I had an excellent experience at Bang-On. I stopped in on a whim and came away with an awesome birthday gift for a friend. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Based on their suggestions, the final product was better than I expected. Best of all, I got a unique gift that took all of 30 mins to design and print.
This place does a great printing job, but DO NOT trust their design expertise. I’m not a fashion designer, and I needed a fly shirt for a photo shoot. I clearly expressed that, and asked what was recommended based on the color bottom I would wear and the color of the printed font. She assured me that the combination she pointed out would be great AND WOULD SHOW UP. When I picked up the piece after a half hour, I could barely see the dark foil on the dark colored shirt. The words didn’t stand out enough from the fabric to read them. I asked her if she could see it, and she gave me a QUICK “I can see it.” I asked a guy on the block outside if he could see it...and my husband at home. People struggled. Long story short, it didn’t show up well for the shoot either. WASTE OF MONEY!! They initially told me I could bring it back to have another color layered over it, but when I made the trip back, I was told that they can’t lay over foil. I’m upset at the waste of time and money, but it’s my fault for not knowing my stuff and trusting them. Let them print it, but know and TRUST your own design and colors. AND DO NOT LEAVE IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY. My gut told me to not accept it...but who knows, they probably would have gotten out of having ANY level of accountability at that point too.
Friendly service, good designs, and quick print. Was a bit hard to find large shirts but eventually found something I was happy with.
I ordered 4 custom made Rick Astkey t-shirts from the UK for a bowling tournament. My team was, “The Rick Rollers.” When I got the order, my shirt was not shipped. I was pissed. I went into Bang On to get a shirt made and had the BEST experience. I am so happy I went. The girl working, wish I could remember her name, was so excited to help me and she was able to make me a shirt that was almost identical to my teammates. She made the shirt in 15 minutes and she nailed it! I should’ve just got my shirts made there in the first place!
Came in the store yesterday with my son to get a shirt made for his upcoming birthday party...Meredith was awesome she made the most cutest shirts for us and helped pick out colors that would pop on our black shirts they look great! Can’t wait to wear them!
AMAZING staff! Fantastic quality! I had my company shirts and a couple of customs made. Man were they quick! You wont find a better shop. Top notch!
This aint no Ocean City, MD circa 1984 tshirt shop! Funky, welcoming and expressive atmosphere where YOU can create your own wearable art. Pic out the article of clothing and select from one of the thousands of images in the look-books located around the store OR ask them to use your own image or one online. They also have sunglasses and hats available for purchase as well. Really awesome staff too!!! If you have any questions, simply ask! The images and text on my shirts have held up incredibly well in the wash for over a year now.
This place is greatness! The lady working was very helpful and patient. Im obsessed with my custom made shirts! This will definitely be my go to print shop!
Awesome place. Needed several custom t-shirts in Atlanta and Bang on was the only one that could get them done in time and at the best price. Went there on a visit from WI! Got a denim jacket at a 2nd hand store down the road and wanted something on the back so I got a wheel of fortune tarot card printed on the back! Got it done just in time for pizza and the girl working was so funny and we talked about tattoos and piercings. Made my day!!
This place is amazing and does great work. Ive worked with on multiple occasions and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes they are busy but never rude or unreasonable. Kinda disappointing that people are leaving negative thoughts because they do great work and are very nice.
Its a really nice place. They were very kind and professional. In about 15 min our tshirts are done. We loved it! I have to say that it was more expensive than we had thought.
Super rude customer service. Theyre more worried about taking their 4pm lunch than assisting customers. Dauds custom T-shirts is right down the road and he did a fantastic job in a friendly, timely manor.
Ive been in here a few times they have really funny shirts and accessories. Kind of hard to get to because of the location in little 5 points but always worth a look! They do custom work as well.

2022-03-27TRASH….. these products are horrible ….. bought a shirt two days ago and the print is already peeling off… cheapest vinyl ….the hat also had stains a finger print on the inside brim which I showed them tooWent to ask if I can have another one they said too bad it was worn, yes it was worn cuz I tried it on duhhh ….They have no customer service…. Very nasty staff

2019-07-10I’m actually standing outside of the store right now. This place is horrible. I spoke to a someone yesterday about the shirts in my hand and she gave me one quote which was 60% lower than the price on the invoice I was given. Then when I came in and complained I spoke to the manager, a woman who was very rude and told me it was “my mistake” and I was confused. She also added a charge that was not on the invoice they sent me (see below) which is an extra color fee. Then I asked to speak to the owner and he told me the same thing. This place is dishonest and untrustworthy. The owner refused to budge and honor the price that I was sent over in the invoice.

2021-08-10These guys are truly awesome. I came in with my own design as a wrap gift and they helped me find the perfect shirt for the colors on the design and explained the different printing processes. They advised that sublimation (I hope that’s right!) was the best for my design, which dyed the fabric of the shirt. It legitimately took 10 mins for them to print the shirts and they look AMAZING! They also print per shirt, which I’m realizing a lot of other shops don’t do (they have a minimum and I only needed two).As a bonus, the shirt can be washed an unlimited amount of times and the design won’t crack or get weird, because it’s part of the fabric. I didn’t even know that was a thing! They were so nice and helpful. I will use any excuse to come back! Thank you all so much for not only wonderful wrap gifts but a great experience!

2021-06-05Awesome customer service and quality product. I took in my own shirt for a custom print and came out better than expected. I also wanted another print but due to the design they recommended their own shirt, and came out awesome. The time it took for put prints on shirt was about an hour. Job well done.

2021-12-04I had to come back and redo my post. These people are horrible this was my first time in this shop...Meanwhile, due to Covid-19 nobody told me I could try the shirt on...I didnt get what I wanted with the logo now STUCK with a too small shirt. I reached out to them they were very rude and told me they could do a larger size but I would have to pay 1/2 of the full price...I too own a small business karma is a B you guys are rip off artist...I am a retired police do not go to this store and the area is dangerous...

2021-11-09During my store visit, I was brushed to the side when I asked for alternative color options. I was told about how busy they were & how they couldn’t show me other hoodie colors because of how “busy” they were. For context, it was just us in the store.I was given a phone number to continue processing my order, add any changes, and be shown other hoodie options. After very detailed text messages with images, I was told that my order could be completed because this gentleman was “off” for the next few days after the timeframe I needed the item to be completed was specified.This upset me because they offered this number to me under the guise of actually wanting to help me.Of course I went with another company.This the type of experience you are SURE to have, especially for a person of color.

2017-07-04Got a custom designed shirt from them, and the girl that helped me was super nice and helpful in explaining the different types of transfers they offer. I chose sublimation printing. Turns out, sublimation printing is something relatively new that they offer, and theyre still trying to fine tune it. A couple of colors came out a little off from my custom design. At first, I okd it, but the next day, I thought maybe I should bring that to their attention. I went back in and the girl that was there this time was also extremely helpful. She did everything in her power to remedy the situation, and it was much appreciated. Id definitely recommend them - just based on customer service alone. ☺️

2020-10-16I tried dealing with multiple tshirt printers locally and had a lot of trouble with them keeping in touch and following through. These guys are awesome. Great quality, great service. Worth going to them 10/10

2018-12-22I can sum up my experience here in one word; awesome! I came to Bang-On after having buyers remorse from a purchase from another store. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by professional staff who explained their process. After looking for a particular color shirt and not finding it, they told me they would check in the back just to be sure. They found the color and size I needed. I provided a design that the other store could not get right and Bang On knocked it out of the park. It didnt take long at all. Im now prepared to hit my Christmas party with my awesome custom designed shirt. If im ever in the custom shirt market again I will definitely return and I highly recommend Bang-On.
