I tried renting with these people 3 times. I even showed proof of income that was more than enough to pay my rent, with a clean background and they denied me 3 times. Very RUDE and racist.

We called to inquire about viewing an apartment managed by this company. They stated we could come get the key and look ourselves. We drove from Leesburg to their address in Albany (not far, but not convenient either when trying to house hunt). When we went in to get the key, they stated their technicians had the key to that particular apartment and the technician was at the place we had just left. Very clueless or just plain lazy staff. We decided against renting from this particular agency so if you go through them, check to make sure they are actively trying to get your property shown. This was our first and last experience. If you cant even keep up with a key and be helpful to future tenants, I cannot imagine how you will treat them when you get a contract signed.
They have the realty property that seems to all be in crime neighborhoods.
Mrs, Susan is the best she will help you as long as you are helping yourself. If I ever return back to Albany, Ga...there is no other rental agency that I would go to besides this one!
I never rented from the company before so I cant give an accurate review but the do offer a nice selection of houses and duplexs to fit your needs.
RACIST LADY. THE LADY WHO PICKED UP THE PHONE SOUND VERY OLD AND WAS HOSTILE. I greeted her with respect and she was still road. RUDE RUDE. I went house hunting else where
I have rented from them for almost 10 years. Fix all that is broken and love them keep up the good work
Very rude please do not rent from them. I went asking the rep about the list and she was not nice at all they have things listed for rent that are not ready to move in smh

2022-04-26Definitely discriminatory had no legitimate reason to deny my application assumed my black landlord was my relative how very much prejudice they should definitely remove that discrimination paper off their wall bc they definitely discriminate I do not recommend to people of color you’re wasting your time these people are scam artists‼️‼️‼️‼️

2020-01-07My fiance and i went in today to apply for a house in lee co and they were very nice to both of us and yes my fiance is black so i dont see how ppl say they are racist its all in how u carry yourself but business wise they were very nice ppl

2017-03-24The people at B&B are VERY nice. If anyone says something bad about them, its because those people have problems with everyone, NOT just the B&B people. Just remember that when people say they are being treated bad, it usually means they brought it upon themselves. Several members of my family have rented from B&B starting back in the 1950s. We have always been treated with respect. I have seen people in there yelling at the women and demanding this or that. The women take the verbal abuse and continue waiting on the rude public, to be best of their ability.

2017-03-28I have been with b&b for 5 years an evertime I call them the lady in the back be disrespectful. Dont like to help you out with your problems I dont know if she dont like me or just dont like people at all but she dont need to answer phones she will run business off. But the lady in the front is so sweet she will do anything to help a person she has very good comster service I would love to get give B&B a five star if it was just the lady that sit in front thats sweet but that old lady in the back makes business look bad
