An employee some old guy with glasses followed me and my dad around the last time I went all the employees rolled their eyes when I asked for help when was looking for a jack to go low enough under my car there’s been two times I’ve approached the counter when they first opened and they’d all sit there and ignore me like I wasn’t there definitely not coming back to this business ever again they should go out of business they’ve always had poor customer service.
I came into Autozone and broken man with a tag light that had absolutely nothing left to give. The man,the myth,the Legend; Clint swooped in to my aid and rescued me from the doldrums of this dark world. He installed the 2825 LONGLIFE tag light and now everything in front of me AND behind me is illuminated.Excellent customer service and I plan on asking for him EVERY SINGLE TIME.
The customer service here is extremely horrible. They definitely treat people with disrespect especially if they don’t know you. My husband was trying to purchase some brakes for 3 of our cars. For the first vehicle we asked if they had our brakes in stock and they advised no and immediately asked for the next customer. They didn’t ask if they could help with anything else. The attitude and environment was uncomfortable. We took our services elsewhere and didn’t even ask about our other two cars. They need proper training at this location
Stopped in on my way home from work because my windshield wipers legit fell apart in a rain storm. Tripp was extremely friendly, gave good recommendations, and told me about a promotion I didnt even know about which got me $10 off my purchase and free windshield wiper fluid. And to top it off, he installed them for me so I wouldnt have to YouTube it. Great service, thanks Tripp!
Been going often(2 times minimum per week) to this location through the past 8-9 years. Consistent same issue of low staff weekends due to Autozone corporate management. Many of the current staffers are good. Store is well organized and typically well stocked unless they are waiting on a truck to come in, bathroom consistently kept clean. Their computers never go down like Advance Autos, system has been consistently faster to find parts than O Reillys. Do not anticipate that you are getting high level professional mechanics working, as they dont pay them as such. Simply retail employees with added basic knowledge of cars. Friendly employees that enjoy to have a playful but respectable attitude towards their regular customers, and respect customers who respect them.
Josh is EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!! His face should be next to the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! No matter what issue ive had he has always went beyond to assist me and really makes my business feel appreciated!!!!! Thanks Josh!!!!!! Your the reason oriley or advance never see my face!!!!!!
Assistant manager Jason was very helpful with getting our order placed for parts and purchasing our other items directly from the store. They have a new computer system which was giving us some problems during checkout. It caused him to have to switch computers twice and so for the little troubles of taking extra time, he gave us a courtesy discount which was very gracious. Our order also came in early & so that’s an extra bonus!
I went to get my battery checked because it died on me twice and they refused to come outside because it’s sprinkling very rude so I took my business to O’Reillys who did it for me and that was great customer service get it together auto zone I am a female and being stranded is never safe I’m disappointed in how you treat your customers
My 88 year old father purchased a battery less than two years ago. It has a two year warranty and they would not stand behind the battery because someone entered the wrong information. It also had the warranty expiration date on it and it was valid. The manager was rude and just laughed at me when I said I would not purchase anything else from them again. This is how they treat elderly people and it’s sad!!!
This autozone was so helpful!! We were traveling from Clarksville GA to Oxford MS and our battery completely died at Cracker Barrel. We called this autozone in Douglassville, and an employee drove to us and jumped us off. We then drove to the store and purchased two batteries! Super nice store and very helpful!!
Amazing customer service. My kids were asleep and I call them to ask if they could come out to check my battery and an old guy came out in like 2 seconds. Turned out my battery was very bad. So I bought a new one. A guy with glasses came out and changed it in like 5 to 8 mins. So fast and so helpful. They were both very kind.
If i could leave a 0 star review i would! i came in today for a battery issue with my vehicle and had the pleasure of dealing with KIMBERLY, who was very rude not only to me but to other customers over the phone. i paid for a warranty on my battery that has a 5 year plan. she got rude and annoyed that i work 12 hour shifts and could not come back up here tomorrow for her to change my battery; Which also made her mad that i wouldn’t come back tomorrow. so, instead she had another guy come out and do it because she didn’t want to. She also walked away while in the middle of a conversation i was having with her about my vehicles battery. IF YOU ARE GOING TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.-CA
Its Autozone. The parts and lubricants are there, but unfortunately the staff moves in slow-motion, and really dont seem to want to be there, so no matter the reason you come in for, youll be waiting. Id go to OReillys. My past few experiences have been very unprofessional and curt.
Very non helpful Associates. Dont know why you work at an auto parts store if you dont know a thing about cars. If they are standing there helping you they will answer the phone and help the customer on the phone before they will help you. If you dont want somebodys money that standing in front of you waiting to be helped. Then why dont you just close the doors. Always out of items that are on sale
Jason was there a few weeks ago when my battery died without any warning. Jason came out in 32⁰ weather took out my dead battery and replaced it. I was freezing, he never complained even without a coat.The next week I stopped in because I needed grease for my liftgate. Got a package of grease and was out of there in a flash.Monday night my battery in my key fob died. I went in and Jason was there I told him that I needed a battery for my key fob. I handed over my keys, he took the fob off and replaced my battery for me... no questions asked.I love this Autozone. They are always willing to help and come to the aid. They are really good to their customers. FULL SERVICE everytime! Jason is my hero❤
Called to get price on socket set. Guy name Cody answers phone and While im talking to him in 1st 30 seconds he starts talking to someone in store like im not on phone. He tells me he has no time for customer questions on phone and hangs up on me. I call back he never answers business phone and just lets it ring after i called back twice. Im calling corporate office . Hopefully he is fired and goes back to working at McDonalds where he belongs. actually McDonalds workers are more intelligent ans professional than he sounds.
Asked for help with finding lug nuts for my trailer and the gentleman at the register told me he would be unable to find the right ones out of the hundreds they have. Poor customer service! I would like to think when I come to AutoZone I could get the help I need. This was NOT the case. Extremely dissatisfied with how AutoZone allows its employees to conduct their customer service. Why will I go to AutoZone again when there are other auto stores?
The only reason you are getting a 1 is because it will not let me rate 0. Just left there waited in line 15 min. The female employee there was standing on the end with some man who clearly did not work there. They were eating and she was totally ignoring me and the lady and gentleman in front of me. Three men came in behind us and she called them right over. Do not know why she did not want to wait on the waiting customers. I left and I will never be back went 1 mile down the road to Advance auto and was in and our of there in 5 minutes. Auto Zone on Kings Hwy SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
A young employee white green eyes with a tail that is made in his hair behaves in a very dry way arrogant despota nothing friendly it seems that one is going to ask for gifts the products that are sold does not look for the parts that one needs sends to one without I do not even write down the product number to look for it when he is doing nothing but wait for one standing on the computer I am not at all satisfied with his way of treating the client

2022-05-20I came in a few days ago under the impression from a competitor that my whole charging system was shot. (They said their tester read everything was bad but wouldnt print it for me 🤔) I wanted another test and 2nd opinion. I came to this Auto Zone location fearing the worst. The lady that helped me, Stacy, was VERY sweet and reassured me that we would TRIPLE check everything before she sold me stuff. Well, lo and behold the only thing bad is my battery is putting out low. Stacy really helped me out here, being a single parent its extremely hard to fork out $500+ for parts, especially parts I didnt even need! With her saving me all that money, I will DEFINITELY come here for all my car parts needs. My car is purring like a kitten now and is not hesitating on me. Stacy has incredible customer service and is an asset to the Auto Zone team! Thank you so much!

2022-06-03My husband Gerald and I have visited this store on many occasions, the Customer Service is always on point with everyone in the store. PJ & Clinton have the willingness to help always, they changed our turn signal light bulbs with no problem. Kudos to every at Auto Zone🎯

2022-06-07Jason went above and beyond!! My battery died a mile or so away from AutoZone. My husband’s car wasn’t charging it and Jason came out, charged it and I followed him back to store. I was blown away at their customer service. I will always shop here for all my needs!

2022-02-28The staff have been wonderful on advising me on certain things for my truck and tell me what parts I should buy to fix the problems. Ive noticed that theres is a deaf employee or so he say, so be patient and be clear on the stuff youre trying to get. All in all, best experience. But they need bubble gums

2022-03-27The service was great! I purchased the wrong windshield wipers and had to exchange them. One of the store managers assisted me in finding the correct wipers, and he also put them on for me. Great customer service everytime I visit this store.

2022-05-20A lady helped me install my wipers and filled my vehicle with washer fluid. She was super helpful and I really appreciate it because I had a vehicle full of kids.

2022-06-20Some of the folks that work there know their stuff others if its not in the book or in the computer they have no sense of what to do or how to do it or can help you because I have no experience working on even their own vehicles its sad that they have to hire folks that if they cant find it on the computer thats it I have more knowledge than them
