October 12th I made cash deposit of 7500 dollars at this ATM, only 400 dollars was posted to my account. I reached out to customer service and was told a temporary 7100 dollars will be credit to my account. 6 days has past, nothing was done and the 7100 of my cash deposit was nowhere to be found. This is Bank of America, cares not about customer’s fund, I shall not care about Bank of America either. Once my account is settle, I am moving my fund to elsewhere.
Made an appointment and was welcomed immediately after walking in. Although I was not able to open a joint account because my previous relationship with BofA in the end, Guan Cheng has been very helpful and provided extra information I need to maybe open the account in the future.
I came in for a temporary debit card. I waited in the line that was all the way wrapped around outside, to get to the teller, just to be told I had to sign in and wait for an additional hour. I have other bank accounts and any time I’ve needed a temporary, they just print it out right then and there. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted to be pushed from one person to another over something so simple.
Terrible. Forcing elderly to stand in the direct sun in 90 degree weather. Slow moving tellers and only 2 of them. The BoAs in the area have enough business to support more employees but BoA does not care to service their customers in a timely manner. 45+ mins in line to make a 60 sec transaction. Manager wasnt concerned when I spoke up about getting some waters to the folks waiting outside.
During this pandemic, while anxiety is heightened, fuses are shortened and wait times are longer due to the practice of social distancing, it is so refreshing when people go out of their way to be kind. My husband and I had an appointment with a personal banker at this location. Alise and Maribel were patient and went above and beyond normal practices to ensure our desired outcome!!! Because of this, I am grateful and HAD to leave this review of our experience on 5/28/20. Thank you Thank you Thank you
Ive waited in bank lines before but this was ridiculous!!!!! Line of 15 people 1 cashier and managers standing around with pads servicing no one ? Over a hour wait to cash a Check? Absurdly slow service. And not the cashier fault at all!! You would think management would have at least one more cashier on a Monday the start of a business week? Wouldnt recommend going if in a time crunch are at all.
Worst customer service. Apparently you have to consult with an account manager to simply cash a check if you dont have an account with them. Sure way to keep me from ever opening an account with Bank of America. Policies and procedures change BS. If youre going to make every person who tries to cash a check wait in another line to talk to an account manager against their will then you might as well stop offering check cashing services.
This location deserves its average 1.8 star. It probably deserves a 1 star.It is hands down, no questions asked, without a doubt, proven many times, the leader in worst banking service ever.It is not a bad day they have. It is flat out poorly managed bank. Any moron can see they need tellers.I cant even begin to image how frazzled I would be if I had to work there. Fortunately I do not....
They dont open till 10am and the drive thru teller is not open. Only BOA drive thru is not open.Only a few Bank of America branches are open. Bank of America needs to reopen.Trying to make a deposit for my elderly parents and I have to drive 15 min. Passing 2 other BOA branches and then wait in a huge line. Time to find a community bank.
Not sure what word will correctly describe the service at this bank location. I mean it’s useless and total waste of time.I went for notary and the notary lady one by one looked at the document and took 10 min to decide she will not notary because they do not notary these document. I went to UPS and got all docs notary in 5 min.Get out of sophisticated cubicle and and get to the ground reality of doing actual work.
Bank of America will introduce you go to other banks for business!!!This is the worst I have ever seen. Today my friend went to the bank of American in duluth to apply for a loan. The receptionist in the lobby said that we only have one customer in front of us, about 15 minutes. We probably waited for 20 minutes. When it was our turn, a banker told us there is another customer in front of us. We still have to wait. She said dont worry about loans. Even if Bank of America wont lend you, I can introduce other banks to you. What? Excuse me?I asked the receptionist, but the banker Impolitely interrupting my questioning and she was very rude. the banker not only did not apologize Instead told me that what I said now is useless.OK! Anyway,we went to other banks.
This location is unorganized and understaffed. Current staff do not acknowledge to help you in less youre aggressive because other customers try to cut you all the time while theyre waiting. I usually do all my banking online but today I need a notary and its taken more than 45 mins.
Imcompetant, 1 teller for 20 people on line but 6 bankers watching the 20 frustrated people while twiddling their thumbs. What a joke. I recommend everyone to go to the branch 8 minutes away on peachtree industrial. Itll save you time even though its further away guaranteed.
This is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with the people that work there are nice but stuck in bad situation because they’re usually is only one teller it is overcrowded no drive-through I tried to get a home loan there it was a big waste of time and a very costly mistake the appraisal was overpriced and nonrefundable the appraisal came back way under a realistic price for the home I was purchasing Their loan process is a nightmare you don’t get to deal with a live person everything via phone or email it’s a ridiculous joke I closed on my dream home with a different lender got a lower interest-rate and a speedy closing I recommend no one use Bank of America for a home loan they only look out for the interests of the bank not the customer
Worst service in the world, unprofessional, and irresponsible, I never rated or wrote review in my life to anybody or facility. the relationship manager over there is doesnt know what he is doing and never ever pick up the phone even their customer center cannot reach them, I dont know whats the point they are pass the business card to customer or publish their phone number online. Horrible!!!!!!!!!
One of the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I cashed my checks out there and she did not even put the money in an envelope. When I asked for the envelope, she almost threw it on the countertop. I forgot her name, she is a Chinese lady and her name starts with a M. Very unpleasant business

2022-01-13The staff here is AWESOME in every way, every time. Linda is the BEST, shes helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The only regret I have is that I did not move my account here years earlier. I am treated like a king and you would think that my modest account was worth millions. The entire staff here are friendly, helpful, and very professional!

2022-05-18Had to go to multiple banks to cash a check issued by them. Elise the Manager took the time to look into the issue and was able to assist me. She showed a great level of customer service. Will be back to open an account.

2022-04-08The teller told me she’d have to talk to the manager about waiving a cashier’s check fee of $15 when I asked for the fee to be waived. The manager was was extremely rude to me and belittling and very abrasive in talking to me. Customer service is not a priority here.

2022-03-24Was there today for 30 minutes for the manager to tell me she cant help me. When I had recently been there for the same thing and I was able to get the service. Awful. I will have to go to a different bank.

2021-11-19This location is a joke. Went to get change from a personal account and was told because of a coin shortage I could not get any coins. I also work for a VERY LARGE car dealership and because I didnt have our account number I couldnt get change through that account either. After voicing my opinion on this matter, the on duty branch manager begrudgingly said they would do it just this once, but by then I was already irritated and asked for my money back. I cant believe with a substantial amount in my personal account and hundreds of thousands in my companys account I couldnt get $40 of coins. I went to the Satellite Blvd location and they gave me coins with no issues. I would avoid any transactions at the Pleasant Hill location.

2022-05-06By far the Worst branch and customer service ever! Elise, the branch manager and Chris, the market manager are the most unprofessional and careless human beings I’ve ever dealt with!! It’s honestly disgusting and unacceptable to have such people in leadership positions. The employees are all untrained and have no clue what’s going on. Closing all accounts and 20 years of relationship!!
