When we first got our order delivered they brought us only 1/2 of our couches without even telling us. the only way we were able to find out is when we called and found out ourself. then told us that the other couch wouldn’t be here for a month but once we asked for money back they said it “oh it’ll be here the next day” came and brought us the FLOOR model. witch wouldn’t be such a big deal if we weren’t going through a pandemic and so many people sat on it or if you weren’t able to tell but you can. called up again and the woman who had helped us was so rude and gave attitude over a mistake SHE made. now is making us keep the floor model after we asked 3 times to not give us that. we wanted a new one. we were even willing to wait until next month to get it. tried getting in touch with managers and the main office but no one would answer. i so wouldn’t recommend this place. this wasn’t the first time we had problems either.
Customer service representative known as J was definitely on top of her game. She was very courteous, kind, professional , very knowledgeable on every question I asked her and just plain fun to talk to. She is definitely a keeper in my book. Keep up the good work young lady. 👏👏👏👏🙏
I spent almost $4000 and the whole experience has been very disappointing. First and foremost, do not believe any delivery date they give you. They didnt delivery everything on the first trip and had to schedule another trip. They called to say they would deliver between 11AM and 3 PM...and it was 1:30 PM when the called! They delivered a damaged table and ultimately had to deliver another which is why Im giving them two stars. They damaged my floor and still havent offered to fix them. You must be very very careful to inspect everything they deliver and never assume they will do the right thing. Incredible. Buyers beware!
Help!!purchased over 3,000 in furniture and Ashley OBryant was a fantastic sales person. We are happy with couch but not chase lounge chair spring came through when you sit on it. We did purchase all protection plans so the chase was picked up for repair or replacement. When we got it back it was not repaired and you could still feel springs. So we had the delivery guys take it back. That has been a month ago with no response. We called several times and went to store left messages with manager and sales people still no return call or response. Were told that Leah is the only person who can make a decision. My interaction with her has been less than desirable. She had her husband at work, complaining about working late and was rude as hell, I would not ever think she was a manager, the sales people were more professional. Still no response she can not be the only person who can make a decision, if so yall need a new manager. I am aware a new store was opened on Montgomery as this was the reason Leah couldnt call back and was busy. Jae took my information and I felt good about the conversation and hopeful and was helpful but still no response. We do not want this chase and need it taken off our bill and I just need to know who can get this done. This chase was picked up originally Nov. 24th 2018. We have referred several people and they have purchased a house full of furniture but they are not getting a response on damaged furniture as well.
Best store I’ve been to. Manager and staff make me feel like family. They are so much fun to be around. Delivery was flawless and I won’t buy at another store. Thank you lyric, J, makayla, CHarlie and especially Leah for making feel so special. Also delivery guys were on time and very professional
My wife and I had Ordered the kids furniture and were expecting it yesterday. Well around 530 in the evening we discovered that our order was not on the truck. I was Pretty livid as I was Trying to surprise my son with his room redone. Tracy was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to insure we got the furniture. She had the furniture loaded and brought to the house with the help of another employee Kevin. It’s about 7 in the evening at this point. I could visibly see that Kevin was worn out but I was quite impressed, he never skipped a beat, unloaded the furniture (upstairs) and got it all together in pretty good time for a guy doing it by himself. I went from never wanting to go there again, to I’ll buy from that location just because those 2 work there. Thanks for the hard work.
Stopped in to see what inventory the store had. Started viewing the inventory for about 15 minutes and still no one approached us. Finallyafter no one come to wait on us we left. I might add that there were no other customers in the store. The reflection of the customer service here,leaves me seeking A furniture store that appreciates my business and myhard earned money. It sure will not be spent here. They sure need A manager that gives cares about the customer.
Enjoyed the visit. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They showed me around and talked about the products. They didnt rush me at all. They let me take my time with my purchases. They even asked me some questions to try to get a feel for what I was looking for.The only I didnt like was that the table I wanted was on back order....lolThe was beyond their control. Heading to pick it up now. Cant wait to see it. I really do appreciate the attention it was showed their.
The manager was very rude. Return funiture i bought and and part of my money was returned and the rest given as a store credit. Have never heard of this before. Went to the store to find out what is going, i called police to report what going on and the lady manager told police that i was rude and put a criminal trespass order on me, not to return to the store again. Might have to go to court to get my money.
Stopped in respond to flyer I received, waited for ever to get someone to help me, then the salesperson knew nothing, showed her in the flyer what I was interested in. She said they had no stock had to order it in sight unseen. Had as much as A dont care attitude that someone could have.Told me she hoped that I found out what I was looking for in stock somewhere. I sure do not care to spend my money at A store that truly does not care.
My experience at this Badcock was absolutely amazing. When I first arrived there it was the first of my three stops of furniture places I was looking to get financed with. This would be my first time financing furniture as I have always brought it flat cash or already had furniture which I took from my mom house. Lyric was quick to help me the moment I arrived, she was very attentive but still allowed me my space to view the catalog without the looming pressure of feeling like I need to buy something. She was sure to inform me about their ongoing black Friday sale which was very helpful when viewing the catalog. I found a few bedsets I liked in the catalog and she informed me on the sale price of each one. I told her I would return later once I viewed my other options because I had really liked that bedset and was sure I wasnt going to find anything close to the great price. Upon returning after viewing two other furniture store, I was hoping to make my sale with Lyric but she wasnt present at the time in which Jae was quick to assist me. Jae has an amazing personality and gave off great vibes throughout the whole thing. She was very efficient and was quick to get my financed for the bed I wanted. When Jae told me how low the monthly payments were (49 at the time) I was completely blown away and couldnt resist throwing in a playstation 4 along with it which only increased my payments to 80 a month with 73 down. I was shocked because at Overstock, they quoted me for 237 a month for nearly the same price as I spent at Badcock! Not to mention that they financed my delivery fee into my low monthly payments while Badcock wanted to charge me 80 to deliver right down the street from them! Such a great help! I am officially a new and forever reoccurring Badcock customer! Thank you for your help ladies! Im sure I will see you sooner than later!
Called about a lamp on 11/22 and said I had to order in so I did. 20 min later a girl calls and says my lamp is in. I asked if she was sure because I just called and was told it was not in stock and I had to order. She said oh yeah, I see that its just an order. I get a call the next day saying it will be here Wednesday of the next week which is fine but I forgot to pick up due to Thanksgiving holidays etc. I go down today, Monday the 2nd, and the store is empty minus the two women working. I walk up and say I am there to pick up my lamp and she says we dont do pick up orders on Mondays. Then she said we actually do not do pick ups on Sundays, Mondays, or Wednesdays. Seriously? They sure didnt look busy enough to not go in the back and get a lamp. We are talking a lamp not a giant piece of furniture. I guess I will call tomorrow and ask if its ok to get my lamp then I will not buy anything else here again.
If I Could Rate Zero I Most Definitely Would ! BADCOCK.....BAD SERVICE !!!! I placed a order The middle of MAY ! To receive a Darcy Love Seat & Sofa ! I received the love seat 2 weeks after that , thinking i would receive both at the same time , so i called to see when i would receive it , the Manager informed me that the sofa was on back order and that i wouldn’t receive until another month later , long story short , this is the worse customer service ever received! I went to American freight , place a order and got same day service with NO ISSUSES !!!!!
By FAR the worst customer service out of any furniture store we’ve ever purchased from. Beware!!!! The deliver team will and has damaged items as they put your things together. And the management is completely rude when you reject the delivery and they act like it was my fault and then when a refund is requested they get more attitude and again try to place the blame back in the customer.
When I went into The store I was really just looking my sales consultant Jae👌👌👌 very helpful very knowledgeable she advised me about applying for credit I did not think I would get approved but God be to glory I did I am So glad she stopped and helped me actually she was on her way out the door for lunch and stop to serve me that is fantastic customer service
The worst experience ever was lied to for the sale and told that the delivery people would move the stove and refrigerator and upon arrival I was informed that they couldnt even move it two feet. Sales person lied on multiple occasions on many different issues and the corporate office was not much better in resolving the matter.
I had a horrible experience at Badcock on Montgomery Crossroads, I went to this location because I was told the problem starts at this location. Well I spoke with Tracy & Kevin gave them my concerns & previous orders confirmations including photos. They addressed everything & handled my delivery with care & concern!!!! I bought a Dining table and it came with damage in one of the corner, and called customer service and they replaced the table but one more time came with the corner with damage and I called one more time and they replaced again, and it came with two corner with damage, this time was painful trying to get replacement, but after four time called the central office finally we get the table with no damage. It was the first and last time I going to buy something in that store.
1st purchase: an electric fireplace. Was delivered on time & looks beautiful. Then I purchased a curio cabinet on 11/7. I was told it would be delivered on the 15th. They called that morning & said it didnt come in on the truck. (When I purchased it they said it was in the warehouse.) Told me it would come in on the 22nd. This was the day b4 Thanksgiving. When I didnt hear from them, I called. Didnt come in on the truck. Said it would come in the following Wednesday. Waiting 3 weeks when it was in their warehouse. Some one dropped the ball. Really bummed since I planned to have it in my dining room for Thanksgiving.
My experience at this store leaves me wondering how this store is even open, no one acknowledges your presence, the help leaves A lot to be desired, no knowledge of product, very unprofessional in dealing with customers, could care less about making A sale, does not have the product in stock they advertise, the help that finally waited on mehad and attitude. Might as well have told me to go shop elsewhere thatwe were A burden shopping there! I am sure this building will be for rent soon!
All of the staff members arent professional, in fact one of them was sitting with her feet propped up on one of the sofas by the front door playing on her cell phone when my husband and I walked in; she did not even say hello; we wont be spending our money here. Also, their bathroom is disgusting.
Love the workers and Love Badcock. You must go try to apply for credit : ) when you get credit you will build credit you cant beat that : ).... I been with badcock for 21 year and being with them open up a lot of doors credit wise...... Its way better then those rental centers that you will end up paying triple.. :-(
Very poor customer service.I paid for a bedroom suit in full with expectations of recieving it a month later, but to my suprise of calling to schedule a delivery date.I was told at that time it will be in 4 months later 😡😡😡😡.I called to try and rectify the situation, just to be put on hold.Very disappointed customer.
I walked into the store on yesterday, and this was first time ever coming into this store but never again. I have change my mind to purchase something. As I walk around the for 5 minutes nobody said hello how can we assist you, no type of customer service. My first experience at this store was horrible. There was a total of three people to look at me in my face and not acknowledge me because they was so busy on their computers.
Badcock started in Polk County (Mulberry, Florida) It was the next town over from where I lived in Bartow, Florida. I have known the Badcock name all of my life because of store located in Bartow, Florida. I was born in Winter Haven FL which is another town over from Bartow. My time at the location in Savannah, GA was a wonderful experience for me.
Horrible customer service by the store manager I ordered two tables both was damaged reorder them when they got to my house still damaged so I asked them to just come get them they started avoiding me even the manager so I ended up having to call corporate just to get them to come get the tables like I said horrible customer service I will never buy anything from them ever again.
Came to purchase a dresser eggs there was a mirror next to the dresser ask if the the mirror came with the dresser in the sales person said yes when did the Ressa was delivered they said that the delivery man said that they did not bring a mirror because they didn’t have a hardware for the mirror so my husband called the store they said that the threat that mirror for the dresser was an extra hundred dollars now why would I pay $100 for me or they don’t have the hardware but why are you did not say that the Mira did not come with the dress that you said it did very unsatisfied in disappointment we spent too much money in the store

2022-07-31I went in to make a purchase the 2 young ladies spoke when I walked in even though they had other customers! They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Even the new young lady just passed her test and she was very knowledgeable and very helpful! I am happy that I chose Badcock Furniture! Excellent service experience!

2022-05-25My 85 year old Mother bought a recliner but got it home and SHE fell out of it on the floor. So I go to take it back and Badcock has 3day know return policy . MOM who can not afford another chair gos to use it again falling again on Floor. I come home my 85 year old Mother is crying and yelling I call ambulance and she is in Hospital and my have to go live in a nursing home. Please say a prayer for my 85year old Mother as she is all I have left. GOD BLESS

2022-03-26Buyer Beware!!! Check this before you buy! I bought a computer with a 3-year warranty and After 2-day use a recovery error occurred. They will not take the product back because Hewlett-Packard will fix it. Ladies and gentlemen I didnt want a fixed computer I want a new computer!!!!! I believe this whole thing is a scam. If you want fixed electronics at the new sale price then by all means use this store!!!

2021-10-15The management is horrible. I call continuously for 3 months. Left over 20 messages for the manager to return my call. I came in the store in person. left hand written message for the manager to return my call. 3 months no response. Finally my daughter and myself went to the store. I sat in car just being so frustrated. The manager( Tracey Moore or Morgan ) at the store. When asked any questions. Tracey stated you need to talk to your salesperson. ( who resigned ) My daughter. Ask her about returning my call. Where was my furniture that never got delivered. She was unable to find paper work. she is highly unorganized oblivious and irrational. She said she never receive any messages or notes from her staff. So she is unaware of the situation. Which is impossible because customer service call with me on three way. So she is rude and a liar. Just amazing the her staff is able to work with/ or through such incompetent leadership. My lawyer will be reaching out.Dr. D. Thomas

2022-03-28If I were Tupac I would not let Biggie by furniture here! If I were a Hatfield I would tell the McCoys to run. Do not send your worst enemy to buy furniture at this place. The management and ownership does not respect their customers or customers time. They do not communicate; they make mistakes and dont apologize; sales associates dont take ownership negative 5 wasnt available is the only reason they got 1 star!!!! #stayaway #noservice much less customer service #my dog would not by furniture here. #go where they will treat you like a customer.

2022-02-08Love Jae, she has been incredible ever since I moved to Savannah. Unfortunately whoever they use for delivery cost them future business and I had to cancel the last order because delivery was a joke. I should send them a bill for wasting my time.

2021-09-06My wife and I ordered a bedroom set from Badcock six months ago despite the numerous negative reviews you see online. We found a good deal and thought that Badcock could not be as bad as it seemed. We requested a refund today. Every time we called, we were told that the shipment was delayed by one month and to call back the following month for a shipment update. Six calls and six months later, we called customer support today who informs us they do not have this set in inventory at ANY distribution centers and that the earliest they “may” have this set is late December. Ogechee location was not helpful when we called at any point.We shopped Ashley’s Labor Day sale today as we have many times in the past and found a better deal. It will be at their store in 5 days. No issues there. Would highly recommend Ashley’s for the prompt quality service we’ve received now and in the past. Avoid Badcock.

2021-04-03DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had the option for negative stars, I would give them a negative 100. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Costumer service was absolutely terrible. We had multiple failed deliveries, no call back, our future was completely broken, they ruined our home when the delivery finally came, and all pieces of furniture were messed up. Do not waste your time or money. I will NEVER step foot in a Badcock again. Absolutely terrible.

2019-02-11I love this store! We have shopped Badcock for a lot of years.. Recently it has new owners and this is the best service me and family has had.. Ashli is great.. Always so nice, very knowledgeable and always get my items exactly when she says.. If there is an issue she always put us #1 and everything is fixed.. Now my delivery guys.. There are awesome. So nice and polite, everything always put together and handled with care. Recently bought a bed and after these 2 young men put everything together I walked in the room and they had even made the bed up just like it was! A+ for this company and loving the new store on Montgomery X Roads.. Thanks
