Amazing customer service here from all of the staff! I’m not sure of the guy’s name but he was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was buying the right things rather than just selling it to me. So appreciated. Will absolutely be shopping here from now on
As a single female I had been gouged by mechanics but today...I was saved by the associate at this autozone. Her name was December and she was my hero this day.She was very knowledgeable, patient & went over & beyond to assist me. Excellent service! Went to get replacement windshield wipers on a rainy day because mine werent working properly. After the kind clerk helped me to find the right wipers for my car he rang me up and put them on my car for me IN THE RAIN! Best customer service hands down!
I called asking about rear brake rotors and was told they were $52.xx for my truck by Ian. I drove farther than one of their competitors to get that price only to be told that the price I was quoted on the phone was for front rotors. There was no apology or offer to make right, just a shrug of the shoulders from Ian. Plus side, the woman that was helping me, I think her name was a name of a month, was polite and friendly. I understand that mistakes are made, but at least admit the mistake offer an apology and act like you care about customer service. NAPA got my business that day and will continue to get my business from now on.
Had an even better option, when arrived from another store that had found me a part that wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but I was going to get it anyways. But arrived here and the very helpful young lady that helped me, took the time to look up my vehicle again and we found the best option, that I was looking for originally! So it worked out great, other than me having to drive to a different town to get a part, that I probably could’ve gotten at the original store I went to, but the associate didn’t find or give me the option I wanted, for some reason.So anyways, YES, this store is great and the staff are very helpful and actually will take the time to help you the best that they can! Which is the difference between locations and associates, in my experience. 👍🏻😎👌🏻
I discovered I was missing windshield wiper blade on a rainy (not cold or stormy) day, likely from the car wash earlier that week. I had to drive that day and needed itfixed. I called and a nice young man confirmed they had the parts and that they would install for me (it was raining at the time of the call). I had to drive with the “arm” up in the rain so I could at least use one wiper and needed to install it ASAP. When I got there the older man at the register refused to help me install it because it was raining and reminded me that the installation was a “complimentary” service and they weren’t obligated to do it. He suggested that I find somewhere else or come back when it wasn’t raining. I told him about the call and he said it must not have been raining 30 mins earlier. I had to install it myself right in front of the store while he sat at the register and watched me crawl onto the hood of my SUV to reach it. It just seemed really petty. We won’t be going back to that store, which usually has great service.
I walked into the store and Uriel F. was extremely helpful, to recommending other services and explaining the process of what he was doing and why.Very knowledgeable on the store offers and tool rental program, and treated my car like it was his own.Because of Uriel F. this shop has now become my main to go place for auto care, purchasing parts, and all things car related.
DECEMWR AND MANNY WERE AMAZION. MR. TONY WAS RUDE AND DIDNT WANT TO ASSIST WITH PUTTING THE BATTERY IN. INSTEAD OF ASSISTING HE ASK MS. DECEMBER DID SHE SELL ME THE BATTERY AND WHEN SHE REPLIED YES. HIS RESPONSE WAS WELL YOU NEED TO PUT IT IN.. AS HE PROCEEDES AS A CASHIER.
This store is amazing the Assistant store manager Uriel is amazing. i want in for a issue and he told what I needed. This auto will not lie to you at all or try to get you out your money. Amazing customer service all around. If you are looking for a auto zone come here they want tell you wrong.
Gil is very professional, knowledgeable and always available to assist. I recently came in to purchase replacement parts for my 2013 Ford Focus, Gil assisted with making sure the parts were for the vehicle and would fit and he also installed all the parts. It was a busy Saturday morning and he was able to not only help myself but also install a car battery for another customer amongst juggling people in the store. Great service
I stopped by today with both brake lights out. The man that helped me was great, very knowledgeable and nice. Not only did he help me determine exactly what the problem was (both bulbs had gone out at the same time), but he even replaced them for me. He was great. Very thankful!
My battery died 3 times in the past 2 or so months. Today after getting it jump started, I came here and they very quickly tested my battery, suggested I drive about 30 minutes and come back again and as long as its increasing in strength, I should be good.They didnt try to sell me something I may not need. Thanks for that!
Great store! I highly recommend talking with Uriel, (one of the guys who works there) whenever you need anything, that guy knows what he’s doing. I went there and my battery was bad, he changed for me, cleaned all the cables and took care of everything. Well done my friend and keep up the good work!
Victor L is the nicest guy!! He helped me so much with a front light and a tail light.. This place was the best auto zone Ive ever been to everybody was so helpful they really love what they do and they make it fun I just couldnt believe how nice everybody was Ill never go anywhere else for my car needs thanks Victor
Came here to get a new battery (the original vehicle battery lasted for 6 years almost to the day). They were quick to test it and get a new one installed on my car, no issues whatsoever. I dont remember the young girls name, but she was kind and helpful. Ill definitely be back here in the future if/when I need a new battery (dont go to NAPA, they have a policy against swapping batteries for customers).
They didnt have the type of code reader to tell me.what my particular light meant, HOWEVER, when asked, one of the staff recommended their personal mechanic to me, walked me outside and pointed out where it was, and then introduced me to someone that worked for them that had come in the store before I left. Top Notch Personal Service!!
I had the BEST experience here at Auto Zone. My car was over heating and I came in the store scared and worried I was going to blow the engine up. Tracy and Daniel made sure I got the right fluids and was very patient with me. They explained what was going on and told me what I needed to purchase. They worked together as a team and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you guys! #customerforlife
Tracey k and Daniel C hookup me up with a new headlight.. even though they didnt see my particular bulb in the system, they worked as a team to take my current bulb out and find it in the store and have it placed in while i was paying.. this is a great team.. many kudos to them.. great attitudes.. fun and funny.. i always come to this store.. not saying that i have plenty car issues but when i have something easy, i always come to autozone.. Staff is always friendly and helpful, especially a female staff member (sorry, I didnt catch her name).The location can be a bit tricky to get to if you dont know the area; my suggestion is to turn off of Holcomb Bridge Rd going west when you see the liquor store and drive toward the front of the shopping area parking lot until you see the Autozone building, which stands alone from the rest of the shopping center.
I don’t usually like to do bad reviews, but I’m really irritated. I called this autozone on Friday to order a part, and they took my information over the phone, and said the part that I needed would be in on Saturday. Called back this morning (Monday) so I could pick up the part, now they’re telling me that their vendor doesn’t have the part, and have me a refund, which will take 3-5 business days for it to hit my account. Now I’m out of that money and can’t order the part elsewhere for another couple of days. Would have been nice to make sure that the part was actually there, before taking my money.
I resently purchased a set of break pads, then I took the day off from work to replace them, but what a big surprise , after removing the wheels and calipers, they gave me the wrong pads!!When I call in , the manager ignore my complaints and didnt address the issue saying that that is common mistake.I leave 2 miles from the store and request then to deliver the correct pads since my truck is on the jacks, but he told me that was not possible.Today is 05/14/20 10am .
Every time Ive visited this location, the wait times are longer than usual. Last night one adult customer chose to sit on the floor to wait their turn.On a couple previous occasions Ive called ahead to confirm they had a part in stock, just to driver over and find out they really didnt 😡.
I was recently there to buy new headlights for my 2001 Jeep Cherokee, However, one of lights was used and not new. Being frustrated I called and asked if I can exchange without a receipt. I shop here regularly and trust them so thats why I didnt grab one. They worked with me and I was able to trade the light for a new one. I would normally give a store a 5 out of 5 stars for this type of customer service however AutoZone should have not allowed for a used light to be sold as new. Always check the products for flaws before purchasing from here.
Horrible experience I called to make sure my the parts I need where in store because he day prior I had called to have them ordered and was told someone would call the next day when hey where ready and I was on hold for 20 minutes and was transferred multiple times and at one point I had a manager on the phone and I explained I was transferred so many times just to ask a simple question and even the manager automatically transferred me before I could finish talking and then I was transferred to someone that I guess was about to leave because he said it Im leavyfor lunch and I cant help you and I was transferred again so I then decided to just go to the store and hope the part had just gotten thereAnd then I was told they couldnt put it in after they said they would and I go somewhere else and they do it no problem and I was in and out in 5 minutes when it took 2 days dealing with autozone never go here horrible staff they are very rude
The manager victor will threaten you and accuse you of stealing for no reason and when confronted about it over the phone will hang up. I have lived in Roswell for 3 years and my fiancé lived here all his life, we have shopped at auto zone plenty of times but we will only go to oreileys across the street now. The guys there are always very helpful and always has fast service.
This location is extremely understaffed. Between the only two employees that were working, they were way over their heads in in-store customers and answering phone calls. This was unfair working environment for them and poor customer service. I waited in line for 25 minutes with no help before I finally left. I hope your employees get paid more for being overworked
Autozone pointed me in the right direction. I didn’t know what to do about my dead battery. I thought I had a bad alternator or starter. They performed a free diagnostic and installation of my new battery. Once the mechanic started working on my car it took 5 minutes and I was back on the road.Thank you!
The employees at the AutoZone on Alpharetta Hwy clearly do not want to be there. The woman at the desk would not make eye contact, gave short, curt answers (not only to me, but to the customer who was ahead of me in line) and walked away when I was talking to her. This is the 2nd time I have been in there - to be fair, I thought I should give them a 2nd try, but I will not make the mistake a 3rd time. Ill take my business elsewhere - there are too many other good places to go.
So i stopped at this Autozone late at night and was very impressed with the service i received. The young lady named arcenia went above and beyond to help me with my car even though they were almost closing. I needed coolant and i had no idea where it went. And she said to let the engine cool down and she put it in for me i will be coming back to this autozone!!!
I almost walked away and went to Oreillys to get help withmy lightbulb cause the black American older man refused to help me. But the African Uriel made my exhausted day. He came to my car as I was pulling off and said no dont leave. I will help you. He said I have a customer, but I will take care of you both at the same time. Thank you Uriel! I have been having car issues for the last week since I drove from St. Louis to Atlanta.
The store manager by the name of John, he is so unprofessional I dont even understand how he became a manager. This is not the first time, I kinda brushed it off the first time he was rude.I ordered a part and they told me it will be thret at 11:00 am, I showed up at 11:15 and part wasnt there... Thats not the case understand Atlanta traffic, its the way he talked to me that I have a problem with.There was no need for a ride response. I will be buying my auto parts from OReilly stores from now on.
This place is a joke. Lots of attitude exhibited for swapping out a battery by a young naive clerk. Never again I will show my face in this store. Most likely a racist spat, but I cant be exactly sure of what this woman was thinking. Anger and rudeness. Just to clarify it is for the blonde girl at the front desk.
I usually dont have any problems with autozone. Well they give us parts that dont work and we return them and get a new one. But recently I bought a car battery & I never got a email telling me that they no longer sell this product because it being faulty. My car wouldnt start and I thought Id try to recharge the battery and it didnt work. So i took it to autozone next to Lowes in Alpherata. The guy told me they dont sell it anymore. I asked is it because its faulty he said yes. My question is why didnt autozone contact the people that got this battery. Instead they keep quiet. I would always go here but advance auto parts is way better. No longer will go to autozone. Yes I got a refund but I was mad. Weeks of wondering why wont my car start.
Stay away from this store! I took a dead battery there 3 months ago and they told me it wont hold a charge. The battery was still under warranty so I took it back to Walmart and got a replacement. This week, I killed the new battery ( long story) so I took it to this Autozone to have it charged. They AGAIN told me that the battery was no good. That didnt sound right so I bought a cheap battery charger and charged it myself. Strangely, MY battery charger had no trouble bringing it back to life. I dont think Autozone charged it at all. It makes me wonder if the original battery was actually ok. Are they being dishonest or are they just completely incompetent? Hard to say.
Went in the store and the customer service was horrible . No greetings , asking of questions or assistance . Waited over 10 minutes to be helped. No one still acknowledged the fact that I was standing there while I was at the front counter . Horrible experience and wont be returning to this location .

2022-07-14These guys are professional and honest. I needed to have my battery checked and they got right to me. Do need a new battery and they are putting in a new battery. Howard is the store associate that is helping me and he is great. He is also a gentleman which means he listened to his momma 😁. Great place. I highly recommend especially being a woman and you dont know about such things!

She gave me excellent advice to help accurately test my battery & when it failed the test she installed the new battery quickly & flawlessly. Im so happy I chose this AutoZone. AutoZone has never given me a bad experience, but this one was exceptional. Thank you December! You really saved my day!EDIT: Ive read other reviews highlighting Decembers wonderful service; she is truly amazing & I hope AutoZone appreciates her as much as we do!

I was helped almost immediately by Gill, who took the time to not only help me identify the right kind of battery for my vehicle, but also to explain the differences between the options and how to find the information on the battery itself. He even took the initiative and offered to install the battery for me, which saved me a lot of frustration in trying to figure it out myself.Clean store, helpful employees, prompt service. Highly recommend this location.

2022-01-27I love Autozone. Not this one. I went in for a fuse and was told to go to Google and read my owners manual to find out where the fuse box is. I opened the hood, and its literally right there! The guy was super lazy. Needless to say, I went to OReilly down the road and got a fuse in less than 5 minutes. Ill go back to autozone but not this one

2021-10-20The Sales Manager was kind enough to test my battery after an autoshop told me it was weak. We all know that some mechanics will lie to you for business. Then he told me I had actually gotten it at another retailer where it could still be on warranty. I appreciate his honesty so much. It wasnt under warranty so I will buy my battery from this location and always give them my business. Thank you Alec!
