Me and my wife were having a hard time finding a dealership that would help us get a car after ours broke down. After trying multiple different places we had no luck and was just about to give up but thanks to Keith Russ we left in a better and newer car then we expected to. He went above and beyond to help us. From helping us get to the dealership giving us multiple financing options and getting us a newer more suitable car for our family. All around great experience. I came to dealership to look at a Camry and met with Lamin and Kevin. I was introduced to Simeon who helped me with the Camry. Turns out another dealership sold the one I really wanted. So I looked at an Avalon Touring and I fell in love. I drove the vehicle and knew I had to have it. Everyone worked hard to get me the deal I was comfortable with. When we first came in to look at the cars we were interested in ,Hugo helped us on any questions we had. He gave us a tour of the cars we had in mind, As We where not set on what we wanted exactly and we appreciate that he was not pushy. Something we have experienced in the past and has made us want to run for the hills.A few weeks went by and Hugo checked on us to see if we needed any more information and sent us new cars they were going to receive at ToyotaAuto Nation. Once we where set on the exact car we wanted we did not fret to call Hugo and that same day we where set to receive our new family car. A few days later we received a call from Hugo our car was there earlier than expected ! Hugo was very friendly informative bilingual and driven to get us exactly what we wanted! It was the best experience as new car owners highly recommend!
Brian was fantastic. He facilitated my purchase and trade from another state when 4 people at 3 local Toyota dealerships wouldn’t respond to my requests regarding what I was looking for. Everything was excellent the service repair department. Was excellent work ethics getting customers in and out. It was wait for me because of the engine light. And,what was needed to be done for the engine light to go off. I giving a good recommendation to all the service people in the service and repair department. Worked with Vanessa Maldonado on the purchase of my vehicle. At first she found me a Nissan Rogue and after two days, I determined I didnt like that one. I found another Rogue (less basic) at a different dealer. She tried to have it sent to her dealer for my purchase , but its readiness would be delayed two or three weeks, so again, I found a Nissan Pathfinder. Through all the changes, Vanessa was always polite and determined to provide that Toyota slogan of exceptional customer service
After having no luck with other dealerships and been given the run around and false promises, I decided to try one more time. Before even wasting my time on driving there, I contacted them and told them my dilemma. Told them I wanted to make sure there was a vehicle I could actually qualify for and purchase. Kay was very responsive and helpful. He did all the work to find me the right SUV in my price range. The whole process from start to finish was less than 2 1/2 hours!!!The finance team was precise and quick as well as finding me extra discounts.All in all Kay is the man! I wish I wouldve went to them sooner. But Im extremely happy with my new vehicle. Ill definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a vehicle with less that good credit.
This is my SECOND time purchasing a car from AutoNation in lithia springs and Nigel by far was the BEST person i couldve chose to help me get it! He made it smooth & EASY . Peter Carver made the process extremely smooth. I had never sold a car to a dealership before, so didnt know what to expect. Peter explained the process, and it all played out as smooth and fast as he said it would. We agreed on a good offer that was pretty much the same as what an online buyer was offering me. I like the fact that I could do business with a person vs. online sending my documents to people I couldnt see. Would definitely use them again if needed.
This was the Worst car buying experience ever for me. I just recently purchased a used 2019 Lexus ES 350 from this dealership. The staff and manager like to give you the run around. Before purchasing I notified the staff and manager that the car has a lot of scratches and also the bumper is out of place. I was told before purchase that they would fix. I went back and forth to the dealer 4 times. Also, this dealership kept my car for 2 days just to return it back to me in the same condition. Obviously this dealer do not honor their word. Buyers Beware dont purchase from this place.
My experience today in the purchase of my new car was great. Everything was a breeze from the time we walked in to the time we left. My salesperson was Troyce and he was very helpful. This is my 3rd car from Toyota. I Upgraded my light silver 2014 Corolla to a 2019 Camry In the background to this 2022 Camry brand new. Tony the Tiger was greeattt. Me and my wife Elisha have been looking for cars for a week now and had a hard time getting honest people, until Kyle gave us a call and we went into Litha spring auto nation Toyota and my man was a huge help and will recommend anybody to him. Gave us a full run down on what we was asking a full tour of the car, also at the end made sure the car was clean washed and had the red carpet laid out as we enter the car. Diane was an awesome sales agent along with the manager and finance person. The customer service was A1, they made me feel valued and worked with my budget and gave me a great deal! I would do recommend Diane to anyone, she is very polite and patient and great at commendation her clients.
Kelly was awesome. This was the first time buying a car where I felt like I had someone advocating for us. My experience here at Auto Nation Toyota on Thorton Road was beyond EXCELLENT. I had the opportunity to work with a fantastic salesperson, BJ. From the day I put in a request, he was on it. I honestly was nervous at first but he made me comfortable knowing I was getting the car I wanted. He made sure to keep in contact with me and updated me on the arrival of my vehicle. BJ introduced me to his finance manager and I was very satisfied. When I came in on yesterday to pick the car up, BJ made sure to help me set up my Toyota app before I drove off the car lot. Johan got me sold on my car he took care of me and was very professional. I ended up having an issue with the car a 1 month into ownership and they’re covering it right now under warranty. This is my second time bringing my car in for service. I was somewhat satisfied last time and I of course now have a different issue with my car. It’s hard to really feel like I have a mechanic to trust, especially as a woman, and my latest experience has only heightened that issue. I now have to get something else repaired that is different from what I came on for originally. I was not told over the phone how much it would cost me but my paperwork says I was. I was also quoted $1,300 and ended up paying $2,100 and wasn’t made aware until I came to pick up my car
I just bought 2 Toyota Tacoma Trucks from Keith Russ at Thornton Rd Toyota. He was incredible to work with. He found exactly what our family was looking for and quickly. He stayed in constant communication with us until the day that the trucks were delivered. Keith is very professional and worked hard to secure us 2 trucks that were hard to find in this current market. I made an appointment to bring my car in at 10 am. I arrived and the original person I was assigned to was to busy so they referred me to another person. He was nice and helpful.I brought it in because the maintenance light was own. They said they would change the oil do a diagnostic test. I told them that one of the headlights were out.The failed to turn the maintenance light off and they did not replace the headlight. I have not had an opportunity to go back and get the light turn off and I just went to Auto Zone and bought a light and they changed it. I hoped they change the oil. I have paperwork that says they did.
In 03/2020, I bought 2 vehicles from them. Absolutely the best service. In 02/2022, I sold both of them with equally the best service. Both times were the best experiences in purchasing and trading in cars. No hassles whatsoever. Dani Sao, Sales Retail Associate, did a wonderful job in handling everything. I will be back again for sure.

This has literally been the BEST experience buying car i have ever had!! Renae was absolutely amazing with how she helped me get the exact truck I went there for!! The process was so fast too!! Everything was done in about 2 hours and I can remeber being at other dealerships in the past and being there 4 plus hours!! As a Marine vet, quick and efficient service means a lot!!
My recent service was handled really professionally! Candidly I am sometimes sour about dealership service because Ive previously felt pressured to do unnecessary service or felt people were trying to take advantage of me for their profit rather than my own benefit (even though Im fairly savvy in my own home repair). The service attendant who helped me this time did not presure. He was professional, clear on what services I had requested and total cost, and didnt try to slip anything by me! It was a really good experience and encouraged me to visit again!
I have had my Toyota for 14 years and I just want to say my service experience this time was the best I have ever received at this Toyota place. A big shout out to Joshua Deshazor!! I let him know the problems I had been having with my vehicle since it was last serviced, he listened and checked everything thoroughly to assure that my vehicle would run smooth. We live about 6.5 hours away from this dealership but from the beginning of this journey Kyle Rhodes was the consummate professional. He answered all of our questions and guided us through the purchase process and made the decision to travel that far an easy one. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable but still personable! Overall great experience working with Toyota Thorton RD. I did not purchase my vehicle from them but they offered great customer service via drop off and keeping in touch with me through the servicing of my car. The only recommendation is maybe more clear instruction for pickup. I walked into the pickup area and had no idea how to proceed. I had to walk into the car check area and the one person nearby was working on a printer and gruffly told me to hold on a moment. Once he was done fiddling with the printer he did help me get my car.
I would love to say this was the best experience I’ve had at this location, but sadly I cannot! I rate this so high because my advisor Corey Morgan. I had an appointment for an oil change only at 1pm. It took them over two hours and even the Advisor was shocked. He made sure to be honest with me about the situation as I was waiting and had to be headed out of town by 330pm, which is all I could ask him to do. He gave me the services for free. But I didn’t make it to my little brothers 21st bday celebration in time! Needless to say, I was infuriated and sad. To be honest, the only person that saved this rating was the advisor Corey! Because I don’t know if I want to come back here again after this incident!
I was a walk-in and had no appointment, Israel offered to take us in and talked to us about the cars they had available. Was able to test drive two cars. He is friendly, knowledgeable, very nice gentleman! He made my first car shopping experience very easy and thanks to him I was able to drive away with my new car. Kelly was great. We stopped by on our way to Augusta. We were already hours behind schedule due to unforseen circumstances. Kelly and my wife discussed our visit while on our way from Nashville. Kelly already had the car we were asking for pulled up and ready to test drive. They had us out of there faster than any other vehicle purchase I have ever made.

Customer service here is always great. However, I was disappointed to see that one of their points of service was checked off but not complete. Sure its a bonus that they will check your floor mats are secured properly. But its on the list for a reason. Some of the smaller things like that werent complete but the big stuff was. One big issue that disappointed me was I was scheduled for Friday at 4:30pm. Based on what they needed to do they had to keep my car over the weekend. That should have been taken into account when scheduling. The technician said maam this type of appointment should have been scheduled in the morning. Our people are about to go home. And to add insult to injury one of the issues they were checking was my A/C. turns out nothing was wrong with it and there was no reason for them to keep my car.
The only issue was that they were very busy and thus some details were missed...ie. I didnt get a number for my service so when I asked about my car they didnt have the number to compare. I also wasnt given my service partner name thus I couldnt give them that either. Overall, they were polite and willing to help. The restrooms and waiting room was clean. They had complementary coffee and seating outside in the shade. The service was quick and friendly. I always use them for my service needs even though I can get it done cheaper somehow else.

From beginning to end, both Simeon and Dani were very helpful with purchasing our car, especially during these difficult times. If you want top notch customer service, prompt response, and easy communication during a major life purchase, be sure to come to AutoNation and ask for either of these two! Unfortunately I will not be returning to this Toyota dealership. I would encourage hard working, honest, and diligent patrons to reconsider this dealership as a place of preference. Given the respectful credit to the sales rep who assisted me with my maintenance inquiry, the lack thereof, follow through, and business integrity of the technicians at this site needs to be assessed and magnified immediately. My original claim for my vehicle for repair was neglected and overridden due to the inconsistencies from this location technicians. Understandably, mistakes will occur, and as an cause and effect, this refines how the customer should be accommodated due to the mishap. But unfortunately the way of taking care of me as a customer due to their oversight was undeniably dissatisfied. Ive committed dotting every I and crossing every T regarding fulfilling all services with my car at this dealership. Looks like my due diligence has fallen short, along with my entrust at this Toyota site.

Normal maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted promptly, given the cost, and provided a ride home on the shuttle. Shuttle picked me up about 3 hrs later. Courtney handled my vehicle and check out. He was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and helpful.
Highly recommend the service department at this location. Mitch kept me informed multiple times while my Tacoma was being diagnosed and repaired. I was impressed by the attention to the details I provided while explaining the issue I was having. I will definitely return as maintenance is needed.

It is easy to schedule appointments for service. Customer service is very accommodating. Courtney never fails to ask if I have any coupons to help with cost. Car service is bar none and I’m willing to pay the dealership cost because I plan to drive this Toyota until the wheels fall off. And from what I hear… that’s MANY miles away.
Booking too many appointments! You think making an appointment they will get you in and out, but that is not the case. I know its hard finding good help and workers, but they need to schedule appointments accordingly. It shouldnt take 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. At least start offering a loaner vehicle rather than a shuttle.
Bought a car, was told “simple fix” will fix no problem. Then it was another part and another. After a month plus I decided to cancel the deal as I had only had the car 12 hours. A week plus still no refund on deposit, finance company hasn’t heard from them so they want there payment. No communication from staff. Have left several messages with management to call me and tell me what’s going on. Nothing. This has been a miserable experience.
We drive about 35 miles to get our car 🚘 service.When we could drive only 4 miles to a dealership nearby. We’re pleased 😃 this dealership, plus we are in walking distance to a Cracker Barrel ,and by the time we get something to eat and walk back our car 🚘 will be ready.We have always used Tuesday for our date day,and that is why we use that day.Mr Cox always let us know what we need to have done, and if the service person find anything that need to be worked on Mr Cox would call 📞 us to see if we like to have it repaired.We’re very please with our service at this Toyota dealership.Thanks Paul & Ingrid
I was given a free oil change, which Im assuming was to try and make up for them cross threading and seizing a lug nut from my last service. I scheduled an appointment, came in 10 minutes early, and left after 2 hours of waiting in a cramped waiting room with no coffee.The delay:An oil change should take about 30 minutes, especially when the engine temperature was properly warm when it came in, and I had scheduled an appointment. Keep your appointments for professionalism. Why should I have to lose time out of my day for walk-in customers when I made an appointment?The environment:Some people dont wear masks, and its an awkward thing to try and enforce, but there was a guy who decided to sit next to me, blaring audio from his phone at full volume. The business should monitor for rude behavior like this. They did last time when a younger girl was doing this same thing. This was a very small waiting area, and everybody could hear this guys phone. Someone should be cleaning and making coffee at intervals.The verdict:General Manager should review appointment policies and consider remodeling the waiting area like the one at Nalley Toyota in Alpharetta. For the time it took to get my service done, I should have gone to Nalley instead. They have a staffed coffee bar, snacks, wide open waiting area, and they can do an oil change and multi point inspection in 45 minutes.
Had a great experience with Melvin on our purchase of a 2022 Toyota 4Runner last night. He greeted us right as we walked in, let us take a look out on the lot, and was able to get us thru negotiating on the finances to get us where we wanted to be. Friendly attention, great customer experience, and follow up calls are top notch. I recommend him and se habla español! I have been going to this place for 3 years and this was the worst experience Ive ever had. I showed up on time and the first thing I was told is that I dont have an appointment. I had to show my email where my appointment was confirmed. I was told it will be up to 2 hours and I had no problem waiting. About an hour and half in I noticed my car was parked outside. I waited another 15 minutes and went to talk to the service guy and he told me that my car was not ready. Another 20 minutes later they never moved my car from the spot and called that my that my car was finally done. When I told that my car has been sitting in the same spot. The guy was so rude and told me that my car was lost in the system
I have purchased one used vehicle and two new vehicles from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road and always received excellent service. The staff is very professional and attentive to the needs of their customers. I would highly recommend them to any of one who may be considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.
I sent a text through the website last week and was paired with Parisha. I told her exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. She was absolutely amazing! We text all week about the vehicle and my trade in, she made this experience so easy, not like my last one. I met with her today, as soon as I got out of my car she greeted me, without me having to look for her or even introduce myself first. If you want someone that actually cares about your wants/needs, DEFINITELY ask for Parisha!I also briefly met Anthony. He was a very nice gentleman. They both were excited to meet me. I was a person, not just walking dollar signs. (Also a plus, they both loved my puppy I brought in for socialization!)EXCELLENT JOB, GUYS! 💚💚💚
The staff is always really professional. The facility is always clean.The reason they get 3 stars is the wait time is absolutely ridiculous even with an appointment. Im usually waiting a MINIMUM of 2 hours for just an oil change. The prices have skyrocketed and in my last visit, I paid almost double for an oil change. Im definitely not happy about that.
It continues to be very frustrating when coming in at my appointment time for a tire rotation and/or oil change and for it to ALWAYS take at least 2 hours. If these appointment times are over booked - dont offer them. I wish I could go elsewhere to get my vehicles serviced but we pay for the service contract upon purchase. Never a good excuse, just were busy. I know for a fact were not the only ones frustrated. We sit in the waiting area hearing others say the same thing. Please try a different scheduling system based on what your service techs can or cannot complete.
Lamin and Melvin were the salesman that helped us get into this new truck. Upfront, honest and didnt waste our time like other Toyota dealerships (see other reviews). Finance department was very smooth and efficient. Gave fair amout for our trade. Great experience overall from start to finish.
Thankyou to the service department! I was returning to the dealership to pick up my new truck and ran over some road debris pulling into the dealership that destroyed a front tire on my wife’s sienna. We asked inside the dealership to see if there was somewhere close by to replace a tire and ended up at the service department in the same parking lot where they took great care of us and found that all of the tires were due to be replaced already. They ordered tires after 6 pm and they were delivered the next morning so we had the van back later that day. It couldn’t have worked out much better than it did:)
I usually come to get my car serviced and know to set my appointments early because they usually take a while but this time it was was an overkill. Not only did I have my appointment at 7:30a on 4/30/22 I was told it’d be 1-2 hrs so I was fine with that BUT I was there for almost 4 hours for a tire rotation and alignment. What’s the point of having an appointment when they can’t get you in and out in a reasonable time? They need to be able to give you updates and not have you waiting clueless on what’s going on with your car. I had to ask for an update 2 times and the second time i was told it wasn’t ready- I simply asked to get my car back without having it serviced because I had another appointment to get to and within 15 minutes they said it was ready and was charged for the services, one of which I didn’t ask for. So I’m confused as to why they said it wasn’t ready and then say it’s serviced after asking for it back but my advisor still asked what vehicle was mine after saying my car was ready, doesn’t make sense. In the beginning, I told my advisor that I wanted a rotation and an alignment and told them my rotation was free since I had purchased my tires through them and he still tried to charge the rotation and on top of that I was charged for a balance when I didn’t ask for that- just asked for an alignment and rotation, so he only took off $30 when it should’ve been the amount of the balance as well since that wasn’t something I agreed to. I ended up paying which I now regret because how was I told it wasn’t even ready nor being serviced and as soon as I ask for it back it’s “ready” within the 15 minutes I asked for it back?? It made me feel that I was charged for something that wasn’t done but giving that I had to get to another appointment I didn’t have time ask more questions. If they can’t handle a certain amount of cars in a timely manner, they shouldn’t take them.
It is with great regret to write this review. Kelly was good to work with; however, I think she may have over-promised and was unable to deliver. At the time of purchase, she stated several times that the manager ordered a drivers replacement seat because the current one has a few tears. She stated the seat would be in the following week and that the Service Dept would replace it as well as detail the car and clear up the frosted headlights. That was in November 2021 and it is now two months later and these issues are unresolved. I sent Kelly several emails. On a few occasions, she stated she would forward the emails to the manager but I have not gotten a response. What was a great experience is starting to turn into a bad experience. It is my hope that AutoNation Toyota and its representatives follow through on the promises made by Kelly and/or her manager or to carry out some form of restitution to the matter.
Went to get a free oil change yesterday morning from Auto Nation Toyota Thornton Road and had the best customer service ever. They always take good care of me S/O to Ricky Taylor for always being polite and explaining everything they so to my vehicle. I really appreciate him and everyone at Toyota keep doing y’all thang!!!!! 😊❤️

On October 25th I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Elantra - Brian was the salesperson.The maintenance signal came on October 27th - I called in, ended up coming in and they claimed they didnt reset the system and I had nothing to worry about.On Oct 30 I was driving on the highway - the engine died and it was towed by AAA - I paid $84.00.Today is December 25th, 2 months later and I STILL have not received the car from the dealership OR even an update or concession.Reached out to Matthew Metts( Sales manager), Ashraf(Financial manager), and Mr.Brannen( General manager) and got no response (it’s been 57 days exactly).I will be taking legal action today. (Title 15 Chapter 50 of the U.S. Code, in Sections 2301-2312). Be cautious when purchasing vehicles from this dealership.

They charged $100 just to tell I was driving in the wrong gear. Absolutely disgusted how they treat women here. Waited hours for a ride. They don’t answer your questions. The shuttle driver was looking at his phone in his lap while driving. Everyone is rude. When you are on your way to pick up your car after they told you nothing wrong with the car they tell you something is wrong. I had such great service last time I was really shocked. Turns out I was at Honda not Toyota last time.I won’t make that mistake again.
Kevin Betanzos, is one of the most professional, patient, and kind salesman Ive ever met, and believe me...Ive met MANY!!!!!!! I had service done on my car due to maintenance light one. Anthony Cox is my contact. He went over what needed to be done. We went done the list and reviewed each item and when last done. Never forced any services and went the extra mile. He is always giving the time to explain the service also
I found a car listed online here and set up a time to come look at it. I took the day off from work and had to drive over an hour one way to see it. I was told the car would be ready at my scheduled appointment. Upon arrival the car was thought to be in detail getting cleaned up and getting serviced. It was discovered that the car was still on the intake lot (covered in mud and filthy) and I couldnt even test drive it. My intentions were 100% to buy the car as long as it drove well and had no significant issues. My time and effort was completely wasted. I will now know to avoid this dealer.
My experience with this dealership and its staff was incredible. I went in wanting a SUPRA and honestly i didn’t think i could walk out of there with one. They made it happen, and all i have to say is that from now on, i will be buying my vehicles from this dealership! I suggest you do the same. Give them a try
I usually do not go to this location, but my original location in Buford was booked this week. I got there and immediately Dennard attended to my needs and had me in the customer lounge (clean and comfortable). I had settled in for at least 2 hours and surprisingly they called me within 45 minutes. Talk about fast service - I was pleasantly pleased!
I needed a additional vehicle so I searched on the internet and Kyle Rhodes contacted me from AutoNation Toyota. I explained what kind of car I needed. Kylie located the vehicle and he and I worked the numbers over the phone. To my satisfaction I went to the dealership and purchased the vehicle. The car was located in Buford Ga. Kyle went to pick up the car and delivered it to my house. Now that’s exceptional customer service. The car was detailed and the gas tank was topped off. I highly recommend Kyle Rhodes as your (Sales representative) great job Kyle, if I need any assistance you will the first I will contact.
Honestly, I had to delete my 5 star review from a month ago because unfortunately ever since purchasing my vehicle from this dealership, it’s been nothing but problems. The very first night of taking my new truck home, the fuel pump started going out and I had to return the truck to their service department to get it replaced. The service department gave me horrible customer service after stating they only needed my truck for a day which ended up being a week! They wouldn’t return my calls and when I would get ahold of someone, they gave me false information that my truck would be fixed the next day.. then the next.. and so on. With my truck needing a new fuel pump put in and them needing to keep it, I needed a rental car to drive 2 hours back home. It was a Saturday afternoon when I dropped my truck off to be fixed so all of the rental places that the dealership go through were closed so they asked me to pay out of pocket for a rental car and they would reimburse me. The day I went to pick up my truck when it was fixed, I dropped the rental car receipt off with Matt, the sales manager who helped sell me my truck and the one who stated I would be reimbursed. It’s been almost a month since I left the receipt with him and I still haven’t received the check! I’ve contacted the sales rep who sold me my vehicle multiple times and I get a different answer each time. Not to mention that they had me vehicle for a week and told me they would fixed a dent and a few scratched on the truck that was promised to me when I purchased it and when picking it up, it still wasn’t fixed. I’m just extremely disappointed with this dealership treating their active duty military this way. I had such a good experience the day I was buying my truck, I had high hopes of this place but they were quickly brought down.

Rick and Anthony got my Tacoma in without delay and took care of my problem in just over an hour, all the while treating me like a friend or neighbor rather than the attitude you normally get at a dealership. Ornella and Winston were so helpful in helping me trade in my 21 Supra. Our financial situation changed since I bought my dream car Sept 20 and it broke my heart. They were so kind seeing as I cried the whole time. Got a 21 6 speed Corolla and I love it, but its not a Supra. We have purchased at least 10 cars from there. Would never go anywhere else. My truck had an electrical issue, and it was recommended to take it to the dealership. After taking it to the dealership, they quoted a $1,200 part and another $1,000 for labor. I took the truck to a local shop, and for $225 they found a lose ground. So, I would not take anything to this dealership because they only want to over charge and bill for unnecessary things. Also, while they had my truck, I got an email and a phone call regarding them wanting to buy my truck from me. So sad when all they want to do is be shady.
I had the pleasure of working with Vinne, who was very helpful during my service. I came for my 15,000 mile checkup and mentioned I purchased the Total Warranty Services (TWS) package with my car. He called them to determine my coverage and then explained to me what services were covered under the warranty. He was very knowledgeable during my visit, and I greatly appreciate it.

Excellent Team. Brian and Lamian went above and beyond standards to help me wait for my new car. It was significantly delayed due to many factors, and they loaned me a superb 4Runner for 3 weeks so I wouldnt lose my new job. Quality of service is great, time spent with customer is perfect and a very smooth process from Day 1 to ride off the lot day. I was a bit skeptical about Toyota and its cars but my RAV4 XSE Hybrid is a real dream. This car is by far a great investment. After 2 weeks of urban/Hgwy mix my mileage is 39m/gl. At $3.8 a gallon, my savings are huge. So, after 2 Mercedes GLS, and 2 Porsches 911, 1 Explorer, 1 Durango, 1 BMW 535i, a Mercury Sable SW in the early 90s and a Chrysler Voyager in the late 90s, this RAV4 XSEh is so cute and efficient....I am conquered.Autonation Toyota in Lithia Springs is absolutely the best dealership Ive been in 35 years. If I could, Id but a second identical one for my son.

I had a great experience buying a new vehicle! Thanks to Skylar, I got EXACTLY what I wanted quickly and efficiently. Buying a new car can be very very stressful, but Toyota and Skylar made it a breeze and set my expectations from the get go. Not only was a set up with a new car, Skylar walked me through all the fancy buttons and helped me get acclimated with the new technology.
My mom who has cancer, was told that they would do a courtesy oil change since her warranty was just expired. When the car was picked up, they told us it was still a charge. If you wanted to charge her regardless, that’s fine but just be up front about it. You completely lied and stated that they were not going to charge her. I will never go here and I do not recommend because they are not honest. Again just be up front and mean what you say. This will be our last time dealing with them.
Purchased a 2022 Platinum Highlander. Wrote check to reserve the car, they told me they wouldn’t cash it and they did, causing issues with my bank and got a nsf fee that I haven’t been reimbursed for yet. They added items to my purchase sheet without going over individual line items.. which I had to take if I wanted my car that I had pre reserved. Told by the salesperson that they were not required to go over it line by line.. which is slamming. Then it took over a month for my trade to get paid off after multiple calls to the dealer. Yet another excuse was given of my trade in sheet getting “stuck in the scanner”. This was my second purchasing experience with this dealer, and was very poor. Two stars only because they had inventory on order and they gave me a fair amount on my trade.
Update 6/28Downgrading to two stars. I asked for first appt of morning at 7AM. ProTip: Dont waste your day getting there early. The tech doesnt arrive until 8 and I was told that Good news! Should probably just take an hour and a half today for the tire rotation! The 7AM appt time only secures your place in line. At least that is what the service professional who wreaked of pot told me as I drove off. Im not angry at him, just jealous. Id have to be high to buy another vehicle from there but I guess you probably have to be high to work there, too!Despite being told a full service oil change was needed, they dont change the oil until 10k.I wont waste your time talking about that worthless dent repair program they have other than to say its a third party who takes the claim but tells you they dont want to do the work.RUN from this dealership!Buying a car is the easy part, but service after the sale is most important. That free maintenance you got ... it takes a quoted minimum of two hours for a basic oil change and up to 7-10 days to get an appointment because, we have no staff.
Bought a brand new rav4. Tionna was awesome from start to finish. This the first time Ive ever bought a car on my own as a single woman. I trusted her to get me through the process of finding, ordering, and delivering my new car. It was all new territory for me. I appreciated her help so much!

Had a water pump start to go out on Friday afternoon. I had my car towed to Autonation Toyota. Anthony got my needs taken care of in a very timely manner. Even though it was Memorial Day weekend, My automobile was ready Saturday afternoon. Anthony keep me updated on progress.

Since I’ve been sent no fewer than 5 follow up emails since my visit, I’ll leave some feedback: Run, don’t walk, away from this place. Worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership hands down. On this particular visit, I brought my car in to have an oil change, a tire plugged, and a recall performed that required removing the rear seats to complete.I arrived just as the service department was closing and went to grab an envelope from the night drop slot - no envelopes. Having driven 30 min to get here, I certainly wasn’t going back home, so I started fishing around for a scrap piece of paper. Found one, filled it out, attached it to my keys and started to put it in the drop box when I triggered the automatic service garage door to open (which should’ve been turned off). A young man came to see why it had opened and I apologized and said I was just trying to leave the car but there were no envelopes to leave keys. He disappeared for a few minutes and then someone else came and refilled the envelopes while I was outside, didn’t walk over to give me one. Took my note and my keys and grabbed an envelope and then couldn’t get it through the impossibly tiny drop slot with the key fob inside. The same guy that opened the door originally came and took them from me.The next morning, at 7am, I get a call saying that they can’t find my keys. I explain what happened and they never call me back, so I assume everything is ok. I get another call later on saying that they checked the tire and there weren’t any nails. I told the advisor who called that I had seen it with my own eyes and was sure it was there. An hour later he calls back and says they see it, but can’t patch it because the tires (with 36k miles on them) were “so worn they can’t be fixed” and told me I would have to replace all four. This is nonsense and I refused. (A local place patched it later for $10 with no problem whatsoever).When I arrived to pick up, as usual, there is no one to greet you, you just wander into the unattended garage and hope one of the advisors trying their best to ignore you will look up and help you. My advisor wasn’t there of course but another one did help me, the only other person who helped the entire time. My advisor hadn’t filled out any of my paperwork so I had to stand there for 30 min while that was completed. When I got to my car, the back seat was FILTHY - grease and dirt handprints everywhere from where they had done the work, the rear seat back wasn’t reinstalled correctly and now won’t latch without a lot of effort. I was so furious that I just left and went home and contacted Toyota directly, knowing it would be pointless to engage this group of unprofessionals.I bought my car at this dealership new and they messed up the original financing TWICE, forcing me to come back to the dealership to sign new papers after I’d already taken delivery of the car. Since oil changes were included, I went there twice after purchase and had a very similar experience to above: ignored by service advisors (there isn’t even a reception desk, just random kiosks scattered through the garage with no one at them). After those experiences, I swore I wouldn’t go back again but was forced to do so in this instance. Following those visits, I had my car serviced at a dealer in NC while I was visiting family and had nothing but amazing, quick, 5-star experiences.Whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs!!!!
I was there to get alignment done on my car. Even though I had an appointment, I waited 3 hours and they still didn’t touch my car. Both the service advisor and the manager lied to me about my car being worked on when in fact nothing was being done to it. I am ok if they are busy but at least explain the situation and give me the option to come back another day. I scheduled my service with a different dealership. I will not go back to this location.
I just bought my 2nd hybrid Camry from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. We have always received good service with the car sales and in the repair department. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. We had to reserve a car this time and wait 2 1/2 months to get one. Ornella Mcfarlane Kept us updated every 1-2 weeks on it’s progress. We have been happy with their service.
I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership. It then overheated 4 days later and had to be towed back to the dealership. While that was highly disturbing, my sales person, Vanessa Maldonado, has been a great support throughout the entire process of purchasing my vehicle (I went through other vehicles before settling on the pathfinder. Vanessa has been responsive and committed to ensuring I have an exceptional customer service experience while dealing with AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road.
I love going to AutoNation Toyota on Thorton Road and going to Advisor Anthony Cox. He is a straight shooter, never tries to up sell when Im just trying to get an oil change. He lets me know what I need, and Im on my way. Quick service, even when the line is long and the communication is efficient.

Well after putting a deposit on a new tundra and being told it’s 46 days out I called after two months. I found out that the truck sold to someone else and they never informed me. I also have messages from there salesman’s telling me it was delayed even though it was sold. I called Monday when I found this out. I was told by a manager they would call me back that day. Never happened. I found another truck on Toyota.com that I liked and inquired. I was told on Tuesday that a manger would call me back. Never happened. I called today to get an update and was sent to a voicemail. I am beyond disappointed in the shady practices they use. A call a month ago would have gone a long way. Crazy how a paying customer is treated in today’s market. They have $2,000 dollars of my money and trying to get a truck or my money back has been a fiasco. I would think twice before doing business with this dealership if customer service is valued to you.Let’s do better Autonation.Update … after never returning my call I inquired again yesterday afternoon only to be told that they issued a refund of my money days ago and a manager didn’t have any time to deal with me. I have no documentation saying that I’m receiving a refund. They were supposed to email me a copy yesterday and it never came through. I have reported to the BBB and will be contacting local news agencies with the messages I have saved from there salesman William and the recording of their so called manager that was beyond disrespectful to me. All I wanted was a new vehicle that I was willing to wait for. All Autonation wanted was to steal my money and keep me waiting.If you notice they have responded to every review since my was posted besides mine. That’s because they know this is the normal way they treat people. No shame in their shady game of selling cars. If I do not receive my email today showing a credit to my bank account. I will update this post further with the next step taken to make sure the public is aware of this business. Autonation corporation should review management immediately. Was upsold and likely wasnt needed to be, but the car is beautiful and enjoyable, however day 2 the ride is jittery and my tire pressure sensor has malfunctioned / errored and I have to bring it into dealer for inspection/repair. If I dont get charged for their issue, Ill change this to a 5 star. But its pretty annoying to have to visit for a repair not even half a week into purchase of a 30k mileage 2020 car.*edit * it was free of charge for repair so I changed to 5 star.
What can I say about autonation Toyota, very good price fast and excellent customer service, the sales man was Mohamed , he makes everything easy and smooth, very good experience, please don’t waste your time at others dealerships, go straight and save time and money at autonation Toyota 👍🏼

AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road whenever I go there for my two cars service I always have a good services and also all their team I have a good customer service with respect ,listen to your concerns about your car and help you out and good accommodation. READ THIS REVIEWLong story short- Check to make sure they actually changed the oil and filled all your fluids up. coolant was never refilled, oil dip stick was left hanging about 12 inches out the service line.The dealer ship in general is nice so i am not hating what so ever on it, i have been going to this dealer for over 2 years , i have never had issues with the sales men in general, nor have i had any bad customer service from them. recently i went to have my truck serviced for a oil change and a fluid top off which means any fluids like coolant, windshield wiper fluid etc that are low are to be filled up.I was extremely low on coolant and already due for a oil change, when arriving i told them specifically could you please make sure they refill it and the assured me it would be done. long story short, got my truck and drove off after paying for the change he said every thing looked fine and every thing was topped off and oil was changed as he checked. (His own words) i got home and went o check the oil and the coolant, i lie to you not...the dip stick was hanging out of the oil line where to check this, along with the coolant levels were were still below the low line.I normally dont complain i swear, but i just got annoyed because the fact sales and mechanic assured everything was checked.
I cannot give them zero stars because all of my issues fall under “buyer beware”, but if you don’t want to have to “beware” of your salesman and dealership, go elsewhere. Everything that gives used car salesmen and dealerships a bad name happened to me. Classic- just sold what we were just negotiating- but we have this other one for twice as much; and the other buyer’s financing fell through-still want it? How about at this indecipherable amount on this blurry picture taken by salesman’s phone since the dealership doesn’t seem to have a copy or fax machine or scanner. Newly agreed upon trade in value does not make it to the closing documents pushed in front of you to sign in a hurry so you can get out of there after waiting for an hour. And car supposedly passed multiple point inspection before sale, but amazingly needs 4 new tires within 3 months. You get the picture. If your salesman’s name is McNiece, say McNo.
If you need you car serviced, please avoid this place. The customer service is poor, the people is rude and careless, waiting time is awful, went there for diagnostic and had to wait at least two hours; while waiting I talked to people who had to wait for 4 hours just for oil change. I know it’s a busy place but it seems there’s no organization or communication between the staff as it turns out that those who were waiting for their vehicles had them ready but just parked there who knows for how long but the owners weren’t notified until they got up and ask. It’s funny how they greet you almost with coffee on hand when you go to purchase a vehicle but when you go to service it they treat you like if you would get it for free, even if you’re paying or if you had already purchased a service package. Please avoid this place at all cost.
My experience at AutoNation Lithia Springs, was nothing but positive energy! They weren’t trying to be pushy or just put me in anything! Parisha worked hard to get me the car that I wanted along with her team. I’m so happy with my new car! I would recommend 10/10. Thanks again !!!

2022-05-20I had an amazing experience during my car purchase experience! Vanessa Maldonado was a phenomenal sales person! Vanessa , the sales manager and the finance manager made sure they helped me get out of my old car. I went to several dealerships and no one seemed as if they wanted to help me. Let’s just say I left here happy and with a car payment under the amount I said I could pay. I am so happy i made this decision and I will continue to purchase my future cars here at Toyota! 2021-11-15The process was quick and painless. From the second we parked, everyone we came in co tact with was very friendly and eager to assist. Kyle Rhodes, our sales rep was awesome and very patient. The car we purchased is for my son who will soon be 16. We initially came in to look at one car but saw another one we liked as well. Kyle was so helpful and very knowledgeable about both cars. I would recommend Thornton AutoNation to others as well as Kyle as the sales rep. Big thank you Kyle. 2022-06-30Thanks to Vanessa Maldonado my husband and I had an amazing experience. She was very professional and caring. She didn’t care how many questions we had or how much we annoyed her. She always made sure we felt heard. Always had the solution/answer to our questions. If she wasn’t sure of something she would always make sure to ask and come back to us with every single detail. Ms Maldonado checked up on us throughout our whole Toyota experience! 2022-01-25I have mixed feelings about this review. On the one hand, I think I found a good deal on a used Mini Cooper. On the other hand the experience tried my patience. When I arrived to look at the car, we waited for nearly 50 minutes before we saw it. I got to do a test drive around the parking lot. I left a deposit and arrived two days later with the remaining balance, it took over an hour to get the car ready. Even so, they did not have the metric screws to hold the temporary tag in place. I’ve had to order those myself on-line.I almost feel that Toyota Autonation is just not that interested in selling cars. They need to eliminate people walking around pointlessly and focus on preventing customers from waiting.They got lucky with me. My wife was ready to walk out after 30 minutes.
