If you want quality repairs completed in a timely manner, this is the place for you. I had a minor accident which caused bumper damage to the car I hit. The car was dropped off for a bumper replacement on Thursday afternoon and was ready for pickup first thing on Saturday morning. I’m impressed and so is the gentleman that I hit. The owner of Autorama, Paul is an incredibly nice guy and he took great care of us!
Worst service Ive ever had. Took my car there for body work. It was left on the lot untouched for 5 weeks. Finally gave up and took my car back only to find 60$ worth of stuff missing. Talked to management about it and was promised the cash back numerous times. Been 6 more weeks and havent seen a penny.0/10 stay away
Could not get my grand cherokee to pass emissions for the life of me. paulie and the guys at autorama got me back on the road, emissions passed, in no time at a cost lower than any other places I tried. thank you, friends.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. I have used this shop multiple times because of the location convienience. Every single repair has taken months. They are a horrible shop. The owner (Paul) never returns phone calls. The last time I came here, I brought my car to be fixed, but changed my mind. They made me pay $110 for nothing. Paul also ASSAULTED ME because I refused to pay. If you want to wait months for you car and get assaulted then come to this shop.
I took my vehicle to autoram and it was misdiagnosed. The repairs I was told was wrong with it was not what was wrong with it. Then I take it to another repair shop because it continued to have the same issues. I was told that what I payed for to be fixed was not even fixed. This is after I payed a few hundred dollars and wasted allot of time. This man(whom I will not mention his name) takes advantage of women that no nothing of auto repair. This place is a disgrace and I will warn everyone of his scams.
Had bodywork done. customer service was great, price was great, work was great. car is like brand new. Thank you, autorama.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! One of the worst auto shops I have ever been to. Atrocious customer service and quality of service. I would recommend going to any other of the dozens of auto shops on alpharetta highway instead.
Paul and his guys have been taking care of our cars and my parents cars for 30+ years. The same guys have been working for Paul for a very long time and they not only know what they are doing, but they get things done right the first time, in a short period of time. They are problem solvers and perfectionists.Recently I took my car to them after the dealer told me Id need to pay $180 to first diagnose my steering problem. These guys figured it out while I was there, I came back when the part came in, and they fixed it in a day. I saved a bundle and now my car is driving perfectly.
Amazing work took my 2012 Silverado here to get my truck repaired after an accident, Paul and his guys done excellent work in a timely manner they even went above and beyond and detailed my truck inside and out and noticed my truck was due for an oil change and he just threw that in for free as a thank you for me doing business with him would recommend all my friends and family to use this shop

I was referred to Autorama by a law firm and have taken my car to Autorama 3 times. Each time, it took an absurd amount of time to get a minimal amount of work done and each time, something else would come back broken. This last time, my car was at Autoramas shop for 80 days for a minor fender bender that only needed the exhaust pipes straightened up and minor paint touch-ups. (My car actually needed the clutch replaced as well due to the accident and Autorama was so shady my insurance company requested me to move my car to another shop. I got my car back from Autorama with MORE SCRATCHES THAN I SUBMITTED IT WITH AND THE EXHAUST PIPES ARE STILL CROOKED! I highly doubt they did any work on my car. LIARS!!!!! The previous visit, I had to have my convertible top replaced because someone slashed it and within a few months the seams were tearing so I asked Paul to fix the top while he had my car FOR 80 DAYS and he kept coming up with excuses and never had it fixed even though it was under warranty. Paul never answers his phone or returns calls/texts and lies about everything! I finally got in touch with the convertible top company and they tell me Paul paid cash and nowhere near the amount I paid him and told them he did not want a receipt so now I am having to fight to get my top fixed which is still under warranty... what a joke! I am livid!!!!! Oh almost forgot to mention the place is full of drug users. Dont leave anything in your car and definitely do not take your car to the shop with a full tank of gas because they go joy riding in it! Left my car with 3/4 tank and got it back on EMPTY with my set of darts out of storage compartment and put together!!
Let me first start by saying...run the complete opposite direction of this joint!!!! You have been warned! They rebuilt the transmission in our GMC Sierra not once, not twice, but now for the third time..... the only reason it went back was because they warrantied the work. At this point I wouldn’t trust Paul with a child’s toy car! Our truck has only ran for maybe a month in the past year because of this sorry excuse for a “business”. We have been lied to time after time with no apology. He first Blamed it on the shop having to move, then not having anywhere to work on the truck, not having enough mechanics, not being able to work in the rain, then tried to claim our truck was sidework for a friend but yet we paid HIM to fix the truck and not to mention he also had to pay for a wrecker to haul the truck over 75 miles because they don’t know how to properly rebuild a transmission the first or second go around. Paul wanted his mechanic, Bob, to drive it home 15 mins down the road and keep it for the night after they’ve had it for THREE MONTHS and said if we wouldn’t let him drive it home and keep it for the night the warranty was void....... Mr Paul if it isn’t fixed this time, you won’t have to worry about our truck coming back to your property you’ll have to deal with our lawyer! I would advise everyone to stay away from this man and pay double if you have to to ensure that your work is done professionally and in a timely manner.
Negative 10 stars. This establishment needs to be permanently shut down. Paul and his daughter are not only inept but they are straight up crooks. They robbed us of thousands of dollars. They made promises that they never delivered on. Our car broke down worse after we brought it to him and we consequently wasted anywhere between 2,000 and 3,000 on his drug addicted team. Do not take your vehicle here. You are only going to fund their drug habit and leave with more problems than you started.
Took a antique Vespa that was in mint condition to him because one of our drivers let it fall over Dairy transport and put a scratch on the tank when him and his guys were done you could not tell it had ever been in any type of incident at all Ashley looked better when we picked it up then it did before it was dropped in the trailer mr. Paul has always done exactly what he says he will do exactly when he told me he would do it well take anything I own to him him and his guys do great work
They are the best repair shop in North Georgia. Paul, Haley and the rest of the team take great care in repairs. I bring my BMW Z4 to them for everything from basic oil change, to body work. Just a good, honest, family run business. Diana Ries

2021-10-14Ive known Paul for over 25 years. Hes always treated me like family. I take all my vehicles to him for excellent auto body repair and mechanical work. He has been honest and reliable and best prices. This man has connections for anything automotive. A lifesaver! Nicest guy too.

2021-10-21Nice guys. I felt like I was in good fellas talking to the owner. If my car isnt fixed correctly Im not saying a word to these guys. Lol. Just joking They replaced my brakes and rotors in a couple hours and Ive had no problems since. I hope you like dogs.there is a house pup named Chip I think. That runs around locking everything.

Their experienced staff fixed my range rover and made it look brand new in a very timely manner. I could not even tell it had been wrecked. Thanks for the superb service. 2021-12-29Horrible!!! Stay away I needed suspension work and the labor totaled less thank 12 hrs total for all the work. This place has had my car over a month ridiculous. Don’t go here you’ll be broke on transportation waiting for your car! Btw before I even bought it here I stated please don’t have my car sitting they promised 4 weeks tops. Lies!!

2020-03-30The best in the business! The whole right side of my car was beat to hell after I hydroplaned and hit a guard rail. It looks better than ever. Even got the emissions repaired while it sat and the spark plugs done. Thank you guys for the prompt service. In and out without my pockets getting thinned. Will be back!!

2020-02-24Took my 04 Grand Cherokee here to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Needless to say, they actually saved my life. Evidently the previous owner had run the brakes down to the point that the rear pads had broken off and the rotors were completely burned off. Had I driven it to Tennessee like I had planned, there was a high probability that the brake line would have seized while I was on the interstate. Not only did the owner alert me of the issue and told me how unsafe it was for me to drive, he showed me exactly where the issue was so I knew I was not being scammed and even suggested I call around for prices. Every other shop I called was over $1000 in costs. He had me back on the road, safely, at 1/3 of the price and threw in the oil change for free because he could tell I wasnt in the best place financially at the time. Hats off to Paulie for making it such a great experience. Youre in good hands with Autorama, will reccomend to anyone in the future. Im going back to have some bodywork done in the future.

2020-03-10Top-notch service at an unbeatable price. shopped around at four other shops in the area and none of them beat the quoted price, there were no gimmick traps on getting me to spend more. the owner took the time to explain and show me what was wrong, where he got the parts, how long it would take, etc. He told me when I chose to do business with him that he wanted to make me feel like family. mission accomplished. Some of the other problems nearby shops told me about werent actually problems but just part of the quicksand once they got you they got you prey tactics that many places employ. I was back on the road in no time and will be back in the future should I ever have another problem with any of my cars. Thanks again, guys.

2020-09-07The owner went above and beyond helping my daughter get a way of going. He sold her a Mercedes Benz. the check engine light came on and the air condition stopped working. But the owner fixed all of the problems. And now my daughter is very proud owner of a 2001 Mercedes Benz. Thank you to Paul. He is a man of his word.
