Went in no greeting, bought these items for over $100 no one bagged my items no one assisted me to my car. The service here just hasn’t gotten better. The manager Emmanuel said I apologize for that.... fixing it would be better. There was a customer leaving out with a heavy basket of items I ended up holding the door open for him after he checked out. We’re is the customer service at my local Autozone?
The AutoZone at 3159 Duncan Creek in Duluth, GA HAS THE WORSE COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT SERVICE EVER!!!! If you have a commercial account, DO NOT go into this location. It will take you almost 45 mins to an hour just to get what you need. That’s even if you’re the only person in line. It’s flat out RIDICULOUS. Also, at almost EVERY AutoZone, they WILL NOT refund you for a commercial purchase if the purchase wasn’t made at that particular store. They’ll tell you that you have to take the parts to the AutoZone that you originally purchased from. That’s CRAZY to me. If I’m a mobile service and I am in Atlanta for the day, I purchase some pads or whatever, and that particular store closes for the day, I’m supposed to drive ALL THE WAY FROM GWINNETT BACK TO ATLANTA JUST TO MAKE A RETURN? There’s no point in returning the item(s) at that point. I’m wasting the return money just in gas. You all HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. IT’S FLAT OUT RIDICULOUS!!
Just had a terrible customer service experience from a young woman there. Her attitude from start to finish was one of Why are you bothering me? I asked her if I could get some advice on battery chargers to which she replied I dont know anything about them. You have to read the box. I then asked if anyone else here can help and she said no one could help me. After pressing, she grudgingly went to find someone. Coming back with no one she attempted to give generic information about chargers, all the while with an attitude of what an imposition it was for a customer to ask her questions. How dare we.She obviously wasnt hired for her knowledge or customer facing charisma so Im struggling to see why she was at all. It was an utterly baffling experience.
Im just now leaving this location. As I was walking through the aisles looking for seat covers for my van as well as safety reflectors an employee walked by me pushing a cart. I said, Excuse me sir. The employee glanced at me as he kept walking and said, Im helping another customer. You can talk to me while you walk. His response was curt and rude. I walked around the store for approximately ten minutes more without finding what I wanted and left. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location again. I guess theyre making enough money and they do not need any more customers patronizing this location. No problem!
This female manager MAYRA ignored me standing here for over THREE minutes when an Asian customer came in she asked him if he needed help. I had to say I was here in line and still she didn’t help me, another employee did. She walked by me TWO times while I stood there waiting for help. Racist actions, I guess I needed to be Asian or Hispanic for help, anything other than Black. I emailed the corporate office I’ll see if they correct this UNACCEPTABLE behavior.
Zero stars! Do not shop here! Store Mgr. Roxy is rude, unprofessional and has a bad attitude!! An employee asked her to assist me she said she was busy and was not going to help me! Poor customer service. I asked for corporate home number she said get it off the door! Michael Thompson provided excellent customer service he should be promoted to store manger!
Im literally setting Im the parking lot right now awaiting my battery which is being charged. The young lady that assisted me tonight did not have to go beyond her job description, but she saw that I needed help and she helped me. You can teach employees a lot of things, but you cant teach them to care. Thank you AutoZone.
I just wanted to share my experience. I called up and a young lady by the name of Roxy answered my call. She was so nice and friendly and her willingness to help is what led me to this review. She volunteered information regarding opening and close times, she also advised me not to wait to come in because I can get stuck somewhere and that as long as rain is not coming down someone would be able to come out and assist me. Roxy did not try to rush me off the phone, instead she was sure to give me all the info that I needed. I could honestly tell that she just wanted to help me and answer any questions that I had, I must add that she listened to all my concerns as well. Thank you.
I had the best experience I’ve ever had trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. William was amazing and helped me as soon as I walked in through the door. He figured out what was wrong with my car, gave me advice, and even fixed it so quick and efficiently. I will always come here whenever I need something with my car and I will be asking for William!
Mack was my service attendant, when I walked in he was articulate. Smart. Courteous, knowledgeable my experience was the Best. I shall return as a woman who knows nothing about cars..He gained my trust. I shall return and call to ensure Mack is working. This location its definitely not worth it anymore. Rude and LAZY LAZY LAZY employees that make a face when attending you. Horrible attitude and costumer service. They dont even care they have competition right across the street. I prefer driving to Advance Autoparts for my car stuff, at least they treat their costumers like they should.

I have never written any bad reviews my whole life but you guys made me do it. I read some of the complain reviews on Google and I saw maybe the owner responds with feedback and replies the review. According to your feedback, it makes me feel so FAKE, if you guys really feel apologetic, you should train your employees on how to be nice and kind to the customer instead of being frivolous and disrespectful to your customers. I wont go back for sure according my first horrible experience. I know you guys probably dont care, but I would tell all my family and friends your staffs are rude. I saw quite a lot of complaints online about the bad customer service and Im just so curious where and how you guys are able to find and hire so many rude employees.
Key holder arrived an hour after opening, leaving all employees waiting in the parking lot. I called all manager numbers on the door to voicemails. Im a customer whos been stuck here waiting because my car isnt safe to go further until I get what I came for. Super disappointed
Person at register said my card declined when my band clearly shows my card transaction went through. Made me pay two times for the same products. Never again to this site thank youAdding on: went back since my transaction processed through my back. They would not return my money saying they are right I and my back are wrong. Wouldn’t come here unless you want to waste time. Been here 3 times in the past two weeks and never more than one person working the front. But 2-3 people working the commercial desk. Commercial desk “can’t help you” and you wait forever waiting on the front desk. All I needed was a simple gas cap. It took 40 min. And even then, the clerk wasn’t pleasant. Came back to return the cap and same situation. Four people in line and only one person at the front. In between servicing customers in store, they were also answering the phone.
Yesterday I visited your store to see if it was my battery or my starter acting up. When we walked out to my car to read the codes, my car wouldnt start. The store manager got me the parts I needed and ensured me that he could call his friends for additional advice on what to do If I needed a tow or couldnt get my car started. The customer service was beyond amazing. I will definitely be back to this store!
Went in to get my battery charged. Was told to come back in two hours. Came back in three, was advised it needed another 30 minutes, which was fine. Went back, Tony gave me the battery. When I get home and place it back in my car the battery was still dead. Not sure what happened. Ive bought a few batteries from auto zone, took a couple back for charges and would either be told battery was chargeable or couldnt be charged. I left under the assumption the battery was charged and ready to go. Wishful thinking.
I went to ask the management there if I could borrow some jumper cables,to assist someone who was stranded at another location a few miles away. No problems at all with my request. They gave me a brand new pair, I left my ID, and assisted the stranded individual. They’ve just gained a faithful customer if and/or when I need automotive products...and yes, I will go out of my way, as much as possible, in order be a loyal customer.
Yesterday, my wife and I visited your store.We needed batteries for both fobs. Tameeka, your employee helped us, it was difficult to access, she looked up my make and model car on the internet, and followed directions and was able to open and placed batteries, in both fobs.She definitely extended herself to help us out, she is a very pleasant lady, provides great service and with a great sense of humor.Thank you so much for your kindness
Let me just tell you guys how AWESOME, QUICK, and EFFICIENT this Auto Zone is. So I call first because my battery was dead and I was trying to get a free battery through my dealership because my car was less than 30 days old. They tell me they can help so I rush over. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door by all associates. (Wow factor). I wait in line and luckily the manager is available to help. I let him know about my battery and right away he was picking another one for me after a few short words to my dealership. Now this is what struck gold. OWEN EVEN CAME OUTSIDE AND TOOK OUT THE OLD BATTERY AND REPLACED IT WITH THE NEW ONE. I was so appreciative because I’m not mechanical savvy and I had no idea how to get the battery in. He was friendly, quick, and efficient! So if you need good service quick do me a favor and see Owen. :)))Signed one happy customer :))))
Tony helped me out so much today! He made my day a 1000x easier, I know nothing about cars and went in to get a reading on my check engine light, turns out 2 coils were bad, not only did he go above and beyond to find the right ones for my Hyundai but he also installed them for me while I ran errands and left the car ready for me to pick up! Never had anyone at Autozone do that. Amazing customer service! I will be back to this exact location if I ever need anything for my car!
Tony was amazing!! I’ve been to many auto stores and none of them were amazing as this one!! He took time out of his day to teach me everything I needed to know about fixing a problem with my car! It’s not the closest to me but I will make the drive every time just to come to this location. Staff was amazing and had long time customers coming in just to say hi!Would 100% recommend!
I went there because check engine light was on. I received EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from MANAGER WILLIAM.Willam was rude because I offered him hand sanitizer.Then he was refusing to give me my free report..Do you know how much this cost? Its free but I guess he wanted to charge me.I dont understand how he can be a manager with this type of behavior.
Alex R. was extremely helpful explaining how and why my air filter needed to be replaced. He didn’t just sell me a product. He made sure I understand the dynamics of how it impacts my car and daily use. I frequent this location because I actually trust the staff and their knowledge.
I went to auto zone today to look for splash retainer clips and returned some other clips because I purchased the wrong clips. I was waiting in line until it was finally my turn, when this young Hispanic man with earbuds tangling from his shirt said to come. We talked to him, and we were asking questions and he answered back in an aggressive tone. When we asked if we returned the two clips, he responded with a very angry what?!?! and just walked away. Very rude and poor customer service and ruined my experience with autozone.
The service wasnt very friendly I bought wipers for my car. I actually found on my own Google what would do without it. One dude looks it up he called it something for the cheapest which was $14 each. He didnt offer to get them so I went back I didnt see what he had said but got the cheapest ones I saw. They work great . He rung me up finally asked if I needed a bag I said yes please. Took my bag . Note its raining outside had just stormed you go in buy windshield wipers a woman blonde 56 hopefully dont look that much but doesnt offer to put them on. So I try to figure it out I text my 19 yr old do they put wipers on anymore for you or what. His answer was they should. I go back in the one that waited on me I dont know what he said but the other guy put them on for me. He was nice.
Its very difficult to change my headlight on my car. Tony ( who works here) was ready, willing and Determined to help me in this hot sun! It was Definitely a challenge but he got the job done with a smile on his face! I never met a nicer group of men! Thanks guys and a special thanks to Tony!!!!!!
I was taking my newborn out for the day but it was drizzling and cold. I wanted to use my stroller so that I could protect baby but the tires on the stroller was flat. Went to add air to the tired but I could not figure out how to add air to the back 2 tires due to how the stroller is designed. I decided to go to an AutoZone to see if they could help me. When I got there, the employee at the counter was Tony. I explained my situation, a little embarrassed that I was there about something not related to a car. Tony was AWESOME! He went out to my car looked at my stroller. Went to his car and pulled out his personal air pump and added air to my stroller. Any mom can agree that when you are out with an infant it can get hectic or overwhelming. People like Tony are the kind of people moms like me are thankful for! Thanks again Tony!
5 Stars to Myra and the team at AutoZone! I had to return an item and anticipated this being an issue however, it was anything but! No muss, no fuss! Fast, professional, uncomplicated service by Myra. Another younger, male associate also assisted her in resolving my matter. Thank you!
So this place is a little bit out of the way in the sense that it is off Buford highway, but its that section of Buford highway thats kind of residential and quaint, but the staff is amazing, you dont get that short Curt attitude that you can sometimes get from Auto parts people, this place is super friendly, and Michael Thompson the manager of the commercial department because thats mostly the business I do with them is probably one of the best sales Management professionals Ive ever dealt with, this may be out of the way, but trust me, this staff is as good as it gets, and think about it, duralast Auto parts, totally reasonably priced with lifetime warranty across the entire nation, how can you go wrong
My car had been having trouble for months and I took it to several mechanics (and paid a lot of money) to get a diagnosis but no one could figure out what was wrong. Finally I took it to this Autozone and they were able to figure out the problem in 2 minutes with no service charge. I wish I had taken it here sooner! Would have saved a lot of time, money, and stress.
BEWARE: Dorian B., an assistant store manager, is one of the laziest and unprofessional people Ive seen in retail-- how is he a manager?!? I watched for 10 minutes how he wasnt interested in helping a Hispanic customer get installed easily at his car more than talk down to him about how easy it was for him to do it himself--the guy came back into the store after he couldnt do it. Dorian wasnt interested in helping him as much as he was in eating his snack of peanuts in front of us at the cash register-- guess he needed to keep his energy up for lip service.My experience wasnt any better. He just gave gave me the light bulbs that he wanted me to have and had no interest in discussing what I needed.I run a business and strive for my coworkers to provide excellent customer service. What an arrogant, condescending, lazy employee. Too bad management doesnt see how bad this guys behavior is and how affects business. Better service/ auto stores can be found elsewhere.
Terrible horrible customer service. This guys ruined my whole weekend. Asked some simple questions and all reps were so rude and they do NOT know what they are doing and dont even have any interesting serving customers. At the end, I still wanted to be a nice persone, so I said have a nice day, and they said nothing lol. You know, I didnt have to order parts from local store, as you know online market is getting grow and easy to order but I just wanted to help little more for local store but now I feel like Im a dumb. I will never EVER visit this store EVER.
Came here to get parts for a neglected car I recently purchased. Loyata (sorry if thats not exactly her name) came out to replace my battery for me, but the corrosion of the terminals was bad and wouldnt connect to a new battery. Micheal T. replaced the bad terminal for me for free and gave me a place to sit inside out of the heat (Im 39 weeks pregnant). So so happy I came to this Autozone. God bless you guys
Tameka was great! I called in right before closing she was able to help me find the right part pull it for me and had it ready super fast before I got there. Autozone had the part I needed right now, the store was open late, and a friendly and knowledgeable associate was able to help me, what more can you ask for.
I give a 0 out of 5 stars. The employee at the register was rude as hell. I came in to ask for something and the guy said Your making me to work I let that go until the guy started getting even more disrespectful about the fact that he had to find my receipt on the computer. He was in my face a yelling that it was more work for him to have to do. The manager came out and did nothing about it. Needless to say I walked out of there without my receipt and felt very disrespected I will never be going to that place again its worth the drive to find somewhere else to go.
I went into this store yesterday with an issue that I couldn’t solve myself. Tatiana (not sure if I spelled that right — lol sorry if not) was a HUGE help and really went above and beyond to figure out how to fix my problem. The level of service I encountered from Tatiana was incredible, and I truly appreciated it. I would definitely recommend going to this location for all your auto needs.
My boyfriend needed a battery asap so we went there but different from their website hour, they were closing an hour early so they said they could not help us (they were about to close). They werent nice but we understood and said thanks and left. In the parking lot, we realized we had a flat tire. But we had a spare tire and the equipments.. I thought we were good. However, the triangle lift didnt work so we were out in the cold lost. He went back to ask for help but they didnt help us at all. They did not let us borrow nor help us buy the necessary materials to help ourselves. This to me shows their personalities and their lack of consideration of other peoples feeling/situations. Needless to say, I would not come back here.
Had to take back some parts that were bought over 30 days ago and they were just as happy to help make it happen as they were to sell em to me.As a corporation, they have only let me down once in decades and theyre people are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.Theyre my default unless geography dictates.
We were 100% completely satisfied with the customer service at the Creek Dr. AutoZone in Duluth, GA we were broken down on the side of 85N and after calling Advanced and O’Reilly’s and several other auto parts stores that would not deliver our parts after agreeing to pay a deliver fee we called AutoZone and I spoke with a very knowledgeable and courteous gentleman by the name of Tony Sic and he managed to find a way to make it happen. He not only made it happen but was within 30-45 min and I just wanted to say thank you to him and the driver Micheal Sink for making our day! There should be other auto parts stores that offer delivery to the general public and not just business as well as accommodating employees like Tony Sic & Micheal Sink!
Every month there are new employees at this location and after 5 years of going there monthly, Ive seen it all. Employees that are on drugs, getting in fights, blasting rap music, acting like they could care less about their job, but tonight was the last straw. The set working there on March 22, 2018 had attitudes and gave the worst customer service Ive probably ever had. Came in with a battery and the guy at the counter just stares at me - I had to say hello to him. Then he says its outside, and Im like umm, what? What is outside? He says, the battery checker. Umm, okay, so I stand off to the side and wait. When it comes in he hooks it up and asks how long the battery has been sitting. I said, about three weeks. He again stares me down and acts like Im trying to scam him (for what idk). He then tells me to come back in the morning (although the store is open for two more hours). I ask come back for what, not understanding he will charge the battery, since last time it died they just handed me a new one. He then explains he will charge it and that it takes an hour. I ask politely if we could make it happen tonight since there is plenty of time and he complains there are two customers behind me. I offer to carry the battery to the charger and hook it up. He starts belittling me on coming back in the morning and walks away. I took all I had in me to not lose my cool. Sorry customer service from ghetto employees. Duluth is better than this and after 5 years I will drive across the street to Advance Auto for now on.
I went to the Duluth AutoZone on Monday after work as my Duralast Battery wasnt holding the charge. After testing it was determined that the battery was bad and as it was under warranty the guy that was helping me got me a replacement battery. He didnt know how to replace it in my Infiniti so the manager Tameka had to help me. She was attending to the line of customers and afterwards installed the battery in my car. While installing the battery she was very polite and greeting all customers entering the store while talking with me. This AutoZone is a convenient store and Tameka is a pleasant and knowledgeable manager. I will definitely return for my automotive needs
A one stop shop for all your auto parts needs. Even if they do not have it in stock they manage to check which other locations has it, to that extent that they will place an order for you to pick up in future. I have been doing business with them since last 8 years. Keep up the good job guys.
Go in to exchange wiper blades for correct size. Manager dismisses me to other employees immediately. The employee I asked looked up the sizes for me reluctantly. When I tell him one of the sizes doesnt fit and ask for help getting the right one im told those are the sizes they have and he goes away. When Im leaving I hear b**** customer gringo coming from behind the counter. Needless to say I returned the blades and have no intention of ever going back. Great job guys!
I stopped in after work because I needed new wiper blades. I bought some earlier in the day from NAPA and thought I could put them on myself. Epic fail. Don’t change wiper blades in the rain! I called AutoZone. Not only do they have late hours but Tony came out to my car and put the NAPA ones on for me!! This is the place I will shop from now on!!
I love the. 24hr in lilburn but they ran to to 3 stores this time so they have me 10% off. A few things are life time warrenty like the brakes which we need often. They take their time to compare different price options.i love the engine light check for Free and the battery chattering for Free. GREAT warrenty on batteries as well.
How are you the manager and steal money from the customers? First took my $20 rewards which supposedly froze the system? And then $11 for returning my old starter which was a core charge you kept as well? Yes Im using ? Cause your thieving Mr. Manager. Saturday night dont come here TRUST me
This was probably the worst customer service that I have ever witness. I walked into the store last night and the Supervisor was on the phone helping another customer so I stood in front of him waiting for him to get off the phone. As soon as he gets off the phone he walks away and doesnt say anything to me and helps another customer that just walked in after me. Then the other guy that was working the counter got done with a customer and he was going in the back to look up a part and the manager tells him to go over there and help that guy. He asked what does that guy want? Then the manager says I dont know he is just standing there. I was going in there to take a core part back. I was very frustrated after my experience and will not ever step foot in this AutoZone again!
Went to this place today because my blinkers stopped working, Ronny and Xavier helped me out. Diagnosed the problem walked me over to the part, looked online for how to best locate and replace it. I got home and 1 2 3 it was fixed and my blinkers work like a charm now. Thanks guys.
This is one of the better Autozone stores in Atlanta... They have most of what you need for parts Or Loaner TOOLS, to fix your car... and they are open 24 HOURS, so when its midnight and you are still in the middle of an auto fix-it project, you can still drive over to the Jimmy Carter Autozone, and find stuff to get back on the road.
They test your battery for free (some places charge you $40), check your engine light for free (some places charge you), test your starter for free. No pressure to try and sell you goods and services. I had my battery replaced there and they installed it for me free of charge.
If i could i would give this a negative 0 not the first time i have came into this store and employess and manager are rude one last name rojas had the most horrrible srrvice no one wants to help not even a hi or thank you or help woth an exchnange you need to show your employyes what customer service is and if they dont want to work well dont
Auto zone is the best store to find auto parts Ill recommend going to the stores they got everything there and if they dont got it there they will send you to another one of they stores been going there for years store stays clean and they take care of you pretty good

2022-06-05Stopped in today to replace my battery, the staff were friendly and helpful and made sure I grabbed the correct battery off the shelf. Prices were fair, they let me borrow a 10mm socket to swap it in the lot, and the tech came out to make sure I had everything I needed. Would recommend to others and will shop here again.

2022-02-23Staff was great - friendly and had a great sense of humor. I came to get my taillights replaced and the gentleman who helped me made it fun and interactive - I actually sort of learned how to change them out and it gave the $8.99 I spent on them extra value. While we both joked the whole way through, the guy knew what he was doing and I was glad to help (it didnt feel like he was clueless and I was stepping in to do it single-handedly). Additional note, I was here once before just browsing for something and a different employee I encountered on that visit was great too.

2022-04-27I had a check engine light on so I pulled up at auto zone around 7:25 am but I waited since they are supposed to open at 7:30. Managers are supposed to wear gray shirts so that’s how I knew that it was the manager not opening the store even when he saw me standing there. He finally opened and was very rude. I asked him if I could get my light checked he said that the machines hadn’t been working for months… mind you I went to the same store a few weeks before my engine light popped again. He was really rude and was like Well I dont know what Machine they gave you cause mine hasn’t been working for months which was not true but I just let it go. I mean i know it’s early but don’t work in customer service then or at least as a manager act kinder/nicer towards customers.

2022-03-14Our battery had just died and , after receiving a jumpstart, we drove straight here. The associate tested the battery and determined that it needed to be replaced. He replaced it for us in just a few minutes and we were on our way. We’ve been customers at this location for 14 years… this is why!

2019-03-01I came on a Friday evening to swap out a battery for my Chrysler Crossfire. After having a terrible day of car issues, these guys saved my life. Tony and Tameka helped me out right away with getting the replacement battery. They were so professional and helpful, they went above and beyond excellent customer service even going so far as to install my new battery in the pouring rain. I cant possibly thank these guys enough, they really saved my day and my car!!!!!! Excellent and I highly reccomend!!
