Awful. Ordered a cashew chicken salad on ciabatta today in the drive thru....bread was pure dough...sandwich bland...and the lettuce was not fresh at all! Served with a tiny portion of pasta salad that tasted of vinegar! Over $8 with tax and had to throw it in the trash. Wont be back.
This was one of the best bagels I had in the area hands down. Texture was fantastic, perfectly toasted, and the flavor was savory - exactly what I want. However, I will say, one of the worst lattes I have been served in awhile. Im not going to knock them for it because I really should have just gotten drip coffee.
I stopped by Bagel Boys this morning at 6:35 AM (they advertise opening at 6:30 AM) but the rude employee claimed there were no bagels and slammed the drive through window closed, with neither an apology nor an explanation. Why pretend to be open for business when you have nothing to sell?
If you want authentic bagels (like from the old neighborhood) THIS is the place! When I order a bagel with lox, Bagel Boys Cafe GETS IT RIGHT! Not many places do. Smoked Salmon, Red Onion (beautifully thinly sliced) capers, on top of cream cheese (just the perfect amount) with a tiny dash of lemon juice (tiny, not too much, a perfect balance!)Their “bagels in a bag” to go stay fresh for days and are enjoyed by my whole family! Simple to warm up in the toaster after slicing!John and his ENTIRE staff are like family, welcoming, friendly, helpful and go the extra mile, because that’s just what they ALL do!Eat them there, take them to go, have a bag of bagels packed up for later, whatever you decide, you will not be disappointed! These guys and gals are AMAZING! They also take GREAT care to ensure the safety of their customers and staff during these trying times! Masks, gloves, safety barriers at the register, etc. Bagel Boys Cafe do it right, job well done, EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!! Thank you ALL!
Owners and the staff are salt of the earth. Just the nicest people. The tuna salad they make is the best I’ve ever had (well next to my wife’s) perfect place for a quick breakfast or light lunch. They are very dog friendly! My pup has been running around with the treat they gave him for 2 days now lol
This is my favorite breakfast restaurant. Everything is delicious, and absolutely worth the price!! I come here multiple times a week. If I receive any problems with my food the staff is extremely quick to help me solve the problem. ❤️ #BAGELBOYS4LIFE

The drive-thru line can be a little long, but its cute how they give you a little mini muffins as a thank you for waiting in the long car line.If waiting in the car line isnt your thing -- the service inside is just as fabulous and a little faster because theres not as long of a line. Friendly staff and clean inside.Great bagels!

Bagels are great. Drive thru is ridiculously slow!!!! Happens everytime I come here. Ive decided not to come again if theres a line. Ive been in the drive thru waiting for 30 mins!!!!! 3 cars behind me backed up and drove away. Unacceptable. Feel badly for them cause they are losing business.
Went there for the first time today to pick up a half a dozen bagels. I was surprised at how good they were. I would highly recommend this place.
It was very busy so I am probably in the minority in this rating. But their bagels were just fair, nothing special and they use very little cream cheese...or at least the person who did my bagels. Felt like they were less than one step up from store boight...
Service was great. Food not so much. Bagels were bland, asked for bacon got home and received sausage, on a different order i had asked for SPK that wasnt there. On all bagels i specified how i wanted my eggs cooked it was never brought to my attention its fake egg so no temp can be taken, just tasted like flavorless puffy plastic. Probably would have ordered something else if i would have known. So buyer beware! If your expecting a real egg sandwich this isnt the place!!!

Be careful ordering half a dozen or a dozen bagels at their drive through. They always stick you with a few super stale bagels.
I went in with my sister and she tried to get a small smoothie but they were out of the small cups so she ordered a large smoothie and when it came out it was filled up a little more than halfway (basically the amount that would come in a small). And then made the wrong smoothie.

Bagel Boys Cafe has very good selection New York style bagels. My favorites are Everything seasoning, French Toast, Cinnamon Raisin and Chocolate Chip. Coffee is available.
Great bagels, delicious chicken salad and really yummy bagel dogs all served up by a customer service oriented staff. Cant beat Bagel Boys for breakfast or lunch.Update* this place is still top notch every time, year after year.

My son and I love this place. The music isnt so loud that we cant have a conversation. The bagels and everything else weve tried have been consistently fresh and wonderful.If you think you are paying to much keep in mind that you are paying for something freshly made not shipped in and because this is a small business your money is staying right here in the area. If you prefer shipped in franchise cheap donuts and bagels Dunkin is your place and your money goes to Massachusetts.
Solid bagels and breakfast sandwiches, Bagel Boys is a great little place to grab a quick bite or hang-out for a bit. Cozy and bright, the ambiance here has all the functionality of a Starbucks with none of the nonsense. Great place to read, catch-up or just enjoy a quality NY style bagel.

The wait in the drive through was about 10 minutes. The food was not good at all. The most unseasoned, flavor lacking, boring food disappointment Ive ever had. That was my first time there, and definitely the last.
I ordered 2 bagels, they were too chewy and I could only eat the top half of one of them. Customer service was average nothing outstanding or special. The one star is actually for the in house made cream cheese. It was delicious! 😋
I dont think their prices are a rip off. Seems to me that charging somewhere in the neighborhood of $2.75 for a bagel and cream cheese is typical, so I am not sure why the person below seems to be so upset. How much should they charge? Here is a suggestion...if you think the price is too high, then open up your own bagel place and charge a lower price. Bet you wont do it.
Ordered a simple ham and swiss with lite mayo on a plain bagel not toasted. After 2 clerks fumbled around with the register to place order I was then told, you dont pick your own bagel when ordering a sandwich. I was actually surprised at the level of disrespect. I left with my bag only to discover at work I received a toasted bagel with honey mustard, onions, tomatoes and melted cheese on ham. Normally I wouldnt bother saying anything but after being chastised over choosing my own bagel that I am paying for and planed on eating does not sit well with me.
A bit pricey but Great bagels; the service is horrible. I spent 15 min in line waiting for the cashier while she was away from the register, then the cashier let another customer cut in line because they are both from Ohio? Seriously?! After another 5 min of waiting while they chatted, I lost my patience and asked to pay for my 6 bagels, the cashier gave me attitude like I was asking her to do something crazy.
Bagel Boys has the best bagels around, by far. Their lattes are good as well. The staff is always very friendly and Helpful. The owner is usually there on the weekends and is extremely nice.
Bagels are soft and fresh! Delicious! Loved the smoothies and iced coffee, too! I wish there was one closer to me though in Peachtree Corners by The Forum!
Always the go-to for custom fresh off the oven/frier bagels..sometimes they are warm when u pick em out by the dozen..yeah we do love em..nitro,French toast,cinnamon crunch, asiago ..yummy..dont forget to pair with walnut cream cheese or the jalapeno one ..even after so many years their quality is #1..😃😃
My friends didnt really like it that much. I thought it was the best bagel sandwich Ive ever had in my life. Granted I havent had a lot of bagel sandwiches. Regardless of that fact it was great.

Fun little restaurant. Great food. If you use the drive through you will order through the speaker, and then get to the window and order again because they have no clue what you ordered at the speaker!! At least the order is always right when its finally in your car!!

This place is either hit or miss. Sometimes the bagels will be perfectly crunchy outside and soft, but not chewy, inside. Other times, might as well be eating cardboard.

I went there on Tuesday around 12pm its busy but when I got some food it was fast and the lady that was in front was straight and help me thoroughly and I would have say I had only 15 mins for my lunch break left and it was the fact that she had help me with what good and what the choices were ,thanks for the service its four star quantity I recommend them , :)$

Watch the bait and switch. I asked if the $7.50 soup and sandwich deal was for any sandwich. She said yes. When ringing up my bangle and lox, she said that will be $2.00 extra because of the sandwich i picked

2022-03-18My first time there. Amazing bagel and pastry selection. Fast service, reasonable prices, drive thru or indoor/outdoor seating. Whats not to like. My multi grain bagel was fresh, toasted perfectly and came up quickly. See you again soon.

2022-03-13Overall - I would recommend going anywhere else but here. Seriously don’t waste your moneyI had the egg white breakfast sandwich which was absolutely disgusting. I don’t think I’d ever come back here after that. Even Dunkin has better egg whites than that 🤢🤢Hash brown on the side - this was so thin and lumpy. No flavor.My friend got the burrito - definitely looked 10x better than anything else they had. If I had to come back here I’d settle for the burrito.And finally we shared their breakfast dog

2022-07-17This place is a poor excuse for a bagel shop. No matter what day or time they are always out of onion bagels. The most popular bagel. You can go there at 8 A.M on. Monday as well as Saturday and Sunday and they are out. Today the girl said they just don’t make enough and they know it. It is poorly managed an run and they rest of what they have is not good either.

2022-07-15It’s my fault for ordering on line at the wrong location of Bagel Boys(who I love), but it just seems like there could have been a better solution than telling me “nothing we can do, you have to go to the other Bagel Boy”, as I am standing at the counter of the one on Kimball Bridge. Oh well, I will go elsewhere for my breakfast sandwich. By the way, when I tried calling the Bagel Boys on Haynes Bridge where I mistakenly ordered, they can’t answer the phone so I can cancel my order. Very disappointed today. Thank you and sorry about my rant. After calling Six times over the course of a week, and leaving a message, someone at bagel boys on Haynes Bridge did refund my order since I never picked it up.

2018-03-10Good place to get coffee and bagel. We also tried their panini and wrap; all tasted good. Panini order was wrong but they immediately made the right one and gave it to us. We will go back again and recommend others.

2022-03-09Arrived at 6:50 to the drive up and waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order.Lights were on , so I drove up to the window and sat again. Finally someone came to he window to say they were closed and not opening drive up until 7 or7:30 because they had too many take out orders. No sign or apology.I have been a customer since they opened. Terrible customer service.

2021-12-13I’ll start by saying the woman working the drive thru/register was really snappy when I asked if they have Turkey or beef bacon. She acted like I asked a stupid question. I then asked for a egg and cheese on a bagel with salt pepper ketchup and when I reached home I saw that they didn’t put the ketchup. Based on their reviews it seems there’s a lot of oblivious people as their customer base. This bagel shop is nothing special.
