First couple times everything was ok but than they started adding things to my bill and accusing me of having stuff done what wasn’t correct. Walked out the last time at the store with a big bill from them for stuff I never had getting done there. Tried to talk to them about it but they didn’t lower it to the correct $. So that was it for me m, never going back there and will let my friends know this for sure.
Needed a fill in, toe nail polish change, paid extra to go from square to coffin. My nails look like I need a fill in already, its only been a couple of hours. I like overlay on my own nails, they insisted on sns because supposedly its all they do, will not be going back.
This is a cute nail shop. They have a lot of color selections. A lot! I would recommend getting SNS here but not a pedicure. The SNS was beautiful. She did a great job making my nails look natural and pretty. The pedicure was not the best. I paid for the signature pedicure which was not worth it. I have had better pedicures at places that do not split up what they offer in an effort to charge you more. I had to tell the lady she did not cut enough off my toes but she said they are fine. The same day, you could see the polish coming off my big toe smh. I was not happy with the service. Again, I do not recommend the pedicures but I do recommend the SNS. I also got my eyebrows done that day. She did a good job in terms of making them neat but she did take off too much. I do not like my eyebrows thin. I would go back for eyebrows but next time I would direct her more which you should not have to do. 🤷🏽♀️
I used to go in to get my nails done but stopped going when they would constantly break on me. It wouldnt just be the tips, it would be half way up my finger nail and go right to the skin. They remove way too much nail when filling that there is a clear ridge between what they worked on and new nail. Im never going back.
Every time I go here, I usually make an appointment just because I want to get in and out at the time I scheduled for, but they do walk-ins just as well as they would someone who had an appointment. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I love the privacy barriers when getting a pedicure. Everything is so clean and professional. They do not reuse the files that they use on your feet. They throw them away, which I appreciate. Theyll even offer them to you before throwing them away in case you would like to use them at home. This time I was offered a bottle of water, which shows that they care for their customers. Every trip is better than the one before. I always tell others about how great this salon is. Will always use them! Also, Kim did my nails! Thank you, Kim!
Im not 100% sure why this place is voted best of for the past few years. The offer acrylics online but they dont actually do them. I normally get the gel and its 40 every single time i go. And it does not last the full ten days they say. Also every time i go they end up grinding the skin on my fingers so bad it has bled. The nails always look good after. But Ive gotten my nails done quite a few times in my life and never have i had the skin around my nails grinded down. (You can see it on my thumb and pinky)
This is my second time coming to this Bamboo Nails. I LOVE this nail salon!! I’m actually from out of state and really took a chance with them when looking for a good nail salon to go to. Needless to say they exceeded my expectations and I came back for a second time. Just as happy with the first time. Each nail is the same shape and the same length which is always a problem I have with nail salons. My SNS always lasts me a good 3 weeks and they always accommodate the design I want. Highly recommend!! I’ll always come here when I’m visiting from out of town.
So nice! Very clean, calm, relaxing environment. Really great staff, they work hard to make you comfortable! It was amazing coming to a nail salon and not feeling rushed or just like another number! I really enjoyed myself and had a relaxing experience! Will definitely be coming back!
I love this salon. All of the techs are kind and patient. Their receptionist is very friendly and handles things well. I have been scheduling with Kim because I love her shaping when it comes to square nails. My pedicures are always so relaxing and enjoyable. Only down fall to this location is that you NEED to schedule or you will be waiting 45 minutes +. Which is only because the place is always slammed and you better reserve! Dont hate on the wait if you dont make an appointment. I schedule two weeks out at a time. All in all, I love this salon. Its my go to. Very friendly and hard working people 😄❤️
This use to be the only place I would go to get my nails done, but they have changed.... I was moved from one person to the next and then as I was picking my color the nail tech that was suppose to work on my nails started working on another customers nails... So I decided to just leave. Will not be going back her . Wish I could give it half or NO star.
It was ok. I got a pedicure and a full set with SNS. The pedicurist cut my toe nails way to short. Like cut the pink part of the nail. It’s been almost 24 hours and it’s still tender. My manicure went roughly the same at least 4 out of 10 of my fingers were bleeding. The gentlemen never spoke to me while I parking in my nails.
An absolutely heavenly place to be. I have had many manicures, pedicures, acrylic and powder. This place is a top quality salon.Best pedicure I have ever had!! I’m picky and I will rave about this pedicure. I got the royal pedi with 2 min reflexology ($1/min)- included hot stone, detailed massage, paraffin wax, soak with something that smelled amazing in the water, polish, detailed cuticle care and of course the massage chair. Other things were included but these were my favorites. The fill I got was good, sns dip powder as they don’t do acrylic. Has a more lightweight feel and better for your nails. Decent shaping and like I said I’m very picky.Tons of gel and regular polishes to choose from!!!!
I have been a regular pedicure customer @Bamboo for over 2 years, even after moving 2 hours away! When you’ve been to the best, it’s hard to give it up! I’ve recommended this salon to friends and family; the atmosphere, attention to detail, and the comfort and needs of the client really set this place apart. Thankful for this wonderful establishment!
Absolutely awful. Came in with my girlfriend to get a manicure. Never had one but she finally convinced me. Walked in they took our names and what kind of service we want. She was seen within 5 minutes. I had waited over 55 minutes and no one even asked me anything. The young girl at the front desk never even said anything to me as I sat and waited. And she was the one who took my name. Place is aful.
I really like this salon for services but I wish they’d stop overbooking... a few weeks ago I had an appointment at 2 and didn’t get back until 3:15. If my friend had not said something it probably would’ve taken another hour. At least 5 other people had the exact same time I did. The response was, “ I’m sorry we are busy”- I totally get that but that’s because you’re consistently overbooking..
The pedicure was excellent I loved the privacy each pedicure station had. However, I was disappointed with the only option of SNS nails they do not offer acrylic. After a couple of minutes of being at home the SNS started to crack and I paid $140 for service. I wouldn’t recommend a full set here but the pedicure is nice.
I went in on a Saturday with my daughter and we both had a great experience. I got sns and she got a manicure. A few days later one of my nails cracked, so i went back in for a repair. The same guy who did them Saturday fixed it today and its as good as new! He didn’t even charge me! I will definitely be returning!!
I made an appointment here. Great to have your appointment promptly fulfilled and not have to wait even after youve taken the time out of your day to make it. I came for a pedicure. I got the Grand pedicure. There was a nail tech walking around with an extremely old and noticeably dirty, filthy mask. Disgusting. My nail tech did an ok job. The leg massage was pretty lazy. And the foot scrub was equally lazy. My nails were done nicely though. I would come again, but if I was going to receive the cheaper pedicure instead of the one I got for I wouldve asked for that. Next time I know to get a cheaper pedicure or another tech.
My Grandmothers birthday is today. So, my grandmother, mother, daughter and myself came here for pedicures. This was all of our first time here. The experience over all was fair, I guess. My daughter is 6 and this was her first experience at a nail salon. I decided to get her a mani and pedi. The guy who did my daughters mani and pedi did not have much patience with kids. She accidentally bumped her nails and he got visibly frustrated. He was shaking his head and started speaking in his native language. I dont know exactly what was said but you can tell it was not good. He also rushed through my daughters nails and her manicure looks amateur. I didnt want to ruin her experience so I didnt say too much but I will definitely not be back.
If I could give negative stars I would. The management here is horrible. Made appointments several days ahead for myself and my elderly parents (in their 80s) to get pedicures. 3 chairs. I called twice to ask questions and make sure that all would be ok since my mom has trouble getting around. I asked about their backroom where two chairs were next to each other and then an additional chair that would be right next to it so we could talk and enjoy this special time together. It was my moms first time getting out in more than a year and was to be a special experience. I dont know if the girl who talked to me didnt care, didnt listen or just was trying to book as many people in as she could. She said no problem, we can take care of you. Yes we can put you next to each other. Our appointment was at 1 PM yesterday. We sat for 45 minutes before we were called. THEN they could only seat two of us AND it was not the backroom. THey even seated people ahead of us while we were waiting. TWO ELDERLY PEOPLE YOU ARE MAKING WAIT???? My chair was not available until 30 minutes after my parents were seated. I had to cancel mine and didnt even get my pedicure. I was not about to make my parents wait around for me. IF you know you are going to be busy or cannot keep your appointments running on time DO NOT TAKE THEM. Simply put or get some kind of a software that will allow you to better manage this. OR ask for a deposit. I would have gladly done that to insure this was a special experience. I drove from Atlanta the night before so I could drive my parents to their special day. Neither the girl at the front desk or management came over to acknowledge we had to wait a long time OR apologize. The ladies who took care of my parents were so sweet though and wished me a Happy Mothers Day and apologized to me. That was not their job to do the apologies for management. I think the girl at the front was the managers daughter. I did see them chatting it up at the front, oblivious that customers were waiting. Or just simply not caring at all. I saw yalls best Of awards on your wall. Maybe you have a great team of nail technicians, but please do something about how you set your appointments.
Today was my first experience in this salon and all I can is... wow. They were very quick to get me and the woman on the phone was as sweet as she can be. I enjoyed this salon because it felt more personal than a lot of salons. The entire staff just seems so happy to be there, where some salons the staff couldnt care less. My pedicure was amazing and my tech was so sweet and funny. 5 out of 5 stars... HIGHLY recommend.
My sister and I, both visiting our parents, searched for a place to get a mani and pedi. We did a routine google search and found this place to have the best reviews. This experience EXCEEDED our expectations! The technicians worked with precise intention and care. We both had the same thought…it was the best mani/pedi experience we’d ever had. Five star experience for sure.
I have been coming here for about 3 years and I never leave disappointed. I came for the SNS service and polish change. I had an appointment for 2pm but they were able to (and happy to) get me in earlier. Paul was fantastic as usual. He is fast, friendly, and always does a great job on my nails! My last visit was about 3-4 weeks ago and I mentioned I had an interview coming up. One of the ladies remembered that and asked how it went. That really meant a lot to me that she remembered me even though they have a lot of customers. I will always come to Bamboo and will continue to recommend them to my friends!
My SIL recommend this place. My mom and I went to get our nails done and have been going solid for 2 months. This place is amazing. I wasnt able to get a sitter for my 1 year old and they let me bring him inside and sit next to me while Mr Philip filled in my nails. Absolutely love this place
I love it here so, so much!! I went in to try the powder nails and I enjoyed my experience so much that I came back just a week later for a pedicure! I like that there is a designated reception area and receptionist. It makes the experience really professional as opposed to people yelling at you when you walk in from where they are taking care of other guests. They do excellent, thorough work, and are very reasonably priced for how great the experience is.
This place is not only best of the best in all of Houston County, but they’re friendly with amazing service. I couldn’t have picked a better place to go and experience a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Especially during covid, health is important. They’ve gone the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of and safe.
I have been coming to this place for over a year. I really liked them, and unfortunately because of this one bad experience I had today, I will be finding somewhere else from now on. I always get the sns powder over my real nails and they sometimes have to add a tip to 1 or 2 nails. The total is around 42-48 dollars EVERYTIME I come. Today however my total was $60!! I was told it was because of the length of my nails and because they charged extra for coffin shape. No one ever told me it was an extra charge for coffin shape, and there isn’t any sign saying that. Plus these are my real nails, how you charge me bc I grew my nails out?! Thats not how you treat people, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer. I even refer people to them. Never again!!
Amazing experience here, highly recommended ! I took my mom in for some pampering on her 54th birthday. We got a full hour massage and signature pedicures. It was our first time getting a full body massage and the ladies here are great. Nothing weird, so get naked and enjoy!!! Everyone was so nice to talk to, and the atmosphere is very relaxing and fun. I even called day of!!! Love this place, will definitely be coming back
I moved to the area a couple months ago and tried this place for the first time. The receptionist that day wasn’t as friendly or open (seemed pretty young to be working there), but the lady who did my pedicure was super sweet, friendly, and did an amazing job. The polish on my toes lasted little over 3 weeks before I noticed the peeling. Prices are reasonable and I’ll be going back. Thank you Bamboo Nails and Spa!
I enjoyed being here and getting my toes done today. U got the royal pedicure and it was the best experience ever. My legs a d feet feels so much smoother, everything looks neat and lovely. The young man with the tattoo on his left arm did a wonderful job. I say if u really want to get pampered come here!
I have such an amazing experiences with bamboo nail and spa. Not only did They provided excellent customer services, but the environment of the salon is relaxing and calming. In addition, my nails always look amazing after my appointment. I definitely recommended this salon to everybody.
Update:I did go back after being reached out by the Salon. They made them look beautiful, they explained everything to me and did it for no cost. I will be going back as it’s really a great salon and the employees want you to have a good experience. This is my second experience with Bamboo Spa. Both times I received service for my nails and pedi. I had never had SNS done so I was unfamiliar with the whole experience. I walked away with what looked like acrylic nails. They were thick and at exactly the two week mark started lifting towards the nail bed. The second time, I walked away with the same. It was two days ago and the woman who did them (both times) was on the phone the majority of the time. I’m pretty sure it was a medical call and didn’t mind. However, I feel like my nails were neglected due to the phone call. They aren’t covering the full nail so they are lifting and some are even thicker than before. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. Sad because it’s a beautiful salon and the staff were really sweet.
I loved it here so much! So relaxed and private and Ive never loved my nails so much! Paul did an awesome job on my SNS and Christina did an awesome job on my pedicure. Also, David and Christina were so sweet to my six year old niece, weve had experiences at other nail salons where they were rude to her, but they made my niece, my mom, and me feel so welcome!
Oh my! This salon is amazing! I originally go to Kim Nails on Watson to get my nails done, but came across Bamboo and all I have to say is, why havent I found this place sooner! The atmosphere is so relaxing and they even made accommodations for my husband and 2 month old daughter. I am scheduled for a pedicure and the SNS manicure, and I am looking forward to it! If you have never been to Bamboo, I highly recommend you try it! If youre looking for a relaxing atmosphere with superb service, this is definitely the place for you!
I did a lot of research before choosing to go to this nail salon. Thought that it was the best in the area until after my visit there.. I have had SNS done on my nails in the past and never had any problems with it. I specifically said not to cut at my cuticles and the man did anyway. Who knows the last time that they actually cleaned and sanitized all of the instruments being used. Made a few cuts into my skin, have sharp edges on my nails that I ended up having to file down. Definitely not worth the $40.
I was a bridesmaid in a bridal party of 4. We all got to sit next to each other as our pedicures were done. Everyone here was so professional and polite. I dont take good care of my nails, and was afraid I would be chastised for the condition they were in. Instead, I was only complimented on the nails I treated well. It was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend coming here.
Went today for grand package($180). It was scheduled at 10 a.m. and they were an hour and a half late. Throughout the appointment they rushed me so they could make up the time in which they were the reason of me starting late in the first place. The guy doing my pedi left water running and walked away and didnt come back until water was overflowing on floor. After getting pedicure, they rushed that to get me to massage and said theyd fix it if my nails were messed up after. By far the worst experience ever and a complete waist of 180. Someone from management needs to see this.
My mother, husband, and myself went for the first time today. And we loved it! The atmosphere and everything was amazing. All three of us got pedies and my mom and I got SNS. our techs were very nice. And talkative. I wish we would have had more of a greeting rather than can I help you, a hello or welcome to would have been nice.... but thats nothing big! I loved it there and we will be going back!
This place is pretty good. I got the signature pedicure. They dont really spend much time on massaging your feet. I really like the relaxing environment though. My daughter got a full set and she thought it was cool that they did the powder polish thing. I might come back here again.
Short version: Go here! This salon is fantastic! I made an appointment for Mani pedis with my mom who is visiting and we had our pedis done together side by side in a private room! What a great touch! They are priced competitively. The pedicure stations have separated stalls, but it looked like you could open a window between them if you come with friends or decide to chat with your neighbor. This is the first time Ive been to a nail spa/salon where I felt like the service was worth the money spent. I will continue to come here for anything I need done and continue to bring my friends and family here. Edit: The SNS nails are legit--my tip/extension broke off (after 2 weeks and I use my hands and nails a lot! So Im never surprised about it for myself...) It didnt hurt and my nail underneath feels strong! A nice change from the acrylic nails.
I recommend anyone that wants a relaxing experience away from in and out traffic meaning they take appointments and its very relaxing away from your ordinary nail salons. I have been coming here now for 3 months and will not be going anywhere else. My tech is Peter and when I say precise on everything he does he is right on. Love love love this place. They also call and remind you of your appointment. Thank you for the relaxation.
Staff were very friendly. This was my first time there, i got an SNS manicure. My 3 year old could have done a better job.. After i left and got a better look at my nails, you could see nicks and smug. the seperation between my cuticles and nail looks as if i needed to get my nails done, not that i just did!
I am not someone who typically gets their nails done but decided to give SNS a try because I HATE the way acrylic look and feel on myself. Well.... that’s basically what I got. I let my male technician (no clue what his name was because he barely spoke two sentences to me) know that I’m not familiar with the exact steps of getting my nails done but, I am a licensed cosmetologist and am familiar with how they should be done/look. From the beginning, I let him know how natural looking I preferred they be and even showed a picture of what I was looking for and what I DEFINITELY wasn’t looking for- guess which one I ended up with. While the coloring of the French SNS looks good and I can definitely appreciate the time he took on that technique, not once did he ask me how they felt to me. I was told to go wash my hands but, I attempted to ask him if we were done because there was nnnoooo way these things looked natural. I wanted to try and see about having them thinned down and shaped so the nails at least looked similar but instead, he literally replied “just go wash your hands”. So, I did as I was told and then he put the top coat on my nail and started to try and apply lotion to my hand. I stopped him and asked him again if he was expecting this to be the final step because the shape of every single nail definitely needed to be re-evaluated. After receiving an attitude from him, I still wanted to make sure I thanked him for taking the time to re-file because I can always appreciate someone in the service industry. He wasn’t having it.. I felt like I was just a burden the whole time. Even the woman technician next to him kept looking over at the growths on my fingers and shaking her head. In the re-filing, he definitely didn’t care about the skin around my nails and just wanted to get to his next client (yes, I had an appointment). Once again he never asked me how I felt or if there was anything I’d like to change and literally everyone of my nails are different in thickness/shape and look completely like a bad acrylic job. It’s been less than 2 weeks and my nails look worse than they did when I left- if that’s even possible-where they’re misshaped and some nails are lifting up - making them appear even thicker. After paying $55 and tipping $20 (because I can still appreciate the service done and time taken and I’m just too nice of a person sometimes), I’ll most definitely NEVER be going back to him. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least.
Went here to get my nails done and the person that was doing my nails wasn’t paying attention. He was too busy being concerned with who’s coming in the shop that he accidentally cut my finger. So I told him to stop he gets mad. I couldn’t even wash my hands or get anything for my cut. I wanted an apology for having my finger cut. He couldn’t give me an apology. So He told me to leave.....Wow my 5th visit went down the drain. I only wanted an apology. It was a nice environment but who knew a rude nail tech could ruin it! Never again!
I absolutely love this place. It is such a nice relaxing atmosphere, the staff are friendly and genuinely care about your personal well-being. It is about the same range as most salons, but with a more private experience during a pedicure. I will not go anywhere else in Warner Robins to get my nails or feet done.
I enjoyed my experience so much. I have been a loyal customer somewhere else, for years! So switching to another salon not knowing what to expect I walked in as a neutral customer; Bamboo Nails and Spa exceeding my expectations. Foot massage with pedi was AMAZING, and my mani w/ gel has NO FLAWS! I think my technician’s name was Justin.Great atmosphere... cool sliding chairs with great massage seats :)
This was the worst experience ever! I asked for acrylic and she didnt even understand! I told them about 7 times but they didnt listen! And told me it wasnt a manicure. When my friends paid they wouldnt give them back the $5 That they owed! Plus they told us the wait was 15-20 mins and we ended up waiting for and hour and a half! Plus when I asked for acrylic after they messed it up the employee told me I was next and has 2 more people go in front of me! Worst place. Do not recommend!
Best nail salon in middle GA. Relaxing atmosphere, very sanitary! My friend and I got to be in a private room with two chairs for no extra cost, the massage chairs & decor are far above average. Luxury style but affordable price . My pedicure was only $25 for the standard but included an extended foot & leg massage, sugar scrub & oil and lotion application .
Poor SNS manicure experience. Have been multiple times with an average satisfaction but just went for the last time. Had two separate technicians - one for nail bed clean up & one for manicure - both of whom made my nail beds bleed (3 nails). Appointment ended with polish all along tips of my fingers (I have short nails but has never been an issue before) and today, 1 week later, 4 of my nails have popped off like cheap convenience store press ons!! Very disappointed. Not worth $50!
I got a call 15 minutes before my 11:30 appt that they wanted to change my appointment to 12, as I was Pulling into the parking lot, because someone else came in wanting a massage. My massage lasted 40 min (I was done at 12:11 after walking in the door at 11:15 and having to use the restroom, change, and wait for the lady to come in, so probably started around 11:30) when I paid for an hour. I haven’t had a deep tissue before so wasn’t sure what to expect but there was nothing “deep” about the deep tissue massage, it was more like a rub down with a bit of massaging on my trouble area of my shoulders. It felt nice but wasn’t the massage I was hoping for and needed. Then waited a while for my sns when I made the appointment 3 days Prior. During my sns, I asked Nick for the wine colored sns multiple times and he wouldn’t go get it or even respond to me. He Did a chocolate color instead and finally had to start over with the wine color I’d previously asked for several times. Finally got to the pedicure and water was about to overflow bc nick turned it on then walked off to tend to someone else so I had to turn it off myself as it was about to pour onto the floor.I got to bamboo at 11:15 (appt @11:30) and left at 3:05 for a one hour deep tissue, sns & express mani, and royal pedi. The pedicure was really the only enjoyable part thanks to Daniel. I did not expect to spend 4 hours there. My experiences continues to get worse each time I come here. Last time I came, I told the lady no added tips to my nails multiple times and she added tips anyway then charged me extra for it. They did take that part off the bill but they simply do not listen to their customers. Now this experience has been even worse. This has been my go to place for years but for the amount I spend here I expect much better customer service and a better experience. They offered me 10% off the massage but their menu of services says you get 5-10% off for booking 3 services which I did. So I asked about that and instead of 10% off the massage they gave me the advertised 5% off the entire bill. They said I would have had to spend over $200 to get 10% off. My total was still $161.50 when it would have been $170 normally before any issues or advertised discounts. So they did not discount anything after all my trouble. I would recommend not going here but if you do, ask for Daniel. The receptionist (didn’t catch her name) and Daniel were nice and helpful and apologetic. The pedicure was the only part I really enjoyed and I came here expecting relaxation to treat myself after a stressful semester in school... I will be finding a new salon. It is sad because I have been coming to bamboo for years but I won’t be back.
It has definitely started to go downhill from my first visit. The focus has shifted from making each customer feel pampered to getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible. Very disappointing. It would probably be better on an off time, even though I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a Saturday.
This is my first time here and I had a Royal Pedicure and I will make sure I only come to Bamboo from now on! Justin was amazing, he was gentle and thorough, this is hands down the best experience I have EVER had at a salon. Extremely clean, courteous and caring staff.
Boyfriend took me here as a present and I loved every second of it. I got a massage by Stephanie and all my stress was gone by the end of the session. We had a great conversation the entire time and she really helped me relax. Then, I got a manicure and pendicure and Im so happy with the outcome. Definitely worth the time and money. Going to bring my mother and friends here.
I made a last minute pit stop at this salon with a friend & my sister. It smells good, the staff is friendly and seem happy to be here & the set up is clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating for our walk-in appointment even though they were busy. I definitely recommend you go to this place!!!
Beautiful surroundings, calming music, relaxing environment, comfortable seating, amazingly sweet/calm employees ! I have been coming here nearly 6 months now. Have tried nearly every nail salon/spa in both Warner Robins & Macon and NOTHING COMPARES! I wont go anywhere else ! I have had my nails (SNS) and royal pedicures done by both Paul & Nick and they are both amazing ! Flawless nails and toes everytime I walk out of the door ! Their Royal pedicures feel amazing ! 45 minutes amazing (they are longer then other nail places) ! Today my husband and I had a couples massage (balancing massage)... WE WERE IN HEAVEN FOR A WHOLE HR ! We will definitely be getting more of these (massages) in the near future for sure ! Plus theirs prices are not over the top and not to mention very reasonable for the every day working person too ! TRUST ME ! GIVE THEM A TRY ! YOU WONT REGRET IT, PLUS YOUR SEARCH FOR THE PERFECT SPOT WILL BE OVER!
After many trials and disappointments from other nail salons in macon, I searched around for a nice nail salon near me. When I broke my nail for the third time from the lightest pressure, I finally gave in and gave Bamboo nails & spa a go (I live in macon about 30 min drive to this salon). && It was fantastic! Georgiana greeted me as soon as i walked in and asked me the detail of what i needed. She repaired my broken nail with no pain (which never happens) and my nails look wonderful! Even my cuticles look amazing! She was very attentive to my wants and needs. I think I found my go-to salon! 30min drive was definitely worth it!
Visited the spa 7-28-17, as a walk in, for a deluxe pedicure. The best, highly recommend Justin. If you like quiet, clean, very attentive. He is the best, also a very private client atmosphere. Not open like many salon and noisy and no kids running around. All equipment comes in a pack sterilize package.B.s.Warner Robins Ga
I needed to find a nail salon, as Im moving to the area in a few months. I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to fit me and my daughter in. The service was great and the staff genuinely cares about the customers comfort level. I think weve found our new nail salon.
I was pleasantly surprised that my husband found this amazing place for me. It is new and opened in January 2013. I had a facial done for mothers day and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The owner was very pleasant and friendly and the atmosphere blew me away. The pictures do the place justice. I have not seen anything like it in warner robins. I highly recommend this place and found it to be better than serenity and tibadoe. I will be back soon! :-)Very pleased customer!
Wow. Absolutely horrific experience today. I’ve been in pain for days because of SNS performed a few weeks ago at this very location. A few weeks ago when I originally had them done, I told the gentleman not to make them long, as I work with my hands. He assured me the length was safe. Here we are today, one of the busiest weeks I’ve had in a while, and my hands are in excruciating pain because of two nails that are barely hanging on. I came in and requested an SNS Service. I was told there would be a wait. Before walking to my seat I asked to begin soaking all 10 nails off. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked the receptionist to list me as a repair, and made an appointment for full services on this Friday. I again repeated my request to begin soaking off the nails, now only for my two injured fingers. The receptionist told me someone would be with me shortly. 5 minutes later a technician came and looked at the two nails. She looked, laughed, said they are too long; and walked away. Assuming she was going to get the supplies to begin the soak off, I sat patiently. I was wrong. 10 minutes later the gentleman that originally did my nails came and looked at them. He also said they are too long. Yes. You read that right. I reminded him that he was the technician that did them. He told me to give him 5 minutes and he would repair them. I put a TIMER on for 10 minutes. 10. 5 more than I was asked to wait. No one looked my way. Abhorrent service. Period. As a REPEAT customer who is apparently not memorable enough to warrant even minimally acceptable service, I hope this serves as a warning to anyone who doesn’t have over half an hour to wait to soak off two nails. Two nails. TWO. I had a one hour break during their business hours today. Instead of eating my lunch I sat ignored at bamboo nails and spa. If this sounds angry, it is because I am back at work, starving, and in extreme pain from the nails that I received at bamboo nails and spa.Update:Today (6-21-18) I returned. Absolutely no wait. Perfect SNs full set. Perfect pedicure. Done one less than one hour with both services. Loved my experience today. I feel like I was listened to by the staff and deeply appreciate the changes that were made.
Bamboo Nails has no idea what it means to provide anything more than poor customer service. I tried to take my mother to get a pedicure for her birthday on a Saturday, with full knowledge that it would be a busy day at the nail salon. We sat and waited while at least four customers were seated ahead of us, none of whom had an appointment. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked if this was our first visit. Not only was it our first, it will be our last. I wasted 45 minutes of my day to be ignored by the staff at Bamboo Nails.
Heeeyyyy! This is place is legit as heck. Super skilled nail technicians and such. I like how in the Grand pedicure ($32) they actually give you a foot massage. My toes are cute as heck and not messy at all. The nail techs are also really nice. Awesome service and clean location.
I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago. I was excited about trying there new nail powder called SNS. Well the nail stylist was very nervous doing my nail and come to find out after I soaked the powder off I have nail fungus. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN BEFORE AT A NAIL SHOP!! There are 5 finger nails like this and I am highly upset. I will never go back to this place again. In response to the manager. I just saw this reply and I will be at the facility tomorrow with my bank statement showing proof that I was there on Sept 19th 2017. I paid 42.00 for service and yes I posted the pictures of my nails after the removal of the arcyrlic. I will not stand for a person or company calling me a liar. As I mentioned before this has never happened to me before. When I went in my nails were fine. When the arcyrlic was removed that is when I noticed the green spots on my nails. So someone explain to me where this came from?
Had the royal treatment package, it was amazing. Staff was so friendly and make us feel very comfortable, my only complaint was my nails were not paint very well spots missed, and they went back tried to make it right, but it didnt fix the problem. But my overall experience was great. Thanks guys
Literally went in to get my nails done ans was NOT greeted. Two techs sitting on VE couch talking. I stood there for 10 minutes and when a white lady and her daughter entered the building the nail tech got up to greet her and ask if she needs help. They left me standing there and never acknowledged me. I will never recommend this place
Upon walking in the first thing that was said was “ Do you have an appointment? “ That’s no way to greet a customer, a paying customer at that. As well as the nail technicians staring you down like they’ve never seen a person before.I paid for an hour massage , my appointment was at 4:15 , my massage was over by 5:05 ...
.... I was sat for my services immediately. Zack greeted me, his customer service skills were excellent. I received services by Charlie, its was okay...but the reflexology on my legs and feet was superb. I rate my experience a 3; parts of my Grand pedicure felt rushed, and sloppy. Additionally, I selected the bamboo dipped nails, and received the same as with the pedicure- rushed and sloppy. I will patronage Bamboo again, however I will try a different nail tech.
It is beautiful place but the person that did my nails was not friendly. I had questions but he couldnt answer because he couldnt understand me or just chose to ignore me. Which ruin the experience. I would suggest working on customer service for all people not just the obvious regulars.
I am not a person who gets my nails done regularly. I usually do them myself to save $. Because of that, having a pedicure is a luxury & I want the times I do go to be worth it. At Bamboo Nails it is! When I do get my nails done, I cannot bring myself to go anywhere else.
I went once (it was a gift for my bday last month) and I will not return! There was an incident where a previous customer called and wanted a refund because his wife was unable to come in to get her treatment that he had pre paid for. They refused his refund (for whatever reason). The lady argued with the guy in front of everyone then proceeded to talk badly about him after she hung up on him(her attitude was horrible). Ok... First, if theres an issue with a customer take that to the back! It is beyond unprofessional to stand there in front of everyone and argue with a customer. I should not know what they were discussing. Second, when I told the guy how I wanted the shape of my nails he literally took it upon himself to do the OPPOSITE of what I asked for! Third, my nails are so soft, thin and brittle since Ive soaked the sns off. Ive NEVER had this happen to my nails before and as they grow theyre still extremely weak and thin. I will never go there again and Im praying my nails become strong and healthy again.
On my way passing through for my vacation to Florida I needed a last minute place to get a pedicure the day before thanksgivings and the service was wonderful. The techs where very friend and gave me a complimentary water and a take home pedi pumice kit. Would differently visit when I come back through
I came here on a Wednesday it was my 22nd birthday. This was my first time I ever had a facial or even been to the spa in my life. I went with my grandmother and me and her had a good time getting our 30 minute facials. It was nice and relaxing and something I will always remember. Especially getting my facial done by Gorgina or Jorgena (not sure how to spell her name) she and her coworker who gave us facials were very nice. I felt comfortable for someone who was kinda insecure about getting a facial done and having another person touch my face lol. I will be back .
I read a review on Bamboo where the customer was ignored, I went through the same thing. I came in with a friend, we were having a senior girls day out. It was like we did not exist. I’m sorry to say this but, YOU GUYS ARE NOT THE ONLY SALON IN TOWN. This was a few weeks back. I’m on the site because we were going to try the location again to see if the service had grown. As always I went straight to the opinion poll section and wow.😲 What a disappointment.
I went in last week and they did a poor job on the message. I cant believe i wasted over $100 for a hour message. I felt like i was being laughed at. They was very rough left me with bruses on my back. Thanks but no thanks. Service wasnt even nice. Thanks a bunch money well wasted.
I got SNS and a pedicure. One of my nails popped off in a week (I dont do anything to warrant it, and wear gloves while cleaning) and almost all of them were lifting. Plus one of my nails were extremely crooked, and when I requested it to be fixed, I was rushed through because of the next appointment, with one of the bosses lording over me.Pretty disappointed since it really wasnt relaxing and my nails didnt last.
Well this is quite amusing to me, because I have tried for over a year to even get an appointment made and was never scheduled. I only was told they are full and never given an alternative to days I could come in, only to keep calling back and see if there may be openings. So for me to sit here and see that you all take walk ins and I know the people who reviewed recently did not book a year in advance I will not try again to book here or recommend this place to anyone.
So that Stephanie chick that works at the desk up front is super-friendly and so beautiful! 😍 Shes like the coolest girl Ive ever met. She was hard at work, multi-tasking LIKE A BOSS! I wanted to ask her out on a date but I got nervous bc shes WAAAYYYYYYY out of my league. I wonder if she likes breakfast food as much as I do? Maybe we can catch a Hawks or Braves game sometime? Hopefully shell see this
I went in a day I got off from work just talk about pricing and if I needed to make an appointment. I was not acknowledged at all. The was a lady at the front desk on the phone but she didnt say I be with you in a second nothing. Looked at me once no smile no nothing so I just walked out. Bad customer service towards a certain type of people.

2022-05-02The best experience I’ve had in the middle Ga area!!! Very nice establishment and friendly staff. The Green Tea Honey Spa Pedicure was amazing! It was so relaxing! The nail tech took his time and I didn’t feel rushed. I also like how they have dividers in between the pedicure chairs for privacy. I will definitely be back!

2022-03-06I moved to Warner Robins in October of 2021 and since they I have been going to Bamboo nails and I am surprised at how great the service has been since the first time! It’s the only nail salon I have tried in the area and I haven’t needed to look elsewhere. They do get very busy so I recommend making an appointment - and they do stand by their appointments unlike nail salons I have been to in the past. I always go to Henry for my SNS manicure and signature pedicure - he is the best! Always helps me find the exact color to match my fingers and toes, and if I show him a picture of what I want done, he does a great job to match it. Other staff is also super nice! Ivy has also done my pedicure before - she is super nice and does a great job!

2022-04-05Visited here Dec 3 to get a pedicure and full set with my 3 kids. We just moved here a little over a month so I Googled the best nail place in town and we ended up here. When we got there we signed in and the receptionist asked what we wanted we always do gel but she referred SNS so me and my 12 yr old looked at some but didnt see any we liked so I told the person doing our nails we would just do gel. After we got our pedicure we were told to sit at a table and my daughter got done before me so the lady doing her nails asked about what she was getting and its like they kept consisting we get SNS saying it was better I questioned the man who spoke to my daughter to tell him she was only 12 and that I was her mom and I would be paying they tried to explain to me about the SNS being better but here I am 9 days later and this is the result. I will not be returning and I hate I paid over $300 for our nails and it didnt last as long as the gel does I need a fill in already just a overall bad experience.

2022-05-06I have been to Bamboo several times with my wife to enjoy a pedicure, they always do a great job. As an old dude I really enjoy the massage chair and soaking my feet. I am a mechanic and I spend all day on my feet and I still play sports so having my calves massages is incredible. To answer your questions, no I don’t get my nails painted and the guys at work know that I get my feet done. Helen is the best!

2022-07-09Nice peaceful relaxing setting . Second visit. Initial visit long wait times. This visit Long wait times without accurate estimates. Wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting only to see others patrons walking in and being seated. When I inquired I was told they had appointments. If you have an appointment it is for a specific service or services why then would I hear the patron tell the services and watch the receptionist book the service. Shouldnt the information already be there listed on their appointment. Just too much I will spend my hard earned money where my time is respected. As a mom of 3 I have to run out to get my services when time permits.

2022-05-16I got the express manicure and pedicure. The girl that did my pedicure, Savannah, is so sweet! She was gentle and made sure what she was doing was perfect without taking up a whole lot of time. I highly recommend and ask for Savannah.❤️

2022-04-15Bamboo does a great job with nails, massages, and facials. I have never been disappointed, services is great, and prices are fair. The only down side is that you cant schedule services or buy gift certificates online. Once that changes, 5 stars!

2022-06-09My first time there was positive. My sister recommended that I go. Miss Kim was very sweet. She did my lip and brow wax: she also did the SNS on my natural nails. Im looking forward to returning.

2022-06-24Purchased a gift certificate for a dear friend in Warner Robbins over the phone, from out of state, and the lady that helped me was incredibly helpful and even more gracious! No wonder their online reviews are so HIGH! Grateful!
