Roniecia was on top of it today! We walked in needing a battery, and with it being the weekend and a holiday, they were pretty busy. But she was aware of everything going on in the store and was apologetic when the cashier (who appeared to be new) didn’t know how to properly ring up the battery. She even offered to have it carried out for us. I want to make sure she’s recognized for amazing customer service! This is how you keep customers coming back!
The manager, Jack P., was truly helpful. I went in looking for new windshield wipers and he showed me all my options, as well as his personal recommendations. I explained that I was on a tight budget and he happily helped me find the perfect wipers within my price range. Customer service like this will keep me returning to AutoZone for all of my auto parts needs!
Excellent experience at this location. They were able to scan the check engine light on my vehicle to determine what part I needed & I was able to save a little bit of money by finding out precisely what was wrong and getting the exact parts and omitting ones not needed.
Absolutely best customer service!! Maurice Kitchen answered all my questions, stayed with me to select needed products, and very knowledgeable. I come back to this Auto Zone to get the best service. It is rare today to receive this level of customer service in the auto part industry! Keep it up Maurice!!
I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing a part ordered or for any questions you may have. Maurice was very patient with me during the store experience he assisted me in making sure the correct part was ordered and that I had all the necessities to go along with it. The Manager on duty Roniecia was amazing!! She was so polite to us when we were having a bad experience and she was teaching the employees how to do things the correct orderly way. If I worked with her she would definitely be my favorite Manager!! Great job choosing her.

I went in asking for help for a battery issue that I had for a whole month and Mr. Larry helped me tremendously. Every place I went to I was told I had a good battery that needed charging and turns out I had a bad battery and needed a new one. I had a warranty for a brand new one!!! The customer service was awesome and very fast service and being helped!!!
I went to see about oil for the car didnt know what kind of oil no nothing about cars just gas and go tried to look it up in the manual couldnt find it tried to look it up on google still couldnt find it finally went in the store looked around for a minute then asked for help and all i can remember he let me look at the screen he said 5w 20 i asked whats the best one dont remember what else then i asked for coolant he told me i got ready to pay i ask if he can install a battery nice one was already at the register we went outside to look at the warning lights found out it was tire pressure it needed air i pointed at some other lights he explained every one we went back inside i paid the battery was still there i bought a quart of oil and coolant he said i only need a little bit but he poured the whole thing he said the coolant was ok so i put it in the trunk i told him the cap was missing off the tire he said if you go to firestone theyll put air in the tire and replace caps for free i said do yall do it here yeah or you can pay for some i went back in the store he showed me where it was i looked didnt want the same thing i had so i bought blue you sure it will fit i said he said yeah so i left took off the last three caps and replaced with blue drove off went to a gas station across from neighborhood market tried to find silver coins because it was a dollar found the silver but it only took quarters so i went to the register the cashier was outside the booth said she couldnt get in the register all i need is a case quarter she gave it to me out her smock i didnt think about at the time i know what everybody thinking but some time i have a one track mind anyway on one side a quarter was stuck i tried to push it it wouldnt move i inserted the coins in the other slot the air turned on at first i didnt understand it how it looked then i figured it out i put air in the tire didnt lift at all and it cut off wasnt finished the light still on in the car
Today the fine people at AutoZone again proved why I will not shop their competition. My daughters car battery was failing - I took it to AutoZone and Jack confirmed the battery was bad (and that the alternator was good). He then pointed out to me that the battery was purchased at Advanced Auto which has a store right across the street and suggested I go see them because it appeared the battery was under warranty.I had an unsatisfying visit to the competitor. They refused to honor my warranty because they could not verify my purchase (my daughter bought the battery in Atlanta and the Advanced Auto stores computer system is not linked!!!) Of course, I returned to AZ where Roenica (i hope i spelled that correctly - i just got a quick look at her ID) took excellent care of me.
I came into the store with the disappointment of NO air in my 05 Kia sorento, and Maurice immediately helped me to understand what I needed to do in order to solve my problem. He advised me that my air compressor did NOT work and it needed to be replaced. I knew an air compressor would cost me a lot of money, but Maurice offered to Repair my vehicle at a VERY reasonable price on his off time. He repaired my A/C and now it blows very cold for me and my daughter. Thank you so much Maurice for going above and beyond to help a single mother.... Autozone is lucky to have you as an employee.

I have alway went to this Auto Zone until today! I went to return a light bulb that I had already called on Monday and was told I could return it even though I didn’t have the package, and went to return it today and the girl that was at the counter was so rude and told me I couldn’t return it so I said okay and called another Auto Zone. They told me I could return it. So, I called the store back, and spoke with one of the young men there who was very nice, and he said yes they could return it. So I told him okay I’d be inside in just a sec bc I was sitting outside in the parking lot. When I walked back inside. He said she wouldn’t do it so I said okay fine I would take my business elsewhere and would never could back to this store ever again. And the girl was very rude and said go ahead and give her her money back down there and kept cutting me off. So I finally got my money back but the guy was so rude and she did nothing cut me off! I was in customer service for years that is NOT how you treat your customers!! If that is the kind of attitude you are going to have you don’t need to be working in retail! I can promise you I will never take my business there anymore. And apparently reading some reviews on this store, I’m not the first customer that has ran into this problem. Looks like some of their female employees needs an attitude adjustment!
Oh my Goodness!! Roniecia at the Brunswick Ga Altama location is our angel from God today. Our alternator AND battery died on our way home to Knoxville Tn at 10:30 am. Firestone down the street had me on a 4 hour wait to even LOOK at it with no promises... we were all set to camp out for the day when Roniecia worked a miracle. She sent Stephanie over to replace my battery so we could drive to Auto Zone.... then she called her mobile mechanic who BEAT us back over and he began installing our alternator immediately. It’s almost 1pm now and we are just about ready to be on the road again. My utmost thanks and sincere gratefulness to Roniecia, Stephanie and our mechanic Jonny on the spot- ‘Maurice’!! Well done!!!!
I ordered a rear window switch for my 2011 Dodge Charger on 1/15 over the phone. The representative said in order for them to order it I had to pay over the phone. I did. I picked part up on 1/16. I ended up not needing this part so I tried to return it unopened in the original box they gave me. I did not have a receipt because I paid over the phone which I tried to explain. Roniecia said that she could not find where I had paid for it. I tried to explain to her that if I hadnt paid for it then how did I pick it up because I had to sign for it. She didnt want to hear that. She was rude from the time I walked in. She handed my part back to me and said she can not refund something I havent paid for and said I needed to bring my bank statement back to show her that I paid for it. Then added that technically the part was hers cause I didnt pay for it. I went back to work, looked at my statement seen where it came out of my account, called her and she rudely said that she would call me back after she found it. She called me back 45 mins later and rudley said she found it and I could come back to return it. I took my lunch and went out of my way to return this part. I took the part to the other Autozone and returned it with no problem. Store #4969 has the best customer service and they are the only reason that I will still shop with Autozone. I will NEVER go back to store #293 on Community Rd. Worse experience I have ever had and it was from the manager. Roniecia does not need to work in customer service. SMH
Every time I go into this location, I always get great service I never have to wait long to be helped the guy maurice has helped me the last couple of times that I have came into the store and he really seems to know what he is talking about I have told him my issue and every time he has put me in the right direction on what I need.
I went to exchange the battery for my jeep that was under warranty and only 2-3 months old.There was a lady there (supposedly) helping me and she was rude the whole time filled with attitude.Emory helped me instead and has helped me in the past. Very professional and courteous.I hope they promote him.On the other hand, autozone needs to fire that woman. Bad attitude, rude, and disrespectful.This was a Friday night on January 29 (2016).
My review is for a young man, Malik (forgive the spelling if incorrect), who went far above and beyond the typical customer service here in town. I had a madhouse of an evening due to walking out to my car COMPLETELY dead, on my way to work, on a shift the two other employees beside myself had called out on. My neighbor jumped the car (God bless her), but the battery was so far gone, my power steering was giving up on me during the ten minute drive to work. Needless to say, after finally getting to Autozone, Malik identified my problem, assisted me in finding where what I needed was, and personally walked me out and got my car running again. He made an extremely stressful day come to a close with a smile on my face. He should receive acknowledgement for his exemplary performance.
Have always been a customer of this AutoZone but as of today I will not go back. The lady who attempted to help me was rude , she cut me off while I was talking. I kindly left and went across the street to Advance Auto parts and will go back to them. When a customer is talking to you and trying to describe something and you cut them off and says it dont matter you lost my business

2021-11-21After a battery failure (and roadside assistance) we were recommended to leave the car running and take it to Autozone ( Store 0293 - Brunswick, Ga.) I called them to see if they could check the battery straight-away, as we only have one car (were an elderly couple). The man who answered was so helpful and friendly - think his name was Patrick. We did have to purchase a new battery; it was installed very quickly and we were very relieved, as it was approaching a busy weekend before Thanksgiving. We highly recommend using this store. Thank You !

2021-10-28I went to the store on 10-16-21 with a battery issue. Patrick, at Brunswick #293 assisted me and reassured me that the problem wasn’t a big issue. My car wouldn’t start while I was at the gas pump and I ask 2 men if the knew anything about cars and was told No! Two women tried to manually reset the key fob and they jumpstart my car but their efforts failed. Another young man in a large Pickup was successful and told me to go to Autozone and have them check the battery. Patrick at Autozone explained that the blue ( corrosion) stuff around the cables were an issue and needed cleaning. I explained I didn’t have family or hadn’t made close friends since Moving to Brunswick to help me. I purchased a cleaning kit but was at a loss after reading the instructions on how to clean the cables, therefore I would have to take my car to Warner Robins for my son to do the cleaning. Patrick stepped in and cleaned the cables while educating me on how it was done. Patrick saved the day for a stranded Young Senior Citizen in distress, all while maintaining and being Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and with a Large Smile. Kudos to a Gentleman and Retail Service Provider who is skilled in his profession and operates in the Spirit of Exceptional Customer Service Relations Excellence! Thank you Mr. Patrick

2020-12-08I was anxious about a trip I about to take. I went in for new wiper blades. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by an associate and the store manager. Both were very knowledgeable on what I would need for the climate change of my trip. The manager recommended other items that were very helpful. She also installed the windshield wiper! I highly recommend this store.

Also made myself aware that autozone would also discount my battery exchange to eliminate the additional code charge. Saved me time and money, knocked everything out in 1 trip, and signed me up for rewards to further provide me with savings on future visits. Thanks Larry
