Such good service every time I go. The staff is always helpful and kind. I always hit up the semi-annual sales in June and December to stock up on all kinds of items. You can get discontinued scents and all time favorites. Candles, Wallflowers, Sprays and Lotions.
This is a great bath and body works location! The store is clean and organized and also had a good selection of items and scents to choose from. Im addicted to the candles! My french cafes one burned out a couple days ago... time to go back I guess. (It smells like a delicious cup of french roast coffee! I seriously just want to drink this candle. Lol) the staff at this location also go above and beyond. They are super friendly and always glad to help.
I realize there has been a shortage but... When I go online looking for specific hand sanitizer and it says it IS available in my store and I drive 40 minutes to get there only to be told they havent had it for months, it upsets me greatly. They suggested something different but I was not interested. I did however purchase a few other things at 50-75% off sale !
I love bath and body works. I have at least 20 different body sprays at all times. I love all of their products though, not just the sprays. They also have lotions, soaps, candles, air fresheners, lip glosses and more. Everything smells so good, and the fragrances last. They also have products for men, not just women.
I love the amazing fragrances that they offer .I truly love the candles! theyre always having magnificent sales the prices that you just cant beat the layout is very beautiful design in the store I just wish they had a bigger areas things are a little tight when you have a lot of customers in the store
I went there last week because my mom who likes to give little gifts to all of he daughter in-laws and Daughter, and Grandaughters and on an on you know how that gos. Oh and we appreciate it very much 99%of these candles smell amazing so to make a long story short, their candles were on sale and she asked me to go with her so that I could carry them out to the car, and to share some good quality time with her as well, seeing how I am the Baby of 3 kids you guys know exactly what I am talking about too!Thanks again Jeff

Last year I went I had a bad experience. This year I had a great experience. Wonderful people to help me. They rearranged the store so it was really easy to find what I was looking for this time.

Great sale and great product. Dont let the line at the register discourage you they move quickly. Also look at retail me not for coupons before you get to the check out it is a great saving.
I absolutely love this store. I could spend all day inside Bath and Body Works! They usually have a great sale going on. And the candles are the best hands down.

2021-08-19Nice shop but when I went to check out and use two rewards the cashier told me their system isnt set up to accept rewards yet???? I spent almost $200 and the store, associate nor manager could offer to discount $33 from a $200 purchase to rectify their so called issue with not being able to take rewards from their own Bath & Body app!? Come on! Lets do better for customer service Bath & Body.

2019-07-02I really enjoyed my visit at this particular bath and body works. All of the associates were both friendly and helpful. Michelle even took the time out to refund my money due to forgetting a coupon although it was quite busy. Keep up the good work ladies.
