The only reason I wouldn’t purchase from them is if there is a particular item I have in mind and they simply do not offer it or anything similar. I will for sure only be making furniture purchases from this store at this location. The quality of the team and the furniture is beyond exceptional. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and everyone involved. I even sent my brother there who purchased a dining room table and chairs the same day. He was just as thrilled! Thank you Badcock!

Ran in 5 min before closing to buy a recliner for my husband who was coming home from the hospital. From credit check to signing paperwork was quick seamless and painless, took all of 10 min and I was out the door with a scheduled delivery for the next business day.(it was Friday).Staff was friendly and helpful without hovering.Will definitely purchase again.
I was looking for some good bedroom furniture for the kids and Badcock more than delivered. I completed the online credit app in minutes, went to the showroom, picked out the set, and my delivery was scheduled ten minutes later. Quality furniture for a competitive price. I needed to place an order an I reached out in December and I was told Mrs. Tina was out until the beginning of the year. I called today and she was back. I told her what I needed she took my order over the phone and explained that my item was a specialty order and it would take about two weeks to arrive. I will always give my business to the Marietta store as long as Mrs. Tina works there.
Hello I was referred to Austell Badcock Furniture by a mutual friend. Who had very great things to say. I was in need of bedroom furniture so we went on day and the staff and sales lady was very helpful to me. I was free to go as I please while Karisma and others stood by assisting me when needed and answer my questions. After approval I ask if she would wait as I looked in other stores to see if I seen anything they didn’t have Karisma said sure. I went to 2 other stores and came close to purchasing at another store. But them I remembered Karisma and my words to her I’ll be back. So I went back reason being I not only want the furniture but the relationship that I’m in good hands after the sale.
I havent recieved any of my appliances. They lied about my delivery date changed it without telling but still sending messages saying it was delivered. So long story short I being waiting on my appliances for a whole month and still havent recieved mt items. So I will never cone back to this location anymore.
Thanks Karisma for assisting me in such a professional and thorough manner. A few weeks ago I was headed to the beauty supply store when I noticed quite a few appliances and furniture outside of Babcock. I told.my daughter to check the price of the washer and dryers. She told me the price which was unbelievable. I got out car to check if it was actually true. I couldnt believe that the Amana washer and Amana dryer was 350.00(total price). I could not pass it up. I purchased on saturday. The appliances were delivered on Monday just as promised. The delivery guys were very professional. They called ahead to ensure I would be home upon delivery. They set things up in timely manner. The manager came by later to check to make sure.the installment was completed. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and accuracy of service. Babcock furniture will always be my furniture store of choice.
Wow this place is like a smaller version of Rooms to Go. GREAT layout and furniture pieces. Me and my family were looking for a desk. They didnt have it but I was impressed with the inside of the store,especially based on the location and the plaza. A diamond in the rough. Check them out, youll be surprised AND they deliver.
GREAT customer service from Tina! She was a big help on the phone and when we arrived at the store. She was patient with us and VERY knowledgeable of the merchandise.

Delivery truck #1946 (FL tag GDS 077) blocked my entrance to my apartment complex for about 15-20 minutes, and refused to move long after they were informed there was a visitor entrance at the next intersection. I could not go around and could not back out since there were cars behind me. When asked, the driver very rudely refused to move even just over to the side while he was waiting so that the long line of cars that had accumulated would be able to pass. Badcock needs to train their drivers better on how to get into gated communities and especially basic common courtesy.Admittedly, I dont know which location they came from, but this location is by far the closest to where the incident occurred (Akers Mill and Powers Ferry).

I basically shopped online, but someone called me from the store to let me know they had the furniture on the floor I could come see. I went in, and saw the furniture and some other pieces and purchased the furniture online later. The store salesperson was very pleasant and helpful when I went in.

2022-04-18Absolutely atrocious customer service and professionalism from management. The sales person that helped us and another gentleman in the back were great but the assistant manager was awful. When we went to purchase a couch, after thoroughly checking the condition, price, and any other signage, we were told that the piece was sold. Obviously we were visibly disappointed and rather than offering some kind solution to the problem she just went on helping someone else while another older woman gorged herself on some Captain D’s openly in front of us and all the other customers shopping. Will never be returning and will be spreading the word to all family, friends, and community boards.

2022-05-09I bought a really nice bedroom set from Badcock on Austell Rd, sad to say I didnt purchase the 2 year extended warranty. Here is the issue, the USB ports have gone out on the 2 nightstands and I have called the store for advice on how to repair. They dont even want to speak to me aabout it, YOUR WARRANTY RAN OUT 1YR AFTER PURCHASE AND YOU DIDNT BUY THE 2YR EXTENDED COVERAGE. Not even corporate in Florida will even talk to me. They wouldnt tell the company they would use if they had to send a repair man. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM BADCOCK!!!!

2022-06-09THE WORST POSSIBLE STORE EVER!!! so theirs a bedrooms set i was interested in purchasing, they told me for sure the week of may 11th it would arrive, no problem ,i waited that week i called to confirm the status on my furniture, then they told me the week of the may 23rd, getting a little frustrated since i had plans for my wife to be coming from out of the country wanted to have a surprise for her, still i waited, week of 23 came and i went to this store in frustration, then they told me it would arrive in November, with no apologies being said i wanted to get a refund and they told me a cancellation fee, of the furniture that never came ,i called BBB and finally got it resolved, i went to BIG ALS FURNITURE rite around the corner next to hobby lobby and the gentlemen Eddie took really good care of me AND even deliver the same day!!i hope the management of badcock read this review and take consideration instead of given their customers the run-around!

2021-03-01Perhaps your system will reflect the customer service representative who helped me. Cant recall her name at present. But she was excellent an most helpful and extremely accommodating by calling other stores and when those scenarios didnt work out, she stuck with me until the end EVEN taking me in the back to see a piece of merchandise that was damaged and MARKED DOWN that worked to my benefit. She was awesome. Great experience.

2021-04-02I was in the process of obtaining some new furniture for my home. Badcock is not that far from my home so I started their first. I was greeted by Elisa who treated me with kindness when I walked in the door. I did purchase two nice chairs. Elisa exemplifies what a great employee by her professionalism and politeness.

2021-03-08I went there for a specific bedroom collection. The one I wanted was unavailable until May. The sales lady told me she had same design but in different color, would I be interested. I said sure. So Im a proud owner of a cherry wood sleigh bed. The two ladies were very helpful. I left with bedroom suite and mattress set. FYI mattress is very comfortable.
