I was on my way out of town and my battery had died. I was able to get a jump from someone nearby and called and spoke with Nigel to see if the they might be able to help me get a battery and install it since I did not have any tools with me. Nigel told me to come on in and he would help me get this done. He was extremely friendly and willing to help and when I got there he quickly was able to take my old battery out and install a new battery for me without skipping a beat. Definitely saved the day for me and I would highly recommend this location!
I bought AC freon from Autozone Duluth. I need to return it, So I went to that location and told them, 1st I went to Suwanee location to return but they told me there is an error in their computer system they cant return you should go anyother Autozone location nearest in Lawrenceville. Here one manager told me we cant return it too cos the problem is in Duluth location computer. I explained him the fault is on Autozone end. I have my product, its receipt and Autozone bag too you can confirm over the phone from Duluth and providing a great customer service you should return it. Another manager John interpreted and started telling me in a rude manner. You have too wait to fixed the issue issue or we can give you store credit but we cant return you cash. Really disappointed. Autozone should fix it.
Best trip to an auto parts store, ever! Kyle not only found my headlight replacement immediately (without having to ask what type of engine I have), he followed us out to the parking lot and installed it for us! (Car dealer would probably have charged us $200 and claimed to have had to drop the engine to get to it!) Will never shop for auto parts anywhere else! Thanks so much, Kyle! Youre the best!
I couldn’t find my cigarette fuse Kyle helped me out. He was pleasant and patient. We literally had to go to YouTube to find were it was at. We also used the owners manual and still couldn’t find it. I appreciate his help as we were on our way out of town. Thanks Kyle ☺️
Gerod F was such a professional! He answered all of our questions, helped us find all the items we needed and immediately installed the parts and battery (for our car). He also installed the battery in our key fob, just to be nice!He did not sell us anything we didnt need and he helped us get the best value for our money.We waited NO time to be helped and the installation took less than 5 minutes!
This location was extremely busy when I visited, and yet they managed to help everyone without making anyone wait too long. I was helped by Andreya (I might have misspelled it, I just remember it had a y in it), and she clearly knew what she was doing. She was friendly and helpful, and she explained to me exactly what she was doing when reading codes from my car. I have been to this auto zone many times and have never had a negative experience at this location.
Terrible customer service, I called and ordered a part I was told it would be there by noon, I call in and some lady with s terrible accent, told me they would be late when I was very specific to please call and let me know. Then I call back and they wouldnt tell me their names that just odd. This store used to have the best customer service
I went to store number 2002 off Georgia 20 by the Kroger looking for a trailer hitch Santa cross a young man named Patrick that is employed with AutoZone for the last 9 years I can tell you right from the start this guy was all about customer service II couldnt find a wrench to tighten my trailer hitch which I bought the wrong one the first time and he quickly exchanged it came out to the truck make sure I was good to go and I had to write a review for this young man because incompetents drives me crazy and this guy was anything but incompetent very good future for this young man I cant say enough about him thank you so much
I had the most wonderful experience with Andreya. I needed to replace a headlight. I called the store and she answered the phone with the most friendly and welcoming voice. She helped me decide on the headlight I needed, then held it for me while I drove over.Once I was there, she offered to put it into my vehicle, but I said that Id like to learn. She gave me gloves and the tools Id need, then walked me through changing my own headlight. It was a very empowering experience.
Fairly decent store, and I would give them a higher rating except that they would not accpt a return with receipt from a purchase that same day for an item that was totally useless and should not even be on the shelf.They adhere to corporate rules more than customer service.
Thank you Ahmo Ziga!!!! I have been dealing with a nightmare of a dealership getting my car fixed. After a week of work they had not properly reattached the protective cover under my enigine and it had started to drag (not a car person so I dont know the name). I was furious. I happen to be right next to Autozone so I went in looking for a screw so I could fix it myself. Ahmo was so helpful. He took one look, grabbed some zip ties, and fixed it right there for me. After such an awful experience with the dealership I am very grateful for him. Thank you so much Autozine for your fantastic customer service. You are my new go to for all my auto needs.
Slow service young dude was un educated aboult parts .air condication fluied was way to high had to buy parts It was a bumer on my part. Shes happy but yawl nead smarter people who wont rip a big one in your pocket .i ran into a macanic he helped me in what i neaded not advance auto Disiponted 😢
I went to Autozone last evening to purchase parts for my work truck. The first person I encountered was a man named Justin. He was very unfriendly, not helpful at all, bad attitude like I was an inconvenience and more concerned with his cell phone.Thankfully a very pleasant and helpful young lady named Andreya took over. She was knowledgeable, speedy and interested in meeting my needs.I say fire Justin and give Andreya a raise, shes a model person and employee.

2022-06-15Had an issue with my engine stalling after using the remote start. I walked into the store and was greeted by Galib. We talked a few minutes and decided to test the battery. It failed so he replaced it under warranty. This is one of the best Auto Zones Ive been to. Good people, good service, and a great battery warranty.

2022-07-08Visited the store with concerns of a bad battery. The store manager Andreya helped me quickly and efficiently determine that my battery was indeed bad, and helped me get a new one. The whole process was so smooth, and I was able to get on with my day quickly. Thanks to all the staff at autozone!

2022-04-19Worked here for 7 years. Management was horrible. District manager is horrible. Store has some good employees but the store manager Andreya is horrible. God forbid if you catch her on a day she doesn’t eat. She will act like it’s you’re fault that her time management is poor. Plus they have damaged over 10k in car repairs for customers. Do not let them install your battery lol. She takes no accountability. I like how the company avoids reaching out to former employees as to why they left. Shows how horrible leadership is within this company. I see responses from a few days ago but nothing to follow up with previous customers.

2022-04-11Got there at 8:55 pm just to get a brake switch and a chubby black guy with glasses was helping a customer and the customer had to unlock the door to let himself out. I said are they closed he said yes maam. I said dang it. The worker heard me and put his hand up saying yes and started mopping. The sign says close at 9 not that yall close early. Very disappointed.

2022-01-30HORRIBLE!!!!And you’re not sorry for the inconvenience so no need to reply as if you care, do better and find workers that know what customer service is!I go in the store and there’s one person stocking behind the counter that didn’t see me and another guy comes from the aisle looks at me and ask the guy stocking, hey what’s your code “I’m thinking he’s going to help me” doesn’t say anything I wait five minutes and there’s a customer who walks up with items and the guy says, hey sir are you ready to check out I can help you! The customer looks over at me and says she was already up here “sad that the customer has to speak up” I say I been standing here this whole time and you didn’t ask me anything, he says I’M NOT ON THE CLOCK, so why would you ask this man (customer) and not me (female customer) for help and he didn’t even have the decency to tell the other guy stocking hey you have a customer waiting. The story goes on but I hope YOU get the point because it was MUCH DEEPER then male vs female. GO WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED! If I was with my father this would’ve NEVER happened!God bless the people in GEORGIA!!

2020-09-06I had low air in my front tire and called as soon as they opened. Drove over from Kroger gas station (air machine wasnt working properly-losing air) and they immediately came out to help. Hooked the air machine to my tire and I was on my way all in less than 10 minutes. Staff was Amazing!!!

2021-07-17My 5 stars is for Andrea! She is a breath of fresh air in that store. She was so helpful and pleasant on my phone inquiry about windshield wipers and even more pleasant in the store when I arrived. Her customer service is beyond what should be expected and just seems like it is who she is! I really appreciate a person like that.

2022-04-15I learned my lesson from this store to not throw away my receipts, especially my refund receipts, lost hundred dollar from that. Basically I shouldnt have been so naive - i threw away receipt b/c I followed up on it with them last time and they said its being processed. nope, that was probably a lie and I shouldve given that receipt to my credit card and not threw it away because I was thinking who the hell buys 2 car batteries for honda on same day, on 2 separate transaction - 5 minutes apart at that! I was so naive. The young gentlemen at the cashier was so rude once he found out im there to ask about their follow up instead of buying.—updateRefund received few months later
