extended warranty total cost to me 66 dollars cost of system I guess around two thousand or so. My guess is that alone payed for the extended warranty. Very pleased with the service I received and very happy with the warranty.
I took my vehicle here to let them hear a noise my car was making. They told me it was something dealing with my exhaust pipe system. I had them put a brand new system under my vehicle. The noise stopped for about 2 months and came right back. Ive taken my car back multiple times for them to still say they cant hear the noise when you clearly can. Im upset that Im out of over a thousand dollars and the problem is still not fixed. 😡😠😡
Appointment made for Monday July 19th at 8:45 am to have 2 TPMS replaced . The front on the driver side and back on the passengers side. Received phone call at 4:46 pm that I didnt leave my key to unlocked my wheel. Which made me question was my car up there from 8:45 AM til 4:46 PM before it was even look at?My other issue invoice to have 2 TMPS replaced on 2015 dodge Charger is very questionable for the parts. I understand as far as labor every business is entitled to charger their own rate. But for just the parts just very questionable definitely having invoice overlooked. Total charge $463.63
I set an appointment on a Monday. The truck I wanted to look at was already gone. Test drove another and wasnt thrilled with it. They ran my credit to see what I could get and went from there. I ended up signing a contract on a truck that was actually sold, the salesman overlooked checking its availability or locking it in ( hence the 4 stars instead of 5).Another truck was found and it was in was in my hands by Thursday. Overall the experience was good, some missed communication internally with the salesman and finance but overall It was OK, Ive had worse.I do love my truck. The finance guy got me a good rate and a payment I could live with.
Bought new tires here Dodge. Had them mounted, balanced and they did alignment also.Price wasn’t to bad.... Just under $1,600.00But when I got my feedback email asking for a review, this what it came with at the bottom of the email.-Buy 3 Tires & Get 1 FreeWith the Purchase of an Alignment$250 max discount. Plus taxes, shop supplies, battery fees and hazardous waste fees (where applicable). Must purchase an alignment at full price to redeem. Must present coupon or request discount when order is written. Not valid in conjunction with any other offers or on prior service/sale. Limit one (1) coupon or offer, per vehicle. Not redeemable for cash. Please contact service advisor for details. Offer expires 8/31/2020Didn’t seem fair $313 per tire equaling $1252 with another $348 left over for everything else. When it should have$313 x 3 = $939 + $250 = $1,189.00Just my thoughts !!
This is a wonderful place for service! Had an engine failure in recently bought Charger and came in hoping to get it fixed. Chris Wesolko, a service advisor, was with me every step in trying to fix it but sadly it couldn’t be, the price for another engine was to high. The sales people are equally helpful, especially Richard, they hooked me up with a 2017 Kia Forte and fought to bring the payments for it down. Would definitely recommend this place for any first time car buyer
Great sales and finance team. ..very happy with the trade in quote and especially the new Ram Truck I purchased. There was a small problem w the truck I didnt see prior to buying but it was taken care of by my sales rep and the service dept very quickly with zero hassle or inconvenience. Id definitely buy from this Autonation dealer again.
Very easy to deal with! Chris was awesome! EVERYTHING done via TEXT! Exactly how I needed and requested! Gave me more for my trade than anyone else and sold me the vehicle for $1000s less than anyone else. Couldn’t have been easier! Spent no more than an hour at the dealership. No gimmicks, no pushing, just trade/sign/drive!
Absolutely the best buying experience I have had in 30+ years. Chris and Mitch were great to work with and took the time to find the vehicle we wanted. We worked with them via phone/email and the vehicle and paperwork were ready when we came in from CA. Even living 2000 miles away from the dealership I will reach out to them first when looking for a new vehicle.
While the service representative I spoke with was polite and professional, the service itself was exceptionally poor. I made a reservation and dropped my vehicle off at 10:30, and at 3:30 I was called to ask where the wheel lock but was. In five hours since I’d dropped it off, they had just gotten to the tire rotation. I told them where it was and they said they couldn’t find it. I had them check everywhere in the truck and they couldn’t find it. When I came in to pick it up at 5:30, I checked exactly where I told them it was the first time and it was right there. Thirty minutes later, they got around to checking on my windshield sprayers and notified me that the key fob I requested was on back order nationwide, both of which I had listed as something I wanted to be checked when I made the reservation.Long story short, I dropped it off and seven hours later I still ended up waiting an hour after I came to pick it up and they had done 2 of the 4 things I asked them to do.
I had my car towed in April 14th was told my fuel pump went out and it would be ready the next day. Car was not ready until 2 days later April 16th. When I picked the car up it smell like gas which I thought was normal since they changed the fuel pump I called back the next day on Saturday the 17th to tell them they said if it still smells like gas on Monday to bring it back in. So I brought it back in on that Monday they could not tell me anything and no one was there to help because they were closing in 2 hours. Today is two weeks later and my car still smells like gas. Still waiting for someone to reach back out. I did give them one star because Todd in the service department gave me excellent customer service and he tried to so what he could...
Negative review, I do not recommend. I went in for an oil change- The oil filter cap was not put on properly, oil spewed out everywhere over my car and driveway. The next day the oil was completely emptied. Fluids were not topped off, engine cover was just set on top instead of put back into place.
I have taken all of my past and current vehicles to this dealership for the last 10 years and thanks to Chris Welsoko, Chris Greer, and everyone else in the service department, I will keep coming there to have my vehicles serviced! I would also like to recognize the people on the sales side for always being courteous and friendly. With that said, my next vehicle will be purchased and serviced at this dealership!
Made an appointment to ensure that both my time and the staff’s was accounted for; dropped off vehicle 5 mins prior. My “advisor” was unavailable and didn’t go over service details until 50mins later. Was given no explanation. My appointment was random service and a check engine light issue. No one came to discuss any further findings my assumption was this was going to be a normal appointment. 5 hours later I left with service provided and no findings on the check engine light. I’m unsure why I made an appointment because it was obvious that there was no true timeline or efficiency model. As to the reply to contact the general manager; I was actively in your dealership and this review was simulated by my information being added to your database. It is too obvious that if the general manager did want to “engage with customers” and “ensure customer care” that this information could be retrieved and the call could be made by said person. It is not my job to outsource the customer care experience for your managerial team.
Moved into South Columbus a few months back. Needed to find a good service department for my 18 Chrysler 300. Auto Nation is very good. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable. My service advisor Josh is excellent, very pleasant , knowledgeable and extremely professional. The work that’s needed is necessary, I don’t have to worry about being charged for work that’s not needed. Bottom line is the price is reasonable, the work is done right the first time, and also in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied and will return n patronize Auto nation .
Josh, my service tech, and Chris, the service manager were awesome! Quick intake allowed me to get to work on time, and a call letting me know the work was done was greatly appreciated. Very personal guys who charge you a fair price, and treat you right. I always recommend this place to friends, even if they dont drive Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge products. Keep up the good work. After comparing tire prices around the local area, I chose to buy my tires at the dealership, where I got the best deal all around. Tires were less than I expected to pay, and the the free balance, and bargain deal on front alignment have my 1500 Ram humming along the highway. Thanks to and Chris Wesolk, my service technician, and Chris the service manager for always taking such good care of me and my truck, I really appreciate it.
Called last week to schedule a vehicle for oil change and tire rotation and was given today in the morning. Yesterday, they called to confirm the appointment and it was confirmed. Today, they said they are overbooked and was asked if we would like to leave the vehicle so they could do it tomorrow, we asked if it was guaranteed, they said no. We asked the cashier inside and was told two mechanics were on vacation this week. They( Mike) said to reschedule it next Tuesday. I would understand if they called in advance to let us know about the situation but they did not. Poor personnel management. This is the second time that we went here. The first time we waited for 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. We went here with the impression that they have good customer service especially with the good ratings that they have but I guess its not like that all the time. As much as I want to give this business a good rating, I cannot since Ive had it twice already. We decided to go this Tuesday and IF well have another bad experience, then thats it. Ill update my review after that.*update* I appreciate the owner taking the time to reach out by replying here but we already decided to go to a local car service shop and were greatly satisfied with them.
I took my car in for its first service appointment and requested a tire rotation and an oil change. After waiting almost three hours my vehicle was ready, and I noticed the price seemed low when the advisor rang me up. I said “did you not do the rotation?” And he said “were we supposed to do one?” So I waited three hours for an oil change, and for a 360 degrees sanitation which I doubt even happened because when I got back in my car there was grease all over my leather seat on the passenger side. It was my first service appointment since purchasing my car and when I got the bill and looked it over it said “customer hi denied scheduled maintenance” 😑
Went to look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee and left with the vehicle.Very happy and pleased with my new purchase. How many can say that about their experience at a vehicle dealership. Mitch and Chris were above the rest to ensure that I left happy and got what I wanted. Could not ask not anything more. Great experience from beginning to signing the paperwork from AutoNation Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram South Columbus . I would go there again and would recommend them to my friends. Im enjoying my new vehicle so much,Thank you Chris and Mitch and Thank you AutoNation - South Columbus.
We had a very good experience at AutoNation! We were greeted with a smile and an elbow bump, per covid 19! Our salesman Mr. Cutter, went above and beyond the call of duty for us! Every time we mentioned a vehicle, he brought one out for us to examine! When we finally decided on the one, he and another gentleman went to work on the figures. And within a short time we drove out in a 2021 Jeep!Just a word about Jeep Compass, it has been improved so much! GREAT VEHICLE!
I took my vehicle in for routine service; oil change, tire rotation, engine performance service, vehicle inspection, etc. On my way home I hear something rattling in the left front wheel. I stop in a parking lot and remove the wheel to find the axle bearing cap was rolling around in the center cap of the wheel. I tap it back on and notice that the greese fittings are still dirty and it had not been lubed. You would think with the service would come with lubrication of the greese fittings. Once home I lubed my vehicle and noticed oil drop on the oil filter. I wiped it off and verified that the filter was tight. I raised the hood and could only see that the oil fill cap had been touched which makes me Wonder what I get for nearly $300! So much for QA/QC at this dealership! I will be going elsewhere from now on for my vehicle services.
Very pleasant experience overall. Chris H was extremely helpful and provided quick response to all communications. The vehicle was ready for pick up when promised. The only thing that I would improve would be the cleanliness of the vehicle before delivery to the customer even if it is a used vehicle. Obviously it is never as clean as one does it themselves but I would not like to find used toiletry items in the console. If I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle I would buy it from Chris.
I will not deal with this establishment anymore. The sales people will not return your call or emails after you dont agree to the vehicle they want you to get. The service department doesnt return any calls. You have to constantly call back to check progress on your vehicle. The service manager is understanding but it will be too late to get a good review because he doesnt have a clue how unresponsive his team is. I would give a no star for sure.
By far the best dealership in Georgia. The difference in them and the other dealerships is simple. They put you in the best car for you, other dealers sell you junk or something that you can’t afford. I recommend working with CUTTER. He is one of a kind dealer who really cares about the customer. Mitch is a great manager and will do what it takes to get you in a vehicle that you can afford and that will last. I highly recommend giving these guys a chance before shopping anywhere else. You won’t find a better deal in trading in your vehicle either, they gave me more than half of what other dealers offered. This is just a honest review. Trust me, give them your business or you’ll regret it. At least talk to them first! 10/10
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. Chris was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my radio. We also spent time researching recalls on my other vehicle and how to fix THAT radio next. Above and beyond service, but made me feel like its his normal standard.
The most horrible place to deal with for servicing your car. Horrible customer service and people that just don’t want to do their jobs. I would never recommend anyone to get their car serviced her or do business with this company as a whole. I’ve never experienced such horrible service until I came to this place.
Decided to try this dealership because I had such a horrible experience with my local dealership. It’s worth the drive to have the experience of a company that actually cares and knows what they are talking about. I actually felt comfortable passing my keys over to them. I own a performance vehicle and last dealership took it for a joy ride. I have gps on it. The guy that communicates with was awesome and the guy working on my vehicle was intelligent and professional. I absolutely felt comfortable at dealership and will travel back to work with them. Thanks.
I didnt like the service. I had a 8am appointment on a Thursday. I dropped it off at 7am, they didnt start working on my car until Friday at 1pm and what a told them what my two concerns were they only fixed one but told me everything was fixed. Dont think Ill be go back there.R.Smith
The guys at AutoNation customer care were great with me. I drove my new Ram 1500 from New Jersey to visit family, and experienced an issue with my media hub while on the way here. They got me in quickly and assessed the problem, even though I didn’t buy my truck there, and they didn’t make me feel like I was an interruption of their “normal” business.
My experience there was great. They technician ChriS was very helpful and knowledgeable on the problem we were having with our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. A lot of time you are afraid to get services done at the dealership because of over pricing and then selling you thing that you really don’t need. Here, I felt no pressure, I felt that that Chris valued my input while working on our Jeep. And he also kept me informed before doing anything. Because of him this dealership has gained a loyal customer. Thanks Chris!
Bought a truck from them and had to take it to the Ford dealer to get things fixed that should have been checked and fixed by them. Seat blower didnt work, burned out motor, 120 volt plug in back didnt work, ac converter was bad and it had an oil leak. They are friendly but to me seems the service department is suspect.
I took my vehicle in to fix steering and noise problems the first part of April and didnt get it back until 15 May. The problem seems to be fixed but I still dont feel confident in the technicians and management they have there. No supervisor offered any information to my truck status or offered a vehicle to replace mine with for the 45 days duration. I think good business would be to keep customers informed and confident throughout the process. At least offer some compensation maybe like future service discounts. I think I will be using a different dealership because this one doesnt seem concerned too much for its customers and their hardships. Maybe I should send them a bill for my monthly vehicle note. I give a one star because the service manager is the only one that deserves it. I hope this reaches the owner of the dealership so that others do not have to endure the aggravation and pain.
I own a 2019 ram and I bought it with a service package. Silly me thinking that it would be a good idea to use a dealership to receive great service. I guess I’m old fashioned but when I make an appointment with someone I expect that to mean something will happen at the time of the appointment. I have made six separate appointments at this dealership and every single time my vehicle hasn’t even gone into the service area until at least an hour later. Even something as simple as an oil change is a two hour or more long affair. Upon confronting the service coordinators about this I’m told that the reason this happens is that the appointment is just an estimate of when service may be available. My appointment today was for 7:00 am. I arrived at 6:50 and was told the electronics guy that my appointment is for doesn’t even arrive until at least 8:00 am and he’s already backed up before he even gets started. Great job on the money making scheme autonation. Terrible job on customer satisfaction.
Our experience was awesome here! This was our first time doing a purchase like this online! Johnathan Lowe was our salesman online and when we arrived to look and purchase our car, his outgoing personality continued to wow us during this whole process! Even when he turned us over to Derrick Pettiway, the experience stayed at its peak with people personalities just helping and enjoying their jobs!He even got us a lower rate than our bank, thanks guys!!
Wonderful buying experience. I’m in Orlando and found the perfect vehicle on their lot. My salesman, Gene, made the buying process very easy. They delivered the car to me for a price that was very competitive with a third party transport service. The entire buying experience could not have been smoother. Highly recommend this dealership.
I live out of the state but decided to purchase a vehicle from here because of the price. After going back and forth with the salesman I felt confident that I was buying a reliable vehicle. They were offering 3 months extended warranty and a Carfax guarantee that included a 5 day buyback. I was assured that they would buyback the vehicle once it arrived and I was not satisfied. Vehicle finally arrives and everything is great. Next day I see that the factory alarm is making a noise and the touchscreen is not responding. I get a hold my original salesman and take it to and AutoNation here in Texas. After the AutoNation here gives me an invoice and I forward it to the salesman I’ve been working with, the manager calls me back and tells me that they are not covering the bill. I tell them that I want you to buy it back. The manager says they can’t do that because of the distance the vehicle was shipped to get here. They assured me they would buy it back the several times I asked. So guess who’s stuck with a bill over 2000 dollars and I have not even had the vehicle a week? Me!
Brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have the drive shaft boot replaced. Was told a total shaft replacement was need. Was told their Jeep guy said its a good time for and after after-market upgrade. Was quoted a 1400.00 dollar repair bill. I picked the jeep up, ordered the kit needed to repair it for 70.00 and did it myself at home. Yea the service department just cost this dealership referrals for car sales. Will not refer to auto nation on victory drive in Columbus ga. when their service department operates like this. To bad to becouse their sales team is a great group of folks.
Cutter was an amazing and nice person. He was our salesman. He really has compassion for his customers and really goes above and beyond to help his customers. I highly recommend Cutter. The dealership was very clean and nice! The manager, finance department, and all the other salesmen were very polite and greeted you at the door. They all wanted the make sure you were well taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you to all that work there for making our experience there amazing!!
Our salesman was Chance. The complete transaction from start to finish was handled in an extremely professional manner. Every bit of the paperwork was explained completely. Even the fiance manager went the extra mile and was able to lower our interest rate. Since we bought the car on a holiday, we werent able to get a temporary tag that day. Chance took the extra step to bring the tag to my wifes place of employment the next day so we wouldnt have to go back by the dealership just for the tag.We are extremely happy with the service we were given and would definitely reccomend AutoNation.
Great experience!!! Leo in used cars took great care of me, helping me find the right vehicle from another location, giving me a GREAT deal on it and making the buying experience painless as ever... Chris, the used car manager, expedited delivery getting my vehicle in one day from Savanna Ga, I was blown away...If you need anything or have questions, ask for these guys specifically, they definitely know how to take care of the customer...
Ive taken my truck here a few times. Staff always knowledgeable and curiosites. A little disappointed in my last visit cause of the availability of the part I needed (oil pan housing) that they didnt have and there is a backlog. But all in all will always bring my truck there.
I visited the dealership last week with the original intentions of purchasing a new jeep, but after care consideration and the help of Craig and Trevor, the great guys at auto nation put me in a great used car with low mileage.the car is clean runs great and the finance director Walt was great. I have excellent reliable transportation now and a payment that will not break me. I am very happy with the customer service I was provided at AutoNation. Thanks a million. I would advise anyone to get them out. You wont be disappointed.
***GO TO THE NORTH LOCATION***I would like to share my story and help those looking to purchase a car soon. Before I get into my long story I would like to say thank you to Charles Jackson! Outstanding time and effort spent to help me find the truck I was looking for.Earlier in the day I called Autonation located in South Columbus. Guy on the phone answered from sales and I explained to him that I was interested in 2 different Trucks and would like to come test drive them both. He told me to come on down and he would assist. As I entered the store the manager greeted me and right away knew who I spoke to and walked me to the salesman office. Upon entering the office, the salesman was on the phone applying for a credit card. I sat quietly waiting for him to end his call. As soon as he was complete he showed me the truck on the computer and we agreed to test drive it. He explained that he seen that I had come in before and his personality had changed. (Went in 6 months prior but wasnt ready to purchase). After that conversation he came off as I was waisting his time. He walked me down to another guys office and asked if he could assist me as he had prior engagements. The new salesman walked me out to the truck and before we got to it he explained that the price for the truck would not match the price online as some work had been done to it ($8,000 difference). At this point I felt that this dealership didnt support the best interest for the customer. So I left quickly.I drove to the North Columbus store and met Charles Jackson. I explained what Truck I was online shopping for and with a quickness he pulled it up and actually sold the truck. Lifted the hood, spoke about the Cummings engine, and was ready to help us with our needs. Throughout the day he was ready to drive to different states to find the truck that I wanted! We sat down and shopped online, comparing features, and upgrades I could purchase from the parts department. 5 hours in and we found the truck on his lot, upgraded Mopar parts from the parts department, and I drove home in the new truck. The morale of the story is that selling cars is a people business and the South location failed horribly. If you are looking to purchase a car go to the North Columbus location and ask for Charles Jackson. Hes an older gentleman and it felt that he was assisting in the process rather than just trying to sell a car.
Everyone was very nice, helpful, and caring. They will work with you. Leroy Cutter is so sweet and will go all out of the way to put you in something that runs great....Hes an Awesome Salesmen. He treated me like I was #1...Not happy with my interest rate on my car....I wasnt looking to pay for a car in 6 years....Really wanted to pay for a car in 3 years...
Debbie was very helpful and very communicative during the process. I brought my car in for two airbag recalls and needed to have my multifunction turn signal replaced. She outlined the repairs needed, gave me the cost and keep me updated each and every step of the way. She also made sure I was able to get back and forth from work as I had to leave my car with her, and I did indeed leave it in good hands. I would recommend that if anyone needs assistance with service that they see Debbie as she will take care of you like you are family!
This dealership throughly impressed me. I came from Montgomery,AL after not finding any realistic deals locally. The staff did not pressure me into making any decisions unlike other dealerships, they made sure to accommodate my every need during the buying process. Not only did the dealership value my time, they made sure to make things right with no gimmicks. I’d highly recommend AutoNation when shopping for a vehicle. Thanks again, Mr. Francis and Mitch for my 2021 F8 Green Challenger RT Plus!

If your a skeptic about dealerships its easy to get frustrated especially if youre unsure. From my personal experience theyve done business honestly so far. I bought a Jeep from another dealership but get work done in the service department here.. they might shoot you a higher estimate than you expect but they do good work from what I can tell so far and they may can find ways to work with you on the price.. over all if you put a couple of extra bucks into your ride they put a good effort into your vehicle. Even if you take the value options they have still maintained honesty with me personally.
By far the best dealership in the Fort Benning area. No matter what your situation is they roll out the red carpet for you. Jason Hammonds is one of the best salesman in this area, he will never push you into a vehicle or tell you anything but the truth. I have bought three vehicles from them and every time I get the red carpet treatment. If you are looking for a good deal on a new vehicle, talk with Jason and then speak with Mitch. If you are interested in a used vehicle, first speak with Jason then with Dale. You will not to disappointed. I will be leaving this area soon to head to Fort Drum, but when I need another vehicle, I will be calling to buy from them again. I can not give enough praise to Jason, Mitch and Dale for these last three years.
I loved the place, but the only issue is that they suppose to order one item and it took them about 4 months to get it, The only reason why it was done is because my wife had to go to a different manager for help. They also left their dirty handprints all over the area the fixed so I got get clean now.

2022-04-11Bought my ram 2500 Laramie (Cummins) from this ram dealer last week. Not only was my salesman very easy to work with and the sales manager Mitch not only held the truck for me for 3 days(unheard of in these times) But also gave me a great deal on the truck. I couldn’t be happier.

2022-05-01Had a 9am appointment got there around 8:30am our only transportation so we were stuck. The man we had appointment with did not arrive until 12:30 / 1pm. All this time we waited a lot of workers were walking around but none had any customer service background because nobody noticed us nor offered any concern, coffee or anything else. We know they had a fire there a few days ago but DAMN atleast show some respect to your customers..

2022-01-28We stopped in to check out new Pacificas for my wife and worked with Kaleb and Jonah throughout the process. Both were friendly and incredibly helpful. The sales manager was easy to work with and we quickly came to an agreement on price and value for my trade-in. Definitely the easiest car purchase I’ve experienced. Shortly after we took our new car home we had an issue with a door on one of the storage compartments. We brought it back in and had it fixed at no charge. This is a great dealership all around, highly recommended!

2022-06-16I have went to dealerships all over town looking to get my first car. I finally came to this AutoNation. Not only was I able to get a car I really wanted, I was able to get a well working and decently priced vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with my customer service and it didn’t feel like I was being pressured into getting what I didn’t want. Definitely go to this dealership if you want an easy, fast, well priced experience!

2022-03-05If I could put Zero stars, that is the better option. I purchased a Jeep from this dealership in “perfect” condition. Two weeks after purchase, the brake rotors had to be replaced. Also the floorboard would fill with water after a rain. The Jeep was taken to the dealership two different times to be fixed for the leak. We found out on the third visit nothing had been fixed on the prior visits. The third visit the seals were changed and the top was patched by a body shop the dealership used. When the Jeep was returned the patch on the top was a completely different texture than the rest of the Jeep top from the paint choice used by the body shop. The leak was still not fixed. The workers at the dealership, along with the Manager, were very rude and lacking on communication. The dealership had my Jeep a total of 45 days in the 4 months owned. The manager did agree to “replace” the Jeep due to the leak. However I was not given the correct amount for the Jeep from the paperwork originally purchased. I waited a month before hearing back from the dealership on another vehicle. I had many unanswered emails, texts, and calls from employees. I was finally given options for a replacement vehicle, chose one, and it was sold due to the employee not following through for over a week. However, I did get another vehicle (not my second or third choice). The emergency brake system had to be placed on this vehicle as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

2022-06-16I had to wait for 2 months for parts for my Jeep Grand Cherokee under our country’s current situation, but my advisor, Josh, took very good care of me while this went on. When my parts came in he got me right in smoothly and got it done. He was very communicative and understanding with me throughout. The only thing I dislike about this dealership is the lack of parking/ turn around space in their lot.

2022-03-02Great Dealership and Staff. I have purchased 6 vehicles from them and I am treated like family every time I enter. The team, both salesmen and technicians, go above and beyond to make sure that all of your needs are met. You are treated as a valued customer and friend instead of another client. Best dealership I have worked with in Columbus and would recommend to all.

2022-06-29Excellent experience! This was my 3rd vehicle purchase ever, and was by far the easiest and most painless one. Richard was helpful and knowledgeable, as well as the manger of the location who I also worked with. I would have no problem recommending this location to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. 5 out of 5 for Customer service!

2022-04-22Positive experience. Hassle-free buying. The sales representative asked what I was looking for in a new truck. He found and showed me exactly what I wanted. The financing process was straightforward. This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Everyone at Autonation on victory drive acts professionally and puts the buyers needs ahead of sales goals.

2022-07-07When I started I was confused as to what I really wanted. I went in with something I found online, wanted them to get it and I buy it. However, my representative showed me many other acceptable options that would cost less money, have better stat’s, and be able to drive away with that day. I bought something totally unexpected but love it, and had my dealer not helped me the way he did I am sure I would have spent thousands more for something less enjoyable. Besides it taking way to long sitting in the waiting area for something to happen, I really appreciated the service and attention to me. They even made sure my car was clean and ready to drive before I drove away. There was one minor mishap with the trunk area but they were happy to fix it on the spot. Overall great experience
