Purchased an alternator but the pulley broke a week later. Although I had to do the work twice, Autozone stood by their warranty and replaced the alternator, without question. As usual.4 stars only because the original part malfunctioned causing me to remove and replace it two times, not fun lol.More like 4 and 1/2 stars though.
Autozone Douglasville was a perfect experience. I had a dying car battery that was just about to leave me stranded. I pulled up to the store and by chance an employee was out front with a battery analyzer. He checked my battery and determined it needed replacing. Inside Dustin cheerfully waited on me, found my replacement (while helping at least three other customers), then installed my new battery in about five minutes, in the rain. THANK YOU Autozone!
My girlfriend went in there to goo for a flat tire. There was 1 other customer and 2 ppl working. They did not offer to help her with the tire, even though she obviously had no idea what she was doing and was dressed for a business meeting (I was listening on the phone). She then cut her hand pretty deep on a display and they offered no first aid. I wont be spending another dollar here to contribute to these lazy and inconsiderate workers. What kind of men would let a woman go through that, knowing they have the ability to help. smh
Im a customer waiting to talk to someone while looking around the store to see if I can find such a part, but I could not find what I needed so I came back to ask for assistance but that did not work either so when something like this happens to a customer like myself dont worry about it, I will not be coming back here to purchase anything anymore with a promise
The are lazy af told me they couldn’t change my Fog light because of some made up reason, said it was bolted. 😂 On a 04 Tahoe which the other auto zone on Kings Hwy changed it in under 45 seconds 😭 I recommend not one person go to this store anymore. Thanks for all your help guys you are the pinnacle of our community 🤣 real model employees 😒
I recently went to autozone to check and purchase a battery if need be. I know basic car parts but I’m not familiar with anything beyond that. Brittany was able to assist me with the battery. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the battery and other inquiries about my car. I truly appreciate her positive attitude as well as her willing to assist me!!!Thanks again Brittany!!!Dee
Asked three times for help I got skipped by another customer, a employee looked at another guys car before mine and I was here before him, I just asked if I could get my battery checked (nicely). The employee that looked at my battery was nice and helpful, but the manager didnt care to help much. Long wait with barely anyone here.
Brittany was over the top Amazing 👏 🙌 I didnt really know what was going on with my car and once I explained the problem to her she told me exactly what I needed and helped me to get everything I needed to fix it Autozone needs more Brittanys I will definitely be a returning Customer im Very Satisfied 🤗
I am surprised to see such positive reviews for this location, as my experience today did not reflect that at all. I stopped by to purchase a tail light & was dryly asked whether I needed assistance locating anything &then asked the model, make, & year of my car. I politely advised I was aware of the part I needed, but would like information as to where the part was as I could tell from the way I was greeted that I would not appreciate interacting w/ the cashier. I was rudely pointed in the direction of the part. (Please note, there was only a couple in the store at the time of my visit.) Upon check-out, I was asked if I was installing the light myself. The woman checking me out then walked away to obtain bulb grease for the light & proceeded to ring it up without advising me of the price. When asked if it was necessary, I was told it was. Upon research, I have learned it is not. I was not asked whether or not I needed assistance to install this part. The lady behind the counter was simply rude, from her tone of voice, lack of customer services skills, and being dishonest. I will never shop here again. I was so disappointed at the service, I returned my purchase shortly after. After returning my purchase within the hour, I was checked out quickly by the same person, but was not asked the reason I returned the part. This person remained apparently irritable/irritated. After being handed my receipt, she reached over the counter to rip the bottom portion of the return receipt off, without warning me she would do this & without any explanation.Update - 2 days later.After calling to speak with the manager about this interaction in an effort to prevent this from happening to someone else (a seemingly pleasant man who identified himself as Brian), I feel my concern was taken seriously & assured that this would be addressed. Brian took the time to listen to my concerns without interrupting me & was sure to apologize for this interaction. He explained to me what should have happened during this interaction as well as how customer service skills are valued highly at this location. I appreciate the attention my concerns seem be given.
Thank you so much Marc for helping me out this morning. My mother and I were puzzled because her vehicle wouldnt start without a jump. We came to your location & you took great care of us. You took the time to explain about the liquid coming out of the battery & answered all questions my mother had and did it with care. With a new battery were now on our way. I arrived at a busy time. They had deliveries to deal with, and other customers, but they still acknowledged me walking in the door. What I came for was near the door, so I walked up to the register soon after walking in. The closest employee was working with a customer, but let me know they would be right with me . I was checked out right away, and he still apologized for the wait...there was no wait. I should have gotten his name, but he was a young black man with facial hair. He is management material, if he isnt already. This team should be rewarded for fostering a positive atmosphere on a cold rainy dayHey, corporate.....pay attention!!!I was at the Hospital Drive location.
Nice store thats well stocked. Rhe stadd there was pleasant and friendly to talk to. They were very helpful to me while I searched for the right attachment for my car. I needed to get an attachment for my aux portal to make my cellphone hands-free. Dont want to get in trouble with the law. It worked out okay. It was sort of static-y and difficult to hear the conversation for the most part. Id recommend this store for any car parts.
I have never been to a auto parts retailer this helpful. I pulled into here looking for a relay, and ended up having my serpentine belt fall off. Brittany and Ty were both very, very knowledgeable. They provided a customer centric environment the moment I walked in, were so informative and nice, and then helped me put my belt back on. They were grabbing tools to help me, stayed after the store was closed, and then when I realized that the belt wouldnt work because the water pump pulley is off, brittany offered me a ride home. We dont find good people often in this world and these two TRULY care for others in need. I honestly cannot explain how grateful I am that they were here, as most people wouldve just closed up and drove off. To top it all off, brittany offered to help me later, and honestly shes a saint. I will be coming to this location from now on, as I have 3 vehicles, and they break all the time. You guys earned a customer for life, if I could give 6 or 7 stars, I would. Please reward these employees, as they earned my neverending trust and loyalty. I was an oreillys customer faithfully until today.
Had an issue with my car not starting. Wanted to try the starter and asked Grant the manager if I could bring the starter back if that wont the problem and he assured me that was fine. Tried to bring the starter back because it wasnt the problem and grant was there again but denied me the refund and said he never said he would return it. I have a witness that heard him. I will be giving corporate a call about grant and will not be doing business with auto Zone in the future.
I like going to this auto zone because theyre friendly and willing to help you. I had one guy come out in the rain to help with my battery. Tell black guy young he have a little thuggish type personality but friendly and cute.I had another employee to help me really nice person young white short guy he was cute as well. But the store manager the older guy is outrageous horrible he literally call a customer a n***** I dont know if you just didnt see me standing there or he just didnt care. After that I just left out the store.

2022-01-25I had my lightbulbs for my low beams burned and came onto here than in other auto zones because out of all the calls I did this was the most respectful and wanted my info while others didn’t even had any motivation to keep working. And the best part was that he helped me to plug the lightbulbs into them which I very much appreciated. I will give this auto zone 5 stars: they earned it!

2021-12-18My favorite auto zone thus far! I went inside to get oil for my truck and when I first got in the store I was not greeted properly and had to wait for an associate to help me when the store was empty but the phone lines were busy but as soon as Tyriek saw that I’ve been wait for some time he immediately stopped what he was doing and made sure I was taken care of. He had patience with me because I didn’t know exactly what kind of oil was needed for my truck and then educated me on how to add the oil into my truck. I’ll definitely be back with all of my truck needs. Thanks you again Tyriek for your wonderful customer service! Happy customer here !

2021-09-28I stopped by this location as my windshield wiper blades needed to be replaced. To say the least, I was dreading stopping by because I’m not too savvy when it comes to vehicles. Thankfully, I ran into Tyriek and he was super welcoming and helped me throughout the entire process. He even offered to help install them for me and teach me how it’s done. I walked out of AutoZone with new wiper blades and now, I know how to replace them myself. Thank you to this young gentleman for going above and beyond to help and making this stop very efficient and seamless. He deserves a raise!

2021-12-05Explained a very simple part and the exact name of said part to the worker 5 times and was told it was out of stock. Showed the worker a picture and all of the sudden he know what I was talking about. Wasn’t expecting much, but expected better than that.
