My wife and I had the pleasure to work with T.J at the Brunswick location. We saw a 4 wheeler we was interested in but wanted a different color. T.J gave us his word that he would call us once he receive the new inventory and he did just that. There was no pressure to purchase but once we did delivery was done the same day. Will definitely do business with him again in the future.
Dropped in today for a quick look at their selection. We were quickly greeted and found the shop to be well stocked and clean. Folks were friendly and low pressure! They didn’t have what we were looking for, but had no issue with us browsing. The new Honda lineup is beautiful! They also stock Kawasaki and many different golf carts and side-by-sides!
Stopped in last week to look at a golf cart for business use. Met with TJ and during the course of that deal started discussing ATVs. My daughter has been asking about getting one for a while. I figured I would get some info while I was there. TJ was busy with calls and other customers but he managed to spend quality time with me. Long of the short of it after looking at a few different machines I decided to purchase one. Definitely a great guy to work with. Today I stopped by to pick up a new helmet and worked with Bryan who was very personable and overall enjoyable process. Highly recommend using them. I am from Florida and travel to the area and will bring my machine back to them even though I have places near my house.
Everyone at the shop was super helpful. They answered all of my questions with ease. Had my ninja400 delivered to my house at no charge. The person that delivered answered all of my follow up questions for half an hour with no sign of trying to rush away. Would definitely recommend buying from them
I bought a CFMOTO 500 from the Brunswick Georgia location a couple weeks ago. It is a birthday gift for my 14 year old granddaughter. TJ was our sales person and he was awesome! TJ was very informative and very responsive. He was able to get the four wheeler that I wanted to buy brought down from the Jesup location the following weekend. He gave us great instructions since weve never owned a four-wheeler before and the 4-wheeler is working out great! My granddaughter loves it. I would highly recommend bargeron Brunswick.
Great place with great prices!! They were one of only 2 dealers with the bike I was looking for from Brunswick to St. Augustine! Their price was much lower and they saved me even more money by filling out some paperwork! Im very pleased with my experience and with the bike I purchased!!
Excellent customer service! Just purchased a Kawasaki Brute Force 750i EPS a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I shopped around a little bit and was quite discouraged with the whole buying experience from other dealers until I spoke with Kyle at Bargeron in Brunswick. He made the process very easy and painless, communication was great and he was upfront and honest about everything. When I picked up the ATV there were no surprises and the rest of the staff was just as helpful.
I tried working with a couple of Florida dealers and they all wanted to play the old school salesman games. After a few days of spinning my wheels, I came across Bargeron and they happen to have what I was looking for in their inventory. Got ahold of TJ there and literally within 20 mins had the deal totally worked out. Not only that, but the price was better and I got a fair trade value. Thank you once again for making it easy. I buy new “toys” quite frequently and now this will be the first place I stop every time!
TJ and his team worked tirelessly to get me taken care of. It was my very first time doing business with Bargeron Powersports. I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Fair price, low pressure sales, accommodating to ALL requests. Can’t imagine getting treated better than this.
I have used these people and have had good experiences, that is hard to come by when using a dealer so I figure they deserve a good review, especially after seeing some of these bad reviews by non paying customers.I dont know if all my family and friends will get on here and do the same, they probably shouldnt considering there not paying customers, nor named rozier. I think some of these bad reviews are people who think 250 dollars is astronomical amounts for them to spend on there maintenance needs, or for there buddy to spend or for there cousin to spend or for there riding buddy to spend. So called customers like that, who needs them
We contacted dealers from Charleston to Tampa (most didnt even get back to us). The ones that called us back didnt want to talk any pricing over the phone. TJ at Bargeron called me back immediately. I explained we wanted 2 jet skis and a trailer. TJ was extremely accommodating and helpful. The price was right so we purchased. We were able to do all the leg work over the phone. When we arrived to take delivery the whole team was involved. From putting the trailer together to washing/prepping the skis to all the paperwork we have never had such an easy transaction. WONDERFUL. Definately recommend TJ and this dealer!!!
I had a decent buying experience at Bargeron in Brunswick, GA. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products and sold my quad to me at a fair price. I would, and will, buy from them again. They showed the MSRP value of the bike and then gave me a hefty discount so I felt no need to haggle price with these guys, and they also landed me a great interest rate for my loan with Honda Financial. All in all I was very satisfied with the process and I absolutely love my Honda. Do yourself a favor and go see Bargeron about a new ride, youll be glad you did!
Extremely satisfied with this dealership. I went in to browse the store hoping to catch a deal on a goldwing. When I walked in I was greet by staff who sadly informed me that there were no used ones available. I was encouraged to shop the store. The parts manager noticed I was a veteran and offered me 15% off my purchase if I found anything. I decided to buy a new battery cause my current bike still had the original factory battery. While installing the battery they also checked the bike for recalls and made sure everything was up to date. I never had a dealer experience like this. Although they are 70 miles from where I live. Ive found my new dealer. The store manager even took the time to speak me. Other dealers can learn from these guys.
The worst place to take anything to get fixed! They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my brother and sisters-in-law Honda pioneer 1000 for two months then gonna say warranty wouldn’t cover it! THEY wouldn’t know what a good mechanic was if it slapped them in the face!! The funny this is Darrell is that nothing else in the buggy is rusted besides clutches look like y’all left them out in the rain because nothing else in side that case is rusted just for your FYI
Had my buggy Honda Pioneer 1000 for 3 months gave us the run around because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it..no I didn’t buy it from y’all but I had faith in y’all because y’all are closer to us. And y’all are a Honda dealer. Very disappointed. Buggy still ain’t working after put new clutches in it because that’s what they said was wrong with it. So crapped out of my 250$ which Honda paid for from the clutch update
Hi Mr King,We dont make a habit of responding to online reviews, but I think its important to address your concerns here. I absolutely dont want to appear argumentative, but I think its best to address your comments and let folks decide for themselves.Im sorry you were unsatisfied with your glove purchase, but we were truthful with you from the start and you know that. You asked for cold weather gloves and we showed them to you. You chose the summer gloves that were half the price. You even say so in your own review. We showed you the cold weather gloves, you picked something else. A good rule of thumb when shopping for winter riding apparel is to avoid fully perforated apparel. If you can see your hand when its inside the glove, thats generally a good indicator that they are designed for maximum air flow; for summer riding. Bryan the Parts Manager told you this, but your mind was made up.Even then, we would have allowed you to exchange them for a more appropriate pair had they not been worn so much. We cannot sell them as new when they are soiled. And they were. Great experiences everytime. Ive been coming to Bargeron for about 10 years, through three or four buildings and have always been treated exceptionally well no matter the location. Shout out to Brian whos always a pleasure to deal with as long as Ive been coming. Keep it up guys! =]
I went in to buy a 4 wheeler for my boyfriend not knowing anything about them and the staff helped me every step of the way!! The sales manger even took time to make sure I know just as much about the 4 wheeler as my bf. made me feel like family. I will be back to get my own soon thank you for all your help!! Hes going to love it
I took my grandsons motorcycle tire here to get changed. I even had the new tire. The guy refused because it is a pit bike and they dont work on them. I totally understand this policy when it comes to a motor or electrical part...but a tire...really...??!!! Its Saturday and no one knows anyone else that can change a tire that small....thanks for nothingI
Most definitely the best place in town for anything powersport related. They have a great motorcycle, ATV, and UTV selection, all at reasonable prices. Also a great place to find riding accessories such as helmets, gloves, jackets, pants, and boots. The staff there is very helpful as well with helping you find whatever it is youre looking for. On top of that, they do great work fairly quick at a reasonable rate.
This company is a very disingenuous. i went in to buy gloves to wear at night the guy first pointed out a 75 dollar pair of gloves. i said i cant afford it he then started showing me other gloves. i picked out a pair for 43 dollars. drove home that night and they didnt work like i was lead to believe they would tried to return them the owner himself told me he would not take them back and basically said i was lying because his employee told him he didnt lead me to believe that. so i must be lying. i would never recommend buying from any of the Bargeron chain stores either . the are all owned and operated by disingenuous people.
Due to this being the only powersports place in town, I buy lots of parts from them. However, I normally end up hauling my things to the Harley dealership or Kings Bay when I need repairs. When I called and asked them to, get this, DISMOUNT SOME TIRES (not even replace them, just take them off the wheel), it would be 2 WEEKS. I laughed and hung up, I mean, really? I then called the Harley dealership and asked them if they could do it, and they said they could have it done within a couple hours. Harley Davidson doesnt even work on dirtbikes! But, Bargeron normally has what I need in stock (tubes n such) so they get 2 stars.
Stopped by unannounced at their Jesup dealership hoping to take a look at the new Can-Am Renegades and was met in the car-park by the General Manager Chris. He knew a lot about all the Can-Am gear on site (and there was a spread), plus the updated Arctic Cats as well.Unlike any other dealer Ive ever dealt with he was also quick to hand out brochures for later perusal, and offered a test-drive as well in their lot.10/10 on all fronts, a shining example of how an ATV dealership should be.
I ride with Erica Rozier and her little family. The experience this family has had is insane and disrespectful. Just the staff by their self here was very disrespectful, non helpful, and didn’t call her to inform her of her machine. She reached out to corporate and the owner of this location, and didn’t get any response until her google review. I hate her and her family has had such a terrible experience with this place
Very poor customer service, dont call back when they say they are going to to let you know either way about parts you ordered 5 days ago. Then to be told we cant give cash refund that it has to go back on the card and that could take 3 to 5 business days to be put back... as i stand there im told it shows we recieved it but its not here then looks at computer and says oh well it is set to be here tomorrow. This will be the last time i get anything from here!
I will never buy another thing from this place the day we bought our four wheeler we were told the warranty covered everything except wheels and brake the spring busted and bent on it now they charging g us over 400 dollars to fix it and we bought it less than 4 months ago for over 8000 dollars I suggest you go to Kingsway honda in kingsland I flip my four wheeler over and the warranty covered everything these people try to get every penny out of you they can now they want 80 to tell me whats wrong with it when I told them what was wrong with it when I dropped it off to them smh

2022-06-23Called and spoke to TJ about a Ninja and he was quick to respond and purchase from. Very professional helped with motorcycle insurance as well. Went in with the intentions of picking up one bike and left with 2! One for myself and 1 for my wife. Wouldnt go anywhere else and would always recommend. 2022-03-25Griffin was great and helped us get what we want. We would have like some free accessories like a cooler. Our friend bought a Polaris and they got a Polaris cooler and we spent $25,000 and got nothing to represent the company.

2022-05-19I live in the state of Maine and I used Bargeron Powersports to purchase my Bike...I Did this because of the knowledge the staff at Bargeron Powersports has. I was looking for a Honda Rebel, I had a lot of trouble locating the bike here in Maine...many Places I called had no Idea when they would have the bike in stock...I Happened to see the bike while searching online and thought is it even possible to purchase a bike while I live almost 900 miles North of the bikes location...I Called Bargeron Powersports and was directed to TJ Connors...Mr Connors made what I thought was an impossible task come to fruition...TJ Was the best hands down Ive ever dealt with while purchasing a motor Bike. He went far and above what any other salesman would have...He Worked with me and my bank every step of the way from Purchase to loan and delivery to Maine....we even shared pictures of our dogs ( mans best friend ) in a text message. In Short if youre looking to buy a bike than Bargeron Powersports is the only way to go IMO....Please Ask for TJ Connors and let him take you through it..Hes a no pressure guy but he can deliver great results putting you on the right bike.....It Was really a breath of fresh air to work with a knowledgeable salesman that wasnt just looking to make a sale..He cares. 2022-03-19I took my Polaris sportsman 850xp there for tires and complete service. Quad is 12 years old and I’ve always serviced it myself but it’s a pain so I decided to pay to have them do it. Four of the twelve zerks on the rear and all eight in front were not serviced. Makes we wonder what else I paid for that they didn’t do. Never again.

2022-06-29I’m just glad I got the color I wanted. Nothing special about the experience. No offers made or real discounts given (10%) for me to have made it such an easy sale even after being quoted one number then given another number and still bought it. The leather on my seat was cut and they said they will replace it so that’s good. The guy didn’t know how to use the straps to tie down the bike but I didn’t want to be rude and tell him to move I’ll do it myself. I figured I’d watch over him and let it be a learning experience for him. He was nice. The chain on my bike is too loose so I have to tighten that… I was also advised to throw away the metal tag on my key as it was “probably just an extra price of metal”… that tag is a very important tag should you need to replace your keys… without any of it you’d have to replace the whole key socket. I was not given a quick run over of the bike as it is my first bike. I had to ask for the manual. That’s when I learned the seat comes up with the key… then a few days after, thanks to a friend who noticed the chain and the weird sound the clutch made, asked me about a tool kit. We looked back under the seat and found one. Still reading the manual so I’m still learning. Umm… not much more I can say. I just walked in and walked out. I didn’t get to know them. They seemed okay. I thought they would have looked out better concerning a discount when it came to gear being that the sale was made easy even after the $300 price hike. I’ll update if anything changes later.Update: The seat was replaced and mailed to me at no charge shortly after the first review so I didn’t have to go back out to their location. I just couldn’t find the review to update it but I gave an extra star because they saved me a two hour drive. Im ready to purchase another bike and will purchase from them if they have it or can get it.
